well now i don't think you can say a brothel well she was the only hoe

you're the ball and chain you have to keep everything elevated so at any rate he is a state court judge and judge eleanor ross federal judge um was banging this guy with the the atlanta police department very high up official and i guess he was pouring cold her ass because all of her clerks could hear the goings on in the chamber so they reported her because i guess they didn't want to come to work and listen to porn okay live action porn but i don't want to be that i'm not the type of person that likes to talk about people are spread malicious truths but today i'm gonna make an exception um so she's married to brian ross you know she presided over our case and now this person who is supposed to be beyond reproach as a judge um a higher standard and who's chastising people that come into her court that you did this wrong was having her back blowed out in her chambers by another dude who's married while she's married so it was just a cesspool of ugh i mean in there churning butter at all hours of the day so at any rate she was confronted about this Thank you.

because her clerks told on her now if you'll remember back when we were going through our hearing our trial there was some clerks on her team then that did not like her do you recall that so i hoping that i find out if it was one of those two that i felt were decent people but at any rate the clerks turned her in Then Judge Pryor, who is a federal judge, spoke with her, made her aware of the allegations, and she denied the allegations. She said, absolutely not true. She says, this clerk that's telling you this is just mad because I've reprimanded her because she doesn't do her job using her phone, et cetera, et cetera. well then they started to they i'm assuming the investigators that was brought in um pulled the video footage and phone records and saw that this high-ranking atlanta pd guy um was coming and going in her chambers when these clerks were saying this right and And so when they presented her with this, she she folded like a wetsuit and acknowledged that, yes, it was true. She had been having this affair for like two years. Now, keep in mind, Julie, because you don't pay attention to these things, because I just got on to you yesterday about not keeping up with shit, which was another issue that we had in our trial. um the issue with that is that that was going on during our trial so do you remember when she came into the chambers with no shoes on yes and that ran me crazy yes well now i know this bitch had her legs in the air so her shoes fell off he he they either fell off or he knocked them off oh my god so it's one of the two and what gets me is when i looked at But if it was two years and she just got called, it wouldn't have been during our trial, would it? No, honey, it's going to, go back. She says the date, now it could be a lie, folks, because Judge Eleanor Ross told it. She told when she started the affair and when it ended. Okay. She's saying that it ended in 24. Got you. Okay. Now, do you remember when you went? Yes. I really remember. yes because i'm gonna need you to kind of dig deep up in here yeah um so she's acknowledged the times that it was going on from 22 to 24 does that fall within the realm of when you were there yes i went to trial in june so we're good right um so she's acknowledged this now so remember she

walked in no shoes on i was shocked when i realized that she is literally only like a year younger than me and throwing her back out in the judge's chambers at that age julie you got to do something shut up because you are younger than her and you ain't doing all that shut up well i'm just saying if you need a robe i'll get you one no i don't because it seems to be that if you get a robe you turn your freak on so at any rate um she was sanctioned and given a private reprimand which folks i really don't care if judge eleanor ross has her back blowed out on the martyr i don't give a shit the hypocrisy is what i have an issue with is that you now lied in a federal investigation you lied to federal investigators right i don't know that it was a federal investigation right it was because the judges ordered it got you this one right here is obviously going to take up for judge ross today because she's afraid she's gonna have to be sentenced by her again no i i would be afraid yes but i'm not okay um so at any rate she lied to investigators that is a felony in this investigation now in case you need to have proof of that i do have the receipts from all the attorneys that have weighed in gosh does that make you feel better i'm good you're saying it not me she's a chicken shit um so at any rate she lied in this federal investigation and then goes back to judge prior and says okay my bad i dropped my draws in the in the judges chambers got my skirt lifted up our in this case her robe um and they give her a private reprimand this private reprimand

folks do you because you don't know if you're next or if someone in your family is next because you don't know what tomorrow holds do you want to go in front of a judge who is literally she has literally sanctioned people in her courtroom for perjury yes so that is perjury what she did she lied in that investigation she should be charged with that now we did an interview yesterday with inside edition right right and one of those things now are do you feel comfortable enough you know talking about this interview because if you're afraid say you're afraid um you did this interview yesterday with inside edition and jim who did the interview who i've we've always liked a lot um he said to you judy if you could say one thing to judge ross what would it be and what was that you said well i just i remember her

saying to me you know when you go out here and do things you have to suffer those consequences right

so i'm just kind of giving it back to her so folks that's julie's idea being shady and then he asked me but he really wasn't gonna ask me no but i decided that he needed to ask yeah yeah you interjected for sure i said jim i would like to say to judge ross that judge ross you stated that you should have thought of your children before you committed this crime i would and i said well judge ross i need to know if you were thinking of your children as you were whoring around on their daddy is that almost you did say that okay yes you did so folks My thing is, is that I don't give a shit if you're a Democrat, you're a Republican, you're left. I don't care where you're leaning. I don't care if you wake up this morning and you're a cat. I don't care. What I care about is, is that these are supposed to be positions that you, these people are being.

in their hands yeah they really are because people may or may not know you know the prosecution was asking for life in prison for you and she for me she could have given you that so this is my thing yes you are holding someone's life in your hands and to me it is a job you know like a doctor a surgeon where you need to be focused and you need to be dialed in because these are serious matters

and you yourself know that judge ross sat up there on her phone during our trial she was not supervising those jurors she wasn't paying attention to them half of them were asleep She told them that they didn't have to come in there properly dressed. This is a courtroom, but we knew that she was ratchet when she told those jurors that they could come in their pajamas. We knew she was ratchet then. But this is a judge who understands nothing about finances. She understands no financial case. She didn't even understand that when you file a tax extension.

No, that wasn't her. That was the juror.

That was the juror, but she called, she called everybody back in and asked the question. I have to give y'all verbatim because she was like in a fog during this whole time. She called everybody back in and said, I don't know what this question means, but I have to tell you. Right. That's what she said. Right. So does that mean she didn't know what it meant in extension? No, that means she didn't understand the question. Okay. Which is even more, this woman is going to work as Judge Ross's new clerk. No, I'm not. I'm just trying to be.

And he's trying to be like. But you're not.

I need you to tell me when the judge, the judge is supposed to know everything.

I don't think they're supposed to know everything.

You think, I mean, I don't think she knows everything. You are moving to Fulton County to get a job.

No, I'm not. No, I'm not.

A judge, if she is lording over your freedom, she is supposed to be educated enough to understand the case. Absolutely. Okay. We finally got there, folks, after three and a half minutes. Yes. So.

when you have people like judge ross that's getting her back blowed out in her chambers that with someone else's husband who i have been told i do not know this to be the truth yet so i want to put that out there i was told yesterday that the woman who's married to the guy with the in the police department that she was banging judge ross is friends with and she works in the DA's office the woman does now that's just messy you are dirty no good that judge that is yeah that's that's that's messy yeah so now that all of that has come out it has also come out through I'm not sure if it's a clerk or not that talks about the uh ex parte communication that Judge Ross was having with the prosecutors in our case. Now, folks, for you that don't know what ex parte means, it means that the judge was having conversations with one side or the other without the other side being present because you cannot have ex parte communications. If one side wants to speak to the judge, the other side has to be there as well. Right. So this clerk is now saying that she was having ex parte communications during our trial. We've also now been told that Judge Ross knew the entire time of our trial, one week in, she knew that there was no taxes owed to the IRS for the charge that they brought us in for. But yet she did nothing and allowed the prosecutor to continue down that path in front of these jurors to make them believe that we owed this money. Now, folks, we're sitting there knowing this is a lie. We've got the proof of it. And Judge Ross kept killing the proof. She kept saying that can't come in. That evidence can't come in. Right now, I've since been contacted by the former sheriff of Clayton County, Victor Hill, who she presided over his hearing. And she did our trial and she did a lot of this same corrupt stuff that we're that we knew that she was doing. And it was so interesting because Victor Hill, who was on Savannah's podcast. and I didn't realize it but has written a book and a whole chapter is about Judge Ross and the corruption in her courtroom and her direct affiliation to Fonnie Willis and to Tasha someone who's in the DA's office and that all of these women were colluding against him because he had kind of put Fonnie Willis in her place in a restaurant one day because she was going after police officers because she was trying to further her agenda and he wasn't going to have that based off of what Victor Hill has told me right um and it was just listening to that 45 minute conversation it brought it was like flashbacks coming to me he would say something like oh my god she did that

with us right I mean you don't remember when when Bruce our attorney said your honor we have a right to prove that what he's saying is not true we have the evidence here the the irs transcripts show that this payment was received on this date but the government has placed betty carter on the stand to state that this money is owed right she said we've already gone down that road you do you remember that yes i do okay folks she she knew then that the irs agent had lied which by the way IRS agent Betty Carter has since retired. Tommy Kripp, prosecutor, has since resigned. Annalise Peters, prosecutor, has since resigned. So now I'm going, I'm having Agent Steven Raskowski, the FBI agent who colluded with them, I'm also having him looked into. But with that being said, judge ross has now been asked by the head of the department of justice's civil rights division to recuse herself of all government cases because not only was she getting her back blowed out in her chambers she was going to private fundraisers and and um fonnie willis just won her re-election and judge ross was there for that election sipping on martinis you shouldn't wear that color blue because it made you look really really big um because so many people are saying that she looks like i mean they're making fun of the way that she looks um i would never do that because that's above me um but they're saying that she looks just like the guy she was the man she was banging just with a wig on um which i think's an insult to him but at any rate she has now colluded with with Fonnie Willis and a judge is supposed to be nonpartisan.

no no political affiliations not going to fundraisers things like that that's other grounds to be impeached um this is a federal judgeship which is a lifetime appointment which i don't believe in you know i've been saying that for 20 years uh lifetime appointment and she's out here doing everything that she wants to do with just no regard just because she's a judge she can do it um so now the head of the civil rights division for the department of justice has asked that she recuse herself from all hearings regarding the department of justice well all hearings regarding the department of justice is any federal case because the department of justice is the united states of america So if you are if someone is prosecuting you from Julie Chrisley, Todd Chrisley, the United States of America against Todd and Julie Chrisley. Right. So I think that's a problem. And I know I was notified this morning that Judge Ross has postponed a hearing regarding election interference in the state of Georgia. Since this motion has been filed to recuse herself. so she's basically said i'm going to postpone this hearing to give me time to respond to the government's request that i recuse myself right i'm not quite sure what i'm interested in so is everyone in dc is interested about what her response is going to be because how are you going to say that you can listen to this case and not be and not be impartial right because you are literally at a fundraiser or at a celebratory dinner or event for Fonnie Willis, who is a Democrat who went after the president of the United States. Now, folks, I don't give a damn if you like President Trump. And as a matter of fact, he don't give a shit either.

But with that being said, I don't have to agree with everything that my president says, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I don't have to agree with everything your president says 24 hours, seven days a week. I mean, I don't agree with hardly any politicians on everything that they say, because I believe that politicians lose their way the moment they win the election. Because when you're out here stomping and you're talking to your constituents and you're saying, I am for you, I'm going to help the farmers, I'm going to help the textile workers, I'm going to do this and whatever. and then you get then you don't do shit then you literally was just rage baiting these people to get them to vote for you and i don't like that at any rate i'm curious as to see how judge ross responds to the government regarding their request for her to recuse herself right um we are now moving we are when i say we myself and a bunch of other individuals are now pushing to have judge ross impeached so that information all the information is being sent over to the judiciary committee in dc i am hopeful and prayerful that uh chairman comber and chairman jordan who are over these you know these two agencies will do the right thing and that they will step up and acknowledge what this woman has done she should resign i mean that would be the classy thing to do but if you're classy you're not sounding the way she was sounding in her chambers so i guess the classy part's been ruled out folks so i think that she's probably going to have to be taken off the bench by congress um and and and go that route but i was told yesterday that a lot more stuff is going to come out and for us to sit tight alex little our attorney is working on this with a lot of people in D.C., and he will be traveling there in the next two weeks. I will be going with him for these meetings, and the goal is to start the impeachment process into Judge Eleanor Ross. Now, also, one of the things that they're wanting to look into is this committee of judges that felt like it was okay to give her a private reprimand. Now, keep in mind, she got a private reprimand, but she's been stripped of all the committees that she was on she cannot be on those anymore she cannot be a chief judge anymore so that's just according to a lot of the legal experts that's out there they're saying that that's unheard of to have this kind of conduct going on and it be kept as a private reprimand right they feel like there's more of a cover-up there right and because the public has a right

to know who is sitting on those benches right they have a right to know if god forbid they've got to go in that courtroom who's in front of them right um and what lack of integrity they have and if you lie in a federal investigation this woman has sanctioned people for doing this but yet she did the same thing um her conduct is so egregious and again i don't give a damn i'm glad she was getting her back blowed out i'm glad at 50 something years old you are still doing what you do i'm glad of that because i'm gonna do it too but i ain't gonna we could role play though

be nice um i don't care about that it's about the principle of it that this woman who was so resentful of the life that we had built of the things that we had and that we had access to but judge ross is literally one of the biggest hypocrites that is that has been caught on the bench lately now just so you know a case was sent to me last night from a judge in another district

who was having an affair in his chambers but with another staff member but it was still in his chambers he was asked to step down and resign or face impeachment it's the same thing here right because you're going to sit and tell me that she's not that she's banging one of the top in command at the atlanta pd and that she's got no cases that the atlanta pd have been involved in or have referred probably right and that was something that was put in the order that after the review of all of judge ross's cases none of them involved the Atlanta PD. Well, she was so conscientious that she kind of said, okay. When she looked at her police officer and she said, rise, that she was so conscientious that she realized that she was not going to oversee any cases that involved the Atlanta PD. I don't believe that. I don't believe that. Because the Atlanta PD is one of the biggest if not the biggest police that you have in the state of Georgia and you're going to tell me that all these federal cases that come through that courthouse that she had no affiliation with that it never touched her that's hard for me to believe

and

it's just like it really is the hypocrisy of the whole thing and when well you know because I come running down stairs the night that all this news broke and um because i had received that phone call and you were in the kitchen i said you are not going to believe this i said that ratchet ass judge ross was doing the dirty in her chambers and with a police officer and what did you say she was defending judge ross then what did you say ty there's no way stop faith he's like stop

is that not what you did well i yeah why did you do that just i always try to find the good in

people i always think why are you trying to find the good in somebody that lets you go to prison

knowing that you had done nothing wrong i know todd i just i don't know i just don't harbor hard

feelings like that well i'm getting tired of carrying them for you okay i'm sorry it's just

who i am i can't control that well i'm carrying it for you and i'm gonna lay it down in washington

in dc because i want her impeached i don't know how she gets up well first of all i mean i saw how she dressed some of those days so obviously she doesn't either she has no shame or she has no mirror or she has no best friend that will tell her that's not working so with that being said that's the update on judge ross as of today but as i'm sure there'll be as i have been told the robes are flipping in georgia so we will soon see how that's going to work out um what else is going on in our well lots of stuff's going on in our life that we're not talking about right now but it'll eventually surface um but it ain't my story to tell and i'm noted for not telling other people's stories um so tell me about you julie you have

now become an advocate for the fulton county federal court system i haven't i have not you know what i am so grateful for where we are right now i am so grateful um as i've said many times savannah president trump everybody that was involved uh alice johnson everybody that was involved in in the good lord first yes i am so grateful and i truly just want to put that behind me and move on to all the amazing things that i can see that are in front of our family right um that i don't want to be pulled back to that because we are seeing every single day how god is working how things are being brought to light how karma revisits or karma visits you at one time or another and that it is not our timing that it truly is god's timing and you've been ugly today

so i don't even want you i have not been ugly today i'm doing the lord's work no no no no no

no so i'm just saying i know you think that i just don't dwell on it and i really don't i don't Because I'm so grateful for where I am. like she should be held accountable because and i have said this what two consenting adults choose to do in their private time is their business whether it's right or wrong it is their business don't really it doesn't involve me but you can't do it in the private chamber but i'm saying right when you are bringing it up into your work we we all know it's very hard to separate separate work and home right but when you start bringing your personal business and your personal life up into your work environment i think it's very hard to be a focused it's very hard to give it your all because listen That, to me, would be a very stressful, hard job, right, to me. If you're doing it right. If you're doing it right, if you are truly educating yourself on each case and you are truly trying to look at all sides, everybody involved, you are not being partial to one side or the other, but we know, in theory, that judges are typically partial to the prosecution.

Because it was such, and I feel like because I have such PTSD from that trial, and I get emotional just thinking about it, because it was truly the worst part of the entire, what, 15 years that we dealt with this crap. Yes. it was the worst for me because emotionally i was it was horrible by the end you know that i was a shell of myself so i see how serious it was and how it affected me and for someone in her position to make a mockery take it as serious and i get it it was my life so it was more serious for me but it was still a very serious situation that should and and i i do feel

like it was just kind of it was a mockery yeah and when you look at it from you and i want you to think about this in that ruling where she's been reprimanded her clerks stated that she was not doing her job that she was not reading these briefs she was not reading these filings that were coming in she was having the clerks do all of her work and would not even review the clerk's work she would just sign it right how dangerous is that right that you have someone that literally is well first of all they're not judges how how extensive is their background in in law right and in legal research and that you as a judge are not even reviewing what your ruling is and if you remember back when she would make rulings on our case our attorneys would be like what is she doing this is total opposite of what the law says do you remember that right yeah well now we know because she wasn't doing it right she was having her clerks to do it and

they've now admitted that right well you know when i went for my resentencing when the appellate

court said there was no evidence during a certain time period there was no evidence to show that

you could be convicted right so they took away from what 17 million down to what was it three three points three point something million it was over three million but whatever and she had no problems and just okay that was just okay we'll just do that right but then would not give me one day off of my sentence instead increased your probation and instead increased my probation and then when she was called out on it she tried to make it appear as though it was

an oversight there was an oversight in her chambers right so she dumped it back on her clerk right because we called it out in a filing and then they responded and said this was an oversight on the judge's part right we'll take it back to what it was because if you don't know that

when i went back she lowered my restitution but would not give me one day off my sentence but instead she gave me five years probation versus three that i was originally sentenced at right and then down the road she even said when alex was fighting and said you know based off of how you sentenced her originally this is what we feel like would be fair and we weren't asking for to

completely do away with it we were just asking her to reduce it and she said oh i just gave her what i thought she deserved i didn't have not the guidelines not what the law says i didn't have anything so she said that she felt like seven years was appropriate for what 17 million dollars

and still felt it was appropriate for three million dollars right so it it was things like that that just make no sense and let's be very clear to those that don't understand just so you know there were no victims in our case because you read all these you know that oh they got a pardon and now the victim's out towards right there were no victims these were hypothetical numbers that the law says that this is um intended loss so let me explain this to you my cfo So did a construction loan or a development loan, lied on a personal financial statement and said there was a million dollars more in the account than what was in there. Right. That was the personal financial statement.

Yeah, I don't remember that. Yeah, it was something. That's what it was. He lied on the personal financial statement.

Right. So that's what it was. The bank came in and said they lost no money.

Right.

The loans were repaid. Right. But.

And they received assets back.

Right. And the government, the government through this law can say it doesn't matter that you paid it all back. What if you hadn't have paid the loan back? Then the loss would have been this. Folks, that's what they're doing to people in our country right now. Intended loss.

Right.

No money. It's not real money. So when you talk about these people getting these pardons and all this money was washed away. No, it wasn't, folks. It never existed. On some of them. Yes, on the majority of them is intended laws. There's intended laws versus actual laws. Ours was all intended laws. There was no actual laws. And so you have, and it's also very important for the people that don't know this, that the restitution that people are hit with, the government literally collects between 1% to 3% of those numbers ever. Right. It's just a way to cripple someone to where they can never overcome that situation in their life. Right. That's what it's set up for. So true. And, you know, I remember Tommy Kripp saying to our legal team, we will leave Miss Chrisley. We'll leave her out of it. But you got to have Mr. Chrisley. to take a plea if we we're not worried about taking the whole family down if we take him out the rest of them fall do you remember that call if we can take mr chrisley out the rest of the family falls right now that's what's prosecuting those kind of things should never be overlooked and it's so easy for someone to sit out here on the sidelines and the general public and say they should be in prison or that person should be in prison right but if it was their ass sitting there they would expect their judge to not be back there you know trying to figure out what kind of you know wet and wild damn uh jail she's going to be using you know whether it's going to be warm or cold or whatever that she's going to be sitting on the bench paying attention to the trial and doing what she needs to be doing right if their son was being sentenced they would want their son to be sentenced appropriately and fairly yes yes i agree so i agree that i agree that's what's going on right now yeah and it infuriates me that our country as a whole if we don't stop all this left and right bullshit we're going to fall because you get four years of the republican administration and they go and undo everything that the democrats did before them And then the Democrats win the White House again, and they spend four years undoing what the Republicans done. So you're taking— So you're doing nothing except wasting everyone's tax dollars.

Taking two steps forward, two steps back. Exactly. Literally, it's not even— Exactly. It's literally dollar for dollar, because you're never getting really anywhere. Exactly. Yeah.

Because at the end of the day, I believe Judge Eleanor Ross to be a bigot, to be a hypocrite, and to be a phony. and that's just on top of the lack of education that the woman has when it comes to running her courtroom and her cases and this is coming straight from her clerks that have said that they have to have a staff attorney they are in the in the federal building that overlook that oversees all of her if it's a financial case that lands on her desk that person looks at it and and puts the law together for her because she doesn't understand it.

based off of what the clerks are saying now you and i both know i'm not quite sure she's going to defend judge ross on this or not you and i both know that during our trial one of our attorneys had another case going ahead just that she had just pulled financial case and they're like oh my god she doesn't even know anything about a financial case she doesn't even know how to handle a financial case and they were scared to death because their client their case had landed in on her desk right that we should have judges that are beyond reproach whether it's in the united states supreme court the appellate division the state division the federal division our judges should be beyond reproach when you have someone of that caliber when we were growing up julie i don't know about what your mom and daddy did but my mom and daddy said you're to respect the law you're to respect doctors lawyers your teachers now keep in mind every one of these people individuals and professions that my mother and my dad forced us to respect every one of them has been corrupted you know why human nature human nature is what corrupts you go into these positions and you start feeling like you literally start feeling like that you're above everyone else you're sitting on that bench and they are because they can take your freedom yeah it's the same as with now you did go to prison right i did because i just want to make sure that that me and you went on the same journey yeah you saw how uneducated those staff members were and how uneducated those co's are right some of them yes okay well i need you to name me how don't name them give me a number of the people that you would say that worked there that wasn't uneducated because she just now tried to take up for the bop now i'm just you are a federal employee at heart there were a few that were educated i'm not gonna say that so would you admit that the vast majority were not okay okay all i need yes she had two folks out of 200 staff members um but those other ones the 98 percent did they not were they not the ones acting like ass clowns yes mistreating acting like they were better than yes it's a it's a con it's an inferiority complex because here they are lording over people who have lived a life that they will never live that has done things they will never do and that has held positions that they have never been in right so now it's like oh well look at you now i'm the one in control yes that's how
