I would like to know that if I say, okay, Julie, I'm willing to go away for a month. If I say I'm willing to go away for a month, we all know I'm paying for it.

corrected her last night when she kept getting pissed off at netflix saying i didn't say the chosen she's talking to the tv she's cussing at netflix and she said i didn't say the chosen and i was maybe we should have been watching and i was very quiet and said i don't think it's the it's not it's the i said it's unchosen it's unchosen yeah she puts it in it comes on so needless to say i was in the midst of this show and all of a sudden oh my god and proceeds to read to me one of the most heartbreaking stories that she could find on instagram now i don't know what's in her algorithm that all these missing kids show up on her page do you know what's in mine if i show you my page right now it will be babies of what I think my future grandchildren are going to look like and what I want to buy them and where I'm going to take them. You want to talk about Judge Ross in the latest app this morning?

Well, if you insist. I mean, I wasn't going to do it, but if you insist, I would. Folks, welcome to the days and lives of the downfall of Judge Eleanor Roth.

this morning she recused herself from the federal election case that the doj filed for her to recuse from she uh granted that motion this morning i'm not quite sure why she's granting any motions why she's allowed to still be on the bench and i want to make this very clear because there's still a bunch of ignorant people out there in this world i don't give a damn if she got her back blowed out in the basement of her church I don't care but she lied in her investigation and that is what she sends people to prison for for perjury so this morning I just not that I was trying to stay focused on this y'all but this morning it came out that the um let's see here um the attorney for the department of justice um aag dylan judge ross has granted our motion to recuse in the Georgia voter rolls litigation. And it says that based on this standard, the United States argues that recusal is required under 455 for the following two reasons. First, a reasonable observer would objectively conclude that the undersigned attended Fannie Willis's event, which constitutes endorsement of Willis's election and the Democratic Party. Second, a reasonable observer would objectively construe the undersigned's attendance as an endorsement of Willis's actions while in office, which include prosecution of President Trump for crimes related to election fraud, and question the undersigned impartiality to decide. Well, Judge Eleanor Ross concluded that she would grant their motion because it does appear as if she could not preside over that case and be impartial. I personally don't think that she should be sitting on the bench at all. She should be suspended. Now, since we've last spoke about this, several congressmen, senators, and other individuals have filed for impeachment proceedings to begin. Now, that has to go in front of the Senate judiciary, who then does their investigation and then it goes over to the House for them to vote as to whether or not she's impeached or not. I want to be very clear because I get so many people saying, oh, you're wanting her to be impeached. What about the president of the United States? You know, you're not shouting for him to be impeached. I wasn't aware that he was banging some judge here in the United States. I wasn't aware that he was having sex with anyone else in the White House. That was Bill Clinton, by the way.

I don't want to confuse the two right I'm not worrying about what President Trump is doing up there because guess what like all of y'all that are talking shit to me you ain't worried about what Judge Ross is doing in a federal courtroom in Atlanta Georgia and destroying the lives that she destroys when a she's not competent enough to have that assignment to that bench she has to have an attorney on staff to draft everything for her because she doesn't understand her cases. She's got clerks that have gone on record now that state that they did everything for her and that she never even read them and rubber stamped them. And then on top of that, she lied on the clerk that brought this to Judge Pryor and reported her and said she was doing all these things. And when they sat down face to face with her, she had no problem trying to destroy this clerk's professional career if i had to guess this is a younger clerk because you know you you going through law school you're excited and thrilled if you get to be a clerk to a federal judge so here's some kid that went to law school got this appointment and now this judge who they were there to serve has now said this clerk is lying on me they're lying because i got onto them for the way they dressed and the excessive use of their cell phone she should not say anything about the way someone dresses this is a woman who came in the courtroom with no shoes on this is a woman who allowed her jurors to come in in their pajamas so clearly she does not care about someone's appearance yet she's going to say that the reason this clerk lied on her was because she chastised them for their appearance a this woman does not dress well even if she if she halfway dresses um she has a cuck for a husband

Ryan Ross, who is a state judge, because no one's going to tell me that that a wife can have an affair for that many years and you don't suspect something is going on. Because now, based on all the stuff that's being said, this was like the worst kept secret in the federal courthouse. Supposedly, people have been talking about it for years that this was going on. right but these clerks were so afraid to say anything that they were just going to be they were going to remain quiet right so there was an article that came out this morning talking about judges how are they going to be held to the same standards um it says and this and the article was sent to me and I said, I don't have time to read this this morning. Give me a recap. And they came back and said, it talks about accountability and how the public is waiting to see if judges are held to the same standards as the rest of us Americans. It breaks down the impeachment into three categories. Conflicts of interest with the Atlanta Police Department, attending a partisan an event, Fonnie Willis, Democrat, her issues with Trump and the voter election fraud, which was a case she was going to be presiding over, and lying under an investigation. The article speaks very well on the impeachment process and how easy this one would be if they choose to take that route. Now, notice, folks, what they did not, the article did not talk about. it did not talk about her getting her back blowed out nobody cares about it no no but what people do care about is her lying under an investigation her attending a partisan event judges are to be non-partisan they're not to be attending uh political events they're not to be donating to campaigns they're not to be doing any of that they are to be they're there to be partisan they're

So that's two things that she broke right there. The third one, conflicts of interest with the Atlanta PD. Now, all jokes aside, neither one of them are good looking people. But that goes to show you that in this country that even unattractive people are getting laid. But he is an unattractive member of the Atlanta Police Department. Banging an unattractive member of the bench.

And these are cases rarely would there be a case that the Atlanta in federal court that the feds have not worked with their local police on securing evidence or doing investigations because they're coming into their jurisdiction. Right. So that's almost impossible that there's not some overlap there. So that's what judges around the country now are saying. That these are the three conflicts that she should be impeached upon. As tacky as it was for her to do what she was doing in her chambers. I've done it in a Burger King bathroom.

But at the end of the day, you got to get yours where you get it. You've got to get it in where you can get it in, but you can't be getting it in in a federal courthouse. That shows you the level of narcissism that she has and the addiction to power that she has. that she can summon a high-ranking Atlanta Police Department officer to her chambers to service her. That shows you how narcissistic she is. So when I get all this information, there was another one that came last night because there's so many people investigating this. And so this one person gets scared and says to this reporter, listen, I've decided not to get involved in this mess. You really thought I would put my job on the line for this? I know how these things turn out, and it was never my intent to provide that information to you. Now, that sounds like cat covering shit right there, right? I forwarded this information requested to the powers so they can be aware of what's going on and to protect my best interest. But good luck moving forward. Now, that is someone who is a security officer there in the federal courthouse who was already leaking information. And now she's afraid that her name is going to come out. So she sends that text message to make it look like that she didn't do anything. Right. It's very self-serving. Right. But everyone throughout the country is talking about this. I did the podcast yesterday with Greta Van Susteren, who, you know, I've loved forever. And it was a great podcast. So I would encourage you all to tune in and listen to that. But it was a great podcast that I have with her. And she said, why is no one going to this chief justice? It's over the 11th circuit because the Supreme Court, you know, oversees the appellate version. And the appellate version oversees, you know, Judge Ross. Why is no one going to the chief judge of the 11th Circuit about this? And shame on Judge Pryor if he knew that this was if he knew that he caught her in a lie. At that point, she should have been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. And she should have never been given a private reprimand. her reprimand should have been public so that the world would know about it so that other so that defense counsel going in front of her would be aware of the conduct that this judge is you know has has shown right but it's a good listen on Greta's podcast because she she like schooled me

on kind of what the law is right and she and she said listen as tacky as it is about her having sex in her chambers okay it happened her biggest issue is that she lied to the judges that were investigating her and you can I'm quoting her and you cannot have a judge that has lied in an investigation and then think she can be impartial overseeing someone else right so Greta just summed it all up in that one little piece right that you cannot lie in federal investigations right and you and I both know that in our case that she chastised one of the witnesses and said um I don't believe you understand that you understand that you're under oath remember that you understand you're under oath yep and I will hold you in contempt yeah well but yet she doesn't want to be held in contempt right now i don't know what's going on in her personal life but again i don't believe that i would know if you were

having an affair i may not know if you had one today but if it was something that was so if he was doing you so good that you stayed with him for two three years i'm gonna know that some people say they didn't know but those are the people that didn't didn't care a woman that is whoring around on you for three years or a man or a man other way it's because they don't give a shit they don't care they are too busy focused on what they're doing they're too busy focused on other things that are more important than you having an affair now you know yourself i notice when your hair is different i notice if you change your makeup i notice if you change your perfume yes do i not yes why is that because i pay attention to what's mine so i can tell you now they wouldn't be no three years so if you ever decide to do it it needs to be so good don't worry i'm not it needs to be so good that you got to walk home on your hands shut up because i'm done but then so but again i don't know what's going on in her private life but i do know that she has two daughters and the example that she has sat and i can say this directly to you judge ross because as you said uh in your racist tone um that we should have thought about our criminal activity we should have thought about our children before we did that you should have done the same because you have committed a crime you have committed perjury and that is punishable by prison and certainly if not prison you should be disrobed you've already been disrobed um you should be taken off the bench not done on the bench okay um so that's kind of like my update on that okay and again folks i'm not being petty yeah okay um but now So, I mean, really, what is your take? What is your take on that whole situation and of everything that has come out? Do you have an opinion on it?

I do have an opinion on it. And I do think what someone chooses to do in their private life between two adults is their business. I do not feel like that should have been something that she should have brought up into the chambers. Um, I do not feel like you can be focused on what you're doing when you have that, like, you know, whether it's the anticipation or it's the sneaking around or it's whatever your mind is obviously not focused on your job. And I just feel like that her job should be held at such a higher place because you do have someone's life in your hands. And I know how traumatic that experience was for me. I know how serious I took it. There was no playing around. like it was serious and i i i respected that it was a serious matter the entire time and i feel like that should have been that should have been the case for her too and the the the clerks coming out saying that you know she wouldn't read motions and she just would sign whatever they put in front of her i mean that like should be alarming to that should be alarming to anyone that's right because again these are people's lives yes a jury can can say that you're guilty all day long but ultimately she has at her discretion to sentence someone basically to whatever she wants to. I mean, like I know she said during my re-sentencing that she didn't follow any kind of guidelines. She just did what she thought was fair. She did what she thought was fair, which was for the crimes that she thought that I committed, seven years she thought was just fair. There was no like formula that she used. But keep in mind, there is a formula that she's supposed

to use. Right. And she chose to go outside of that formula. Right. So she has a lot of power

and i feel like it is it's just like a doctor it's just like a surgeon like they need to be focused when you are going and cutting on people and you're doing surgery and you're life changing to people you need to be focused on what you are doing i feel like it's the same for

her. I 100% agree. And, you know,

It's very important for people to also know that she can never be a chief justice. She cannot. She cannot do that anymore. She can't be on any any panels, you know, heading, chairing any of this stuff. She can only right now, based on the sanction that was given to her, she can only stay in the position that she's in. She can never ascend any higher than where she is right now. right someone this young in her career that's a death that right there it's unfortunate that right there's a bad thing but it's not severe enough so many times we are our own worst enemy

you know and like rather than take this position that she was the youngest african-american female judge to be appointed by Obama, which was huge, which was huge. But why wouldn't you, why wouldn't you respect that? That, oh my gosh, this is, this is something crazy. This is amazing, right? As a female, as a black female, that you have been appointed and given this position. And then you just kind of crapped on it. Right. Well, here's, here's something

else because there's a lot of stuff coming out in the judiciary right now um the supreme court yesterday declined to hear the case of 98 year old federal judge pauline newman who is challenging her suspension from the u.s court of appeals for the federal circuit in an unsigned order with no dissents do you understand what that means if there's no dissents it's unanimous the court took no action on her petition. Newman, appointed in 1984 by President Ronald Reagan, argued the circuit unconstitutionally removed her from cases after finding possible cognitive issues that made her unfit. She refused recommended medical testing and service of orders. A council of judges barred her from new cases for a year or until she complied noting it was not a fitting end to her career but necessary newman's attorneys and a doctor described her as a healthy super ager who remains intellectually sharp and capable lower courts dismissed her lawsuit ruling that the that the judiciary can police itself now i want you to think about that yeah a miss pauline you're 98 hang it up because i don't believe in that either and listen she can be sharp as she wants to but at 98 she's not as sharp as a 38 or a 48 or a 58 or a 68 there these lifetime appointments this woman judge pauline miss pauline she's gonna make sure that she fulfills that yeah when you said lifetime appointment i'm you gonna pay me till i die all right she took it literally she took that literal but she should be gone regardless of whether or not she's still sharp or not you're too old to be administering over people's lives but the most troubling part of that is that the judiciary can police itself yeah the solicitor general urged the supreme court not to take the case while it while let's see while newman's lawyers called it a stealth impeachment and said they will keep fighting. Now, there's something wrong there on both levels. The Solicitor General should literally not be saying to the Supreme Court, don't take this case, because that's the Solicitor General's way of trying to contain power over his judiciary. The Supreme Court should remain sole discretion over judiciary. There's too many people trying to assert power from positions that they should never be in to begin with right but miss pauline at 98 needs to sit the hell down yeah and judge ross needs to step down because if she had any

class at all which i know that she's voided that but she's made the entire 11th circuit look foolish she's made the entire there are judges you know this yourself by the calls that I have received. There are judges in the 11th circuit in that same building that are saying she needs to resign. Right. I don't know how she truly thinks that she can sit on that bench and not deal with the shame and embarrassment that comes with what her actions from these attorneys and defendants coming into her courtroom. Right. Because it's just a field day for an attorney to come in and she rules in a way that's wrong and 90% of her cases are wrong. I don't know if people understand this, but she has one of the

the highest rates of cases being overturned at appeal than any other judge in the 11th circuit. So that right there.

The clerks are saying she's not reading, she's not doing the work.

So that right there should tell you all that you need to know is that this judge, that her rate of cases being overturned by the 11th circuit of appeals court is higher than anyone else on the bench. Well, the reason for that is because her clerks, who don't have the experience that a judge is supposed to have, is writing these orders and she's rubber stamping them. Or, or she was seeing if the soles of her feet could touch the ceiling. So it's one of the two. So with that being said, I'm now going to move past that.

um there's still you know we have we supposedly have a deal now with with iran um and that gas is going to be cheaper because that's all anyone in our country is worried about is gas we're not worried about women being treated like garbage over there and having to wear black all all year round um um or that they cannot show their hair that they can't go to the beach or any of that. But we're going to have cheaper gas. It's baffling to me in this country that both sides can look so foolish. Because if you do your research, even at the highest of what we're paying for gas today, we still have not reached the highest of what gas was under the Biden administration. And there was no war. Because remember, Biden was a coward and pulled all of our people out of Afghanistan and cost lives, left a billion dollars worth of equipment over there. And we didn't do that this time. We came, we conquered, and we left. But at the end of the day thank god the war is over our young men and women can come home and my heart goes out to those that are not coming home because there's now been lives lost there's parents out there today that don't have their child and all because of a war that if iran would have left us alone and stopped shouting death to america and trying to through all of their affiliates blow up our buildings and everything else um then trump would not have considered their country as the next disney
