00:00:00 - 00:00:57 | Speaker 1:

Welcome everyone. We'll give you a minute to come in and get comfortable. We have the famous Real Bays. We have Elizabeth Lane and we have Teresa from A Better Life as well as Brandi Siciliani. And we'll get more into a lot of details about what happened today. But I want to start off with just this little quick YouTube piece because they're always, you know, the first few minutes they want to know what you're talking about. So tonight we're going through what happened in court today, July 6th, in the preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson and what it means legally technically we'll get we might get into some of that but it's going to be more like kind of what happened and what things were kind of strange like the anomalies and there's some unanswered questions but um we're going to break it down hopefully good for you and then speculation assumptions and internet noise which there is a lot of that also interestingly we had some guests in court today that we were not necessarily expecting it sounds like jack posobic donald jr we had erica kirk with charlie kirk's parents uh that's all i've heard of so far as anyone else

00:00:57 - 00:01:09 | Speaker 4:

that was kind of like a brandon tatum was there oh officer tatum okay yeah we actually saw him and i was trying to get a video but he walked by too fast and i couldn't grab it but yeah he was

00:01:09 - 00:01:14 | Speaker 3:

there joshua carr actually that's the first time i heard his name i guess he's a commentator

00:01:14 - 00:01:40 | Speaker 1:

interesting um yeah but make sure you guys hit the like subscribe check out everyone's channels that's on here we'll put it all down in the description as well and um well let's just go ahead and get into it so no one was able to get in today um most people most podcasters were not able to get in because they only had 14 passes some people were there as early as 1 a.m mountain time and the first 14 got to go in everyone else who was after that kelly raybon brandy

00:01:40 - 00:01:51 | Speaker 2:

um elizabeth lane you didn't go today correct no i texted brandy and as soon as she says 14 passes i'm like i'm not doing 40 minutes drive for a 14 i'm not getting in

00:01:51 - 00:02:06 | Speaker 1:

no so but basically what that translates into is there's a pretty pretty slim chance that the people who are on the ground that want to podcast and bring the stuff to you there's a very slim chance they're going to get into court this week that's what it means they're going to be fighting

00:02:06 - 00:02:13 | Speaker 4:

we're going to tomorrow we're determined we're getting in all right so we'll start with the

00:02:13 - 00:02:18 | Speaker 1:

ladies first so elizabeth lane did you get a chance to watch it today yeah i watched the

00:02:18 - 00:03:26 | Speaker 2:

not the entire hearing. Unfortunately, I had two shows that I had to do, but I watched the main parts of what was off about the whole thing, like with the evidence and how it was presented and this whole thing of also this getting 14 passes when we know the capacity is around 70 to 75. I just don't understand that at all because, you know, if there's some type of danger of some sorts and they are worried about you know public just going after someone in court it doesn't matter whether it's erica kirk or charlie's parents or tyler robinson himself i just don't see it because we've been in this court i've been um attending these hearings for the longest time brandy knows this uh how many special forces guys are there not not special forces but you know just like the swat guys yeah so i really don't see the danger like we had swat guys when we were only 12 of us are lined up on both sides so that argument doesn't hold up for me so i don't know why they are doing this 14 passes thing i really don't understand it well and then with jr there

00:03:26 - 00:04:08 | Speaker 4:

you also have the secret service taking up spots right yeah yeah but also um i was talking to a girl that was in line that got one of the passes and she attended the cory richens trial and she said that it was 14 passes for that as well so i don't know if it's a utah thing but she got there specifically at 1 a.m because she said that when she went to the cory richards trial that they only did 14 too so she already knew from like past experience that that was what they were going to allow so i wonder if it's a utah thing i'm not sure this is my first hearing trial i've ever been to so i'm not really sure how it works please can you look it up real quick

00:04:08 - 00:04:14 | Speaker 2:

for us like for 14 14 passes you ties that i think here it shouldn't be i mean it's a public

00:04:14 - 00:04:46 | Speaker 3:

trial of why 14 you know what's really interesting is the few uh people that i talked to that did get wristbands they were older people they did it for personal reasons they you know don't publish it they just go this is a hobby of theirs so three of them were like that and uh yeah so they have no interest in the case aside from personal interest which i felt was really interesting

00:04:46 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 1:

yeah one thing i thought was interesting as well is i had the idea if they were there at 1 a.m and they took all the spots and they have no vested interest in this are they paid to be there Are they there to fill these spots so podcasters can't?

00:05:00 - 00:05:14 | Speaker 5:

get in right what i said to brandy when when she said that i was like i i believe one of the girls even told you she didn't even know she couldn't tell charlie and tyler apart right yeah so i met

00:05:14 - 00:05:53 | Speaker 4:

this girl in line and i got her number and i said hey will you keep me updated with what's going on during the trial and she informed me that erica was not sitting next to charlie kirk's parents and so I reported that and then after I posted that after the the hearing she called me and said oh you know I made a mistake like I thought it was Erica's parents sitting next to her but it was really Charlie's parents so I'm sorry I made a mistake and so I had to correct it on x which I'm totally fine to do but me and Teresa were like did she do that on purpose I don't know

00:05:53 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 5:

yeah good question and this is also the person who somehow knew that she was supposed to be there at 1 a.m to get yes get the pass when we didn't we who actually regularly do this and are in court we didn't know but she knew yeah right so many question marks about this case well and so she

00:06:16 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 3:

acted so this woman appeared to know this other older man and so I asked how do you guys know each other and she said that they had met at the Corey Richens trial and then they just happened to be at this trial and

00:06:32 - 00:06:39 | Speaker 2:

Did we lose them?

00:06:40 - 00:06:41 | Speaker 5:

I don't know

00:06:41 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 1:

They know though All right. So while they're figuring that out. So I just looked it up now and it's saying that it is uncommon for this few seats to be for a preliminary hearing, but that it's not a precedent. And it's giving other examples how like, you know, when when Trump had his criminal trial in New York, that they only allowed one row. They're saying that for the for January 6th, that there was only three seats available. They're referencing a couple other cases where they did like a lottery style system to figure out who was going to be able to get seats. So they're saying that it doesn't really stand out as a major anomaly for there to be limited seating in a high profile case.

00:07:27 - 00:07:50 | Speaker 2:

Interesting. We'll give them a minute to get set up. Yeah, but let's talk about the witnesses. So the state previewed the witness lineup and exhibits. they had former uvu officer chris bagley he was the first one he is the one that kind of said i was up on the hall of flags he was the one behind charlie and he's the one that would had of anyone would have the most clear line of sight directly at tyler robinson he's in an elevated position

00:07:50 - 00:08:12 | Speaker 1:

looking right at that spot is that the same one that drew his weapon i'm not sure because i remember when when um you know when they were carrying charlie like while they're no no it's this is a uvu police no no no i'm saying from the from the footage that i saw about the asian guy it was one yeah i think so no no not the no it wasn't him that's yeah i never heard that he

00:08:12 - 00:08:17 | Speaker 5:

actually drew the the weapon he i don't think he ever said that no no that's why i was asking

00:08:17 - 00:08:26 | Speaker 1:

because in the footage that i saw there was only one person that drew their weapon and it looked like it was a plainclothes uh i mean a uniformed officer yeah we're just we're just going off what

00:08:26 - 00:08:33 | Speaker 2:

they talked about today i'm not sure i don't know how many details about that but um for you what

00:08:33 - 00:08:39 | Speaker 5:

was what was the the most questionable thing in the first testimony like the first witness

00:08:39 - 00:09:01 | Speaker 2:

for you number one would be the fact that he said when he heard the shot he looked down so he's already at the level of tyler robinson looking straight out at losi but it's boom gunshot he looks straight down at the tent that was weird does that mean the sound came from below and then the second thing would be the holster he found the holster and they also

00:09:01 - 00:09:08 | Speaker 5:

found a separate pistol that was that was big for me yeah go on and he but he ignored it which kind

00:09:08 - 00:09:12 | Speaker 2:

of makes sense if you think about from the point of view that it's an open carry or you know like

00:09:12 - 00:09:42 | Speaker 5:

constitutional carry state everyone can have one but it's an event where stakes are high and for for like for a civilian that would not be a problem right so you see if i was there and i saw it i'm like okay we're in america we're in utah we're in red state red state but this is not a civilian this is a trained person you know he he knows what he's doing and for him to ignore it to to me that that doesn't end up really really well yeah that doesn't make sense yeah well he's also

00:09:42 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 2:

ex-swat and the other thing that i didn't like about him is he said first it was a pistol he i heard a gunshot a handgun shot but then he changed it later and said no actually it sounded like a snap crackle pop or some kind of shit for like a 30-06 yeah that's weird yeah that's weird

00:10:00 - 00:10:02 | Speaker 3:

it would have been very loud. After the FBI

00:10:02 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 4:

says, are you sure you think it was a pistol? Wink, wink.

00:10:07 - 00:10:14 | Speaker 5:

Are you sure? Yeah, and how did he know the exact time, too? I'm looking at my notes right now.

00:10:15 - 00:10:20 | Speaker 1:

They've had, like, 10 or 11 months to go over all this stuff, so, I mean, you get a lot of details in that time,

00:10:20 - 00:10:26 | Speaker 5:

but it's still kind of weird. Yeah, but it seemed like he was like, it was at 12.44 p.m. I'm like...

00:10:26 - 00:10:46 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't know. but other than that was there anything else specifically with chris bagley that kind of threw people off i noticed one thing was right away when he was talking to prosecution he was very comfortable and relaxed as soon as defense came up he had this kind of smirk on his face like his whole demeanor changed like he went into like deceptive mode almost allegedly yeah yeah

00:10:46 - 00:10:58 | Speaker 3:

i didn't see oh sorry go on go on i was just gonna say i i didn't see the whole hearing today i caught the second half so i didn't see the very beginning i missed the first three hours

00:10:58 - 00:11:39 | Speaker 2:

You know, Baze, like, and everyone, I've been watching these people since day one, you know, the prosecution and defense. And there's no reason to be so on guard with this defense. I've said this a million times over. I do not like Tyler's defense team. I think they are doing a very poor job and there's no reason to be so nervous with, you know, people who are not really asking you the tough questions, you know, and to be nervous even with that. I'm like, OK, what's going on here? You know, so the right reaction, right reaction, man.

00:11:39 - 00:12:14 | Speaker 5:

but baron did make a point the other day where he was saying this is the preliminary hearing so they're not going to like let's just say they do believe candace right they're not going to say that now because they don't want the prosecution to build up a rebuttal yet do you know what i'm saying yeah yeah why show their hands early yeah exactly when this is just to see if if it's even possible to to put tyler on trial but that's that was the point that i was going to

00:12:14 - 00:12:25 | Speaker 3:

make i think that there has been a lot that has come out over the past nine or ten months where there could be an argument that this case shouldn't even make it to trial what do you guys

00:12:25 - 00:12:44 | Speaker 4:

think right and you'd think with the mountains of evidence they would come out guns blazing like they'd come in hot right but i don't think it's time for that yet well i'm talking about the prosecution like the prosecution isn't it for for having the mountains of evidence it didn't seem

00:12:44 - 00:13:17 | Speaker 5:

like mountains of evidence so far elizabeth do you remember when we went to the to one of the hearings and we were talking to that guy by the water fountain and we were talking about candace and he's like no that's ridiculous like no we don't believe candace whatever do you think he is just saying that because he wants the prosecution to think that the defense thinks candace is crazy but what if we do go to trial and then they start pulling out all of the evidence that candace has presented i mean that could happen we don't know well here's the thing if

00:13:17 - 00:14:52 | Speaker 2:

defense is smart they should and the problem is i don't know if you remember we had my uh detective friend on space once and he said listen these guys this defense especially state provided defense they're always looking out for their you know butts right like they they will stay here while tyler robinson is just one little aspect in their lives and their main objective is to not rock the boat with the prosecution that they will be up against on every other case or you know not on every other case, but many times, because Utah's not that big when it gets to such cases, right? So they're doing basic work that defense should do. What they don't understand is this is not a basic case that they get. This is not an unusual case. This is a very high-profile case, and it requires high-profile defense, which they don't have. And unfortunately, uh tyler robinson's parents cannot afford better lawyers so right now there's a ton of things that defense could have done even with the the hearing that we were we were present um on right like this guy that came out and said yeah kandis owens is completely irrelevant really six million people that tune in and watch her is that's irrelevant dude at least at least place your words in in a way that make make sense right at least be logical he literally told us on record that yeah no it's it's irrelevant it's irrelevant i mean one thing that surprised me sorry sorry go

00:14:52 - 00:15:01 | Speaker 3:

on i was just gonna say you know like all this build-up and all this talk that we heard for all these months about how that they know tyler robinson's the guy there

00:15:00 - 00:15:24 | Speaker 2:

got the guy the mountain of evidence and like i didn't see anything today that made me to believe that he was guilty or let alone even there and like what uh matt weren't there a couple mistakes that got made wasn't there i think i heard you and nate saying towards the end that on two that on two occasions that they they showed uh in inadmissible evidence yeah so so they doxed

00:15:24 - 00:16:03 | Speaker 1:

well they started to dox a girl they had social security number address everything was all out there and the judge was like do you want to fucking fix this like what is going on here why is there personal identifiable information in front of me right now right and then they uh you know they swapped it out for the the redacted stuff that was that was a that was the biggest one then they had a couple instances where they were showing evidence that was not entered into the record yet it was not official they had the camera on it and they were showing it on screen and he's like you can't do that yet so even though they already showed it he walks over there and brings it down as though it wasn't caught by millions of people around the world right so they were doing stuff like that the whole time constantly at least they're not worried about

00:16:03 - 00:16:19 | Speaker 3:

tampering with the jury pool yeah guys i thought about this um you know i i live in utah what if i end up being one of the jurors that would be the funniest thing ever

00:16:19 - 00:16:37 | Speaker 4:

this is not billy by the way i'm like looking at some of the comments they're like billy have work done or her face i'm a new no this is theresa not

00:16:37 - 00:17:50 | Speaker 3:

that's hilarious yeah but the the problem is guys we keep hearing how how was it oh So we keep hearing how the prosecution wants a speedy trial and Erica wanted a speedy trial. We keep hearing that, yet we don't see prosecution going for a speedy trial. And it's like, OK, we are willing to come on board with whatever you're preaching here. But at least when you say it, then do it. And did you see today like we had last hearing with Brandy when it went forever? We were there, I think, five hours or so, maybe more. And it was all like just dead talk, just nothing, nothing, nothing. And defense is like, hey, listen, we are on board if you want a speedy trial, like, you know, just give us evidence. But if you're not going to give us what you're going to present, we don't even have the gun to to examine that we want some type of extension here because we got to be ready. and they're like well you know we we don't want to give you extension but we don't want to give you the gun either we don't want to give you anything okay well we don't have the gun but

00:17:50 - 00:17:54 | Speaker 2:

we have people that say that they heard something that they're pretty sure was a gun

00:17:54 - 00:18:04 | Speaker 1:

right a pistol we heard rifle we heard firecracker we heard a pop noise we've heard all kinds of

00:18:04 - 00:18:22 | Speaker 2:

stuff matt now before you reference the main one the police officer that testified was that the one that said that he was on the roof and his body cam just happened to go off conveniently yeah that was the same guy yes correct so his body cam just went off he said that that's his story he's

00:18:22 - 00:18:31 | Speaker 1:

sticking to it but the metadata on the cam itself will show if he shut it off himself or if the battery died assuming they actually call for that information which i assume they will so convenient

00:18:31 - 00:18:43 | Speaker 2:

that it died right right in that moment too you know you know it wasn't convenient when they brought up that they found bullets on a different roof right that is so insane well so insane they said

00:18:43 - 00:18:56 | Speaker 1:

they found a casing so it doesn't matter i mean like that's crazy casing i can take a casing right now and i can put it wherever i want that's so i mean is it interesting yes does it mean anything

00:18:56 - 00:19:01 | Speaker 2:

did they find a casing on the low c center or just a different roof well they wouldn't find one

00:19:01 - 00:19:17 | Speaker 1:

on the low c center because it was a bold action rifle the casing was still inside according to them so that would make sense that one would be there but the one they did find doesn't make sense that it was an actual gun that was up there and was shot because it's just a casing you can get a casing anywhere i have casings in the the bottom of my car i didn't shoot a gun in my car

00:19:17 - 00:19:21 | Speaker 4:

but have you ever left one on a roof yeah it's like why would it just be chilling on a roof at

00:19:21 - 00:19:33 | Speaker 3:

a college exactly like it's a college like it's a the place where most students don't even have guns or anything so why would they why would they find something like that in a college

00:19:33 - 00:19:44 | Speaker 1:

it just yeah they had guns there were several students that had guns out when they're running around after the shot happened yes true there's guns but the fact that there's a gun there's a

00:19:44 - 00:19:59 | Speaker 4:

casing on a different roof that's interesting it's very odd who did did that casing have any engravements on it i don't know and also they found the holster they found a holster on the grass

00:20:00 - 00:20:04 | Speaker 5:

And they just decided not to test it for DNA, no fingerprints, nothing.

00:20:04 - 00:20:41 | Speaker 3:

The guy's like, yeah, I don't know. This whole DNA thing is just, I'm like, I'm not okay with defense not pushing on this harder. Like, I'm not okay with this. Because every single thing they named that had Tyler's DNA, yeah, no excuse me. But like, yeah, of course. Because he lived with another person in the house. No one examines this person. if i lived with my boyfriend my boyfriend could frame me at any day anytime because everything attached in the house that he can have the access to and has the access to will have my dna is that

00:20:41 - 00:20:53 | Speaker 2:

what we're basing this on like that's that's it that's all yeah i wish i i wish we could have heard from lance twigs he seems to be the only person that's not interested in this case today

00:20:53 - 00:21:00 | Speaker 3:

who else think that lance twig is a little bit protected here who do you guys think that

00:21:00 - 00:21:20 | Speaker 4:

there's a 100 100 well and the judge is still protecting the evidence because i thought we had the hearing that said we get to see the evidence and that the public gets to be there but first thing this morning he says well you know i'll see the evidence oh yeah that's that's

00:21:20 - 00:21:34 | Speaker 2:

That's another one, right? The public doesn't get to see any of the visual evidence. All these stories that you get to see the video, they got the video of him doing it, you know, Tyler Robinson on the roof, but the public's not going to see it. I don't know. Today, it just seemed like we got a whole lot of trust me, bro.

00:21:34 - 00:21:36 | Speaker 4:

Right, right. Literally, yeah.

00:21:36 - 00:21:40 | Speaker 2:

And the only one who, sorry, yeah,

00:21:40 - 00:21:43 | Speaker 4:

the only one who didn't see the footage is Judge Tony, I guess.

00:21:45 - 00:21:54 | Speaker 2:

That's crazy. We're going to get the social security numbers of the witnesses before we get any actual evidence that there's tyler robinson on that roof with a rifle

00:21:54 - 00:22:40 | Speaker 5:

but regarding the lance twigs thing so if you i don't know if you guys have watched baron's episode recently where he went through lance twigs's family's uh finances and how they've like they bought all these different companies now and a charity and they were not wealthy prior to this and Lance gave a statement in September and then they made him redo his statement in April and after that April statement his family acquired all these companies and this charity and so in my opinion it seems like maybe they got some money from some people for a statement maybe

00:22:40 - 00:22:57 | Speaker 2:

that's not it trust me bro trust me bro nah nah and didn't they open didn't his parents open multiple llcs like it's not like they just like ran into someone and got a house it's like eight llcs no literally it's crazy

00:22:57 - 00:23:06 | Speaker 3:

didn't brooksby's wife congratulate twig's mom or something for birthday what yeah they're

00:23:06 - 00:23:36 | Speaker 5:

they're friends yeah they're friends yeah i'm sure they're making a lot of friends in high places now but they've been friends for a while um i talked to one of lance twigs's family members and this is this is i've already shared this before but um and so is baron but lance's parents have been friends with brigsby's family for for a while i think they went to high

00:23:36 - 00:24:14 | Speaker 3:

school together i believe i mean small town you know yeah but but he also went into early retirement who did brigsby oh yeah so i think there was some kind of um a case of some uh you have to double check that he went to early retirement because of something and i think it was like some kind of sexual assault case or something which i i you guys should double check but that's what i remember but he definitely retired early very early funny let's go on let's go on to the

00:24:14 - 00:24:26 | Speaker 1:

second witness so we had former sbi which is the state bureau of investigation which is like the fbi so he's like the state's cash patel basically right and investigator david hole what were your

00:24:26 - 00:24:33 | Speaker 2:

impressions of him oh he was on there for a while he did not he was blinking a lot yeah he did not

00:24:33 - 00:24:45 | Speaker 1:

seem like he wanted to be up there i'm just saying they were calling him dr blinky in the chat dr blinky blinking multiple times per second matt i was laughing at your comment about you're like

00:24:45 - 00:24:54 | Speaker 5:

this looks like a horror movie like this is clearly tyler in this car and it's like a ring camera and you can't it could be my car who knows

00:24:54 - 00:24:59 | Speaker 2:

oh is it the video they were showing at the end yeah yeah

00:25:00 - 00:25:17 | Speaker 3:

which yeah which all trolls were shared in uh you know probably in a record time like all troll accounts like it's almost like guys were you waiting for this moment like it was a calculated coordinated effort to share the video good job well i mean they had to amp it up a little bit

00:25:17 - 00:25:22 | Speaker 2:

if it's going to be the only uh visual evidence that they show to the public they gotta at least

00:25:22 - 00:25:55 | Speaker 1:

pretend something's there yeah one interesting thing too was brian davis this was the guy that david hole kept constantly referencing every document every meetup getting the evidence from the other people like the different homes that had the cameras he was getting all that evidence from everybody and david hole kept referencing him constantly he's the one that signed everything and same with the medical examiner david hall said hey trust me bro i talked to the medical examiner so i know and that's good enough hearsay right right so that's all i saw from david hole everything was hearsay there was nothing that was yeah everything's a

00:25:55 - 00:26:21 | Speaker 2:

friend of a friend there's no professionals there's nobody nobody whose signature is going to be on anything it's like hey i know a guy like it's there you know like i don't know it's just it's just let's get more into the what they were saying about the autopsy and the medical examiner because they they were uh they were referencing saying that you know didn't they say something about charlie having other health conditions and or uh potentially other injuries which they felt

00:26:21 - 00:26:25 | Speaker 4:

needed to be withheld no yeah they said they're saying oh i thought they said that too they said

00:26:25 - 00:26:34 | Speaker 1:

it's like medical history yes the hipaa stuff so anything outside of his injuries from the shot they didn't want any of that information in there that's what she was saying i think

00:26:34 - 00:26:46 | Speaker 4:

but like it's like we're not asking to see charlie's medical history and medications and diseases it's like we just want to know what happened well that's interesting because um that's

00:26:46 - 00:27:13 | Speaker 3:

actually pretty interesting because if there was um another type of wound on his body we should no uh yeah absolutely no so like anything other than a shot like okay can can we speculate something here real quick so let's say it was not a shot and it was some kind of a you know what we talked about with mike or something like that okay so the real wound then is not not necessarily

00:27:13 - 00:27:29 | Speaker 2:

just the neck and that should qualify as like a wound if they if they try to isolate the the wound and only focus on the wound on his neck and just ignore everything else saying oh it's none of your business HIPAA like that's a major problem

00:27:29 - 00:27:45 | Speaker 1:

well we wouldn't know too what injuries were there do they match what Andrew Colbert said was it like the C2 through whatever like did it actually damage everything going down is that verified by the medical examiner that's what I want to know I mean a hole in the neck so I mean we could see that

00:27:45 - 00:28:21 | Speaker 4:

one of the sources I talked to and I talked about it in my last YouTube video um one of his i'm not gonna say who it is but someone that he knows is these uh no is the the surgical scheduling person and this person said that when charlie came in his neck was severed and he basically bled out and so they pumped him full of blood and got his heartbeat back but they did confirm that his neck was severed.

00:28:22 - 00:28:26 | Speaker 1:

Which corroborates with what Barron was saying from the pictures he saw from Charles with Clintock Wilson.

00:28:27 - 00:28:28 | Speaker 4:

Right.

00:28:28 - 00:28:30 | Speaker 1:

Where the neck was just kind of flopped over. I've seen that photo too.

00:28:32 - 00:28:36 | Speaker 4:

I'll just say I convinced Charles to show it to Barron.

00:28:37 - 00:28:42 | Speaker 1:

So that would go along with everything that Andrew Colvin said then. That the neck and all the vertebrae were destroyed all the way down.

00:28:44 - 00:28:47 | Speaker 4:

Well, I think it was maybe because his neck was flopping around.

00:28:47 - 00:28:59 | Speaker 1:

you know how much force it would take for your neck to flop around and shatter all the vertebrae to the point where your neck is severed that's not going to happen with what he did even in a major car accident that's not going to happen in most cases

00:28:59 - 00:29:02 | Speaker 4:

yeah and if they did chest compressions his ribs would be broken

00:29:02 - 00:29:03 | Speaker 1:

yeah

00:29:03 - 00:29:06 | Speaker 3:

not always but yeah it could be

00:29:06 - 00:29:13 | Speaker 4:

I mean if you're doing it right yeah because aren't you supposed to break ribs if you give CPR yes

00:29:13 - 00:30:06 | Speaker 3:

well the thing is they can't even get that story stride, right? So wasn't it Frank Turek that was saying, oh, we got to the CPR and then Brian Harpel said, well, we couldn't do the CPR because of, so there's conflicting stories there too. And it's just, I just don't get it why these people cannot get their stories right. Like I just can't, you know, my, my friend died in a car crash when I was very young. And I remember everything like it was yesterday. I remember every single detail. I remember when I saw her first, what kind of bruises she had on her body I remember everything no one in the world can make me change my story no matter how much they try right and these people cannot get their freaking story right just one story how did you get this guy in a hospital how did you get it in the hospital what happened on the way can you just get that straight why are we not able to

00:30:06 - 00:30:24 | Speaker 5:

yeah the fact that that frank turek is saying oh i gave cpr and then brian harple's like no one gave cpr in the car uh that should not be two different stories that everyone should have the same story at that point everyone should know what happened in the car well i mean there have been so many

00:30:24 - 00:30:38 | Speaker 2:

conflicting stories you could do a whole series of podcasts just pointing out all the times that something one of these people said conflicted with something else you know especially in regards to Frank Turek and Brian Harpole

00:30:38 - 00:30:40 | Speaker 3:

should we continue the case

00:30:40 - 00:31:24 | Speaker 1:

yeah so Brian Davis obviously at some point he should show his face because he's given like 90% of the information for David Hull David Hull is interesting I most people don't believe a word he said and they think that he was basically like he's a trust me bro king in this case but then there's this sergeant jennifer fa minor for me i'm not sure but she's the one that took all the pictures and stuff she's the one that took over for chris bagley i guess on the roof uh i don't know anything about this person but it's interesting she got all the pictures and everything else uh chris bagley was saying this is another interesting interesting thing we didn't talk about with him was the he was swearing that the there was an imprint from the screwdriver you remember that an imprint

00:31:24 - 00:31:28 | Speaker 2:

from the screwdriver i remember them saying that there was obviously an imprint from him

00:31:28 - 00:31:36 | Speaker 1:

laying down but um right he said oh in the gravel and a print from the gun as well

00:31:36 - 00:32:16 | Speaker 2:

yeah in the gravel on the roof yes see one thing i find odd is back when baron released the uh dispatch tapes when you heard when you heard the calls that they were looking for somebody that didn't really match the description to tyler robinson they had the dispatch of when they were on the roof and they acknowledged the imprint of the gravel but they didn't even see the screwdriver like the screwdriver didn't get brought up until later so i don't know i just that that's something that stuck out to me that i've always found odd that they're noticing imprints but they're not gonna see or acknowledge an actual piece of physical evidence on the scene

00:32:16 - 00:32:48 | Speaker 3:

i want to shout out to easy money thank you so much you're always so supportive i remember you you're always there for my lives thank you just wanted to shout out easy money right there thank you like your profile picture lives he never misses my lives no matter who is it with like thank you truly appreciate the work what's that little guy's name his profile picture easy money

00:32:48 - 00:32:58 | Speaker 4:

his profile picture was hasbula the little that little tiny guy anyways

00:32:58 - 00:33:06 | Speaker 6:

so was it who was it that was testifying when they had the compilation video

00:33:06 - 00:33:12 | Speaker 1:

what was his name that was someone we were just talking about yeah so that's the thing that got

00:33:12 - 00:33:37 | Speaker 6:

me is they had the compilation video and they well i was glad that that judge didn't allow that into evidence they'll come back with with more but they kept wanting to to offer this compilation video into evidence and he's saying he's saying well i haven't seen all the video but we have witnesses that have seen the raw video of the compilation so we're you just need to go based on

00:33:37 - 00:34:22 | Speaker 1:

that when it was zoomed out they had red circle it was like a tick tock like they're basically presenting a tick tock as evidence and the judge is like uh no that's not going to happen but unfortunately it's the only thing he denied everything else he let in everything you it's all trust me bro work today all right so i want to get everyone's opinion on this the way they set up everything today so they have this like big monitor in the corner we can see the monitors clearly for prosecution and defense we can see half the stuff they're looking at he said make sure you guys kind of protect your own area and watch this and that but also remember that he said if there was anything going on with the camera they would get rid of the media so he set up a situation where it's easy for us to accidentally see something on those monitors yet if we see something on those monitors the cameraman might

00:34:22 - 00:34:31 | Speaker 2:

be banned from court oh so it's a trap I don't know is it I'm sure they'll let Brendan Tatum stay don't worry he'll give us he'll give us the whole scoop every day

00:34:31 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 3:

you know I have to say real quick before we get to the camera it pieces me off how non-family members walked in without a problem when we were there well not me but you guys were there for like the longest time yet they just walked in got got off the car and it's like you're not family you're a nobody and you get a pass while rest of the people in a public trial don't i think that's really messed up and

00:35:00 - 00:36:13 | Speaker 2:

it's not okay but yes you all know who i'm talking about it's not no no elizabeth why don't you tell us say the name say that that does it way better sorry i don't know why why posabiak got to go in like who who's he exactly vip status yeah yeah vip status it's uh yeah and also it's really weird that uh trump's family was there what is what is the message here what is the message in a trial public trial with some utah person you know being accused some tyler robinson being accused and in a state case yeah in a state case and the president's son shows up to me i would be like i'm sorry if i was judge i would be like listen all all the respect to your family but you can't be here like this is this is swaying the audience uh in future jurors one way or another because what's gonna happen is ksl is gonna be up there local tv um npr news and all this like made media propaganda people saying oh look trump supports erica kirk showed up in the the the court

00:36:13 - 00:36:47 | Speaker 1:

with her today like how is that fair well no this goes back and this goes back to one of the many conflicts of interest that that you know me and tanks have been talking about a lot at like when you got to remember the charlie kirk show was broadcasted distributed by salem media donald trump jr is one of the owners he he has ownership of salem media brandon tatum was under salem media so there is a lot of you know like there are a lot of underlining facts about this that not everybody is going to realize on the surface there are people that have different

00:36:47 - 00:37:14 | Speaker 2:

levels of investment in this days i get it but they can own entire media and they do own entire media as you can see this is why half of america if not more are absolutely dark of what's really going on but as a son of the president you should not be in a state case in utah um comforting a widow that you only see maybe like what once a month you know like what's your deal what is your

00:37:14 - 00:37:32 | Speaker 4:

deal why are you here let's do a quick poll let's do a quick poll in chat if you think that donald trump jr should have been there as charlie's friend put a one if you think it was inappropriate and an overreach of power put a two yeah it's their way of saying crucify him

00:37:32 - 00:38:11 | Speaker 2:

without saying crucify him exactly exactly and with you know the responsibility is different when you are the president and when you are president's son like your father chose this great good for him but now you have to understand your place in the society you are no longer just jane doe or some billionaire or a millionaire you know in america now you have a different status and you have to be careful with your status okay um imagine if he showed up on like in any other court um supporting anyone really like people would be all over this but they are just fine

00:38:11 - 00:38:18 | Speaker 1:

with with erica kurt did anybody find it odd that erica left early i think charlie's parents left

00:38:18 - 00:38:25 | Speaker 3:

early too yeah they left as soon as they were talking about the shooting video they they all

00:38:25 - 00:38:33 | Speaker 4:

left um which i found a little interesting and apparently they were sitting together right yeah

00:38:33 - 00:38:41 | Speaker 3:

They were. And I corrected that. Like I said, at the beginning, my source was mistaken. I have no problem correcting it.

00:38:42 - 00:39:11 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, but even if they weren't sitting next to each other with all the different people there and you don't know who's there like for them. Like, I don't I didn't think that was like the biggest deal in the world. You know, if they were sitting on like opposite ends of the room and they didn't have any interactions on camera, I think that that would have been newsworthy. but just like oh they're not in the same row like i don't know i think we got to be careful with things that we point out that could just look like something that we're trying to sensationalize or

00:39:11 - 00:40:00 | Speaker 2:

other people are trying to sensationalize you know what i mean yeah it says lunch breaks are the best guys like every single time they ask for a break and they go to have lunch or something i'm like okay they're gonna get their heads together come back with a better argument no it's the same thing Like, how long does it take you to eat a sandwich so you can actually get together and talk, you know, get your head together, get your heads together? It's crazy. But, yeah, anyway, I think lots of things were wrong today, starting from 14 passes to having high profile people supporting one side over the other when these guys not even documentedly guilty yet at all. I think it will sway the jeweler pool and I think that back to the camera

00:40:00 - 00:41:14 | Speaker 4:

cameras. So I never understood why the defense asked for the cameras to be taken out of the court. Okay. Their whole point was, well, Tyler looks weird. And that's why we want to take the cameras, you know, off of the courtroom. In a way, it kind of helps them, you know, because people associated Tyler to Lee Harvey Oswald and all these lone gunmans and stuff. So they kind of know that something is going on with these people. And we just had hearing, I don't know if you heard congressional hearing about this MKUltra stuff, and how it's like, none of this is a myth or a history of undocumented, you know, hearsays. It's real. It's real. So I think that it actually helps them. I don't know why they don't explore those avenues that actually help them defend tyler in fact they are doing the opposite they want cameras out that doesn't really help their case at all so again like i i'm just not happy with this very like-minded uh things that defense and prosecution are doing yeah i i agree with you i did i did see a post

00:41:14 - 00:41:36 | Speaker 3:

today though i don't know who it was it was probably andrew colvin he was just going he was going rogue today um but but someone uh i think it was him but he said you know uh tyler was laughing today and it's like he wasn't laughing at anything you know did anyone see tyler laughing

00:41:36 - 00:41:56 | Speaker 5:

no no i mean that's kind of that's kind of the the the you know pot calling the kettle you see those zoom calls coming out it's like all right guys i don't want to be morbid for carly's dead tp usa 2.0 let's go you know what i mean it's like let's dig deeper back into the

00:41:56 - 00:43:17 | Speaker 1:

the things that were specifically said yeah well so we're talking about oh sorry so so uvu officer chris bagley he was a utah valley he's a former uvu officer now okay but he was there at the time of the shooting why did he leave he tends to fight about campus layout security positioning which that was hell going over is there a building here does the building have walls does the building have a roof what the everyone i mean why why waste like three hours on that but he used aerial drone style images to explain the area he specifically said at first that there were no drones and then a little bit later he's talking about the drones that were there ah trust me bro right but that was interesting and then he talks about the line of sight to the low sea center he said the low sea center roof had a line of sight towards the courtyard our tent area but he didn't say that until he found this holster and when he looked up from the holster he was like oh and he looks up and he sees there's a line of sight right yes okay all right buddy and then he said part of the sorenson center which now that is the building to the left of charlie and it's closer and that would have made more sense for a shot to come from there um he said that uh there's direct line of sight from that too so do you guys have any opinions on the fact that he didn't say it until he got to the holster um yeah honestly i think

00:43:17 - 00:44:14 | Speaker 4:

that um he was trying really hard to align with the story that he was given that was my impression i mean anyone can can like say whatever they want but listen to these people they are telling you exactly who they are like in my opinion he's like trying to stick with the story and everyone knows when you're not naturally talking about what happened and you need to hit every angle in the story like i gotta say this i gotta say this i gotta say this you will make exact same mistakes like this oh did we lost lose he said be right back oh okay yeah so i think that what he was trying to do is stick with the story that he was given and this is why it felt so artificial and felt like he was oh shit i gotta say this i gotta say this again this again it was a it was a entire court hearing was hearsays opinions i thinks that guy told me well i don't know but he

00:44:14 - 00:44:22 | Speaker 2:

said that like yeah it felt to me like he wasn't telling a story he was part of but reciting a

00:44:22 - 00:44:59 | Speaker 5:

story he was told yeah yeah something we've been seeing a lot of throughout this case yes the whole year and that's why like sometimes it feels like people say stuff and then they say something else that contradicts it and it's like they don't even remember what they said the first time like you know like like you got to really pay attention when people when people give different versions of the same story look for what comes off more natural look for what rolls off of the tongue look for like when they're all stiff and they're you know like these things matter these details matter and again you know um you know a lot of people like they got to remember this is just a preliminary.

00:45:00 - 00:45:19 | Speaker 2:

hearing but everything is getting put on the record so even though we're not getting a lot of testimony from different people that we want to get testimony from the people that are putting things on the record that's what's going to be getting reference to later especially during cross-examinations and that is very important to remember yeah did you think they asked good

00:45:19 - 00:45:26 | Speaker 4:

questions that defense do you think they came back with good rebuttals uh i i think i think

00:45:26 - 00:45:32 | Speaker 2:

I think that when they came back talking about the bullet or the shell casing on the other roof, that that was a pretty good rebuttal.

00:45:33 - 00:45:33 | Speaker 4:

Yes.

00:45:34 - 00:45:35 | Speaker 5:

How about you?

00:45:35 - 00:45:37 | Speaker 1:

I think Kathy Nester is a gangster.

00:45:39 - 00:45:42 | Speaker 5:

I think she kind of killed it today, to be honest with you.

00:45:42 - 00:45:43 | Speaker 1:

You're just getting warmed up.

00:45:43 - 00:45:50 | Speaker 5:

I've been very apprehensive about the defense's capability in this whole thing, but today they kind of brought it.

00:45:51 - 00:46:08 | Speaker 2:

I think so. We keep talking about cameras, but we haven't even brought up what I find to believe one of the most important details that came out today, and that is that Terrell Farnsworth did not give them the raw footage from the recording, from the SD card. Is that correct?

00:46:09 - 00:46:12 | Speaker 1:

That's what it sounded like. That's what it sounded like to me.

00:46:12 - 00:46:30 | Speaker 2:

He gave them something that he edited, he or someone else edited. Yes. Yes. That is, why would you have to do that? Think about it. He he was the guy that priority number one, pull the SD card. I don't know if he pulled the SD card first or, you know, went and made that video.

00:46:32 - 00:46:34 | Speaker 3:

He took down the camera right away.

00:46:34 - 00:46:49 | Speaker 2:

And the whole story that you heard from was an Andrew Colvett is people do bad things. We had to make sure that we got it to the FBI to go. Yeah, then why didn't you do that? Why didn't you just give it to the FBI? How come we're finding out 10 months later that this might have been edited first?

00:46:49 - 00:46:55 | Speaker 5:

yeah and katherine said that she wanted to cross-examine him but who knows if that will

00:46:55 - 00:47:12 | Speaker 1:

happen yeah we're gonna get a written letter said that she wanted to uh you know she wanted farnsworth to send that thing over through google and he said he couldn't because google was insecure and then he gave it to google drive to these other people to the fbi and stuff so he's contradicting himself there he used it for other people but he wouldn't use it for candace

00:47:12 - 00:47:27 | Speaker 2:

would anybody be surprised if he tries to refuse cross-examination and that they try to push to have him send in a written statement with the trust me bro stamp like they seem to be doing with everything else

00:47:27 - 00:47:33 | Speaker 5:

I don't really know how this works can you refuse to appear in court and not be cross-examined

00:47:33 - 00:47:41 | Speaker 2:

I don't see how I would subpoena every single person there put the spotlight

00:47:41 - 00:47:50 | Speaker 3:

line on every single one yeah this guy was shady from the from the get-go like with with his oh i don't know how to send it with the google drive i don't know how to upload it oh it's not

00:47:50 - 00:47:58 | Speaker 2:

like you own a media company bro what he knew how to take it down pretty quick yeah exactly

00:47:58 - 00:48:49 | Speaker 3:

and of course the whole thing with the camera where he takes out the card and he wants to save the save the camera you know but he doesn't care about the camera like enough like it just it's I think this case is so ridiculous. This is why they need to hire swarm of trolls. You do not need trolls for for for the truth. If you are true in what you believe, this case will go exactly how you planned it to go. You already have the guy. He's in jail. He's in prison. He's not going anywhere. He's not running. He's not he's not over the Mexico border. Right. All you have to do is put him, you know, either on a death row or forever in prison. so you have him well that's what i've been saying the whole time too why are you so worried why do you need to hire the form of like a swarm of trolls what makes you so freaking worried

00:48:49 - 00:49:05 | Speaker 2:

yeah and why even expedite the trial i was saying this the other day too it's like the guy's in jail you know what i mean if he did it and they have the evidence he's already in jail he's not going anywhere so why all this you know what i mean like why all this nonsense they're not really expediting

00:49:05 - 00:50:00 | Speaker 3:

it are they though they are just saying they want it and then they are not showing up with their evidence so again it's so weird to me that they are trying to control the narrative so much here here's the best way to fight Candace Owens you don't like her great here's the best way to fight it she can talk all she wants every day all day and when we go into trial and when everything is presented not hearsay it's not like oh I said that oh I thought oh he told me that no no no tangible evidence put it up there put it up there and everyone shuts up convince us don't bring some shady the the car video or don't bring some weird guy who you who will out blink entire freaking world or like you know and people will be on board they will be like okay we got it we made a mistake you got the right guy you got the right guy and then don't constantly to me.

00:50:00 - 00:50:37 | Speaker 4:

lie about what happens. Don't gaslight people. No one's an idiot here. Like this gaslighting of we saw what happened. Stop talking bullshit about what just went down in court. Stop saying any evidence was presented of any real tangible thing that people can take it at home and judge. Stop doing that. No one is an idiot. This is why you need media campaign managers and higher trolls to change the narrative because you can't handle the truth that's what's going on here like again we are on board prove it prove it that's it that's all you have to do

00:50:37 - 00:51:18 | Speaker 1:

i wanted to say that at some point today just you can't handle the truth i just want to like yell all right so another interesting thing about this same same guy the first the first witness he this is kind of the order he said things he said i thought it was a pistol because he saw the holster and stuff down there he said if that was a pistol and it sounded close and remember he looked straight down when he heard the shot and then as soon as he got up there and george zen did his little distraction in his boxers he's like oh they got him it was a pistol shot it was him whatever and then as soon as he realized it wasn't george zen i don't know how long that took then he changed the story to that it was a rifle from the distance what do you think

00:51:18 - 00:51:45 | Speaker 2:

happened there i think that maybe he was told later that it was is it's supposed to sound like a 30 at six like those like even if you don't know guns you're gonna know the difference you're gonna like if you hear a pistol versus a 30 at six or something else like you're gonna describe this i don't know i don't see how people would get that confused i mean people who know guns but

00:51:45 - 00:52:00 | Speaker 3:

you know like we said earlier obviously they you know they question they have a way of putting in your mind what they want you to say and get you to agree on do you think do you think that there's

00:52:00 - 00:52:04 | Speaker 2:

a lot of that going on that that people are just kind of going with the flow like they don't want

00:52:04 - 00:52:42 | Speaker 3:

to be the one to step out of line yeah and you know what was interesting to me is i don't know if i'm skipping ahead but in the ring camera i probably am skipping ahead but they didn't interview what uh what was her last name um the the people with the ring camera i think i can't remember the nobles until may until may until may and they're older people what are they waiting for right it was april 6 april yes april 6 yeah you know this kind of stuff don't bother me as

00:52:42 - 00:53:24 | Speaker 4:

much this you know incompetency in a state case it doesn't really bother me that happens a lot but what bothers me is the whole like video evidence and stuff like that guys name one case for me just one you don't need like 50 one case where they had the video of a killer like actual video showing the killer's face and everything and they withhold held it from public when when I mean every freaking case whether it's dateline or whatever you watch like the first thing that comes out here you go like this person killed you know person A killed person B here you go we have the evidence it comes out next day we see public moves on

00:53:24 - 00:53:25 | Speaker 1:

Mangione

00:53:25 - 00:53:40 | Speaker 4:

right Mangione like exactly all these cases high profile not high profile doesn't matter and with these guys oh we got this don't worry when the trial happens we'll do everything during the trial don't ask us

00:53:40 - 00:54:34 | Speaker 2:

questions before that and then it's yeah then we get to the trial and it's trust me bro yeah the craziest part is like i can't think of another case where somebody was assassinated where it was not only like just so graphic where you were able to see it but that everybody saw it you know like like for that first week it was just all over social media didn't matter if you are on tiktok instagram x like that is all you were seeing not only were you seeing you know the the assassination itself but then you were swiping and seeing everybody's reaction you're either seeing one side all upset crying or another side celebrating and it just got so politicized so quickly that it affected a lot of people emotionally so like people want answers they want the truth all these little like loopholes and technicalities to withhold different things it's like no like it's not going to be good enough this time not for this case not after what everybody saw

00:54:34 - 00:55:05 | Speaker 4:

you know what i mean yeah and they they really focused extra hard to so uh to go out there and show us these liberals who were celebrating it all it was all over the the media if you remember every channel every channel they were like oh look at these demons yeah you are a demon for sure when you do that but why do you want me to look at this so much why do you want to divide the nation even and more. What's up with that? Why do you want one side to look at the other and hate them even more?

00:55:08 - 00:55:36 | Speaker 1:

So let's talk about the sniper pad really quick. So we already talked about, you said there was elbow, knees and footprints and all that kind of stuff, a space for the gun. And then you also said that the screwdriver, which apparently is red and black, I didn't catch that during trial, but it was a red and black screwdriver, maybe Milwaukee, Milwaukee brand probably. But it says he was the one that put the yellow crime scene tape around the area to preserve it. so he was the first one up there that's interesting i didn't know that that is interesting

00:55:36 - 00:55:47 | Speaker 4:

so repeat it again sorry i missed like some of your uh stuff i my voice yeah so so bagley was

00:55:47 - 00:56:07 | Speaker 1:

all the way on the hall of flags the furthest possible way you can get on campus from that area he ends up on top of the losi where teller robinson supposedly was he's the one that sees all the prints and everything the prone position laying on the ground all that he sees he puts yellow crime tape around the area to preserve it until i guess the sbi or whoever came and showed

00:56:07 - 00:56:12 | Speaker 4:

up and did everything else yeah and he was the he was the first one he said on the scene right

00:56:12 - 00:56:20 | Speaker 1:

so he had time there to himself to do whatever he needed to do during that time period yeah like bring a screwdriver i'm not saying he did but i'm just saying like he was up there by

00:56:20 - 00:56:34 | Speaker 3:

himself doing who knows what until they got there and and his camera his his body cam died before we can see that look planting evidence is a one-man show exactly and especially when you have an

00:56:34 - 00:56:46 | Speaker 4:

excuse like oh i'm sorry my body camp went out like why is no one checking on how that happened like what yeah what malfunctioned in the body camp does anybody does anybody know the names

00:56:46 - 00:57:13 | Speaker 2:

of the people that were in those dispatch calls that baronet put out a couple months ago no I would love to see them get that guy on the stand and ask some questions because again who weird he the guy who shows up yeah there was a dispatch where they were describing the scene and they were describing you know like the gravel or you could tell someone's lying down and he did not mention the screwdriver like that did not get brought up in the initial

00:57:13 - 00:57:18 | Speaker 4:

dispatch why do you think they are so hung up why all of you guys why do you think they are so hung

00:57:18 - 00:57:29 | Speaker 2:

up on the screwdriver what's up what do you think well because if they can connect the more dna that they could connect to tyler robinson then the higher of a chance to prosecute that's a good

00:57:29 - 00:57:37 | Speaker 3:

question i i've wondered that too why why is that so important exactly because it could they could

00:57:37 - 00:57:49 | Speaker 4:

have had any other item in there like any really any other item they have they could have had plenty of DNA. Like I said, framing Tyler Robinson with just DNA, he is like an easiest freaking job

00:57:49 - 00:58:12 | Speaker 2:

on earth. Well, because they have to explain how the rifle got on and off the roof. I think they're trying to say that what the stock was disconnected. He had it in his pants. He went up, he used the screwdriver to put it together and then he left with it. But even in the images that we've seen of the person leaving the roof with the item, it doesn't look like a rifle. It's definitely not definitive. And didn't they even, who was it today that was talking about it that said that

00:58:12 - 00:58:23 | Speaker 3:

they couldn't definitively say it was a rifle yeah they kept trying to say it was but the the witness kept saying well it you know it looked like that you know yes looked like something

00:58:23 - 00:58:30 | Speaker 2:

long that could have yeah that might have been notice how he's not putting it on the record

00:58:30 - 00:59:21 | Speaker 4:

like yeah that's a rifle you know because they are asking these people to you know in a way they are asking these people to lie on stand and like who's gonna do that for you who's gonna do that for you like no you know like only only people the people who will lie and this is another thing we should watch every single one of us and all of you guys at home should be very careful watching every word that is being said on stand because the only person that will risk lying on the stand is a guilty person no one will risk risk their own skin for other people nobody who's not involved in this case and are asked to to to testify right the only people who rely on this stand are the people who were actually complicit period all right now bagley testified that his body cam

00:59:21 - 00:59:27 | Speaker 1:

stopped working while he was on the low c roof he said this is a quote i think my battery died

00:59:27 - 00:59:33 | Speaker 2:

i don't know interesting he said he didn't return to the roof no i think my battery died well

00:59:33 - 00:59:42 | Speaker 1:

wouldn't he said he didn't return to the roof after the camera was charged because things were chaotic and he said he had about 27 minutes total of camera footage from that day but wouldn't

00:59:42 - 00:59:46 | Speaker 2:

he know later if he tried to turn it back on hey it's not going on battery's dead gotta charge this

00:59:46 - 00:59:51 | Speaker 1:

thing well he said he i mean he said he he didn't go back after it was charged so he's confirming it

00:59:51 - 01:00:00 | Speaker 2:

was dead so that's interesting now now was it dead before if it died well we don't know on the roof

01:00:00 - 01:00:09 | Speaker 4:

and he's looking around shouldn't they have that like are we gonna well we might not be able to see it but that whatever footage is on that body cam that should be administered into evidence no

01:00:09 - 01:00:48 | Speaker 1:

well they would i'm sure it is see exactly when and they would also have to know they do know if he turned it off or if the battery died they know that based on the metadata and stuff in the camera so we'll figure that out eventually hopefully that'll be interesting okay so here's interesting too so now moving on with this we're talking about the security failures so Nestor asked Bagley whether he attended a security briefing or meeting before and he said he didn't so no briefing no talking about expectations not who's going to be where except for him being up there seems pretty unorganized for

01:00:48 - 01:00:52 | Speaker 2:

well you know yeah the security team said we've got it we've got

01:00:52 - 01:00:55 | Speaker 1:

this we don't need you that's not what they said but

01:00:55 - 01:01:13 | Speaker 4:

um no no that's not what they said but um well i saw an interview last week where there was a witness that was saying that that you know somebody that was a student at uvu and they said that uvu provided more security at their graduation than they had for that event on

01:01:13 - 01:01:54 | Speaker 1:

september 10th yeah i've talked to i can't tell who i've talked to because i promised i wouldn't but i've talked to people who know all the details of everything and that's not what happened um but yeah i can't say who it was obviously but begley said there were 15 uvu officers total but only six were assigned to the event now that's also with what 13 13 security that were with charlie kirk and they said 12 initially and they changed it to 13 there was there was this like kind of wild card dude it was there not sure what that's about and then he said there were no metal detectors no uvu drones in for security and no law enforcement stationed on a low sea roof stairway or walkway when he arrived they did not expect 3 000 people right is there any speculation for

01:01:54 - 01:02:01 | Speaker 4:

who that 113th wild card person was you mind if i say if i speculate a little bit i i mean you can

01:02:01 - 01:02:06 | Speaker 1:

but um i think someone said it i think said it in the maybe the paramount tactical interview i

01:02:06 - 01:04:32 | Speaker 3:

think oh did he yep i don't know you know another thing that that should be a huge red flag for people like Jai freaking Norma's red flag is the fact that your protectee is scared that he they're gonna kill him whoever I don't care like maybe it's like you know Genghis Khan I don't I don't care okay so your protectee said they might kill me right like he was afraid that someone was going to kill him you're not gonna have drones you're not gonna take care of like extra security on the seen what he didn't know like they didn't know i know the damn flood knew right documentedly knew so your protectee says to you something is wrong and he's going in front of thousands of people where he's a sitting duck and you're not going to amplify the security let me let me give you a real quick example of how that happens when professionals are at work okay um fito do you guys remember when they tried to to kill fito slovakian leader no we keep going so long story short the the globalists don't like him they they wanted him out of power so they tried to kill him he survived he was in surgery he survived all their plans went to down the drains but as soon As soon as that happened, Georgian prime minister, who also is not on this globalist side, got a threat from Europe, one of the European Union members or something like that, and says, you know, remember what happened to FITO, something like that. Immediately, he amplifies his security. like it was it was in 24 hours matter like he he put more details in the security he amplified his security because he was worried that hey if they are going to go after leaders like i'm probably going to be one of their targets guess what charlie kirk is three times bigger than all these figures was so what that he was not in you know actual political leader he had bigger sway um in the superpower of the world than anyone else and damn flood didn't have this idea to actually amplify the security for his protectee what happened there what happened there why is charlie kirk's protect protection unit working differently than any other professional well the other part

01:04:32 - 01:04:46 | Speaker 1:

of that though too is he was he had more people than usual typically he would have like i think like seven six or seven or something he had 13 so he did beef that part up for sure but obviously they're in the worst case scenario they're in like a kill zone all the different buildings

01:04:46 - 01:04:58 | Speaker 3:

exactly well i would say with the amount of people they had that's normal that's not amplifying the security that's a normal thing to do with the amount of people that showed up on in uvu

01:05:00 - 01:05:01 | Speaker 2:

So where were the drones?

01:05:04 - 01:05:17 | Speaker 1:

Well, we know Brian Harpool's, you know. And the other thing, too, is I called the campus. I talked to him. I said, if I want to fly a drone there, or if they want to fly a drone there, what do you have to do? You fill out a form and you wait like three days. It's real simple.

01:05:17 - 01:05:23 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, he straight up lied because I looked it up. You can absolutely fly drones. You just have to get it approved.

01:05:23 - 01:05:24 | Unknown:

Yep.

01:05:24 - 01:05:27 | Speaker 5:

And Frank Turk said that they were flying drones.

01:05:28 - 01:05:32 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I can't imagine that it would have been very hard for Charlie Kirk to be able to have a drone for security.

01:05:32 - 01:05:48 | Speaker 5:

No, and Frank literally said, I showed Charlie the drone footage, and I said, you know, there's too many people. There's too many buildings. I don't like this. And then Brian Harple just said, oh, no, there were no drums. We weren't allowed.

01:05:50 - 01:06:01 | Speaker 1:

Ashley Prophet says the first witness guy also got to work. So why would his camera be dead? That's a good point. That's a very good point. He's working overtime shift. They pull a charged battery to start the shift.

01:06:02 - 01:06:02 | Speaker 2:

Right.

01:06:02 - 01:06:06 | Speaker 1:

Why did his battery die? Supposedly. Trust me, bro.

01:06:07 - 01:06:14 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I think, Matt, somebody said in your chat earlier that those last 12, 14 hours, the batteries on those.

01:06:16 - 01:06:17 | Speaker 3:

They last a pretty long time.

01:06:22 - 01:06:42 | Speaker 2:

I'm sorry, I don't buy this shit. I don't buy this camera dying thing. And somehow we don't have the footage of him actually confessing or going in the department to confess or like, we don't have any of this. Like, it's almost like. Shut up, people. We just tell you what we tell you, shut up and move on.

01:06:44 - 01:06:51 | Speaker 3:

Now, Matt, do you know what the evidence that they were trying to pull up that was not supposed to be showing up was?

01:06:51 - 01:07:12 | Speaker 1:

two times yeah well no no no i mean it's not that they weren't supposed to show it ever it's just that it hadn't been entered officially into the record yet that's all it was no but do you know what the evidence was i don't remember i think it was just a couple documents or something

01:07:12 - 01:07:26 | Speaker 3:

just oh so it wasn't it wasn't anything that like groundbreaking at the moment no there was nothing groundbreaking today well i don't know i i still think i still think the tarot farnsworth thing is pretty big i think that that's a really good deal especially look at what he said

01:07:26 - 01:08:02 | Speaker 1:

i mean look at what he said candace and what do you expect but david hole um i don't know if a lot of people caught this he was the utah state bureau of investigation and now he's you know he switched to so he it seems like a lot of people related to this have left that old job and are now in a new job did they all get like a boost like a promotion more pay i mean it seems like dan fled supposedly got some kind of raise or something allegedly but he testified that he investigated major crimes great so he had some experience but he was tasked with leading and coordinating the investigation into that shooting but he kept saying the other guy's name well we

01:08:02 - 01:08:17 | Speaker 3:

know the county sheriff didn't get promoted because didn't even didn't he resign what was named cox one of the people one of the people that was on the podium making the statements initially when they got tyler robinson you're talking about yeah you're talking about the

01:08:17 - 01:08:50 | Speaker 2:

sheriff yeah yeah the sheriff is a weird figure for me and this connection between twig's family and his family is really strange too um his early resignation and or retirement is really weird to me um no one no one has investigated that lead um and of course george zine guy is extremely weird who as i understand told the nurses i was paid but i don't know who paid me what yep

01:08:50 - 01:09:03 | Speaker 5:

he told that to the doctors the nurses and the police officers that he got paid to do that but he doesn't know who he's going to get paid by who's gonna call why is that not being more

01:09:03 - 01:09:26 | Speaker 2:

question that is crazy yeah so i i don't tyler robinson transfer team money for for anything exactly who paid him to do that yeah is he gonna be examined are they calling him on stand why not that's defense's job well he's in prison now isn't he he's not in prison he's in a correction

01:09:26 - 01:09:34 | Speaker 5:

facility or something like that oh yeah but not for that for having weird things on his phone

01:09:34 - 01:10:01 | Speaker 3:

yes yes and he's a weird dude too like there was a lot of when this first happened there was a lot of like conspiracy theories going around like somebody was trying to say he was like there on 9-11 but he wasn't he was like he was on camera it's like telling the story of when he found out about 9-11 saying that he was at the broncos giants game in colorado and he was in the hotel lobby and then he came downstairs he saw it on the tv and then they were trying to connect him to um what was it the boston marathon

01:10:00 - 01:10:30 | Speaker 4:

bombing but apparently there was another event in i think utah i could be mistaken where he had made some kind of like weird email like related to the bombing and then he ended up getting brought in for that so i think that those data points like they kind of got twisted up like get more conspiratorial in the very beginning but the whole thing with him getting taken in now and then he just like disappears it's like they just find bad things on his phone or whatever and now we just don't hear from him anymore i think you're right i think he should definitely get brought in and

01:10:30 - 01:10:48 | Speaker 1:

questioned yeah even if he had been angel all his life like even if he never did anything wrong and just this one moment where he does what he did and then tells people he got paid for it that should have been it he should investigate it he should be questioned he should be brought

01:10:48 - 01:11:02 | Speaker 3:

on stand but hey at least just being like who said that you were going to get paid who told you to do this it's a very simple question that should be asked right now what about the part when

01:11:02 - 01:11:07 | Speaker 2:

you i think it's still whole it was the sbi guy who's organizing the whole thing the part where

01:11:07 - 01:11:15 | Speaker 3:

he specifically said murder how did he die murder and then she said homicide he said it says homicide

01:11:15 - 01:11:23 | Speaker 2:

yeah that's interesting you think that's just like a 14 slip i i don't know you see i don't i don't

01:11:23 - 01:11:47 | Speaker 4:

know why like to me because i'm not big on the court stuff i wouldn't have really noticed that there was a difference in that language in you know under that context unless it was like pointed out so they did yeah yeah do any of you guys know like is this something i should be looking up right now like why it made such a why it makes such a big difference whether they refer to it

01:11:47 - 01:11:52 | Speaker 3:

as murder or homicide i think i don't really understand it so if you want to i would say

01:11:52 - 01:12:32 | Speaker 1:

yeah for professionals they have their own language i think that's what sold them uh you know that's what got them outed with the text messages to oh my vehicle my this my that like the language matters for these people they do because you can identify patterns through how people speak who they are a soldier of special forces will speak differently than a normal civilian or a nurse right so it's very different like have you ever been to a doctor like why what i refer to when something hurts in my body or something they have a professional language they come back with right so language does matter in this like whatever it was for you didn't sleep

01:12:32 - 01:12:44 | Speaker 4:

or whatever it was it did matter but again no it it has to do with intent when you say murder it means like you intentionally murdered the person in homicide it's just one person caused

01:12:44 - 01:13:12 | Speaker 2:

another to die yeah all right we have hole he was saying that they reviewed hundreds of hours of video we know there's like 300 terabytes of video that's on you know ubu campus we saw some of it it's not impressive we couldn't tell what the hell the car was or what was going on he said someone got out and they could hear the door closed and someone was walking around you could see the reflection i didn't see shit i just saw a blurry distorted you know vehicle with lights

01:13:12 - 01:13:29 | Speaker 4:

that flashed a couple of times yeah um yeah personally i'm getting real tired of hearing people talk about all the hundreds or thousands of hours that they have for film to like prove everything because you know we heard about we heard a lot about that a lot about that in another case you know so hearing it now and not really seeing anything it just makes me feel like pam

01:13:29 - 01:13:41 | Speaker 2:

bondi's somewhere sitting in the background well i want to talk about the fact that he said there's some how many hours of this footage had tyler robinson he said about 16 hours yeah now when

01:13:41 - 01:13:53 | Speaker 4:

they say 16 hours of tyler robinson is this like zoomed in uh high res you could see his face or is this 16 hours of like a blurry figure on a roof a couple hundred yards away

01:13:53 - 01:14:54 | Speaker 1:

that's a big difference i think i have the answer to that brendy remember uh in our previous court hearing where i leaned i think i leaned over to you and said like when the prosecution was talking about what we are going to see um with all these videos he never once saw we never once said we are going to see his face he went on with we're going to see his glasses that he used to wear we're going to see his shirt we're going to see his pants we're going to i'm like what is he doing i literally had to ask him what is he doing just say right his face that's it stop talking about the clothes we don't care you can mention it like lightly say like yeah we'll see him wearing this and this he was making a point he wanted to insert this seed that you will never see his face guys but right how he's dressed that's what he was conditioning people that that's that's coming guys so just so you know that that's why he was talking like that and that's exactly what we're

01:14:54 - 01:14:59 | Speaker 4:

scene i agree yeah all this wait till the trial wait till the trial

01:15:00 - 01:15:23 | Speaker 5:

then you'll see the evidence. It really just seems like they were just trying to shut everybody up. I agree. I don't, I don't, I mean, I could be wrong, but I don't know if we're ever going to get like some kind of big reveal that really makes us believe that Tyler Robinson is guilty of this. I mean, again, it's only day one. You can't really judge too much, but I don't need, I didn't even see any evidence that the guy was even there.

01:15:24 - 01:15:27 | Speaker 3:

No, Well, not at all. not at all. I don't, I don't think so.

01:15:28 - 01:15:44 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. but I mean Holt testified that he was so he testified that Robinson was allegedly on campus multiple times that day it says he was on there four different times twice before the shooting at the time of the shooting and then later that evening I should have been more specific

01:15:44 - 01:15:55 | Speaker 5:

I meant on the roof like him there on the roof on the scene like I should have been I'm sorry I should have articulated my words better obviously there's been a lot of footage seeing him walking back and forth

01:15:55 - 01:15:58 | Speaker 4:

but is that him though Is that even him?

01:16:00 - 01:16:01 | Speaker 5:

Who knows?

01:16:01 - 01:16:10 | Speaker 2:

We don't know. The pictures they produced, it looks nothing like Tyler Robinson. I'm sorry, but they don't look anything like Tyler Robinson.

01:16:10 - 01:16:18 | Speaker 4:

Wait, you guys didn't see him in the car footage? You didn't see him? I mean, I saw him a mile away.

01:16:22 - 01:16:24 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's just wild.

01:16:24 - 01:16:36 | Speaker 2:

I don't know why it's so hard to get a freaking Utah kid on a video. I don't know why it's so hard. If someone wants to look up Baze's activities for yesterday, I think it would be really freaking easy.

01:16:37 - 01:16:39 | Speaker 5:

Put that idea out there, Elizabeth. Have more looking me up.

01:16:41 - 01:16:53 | Speaker 2:

Whether it's a grocery store or wherever or his car. Why is that so hard? Get his face on the video, please. I agree.

01:16:54 - 01:17:02 | Speaker 4:

And those close-up videos or the close-up photos of the person in the staircase that looks nothing like his face. I'm sorry, it does not.

01:17:02 - 01:17:20 | Speaker 5:

Wait, wait, are you referring to the photos on the staircase where they were trying to say that he had the weapon in his pants? Yeah, that's not the same dude. He's wearing skinny jeans and you don't see any bulge and his knees are bent. Yep, that's what I'm referring to. Both knees bent at different points.

01:17:20 - 01:17:23 | Speaker 1:

You wouldn't be looking for a bulge, you sicko.

01:17:26 - 01:17:29 | Speaker 5:

Screw the bulge. Show me why his knees are bent.

01:17:31 - 01:17:54 | Speaker 1:

Okay, so they're saying with the vehicle, supposedly in that video that we saw, which is garbage, it says a person stopped there, locked the car, left the car, returned later, and they got back in the vehicle and drove away. It was like five different videos that were kind of like had a break between each one. So that would have been overnight after the shooting. So what would he have been doing then? Looking for the rifle?

01:17:55 - 01:17:57 | Speaker 5:

Well, we know he stopped at Dairy Queen.

01:17:59 - 01:18:01 | Speaker 1:

He was also in a cafe three hours away.

01:18:03 - 01:18:07 | Speaker 5:

I don't know. Maybe he was looking for a screwdriver.

01:18:09 - 01:19:57 | Speaker 2:

You know, I have a question for all of you. So for this case, this reminds me, I always say this, this reminds me of Kennedy. The difference, though, is that I personally believe, again, it's my my opinion the same cabal killed kennedy as they killed whoever killed charlie right so back in the day they were lucky because there was no social media no nothing it was very easy to shut people up but even then they made a huge mistake they they um ended up killing tippets police officer um who lee harvey oswald couldn't have killed because they were on the opposite side of, you know, the city. They couldn't have. So who the heck killed this officer? Who, like, that's still a question. Mugbridge wrote the entire book about it. Who killed Tippett's? How did this officer die? No, no answer. Just like, you know, how did Tyler end up, you know, with no face, no nothing, shooting Charlie Kirkland? No questions. We don't know. We don't know any of it. How did he end up in the police department? We don't know. OK, so here is the problem I have with this. We know that back then, FBI, CIA, everyone was complicit in Kennedy's assassination. And by everyone, I don't say all people at the FBI, all people at the CIA. We know exactly who these demons were, Alan Dallas and these people. And they were a handful, but very powerful, up top people. Now, the question that I have for you is how is it possible that Charlie's friends, Charlie's literal friends were in the government?

01:20:00 - 01:20:40 | Speaker 1:

GFK and Charlie's difference is that GFK didn't have friends in the government, okay? GFK's friends were not running the government. He was in pack of wolves. But Charlie had friends in the government. How is it possible that he dies and we're dealing with all these questions? When FBI should be absolutely on this case saying, evidence A, evidence B, evidence C, shut the fuck up. this guy did it we're going you know we we are taking him to to prison how is that we we are dealing with charlie's friends who cannot provide answers like met you have any ideas i don't that's

01:20:40 - 01:20:46 | Speaker 2:

that's i mean you do make up a very good point though yeah i don't think he was a friend i don't

01:20:46 - 01:20:52 | Speaker 3:

think he was a friend to to them they considered him a tool he was a mechanism to to accomplish

01:20:52 - 01:21:13 | Speaker 1:

what they wanted and as soon as that that's one answer right okay great let's let's go with this logic please because i don't see anyone discussing this who's discussing this charlie kirk dies and the entire institution cannot provide better better answers to these questions his friends are running the government

01:21:13 - 01:21:27 | Speaker 4:

yeah i think he was afraid when it was convenient when it when it fit their narrative and then when it didn't they had to get rid of him because he's so influential but don't forget eric is still

01:21:27 - 01:21:35 | Speaker 2:

their friend exactly yeah but she's she's not powerful she goes she's not powerful she's not

01:21:35 - 01:21:40 | Speaker 4:

influential at all she's actually the opposite in my opinion all the more reason to believe that

01:21:40 - 01:21:52 | Speaker 2:

they're friends because why else would they keep bringing her around she's obviously not bringing anything to the table she's not winning anybody any votes you know well let's focus on charlie

01:21:52 - 01:22:28 | Speaker 1:

let's not let's not bring anybody in let's focus on charlie how is that so hard cash fatale was charlie's friend as i understand right he was such a good friend that he was talking i remember at one of the uh these debates that charlie had he's talking to this guy that claims that he was assaulted and he says you know what document your assault why don't i help you i'll call cash patal right now why don't i help you so they were friends nobody just calls cash patal they were friends so why is it why is it that um these people cannot provide answers to us

01:22:28 - 01:22:31 | Speaker 2:

well what do you think maybe they will

01:22:31 - 01:22:37 | Speaker 3:

maybe they put themselves at risk by doing so yeah what do you think

01:22:37 - 01:22:46 | Speaker 2:

you're asking me you're asking elizabeth elizabeth you want my honest answer yeah so i recently

01:22:46 - 01:25:44 | Speaker 1:

investigated a very important thing i investigated the media cabal which i call epstein's media cabal and i discovered a few very interesting thing about these people so people who are on the opposite side of the spectrum so people who are raging zionists on the republican side And people who are globalist, transgender lovers on the other side, turns out, are working together. They are using similar trolls, same trolls, actually, not similar, same trolls, attacking Candace Owens, and the same trolls then go ahead and detect Donald Trump. So that was a huge question mark for me. I'm like, I would understand if someone hired these trolls on one side, right? For example, let's talk about Israel since it's documented. Tucker Carlson had Trump's social media guy who actually said, yeah, well, they registered under Farah. This is happening. So we know this is happening, OK? Well, that's Israel. That's one side. And Israel is supposed to be super MAGA today, right? And then you have a whole other side of NATO and these globalists who really disliked Trump because Trump had all the right instincts inside him. He said, we're leaving NATO. We are going to dismantle USAID. We are going to dismantle all these globalist organizations, okay? So he was seemingly anti-globalist. But then you have all these NATO trolls attacking Tucker and Candace as well through these Ukrainian accounts and Georgian trolls. Again, documented. Nothing I'm saying is hypothetical or a conspiracy theory. This is documented. I put out a video on my channel. Everything is documented. How is it that these two opposing sides are working together very well to somehow trash Donald Trump's presidency at the same time, completely get Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens discredited? So what do they have in common again? Where do where do these interests merge? you know where when it gets to globalism so you have sionist republicans who are always globalists who who are like mitch romney for example mitch romney spoke about nato and how he praised nato and he was like nato should expand remember that why not one remembers this mitch romney is a republican raging zionist too like what's up with that and then you have liberals on the other side who want the same thing you know why because it's the same cabal and right now again i can't say definitively that they killed charlie but in my opinion they did and guess what happens when you kill a person when you have an entire media empire that works on both sides and we know that both sides are controlled you kill this guy and then you activate both sides to go and cover it up for you. Your entire media is working for you to cover it up. And to me, the approach to this assassination was through the media. So once I discovered that they are using the same trolls, and NATO trolls are very much in cahoots with the Zionist trolls,

01:25:44 - 01:27:06 | Speaker 1:

I'm like, what's going on here? And everything was very clear. In my opinion, there is an absolute calculated effort to divide MAGA, and they done it successfully, as you can see. All these real MAGA people are now against Trump. Trump has no effing clue what's going on. He's attacking Thomas Massey. And Thomas Massey is documented saying that Trump is one of the best options out there before this rift happened, right? So what these people are doing, and again, we all here who are sitting here will agree that the biggest thing and the most important thing in the world is information. Your actions in life depends on what kind of information you get. Every single action when you get up in the morning depends on what you know. And if you don't know the truth, even if you're the best guy out there, whether Trump or whoever, you're going to make serious mistakes. And right now, this way I focused on this media cabal because they are leading the way. they are writing for the biggest publications they own entire media absolutely i'm not exaggerating when i say they own the media they do but they are yes yeah absolutely they are not maga they are not maga they are globalists on both sides on republican and democratize yeah i think yeah i

01:27:06 - 01:27:21 | Speaker 2:

think we agree with that but yeah um just to keep on track just to keep on track with the stuff we're doing here so we've actually covered everything that happened today for the most part and i did like 10 hour stream and i'm exhausted and i know brandy and theresa are also going to bed

01:27:21 - 01:27:42 | Speaker 3:

i actually see brandy like dozing off on her eyes no i'm not i will kind of i saw you we barely got any sleep last night and we have to wake up we got like so or like like in what you guys four hours to go wait in line so we can actually get in the courtroom oh my gosh this whole week's

01:27:42 - 01:27:53 | Speaker 2:

going to be exhausting but let's knock out supers as well i think we have like 10 or 15 in here thank you um this is not mine if you know who's this is you can grab it yeah so uh yes i recognize

01:27:53 - 01:28:00 | Speaker 1:

you too the again follower uh very very um loyal follower thank you so much for your donations and

01:28:00 - 01:28:12 | Speaker 2:

everything thank you uh kathy weinsicle thanks for the super why did they get uh why did they wait to get video evidence wtf why i don't know i assume they've had it the whole time

01:28:17 - 01:28:22 | Speaker 4:

mad world oh that's me for the algo free tyler thank you very much

01:28:24 - 01:28:36 | Speaker 3:

this is one of you guys i don't know i don't know my youtube's not plugged in here right now i don't think is it i honestly don't know how to tell that guys who's farnsworth who

01:28:36 - 01:29:13 | Speaker 4:

farnsworth was texting and receiving orders from yeah farns farnsworth was texting a lot it would it would be nice to get all that data and find out exactly who was in communication with who leading up and right after he's 31 yep uh we can live stream from the vicinity of the effing moon but we can't get decent footage of the biggest political assassination in this lifetime I hate to break it to you I don't think we got any footage from the moon but that's just my opinion I'm sorry I got a lot of crap for this

01:29:13 - 01:29:16 | Speaker 3:

I agree with you

01:29:16 - 01:29:32 | Speaker 2:

Sticky icky liberty Why isn't PC centered around 1? Was TR at the scene of the crime 2? And was CK hit with a bullet baffling? That's what they have to prove I mean obviously there's several theories out there but I want to see some proof

01:29:32 - 01:30:00 | Speaker 4:

yeah first we got to prove that he was hit with a bullet and then they have to prove that that bullet was from a 30 out six which i think is going to be very difficult yeah we just read and listen a lot of people hate when i say this but like when you you know because people talk about magic bullets magic bullets it's like no there's no there's no such thing as a magic bullet it's physics like bullets don't like they say bullets do uh weird things when they go inside There's some.

01:30:00 - 01:30:50 | Speaker 2:

it's like yeah they do weird things but it's all physics like there has to be a reason and like i i did a lot of research on this like is it possible for a 30-06 to you know hit somebody and not leave an exit wound it's like yeah it's possible but it's highly highly highly improbable and like a lot of people like to reference martin luther king jr but with martin luther king jr he got hit in the jaw he got hit in the jaw went through his face hit multiple parts of his neck his cervical and his upper thoracic and it's like that's a little bit different like you're talking about the soft tissue in a person's neck like i i just don't you know like there are little different anomalies that could uh you know minimize the velocity a little bit going in but like i feel like that goes through every time yeah stacy you're absolutely correct you're

01:30:50 - 01:31:14 | Speaker 3:

absolutely correct so stacy says i have seven outdoor hardware surveillance cameras around my house that record 24 7 i'm a nobody but the footage i could provide is crystal clear even at night what was shown two days today uh looks like it was filmed with a potato potato yes yes

01:31:14 - 01:31:45 | Speaker 2:

you're very correct christ is king yes everyone play the scene tyler jumps down look at the statue uh left on lawn tree center right both casting shadows way right it is impossible it is 12 30 that footage from another time go watch well there's been a lot of speculation that there's been a lot of speculation that some of the footage that we've seen was not filmed the day of there are a lot of people that believe that some of that footage could have been filmed

01:31:45 - 01:32:08 | Speaker 1:

the day before two days before freedom cherry thanks for the super chat great job from what i was able to catch and remember i don't know who's doing what tomorrow but we're going to be live all week long so i'll be i'll enjoy the day you can do that if you can't during the day then they'll probably debriefs hopefully every evening so catch whatever you can uh buff like jesus thanks

01:32:19 - 01:33:27 | Speaker 1:

important because i try to that's our last super chat by the way thanks everyone who uh super chatted and supported us and everything else and all the new channel members on all the different channels and um i'll let everyone plug their the thing here really quick before we get off but yeah i mean i just want to say like when i'm going to stream with people part of the reason why people like to go on my stream is because i try to be concise and to the point and not just like fill it yeah and and that's why people come to me and i like you can tell immediately you know if someone starts filling it with something my chat is like what the hell is this person doing like what are they talking about where are they going with this what does this have to do with the the point of the stream so that's why i try and keep it on on task there's definitely a time and place for those streams and a lot of interesting information can come out of those but uh typically yeah like my audience is like what's the point get to the point you know you did great we'll become a member whatever in next stream but that's totally opposite of like bass for example like he just chills and those late night streams that just kind of hang out and people love that kind of environment but my audience is definitely a lot different than that. I think we share a lot of people too. But I noticed all of us share a lot of people too.

01:33:28 - 01:33:32 | Speaker 2:

You enjoy those streams. I see you in those chats.
