It's a crime that doesn't really have a statute. There is no quantifying how evil it was and what the punishment should be. But the punishment should be a fuckload worse than a presidential pardon and a couple of documents coming out long after you're free to walk. It's the same playbook. The Epstein files, the Fauci files, all the broken promises. They're all just slipping in under the radar. Don't mind the war in Iran. We've already won it five times. Welcome to 2026. conspiracy theories on answering information is the oxygen there's so much evidence out there that even if less than one percent is true that may be enough to collapse the current paradigm and change the whole planet so last week tulsi gabbard on her last day as dni director of national intelligence she released the Fauci files, the COVID files, several hundred pages of documentation and evidence showing that COVID came from the lab, more or less. And not just that, but showing that COVID came from US funded labs, secretly funded labs, where they were doing almost certainly gain of function research. And they also show that Fauci almost certainly perjured himself to cover that up, among other things. It's an important thing. It's an important release. It's great, cool. I feel like I'm probably not the only one feeling wildly underwhelmed by the whole situation. I don't know how I'm supposed to feel about Tulsi Gabbard, but I know that I am disappointed. We were promised some serious investigation. We were promised arrests. We were promised accountability, And we have none of that. And it is worth noting, we will point out when we look at these documents in a second, that these documents were published basically exactly on the five-year anniversary of the statute of limitations that is expiring right now, this month. So nothing can be done with it. Fauci is free. He has his pardon. No one's ever going to have any real accountability for one of the greatest crimes ever perpetrated against the literal entire world. All of that being said, before we really get into this, I want to remind you that Tulsi's perspective here, the documentation perspective here is still the most generous and moderate take on what actually happened during COVID. These documents more or less prove that there was secret intelligence agency funded gain of function research, i.e. bioweapons research, illegal bioweapons research being done by the American government quietly off in the Wuhan laboratory. And that implicitly when you connect the other paper trails of the other documentation that we have, that means that it was also being done in other labs, like in Ukraine, for example, and actually here in the United States before they moved it overseas. But all of that, this concept that is sort of now being evidenced is that it accidentally probably leaked

from these labs through one way or another. I'm just going to go out and say that I don't think it was accidental. I think there was far too much preparation, coordination, and universal profit by some very sketchy people for this to have been a true accident. And when you look at what the think tankers were wargaming in the months and years leading up to this pandemic, when you listen to what the globalist oligarchs were saying, the exact kind of pandemic that we were going to have, prepping for the exact kind of response that they were going to give, yeah, I cannot help but suspect that this is the most moderate version of what actually happened. And it is far more likely that someone somewhere had some foreknowledge, possibly some intent, and possibly some responsibility for the leak and everything that followed. That's not what's evidenced in these files and I'm glad they're out, they help, but they are also too little, too late. Despite that, I figured they're important and people should be able to read them, easily understand them and reference them. So we put them into web so that anyone that's subscribed to web can very easily understand, read through, cite and source and use these files in their investigations. And I'm gonna do a little quick scan through them in web and show you what's in there in just a moment. But I don't want to spoil too much. I want to let you guys also investigate them for yourselves. Real quick, before we get into it, let's hear from Tulsi herself.

Before the COVID pandemic, Dr. Fauci, as head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, provided millions in U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, work which is now widely viewed as the source of the unintentional lab leak that sparked the pandemic. Now, in support of President Trump's maximum transparency mandate, today, on my final day as Director of National Intelligence, I'm releasing never-before-seen communications and documents that expose exactly how Fauci worked with politicized career leadership in the intelligence community to suppress the truth about his actions, the virus's lab leak or— and his role in directing U.S. funding for this dangerous research that caused immeasurable harm and countless lost lives. Now, these documents expose Fauci's direct role in influencing and manipulating IC assessments on COVID-19 and how Fauci lied to Congress in 2024 when under oath he denied knowledge of or participation in discussions with intelligence officials about viral research. We also received testimony from multiple intelligence community whistleblowers who reported retaliation for challenging the intelligence community's manipulation of

intelligence on the virus. It's a little underwhelming to watch because it is documentation, not accountability. It's whistleblowers, not charges. So if you haven't seen web, this is web. I'm going to zoom in so we're not in this tiny corner here, but this is the full display. I'm going to be talking to the chat right here. Research, research, research, read, read, read. Pops out a summary for us. So what are these files? Where do they come from? It's the classified intelligent record set released by D&I Tulsi Gabbard on June 18th, 2026 last week. It consists of 67 items spread across three multi-page PDF parts plus an index drawn from internal communications and assessments of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, ODNI, the CIA, and the State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research, the National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The documents span from February 2020 until July of 2026, as in right now. Some of the documents released are active and present. Internal emails among intelligence analysts, a whistleblower complaint, a 2020 LNL report assessing whether lab modification conditions existed at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, as in was it gain of function, briefing readouts of meetings between Anthony Fauci and intelligence community officials, congressional correspondence, media monitoring, scientific papers and research proposals, and State Department cables from 2015 about China's BSL-4 lab and U.S.-China cooperation. The allegations made. Dr. Fauci misled Congress about NIH-funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. This is based on a whistleblower complaint, which alleges that Fauci's May 11th and July 20th, 2021 testimony, in which he stated the NIH has not funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute, was incorrect. Fauci influenced the CIA's intelligence assessment on COVID origins. They alleged that Fauci was escorted into CIA headquarters without a record of entry and participated in the agency's analysis to influence its review. That the intelligence community downplayed or suppressed the lab leak hypothesis. Big surprise. Internal emails show intelligence analysts characterizing lab leak proponents work as nonsense. The NIH funded gain of function research at Wuhan Institute of Virology despite denials. An NIH letter to Congress acknowledged that Wuhan Institute of Virology did conduct gain of function research while simultaneously saying it could not have produced SARS-CoV-2.

Rand Paul sees on this as proof that Fauci lied. And he wasn't wrong. Wuhan Institute of Virology researchers fell ill with COVID-like symptoms in fall of 2019. Multiple documents. And speaking of multiple documents, let me drag this over and show you that we've got the sources. We're not going to go super deep into them right now, but they're organized into multi-page PDFs that have a whole bunch of stuff in them. This is an email to Avril Haines, former CIA director. And it goes on and on. All these claims by web are sourced to specific documents. So as we're reading these, it's sourcing the actual document that it's referring to, a specific page from the specific PDF. So the documents allege but do not conclusively prove false statements to Congress, obstruction of a congressional investigation, potential misuse of NIH grant funds, improper coordination between public health officials and intelligence agencies. but they don't prove any of that and no one's ever going to prove any of that because statute of limitations is expiring and obviously no one's going to be held accountable the documents don't just present a single damning narrative they show the internal friction within the intelligence community itself intelligence analysts at state inr and ncbc were actively dismissing lab leak claims as nonsense and flagging them as conspiracy theories tied to steve bannon oh boy has that whole sentence evolved in the last couple years. Steve Bannon means a whole new can of fucking worms since we got the Epstein files. Just real quick, I cannot help but remember.

that Tulsi Gabbard was the head of the entire intelligence community during the past two years here where we were supposed to be getting those files, where we were supposed to be getting those answers. Obviously, the blame fell on Kash Patel and on Pam Bondi and on Trump. Where's the blame for Tulsi? If Tulsi Gabbard was truly interested in the truth, truly interested in taking down the deep state, truly interested in things other than her career, you'd think she would be interested in getting some justice for the hundreds, if not thousands of young girls that were abused in Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking and blackmail networks. The ones that were used to blackmail politicians, scientists, bankers, you know, to sort of manipulate and control the American government, the entire Western system that we live in. The blackmail that is still probably living in Benjamin Netanyahu's desk over in Israel, still waiting for its time to shine. yeah, Tulsi Gabbard, head of DNI, this is all we got from her for her two years at the helm. This great coalition, maha, maga, that got everyone so excited, that made so many promises, what do we have to show for it? We have Kash Patel covering up the Epstein files that he claimed he was going to expose. We have Dan Bongino slithering off to go suck on his own toes. Mr. Macho, I'm going to expose it all. Gets in there. Good job, bud. Good job. Way to express your loyalty to Israel and actively cover up the abuse of children. Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the childhood vaccine schedule, unchanged, no accountability for COVID. In fact, the COVID shots are still being given out to this day. No significant change to our public health, to our food systems, no accountability for big agriculture. He's fought small battles. He's done better than maybe some, but it feels like fucking nothing. And now this, on the way out the door, Tulsi Gabbard. Just to make the point here, what's the statute of limitations? So Webb is going through the documents and pulling out the actual dates of the alleged crimes and what exactly is being alleged, what happened, when, and where. Crime number one, false statements to Congress, maximum penalty, five years in prison. The statute of limitations is five years from the date of the offense. You do the math, July 20th, 2021. And there is one month until that statute of limitations expires. Crime two, obstruction of a congressional investigation. Same five-year statute of limitations. This one has more wiggle room because it's 2023. The final report was released of December, 2024. So this one runs till at least 2028, probably not yet expired. Theoretically, charges could come for that. Grant fraud, misuse of federal funds, five-year statute of limitations. The grant period ended May 31st, 2019. This audit went from 2014 through 2021. So for criminal fraud, the statute would have run

May 31st, 2024 until April of 2025, after the grant ended and after the work halted. So it's pretty much gone. Crime four, conspiracy to defraud the United States. Maximum penalty, five years. The conspiracy statute extends liability as long as any overt act and furtherance occurred within the limitation period. So if coordination between Fauci and DASAC and EcoHealth Alliance continued into 2021, covering up during congressional testimony, then an overt act could be placed as late as July of 2021. That would push the statute to approximately next fucking month. For the conspiracy of doing gain of function research, letting it get out of the lab, knowing it got out of the lab, and covering that up from the entire world, lying directly to the people, collaborating with others to concoct a suppression campaign, a bunch of lies, a bunch of made up fucking stories about pangolins at wet markets. Yeah. Five-year statute of limitations. It's gone. So pretty much all of them have either expired or have one month to breathe. Nothing's going to happen. Welcome to the American government. We're not going to go into it. If you've got web, you can go into it more, or you can just look the documents up for yourself and comb through them all and find it. It is worth noting that they do offer a lot of interesting insight into how coverups happen and how the shirking of responsibility can look like laziness, but also might be criminal coverup. And it's hard to tell the difference that there could be documented in those files, the way I read them, there could be direct evidence of coordination to create an environment in which it just is acceptable to not elevate a serious problem to anyone that's going to do anything about it because there's just, it could be just, you know, some horrible negligence and oversight on part of these intelligence agency people that were emailing back and forth with these concerns with who should we raise this with? Ah, nobody. But it's hard to prove from the emails and the testimony and the documentation that's there. It's hard to prove, prove exactly. which names committed exactly which crimes, none of them are going to face anything for it anyway. The real question is, is this on purpose? Is this intentionally being released right at the buzzer to basically shove it in our fucking faces? Do you remember what COVID was? The mandatory shutdown of everybody's businesses, taking away the means of production for all the people trying to support their families, making up all kinds of crazy fucking rules, six feet apart, wear masks that do not work. Don't go to school. Lock your grandparents in a shed. Forget about all the photos of people going out to bars in plastic wrap and sitting across plexiglass windows. All the absolute utter nonsense and psychosis that just overtook the brains of so many normies. I mean, I personally lost basically every friend I had during that. I made a lot of new ones and it put me on this trajectory. It got me woken the fuck up real fast, but oh boy, was that rough.

And the damage done to the economy, to the lives of the children, especially that were growing up and going to school during those times, but to the social fabric of everybody, to our culture, will never be repaired. That's literally all not to mention the forced injection, essentially, the mandated injection of a experimental medical technology that is not even a vaccine. They changed the definition of vaccines so that it could include mRNA technology, which was untested, not safe. Spike protein fucked people up. And then there was a global cover-up of the deaths and side effects, lifelong conditions that people suffer from, from that experimental medication. People to this day, people will live with it for the rest of their lives. And there's been no accountability. There were billions of dollars of profit made that year by the vaccine companies. billions of dollars of share buybacks and dividends given out to their top shareholders, to the profiteers of this whole endeavor. No justice for all the people who are harmed by it. And the tragic irony is that a huge number of the people that were harmed by that vaccine to this day believe that that vaccine helped them. That vaccine helped them. Do not know the massive body of evidence, the huge numbers of vaccine injuries that were suppressed, the literal overloading of the VAERS system. It is tragic what that did to the mind and soul of America all around me, but the whole world to communities everywhere. The people that profited from it are still counting that cash. And the people that suffered from it are never getting their loved ones back. They're never getting their businesses back. They're never getting those lost years back. It's all gone.
