All the hits, Kiss 95, 7, Courtney, and Kiss in the morning. It is time for War of the Roses. If you're not familiar with War of the Roses, if you think your significant other might be cheating on you, doing something they shouldn't be doing, you call us and we try to get answers.

00:00:43 - 00:00:47 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, why actually talk to your significant other when you can talk to us?

00:00:47 - 00:01:13 | Speaker 4:

No, a lot of times. No, I know. You know, if you're like me, talking to your significant other, it's like, just talk to the wall instead. Huh? I get more response from a brick wall than my fiancé. So a lot of times you need the third party, which is us. Yeah. So this morning we're going to Glastonbury. Dana is on the line, has a problem with her fiance. Good morning, Dana. Good morning. Hi. Hi. Well, welcome to the show. Welcome to War of the Roses. I certainly hope we can get you some answers today.

00:01:14 - 00:01:20 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, I hope so, too. I wish I could be more excited. I love you guys, but I just don't know what else to do.

00:01:20 - 00:01:29 | Speaker 4:

Oh, Dana. Well, we love you, too, and I hope we can help. The producer says your fiance's name is Trent. But you guys, so this is your fiancé, you're engaged to be married.

00:01:30 - 00:01:37 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, we've been engaged about a year and a half now. We've been together, I would say we're going on like five, five and a half years. Okay. And.

00:01:38 - 00:01:42 | Speaker 4:

So what's going on? Why do you think that he's cheating on you? Like, what's the problem?

00:01:43 - 00:02:01 | Speaker 5:

I think he's cheating because he travels to New York for work pretty often. And recently he got an apartment there without even asking me, talking to me, nothing. I just found out he had an apartment. Whoa. And he claims he needed it because he's tired of staying in all these hotels. But that doesn't, I don't know, that doesn't make any sense to me.

00:02:01 - 00:02:14 | Speaker 4:

Okay. The fact that you guys are engaged, probably saving for a wedding, getting ready to build a life together, I would think getting an apartment in New York is like something you want to talk to your significant other about for sure.

00:02:15 - 00:02:20 | Speaker 5:

A hundred percent. That is a hundred percent what I've been saying. So you get it.

00:02:20 - 00:02:49 | Speaker 3:

Well, I was going to say two things. One, I'm married and I would love my own apartment. Stop. It's just kind of like a little getaway just to get away. And the other thing is, why do you have to buy an apartment to cheat when he's already staying at a hotel? It's easier if you ask me to cheat at a motel because the next day or whatever. True, evidence is gone. Yeah, room service comes in. They clean everything up. You know, if you're at an apartment, there's more chances for stuff to get left behind. That is a good point. So I think you're just a typical woman.

00:02:49 - 00:02:56 | Speaker 4:

Don't call her a typical woman. And Dana, I do think Walmart might be onto something. I hope that Trent isn't cheating. He might not be cheating at all.

00:02:57 - 00:03:03 | Speaker 5:

I mean, I didn't think about it like that, so I hope that that's what it is. I just, I don't know. I don't know what to think anymore.

00:03:03 - 00:03:26 | Speaker 4:

All right, well, here's what we're going to do. We're going to call up Trent. We're going to offer him roses. You're familiar with the show on War of the Roses. We'll try to get some info out of him. You're going to be listening in. At any point, if you want to jump in, you feel comfortable, you want to confront him, go for it. If you don't, that's okay, too, okay? All right. But Walmart, unless you're setting up another life. Yeah, it's true. You can't have another. Maybe he's got children. I don't know.

00:03:27 - 00:03:32 | Speaker 3:

Who knows? What day and age do we live in where a guy just can't get an apartment?

00:03:33 - 00:03:34 | Speaker 4:

Can you just be sensitive?

00:03:34 - 00:03:34 | Speaker 3:

Sure.

00:03:34 - 00:03:41 | Speaker 4:

Just be sensitive, please. Just once, for once in your life. Don't be a jerk.

00:03:42 - 00:03:43 | Unknown:

Okay.

00:03:48 - 00:03:51 | Speaker 3:

Hello? Hi, good morning. Is Trent there?

00:03:52 - 00:03:53 | Speaker 6:

This is Trent.

00:03:53 - 00:03:57 | Speaker 3:

Hey, Trent, what's happening? This is Joe from Flowers Express. How are you today?

00:03:59 - 00:04:00 | Speaker 6:

Good. How are you?

00:04:00 - 00:04:07 | Speaker 3:

I'm doing well, thank you. Hey, I was just calling to let you know that you actually won a dozen roses courtesy of Flowers Express in our weekly contest.

00:04:08 - 00:04:10 | Speaker 6:

Oh, okay. All right. Awesome.

00:04:10 - 00:04:22 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, basically, this is a great promotion. It's a free dozen roses. You can actually send the roses to anyone you want free of charge. And like I said, it's just a great promotion to get our name out there and maybe help you out too.

00:04:24 - 00:04:26 | Speaker 6:

Oh, awesome, dude. All right, awesome. So I can send them to anyone?

00:04:26 - 00:04:32 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, so it sounds like you're down for this. And, yeah, like I said, you can send them there when you want.

00:04:33 - 00:04:38 | Speaker 6:

All right. Can I send it out of Connecticut to, like, New York or something?

00:04:38 - 00:04:46 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, like I said, we can send these flowers to anyone anywhere in the U.S. I have a card here. Is there a message you would like to write in a card?

00:04:47 - 00:04:52 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, definitely. Yeah, okay, right. You are my one and only.

00:04:53 - 00:04:56 | Speaker 3:

You are my one. Number one or O-N-E?

00:04:58 - 00:04:58 | Speaker 6:

O-N-E.

00:04:59 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 3:

And only.

00:05:00 - 00:05:05 | Speaker 1:

All right, we got that down in the card. And who would you like me to address the card to?

00:05:06 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 3:

I'll send it to Rachel.

00:05:08 - 00:05:10 | Speaker 1:

Rachel? Rachel? Who's Rachel?

00:05:11 - 00:05:11 | Speaker 3:

Rachel?

00:05:12 - 00:05:12 | Speaker 1:

Rachel. What?

00:05:14 - 00:05:24 | Speaker 2:

Who is Rachel? Who the f*** is Rachel? Ooh, Trent, it's Courtney and Kiss in the morning. I got to tell you, it's Kiss 95.7. You're on the air. That is Dana, your fiancée. Go ahead, Dana.

00:05:25 - 00:05:31 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. I can't believe this. I can't believe you are cheating on me. I'm sorry. Who's your one and only?

00:05:31 - 00:05:36 | Speaker 3:

I'm supposed to be your one and only. I'm sorry. I'm on the radio. What's happening here?

00:05:36 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 2:

Well, it's called War of the Roses. When somebody thinks their significant other might be cheating, they call us. And it turns out you have an apartment that you just got without consulting, Dana. And now you're sending roses to a girl named Rachel. Go ahead, Dana. Yeah, it turns out you're cheating. I can't believe you.

00:05:50 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 3:

Okay.

00:05:50 - 00:05:53 | Speaker 4:

After everything we've been through, what are you thinking?

00:05:54 - 00:05:57 | Speaker 3:

Dana, relax, relax, relax, relax. This is not... Relax?

00:05:57 - 00:06:02 | Speaker 4:

Max, are you seriously telling me to relax right now? You know how much that pisses me off. Seriously.

00:06:02 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 3:

Listen, you don't want to do this on the radio, okay? Let's just chill out for a second, okay? We can talk. I didn't want to do this at all.

00:06:09 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 4:

You're the one who did this, let alone whether it's on the radio, in our life. You're ruining our lives. You did this.

00:06:17 - 00:06:23 | Speaker 3:

Look, I will tell you what this is about, but out to the radio, okay? You're not going to like the answer, so let's not do this. I already know.

00:06:23 - 00:06:27 | Speaker 4:

I already know what it's about. There's a Rachel. You're not going to tell me who she is?

00:06:28 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 3:

Look, I don't want to do this on the radio. You're making this really uncomfortable right now. It's just not cool, okay? I mean...

00:06:34 - 00:06:45 | Speaker 2:

Okay, not cool, not cool, not cool is sending roses to someone other than your fiancé, unless it's your mom or your grandmother. Exactly. That's what I'm trying to say.

00:06:46 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 3:

Look, I know what this looks like to you, but let's talk about this not on the radio. This is crazy. I don't want to be on the radio, okay?

00:06:52 - 00:07:18 | Speaker 2:

Just go out. You know what? You know what? I'm going to put you guys on hold. I'm going to put you both on hold right now. Hold on. I'm going to put them on hold because I think they need to talk off the air. Dana, are you still there? Yeah, I'm here. I just want to let you know, he's on hold. I'm going to patch you guys through. You can talk off the air, but I just wanted to let you know in case things get heated. I want you to know we pay for marriage counseling and we pay for couples counseling. If it's something you want to work through, you just have to let me know. We'll pick up the tab, okay?

00:07:19 - 00:07:27 | Speaker 4:

I don't think that's going to happen. You cheat once, you cheat again. I'm so done. I'm so angry. Thank you, but we will not need that.

00:07:27 - 00:07:30 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay. But hold on so I can patch you through to Trent. Hold on.

00:07:31 - 00:08:01 | Speaker 1:
