We are good. So I guess tell us how you are, because we got your email about Anita. Give us the scoop. How'd you meet and what happened on your date?

Yeah, so, you know, I online date, and I was on Tinder, and I met Anita, and we ended up connecting for lunch at a brewery in Petaluma.

Nice. That's a beautiful area.

Very beautiful, and it was actually what made me super excited because we actually both live there. Oh, wow. Yeah, it never happens, you know. So this was a real plus just to start things off. Sure. I think, yeah, it made me extra excited, if I'm being honest.

Yeah, sounds nice.

It was nice, but then besides that little thing, she was super cute, and she likes craft beer, which I also like and really appealed to me. So, yeah, so we set this up, went to the brewery, and, you know, had some bar snacks, you know, a couple beers, and I just felt like a great conversation. Just a really good first date, one of the best first dates I've had in a while.

And, yeah, at the end of the night, you know, we hugged. It was a quick hug. You know, I wasn't trying to, like, linger on that first date. And I wasn't worried about it because I was sure that I was going to score a second date. But she has completely disappeared since then. So I'm lost. And I have no idea. Yeah.

All right, you guys. Well, I know this is weird for both of you. So, Anita, let's just talk about it really quick. How was your date with him? He doesn't want to see you again.

He'd like to take you out. He feels like you're ghosting on him. So we're just trying to get some answers.

Yeah. Nelson's cool. I had a good time. I was super excited to meet somebody who actually lives in Petaluma. Sure. I grew up in P-Town, so I had absolutely, I just couldn't even believe that there was somebody that I didn't already know.

It's the half-mean-bay syndrome.

You know, food was good. Beers were great. Although he seemed really fixated on talking about other women that he was dating. Like, I guess I just felt like I was maybe more like he was more interested in being best buddies and there potentially being some sort of love interest or dating potential there. Like, first, you talked about Kelly, who was from Novato, who was cool, but her voice was too squeaky. And then Lacey from Rona Park, who was nice, but was a smoker. He doesn't like smokers. And the stories were kind of endless.

Nelson, I'm sorry to interrupt. Is this for real? Did you talk about other women on the date?

Yeah, but, I mean, it was just because I was so comfortable talking to Anita. Like, Anita, like, it was just so easy. I thought we were, you know, I thought we were both in the dating game and we were just kind of commiserating on our experiences, you know?

I guess I kept that, kind of, but I felt like maybe one of your bros more than, like, a date. And although we're both dating, like, I don't know that I need to hear all those details and that it needs to take up so much of our conversation i just couldn't understand why you were telling me all of it and it definitely made me feel you know at the end of

the date like we were buddies hanging out it's hard to hear like we want to know that you're focused on us during our time so it's hard to hear you talking about other than other even if it was a bad date you're trying to be funny like you know you guys can we salvage this though

now that we have a little self-awareness uh nelson you just pipe down just focus on anita and then anita like would you do this again do a do-over for me i just i didn't share any of my

experiences and the fact that or like escapades so the fact that you continue to it just made me feel like i was like one of the many options on the conveyor belt of dating and it was just kind of weird and i i don't know that i'm interested in that okay hang on man he did so many things
