It is time now for the second date update. If you're not getting a call back from somebody that you went out on a date with or maybe you've been talking to and they haven't been calling you back, what happened? Things get weird. We'll ask the questions and we'll get you the answers. Second date update. Alyssa's getting ghosted. Hey, Alyssa, how are you?

How did you guys meet with each other? How did you guys get together?

Basically, Instagram. He started following me on Instagram.

And then, what, hit you up and started talking to you, and you guys ended up going out eventually?

Yeah, basically. Like, he followed me and then didn't actually get a message for a while. But then, yeah, eventually, he asked me out, like, to get food. Yeah.

And then I understand, did you guys go back to his place for the last time that you guys were together and you guys were hanging out there and you thought things went great?

Yes, yeah. We went back to his house and hung out with his roommates. And yeah, it went well.

Have not heard from him in a while. We're going to find out what's going on. Andre is on the phone with us. Andre, what's up, buddy? How are you?

Hey, how's it going?

Good. Andre, will you say hello to Alyssa?

Oh, hey. Hi.

What's up, Andre? What's going on? Alyssa was just telling us about you two guys and how you guys met. And I think she's just wondering what's going on with you and why you guys haven't reconnected or you don't seem like you're as interested in her.

Um, you know, she was nice. We had a good time.

But?

But? This is the part you're supposed to. You know, I don't know. You know, yeah, we had a good time.

All right, tell us what about Alyssa do you like, and what is it that has kind of not made you as interested in this relationship? There's got to be something, because you don't seem as excited to talk to her as we would think that two people that just met would be with each other.

Yeah, I mean, it seems like, you know, we had a few mutual friends. You know, we had some food, and we kind of vibed, and, you know, we got along, and everything was going pretty well. But then, you know, I don't know. My roommates told me some stuff that sounded kind of weird, and so then, you know, it just didn't seem like it fully, like, worked out. I mean, you know, it was no big deal.

What did your roommates tell you?

um basically one was just like uh crashing on the couch and said you know like they thought she was like maybe going through the bathroom cabinets they could hear but then like you know one said you know like same one was like wasn't fully asleep on the couch and kind of saw her take like all the leftover tacos like out of the fridge before she left without asking which just seemed like a really weird thing to do We'll be right back.

So I'm just kind of like, I don't know why she would do that.

Or was that your roommate's food?

I think she just took, like, whatever she saw. It seemed like we were pretty much cleaned out. And so I'm like, this seemed pretty weird.

Before you start accusing her of stuff, let's ask her those questions. So first off, Alyssa, first thing that Andre said. First thing Andre said. Yeah.

No, I grabbed my tacos. I had, like, the leftover tacos from when we went to dinner. That's what I took on my way out the door to work. I needed to bring lunch with me, and, like, they were what was left over from dinner.

That's totally fine. My dinner. I do the same thing.

Yeah. Okay. And go back to, Andre, what did your roommates again accuse her of?

Yeah, but I don't know. She was, like, going through bathroom cabinets and stuff, so they just thought she was kind of, like, going through a bunch of stuff and take a bunch of stuff. So I don't know. So it just seemed a little weird. So that's why. So I just figured, oh, well, maybe someone's a little bit off. That's why I didn't contact her. But it wasn't a big deal.

That's also not off. That's super normal. I don't care if we're dating or if you just invite me over to your place for the first time. I did this at Shannon's house. I'm going to go through your cabinets. Yes! Okay, no. That's so normal.

If a guy was going through my cabinets on our first date, that is so weird and invasive. No.

I agree. I agree, KP. Absolutely not. I don't like that. Because you know what's hot? When he sees what face wash you use and then he gets it for his own apartment. and then you go over there and he's like, no, not all of your favorite stuff.

Not the first time that you're at my house. After we've been dating for a while, I fully expect you to do that because I will do that. First time you come over? Yes. No. Yes. No, that's not cool. Let her answer that.

I wasn't going through his cabinet. I mean, did I open up the medicine cabinet and peek to make sure that there wasn't some like crazy prescription for something serious I should know about? Yes. I wasn't going through it. I just did, like, you know, the normal open the cabinet and peek and see if there's anything crazy. I wasn't going through anything.

By the way, you've got to be a little bit softer with opening and closing. She slam is there. If you're being heard, like, yeah, like, what is that all about? And I agree with Megan. Everybody goes through somebody's cabinets for that purpose.

It's like when you have a party, you take all of your prescriptions out of that cabinet so that people can't go through those. Because you know they're going to go through their cabinets. Yeah, I got some recommendations for you, Shan.

I put prescriptions in there, Megan, just to see if I get them walking out of the bathroom and going, what the hell just happened.

Haven't you ever seen the videos of people who throw parties and they put like a ring camera inside of their cabinets and it says, you got caught, take a shot? Oh, my gosh. And it's like, how many people look in your cabinet? It's super normal, you guys. I don't know.

But your bathroom is in your bedroom, which is in the other side of the house where everybody hangs out. So that would be really creepy if somebody started going through your stuff.

Ever since that one party where I invited everybody over and we had the one promotions person that went through our bedroom, I now close the door of mine.

Honestly, God, if you want to keep me out, put a child lock on it. I cannot get past a child lock to save my life. It's not that difficult. Just put one of those on there.

That's wild. That is weird.

I totally think that women go through cabinets. I think that's pretty normal. Even men do it sometimes. Usually we don't get caught, though.
