Mojo in the morning. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Mojo in the morning. Phone number 844 Mojo live 844-665-6548. The text is 95500. zero. Oh God, I got to talk about this. So, um, not in a sexual way. Uh, but are there people that have adult sleepovers? And what I mean by this is like you're grown ass adults. You're not like 10 or 12 years old and you have your adult friends all come over, hang out, you guys drink together. And then you guys sit around and watch movies or TV and just kind of, uh, enjoy, you know the night and then everybody goes and sleeps and then wakes up the next morning because we were having a conversation about how uh you know the luke's away at school so he's not home so it's just chelsea and i in uh in the house and one of my guy buddies was like you know what we should do and i'm like let's say he goes we should get a group of guys together and we should have a sleep over at your house and i'm like i don't think that's gonna happen i don't think i'm gonna be ever say to Chelsea, hey I'm going to have a guy Steve and Will and John and all these guys. They're going to come over and we're going to all hang out and we're going to watch the NBA on TNT order some pizzas and then play video games in the basement afterwards. And then tuck each other in. No, and then we all stay up and don't fall asleep because somebody's going to make the other pee or something like that. Remember when you're a kid and you do the sleepovers and then the next morning mom would always make breakfast for you, you know, or, or get McDonald's or something into the house. I feel like, would you ever do that? Like if I said, Hey, Kevin, Zach, would you guys come over to the house? Like you guys have come over and we've had nighttime. We ordered DoorDash and stuff.

00:04:34 - 00:04:37 | Speaker 2:

Nighttime play dates.

00:04:38 - 00:04:48 | Speaker 5:

This guy is so homophobic. You literally say you and Zach came over. We had nighttime. Well, we hung out at night. That's not even me. We hung out at night. We didn't have night time. Come on.

00:04:48 - 00:04:50 | Speaker 1:

I bet both of you guys would spend the night.

00:04:51 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 5:

I was about to say, I would come over, but I don't know why I would spend a night. I have no reason to spend a night. I've had it. Well, the problem is you drink so much.

00:05:00 - 00:05:04 | Speaker 1:

If I'm drunk, you can't get an Uber from my house. But that's different to me.

00:05:05 - 00:05:14 | Speaker 6:

That's like you came over to hang out and you drank too much, so you're being smart. This you're talking about is more of a planned, everybody bring a sleeping bag and a pillow.

00:05:15 - 00:06:02 | Speaker 1:

I would love to have a group of guys come over. And I would love for a group of guys to come over. We all hang out. We all drink. But I want you to leave. I want you out of my house at a certain point. But I also don't like you to leave and drive your own car. So a lot of times I've said to these guys, I'm like, hey, you know what we should do? I should have like Lori over at top notch, get like a truck and then like drive everybody home or something. But the idea though is these guys all think that my house would be perfect because the basement, we have a really nice TV and the boys have their video game system and they're all like, it'd be great, man. Well, I'll just sit there and play. I'm not playing video games. I am a 50-year-old man that does not want to sit there and play video games with a bunch of guys.

00:06:02 - 00:06:18 | Speaker 6:

My girlfriends and I were truly just talking about this a week or two ago. We celebrated somebody's birthday, and we said, we just need to have a sleepover so we don't have to worry about everybody needs to be home to relieve their husbands and put the kids to bed around 9 or 9.30 or whatever. We just need to have a sleepover. See, now I'm okay with that.

00:06:19 - 00:06:20 | Speaker 3:

I don't want to go in.

00:06:20 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 6:

It would not be that. Are you kidding me? We're a group of late 30, early 40-something.

00:06:25 - 00:06:43 | Speaker 1:

we would all be asleep by 9 30. I would like I would actually Chelsea said hey uh me and my friends are all sleeping over I'd be like all right pillow fights and things like that. You're thinking of uh who's opening on the Kesha tour. That's right exactly I didn't why do you got to bring that up I don't even want to talk about that show but because of the name of the group. Oh yeah

00:06:43 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 2:

that's right. What's going on? I don't think I can see it though. Jalen what's up? Hi I was just saying

00:06:52 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 4:

that I think camping is adult sleepover. Camping? Oh, yeah, kind of.

00:06:57 - 00:07:02 | Speaker 1:

That is kind of a thing. Like, you get around a campground, and then you kind of go all to your normal spots, right?

00:07:03 - 00:07:11 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, we used to go camping up north, and we'd have, like, five spots, and we'd all get, like, super drunk and sit there and party until we pass out.

00:07:11 - 00:07:17 | Speaker 1:

Would it be weird, though, if a group of guys all went camping together and slept in the same tent with each other?

00:07:17 - 00:07:20 | Speaker 4:

No. Oh, yes. Would you think it'd be weird?

00:07:20 - 00:07:24 | Speaker 1:

I don't know like I don't know I couldn't

00:07:24 - 00:07:25 | Speaker 6:

if you go on a guy's trip

00:07:25 - 00:07:26 | Speaker 1:

yeah

00:07:26 - 00:07:29 | Speaker 6:

do you share a hotel room and if you share a hotel room do you share a bed

00:07:29 - 00:07:32 | Speaker 1:

no no I never no

00:07:32 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 6:

I share beds all the time with my girlfriends you do yes

00:07:35 - 00:08:03 | Speaker 1:

it's different rules like if I go if we did the last guy's trip that I went on we went to Pinehurst and went golfing and we all had our separate rooms but if I had to I would get a room with two beds and be fine with that and not that it's just It's weird. But then again, I don't know. We too old for that. But I have no problem sharing a bed if I'm sharing a bed with my sons or sharing a bed with my brothers. You know what I mean?

00:08:03 - 00:08:06 | Speaker 2:

Because y'all have done it before. You know what I mean? That's part of your childhood.

00:08:07 - 00:08:31 | Speaker 1:

Well, I went to Morning Show Boot Camp one time with Jeff Dollar. You want me to tell this story again? It's so funny. I went to Morning Show Boot Camp with Jeff Dollar, who was my producer. He used to work on The Bird Show, too. and I woke up in the morning and I look and Jeff Dollar is laying in the bed next to me naked on top of the covers and his big hairy white ass is on top of the covers with his D just I was like

00:08:31 - 00:08:33 | Speaker 6:

so you have trauma there

00:08:33 - 00:08:40 | Speaker 1:

I got a little bit of childhood trauma he wanted you no he said that it was hot Lena what's going on

00:08:40 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 3:

good morning

00:08:42 - 00:08:43 | Speaker 1:

what's going on

00:08:43 - 00:09:10 | Speaker 3:

so I was just calling about like how you stand, you would want to invite your guy friends over and you guys, you know, chill and hang out and let it be like a little sleepover per se. I have my husband. I would not mind him doing that. Just as long as it's not like sprung up on me. Like, it got to be planned out. You got to let me know like two weeks in the end. And I probably wouldn't even cook breakfast the next morning.

00:09:10 - 00:09:15 | Speaker 1:

I was going to say, would you make pancakes and bacon and eggs and sausage for these guys?

00:09:15 - 00:09:17 | Speaker 3:

I would definitely cook the next morning.

00:09:17 - 00:09:19 | Speaker 1:

Would you make smiley face pancakes?

00:09:20 - 00:09:20 | Speaker 3:

No.

00:09:22 - 00:09:27 | Speaker 1:

I love that you would do that. You're a special wife. What's up, Kelsey? Hi.

00:09:28 - 00:09:30 | Speaker 5:

Hi. How are you doing? Good morning.

00:09:30 - 00:09:33 | Speaker 1:

Hey, we're doing good. What's going on? We're talking about adult sleepovers.

00:09:34 - 00:09:55 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, me and my girlfriends do that. We've had two in the last, like, eight months, I would say. We're, like, in our late 30s. We plan a date, and we just go out to dinner. We go to the bar, then we come back and, you know, eat snacks, like you said, watch movies, hang out. Oh, my God, the snacks. We put our kids to bed, and we just hang out.

00:09:55 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

I forgot about the snacks, too. Like, what kind of snacks do you get for an adult sleepover?

00:10:00 - 00:10:05 | Speaker 3:

Oh, just the stuff you get. We actually went to CBS after the bar and picked up our favorite ones, you know.

00:10:05 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 2:

That's great.

00:10:06 - 00:10:08 | Speaker 3:

Cheetos, Doritos, stuff we never eat.

00:10:08 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 2:

Remember I told the story about, and I had heard her on the air, the friend of mine that she and her husband were over at a friend's house. And the two girls went to the shower together and stuff. I think like this stuff happens if the couples are all there. Like, did it turn into a weird thing? Like where you guys all got naked and showered together?

00:10:28 - 00:10:29 | Speaker 3:

No, no.

00:10:29 - 00:10:30 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

00:10:30 - 00:10:36 | Speaker 3:

But I will say, my husband was home, and he slept on the couch, and me and my friends slept in our bed, and the other two slept in the guest bed.

00:10:36 - 00:10:40 | Speaker 2:

Did he feel like, what the hell, I got kicked out to the couch?

00:10:41 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 3:

No. We've known these girls for a long time, so I was just excited to see them and hang out.

00:10:47 - 00:11:00 | Speaker 6:

I love my friends. I would never sleep in their beds that they share with their husbands. Really? No? Wow. Because I know what goes on in those beds. Do you know what I mean? I don't know that I would ever sleep in their bed.

00:11:03 - 00:11:04 | Speaker 2:

What's up, Polly? How you doing?

00:11:06 - 00:11:06 | Speaker 5:

Hi.

00:11:07 - 00:11:07 | Unknown:

Hey.

00:11:07 - 00:11:30 | Speaker 5:

So we've done this mostly after parties we've thrown or like a night out. Me and the girls will stay out and the guys will go home with the kids. And then all of us girls will come home and we'll all kind of either sleep in the living room after watching a movie or half of them will sleep in the living room, half will sleep in the kid's room, and I'll go back to my room.

00:11:31 - 00:11:33 | Speaker 2:

Wow. And where's your husband at that time?

00:11:35 - 00:11:42 | Speaker 5:

He is probably usually already in bed because he doesn't drink. So he'll stay home with our kids, and then, yeah, we go out.

00:11:42 - 00:12:29 | Speaker 2:

And then you go out and do it. Because I always feel like the guy of whosoever house you're having the sleepover at or if it's this case being a guy's sleepover, the wife, they get screwed out of the deal. like chels has to be out of town for me to ever want to do something like this i've had where friends have come into town and stayed at my house yeah and i thought that that actually was like mike's done it mike's you know slept overnight at my house many times mike is so funny the funniest thing is one night i go all right mike i gotta go to bed and he goes already like he was and it reminded it reminded me so much of when mom would say lights out guys we gotta turn it out like he was so upset yeah what's up pam hi how are you what's going on pam i just wanted to

00:12:29 - 00:12:35 | Speaker 4:

say men do it all the time they call it hunting fishing that's right that's good that is right

00:12:35 - 00:12:59 | Speaker 2:

isn't that right uh i've never you know i don't know if you know this but i'm not really a hunter or a fisherman or something but i when i guys do this and they go up north together to me I'm like, and where are we staying? Like, I'm like always thinking about what hotel that we're going to be at. Brokeback Mountain. Is your guy, no, I'm not thinking. Does your guy go hunting all the time, Pam?

00:13:00 - 00:13:07 | Speaker 4:

He goes hunting and fishing and whatever, and snowmobiling up north with the group of guys. I say bye, have fun.

00:13:07 - 00:13:18 | Speaker 2:

I've had a lot of friends that want me to go snowmobiling too. That's the big deal. I always say I'll do it If I can go up to the Casino there by CMU

00:13:18 - 00:13:27 | Speaker 4:

Oh they've stayed In there before They go to the casino and stay sometimes But yeah I think it's fun for them I don't care

00:13:27 - 00:13:30 | Speaker 2:

That's cool what a good wife Thank you for the call I appreciate it

00:13:30 - 00:13:31 | Speaker 4:
