00:01:37 - 00:02:47 | Speaker 6:

the listener's name uh amanda amanda and andrew uh the wedding was spectacular and even a drive up so lydia zach and i we all met at the station and carpooled up to ann arbor uh which was incredible we saw a blimp which was like the first time in i think 30 years we saw a blimp the wedding was beautiful the first dance with our father the first dance with his mother the food was fantastic but when we walk in they uh we walked into the reception and they had these cards so you can see where you sit and we're looking at the tables trying to find our names and then again because i didn't rsvp we didn't all sit together but luckily we found a table with three open seats so we sat down it was a beautiful family there we kind of introduced ourselves and you know we got there a little late so we had to sit down and be quiet so once we sit down i'm sitting next to a wonderful woman who eventually told me her name was allison but at first she said she didn't speak english and i think that was because the other first thing i said was like a diddy joke and i think once i said the diddy joke she was like completely turned off Like, she didn't find it. I wonder why. I'm mad at you. I know it's like.

00:02:47 - 00:02:49 | Speaker 5:

Wait, you think she was faking that she didn't speak English?

00:02:49 - 00:03:32 | Speaker 6:

She was faking, bro. Like, so after I said the Diddy joke, she was looking at me like, I don't know what you're saying. Now, I will say, I believe the groom is from the Philippines. Yeah. And a ton of, man, first off, Filipino women are outstandingly beautiful. Like, top five of all time. Oh, yeah. So, she said, so at first, right, she telling me that she can't speak English. As I'm trying to talk, I'm asking her questions. I'm like, what table are we? She'd just throw up four. Then she'd point at her cousin, like, talk to her. And then afterwards, once the drinks started flowing, all of a sudden, it's like, I'm Allison. I'm from the Philippines. I lived in Las Vegas. I've been there for four months. Like, all of a sudden, she'd notice me fake questions.

00:03:32 - 00:03:33 | Speaker 5:

So she faked it.

00:03:33 - 00:03:33 | Speaker 6:

She faked it.

00:03:33 - 00:03:45 | Speaker 5:

You know what this is? This is the girl that you meet at a bar, or you meet out, and you're trying to be that guy to flirt with him and they don't want to talk to you so they fake that they can't speak or

00:03:45 - 00:03:57 | Speaker 6:

whatever that is exactly what happened because all of a sudden she understood everything lydia said she had all these answers oh my god has anybody ever done that by the way has anybody

00:03:57 - 00:04:13 | Speaker 5:

ever uh fake something so they didn't have to talk to somebody um it wasn't that bad 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 uh amanda the bride is on the phone with us this morning are you guys hey Congratulations. You guys feeling good? Thank you.

00:04:14 - 00:04:14 | Unknown:

I'm sorry?

00:04:14 - 00:04:18 | Speaker 5:

You feeling good? Congratulations. What's it like to be a married woman?

00:04:19 - 00:04:21 | Speaker 1:

We are over the moon. So happy.

00:04:21 - 00:04:26 | Speaker 5:

It was cool to have these guys, you know, get invited to this. That was really nice of you to do that.

00:04:27 - 00:04:29 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I was honored to have them.

00:04:29 - 00:04:39 | Speaker 6:

You looked incredible. Your husband looked nice in a suit. The bridesmaids looked incredible. It was a girl there in a green dress. She looked incredible. Oh, I'm calling.

00:04:39 - 00:04:42 | Speaker 4:

She was on my list for Zach, but I don't know.

00:04:43 - 00:04:45 | Speaker 5:

Didn't get a chance to talk to her.

00:04:45 - 00:04:52 | Speaker 4:

Do you go through your wedding cards and count how much money you made? Actually, Zach's card was so funny. He wrote it in a crayon.

00:04:53 - 00:05:03 | Speaker 5:

I didn't find a pen. You found a crayon? Yeah, I found a blue crayon. This could not be more than. I was like, Feds are overrated.

00:05:05 - 00:05:06 | Speaker 3:

That's great.

00:05:06 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 5:

I loved it. It was so funny.

00:05:07 - 00:05:11 | Speaker 3:

Yo, tell them about the card that your father gave to you.

00:05:11 - 00:05:45 | Speaker 5:

Okay. I was telling Zach this. My father tried to glitter bomb me. So he had a card, and when we opened it, it, like, triggered something, and it was playing music, but it never stopped. So we put it back in the envelope, and we were like, But after a couple minutes, Andrew's losing his mind. I cannot deal with this card. I was trying to ignore it. I was like, he's not going to win. But then we decided to slowly rip it open. And then I guess they were planning on us opening it aggressively. Because when you rip it open, there's glitter on the inside in this pocket.

00:05:47 - 00:05:49 | Speaker 6:

Oh, I would think so, man. I think that's the best card ever.

00:05:49 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 7:

All over the dress.

00:05:51 - 00:06:03 | Speaker 6:

But it's dad, though. Dad can get away with it. What about this person that was faking? that she couldn't speak English because she was annoyed that she had to sit next to Kevin. Did you hear back from her at all?

00:06:03 - 00:06:08 | Speaker 5:

I didn't even know about this until just now. It was so funny. Oh my gosh.

00:06:08 - 00:06:22 | Speaker 7:

We were sitting there and she would not reply to anything I said and then all of a sudden Lydia leaned over and she had all the things to say. Everything she knew, she understood and could communicate

00:06:22 - 00:06:30 | Speaker 6:

everything. She was forewarned that you didn't RSVP and it wasn't until Friday's show that Amanda even realized that you were showing up, Kevin.

00:06:30 - 00:06:35 | Speaker 7:

It was beautiful, though. And thank you again. The salmon was outstanding. Appreciate that.

00:06:35 - 00:06:37 | Speaker 2:

You did not eat and you did an RSVP.

00:06:38 - 00:06:39 | Speaker 7:

And she said I could take some home.

00:06:40 - 00:06:42 | Speaker 6:

Wait, you asked to take some home?

00:06:42 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 7:

No, no, no. She asked me if I had the vegetarian lasagna, and I was like, no, I didn't. But I did grab a couple pieces of salmon. She's like, take some home. And did you? No, no, no. I left it for the family.

00:06:52 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 6:

You're the guy that brings Tupperware to a wedding in hopes that people don't show up for the thing. Well, are you going on a honeymoon, Amanda?
