Hey, guys. I'm just sending a talkback message. So I bitched out someone at my work for not doing, like, their side work. First of all, I'm a bartender, so we're super busy right now. Anyways, this girl always tries to skip out on, like, rolling silverware and refilling sauces, you know, like, all the side stuff you're supposed to be doing. And I do feel bad because, like, she low-key looks like she's maybe 18 years old, but someone needs to tell her to do her job. Like, I'm for real not trying to be an a-hole, but multiple managers have already told her she needs to finish that work when she's, you know, done and before she clocks out. And she never does, always argues, and it got me in trouble.

Okay. So is she an a-hole for telling somebody that she works with to do their job? is that something that she's actually you know even okay with doing I guess that would be kind of like me randomly just yelling at somebody that works here in the building and doesn't work on our show and tell them

Hi, how are you guys? So I am a waitress, and I always tell my boss these girls have to do their job, and she just does nothing about it. So I just tell them, hey, this needs to be done, and I'm not rude about it, but I don't want to have to come in in the morning and have to do it all. It's ridiculous.

Oh, I know the feeling. I've been a waitress for 30 years, and I totally get it. And to be honest with you, it's normally the young girls. They think they can come in, make the money, and not have to do their job.

Absolutely. I have people in my restaurant that we call shift leads, and they're there to lead the shift. Because I have more important things to deal with, like guests and issues. and they're there to lead my shift for me.
