on is uh jackie an a-hole not an a-hole my heart hurts for her i actually was just having this conversation with someone recently about like how so many animals end up in the pound and animal shelters because so many single parents or just families in general can't afford animal care these days and then they're just stuck in the shelter and so many shelters can't even afford those surgeries themselves because it's non-profit and their quality of life just decreases nobody adopts them and they just sit there and like she said this dog was 16 and i mean my parents they just spent eight like eight thousand dollars to get both of their dog's eyes removed due to cataracts and she was 14 and only lived like another year and they were like they had to have the eyes removed

took both the eyes out she had no eyes so what was she doing what was going on she was walking into the walls yeah it was so it was bad cataracts and then they did the cataract surgery and then it's almost been six months so they were like okay well we have to remove her eyes Oh, my God. Because of, like, the disease and everything.

There is a lady in my neighborhood who has, same dog as Charlie, a toy poodle. With no eyes? It has cataracts really bad, and I don't think the dog can walk very well, but she still takes it on walks every day in a stroller.

No, she isn't. Because recently, just a couple months ago, I had to put two of my dogs down. Oh, my gosh. They were only a year and a half. I let them out in the yard. They were pit bulls and Great Dane mix, but they were tall. But I let them out in the back like I always do. And another dog jumped the fence, mauled both of them. And they told me that the damage to their legs would cost me for each dog $4,500. So I had to put them down.

because their legs were chewed off and the pain was horrible i did pay to try to fix it but when i took them back for the re-thing they told me i would have to have surgery on both of them and it's going to cost me more than what i had and he belongs to my great grandson oh i am He don't, too. I think that Jackie might be an a-hole because, you know, if the dog had cataracts, she could have rehomed him and somebody would have continued to love him, whether he bumped into stuff or not, and, you know, continued to give him a good life for the rest of his days, you know?

So even if the dog was bumping into walls at home and having to, like, you know, be taken care of, if she didn't do the surgery, everything would have been okay. She doesn't have to spend any money.

There are people that would love that dog regardless if he was bumping into walls and, you know, give him a good space to live in.

sometimes well we don't do it for just like convenience but so this guy like had to move and he couldn't bring his cats with him and he wanted to to euthanize his cats because he couldn't take them wow but we wouldn't we wouldn't you know it has to be a legit reason yeah you can't
