Say, call me, and Lydia will call you and put you on the air, so it's as easy as call or text to get through to us. Anna says that you are going to start muting.

00:01:56 - 00:01:57 | Speaker 1:

Not start, I do.

00:01:58 - 00:02:01 | Speaker 8:

You do start. Or you have done this all the time, or is it something new?

00:02:01 - 00:02:47 | Speaker 1:

No, this is what I do. So I was out with my girlfriends over break. We were having cocktails or whatever, and they were asking me about some of the guys that I was talking to, like Mama's Boy and a couple others, and they're like, what's going on with them? And I was like, honestly, I have no idea because every time I'm talking to a guy, I have to mute them on all social media. Like, I don't want to see their posts. I don't want to see their stories. I don't want to see anything because I get too invested. Like, then I'm looking into their stories, zooming in. Oh, who are they with? Where are they at? What are they doing? And I, like, drive myself crazy over this. So I mute them on everything. And I feel like it helps me. But my friends are like, you are crazy. That's a red flag. Like, you shouldn't get that attached to these guys so easily.

00:02:47 - 00:02:52 | Speaker 5:

Wait, you said during? Like, while you're actively talking to them? Or if it kind of fizzles out?

00:02:52 - 00:02:57 | Speaker 1:

Actively fizzles out. Whatever it is. You're muted. I don't want to be that.

00:02:57 - 00:02:58 | Speaker 5:

You deserve a connection, that's it.

00:02:58 - 00:03:05 | Speaker 1:

Yes, because I'm going crazy. I'm like, why is he there? He told me he was there. And I feel like this just helps out.

00:03:05 - 00:03:08 | Speaker 7:

Was it like, what was the straw that broke the camel back?

00:03:09 - 00:03:21 | Speaker 1:

I just realized that I was looking at these people's stuff too much. Obsessively. Yeah, like, and then also making myself mad over it. Like, oh, he told me he was going home, and now I see him out with his friends.

00:03:22 - 00:03:25 | Speaker 7:

Would you reach out to him and say that? Like, I'm looking at your story right now.

00:03:25 - 00:03:36 | Speaker 1:

No, because I'm not that crazy. And like, we're not in that deep, but that just helps me be like, okay, go live your life. Like we're not in a serious thing and I don't need to be that invested. Am I crazy?

00:03:36 - 00:03:44 | Speaker 5:

I actually think it's really smart. I say anything that protects your mental health and makes you more sane or feel more sane is, is a green flag in my book.

00:03:44 - 00:03:53 | Speaker 8:

So this is different than probably what 99.9% of people do though. They probably look more deep diving into them, but that's what she said she's doing and it's

00:03:53 - 00:03:54 | Speaker 5:

making her nuts.

00:03:55 - 00:03:55 | Unknown:

Yeah.

00:03:55 - 00:04:02 | Speaker 7:

I love it. I wish they would not only mute me, but mute the Mojo on the Morning Show Instagram, too. Yeah, me too. Oh, really? Mute all that stuff.

00:04:02 - 00:04:06 | Speaker 8:

Oh, because you've had some girls that don't like comments that are said?

00:04:06 - 00:04:20 | Speaker 7:

Not comments. I don't know. Stuff that I choose to talk about on the show that we chop up and edit and put it as a post, and then they got to relive it. Yeah. Really? Which one? What's the latest one that got you in trouble? I'm not about to bring that up. I already got in trouble for it.

00:04:20 - 00:04:42 | Speaker 8:

I'm not about to bring it up again. But here's the thing I don't understand. If you're going and talking to these guys and you're, you know, then looking at their social, you think the guys are dumb enough to post something that is contradictory of what they say? They are dumb. So if the guy says to you, hey, I'm staying in tonight, that guy, that dumb idiot is out there posting on his story that he's actually out?

00:04:43 - 00:05:12 | Speaker 1:

Caught him in a lie. But sometimes I feel like they're just, it's me also looking too much into it. Like he might have said, oh, I'm going out with my friends. And then I look and I'm like, wait, there's a lot of girls there. These are not your friends. Yeah. What's going on? And I drive myself crazy. Do you do this? Do you look at the guys that you're recently talking to and see? Because you can see, like, who's following them and who's not following them. Do you check out their followers to see if they've got any new girl followers?

00:05:12 - 00:05:15 | Speaker 4:

I've not done that. Now you're putting me on to something.

00:05:16 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 1:

Now I'm trying to look. Has anybody ever done that before? I do. You do that, Lydia?

00:05:20 - 00:05:27 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. If I'm talking to a guy, I would look at his, like, following list in order. Like, who's the last person he followed? I want to know.

00:05:27 - 00:05:28 | Speaker 4:

That's so smart.

00:05:28 - 00:05:29 | Speaker 1:

You ever see that?

00:05:29 - 00:05:43 | Speaker 3:

yeah you can you can look it up on a website because if you're following a new girl when we're talking we got a problem and then you see you have to pay attention to the like last three photos the girl posted because you want to know hey did he like him yep that's what i'm saying

00:05:43 - 00:06:02 | Speaker 1:

do you ever lydia uh when you're with a guy or or you know uh anna do you ever do this where you see his phone and he's on his instagram and go look over his shoulder to see who are his bigger stories that he sees? Like the ones that pop up the most? Do you do this to us? Do you see it with us?

00:06:02 - 00:06:04 | Speaker 4:

Really? Wait, what do you mean the bigger stories?

00:06:04 - 00:06:07 | Speaker 1:

No. Because you can see who's most frequents.

00:06:08 - 00:06:35 | Speaker 2:

So like here, okay, so you can see like, actually you're on my, so mine is Mojo in the Morning, Anna, Crate and Barrel Outlet. You have a good one. Actually, but mine is wrong because I haven't seen, I haven't checked, these are some of my friends I actually need to catch up with, and I truly haven't looked at their story in a really long time so i don't know but i do feel like these first couple are always pretty accurate of the ones that you check the most frequently yeah you know they'll

00:06:35 - 00:06:39 | Speaker 1:

come up this up on the stories those little circles you just said that it was wrong though

00:06:39 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 2:

well the first three are are are right but it's also early in the morning and tell us i'm trying to get off social i'm straight do you do you not do you guys not ever mute anybody like for

00:06:49 - 00:07:25 | Speaker 1:

mental health reasons yeah absolutely okay well in and you know the whole block just for whatever reason blocked and be blessed thing too with people that are are kind of tough i had to mute like i had to mute like a lot of the the political stuff like people getting just too political and then also i i just kind of had to to start muting like family members that seemed like they were going through lots of uh uh emotional stuff with some of their random posts just seemed like they were really hurt you know really desperate with some of the posts that they were in family i well friends and family and stuff.

00:07:25 - 00:07:26 | Speaker 2:

They don't know that they're muted.

00:07:27 - 00:07:30 | Speaker 1:

It ain't about them, though. I'm saying, like, if your family going through something, you need to know.

00:07:30 - 00:07:33 | Speaker 4:

What if they're posting, like, I need help right now?

00:07:34 - 00:07:50 | Speaker 1:

Like, cousins, exes that are sitting in front of the mirror, basically making duck faces and stuff like that? Yeah, that's different. I'm like, oh, my God, this is making me sad of what's going on. 844-MOJO-LIVE, what do you think about this? Jennifer, what do you think about Anna muting these guys that she's talking to?

00:07:52 - 00:08:01 | Speaker 5:

That's a great idea. don't get obsessed because have you seen the new movie obsession yet that's literally a little bit

00:08:01 - 00:08:06 | Speaker 1:

like that movie wait what's obsession what i mean obviously you could probably guess but

00:08:06 - 00:08:27 | Speaker 5:

is it somebody that's obsessed with somebody yeah basically but there's more to it it's a great well it's a it's a thriller it's not super super scary it's not like well i mean it's they're checking their socials but um it's more like attachment kind of do you think though that

00:08:27 - 00:08:38 | Speaker 1:

anna needs to be able to have better coping skills dealing with this like do you think i know that but that's exactly what she's doing yeah but be able to look at what they're doing and understand

00:08:38 - 00:08:48 | Speaker 4:

that it's just part of you know i think like if it got serious and i was like we were actually a thing, I would then unblock them. But like right now in this talking phase, it's just

00:08:48 - 00:08:53 | Speaker 1:

too much. Would you date somebody? Yeah, no, what you're doing, what you're doing, Anna

00:08:53 - 00:09:02 | Speaker 5:

is great, honestly, for your mental health. And like, it's way better that way just to not be obsessed and like not know what's going on. If you're, especially if you're not like

00:09:02 - 00:09:13 | Speaker 1:

fully in with them. Anna and Jennifer and everybody else here, would you date somebody that doesn't have any social media at all? Yes. You wouldn't find that from somebody

00:09:13 - 00:09:18 | Speaker 4:

who you're an influencer no as long as they're fine being in my stuff really yeah would you feel

00:09:18 - 00:09:23 | Speaker 1:

like more secure that they're not seeing your things or would you feel less secure that you're

00:09:23 - 00:09:27 | Speaker 4:

not being able to see what they're doing i would feel more secure that they're not seeing our stuff

00:09:27 - 00:09:37 | Speaker 1:

in mojo's page jennifer what do you what do you think about a person that doesn't have any social media or seems to have no social media they probably do they just lie about it and hide it

00:09:37 - 00:09:41 | Speaker 5:

I'd be okay with it, too, honestly. Yeah.

00:09:42 - 00:09:55 | Speaker 1:

I don't know. There's some people that look at that as a red flag. Like, you know. Like, what do you have to hide? Yeah. Or they think, like I said, that they probably got like a Finsta or something. Oh. You know? What's up, Dominique?

00:09:56 - 00:09:57 | Speaker 5:

What's up, Mojo?

00:09:57 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 1:

How you doing? I'm doing fantastic.

00:10:00 - 00:10:01 | Speaker 3:

Fantastic, Dominique.

00:10:01 - 00:10:03 | Speaker 2:

I'm having one of those kind of what's-up days.

00:10:04 - 00:10:33 | Speaker 6:

I know that's right. I'm on my way to work to teach up some first graders. Let me say something. I'm 58, right? I'm so glad, and I'm married, but I'm so glad that I don't have to go through what these women and men have to go through as far as trying to find somebody or trying to meet up with someone. It's so wild to me. And I feel so bad for this.

00:10:33 - 00:10:52 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. It's different, Dominique, than when you and I were, you know, coming up. Like, we didn't have all the social media that's there. But, like, I hear these stories sometimes that Anna will tell, and I'm, like, going, man, guys are just playing games. But then also I hear some of Anna's stories, and I think she's playing some games, too.

00:10:54 - 00:11:08 | Speaker 6:

Women play games. They're all playing games. I sit back and I listen to some of the younger teachers. They'll come in and talk to me and try to hear what I have to say. I don't have much to say because I'm like, I think they're all crazy.

00:11:09 - 00:11:17 | Speaker 4:

That was better back then when y'all used to write your letters and put it in the pigeons. No, we gave codes. We had U.S. mail.

00:11:17 - 00:11:20 | Speaker 3:

We had U.S. mail. What's up, April? How you doing?

00:11:22 - 00:11:41 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Mojo, I just wanted to let you know to be quiet because I don't have social media and there's nothing wrong with me. I don't care to know what's going on with other people or other things. And not only that, I dated a guy that's an influencer and never cared about what was going on when people brought it to me. Yes. You didn't ask a friend.

00:11:42 - 00:11:46 | Speaker 3:

April, you never asked a friend, can I borrow your phone? I want to look up what's going on.

00:11:47 - 00:11:49 | Speaker 5:

No, didn't care.

00:11:49 - 00:11:50 | Speaker 3:

Okay, all right.

00:11:50 - 00:12:03 | Speaker 5:

Are you all still together? If you're going to be, not in the last six months, but only because of me. Only because of me. I'm the one that's, you know. You unfollowed? Yeah, nothing to do with him. No, yeah, I guess so.

00:12:04 - 00:12:08 | Speaker 3:

You're trying to catch him. I like it. Kai, what's up? Hi.

00:12:08 - 00:12:09 | Speaker 7:

Hi.

00:12:09 - 00:12:10 | Unknown:

Hi.

00:12:10 - 00:12:21 | Speaker 7:

Hi, I was just going to say that she needs to address her insecurities a little bit before she starts dating because that's a lot of insecurity you're hanging on to there, girly.

00:12:22 - 00:12:22 | Speaker 3:

Oh.

00:12:22 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 7:

How so?

00:12:23 - 00:12:26 | Speaker 3:

Now you just made her more insecure by saying that.

00:12:27 - 00:12:39 | Speaker 7:

Sorry, sorry. No, I didn't mean to. I just, when you're comparing yourself to, like, other women and stuff like that, like, oh, well, he's hanging out with all these other women. You know, that's an insecurity that you're dealing with.

00:12:40 - 00:12:48 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. I mean, when I think you're talking to me and I find out you're talking to several other women, I'm. She needs. Talking is one thing.

00:12:48 - 00:12:59 | Speaker 3:

She needs to stop dating athletes. That's the problem. I'm not dating athletes. Yeah. Athletes and influencers. Athletes, influencers. You know what you need to date? You need to date...

00:12:59 - 00:13:00 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I can't wait to hear.

00:13:01 - 00:13:03 | Speaker 3:

Doctors and lawyers. I don't know.

00:13:03 - 00:13:06 | Speaker 1:

I heard that they're pretty shady, too. Are they really? Yeah.

00:13:06 - 00:13:07 | Speaker 3:

What's up, Sal?

00:13:08 - 00:13:10 | Speaker 4:

Better call Sal. Hey, Mojo.

00:13:11 - 00:13:12 | Speaker 3:

What's up, buddy? Hey, Mojo.

00:13:12 - 00:13:13 | Speaker 4:

First time in a long time. Hey, Sal.

00:13:14 - 00:13:18 | Speaker 3:

Sal on the phone. That's close. What's going on?

00:13:20 - 00:13:41 | Speaker 2:

Man, you know, I don't know. I'm only 38. I don't think I'm that old. I've been married for about nine years now, and I cannot imagine being single nowadays with all the social media and following every movement you make. I mean, people are attacking people now. Like, I just want to live my life and, you know, hang out with somebody, and if I like them, I like them. If not, we move on.

00:13:41 - 00:13:47 | Speaker 4:

You control that, though, too, though, Sal. You control what you post. You don't want to post everything you're doing.

00:13:48 - 00:13:49 | Unknown:

Yeah.

00:13:49 - 00:13:50 | Speaker 2:

That is true. Whatever's up.

00:13:51 - 00:14:10 | Speaker 3:

Sal, it's interesting because Kev talking about our social media with all our videos and things that we post up on Instagram and TikTok, early in my relationship with Chelsea, a lot of that stuff would have gotten me into trouble. Although the show got me into trouble. So you mean like – Still does.

00:14:10 - 00:14:11 | Speaker 1:

Now imagine having both.

00:14:11 - 00:14:16 | Speaker 3:

Well, here's the thing. I think they'll hear it if they hear it, you know. And you got to find –

00:14:16 - 00:14:18 | Speaker 4:

See, it's not as simple as that.

00:14:18 - 00:14:23 | Speaker 3:

But you've got to find somebody that doesn't overly analyze that crap.

00:14:23 - 00:14:24 | Speaker 4:

Agreed.

00:14:24 - 00:14:25 | Speaker 1:

They've got to mute them.

00:14:25 - 00:14:29 | Speaker 4:

It's not just them hearing it, though. They have friends and families who are aware of your connection,

00:14:30 - 00:15:00 | Speaker 3:

and they can forward it and send it to them, so sometimes it's unwarranted. When Chelsea and I first got together, she would have her friend Xenia that would call her every morning and tell her something that I said on the radio. And it always made things 10 times worse for her hearing it from Xenia than hearing it live. Did you ever have to check Xenia? And we did not have podcasts back then, so I could go and say, hey, let me listen to it. I'd be like, crap, we don't have anything. I swear I didn't say that. Yeah, yeah. What was your conversation?

00:15:00 - 00:15:04 | Speaker 5:

I had a conversation with Xenia, though. Xenia? I had to pay her off.

00:15:04 - 00:15:07 | Speaker 4:

If I was Chelsea, I would say, stop telling me all this.

00:15:07 - 00:15:38 | Speaker 5:

I had to, like, offer Xenia money. Money to go away. And then that didn't work. And then I had a guy pay him to get her to go away. Bag over her head. No, actually, it was one of those things. And it still happens today. Chelsea listens to the show. Like, she'll hear the show, like, when she's, you know, running to do things and stuff. But there are times where somebody will text out of the blue and say something. But I always say this with all of that, with the show. You know what? When you find the right person that can deal with something like that, it's a good thing.

00:15:39 - 00:15:39 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, great.

00:15:40 - 00:15:40 | Speaker 5:

Tim, what's up?

00:15:42 - 00:15:49 | Speaker 4:

Hey, I just wanted to say, Anna needs to date these electricians that we got out here. Wait, electricians? We're the most loyal, best in the trade, and best looking.

00:15:49 - 00:15:52 | Speaker 5:

What do you do for a living, Tim?

00:15:52 - 00:16:02 | Speaker 4:

Charge her. I'm an electrician. Oh. Oh, I'm trying to plug in. Hey, two holes or three holes in the blood. Where are we going?

00:16:02 - 00:16:17 | Speaker 5:

Leave them doctors and lawyers alone. Yeah, so this is Tim's way of shooting a shot. He wants to know if you will date him. Exactly. Oh, my gosh. All right, well, listen. Hey, and I'm a Leo. Okay, what does that mean?

00:16:18 - 00:16:19 | Speaker 1:

I'm a big Leo. I don't know. I need to look it up.

00:16:20 - 00:16:23 | Speaker 5:

All right, we're going to see if a Leo works with what are you, Anna?

00:16:23 - 00:16:24 | Speaker 1:

A Sagittarius.

00:16:24 - 00:16:34 | Speaker 5:

Do Leo and Sagittarius go together? Oh, yeah, that makes it, that makes it. Leo, I don't know if you heard me. When it comes to plugs, you're a two-hole guy or three-hole?

00:16:34 - 00:16:36 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. Kevin.

00:16:36 - 00:16:37 | Speaker 5:

Oh, man.

00:16:39 - 00:16:40 | Speaker 1:

You don't have to answer.

00:16:40 - 00:16:42 | Speaker 5:

All right, take care. Mute me, Anna. Just mute me.

00:16:45 - 00:16:51 | Speaker 1:

It's Mojo's Summer of Cars, Cash, and Gas. Driven by Gordon Chevrolet in Garden City. Hey, are we ready?

00:16:51 - 00:17:01 | Speaker 5:

Let's give away a brand-new car, a 2026. What kind of car is this? A Chevy. Trax. Trax.

00:17:02 - 00:17:31 | Speaker 1:
