Where can we buy your stuff? I was like, you got to try it out. A ton of places. Here at the market, we're here every Saturday and have them for the last 16 years. Okay. But if you want to go to stores, we're at every Whole Foods in the entire state of Michigan. Okay. Oh, so maybe I have some. This is great. I'm going to pass this out. Actually, I got a variety pack for you guys. Support local. We like so. Mild for the people that don't want to get anything too spicy. Ooh. Medium for the people that do. I like it. Mango chipotle, which is the crowd favorite. Okay, wait. Oh, my God.

If you like good salsa, you can tell this looks legit. And then, of course. Green. Oh, my God.

Right in Michigan, right on the label. I love it. We love that. Fresh guac. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So everything here is gluten-free. All real ingredients. The four ingredients are chips. I'm going to pass this over to you. Okay, thank you. Sea salt, oil, a little bit of lime, and fresh locally grown GMO-free corn.

Let me prepare myself for a chip shower. He's eating chips. Slide me a bet. My problem is once I have one, I have a billion. I'm going to eat these things all morning. That's right.

By the way, how are we being talked about in the neighborhood? Are people happy that we're here or are they not happy? It's been news. Really?

So having been here for 16 years. Give us the tea. Yeah, yeah, please. Go on. So this building has been, actually, this building was my first storage facility ever. Really? Which is crazy because this used to be all refrigerated storage. I'm not sure if you've seen pictures of what it used to be. But it was super creepy, cavernous. you would see just pallets and pallets of refrigerated meats fish a ton of stuff in this building and we needed refrigeration or just storage in general because we were outgrowing our own small problem to have so we needed a place to put pallets of food and these guys here at metro cold storage were just like we got space

for you we'll do it cheap we got a room you let me know what you need so then for a good year we were coming in and out of this building before we got a better storage solution and then we finally moved into the building next door where i have a warehouse now and then christos and everybody did this the man's amazing who was aunt me so i started this this entire company with my friend and his mom and dad his mom is aunt me she started doing a dry mix packet that you mix up with tomatoes to make your own salsa as a hobby this is just a thing that she wanted to do and then in 2009 everybody lost their jobs i mean it was a recession do you like spicy or not so much i'll take spicy i like spicy yeah the mile pretty straight that's great for sure for sure yeah um so because they lost their jobs my mom also lost her job that year it was crazy i mean the recession was awful and we were friends in college and he goes we need to do something to save the family or else we're going to lose the house. So him and I decided to take this idea that his mom was doing and then just turn it into a real company. We applied everything that we knew in college to start it as a real thing. And then we built it out. Like every class that we took was like, great, case study for Aunt Nees. Let's do this. That's amazing.

This is a great story. I'm not joking. I'm always going to buy this chips and salsa now to support you guys.

So then we built it out and then we kept it growing. We decided to do the fresh salsa, fresh guacamole, tortilla chips, everything from there. and it continued to grow and because of the eastern market it gave us the opportunity to do so much more i've been doing pop-ups i do food shows across the u.s now i'm on hbo max but it's because of everything that i was able to do here at the market you're friends with my husband's
