Mm-mm. So when my husband and my stepkids moved in a couple of months ago, like our house is great, But there are definitely those wish list items that now that we've lived together for a couple of months, we're like, oh, it would be really nice to have X, Y, and Z. And there are also certain houses in my neighborhood area that I've always said if they came up on the market, I want to go look at them. And so one of those came up randomly yesterday morning, and my friend is a realtor. And so we said, okay, we're open to it. We're open to moving. This house checks all of the boxes. It would be a really good fit for us. It's affordable. It's in our price range. And so we're like, let's do this. If it works, it works. And that would be awesome and kind of a surprise. So yesterday afternoon, Wes and I went and met my friend, the realtor, and we walked through this home, which I haven't done in a really long time, by the way, so it's kind of weird. But as Wes and I were talking about the house and the positives and negatives and also just like catching up with my friend that I haven't seen in forever and ever, she, all of a sudden looked at me and she was like, like doing the shushing, like the finger over the mouth. and she pointed to all the different cameras that this family had from the ring cam when we walked in and like every room seemed to have like you know something in it and she's like a lot of times like you have to be really careful because they want to hear either what you have to say about the house good or bad you know and they'll use that in the end for negotiation power or and in this case, we were talking about some personal stuff, you know, so I got shushed while walking
