All right, Shannon, what you got in this hour is Dirty on the 30.

Starting off with Diddy this morning, his lead attorney sharing that he, as in Diddy, will not be testifying in his own sex trafficking trial. His attorneys will instead present the jury with all kinds of evidence. His defense team also shared they will not be calling one single witness to the stand.

The jury could start deliberations this week in the federal criminal trial of Sean Diddy Combs. His defense team saying they will not call any witnesses to the stand, despite initially telling the judge several would testify. This likely implies Combs will not take the stand in his own defense. Instead, the defense says they'll admit some evidence into the record before closing arguments begin as early as Thursday.

I think what they're doing is they're focusing on the missed opportunities or just the lack of information that the government has presented to make out their case. and they believe that through cross-examination and cross-examination alone that they can really raise reasonable doubt in this case and that's why you're seeing no witnesses testifying. There could be also a worry of what those witnesses would say on cross-examination. A Homeland Security

agent taking the stand to the prosecution's final witness. During his testimony the jury seeing a mountain of evidence including hotel and travel records and money transfers showing the logistics of so-called freak-offs or alleged drug-fueled sex marathons. Jurors seeing videos of sexual performances with male escorts and Combs' ex-girlfriend known as Jane. Prosecutors hoping this final bit of evidence convinces them that Combs along with his associates were involved in coordinated criminal activity, including trafficking women. Combs has maintained all sexual encounters were consensual. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him. He faces what could amount to life in prison if convicted. I have a theory, by the way. You want to hear my theory? Sure. My theory is that the government lawyers, these prosecutors, are throwing the case.

Really? Why would they do that?

I believe, first off, I believe that they came with this mountain of evidence that turned out to not be a huge mountain of evidence. It turned out to be the salaciousness of what he did with Cassie and the whole situation that took place.

A lot of violence, a lot of domestic violence.

Yes, but they did not go through the things that Shannon, you have talked about.

Racketeering.

All the dealing with the cops and some illegal officials. There's been a lot of rumors that he had paid off a ton of legal people, like a ton of lawyers, a ton of the governmental people in New York and Los Angeles and stuff. And I think that they don't want to screw their own. You don't think they talked about that?

I have not heard any. And I listen to NBC News, NBC News, their podcast every single day. They do like a breakdown of the trial. They come out, you know, in front of the courthouse and do a break to like a 20 minute podcast every day. I've not heard them say anything about that, which really surprises me. I was actually listening to it yesterday and they were interviewing Joe Takapina, who's like a big, very, very famous attorney. He was ASAP Rocky's attorney and got him off of those RICO charges. And he was saying, I don't think that he's going to be found guilty on many of these charges that he's facing.

A piece of me feels as though people thought Diddy was going to go to jail strictly based on the Cassie video and the raid and the thought that they had all these tapes that show him doing all these things. And in my mind, that's what the prosecution kind of focused on and hope that that was enough to get him convicted. And then we'll sprinkle in some Kid Cudi with the arson. We'll sprinkle in a little bit of this with trafficking and thought it was enough to be a case. And then you get into it and you realize he's just a freak.

Well, and I agree with you on that, but I think that he's also a freak that may have been involved in some murders. I mean, I do think they needed to do a better job. I think it goes way back to then.

I think they needed to do a better job of presenting evidence for that racketeering piece of this. And in order to do that, they need to show that bad boy entertainment was utilized as a criminal enterprise to do all of the things that Diddy wanted to do. And I don't know how great of a job they've done proving that piece of the case.

And one last thing. I would worry if I'm Cassie or her family. I would worry if this guy gets off. I think he's going to be bigger than he was before. And I just think that there's a lot of stuff. Like those people that came out after him, like the Kid Cuddies and all this. I'd worry about it. Like I'd be scared if this guy doesn't get found guilty and be put in prison for the rest of his life.

I feel like it's too high profile for him to retaliate.

I don't know.

All right. Yesterday morning in Tel Aviv, Anderson Cooper and his CNN team were interrupted by missile sirens during a live segment they were doing. They got some alerts on their phone. Very calmly explained the situation to viewers before heading down to a bomb shelter. They were able to still broadcast from the bomb shelter.

The location we're in has a verbal alarm telling people to go down into bomb shelter. So we have about a 10-minute window to get down into a bomb shelter, and we'll continue to try to broadcast from that bomb shelter, even if we can, on the way down. Do you guys want to?

Shout-out, too. I shouted out to a couple of the news guys. Those are, like, the people that go and stand in the middle of a hurricane, they're not, I mean, they're okay. The guys that go into war and, like, sit there and broadcast from war, crazy.

I wonder when you get that assignment, what your first reaction is. Anderson Cooper loves it.

Yeah, I watched an interview with him. That is, like, that's his dopamine.

Well, that one guy on Fox News lost his legs. Remember last, he was over doing, he was doing war coverage and there was a bomb that went off and he lost his legs. Wow. Yeah, it's crazy.

And real quick, spotted in the wild, Eminem. Marshall Mathers himself doing some shopping at his local Target in Metro Detroit, doing the self-checkout. I don't know what he was buying.
