He goes to a lot of Lakers games. I didn't know if he was there. I didn't watch any of the games. He was on no national program. I think it was on, like, Spectrum Sports or something like that. Goaty! But how about those Pistons? How about those? So I was talking to a guy last night. We went out to dinner, and a buddy of mine has been going to all the Pistons games like this last few years. He's so pissed off because he's not a season ticket holder, but he would go and buy tickets on StubHub over the last, like, five, seven years. And he was telling me that right now the price of Pistons tickets, he says, are back to where they were back in the day when they had, like, Chauncey and Rip and all those guys.

In other sports dirty, Quinn Aaron, I guess this is sports dirty, who portrayed former NFL star Michael Orr in one of the best movies ever, The Blind Side. Did you see what happened to him? He was in the hospital, been in the hospital, just finding out about this. He had a bloody cough and a fever. Thankfully, it was influenza A, pneumonia, and a migraine all combined. So if you saw his name trending or the blind side trending again, that was the story there.

What happened to Michael Orr in that lawsuit against the family? Did he ever read that thing or lose that thing? I think that went away.

That's a great question. To the Googles. I don't know.

Drake says he now wants to see Universal Music Group's emails regarding Kendrick's Not Like Us. He alleges the group made some illegal payments to various radio companies to boost airplay for this song, which is obviously a dissong about him. Yesterday, a federal judge denied UMG's bid to pause discovery in this defamation lawsuit, accusing it of launching a campaign to create a hit out of the song. In a statement, Drake's legal team said yesterday that it is pleased with the court's decision. They're calling it another clear sign that UMG cannot run from from, excuse me, or bury the truth here. They added this ruling represents major steps forward in holding UMG accountable to shareholders and artists for their repeated egregious actions. And a man said he is suing his bro-in-law after a prank in which super glue was poured into.

his belly button while he slept became an issue in a post on reddit this man writes my brother-in-law who was completely sober thought it would be hilarious to fill my belly button with super glue at some point i must have touched it because when i woke up i had glue partially dried in my belly button and on my finger we tried to remove it it was stuck the glue had adhered to my skin and when we attempted to peel it off it caused some tearing around the edges this man explained that the his insurance policy comes with a thousand dollar co-pay when you have to go to the er which he did he had to go to the er because he couldn't remove the glue from his belly button and his finger leaving him with a medical bill of 2253 he asked his brother-in-law who was the one that poured the glue into his belly button so stupid in the first place to cover the cost but he refused So now the family is in a feud over this. I don't know. The husband writes on Reddit, his wife is upset, and her family thinks he overreacted by asking for the money for the ER bill.

That's interesting. Speaking of lawsuits, I think Megan has an answer for us on the Michael Orr thing. Yeah.

Oh, God. I'm okay. The keys likely won't reach trial until 2025. If it does at all, they're thinking that they might settle outside of court, But it's not settled, and the court case has not started yet. How do you drag these things out? Yeah, because this all started in August of 2023 is when Michael Orr filed that lawsuit against the Tuohys.

Interesting.

This is the Bishop Statement at Bishop State Community College. We want you to hear what our students, educators, and business leaders have to say.

Alan Lee, my major is drafting and design. In high school, I did it since my sophomore year, and I kind of wanted to continue it. It was the only thing I was good at. I didn't want to move to a four-year yet. I don't think I was mentally prepared. I found Bishop State. They had the program. I met a few people there. I ended up arrolling. The instructor, first day I met him, I told him about my background. He said, okay, great, you know about this. He built me straight to work. He didn't let me have any leeway. He pushed me to my limits, so I think that made me choose drafting design at Bishop State and stuck with it. The sport's amazing. All my instructors just want to see me succeed. They want to push me to my limit. They want to see me be the best I can be, get a job, just be as successful as I can be, and I really appreciate all of them. With my degree, as of right now, my plan is to work for the city of Mobile with their urban planning department, and I've already got a job shadow before, and hopefully I will end the ship over the summer.
