He's a man of many words, but what do you got in this hour's dirty?

Well, it is back. TikTok returned to U.S. app stores, Apple, Google, yesterday as President Donald Trump delayed its ban until April 5th. So if you were wanting to download it, if you got a new phone and you needed to download it, you can now.

It is back.

This morning, nearly a month after being removed by the country's biggest app stores, TikTok is back. TikTok is back on the app store. This is not a drill. Last night, Apple and Google restored TikTok to their app stores after removing them on January 19th. In response to a new law requiring TikTok's Chinese parent, ByteDance, to divest its operations in the U.S. or be banned, Lawmakers voiced serious concerns over the app after classified briefings, calling the app a national security concern due to ByteDance's close ties to the Chinese government. ByteDance denies it's a threat.

Frankly, we have no choice. We have to save it.

On his first day in office, President Trump signed an executive order extending the deadline for the app's sale to April 5th. Trump supported banning the app during his first term, but reversed his stance during the 2024 campaign.

I think that TikTok was a, I think it was a big part. Look, as you know, we were up by 36% with youth. The Republican was never up with youth. And I focused on TikTok, and I found it to be amazing, actually.

According to the New York Times, Apple and Google had recently received letters from the Justice Department assuring them they would not face fines if TikTok was restored in their app store.

Remember people were selling phones with TikTok already down? I was crazy. All right, another day, another Diddy lawsuit, the latest. He allegedly forced a woman to consume a drink and then sexually assaulted her at an L.A. nightclub back in 2016. He's being sued by a brand new Jane Doe who claims that he sexually assaulted her at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles. The woman sharing her story, she said Diddy approached her in the club, offered her a drink. She initially refused, and when she did, he told her, quote, Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that spit and shut the F up. The woman claims she downed the drink because Diddy scared the crap out of her. Afterward, he placed his right arm around her in a side hug and then shoved his hand up her skirt. You can imagine what came after that. She claims his entourage was laughing nearby when all of this happened. And the woman said she was ultimately able to escape Diddy. She left the club, hailed a ride back to her hotel where she said she felt so disoriented. She actually needed help getting back up to her room when she woke.

the next morning she said she was horrified to find that she was injured around her vagina and she believes it is from the alleged assault that happened the night prior diddy's legal team responding today no matter how many lawsuits are filed especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims it won't change the fact that mr combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone man or woman adult or minor it surprises me that comment because

of obviously the fear that you're going to be called a victim shamer when you do that and say that they don't put their names to the little bit. There's no winning. How many is this? Do we know how many this is now for him? That's a great

question. That's a lot. I don't know. Lady Gaga appearing on the latest episode of Hot Ones. Getting candid about the moment, she came real close to walking away from her career.

I missed the community that I had in New York and that was really hard. And so there were definitely times where I felt like maybe I should walk away. But I know for sure that I never would. Because if I would definitely say that I was tested. And I always didn't give up. I'm still doing it. So it must mean I want to do it.

It's actually a really good episode. I think it was around Winged Hen that she told a great story about pretending to be her own manager at one point early on in her career so she could book her own gigs. My whole day was spent trying to get those gigs.

I hate when they put the audio or the music behind it to make it more drama. I'm trying to do it right here.

I would knock on door after door after door and just say, can I please play here? Or I would call and pretend I was my manager.

Successfully?

I would tell people, I'd be like, she's so hot right now. And sometimes I would do like an accent and yeah, I mean, I would do anything to get booked.

My favorite Gaga story ever was the first interview we ever did with her and how she waited in her car, actually the record person's car, and sat in the car for an hour and 20 minutes before coming into the studio. And we had a meeting that we had to go to. We actually had Steve Reynolds, our old morning show consultant in town. and she was sitting in the car, just kind of sitting there hanging out. It was actually not a car. It was like one of those passenger vans and we're waving at her through the windows of that old conference room that we had over on Halstead Road and Steve Reynolds goes outside to go ask her to please come into the building because we had a meeting to get to and then she finally came in and she was an incredible interview. We did maybe a 45-minute taped interview with her And I think we might have aired every second of that thing on the air. It was that good. I'm so jealous. She was waiting in the car and they were like just sitting there all talking with each other. So she was doing one of these things. Kanye did it with us too back in the day where they sit in the car and it's kind of like, we're going to come on our time where they didn't want to come.

Rihanna did that to us.

Yes. And she did. Like for some reason, it's like, even though the interview is scheduled, like there's some artists that come early and they want to get it. They want to get in and they want to get out. Like, you know what I mean? Like they do it. And then there are artists that, to them, it's artistic to go, you're going to wait for me, you know? It's kind of like when artists make you wait when you're trying to go to a concert. So, I don't know.
