This is Julian Edelman from Games with Names. You know how it is during big games. There's so much prep, detail, and the little things people don't see. The small stuff around you matters more than you think. That's why I keep my food dialed in with Domino's. Best deal ever. Any pizza, any toppings for $9.99. Now including Parmesan stuffed crust, pepperoni, sausage, jalapenos, and even bacon. that reliable vet that plays well with anyone. Personally, I like to keep it simple. The good old pepperoni pizza.

00:01:55 - 00:02:05 | Speaker 9:

Look at that girl over there. Megan. looking great today thank you she's in for shannon with the dirty what's going on you know what i

00:02:05 - 00:03:11 | Speaker 4:

actually washed my hair for the first time on a sunday in a long time oh my gosh that deserves an applause we usually do hats on monday because when i get the sunday scaries i'm not washing my hair uh zayn malik announced over the weekend that he's uh putting the brakes on his stairway to the sky tour after the death of former bandmate liam payne he did post on his instagram story that he was postponing the U.S. portion of his tour and rescheduling for January, even though it was supposed to start next week in San Francisco. I think his fans are probably pretty understanding to this postponement, though, because a lot of his fans were fans of 1D and are grieving this as well. What I think is interesting, though, is that he's not postponing a European leg of the tour, which starts in November. So it looks like he's just taking a break over the next couple of weeks, which does, in fact, make a lot of sense. Uh, we had a very big win this weekend against the Vikings. Kings at a North. This is all thanks to our kicker, Jake Bates, who, as he says, really didn't think that this was going to happen because he didn't even think he'd be playing in the NFL.

00:03:12 - 00:03:27 | Speaker 1:

18 months ago, I thought I was done with football. I was working as a brick salesman in Houston. I thought that I thought the dream was dead. You know, it's it's definitely something that's like I couldn't even have dreamt of this. Like, this moment is so cool, and, you know, I'm taking it in stride, and I'm having fun with it.

00:03:27 - 00:03:28 | Speaker 8:

I was scared for him.

00:03:28 - 00:03:29 | Speaker 1:

I was.

00:03:29 - 00:03:38 | Speaker 5:

I know, me too. For the lead, Bates has delivered! Detroit is on top with 15 seconds left.

00:03:38 - 00:03:42 | Speaker 4:

I got to tell you, that game was the first stressful game I have watched all season.

00:03:42 - 00:03:48 | Speaker 8:

Oh, my God. And honestly, they only had really one good quarter of play. That second quarter was it.

00:03:48 - 00:03:48 | Speaker 4:

Oh, I disagree.

00:03:48 - 00:03:53 | Speaker 8:

The rest of that game was kind of sloppy, I thought, but that's what winning teams do. Absolutely not.

00:03:54 - 00:03:56 | Speaker 4:

That was like a game of – everybody was playing at their best.

00:03:56 - 00:04:00 | Speaker 8:

I thought they were going to get blown out, and after the first quarter, they played so bad.

00:04:00 - 00:04:52 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, but it was a good game. It was strategy versus strategy. Listen, I have a story later where we're going to talk about stats in the Lions, and I just think that we're not giving a lot of credit to our players here. But I do have a comment on what he said, though. I hope people remember when Bates was talking, he was talking about selling bricks. That's what he was doing before he came to play with the Lions. The best comment I saw on the internet this weekend, and this is so fitting for the grit Lions mentality, was he built this career brick by brick. Come on. That was pretty good. It was pretty good. Billie Eilish was performing this past weekend in Madison Square Garden. And before you play that song, Mojo, if you've ever heard When the Party's Over, she has this like looping voice track.

00:04:52 - 00:04:52 | Speaker 8:

Okay.

00:04:54 - 00:04:54 | Speaker 4:

This part.

00:04:56 - 00:04:57 | Speaker 8:

Yes.

00:04:57 - 00:06:17 | Speaker 4:

It's actually her singing the same thing in four different notes. stacked on top of each other so when she does the song live on this tour she records all four parts onto a looper it's the only part of the concert where she asks her fans to be like completely silent because anything that is shouted out will get recorded into that track and then played the entire time she's performing it live well at madison square garden a disgusting fan yelled out something really inappropriate right as she was starting to record he said billy give me a special attention is what i will say and you could clearly hear the gasps of disgust from most of the crowd afterwards and i just was appalled at the fact that when the show gets that quiet you really can't hear everything why is that the thing you would shout out i even understand it frustrates me but i understand the i love you's she just moved on and started recording the song she did not acknowledge there's no way she didn't hear it because when i saw her a couple of weeks ago at little caesar's arena somebody shouted out and she responded to it but like why why is that the thing you're shouting out i love when people shout out stuff with

00:06:17 - 00:06:26 | Speaker 6:

comedians and the comedians come back with even a better comeback like if it was big i would but it's not you know something like that i don't know yeah and then mojo this story this last one

00:06:26 - 00:07:18 | Speaker 4:

is for you because i know you love a good poop story yes so here you go this is why i'm never ever ever going to go to sea world did you guys see the viral video of an orca during a show which by the way i thought we weren't doing these anymore ever since blackfish came out like how are we still doing these shows yeah during the show uh one of the orcas took a poop right by the edge of the tank where people were sitting to watch and then it splashed the water so people got hit by that orca do you think the orca knew what it was oh abso-freaking-lutely one of the guests said that they expected to get wet sitting so close but not like that it smelled awful people were gagging and if you wanted to know how sea world decided to help these pooped on guests well They took them to a decontamination area where they got soap, bottled water, and towels. But if they wanted clean clothes, they had to buy their own at the gift store.

00:07:18 - 00:07:22 | Speaker 6:

Oh my God, I'm watching the video right now. This is crazy. That is actually nice of them.

00:07:22 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 4:

No, it is not.

00:07:25 - 00:07:27 | Speaker 6:

Wow. That's great.

00:07:27 - 00:07:29 | Speaker 4:

You had to buy your own. You couldn't give them some t-shirts?

00:07:30 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 6:

That should be a SeaWorld thing that they do to get people to buy more merch when they're done.

00:07:34 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 4:

Have the orcas poop on them?

00:07:35 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

00:07:35 - 00:07:42 | Speaker 4:
