Michael Keaton, I mean, these fires are perhaps the biggest story, one of the biggest stories in the nation right now.

You want to hear one of the celebrity stories that came out yesterday? A guy was in Three Men and a Baby, Police Academy movies. He was in a bunch of stuff like in the 80s and 90s. Steve Guttenberg, he was just walking the streets when they were doing a report on KTLA, and the reporter comes up to just start talking to him, And he wants to tell the reporter to tell people that are leaving to leave their keys in the car because there's no way for fire trucks to get by these cars that are just sitting parked in the middle of the street.

Which is not something I'm going to talk about. I wonder if I could just make. Here on Palisades Drive, if anybody has a car and they leave their car, leave the keys in the car so that we can move your car so that these fire trucks can get up Palisades Drive. What's happening is people take their keys with them as if they're in a parking lot. This is not a parking lot. We really need people to move their cars. So if you leave your car in Palisades Drive, leave the key in there so a guy like me can move your cars and get them up there so that these fire trucks can get up there.

But so she, Grace, left Barstool, I think like beginning of December, amid her falling out with her former friend, Brianna Chicken Fry, her former co-host, also on the Plan Bree Uncut podcast. And Dave has maintained that Grace's exit has had had zero to do with him. Well, she recently made a comment on her podcast about her pay over at Barstool, excuse me. And she used the word decent, decent pay, which has now caused some controversy.

No, nothing close to that, no. My buddy was making a little bit more, a lot of bit more, a whole s**t more. But she was doing another podcast and whatnot. Oh, that's right.

She was bringing maybe different fans from that also. Yeah, yeah. Got it. So relative. Yeah, and also some of that stuff is as much as it's live and learn sometimes.

I also didn't care. I was just happy to be there. Right.

Okay, so, of course, Dave Portnoy is like, I'm going to be transparent and put it all out there, and he did.

It does bother me when people make it seem like they're not getting paid fairly, and I think we treated, as I've said from the beginning, Grace great. So, again, I'm just going to say exactly what she got paid. Instead of talking like hypotheticals and, you know, not exactly putting numbers down, I'll just say what her contract was. She was finishing up her third year at Barstool, her base salary, $175,000 a year. On top of that, she got 70% of anything that we were able to sell on her personal socials. So if we have like ads, it's like, hey, Grace, do this on your Instagram. She gets 70% of that. So she got another 70%.

$175,000 in 2024 that way. Total salary for last year, a quarter million, $250,000 to Grace. I think that's pretty fair, pretty good. I know she's like my friend made a lot more than I did. She's referring to Brie. I mean, Brie was a much bigger personality, way more followers, bigger everything. And really, obviously, Grace's star has risen recently with the blow-up and everything happening.

It was before the blowup. That's so dismissive. And I hate that Dave Portnoy did that. And also, it is a very common thread among Barstool employees to talk about their incomes and what other people on their same level are making. There's a lot of discrepancy there when it comes to if Dave likes you or not. I think there's a lot of missing information in this whole conversation.

Everybody needs to be in charge of advocating for herself. And she was being very aloof with what she was being paid. And I think he was standing his ground.

Honestly.

She said at one point she was just working for free.

She was like selling two cents.

And that's your choice.

Well, and that's called paying your dues. I mean, I hate to say it.

You have to advocate for yourself.

Everybody starts kind of like doing it. And then when their star rises, they end up leaving and going to a mall.

She did not say, I was not paid enough or a livable wage or whatever. She's talking about the discrepancy between her and fellow employees.

And lastly, a Royal Oak business owner wants the city to rename Campbell Road, which runs north to south from 14 miles to 696, to Dan Campbell Road in honor of the Lions head coach. I love this. Christopher Powell is the CEO of HR Pro. It's a human resources consulting business. It's located on Campbell Road. If you've ever been in Royal Oak, you know Campbell Road. But yesterday he actually submitted an official proposal to rename the street to Dan Campbell Road. And the Royal Oak Mayor, Michael Fornier, he's a diehard Lions fan. He said, I got the proposal.
