Second dirty of the day. All right. Tell me what you think of this. Is it enough or definitely not enough? Delta Airlines offering passengers who were on that Minneapolis to Toronto flight that crash landed and then flipped upside down.

30,000 bucks a piece. Is this rhetorical? OK, what do you mean? Your question of tell me what you think. No. You want to know? Yeah. Initially, as a guy that could use $30,000, my mouth watered. Then I'm like, hmm, if you're willing to give up $30,000, it must be a million-dollar lawsuit.

So if all 76 passengers take up Delta on its offer, the airline will have to fork over just about $2.3 million in total. Now, Delta care team reps are telling customers, people on that flight, that the offer has no strings attached and does not affect their rights. So when I heard that this morning, I'm thinking, does that mean that they could still lawyer up and sue for emotional distress? Or I don't know what you would sue for in this case for in addition to that $30,000 more money. Delta is just saying, hey, we're so sorry this happened. Here you go. I don't know.

If I'm not one of the injured people, because obviously that's not going to cover medical bills or anything like that. Even if you just went to go get checked out. I know there was one person who is still injured very badly. Still in the hospital. So that obviously isn't going to cover the medical bills. But $30,000 to be a escort off that plane? I know.

I mean, if it's $30,000, and to your point, I don't have to sign anything that prevents me from seeking legal action, then yes. You're happy. You're good. But just think, even if you're not hurt, think about what you will feel any time you go on a plane or any time your family goes on a plane.

Like, I don't know what's going to happen. There is an element of emotional distress there, for sure.

ASAP Rocky dodged a guilty verdict in court this week, but one of the jurors in his case said, you know, she does believe a crime was committed here. He just got real lucky in terms of the evidence that was presented. Now, just so you're aware, the jury made up of seven women, five men. This is Neek LeClaire speaking.

You know, we discussed all the issues, all the questions that we had. We clarified those. We really kind of looked over some pieces of the evidence that people wanted to see a little bit more closely. And I think that we did the best we could with the instructions that we had and with the evidence that we had. The feeling was that there was a gun that, unfortunately, they didn't have enough evidence to commit on the charges that were handed down to us. What did you think about the testimony of Raleigh? Really, I believe that he felt his life was in danger, I do. I feel for all of them, all the people involved with this. I feel like this could have been avoided. I hope that in the future, Mr. Mayers really thinks about his actions before he is upset with somebody, he does have a lot to lose.

The latest in the Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni drama, Attorneys for Blake, added nearly 50 pages to their lawsuit against Justin supporting Blake's initial allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation. So this amended complaint basically says that there are additional women who worked on the set of It Ends With Us who were made uncomfortable by Justin's quote unquote unwelcome behavior and they confided in Blake Lively about it. One female co-star also allegedly reported her concerns about Baldoni to Sony, the film's distributor, and one of the movie's producers. Now, Blake's attorneys say that instead of making adjustments on set to make these women feel more comfortable, Justin instead retaliated against Blake by hiring a crisis management team and running a smear campaign to ruin her reputation. So the story that I'm hearing is that there are two additional women that are going to hop onto this lawsuit with Blake, take her side and then share their part of the story about how they were treated by Justin. I can't wait to hear it. Now we got action. And lastly, Tom Brady gifted his oldest son a $3 million watch.
