She also mentioned she was battling the flu and bronchitis that night, but said she was very much singing live.

She absolutely was. And also, did we forget that her DJ hit the stage to dance with her with a microphone? Like, we saw the DJ. Yeah, it wasn't a secret.

It wasn't a secret. The woman who said she was sexually assaulted by Diddy and Jay-Z back in 2000 when she was just 13 years old has voluntarily withdrawn her lawsuit. That lawsuit filed back in December by a Jane Doe who said the incident happened at a VMA's after party. We've talked about this story a couple of times, but the lawsuit was withdrawn with prejudice, which means she cannot file it again. It is done. And important to note, there was no settlement here between this Jane Doe and Diddy and Jay-Z. Both artists denied all of the allegations when the lawsuit was first filed last year. And in response to all of this, Jay-Z has filed his own lawsuit against this attorney behind it, Tony Busby, accusing him of defamation, civil extortion and intentional infliction of emotional distress because of the case. And Jay-Z says the false allegation strategically filed the night before his daughter Blue Ivy's movie premiere resulted in $20 million in lost business contracts and immense emotional distress, with the lawsuit being part of a deliberate smear campaign against him. Get it, hoes! And lastly, do you guys remember the band The Wanted? Yeah. I think we had him here for a jingle ball or something. Well, one of the guys from The Wanted, Max George, is giving fans an update on his health. And this is Heart Health Month, which is why I'm mentioning this. Back in December, he let his fans know that he had been hospitalized after some tests revealed some issues with his heart. He went on to explain he had a very specific type of blockage that causes his heart to be slower or more irregularly than it should. So he underwent heart surgery to have a pacemaker fitted shortly afterwards. He was discharged just in time to be with his family on Christmas Day. But recently, he took to his official Instagram and shared that he just underwent a second operation to fix an issue with his pacemaker's wires. It was a success. He said they kindly let me listen to Oasis the whole time. It was a setback for him. But he said it's just one of those things. I've had a few complications over the last couple of months.
