All right, it is Friday, thank God. Actually, today's going to be an interesting one. And today, the temperatures are going to be about as warm as we've had ever on an October the 11th. We're going to be in the 70s. You're going to boo, boo, boo what the weather is going to be like next week. We aren't even hitting, it looks like, 55 degrees for a high. We may be literally in the 50s all week long. Low 50s, possibly even some 40 degree temperatures. But I hate when that happens, too. Like, my favorite season is fall, and I feel like we're skipping it. Yeah. Those 62 degree days where you get to wear like super cute outfits and you're comfortable. Well, we'll have that tomorrow. I think tomorrow will be like that. We've had a couple days like that, but the problem, well, not the problem. It's a good thing. The sun has kind of made it warmer. The temperature actually showed that it was this week, 64 degrees, 65 degrees, but it felt like it was in the 70s because the sun was so warm. Shannon with an update for us. By the way, the leaves are not really turning colors right now. It's going to be interesting. It's very light on that, which I don't know how that will affect the up north leaf viewing because their temperatures have been a little bit cooler. But what's going on, Shannon?

So I told you yesterday that Taylor Swift donated $5 million to Hurricane Relief. Tom Brady announced last night he's donating $100,000 to Hurricane Milton. Step it up, Tom. And now Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds announced a $1 million donation to Relief Efforts. The CEO of Feeding America said these funds are going to help food banks provide basic needs. And they gave him a lot of money and extension on his career. You know, it's something. And he went, here's my pocket change. Sadly, at least a dozen people have died in Florida because of Hurricane Milton, while the devastating Hurricane Helene death toll has risen to more than 230 people. Kanye West allegedly hired a fixer like an Olivia Pope or a Ray Donovan to investigate Kim Kardashian's family and supposedly he hired a P.I. to tail his current wife, Bianca Santori. So this story is coming to us from a Michigan-based John Doe who filed a lawsuit in L.A. against Ye on allegations of emotional distress, retaliation, and labor code violations. In the complaint, this gentleman, who was a former employee of Kanye's, claims that he was instructed to investigate the Kardashian family and various criminal links that Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including sex trafficking. Could you imagine if that story is true? He also alleges that Ye had him hire private investigators to follow and tail Bianca without her knowledge while she was visiting her family in Australia over the summer. This John Doe claims he was tasked with fixing all sorts of Kanye's problems, including investigating items that were stolen or lost. Items like expensive cars. Now, how in the hell you lose an expensive car? I have no idea. But this also has something to do with the mess that went on with Donda Academy. Do you guys remember the scandal that somebody claimed? Well, and somebody claimed that children were getting abused at Donda. So this John Doe went in and was basically supposed to keep the majority as much as he could of those allegations quiet. And he said he was threatened with great bodily harm should the allegations be made public. So he is now seeking in excess of seven figures in his new lawsuit.

You know how we're like big documentary people and we're always like, I can't wait for that to come out. Why have we not heard from the parents that sent their kids to Donda Academy yet?

Oh my God. And update on that. Why do people want to cancel? Or Oprah's place.

And speaking of investigations, did you guys see the story about TD Bank? Yes. That broke yesterday? Holy crap. So listen, let me give you like the CliffsNotes. Over a six-year period, TD Bank failed to monitor $18.3 trillion in customer activity, which allowed three money laundering networks to transfer more than $670 million through accounts at TD Bank. At least one of those schemes involved five bank employees. So yesterday, there was this big press conference that U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland held to explain.

Today, TD Bank became the largest bank in U.S. history to plead guilty to Bank Secrecy Act program failures and the first bank in history to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering. In addition to obtaining today's corporate felony pleas, the Justice Department has also prosecuted two dozen individuals for their involvement in money laundering schemes that moved over $670 million in illicit funds through TD Bank accounts.

Here's the problem for the government on this one. The government didn't get a piece of it. The other banks are probably doing the same exact thing, but the government gets a piece of their money and knows exactly who's paying taxes and who's not paying taxes. They're going to go after them, because I believe all these banks are ways for these people to funnel money through.

Okay, I feel dumb. I don't understand money laundering. Okay, I didn't either. And I watched Ozark, and I still don't understand it. I still don't get it. Someone explain it to me and dumb it down. It's a business that you're running your illegal money through to legalize it. I don't understand it. I don't get it.

I still don't get how we are able to legalize marijuana, but yet you can't use credit cards or you can't use the banks at all, your debits and stuff. You have to withdraw money from an ATM and you have to pay cash.

I've never been in a dispensary. It's dumb. Banks are federally insured, so you cannot put something that is federally illegal. You've got to pay cash for edibles. Yeah, and they can't put their money in the bank. Some of these dispensaries bought old U-Haul storage facilities and have armed guards outside of them with just cash.

It's like Breaking Bad.

I seriously did not know that. Yeah.

But it's crazy that that's the case.
