This is the Bishop Statement at Bishop State Community College. We want you to hear what our students, educators, and business leaders have to say.

00:00:37 - 00:01:22 | Speaker 2:

My name is Patrick Pettway, and I am getting my Associates of Science and General Education with an emphasis in business administration. To me, it was a no-brainer. When you go out here and you're looking for funding to go back to college as a 40-year-old man, I got six people in my household. The extra money just doesn't just grow out of trees. for me to be able to be accepted through FAFSA and to have Bishop State pay for all of my tuition. Not only that, but the curriculums, you know, they make it so easy to understand on their website. Like I said, I'm a 40-year-old man, so I don't use technology too much, but it was very understandable where I needed to go. It was extremely fast. These past two years, things have just moved in a total different type of way. It's like its own moving entity to see things manifest the way that they do.

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on

00:02:30 - 00:02:35 | Speaker 2:

the 30. Alright, let's get that 7 Dirty 30. What do we got, Megan?

00:02:35 - 00:03:43 | Speaker 4:

Kanye West is standing on his decision to bash Jay-Z and Beyonce and their whole family due to not feeling supported as he challenged the Kardashians in an ongoing fight over his parental rights. Now, Kanye took to Twitter, saying that he refuses to apologize for his recent remarks about their children because they refuse their cultural influences to help him in his fight against his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, over their children. This was the tweet that he put out, and I will censor it. He did not. There will never be an apology to the Carter family until they help me with my children, blank, which is the N-word, be getting one N-word out of jail at a time to look prestigious, which, by the way, Kanye, great word. The Carters and the Kardashians are basically the same, except the Kardashians are sex trafficking. I mean, okay. Speaking of Kanye, he confirmed that he used to touch himself inappropriately to Iggy Azalea. Now, this audio is weird. Iggy Azalea is live streaming herself playing poker online, talking about meeting Kanye West. So when you hear that talking in the background, it's actually the dealer of the poker game that she's playing.

00:03:44 - 00:04:43 | Speaker 6:

I just met this guy like five minutes ago, and I'm supposed to be in a business meeting, so super weird. and i've been in a lot of label meetings at that time and they're all professional so this was just weird to me and i really looked up to kanye so it threw me off i didn't know what to say so i was like oh that's interesting to think that somebody that i really look up to like looks at my pictures every morning for inspiration that's kind of cool he was like yeah i did them weird don't know what to say weird he was like but you've got a boyfriend right okay he didn't say it in that voice i'm like yes i have a boyfriend he's like how big is his not kidding you my face must have been like he's like you don't gotta tell me you don't gotta tell me i know it's big bruh why are you asking about other men's great question uh when that clip

00:04:43 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 4:

was shared on x kanye confirmed it by retweeting it sharing this is true with a shrug emoji so okay uh the jonas brothers have announced the details of their upcoming 20th anniversary their north american tour it's gonna be uh

00:05:00 - 00:05:14 | Speaker 5:

So it says they had a Jonas Con this past weekend, and they were on Good Morning America announcing that tour. Is that not in there? Hi, I'm Joe Jonas. Jonas Con. And I'm talking about the Jonas Con.

00:05:14 - 00:05:28 | Speaker 4:

We're doing Jonas Con at the American Dream in Jersey. Awesome. Which is right across the street from a venue we always dreamed of playing. So our tour, which is going to be called Jonas 20, Live in the Dream, the tour, will kick off on August 10th at MetLife Stadium.

00:05:28 - 00:05:32 | Speaker 3:

Bro, they're from New Jersey. I turned into Ed Shearer for like 30 seconds.

00:05:32 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 5:

That bold New Jersey-British crossover accent. Sure, sure, sure. You never know. Marshmallow, the All-American rejects, and Boys Like Girls are all going to be the opening acts on select dates on that tour. Tickets do go on sale to the general public this Friday at 10 a.m. Is there anybody you want to see hold their own con? Because this Jonas Con was all over my For You page, and it looked like a waste of money. Is there somebody you want to see?

00:05:56 - 00:05:58 | Speaker 1:

You take that back right now, Megan.

00:05:58 - 00:05:58 | Speaker 5:

I will not take it back.

00:05:58 - 00:06:04 | Speaker 3:

I will not take it back. Is there anybody, Kev? Like, what happens at these type of things? Like, is it just performances?

00:06:04 - 00:06:17 | Speaker 5:

Let me tell you, nothing. Nothing happened at it. They all sat on stage, answered a few questions. They had, like, girls that starred in the music video show up live to it. It was very, very much a waste of money.

00:06:17 - 00:06:18 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, no, I don't think that's for me.

00:06:19 - 00:06:47 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, okay. So now we have this fairly viral leaked audio floating around the internet right now. It features an ESPN producer. His name is Ryan Bertrand. Sure. He's attacking the ESPN host, Stephen A. Smith, and really just framing him as an angry black man. Bertrand called him an angry black man, said he thinks he's crazy, he has no idea about politics. This is all in what sounds like a meal conversation. It sounds like they're at a restaurant.

00:06:48 - 00:07:57 | Speaker 3:

We have this one guy, his name is Stephen A. Smith. He plays the angry black man on TV. The angry black man stereotype is basically, you're loud, you talk over people. what you say is not necessarily important. It's more how loud you are and how, I guess, how you deliver your speech. He does that pretty well. I think the higher-ups at ESPN and Disney see that. He's like this angry black man. He goes on Fox News probably like once a week. And he'll talk about, like, Gaza. And he has no idea about Gaza. Talking about, like, his views on Gaza. And we're like, brother, you were just talking about the Lakers, like, three hours ago like what do you know about guys like steven a i've been talking about lebron's son for like a while lebron like fronted him at a game one time and then ever since that steven a's been on like four different podcasts basically like i thought it was a weak move like coming up to me and whatnot it's just this whole like embarrassing thing that we're all like blowing our eyes at i mean how good is that audio? Jesus Christ. You know

00:07:57 - 00:08:44 | Speaker 5:

that guy was like, I'm on a mission to frame this guy to get a clip online to go viral. Yeah, actually, you know what? Whatever you were recording on, put it on the internet. I gotta know. A while back, it seemed like Cynthia Erivo had shaded one of the people who auditioned for Wicked. Well, it turns out that actress may have been Amanda Seyfried. She recently appeared on the Happy, Sad, Confused podcast. Talked about how she had hoped to be a part of Wicked. oh i didn't put it up there hold on i got it give me one second but where's my wall of audio this is important hold on can we still procrastinate a little bit this is my fault i'm sorry i'm sorry here we go and it's in play it i do again think everything

00:08:44 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 2:

happens for a reason i mean that's beautiful we listen to define gravity every day it's funny though like i also got to sing with cynthia and like that was a moment in itself uh so fans were

00:08:56 - 00:09:29 | Speaker 5:

quick to connect the dots here or at least connect the dots that they saw back in november cynthia arrivo had hyped up ariana grande getting the role of glinda while shading other people with a remark thank goodness because it was not the two ladies that i was auditioning with so now we have one of the people coming forward saying hey i audition with you while she didn't mention those two actresses by name now that we have cypher coming out saying i sang with her they got pretty far in that process. Seems like she was throwing a bit of shade at Amanda Setfried. Check out all today's dirties by listening to our podcast. Just search for Mojo in the Morning on the free iHeartRadio app.
