I literally hate both of you. Zach for that oh yeah, and Kev for whatever that intro to the dirty just was. Not the shout-out part, but the me part. All right, Lady Gaga is headed to court by a surfboard company who is claiming that she stole their logo for her new album, Mayhem. The company is called Lost International. They're suing Lady Gaga for trademark infringement, claiming that the two logos look too identical. Now, if you're wondering, it's the word mayhem in two completely different fonts on T-shirts. And they're claiming, hey, hey, hey, hey, that's our word. And then we sell T-shirts. That's literally the basis of their claim. Like, they are not identical, if you ask me. If you really want my honest opinion, I kind of feel like the surfboard company is doing this just to promote their company. Because it is like the similarity ends at a graphic word. That's it. That's the same word. The font is different. Like I'm not to be a total nerd, but if you want to watch a documentary on fonts, go watch the Helvetica one. Very interesting. And as soon as you watch it, you're going to be like, those are two different ones. The surfboard brand is claiming that they've used this logo for 10 years. Of course, it should be theirs. They've owned the Mayhem trademark since 2015. Have any of you listened to this album? I will never listen to it.
