This all started with the baggage handlers getting called to remove the first bird from the plane's cabin. Then the second one emerged after the plane left the gate and was getting ready for takeoff. So they were still on the ground. This passenger said it was almost strutting up the aisle. Someone tried to grab the bird. Then it went flying back and forth inside the cabin. Ultimately, the pilot then returned to the gate where another baggage handler got on and removed the bird safely.
