We'll get you caught up on what's trending. Everybody is so freaked out of what's going to happen on Sunday. Will TikTok be going away? Shannon's got more on that right now in the Dirty. What's up?

So President Biden apparently is not going to enforce that law banning TikTok that's set to take effect at midnight on Sunday, the day before he leaves office. He has decided to essentially pass the buck to president-elect Donald Trump, leaving the implementation of that law targeting TikTok up to the incoming administration. And Trump is reportedly considering executive action that would delay the implementation of the seller ban law of the ban for about 90 days, so three months to decide.

The guy who Trump is putting in charge of being like his chief of staff said yesterday in Congress and then said in an interview later said that and he's a guy, by the way, a congressman who voted about banning TikTok. He said that President Trump believes that there are ways for them to be able to sell it off to an American company. They just need more time. And I think that he's thinking that that 90 days is going to do it. But we talked about, and this, by the way, it was him talking about TikTok.

There are a lot of users. There's a lot of good, and there's a lot of bad with TikTok. But the thing I don't like is that without TikTok, you can make Facebook bigger. And I consider Facebook to be an enemy of the people.

So the big thing is everybody is speculating that this TikTok CEO is going to be at the inauguration. And so he's going to be there on Monday. So there's maybe the benefits of that happening.

What's one more billionaire to add to the party?

Well, hey, I'm going to tell you what, don't take my TikTok away.

Who threw his name in the hat. I think at first everybody thought he was joking. That's not the most terrible idea. I'm not mad at it. Yeah. Wendy Williams is speaking out. The former talk show host who has been under a conservatorship since 2022 is denying that she is cognitively impaired and revealed the conditions of the facility that she's currently living in. It does not sound fun. This is from an interview she did this week with The Breakfast Club.

This system is broken. You know, this system that I'm in. You know, this system has falsified a lot. You know what I'm saying?

They said you're cognitively impaired and you're incapacitated.

Do I seem that way? She sounded good. Yeah, I know.

She said she feels like she's in a prison every day, this facility that she's in.

You have to get keys to unlock the door, to press the elevator, to go downstairs, first of all. Second of all, these people here, everybody is like nursemaids, so to speak. You know what I'm saying? They come in and they give your pills and then they leave.

Now, there were so many videos of her. No, she does have frontotemporal, wait, is that what she has? I don't want to say that.

But they had that documentary and that television show, and she didn't sound half as good as she sounded right here.

So her attorney said she has good days, bad days. Or do you think she was being drugged by the people around her who put her into this facility to take her money?

Her family is in the dark with a lot of what's going on with her. She said she's worried that she's going to be stuck in this quote-unquote prison for the rest of her life. And then she also, at the end of the interview, weighed in on the allegation.
