All right. A$AP Rocky, making a very dramatic entrance for his headlining set at the Rolling Loud Music Festival over the weekend, descended onto the stage from a helicopter that hovered over the massive crowd at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California on Saturday evening. He performed an unreleased track from the back of that copter, rumored to be called All Black. And then once he jumped onto the stage, of course, he did like all of his hits, all the songs everybody knew. Rihanna was there cheering him on from the crowd. This was his first live performance since being acquitted of those two felony counts of assault against A$AP Relly. So this was a big, big deal.

Jennifer Aniston's ex-husband, Justin Theroux, and his fiancée, the very beautiful Nicole Bride and Bloom, are married. They separated in 2018 and later divorced, but they're still really, really good friends. Like, they go on vacation and stuff together with their buddy, Jason Bateman. Do we know who she is, the new wife? I don't. I keep seeing pictures of her, and she's lovely looking. Like, she's stunning, of course. But I don't know what her story is, where she's from. Diddy pled not guilty to two new indictments that were unveiled against him. One in January and the other earlier this month, both from women who are accusing him of labor and abusive treatment while working for him. He was told about these two new indictments before he appeared in court for the first time on Friday. And the one thing that everybody was taking away from that appearance is that his hair's gone gray and his beard's gone gray. So he looks really different. Yeah, he's been dying his hair. He will go to trial officially on May 5th. And lastly, on Friday, a court ordered Starbucks to pay $50 million in damages to a delivery driver who was severely burned by a spilled tea.

An L.A. jury has hit Starbucks with a $50 million verdict after a customer suffered third-degree burns to his genitalia. In 2020, Postmates driver Michael Garcia was picking up three hot teas. Surveillance video from inside the drive-thru shows one of the three cups was not properly secured onto the container before the barista handed it to him. His attorneys say the unsecured cup with the scalding hot tea fell into his lap. Paramedics had to take him to the emergency room. Evidence shown during trial explains Garcia suffered permanent injuries.

Disfigurement. Oh, Lord. debilitating nerve damage and starbucks came out in response to this to say while they sympathize with this guy they do plan to appeal the verdict because they disagree with the jury's decision that they were at fault for the incident and they also think that 50 million dollar number is a

little excessive he offered to go down to 30 million dollars if they apologized to him and they said while we feel like you know we're sorry that this happened to you we're not going to take ownership for it. And they're not going to do it. I will say this. You know what the problem is? It's these damn trays that they have, which we've had them in our studio. Their trays are like the biodegradable let's save the earth trays that are making people's balls get burned.

No, it's not the trays. It is. Even if it spills on you, it shouldn't be served at a temperature that is literally dealing. What do you expect? It's coffee. I get mine. I select the little circle for extra hot but even extra hot does not mean boiling this is exactly what happened with that mcdonald's case was it was at such a point that it was at a boiling point and it melted their skin on contact even the extra hot at starbucks isn't hot enough but we shouldn't be serving something

so hot that it can melt your skin i think they gotta get contact i bet you that this will make them get rid of drive-thrus you watch no they'll say yeah 50 million dollars if they have to pay yeah but they're gonna say you come in here because you're at your own risk then and they'll hand it to you straight on and then you do your own thing.

It's the same thing. No, it's not.

Because they said that because she handed it to him and it fell on him. If I hand you the coffee, this has happened before and people have tried to sue, that's at your own risk. You grab it with your hand, you take it out. It doesn't make a difference if the lid's on or not on. It's your own risk of taking it.

So in that particular instance that Megan is talking about, the lady sued for whatever.

It says the trial judge reduced the punitive damages to three times the amount of the compensatory damages, totaling $640,000.

All she asked for was medical bill coverage and an apology. McDonald's.

because it comes out of the tap which is dangerous if you if you watched when that uh the video there's a video if you google it online of them handing the thing to them she hands it to him that guy grabs onto the thing and literally the tray just falls apart because these trays aren't meant for those cups. And by the way, that McDonald's lady, I saw an interview with her years later. She said that she went back to McDonald's like the next week or whatever after she got out of the hospital. So she still goes to McDonald's.
