And lastly, Kanye West aired a Yeezy.com commercial during the Super Bowl. I don't think, I wasn't watching the commercials at the party that I was at, but I know it was shown in only select markets, but it was super low budget. It was shot on an iPhone and it had Kanye sitting in what appears to be like a dentist chair. Well, following the airing of that ad, Kanye immediately flipped Yeezy.com, replacing all of its previous content with just one item, a swastika t-shirt for sale for $20. And up until the ad actually ran, Yeezy.com featured a Shopify powered store selection of all sorts of non-branded items, shirts, pants, jackets, whatever, nothing that would have ever been deemed an issue or a content issue. But then, so when the ad first ran, this t-shirt I'm talking about was not there, but within an hour of it airing, Ye made the switch. And if you went to the site, you saw just that $20 swastika shirt. And so people are saying the ad went through legal approval it got the green light and moved forward because there was no issue with the 30 second spot itself it was the content that appeared right after the ad aired and it did run on three fox owned stations including kttv la and then they're saying a bunch of other random local markets so i know i saw it online yesterday morning but i didn't know if we actually saw it on TV during the Super Bowl. Insane.
