And game four of the NBA playoffs. I was out and about doing a bunch of stuff, so I kept asking Siri to give me this. You didn't watch the game? No. What happened? No.

What do you mean, what happened? I don't know what happened in the game. Oh, you don't know what happened? I don't know. Oh, that's small. Yeah, I don't know. Oh, my God.

You're not a Pistons fan? Listen, I'm a Detroit sports fan through and through. Right? If I had to pick a team. No, I'm picking the Pistons, but don't ask me what happened because I did not watch.

Let me say this to you. If you would have been excited about this, all your favorite Lions guys were there. Dan Campbell and Holly Campbell.

Look, I had a seven-year-old that was playing in his first football game. And that was more important to me yesterday. But, okay, so Tim Hardaway Jr. took a three-pointer that could have given the Pistons a buzzer-beater win.

Cunningham, driving, pull-up jumper. No good. Harris battling. Loose ball on the floor. Picked up Hardaway. Two seconds left. Puts up the shot. No. And the game is over. J.B. Bickerstaff is on the floor and right. He thought there should have been a foul called on the Hardaway shot.

Yeah, Josh Hart came out aggressively to contest the shot and made contact with Hardaway. The refs, however, did not call the foul.

You're going to get a call on this play right there as this contact as Hardaway leaves the floor. But we know there's been a lot today that was not called on shots.

Unreal.

What did Josh Hart say? So I'm going to text it to you right now from Instagram. It's like a short, maybe 10-second clip. But the reporters asked him, this is the guy who the foul should have been called on, whether or not he made contact with the shooter, which is our Tim Hardaway Jr. And he replies, did I make contact with him? Yeah. Was it legal? I don't know.

Wow.

So he knew. He knew. And the refs came out with a report afterwards.

Did you like the shot Cade got at the end with eight seconds, whatever, and then the ensuing shot where there was no call? What did you think of that?

I mean, Cade got his shot. He got to his spot and he got to his shot and, you know, and had the shot that he liked and that we all like. I trust Cade to take that shot, you know, a hundred times in a row. And, you know, again, you go back and look at the film. The guy leaves his feet. There's contact on Tim Hardaway's jump shot. You know, I don't know any other way around it. There's contact on his jump shot. The guy leaves his feet. He's at Timmy's mercy. And I repeat, there's contact on his jump shot.

Okay, I'm asking a dumb question because very, very, very clearly Now we know it was not the right call. Yeah, it was a bad call. Nothing happens.

You know what should happen, though? If the league's office is going to say, yeah, we made a mistake, we should have called, and it could have affected the outcome of the game because he would have gone to the free throw line and shot three shots, right? Down one. And they're down one. They should refund every person who is at that game their money for this game. You just screwed those fans out of an experience that they should have gotten, or you come back, you play the game under a, I don't know, protest. You come back and you shoot those foul shots.

before the next game, and you say there's a new outcome. You can't just go and say, yeah, we screwed up. And why have a replay? Because you know what it looks like? The NBA is the WWE.

It's fake. This is fake. They don't want a team from Detroit to go to the next round. Actually, they want a team from New York. It's not that they don't want a team from Detroit. They don't want a team from New York to not be in it.

And I think adding insult to injury is there were some questionable calls for game three as well. So this was like back to back.

Yeah, it's so unfortunate, man. To your point, you have fans who pay a lot of money, but you also have athletes that work their asses off, not only for their entire life, but specifically their entire year to get to a moment like this. And it literally is not only a game defining call, but a series defining call. It's the first of four. That game last night that we lost puts New York at three games. So now we have to do what it's unthinkable.

Cav, just an interesting question. Do you think that the NBA wants New York in because it's New York? Or do you think they don't like the style of play that the Pistons have where they're aggressive and following a lot?

No, I think two things can be true. I think the NBA could use some of the grit that the Trey Pistons bring, some of the hustle, some of the integrity to the physicality of the sport. But I also think that, to your point, it is a business. And a Boston Celtics-New York Knick semifinal matchup makes sense for the league. The Garden versus the Garden. But, yeah, it was a terrible moment for sports, for sure, yesterday.

In other sports, Sturdy Revisiting, this conversation, the Cleveland Browns ended the draft slide of Colorado quarterback Shadour Sanders after selecting him in the fifth round on Saturday. The Browns traded two draft picks to the Seattle Seahawks to move up to pick 144 to select Sanders. The Browns also drafted Oregon quarterback Dylan Gabriel in the third round. And then we talked about this briefly, but Shadour then threw a massive, massive party last night, flexing his Louis Vuitton bags. They were like luggage. What were those things? I mean, it was like luggage filled with cash. He also rapped and performed Kodak Black, Young Miami were hanging out, along with Cowboys star C.C. Lamb. Dak Prescott was there.

He's got to compete now against four other quarterbacks for that job. And a lot of people think that he better show up or he may not get that starting job.

I mean, I think he should get the starting job. Deshaun Watson isn't going to be ready to play. He's not going to be ready. Joe Flacco, he's a good quarterback. But, nah. Give the ball to Shadur, bro. Are you going to talk the prank at all? Yes.

So then the prank, because I heard about this all weekend. The son of Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich admitted to making a prank call to Shadur Sanders during the draft. So Sanders is sitting there. He's waiting and waiting for his name to be called. This is day two. So Friday gets a call from somebody impersonating the general manager of the New Orleans Saints.

This is Mickey Loomis here, GM of the Saints. How you doing? Good. How are you, man? Good. Been waiting on you. Yeah, we have. It's been a long wait, man. No, for sure. We're going to take you with our next beat right here, man. Yes, sir. Let's be legendary. All right, but you're going to have to wait a little bit longer, man. Okay. Sorry about that. Ready to go. What does that mean? What? What are you saying? I don't know. Are you going to ask us what it means and you was on the phone? You heard that?

Totally prank call. again ended up being the son of the defensive coordinator for the falcons and a dumb buddy of his they think they're trying to figure out the nfl's like how did he how did he get sanders private number they think that he copied it off of his dad's open ipad while he was visiting his

parents at home she actually mentioned that the only people that have this number are coaches and team officials.

They all have two phones for the draft, right? So Jack's issued an apology directly to Shadour Sanders. He also issued a very apologetic post on social media. Supposedly at this point, the Falcons not taking any legal action against, or any action, I should say, not necessarily legal action, but any action against

Jack's older. He probably won't. His dad should have lost his job for that, for the lack of security.

I'm not going to go that far. I'm not going to go that far. I mean, you can do everything in your power to raise your kids to be the right way, and they can screw up. Yeah. I shouldn't get fired because my son is a dumbass who wanted to make pranks and post them.

It'll be interesting to see what this coach comes out and does. I mean, he's obviously going to have to probably speak. I'm sure that they'll catch him during any kind of team meetings.

They'll have to make a comment on something, yeah. And lastly, I hate to say,
