This is the Bishop Statement at Bishop State Community College. We want you to hear what our students, educators, and business leaders have to say.

Allen Lee. My major is drafting and design. In high school, I did it since my sophomore year, and I kind of wanted to continue it. It was the only thing I was good at. I didn't want to move to a four-year yet. I don't think I was mentally prepared. I found Bishop State. They had the program. I met a few people there. I ended up enrolling. The instructor, first day I met him, I told him about my background. He said, okay, great. You know about this. He built me straight to work. He didn't let me have any leeway. He pushed me to my limits. So I think that made me choose drafting and design at Bishop State and stuck with it. The sport's amazing. All my instructors just want to see me succeed. They want to push me to my limit. They want to see me to be the best I can be, get a job, just be as successful as I can be, and I really appreciate all of them. With my degree, as of right now, my plan is to work for the city of Mobile with their urban planning department, and I've already got a job shadow before, and hopefully I will internship over the summer. So, Kev, a story about your girl I'm going to start with. They were in Aspen together a couple of weeks ago, trying to pretend they weren't together. But, I mean, she's got a house there. I guess he has a huge house there. But something's going on. So, while we are all in the edge of our seats, or at least I am, to learn anything and everything about what's going on between Kevin Costner and Jennifer Lopez, The internet is realizing that somebody called this years ago and that somebody is JLo's ex-husband, Ben Affleck. So if we rewind, here we go, back to March of 2023, he made an appearance on some podcast. It doesn't even matter. But during his appearance on the podcast, he mentioned that his wife was obsessed with Yellowstone. She could not stop watching Yellowstone. And then he actually reiterated that in a follow-up interview with People magazine. And I quote, and again, this is Ben Affleck. I'm kind of disturbed by the fact that my wife likes Yellowstone so much. He also said she has never hidden her love for Kevin Costner's film Horizon American Saga. and so people are like he knew he knew that she had this thing for him when they were married and now that they're both finding themselves single it's on. Diddy. Ever since Diddy she ain't never went black. Really? I don't even know if I got a shot anymore. She was like sparkling rumors of her and Drake but like never really confirmed but I blame Diddy.

I'll be honest, Kevin Costner in Yellowstone, you watch Yellowstone? Oh, he is. Kevin Costner in The Bodyguard and in Yellowstone as a man would be who I would want to be. I would want to be one of those two roles that he had because the guy in Yellowstone was just a badass.

For what it's worth, since his divorce, he has said he is really not interested in dating at all or moving on, whatever. Speaking of dating, did you see who Olivia Wilde is dating following her split from Harry Styles? I don't know how to pronounce this guy's name. Apparently, he was like a big basketball, a big professional basketball player. Dane Delegro. D-I-L-I-E-G-R-O. Hold on. I don't think he was NBA, though. I think he was like Italy, Israel. He had like a... I thought he was an actor, too. Yeah, he had like some YouTube series. He was in American Horror Story, Guardians of the Galaxy, Sweet Home. Okay, I guess he was nobody. Anyway, she moved in. I guess he was nobody. Never mind. Never mind. Did he play? And I keep seeing pictures of them together. I wish I knew everybody in Hollywood and politicians and athletes. I don't. So I'm like, oh, this is probably somebody big. He looks like Penn Bagley.

video sobbing she was crying in it she said all my people are getting attacked what do you say to those who are out there saying that that these are everyday people these are families that are being attacked and dragged out of their homes how do you respond to that i don't think we

arrested any families we've arrested public safety threats and national security threats bottom line Once we lock that border on continuous operation, you're going to see fentanyl, death decrease, illegal alien crime decrease, sex trafficking decrease. It's all for the good of this nation, and we're going to keep going. No apologies. We're moving forward.

And lastly, do you guys know that Snoop Dogg has lost more than half a million followers on Instagram and nearly 25,000 on X after his appearance at the Crypto Ball, one of the balls that was tied to Donald Trump's inauguration? I'm surprised. And not the only one. Did you see what happened to Kim Kardashian? Very, very similar. She posted a photo of Melania Trump's outfit from the inauguration instantly. I'm talking within like a couple of hours, lost 150,000 followers on her Instagram after she did that.

That's interesting. That's I guess it shows that people sometimes, you know, even though the person is the president and the first lady and stuff like that, that they just look at it like we don't want to support them at all.

The reason why I say I'm not surprised about Snoop is and yes, people can change their mind. obviously you have the right to do that but snoop is literally on video cussing out artists for performing for donald trump in the calling him names the first uh time that he was like if you do this you you know blank blank blank can't really say it because it's racial epithets but but there are people he turned around he performed all set but there are people though like stephen

a smith who said he voted for uh you know kamala harris and he said now he said you know this is

the guy that i call my president i was so shocked that he yeah but i think that was more about acknowledging losses and conceding elections than it is support steven a smith said it because he

educators and business leaders have to say my name is patrick petway and i am getting my associates of science and general education with an emphasis in business administration to me it was a no-brainer when you go out here and you're looking for funding to go to go back to college as a 40 year old man i got six people in my household the extra money just doesn't just grow out of trees for me to be able to be accepted through fafsa and to have bishop state paid for all of my tuition not only that but the curriculums you know they make it so easy to understand on their website like i said i'm a 40 year old man so i don't use technology too much but it was very understandable where i needed to go it was extremely fast these past two years things have just moved in a total different type of way. It's like its own moving entity to see things manifest the way that they
