They clarified that guests must agree to those terms when booking your tickets. So this is not going to be a surprise if you try to get on the aircraft and you're turned away. The policy comes after an incident back in October. It went viral where two women accused Spirit of sexism after being removed from a flight for wearing crop tops. So they're saying, hmm, anything like that anymore, you're not going to be able to board.
