Why did I think that was an alias, too? What's going on?

So we've got some big local sports dirty everybody's talking about this morning. The Tigers assistant general manager, you probably didn't even know him by name until now. His name is Sam Menzen, has resigned just as the Tigers were about to fire him amid an investigation into claims that he was sending some date pics to female staff members. Three women claim they received unsolicited photos via Snapchat. These allegations go back to 2017. This is when this started. Two of them work for or worked for the Tigers. The other does not. She worked for MLB, but in a statement, the Tigers organization said once they were made aware of what was going on here, they promptly completed an investigation. But before the club could fire Sam, he resigned. And as for why the allegations didn't come to light sooner, because I know that's always a question when I say, like, oh, this dates back to 2017. One of the alleged victims did an interview with The Athletic, and she said, nobody would have believed us. Nobody would have believed that it was Sam, a longtime baseball executive, that was sending D-picks. He doesn't seem like a D-pick kind of guy, is that what they're saying? Yes, that's exactly what she was saying.

You never know who those D-pick kind of guys are. By the way, all this happening while this team, I guess the guy was with him since 2017, thinking Sam needed to work a little harder on making a baseball team. I mean, come on. Thank God they got these new general managers that are there right now doing some things. Why would he resign instead of just... Because he was going to be fired. Or he was going to get fired. It would be on his record. It's still on his record. Always better to resign.

Is it? I mean, it looks better. You can't collect unemployment. Unfortunately, now this story is out there.

The guy's not going to collect unemployment. They'll fire him for cause. There's no unemployment going on there. Yeah. Oh, okay. This guy's sending D-picks. Yeah. All right.

So Kanye West dissing Drake in his new record. I'm not even going to say the name of the song. I'm not going to play you a clip of the song. I'm just, it's extraordinarily offensive. Does it start with two H's? Yep.

Okay.

Yeah. It's going to appear on his album, WW3, I'm assuming World War 3. World War 3?

I'm disappointed.

It came in my prep this morning when I was preparing the Dirty for the show. I'm like, I'm not previewing it. I'm not talking about it. I'm not going to say the name, but just know it's out there. You'll see it. And it's coming. Just one week after Sydney Sweeney and her ex-fiance, Jonathan DeVino's breakup, was confirmed and very much talked about because she was in Dallas at her former co-star, Glenn Powell's sister's wedding. The former couple spotted together in Los Angeles. Neither party has addressed their split publicly yet. And I just want to give you a heads up. I know a lot of people watch Wheel of Fortune now, young and old, like everybody's watching Wheel. This week, I saw this last night. Ryan Seacrest announced it's iHeartRadio Week.
