So I want to start off with this, a story for anybody who was a big Baywatch fan. Pamela Bach, the ex-wife to David Hasselhoff, has died. She's only 62 years old. And just a really tragic story here. The L.A. County Medical Examiner's Office said she died by suicide. um and the situation was family members had not heard from her for quite some time went to her la home on wednesday evening and found her dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and the even more tragic part of this story is that her daughter she has two daughters with david hasselhoff and her daughter hayley was there and was found screaming and crying outside of her home i mean just a sad story so she and hasselhoff met on the set of night rider i want to say they were on Baywatch together as well. I think she was like a cafe owner or something on Baywatch.

And I think that David Hasselhoff and her had like a long relationship with each other. A very contentious divorce. And a really crazy one. Because I think that she called out him for a bunch of things, including cheating and stuff like that. Yeah.

God, you hate to hear those stories.

I see that thing come on all the time. Anytime I log on to my TV and I'm like on either YouTube TV or whatever, it always ends up coming up that Baywatch is on one of those stations that comes up on the thing. That and the Golden Girls. It's wild. Or what's the Urkel show?

I love Family Matters.

Family Matters is always one of those shows that comes up too.

Megan, a story for you. Harry Styles in talks for an extended residency in Vegas. We thought this might happen. Hearing he'll do maybe around 35 shows. I don't know where. You know what that means? The Sphere? Are we getting a new album? Oh.

Well, yeah, I don't know. Could he go to the Sphere, or would the Backstreet Boys be there, or do they just kind of rotate through?

I think the Backstreet Boys are only there for a handful of shows. Nobody's doing well there.

The Sphere is purging money. Come on. Yeah. No, it is.

I heard YouTube make then so much money that they paid all their bills and stuff off the YouTube shows that were there. I don't know. Are you sure?

I don't know. I don't think so. Dude, Harry Styles has been running marathons lately. He was in Japan. And he doesn't sweat. I don't understand. He's so hot. Wow, this is possible.

To go back to the Vegas thing with the Sphere, they should make the casinos pay the Sphere money just because people will come to town now just to go to those shows at the Sphere because they want to go see the shows there.

It is? Really? So she's actually got the same last name as you have. That's kind of an interesting one. She's your sister?

For those who don't know, fun fact, Nicole is my middle name and that is why I use it for War of the Roses. I love the TikTok comments. They're always like, that Nicole is so beautiful. Oh, yeah. Well, thank you. And lastly, an incredible local story to the Detroit area. A Warren police officer named Jacob Brooklier was called to the Town Play Suites Hotel on Chicago Street for some sort of incident. OK, just happened to still be there when another 911 call came in that would end up with him saving a boy's life.

Unreal.

there was a frantic call about a child who was not breathing in the pool at this hotel and so dispatch warren dispatch was like officer are you still at the hotel tending to this other incident he was booked it out of a room to the pool and was able to save this boy's life who's

on the phone with us right now from the warren police uh lydia that's lieutenant john lieutenant You don't know how to pronounce his name either. That's why I asked that question. Lieutenant, how do we pronounce your last name? I know that we've hung out face-to-face. You guys brought me a nice honor, which was great, but I don't want to screw up your last name.

No problem. It's Lieutenant Gajewski with the Warren Police Department.

Lieutenant Gajewski. Who is the police officer, again, that was saving this 12-year-old's life?

Yeah, that is Officer Jacob Brooklier. He's been with the department a little over a year.

Oh, my gosh.

That's unreal.

He's a newbie.

And first and foremost, how is the 12-year-old doing? Do we have an update on how the 12-year-old is this morning?

We do, and it's the best news of all of this. He's out of the hospital. He's already back home with family. That's great. Just incredible.

So what was his circumstance? He just started drowning in the pool, and they pulled him out, and they needed somebody to do some respiration on him?

Yeah, so it turns out that, obviously, the dispatch received a call that the 12-year-old boy had went under the water for some sort of reason, and the bystanders had pulled him out. And as you can see from the body camera video, which is suspenseful to say the least, Officer Berklier sprints down the hallway and immediately goes into rescue mode. And anybody who's done CPR will tell you doing two minutes of chest compressions is physically exhausting, mentally exhausting. But one thing about Officer Berklier is you can see it. He never gave up.

And I mean, truly talk about being in the right place at the right time, because had he not been there, you don't know what the outcome would have been.

Oh, no. And I think the other point that that is so important in this is this 12 year old is alive today because all three components of public safety did their job. If we don't have excellent dispatching, if we don't have Officer Berkleyer, if we don't have the fire department, if we don't have other officers blocking the intersections so this kid gets to the hospital, we probably are reporting a tragedy.

Wow.

That's unbelievable. Everybody united on this call and a life was saved. I mean, it's just outstanding work. Everybody in the department was so happy. It's just, it's what public safety is all about.

That's great. Well, you guys are all great and more, and we love you so much, and we appreciate all that you do. And this is the stuff that gets a little unknown. I mean, you know, there for something else and then ends up coming to the rescue of this 12-year-old boy, Leo, is what I'm understanding, because they were saying his name in that clip that we were playing. So, Lieutenant, thanks for going on the air with us, and shout-out to everybody there, and thank you again for the honor that you gave the Mojo on the morning show.
