Bill Ford used to call us, by the way. This is a funny story. Bill Ford would call, and he would call when he would listen to the phone scams back in the day at 7.50 every morning. And it was wild. Out of the blue, I'd get like a call or two, and he'd be like, hey, my God, I'm in the car. And that was way back, obviously, when he was doing drives to school with his kids. But over the years, we've always had a great relationship with Bill and the Ford family.

Do you remember the bit we did where you guys, you would call random people and have me flirt with them and see their reaction? And one time it was Bill Ford and you didn't tell me it was Bill Ford. And I was mortified still.

Well, if you haven't heard the controversy about this, it was started. there was this video that went around showing academics engaging in a very sexual conversation with another 15 year with another streamer who was 15 years old i'm not familiar with like the streaming world and all the all these people but uh this person's name was nower nor n-o-u-r nor yeah okay um and so then all of a sudden people were like oh so you're grooming this

15 year old and it got really yucky for more information on the who dj academics i would consider to be a hip-hop journalist okay really adapted the streaming vibe and he was really i guess made more popular within the last eight months during the drake and kendrick feud drake was feeding him lyrics and all of that type of stuff he's actually featured on one of drake songs

so that's where he comes the game between the bills and the chiefs generated an average audience of just over 57, almost 57 and a half million viewers, which is a record for the AFC championship. Everybody saw them cheat. The most for any conference championship game since the Giants took on the 49ers in 2012. And here's the thing. The Lions 49ers AFC championship game last year was so close to this record. We had 56.7 million compared to 57. Do you guys understand?

They're saying that the price of the Super Bowl ticket is enormous, but it's not as high as it ever has been. They say the price actually is down from last year's price. That was in Vegas. I think a lot of people wanted to go to Vegas. If the Lions would have made it to the Super Bowl, I would put all my, I'd put my children on the fact that the tickets would have set the biggest record.

And obviously, we want the Lions there. I think it would have been the same for the Bills. I think this is a very boring lineup. I have zero interest in wanting to watch this game.

If the Super Bowl logo legend is true, and we talked about this a little, you know, a couple of days ago, where reportedly there's this idea that whatever colors are in the logo, those are the colors that are representing the teams. But isn't it always right? It kind of is. Next year, they haven't officially come out with it, but reportedly next year is like a blue and a silver. Is it? So it may be the Lions. You might get your Bills matchup.

Did you see who the Lions hired as their offensive coordinator, the guy from Denver?

Yeah, for the Broncos. They had a good offensive year. He had a rookie quarterback. They did pretty well.

It's interesting, though, because he's kind of like an older guy. Like, he's not like, you know, Ben Johnson. But I can't get over. I've seen Ben Johnson come up in my algorithm a bunch. Shannon is so right. He is so much better looking of a guy with a hat on on the sidelines.

I saw his hair and was like, I don't have my crush on you anymore.

He's kind of nerdy. Like, he's like, yeah.

He's not dirty. He's just, I normally like nerdy, but he's very nerdy.

Do you think it's situational attractiveness? Like if you see him on the sideline, he's got his face on with his hat and he got his head set.

He's more attractive when a fun play happens. You know what I mean? We score. Yeah. I don't know.

And lastly, this is a trend that I see gaining steam more and more. Instagram, TikTok, lots of social media users are being very open and very vocal about launching a no buy 2025. this trend that encourages you to buy as little new stuff as possible or no new stuff some people are actually making lists of specific items they will not purchase while others vowed not to buy any non-essentials and really it's people are tired of over consumption they want to pay off debt and so it's like or they don't have the money but it's like little changes like instead of going into target to do your shopping where you know you're going to come out with a cart full of stuff you don't need it's shopping online going and doing the drive up and just getting the essentials so that you are not even tempted except to buy things you don't we're all gonna
