Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:01:35 - 00:01:42 | Speaker 3:

All right, Shannon, with What's Trending in the Dirty on the 30, I was trying to think of a good... Does Justin Bieber have a song about drugs?

00:01:42 - 00:01:44 | Speaker 2:

I'm not doing that story right now.

00:01:44 - 00:01:47 | Speaker 3:

Oh, you're not going to do it? I thought you sent me the text.

00:01:47 - 00:01:49 | Speaker 2:

I did, but that's not my first story.

00:01:49 - 00:01:51 | Speaker 3:

Oh, what's your Bieber song? Or what do you need a song about?

00:01:52 - 00:01:54 | Speaker 2:

For the Bieber story that's coming up?

00:01:54 - 00:01:54 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:01:55 - 00:01:55 | Speaker 2:

Drugs.

00:01:56 - 00:02:03 | Speaker 3:

Okay, all right. I'm looking for a drug song for Bieber. Has he done any songs about him doing drugs, or has it all been Lydia?

00:02:03 - 00:02:04 | Speaker 2:

I don't think so. You would know.

00:02:05 - 00:02:08 | Speaker 3:

All right, give me a second. You're going to do that as a second or third story?

00:02:08 - 00:03:39 | Speaker 2:

All right, good. Yeah. Go ahead. I want to start off by talking about the deaths of actor Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy, and their dog, still unsolved and growing even more suspicious and mysterious. So according to a search warrant affidavit, authorities found Gene in the mudroom of this home near his cane, appearing to have fallen. Okay? That's the theory. His wife was found in a bathroom near a space heater with an open prescription bottle, pills scattered on the countertop, body decomposition, bloating, mummification of hands and feet and full effect. This is puzzling investigators. So a couple of things. Apparently, they got which dog was dead next to her wrong. OK, so there's that. But they've already ruled out a carbon monoxide leak. there is another theory that is being circulated and that is that gene and his wife may have died by companion suicide so in different places that is so that's where everybody now is poking hole if you've heard this theory or if you've heard this you know kind of take on this story it's a murder suicide everybody's saying it it's actually that's that didn't happen James Gill is the chief medical examiner for the Connecticut office of the chief medical examiner. And he was sharing that that is an unlikely explanation for their deaths because he said in the past with cases like that, couples who die in dual suicide are usually they do it together and they're in bed.

00:03:39 - 00:03:40 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, hold a hand.

00:03:41 - 00:04:09 | Speaker 2:

Also, it says the initial information about the scene really does look like Gene collapsed. He's got a history of heart disease. His pacemaker had a bunch of information on it. It looked like the pacemaker had stopped. Gene was ambulatory before his death, which he thought really decreased the likelihood of a scenario of this murder-suicide scenario. It's wild. They've got nothing, but clearly something strange happened here.

00:04:09 - 00:04:16 | Speaker 3:

I can't believe that they're saying that the coroner won't be able to know details for months. That's crazy that they can't figure that out.

00:04:16 - 00:04:28 | Speaker 2:

especially when you are wearing something like a pacemaker that does give you a lot of information right i mean there have been murders solved now by people wearing apple watches and fitbits and

00:04:28 - 00:04:36 | Speaker 3:

stuff so i'm really excited for this bieber story because i found the perfect song oh okay do it the song is about him doing drugs right you uh smoke it out of a bong

00:04:36 - 00:04:50 | Speaker 2:

everybody gets high sometimes you know this is why this is your year this is your year for the broadcasting hall of fame if i don't get in the broadcasting hall of

00:04:50 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 3:

fame maybe the michigan association of broadcasters will put me in theirs i don't know but we never go to that no they never invite us they invite free bear and hot wing

00:05:00 - 00:05:03 | Speaker 8:

and Dave and Chuck the Freak and none of us.

00:05:03 - 00:05:51 | Speaker 4:

I don't even know if they go. Okay, so this, you know, Justin's reps came out to say that no, he is not using drugs. And then he started trolling fans by posting photos and videos of him smoking joints. Yesterday, a bunch of photos went around of him smoking out of a bong. And so now fans are calling him out and they're saying, look, enough is enough. You're a new dad, something that you wanted so desperately set a better example for your son others are like let him do whatever he wants why does this surprise you to see a celebrity smoke like 75% of the world does everybody's just being too sensitive I think it's just the fact that the rep came out to say no he is not using drugs do not worry about him and then here he is we see all these photos and videos of him smoking weed

00:05:51 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 8:

we should play this song as a recurrence I love it this might be my favorite Bieber song it's a great song

00:05:56 - 00:05:58 | Speaker 4:

Is it Major Lazer?

00:05:58 - 00:06:01 | Speaker 8:

Major Lazer. Throwback, throwback. Go ahead.

00:06:01 - 00:06:01 | Speaker 4:

Shannon.

00:06:01 - 00:06:02 | Speaker 8:

Shannon. What?

00:06:02 - 00:06:06 | Speaker 4:

I'm already guessing. Well, guess what? You didn't call your name. Cold Water, Major Lazer, Justin Bieber.

00:06:08 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 7:

Megan.

00:06:09 - 00:06:22 | Speaker 4:

Oh, just like the real throwback. In Other Dirty This Morning, Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor opening up about having a cocaine addiction, an addiction that has spanned nearly two decades.

00:06:22 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 6:

I've been, you know, there was times where I would stop doing it, but then there was times where I would go heavy on it. I think a lot of people who watched Vanderpump Rules over the years could kind of tell that I was on something.

00:06:35 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 4:

He says he is 84 days sober now. He wants to support those in similar situations with addiction, and he's going to discuss in detail during his new podcast series. It's called In the Mind of a Man. Singing superstar Jennifer Hudson and Common, sitting in the front row of the Knicks game courtside when a ball smacked her. I'm talking right in the face.

00:06:57 - 00:07:19 | Speaker 7:

When they call him Deuce, I tell you, he has been such a positive. Protect Jennifer Hudson. Protect Jennifer Hudson. Oh, no, not the glass. Those look real expensive, too, partner. And Common is making sure everybody's okay. Let me see what Common did. Did he protect her? He tried. He actually banged the glass.

00:07:19 - 00:07:45 | Speaker 8:

She got hit, though. Did you ever watch her social media and see how they have the guests that are on the show? The greatest thing in the world. Oh, the Kiki Palmer one is so good. They have the entire staff out there dancing for them and stuff, or cheering them down. It's the best. It's redefined how guests should be greeted when they come to shows. It's awesome. We have Zach now.

00:07:45 - 00:07:47 | Speaker 4:

He does a good job.

00:07:47 - 00:07:53 | Speaker 8:

He brings them in through the back door, you know? It's the greatest. You got to make up some songs, though.

00:07:53 - 00:08:30 | Speaker 4:

Lastly, Chapel Roan announcing she plans to release a brand new song called The Giver next week on March 13th. She said it's a country song. Oh, my God. Not again. I haven't heard it. Have you heard it? No. Okay. So she said she grew up listening to country. It was all around her growing up in a small town, you know, in Missouri. And she was like, it doesn't mean I'm going to make a country album. She does have a special place in her heart for the genre. She wants to make more country songs in the future, but this one definitely is going to give country vibes. Do you think country fans would like that? I think she could do anything right now. I think her fans will like it,

00:08:30 - 00:08:38 | Speaker 8:

but I don't think country fans will like it. Let's see. Let's hear all the Beyonce people come out. Let's see what you guys got now.

00:08:39 - 00:08:39 | Speaker 7:

Yeah.

00:08:40 - 00:08:41 | Speaker 8:

They're not going to like it. Bring that energy.

00:08:43 - 00:08:44 | Speaker 5:
