My name is Natarika Terry LaMille, and my major is general education. Some of the obstacles I have overcame at Bishop State is proving that I can show up consistently, even when my life was heavy. There are moments where I still feel overwhelmed by balancing work, leadership, parenting, and school, but Bishop reminded me that I'm capable of growth and not perfection, that I'm supported as long as I'm committed to being a better person than I was yesterday. My peers can depend on me. I'm there being poured into, but some of those students don't know that the faculty and staff are really there for them. So when they don't know that, I'm their resource that explain and show them that they're here to help us.

Like maybe Ben Johnson doesn't go to the NFL or stay in the NFL. Maybe he goes to a college team. I'm still unsure of why he's not an NFL head coach. Well, he chose not to. So it was his choice. He turned down Washington Commanders at the last minute to come back here because I think he might be the highest paid.

In Other Football Dirty, the NFL is back in Jay-Z and moving forward with that partnership amid the lawsuit that was filed a couple of days ago claiming that Jay-Z raped a 13-year-old girl along with Diddy during a press conference that was held yesterday ahead of the Christmas Day games on Netflix. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was asked about the league's association with Jay-Z and he said, we are changing nothing. Specifically, he said, they are aware of the civil allegations, they are aware that litigation is taking place, but the relationship is not changing. And that includes preparations to produce the next Super Bowl halftime show featuring Kendrick Lamar.

You guys have heard about this drone story that's happening over on the East Coast.

like dozens and dozens of drones being spotted in the sky, specifically across New Jersey, prompting some pretty heightened security concerns and mounting frustrations from residents, military personnel and federal, state and local officials. While New Jersey's governor says is saying, excuse me, that there's no threat to public safety here. Others are going, well, then where are these drones coming from? This is the deputy press secretary of the Pentagon. Her name is Sabrina Singh speaking about this.

At this time, we have no evidence that these activities are coming from a foreign entity or the work of an adversary. We're going to continue to monitor what is happening. But, you know, at no point were our installations threatened. They're over like very interesting areas.

And that's part of the problem.

Well, they're saying that they're flying it over areas that they believe, like they think there's some military, you know, property and stuff. But then they also said it's Trump's country club that's up in that area. But the interesting thing is one of the Congress people from New Jersey is saying that he believes that these things originated from a ship that is off the coast that is an Iranian ship. And they think that this could be terrorist related. Remember when they said the balloons that were flying in the sky was nothing? And it turned out they were Chinese spy balloons? Yeah. So, I don't know. To me, I don't understand why. If somebody's got these drones flying around, you don't know who it's from. Shoot them down.

That's what I don't get either. Seriously.

Well, there's people around, right?

Well, shoot them down before they drop something on those people. I think that there's ways that we can get rid of them.

In other political dirty, FBI Director Christopher Wray saying yesterday he plans to resign at the end of President Biden's term in January.

After weeks of careful thought, I've decided the right thing for the Bureau is for me to serve until the end of the current administration in January and then step down.

A brand new Yellowstone spinoff is in the works, focusing on the characters of Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler. And Kelly Riley and Cole Hauser have both signed deals already. So they are already on board. Yellowstone co-creator Taylor Sheridan is working on creative for this spinoff. And he says other cast members from Yellowstone are likely to return as well. This series will be the first Yellowstone spinoff to actually take place in the present day. And it is Thursday, which means you're masked singer.
