Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

A couple of quick little shout-outs, and then Shannon's going to do the last dirty of the morning. But he was going to the White Lake location today, went into the Shell gas station in White Lake. and the guy had us just cranked up and and jeff said there was nothing better than listening to a store full of people and us talking about that caller's dad's balls hanging out of his underwear so shout out to the shell for having us up loud and then earlier this morning one of the podcasts that we did was uh shannon was talking about how people have told her that she looks different in person and she took that as not that it wasn't like a compliment well we were discussing how makeup on women is beautiful but for guys it's like beards on guys you know when guys have beards misfit victor took pictures of kevin and i and he took off our beards it is so there's beardless photos the one photo which is he took a picture of us uh from the merch that we're selling uh which by the way that this photo kevin you look like you're you're five i look like i look like a little chip you look like i look like alvin i think you look good with the one where you're at uh jingle ball i don't like that one either i think you see it's funny i look at myself and i'm looking at myself and i'm like going god man i'm but honestly it makes you look younger without the beard it does but i i am a firm

believer and once a guy is successful at growing facial hair and everybody gets used to seeing them that way you can't shave it because it does not look good i get more compliments when my beard

is grayer it's wild like when i when i shave it all the way down yeah and people see like the gray stubble and it's funny because for so long i was so like i i would be like i try to grow it to look like santa claus and it was so bad yeah um all right well let's get to the last dirty what

do you got for us shannon well not not to kind of soften the blow here but the the pope i mean is dying at this point he is not doing well at all the 88 year old pontiff has been in critical condition i think since the beginning of the weekend i think he they put him in critical condition uh saturday morning blood tests early blood tests are showing kidney failure he's also battling pneumonia and a very complex uh complex lung infection and uh sources over at the vatican are saying he is alert, he is awake, he attended mass yesterday, or at least he heard mass. But New York Cardinal Dolan talking about the Pope's condition at the moment.

So many of our friends and neighbors find ourselves this morning at the bedside.

are they showing hidden secrets and stuff about it it's just it's i know there are a few different movies that show the insides of what that process looks like and the black smoke versus the white smoke and what all of that means uh it's a hypothetical conclave yeah like it's not based

on a true story or anything like that as a catholic you know i i sit there and i look at this and i saw pictures of this this pope francis looking horrible i mean obviously he looked like he was puffy and stuff i wonder why do we not with like the pope the presidents and all stuff why do we not get younger ones like why why do they go they always like have these guys that are just ancient they have to be a cardinal well that's the thing it's like at some point can we skip tradition and maybe go with like a young cool uh one you know what i mean like like i just sit there and i look at this and i and i go all right i mean the person that's running the church running the countries i mean shouldn't they be kind of a little bit younger to to do this thing but i guess they want them old so they die and move on to the next one probably do you know that the last pope is still alive too did you know that for real why why isn't he the pope the two popes he quit he retired he kind of forgot about that was it was it benedict or something like that he has dementia He's playing golf somewhere, probably. Like a Pope golf.

The Screen Actors Guild Awards last night, everybody was skinny. That is the big story coming out of it. If you check out photos or videos from the red carpet, you'll notice Selena Gomez right away. There was a big difference to me. And I said this earlier, I think Selena's always beautiful. But you could tell that she had lost a lot of weight. Brooke Shields looked way skinnier than normal. Demi Moore, Georgina Chapman, Ariana Grande. I mean, if you could imagine her any skinnier, she was last night. As for the actual ceremony, Kristen Bell was hosting.

Do you want to be an actor? You are clearly not alone. Jason played a watermelon guy. Michelle learned how to fly. Jodi sold us copper tone. You could get a daytime drama with a range of arcs getting kidnapped or pushed or slapped. I'm not going to go through all.

Go ahead. Now, that was a better song than Jessica Sims. Yeah, I'm sorry.

Not going to go through all the awards. The cast of Shogun, Best Ensemble in a Drama, Martin Short named Best Actor in a Comedy Series for Only Murders in the Building, which also scored the award for Best Ensemble in a Comedy Series. Selena Gomez accepting that one.

Marty and Steve aren't here because, you know, they don't really care. But I'm just, I don't know what to say.

On the movie side, we were just talking about it. Conclave won for Best Ensemble in a Film. Timothee Chalamet picking up the Best Actor in a Film trophy for A Complete Unknown.

I'm as inspired by Daniel Day-Lewis, Marlon Brando, and Viola Davis as I am by Michael Jordan and Michael Phelps. And I want to be up there. So I'm deeply grateful to that. This doesn't signify that, but it's a little more fuel. It's a little more ammo to keep going. Thank you so much.

And Amy Moore, winning the Best Actress in a Film Prize for The Substance. Her first award, even though she has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild for 47 years.

What do you guys think of this weekend's the Oscars? Conan O'Brien is hosting. He hasn't done much in this podcast. I love his podcast.

I think he's going to be a great host. He has an HBO show. Or was it Amazon Prime?

Yes, you don't even know where anybody is anymore. Isn't that crazy?

But I will say, I think he's going to be a great host. I do too. That's a smart move on their part, having somebody there.

Elon Musk now in a legal battle over his 13th child. There's an ex-influencer named Ashley St. Clair, who filed two petitions over the weekend against Elon. The first seeks to strip him of any custodial rights over their five-month-old son, whose name is R.S.C. While the second aims to legally establish him as the dad. Now, Ashley claims Elon has only met this little boy three times. Very brief encounters. was nowhere to be found when he was born in September. He's never once reached out to check on his son, leaving her as the sole caregiver. So she is begging the New York Supreme Court to hand her full custody. Now, in the wake of her filing this petition, there are people, one influencer in particular, who are hopping on X and other social mediums and trying to out this girl for basically being a gold digger. and putting it out there like two years ago that she wanted to have Elon Musk's babies. So you're going to see those tweets floating around as well.

Did you see that the Oval Office desk, the Resolute desk, is being redone? They actually took it out of the Oval Office to go get it refinished. Coincidentally enough, after Elon's kid picked his boogers and wiped them all over.

Oh, God.

So remember when he was in the Oval Office with his kid and his kid was like picking boogers and wiping them all over the desk?

I don't think we talked about that. We did. I haven't talked about it in the studio.

Yeah, no, he picked boogers and wiped it on there, and they had to go take it.

We know that for a fact. He did.

Well, I don't know if that's the reason why they actually took it to go get fixed.

By the way, would you want to get pregnant with Elon's kid? Think of how much money that kid's going to have for the rest of his life, right?

Yeah, but then you have that connection with Elon Musk for the rest of your life.

But he's considered brilliant, right? He's considered to be one of the smartest people in the world. I don't know.

Lastly, a very popular restaurant chain might be going away. Hooters is currently collaborating with creditors and legal on a business restructuring path that will lead it straight to bankruptcy filing. Probably within the next month or two. They're currently prepping that filing. Though my sources say plans aren't final. But Hooters has struggled for years with plummeting sales. They've had issues paying their bills. So we'll see what happens there.

That is not a good thing, by the way. We're losing all of Americana. Losing Hooters and Red Lobster. Did we lose Red Lobster? No, there's still Red Lobster.

A really young CEO now. Yeah, he's putting on right now.

Bob Evans. What did he lose? It seems like we're losing all the stuff that we all grew up with. It's all going away. I don't know what this... We all need to go out and eat more. Let's bring egg prices down and let's all go out and eat more.
