For adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis symptoms, every choice matters. Tremphaya offers self-injection or intravenous infusion from the start. Tremphaya is administered as injections under the skin or infusions through a vein every four weeks, followed by injections under the skin every four or eight weeks. If your doctor decides that you can self-inject Tremphaya, proper training is required. Tremphaya is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease and adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. Serious allergic reactions, increased risk of infections or lower ability to fight them, and liver problems may occur. Before treatment, get checked for infections and tuberculosis. That was user error. I'm not blaming that on equipment. That was me. Mojo on the Morning Show. Okay, so what would you do if someone on the show had, like, a big moment? Would you hug, high-five, or fist them? I mean, or give them the fist. You know, give them, like, fist punch. Not fist them. That would probably be in the HR category of not good. According to workplace experts There are only Three areas on the body That are acceptable When it comes to touching a co-worker What are those areas See if you guys can guess on that

00:03:07 - 00:03:13 | Speaker 1:

I'm going to say hand Right like shaking hand I'm going to say

00:03:13 - 00:03:17 | Speaker 3:

Mouth Definitely mouth

00:03:17 - 00:03:20 | Speaker 1:

Shoulder Yeah. Shoulder.

00:03:20 - 00:03:21 | Speaker 3:

Taint.

00:03:21 - 00:03:22 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God, I hate that word so much.

00:03:22 - 00:03:25 | Speaker 3:

I know, that's why I said it.

00:03:25 - 00:03:31 | Speaker 4:

What do you think, Megan? Do you have any ideas? You don't like to be touched anywhere. Just don't even come near Megan.

00:03:31 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 1:

A little pat on the head. I hate when people do that to me. I get them five feet tall, but you don't have to pat me like a dog.

00:03:37 - 00:03:41 | Speaker 4:

Megan wants us to, like, air high five. Yep.

00:03:41 - 00:03:53 | Speaker 1:

I hate hugging. I hate it so much. See, I'm such a hugger. I couldn't handle when people were doing, like, the toe tap for hello during COVID. Yeah. It's so dumb.

00:03:53 - 00:03:56 | Speaker 4:

Let me just tell you guys, because you guys aren't close.

00:03:56 - 00:03:57 | Speaker 1:

Oh.

00:03:57 - 00:04:35 | Speaker 4:

According to them, the wrist, the forearm, and the back. Who's touching somebody's wrist? I don't know. What? Actually, I think the back might be weird. The back is not good to me. Yeah, the back is uncomfortable. These experts say never hug or kiss a coworker to congratulate them, even if you're close to them because it sends wrong messages to everybody else to express your appreciation or kudos give them an office hug that's when you shake one another's hand or put your other arm on the recipient's wrist that's weird like i don't want if somebody comes and grabs my wrist

00:04:35 - 00:04:41 | Speaker 1:

and starts shaking my wrist okay the only thing i can think of is maybe they mean like spike put

00:04:41 - 00:04:46 | Speaker 3:

out your hand if i were shaking your hand if you do that oh will you like grab the wrist too yeah

00:04:46 - 00:04:52 | Speaker 1:

like yes because i get that i've done that before but the back one is boggling my mind because that

00:04:52 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 4:

is not comfortable at all yeah my my favorite is to hug a uh person like

00:05:00 - 00:05:14 | Speaker 2:

megan because if you hug a person like megan who is close to you but hates hugging it's the dead fish handshake of hugs it is you know it's the get me out of here yeah i don't know how i try

00:05:14 - 00:05:19 | Speaker 4:

to make my body small but i really do just like shove everything towards the center of me and go

00:05:19 - 00:05:25 | Speaker 2:

hi spike you're a hugger do you how do you feel about this but i know hugging would way rather

00:05:25 - 00:06:53 | Speaker 1:

hug than handshake i hate handshakes i hate they're sweaty i thought we were going to get rid of them three years ago but apparently everybody wants to handshake again and you know we're in a position we we touch a hundred people a day you know like i was all over town yesterday doing all kinds of appointments and and then meeting friends at the end of the night and i probably shook 80 hands in the course of one day i would much rather hug although i i hugged someone a couple days ago who was a non-hugger and it was really uncomfortable um nicole and i my daughter nicole and i tried this new african restaurant downtown called uh baobab fair it's amazing by the way if you get a chance to go i've heard a lot about it was really good so this listener was there when i walked in the door and she was super fan like she was so excited she's like oh my god i can't believe you're in my neighborhood i can't believe you're here and i talked to her for a second and as we said goodbye and i went to get a table i went to give her a hug and she kind of freaked out a little bit she like tensed up and she goes oh my god oh my god no thank you no thank you no thank you and like squirmed and I I felt so bad and she immediately said I'm not a hugger and I apologize for invading her personal space because I just naturally hug everybody yeah she was like no big deal but it was so awkward because it was right at the entrance to the restaurant as I was walking in and she was walking out and it made a scene and it almost I it almost made it look like I was accosting this poor woman and I just felt horrible because I just I hug everybody and I didn't think Some people just don't want to be hugged

00:06:53 - 00:07:07 | Speaker 4:

So I've got one that's worse for you I had a co-worker try to hug me And I clearly didn't Want the hug and they doubled down By trying to put their head against mine And their face against mine And I went this is worse This is worse

00:07:07 - 00:07:11 | Speaker 2:

He literally tucked and rolled

00:07:11 - 00:07:13 | Speaker 4:

Out of it I was just like no

00:07:13 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 2:

Was it me on Saturday Because that might have been Are you talking about when you were drunk Give that little slut a hug Is that the only hug drop you have? This might be the only hug drop I was talking about Mike He's that little slut

00:07:31 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 4:

It felt targeted

00:07:34 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 2:

Let me tell you Let me tell you though That they're like in the office I feel like we have a huggy staff Like our boss Colleen is a hugger Definitely And she is, like, honestly, the most compassionate boss I probably have ever worked for. And she's also the most encouraging. So when she does get excited over stuff, she'll go in for a hug. And I actually enjoy those hugs. I like that. When Paul Corvino would hug me.

00:08:05 - 00:08:08 | Speaker 1:

I thought, the mob's going to kill me tomorrow.

00:08:08 - 00:08:16 | Speaker 2:

I thought for sure that there was something that was about ready to happen to me. I follow everybody's lead

00:08:16 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 1:

And some people in the office we've been out drinking with Or been to houses for parties So it's a little more casual And then there's other people that I don't really know that well So I don't hug everybody in the office

00:08:25 - 00:09:06 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I go back to the back And Megan, I know you're with me here The back to me We used to work with somebody Who we no longer work with But whenever we would be in a conversation And we'd be in a conversation with people And he would stand next to me He would place his hand on And I don't think he was trying to be creepy he would place his hand on my back and just leave it there for like the duration of the conversation and it made me feel so weird yeah yeah as soon as mojo said like oh the back is okay i just pictured every guy putting his hand on your lower back yeah and this wasn't even lower back it was just my back like the middle of my back but it was still have you ever had the

00:09:06 - 00:09:11 | Speaker 2:

shoulder people though that they'll touch your shoulder oh yeah that doesn't that doesn't matter

00:09:11 - 00:09:16 | Speaker 4:

Why do you need to touch me To get your point across Just don't touch me

00:09:16 - 00:09:21 | Speaker 2:

You know what I would like them to do Do the whole fake punch to the face thing You know how the kids

00:09:21 - 00:09:24 | Speaker 1:

You have to say kiddo

00:09:24 - 00:09:42 | Speaker 2:

Yeah you gotta say kiddo to them But it's interesting When you do hug an awkward hugger And if you're an awkward hugger And somebody does that to you Don't scream It would make it even worse Megan what's up Jade what's up Do you want to say something to Megan?

00:09:43 - 00:09:46 | Speaker 4:

Hi. Yeah, Megan. By the way, my name's Jay. Sorry.

00:09:47 - 00:09:47 | Speaker 2:

Jay, okay.

00:09:48 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, Megan, I totally get you. I have a touch aversion. Like, not even some of my closest friends can get too close to me because I will start to panic. And, like, the internal panic attacks are just so...

00:10:00 - 00:10:22 | Speaker 3:

insane it straight up gives me i don't know how to describe it because i know it's not meant to be like mean or weird or anything but the only two words i can use to describe it are heebie-jeebies it gives me the eebie-jeebies don't touch me yeah absolutely i can't stand when people just sometimes their energies are just too much that they go and make me i don't know i can't get too

00:10:22 - 00:10:34 | Speaker 5:

close to people i just do you have like you said do you have that same honestly are you a person that doesn't like even, like, family to touch you? Like, your parents, your brothers, sisters?

00:10:36 - 00:10:44 | Speaker 3:

It basically, it's kind of like being, going with cat rules. Only do the physical contact if I'm allowing it or I'm approaching it first.

00:10:44 - 00:10:46 | Speaker 5:

So Megan is a cat, is what you're saying.

00:10:47 - 00:10:49 | Speaker 3:

100%. 100%.

00:10:49 - 00:10:50 | Speaker 5:

Hi, Ashley.

00:10:52 - 00:11:08 | Speaker 3:

Hey. Hey, what's up? So, okay, don't hate me, guys, okay? but I feel like the non-huggers are Karen's because like who doesn't love a warm fuzzy hug? Ma'am? Megan is a Karen cat. Ma'am. Did you just call me a Karen?

00:11:10 - 00:11:11 | Speaker 4:

If the Karen fits.

00:11:13 - 00:11:14 | Speaker 3:

That was mean, Spike.

00:11:15 - 00:11:16 | Speaker 4:

Thanks, Ashley.

00:11:17 - 00:11:18 | Speaker 3:

You're awesome.
