All right. It is Mojo in the morning. Megan's like frustrated. I could see while we were just doing the last call that the frustration was ringing on your face. What happened with your DoorDash? What's going on here?

Oh, my God. I swear to God, I am so sick of DoorDash. And if you're a DoorDash driver, I don't know if I blame you or not. I don't know at this point, but I only door dash at work and I only door dash in emergency situations. And today is one of those situations where I need coffee, right? And we placed an order for the show. I texted everybody. I said, what do you want? And placed an order and only half of the coffees arrived.

And I literally just texted Megan and said, this order cannot come fast enough. Guess whose order didn't come? Okay.

So yours?

Oh, yours? I'm one of them that didn't come.

I'm pissed because the first thing I did was when that bag arrived, I went, this isn't enough. This is not big enough for the amount of coffees that we ordered. This can't be right. And if you're the driver, you saw the order. You knew that bag wasn't big enough. Why are we not asking questions here? And to the place I ordered from, if you're going to put things in multiple bags, why are we not labeling zero or one of two and two of two so that they grab all of the bags where was the doordash from starbucks oh so is that coffee huh yes that's what we need coffee that's all we doordash around here and i'm super frustrated because the app is only letting me get a refund i cannot send the driver back to go get the other coffees so now i either need to get the refund and reorder and let's be honest we ordered when the show started at six so an hour i have to wait an hour and pay another delivery fee and tip another driver so i'm losing money or i can't get my order and we're all screwed this is i'm so aggravated right now as my mom used to always say

first world problems actually my mom never said that i said that no you're right it is first world

problems but at the end of the day why am i waiting now another hour and paying a delivery fee and paying a tip for something somebody else messed up no i get it i get it it sucks if i'm a driver

i'm for sure not going back drivers be going back you know what it was he probably had a second bag

or something he didn't grab it do you know what it was he's probably enjoying my latte with one pump of sugar-free vanilla and one pump of caramel extra hot by the way real quick are we videotaping

All right, so here's the thing. Can I be quite honest with you? Here's the thing. When this happens, it is incredibly frustrating, especially...

if it's your dinner and you're hungry. And I always end up just saying the, you know, DoorDash, here you go, and they refund me the money. But you're right. It doesn't make up for the fact that you don't have whatever you need. And if you do it all over again, now you got to pay double because you got to pay the delivery charge and they don't take that off.

um so i'm actually a door dash driver and that is a hundred percent the dasher's fault so when we get the orders we can tell how many drinks are in them and they specifically will tell us how many drinks because it's something that the dashers forget all the time i do like

i will say this to you i do like how the uh the dashers the door dashers um will take a picture and send me the picture so that kind of makes me feel good when they do that yeah but they take a

picture of the bag that it comes in that you can't see how many drinks are in it how is that helpful

i know but they they show at least that it's one bag because you know that there's probably two

bags if they're missing on the deal when was the last time you got a picture of the actual location and not just like a handle or a zoomed in picture of the bag itself because i can i wonder if i can still pull up the picture of my door dash order you can't even see the size of the bag like you can't justify how big it is i do always get my full like picture there's my there's my guy last

night he's got bigalora sitting on his front passenger seat and he even told me when he pulled up and gave it to me that he put the seat warmer on uh to uh to keep it warm how do you pull that up uh it's on the phone number from i knew last night that i had it it's text message my favorite is when i get the delivery one four six two and i intercept it because normally i just

say leave it on the porch like at home but when i go outside and grab it and they're like well i have to take a picture and they take a picture of me holding it oh yeah that's the best i sent you

guys the the indian food guy didn't i that was one of my favorites was the door the the guy uh the they took a picture of the indian food guy holding it at the taste of punjab why do they got to take your picture and then they want because they just have to prove that it got

delivered and normally i just have them leave it but sometimes i'll see it and then go open the door and you know and they're like oh we still have to take the picture so i just hold it no no what's

going on i door dashed when i was in grad school and every single time i get an order that's incorrect i think to myself you know it really is not that hard so most of the time people just

aren't asking questions or they don't care yeah yeah do you uh when you were door dashing uh when what is it what rating do you have because i want to know if there's anybody that's ever had a one star rating or the lowest score rating on the deal like there's so many things that go into it i just

remember like i would decline orders that had me driving like 10 miles for two dollars and that

would bring my rating down well that's the other thing when i think about how much money i spent for these four coffees and the fact that only two of them showed up yeah i'm infuriated like it was

close to 60 bucks yeah i hate by the way uh when you order expensive stuff too they give you a percentage and you look at the percent and it's like why am i for you know a couple of meals having to pay 20 on the bill because the bill is just more expensive uh so i always adjust that tip

what's going on jamie hi this just happened to me megan it was so annoying i picked up my door order the bag was so light and i was like this can't be everything my girlfriend and i were splitting a meal from steak and shake and they left out like half the order the fries so we had like one sandwich And that was it on the bag. The bag wasn't even sealed. You guys could open it and just look.

Did you feel like you were on the show, the walking dead and you were all going to eat each other because of how it was?

Megan, I will go get your door dash for you. if you need me to oh sweetheart you are i am a dasher and i think i'm the exception because i always check the orders and those bags are mostly seals so we can't really look inside so we have to take we we will i confirm i always check hey is everything in here and then now you do have to take a picture and you're supposed to take a picture of the whole bag or the whole order and then i always communicate some people don't like to but i communicate with every single customer and i have paused my delivery and gone back to the store to make things correct but that's just me and i always use hot bags i always use cold for the ice cream and the shakes and everything like that i have a good dasher i am you know i get zero tips a lot of the times but That's just how people are. But I just want my food like I would want it.

So that's how I deliver it to my customers.

But I've even spilled coffee and paused my orders and gone back, bought the coffee myself from Starbucks for my customer because it was my fault. It fell over. It wasn't hers.
