be february maybe i need to do that because i really i i will say this to you i really did enjoy not you know sleeping like crap you know waking up like like crap and i don't during the month when you weren't drinking or when yes october so so when i did october so you slept bad when you were sober when i no when i uh was not drinking at all i slept like i like a teenager i felt great and i woke up but the other thing the other thing that goes along with the edibles either i so i have not done edibles in in the longest time oh okay so i stopped doing them but because my heart doctor told me that he didn't want me to do it oh so and it's funny because i thought that it was because and i actually just found out the reason why i went back to go to my cardiologist dr sukel he's the greatest guy ever at university of michigan i um i went back to him and he's like okay so you're not doing that you're not uh doing edibles or anything like that anymore Good. And I said to him, I go, hey, can I ask you a question? I go, other people I know have heart surgery, and they've done edibles. They do it for sleeping. I go, is there a reason? Like, why are they doing it? I'm not doing it. And he goes, I don't want to give you any more reason to want to eat. Oh. Oh, my God. Oh, I thought it was over blood pressure or something. No, it was because he was like. It was a trigger for you. He was trying to, yeah, he's like, I don't want to give you the temptation. Interesting. And then I started realizing with the alcohol, alcohol does the same thing to me, too. Yeah, yeah. Where it just makes me want to, you know, drink like if I drink.
