For adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis symptoms, every choice matters. Tremphaya offers self-injection or intravenous infusion from the start. Tremphaya is administered as injections under the skin or infusions through a vein every four weeks, followed by injections under the skin every four or eight weeks. If your doctor decides that you can self-inject Tremphaya, proper training is required. Tremphaya is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease and adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. Serious allergic reactions, increased risk of infections or lower ability to fight them, and liver problems may occur. Before treatment, get checked for infections and tuberculosis. Tell your doctor if you have an infection, flu-like symptoms, or need a vaccine. Explore what's possible. Ask your doctor about Trimphia today. locations excludes excel and specialty pizzas select this offer from 615 through 726 online So Spike is running between studios, and when he runs between studios, he does get the podcast up for us while the show's going on.

00:02:07 - 00:02:31 | Speaker 6:

We noticed that we've done this before, or we've done it recently in the last few months, and the reason we've done it is because we realized that a lot of people aren't waking up as early as they used to, but we don't want them to have to wait until noon to listen to the entire show. Well, one of the things I've noticed with him is that every time that he runs back and forth, he brings his phone with him, and I think he's got a phone call to make.

00:02:32 - 00:02:36 | Speaker 2:

I noticed the same thing. You grab your phone every single time. And you're only going out of the room for a minute or so.

00:02:36 - 00:02:44 | Speaker 6:

Then I overheard him talk about being made fun of by his family for something, and I go, two and two equals Spike. What's going on?

00:02:45 - 00:03:03 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, guilty as charged. Well, there's two reasons I grabbed the phone to go out. One, if I'm out of the room, I don't want it to ring on the air. So I always want to make sure I have the phone with me to silence it. But the real big reason that you heard, and I'll confess it's true, is that I want to make sure those steps count when I'm running down the hall to the other. Are you serious?

00:03:05 - 00:03:08 | Speaker 2:

For who? For you or is your girlfriend monitoring? For me.

00:03:09 - 00:03:54 | Speaker 4:

Because when I'm running back and forth to the podcast studio and doing all the production and the audio, that's extra steps all morning. So if I'm moving, I should get counts for moving. And because the thing is, I've been trying to, you know, get more exercise and work out. I went to Planet Fitness again this weekend and been trying to keep up on that. But I want credit for all the steps. When I look at my health app on my iPhone, I want to make sure it's accurate. So the reason they're making fun of me at home, my girls notice that if I go out to the mailbox to get the mail, I take my phone with me. If I'm running upstairs to get my shoes, I always grab my phone first. And listen, that could add up to an extra 60 steps counted on my phone. So I want every step to count. You don't have an Apple Watch?

00:03:55 - 00:03:56 | Speaker 5:

That's what I was going to say.

00:03:56 - 00:04:16 | Speaker 4:

I don't wear it all the time. So I have to have my phone on me. And what I realized was when I'm at Planet Fitness, a lot of times I'll put my phone on the treadmill so I can just listen to music or whatever. and I finally realized, wait a minute, I need to be holding that thing when I'm running. Why am I resting it?

00:04:16 - 00:04:19 | Speaker 2:

Didn't you just get a halo?

00:04:20 - 00:04:26 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. The Planet Fitness Halo. Planet Fitness gave us the halos for the Black Card membership. Planet Fitness just gave you a halo. Put the halo on. I didn't set it up yet.

00:04:26 - 00:04:38 | Speaker 6:

It's Amazon's version of the Apple Watch without the actual time. It just keeps track of all your health stuff. It's great. It's been keeping track of my sleeping, too. Step by step.

00:04:38 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 4:

Let me tell you what I thought about when Planet Fitness gave us the halos last week, which I've got to set mine up. Thank you, Brian. First thing I thought of was, I wonder if I hooked this up to Dublin's collar when he's running around the house. Has anyone ever done that? You get your dog extra steps? That's what you need to do if you're getting judged by your...

00:05:00 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 5:

Remember when I did that challenge back in the day, like a year and a half ago or whatever it was, with Tony, our boss, and Megan, and Ellen, and those guys?

00:05:07 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 4:

Yes, yes.

00:05:08 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 5:

There was a rule stipulation in there that you could not attach it to an animal, or you would be disqualified because Tony lives on a farm, and he's got, like, goats. And I've got two dogs.

00:05:20 - 00:05:21 | Speaker 6:

So they actually put it in the rules.

00:05:21 - 00:05:25 | Speaker 5:

And Megan's got Coraline, although she says Coraline walks backwards.

00:05:26 - 00:05:29 | Speaker 4:

What is your goal, Spike?

00:05:29 - 00:05:39 | Speaker 6:

Just more than the last day or the last week because I was declining. As winter set in, I was not getting any. I'm laying on the couch all day.

00:05:39 - 00:05:40 | Speaker 5:

Which day is the worst for you? Is it Monday?

00:05:40 - 00:05:49 | Speaker 6:

Monday and Tuesday. Yeah. Oh, Monday and Tuesday. It's the worst. We have a lot to do at work. They're long days. I get home. I'm exhausted. So I don't. I crash on the couch.

00:05:49 - 00:05:58 | Speaker 5:

I get my rings on my Apple Watch. So I do that, too. If my rings don't get complete. And my rings never get complete, it seems like, on a Sunday or on a Monday.

00:05:58 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 6:

Well, with the most recent update that iPhone did, they all of a sudden reactivated those notifications that I silenced. And then the health apps tell me, well, Spike, there's still time for you to complete your ring. And I'm laying in bed. It's 1030 at night. You can almost close it. It's never, ever told me that congratulations, you closed a ring or you did it. And I'm like, there's no way possible every day I'm this close. You just need a few more steps. But yet you've never told me I've ever accomplished it. So forget it.

00:06:25 - 00:06:31 | Speaker 5:

it's not very it's just encouraging you but it never congratulates you when i went to los angeles

00:06:31 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 6:

last month we walked like 20 000 steps i mean we walked the entire we did a tour from sunup to sundown we walked everywhere we said we're not ubering we literally walked miles i went at the end of the night to lay down and my stupid phone said congratulations you're almost there i'm like You can go to dirty hell I walked I walked 20,000 steps Don't tell me I'm almost there My calves hurt

00:06:57 - 00:07:01 | Speaker 5:

Is a deviant little bitch What's up Amanda? How you doing?

00:07:02 - 00:07:03 | Speaker 1:

I'm good, how are you?

00:07:03 - 00:07:08 | Speaker 5:

Good Spike is trying to work on his steps here So he's got his phone with him Always in his hand

00:07:08 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 1:

Well the phone might be a little bit more Accurate than the Apple Watch But the Apple Watch steps are not accurate I sit down at a desk all day long and I still managed to hit my stand goal.

00:07:21 - 00:07:27 | Speaker 5:

Wait a second. What kind of desk are you at? I want to sit at your desk. You have a defective watch.

00:07:28 - 00:07:38 | Speaker 1:

It must be something. This is my second watch, and it's actually the iPhone Ultra watch. And I still managed to hit my stand goal. Wow.

00:07:38 - 00:07:49 | Speaker 5:

Oh, wow. Listen to this texter here at 95500. I was sick last week and didn't want to ruin my 153-day moving streak. So I put the Apple Watch on my son

00:07:49 - 00:07:53 | Speaker 6:

I admire that

00:07:53 - 00:07:54 | Speaker 5:

I like that

00:07:54 - 00:08:00 | Speaker 4:

Or people are putting it on their ceiling fans Like that is so creative

00:08:00 - 00:08:11 | Speaker 5:

That is very creative Actually I was thinking about this When you do a phone scam It's usually your energy level comes up And you like to stand and move around and stuff Keep your phone in your hand while you're doing this phone scam

00:08:11 - 00:08:14 | Speaker 6:

Don't worry I hold it If I go to the bathroom I take my phone with me

00:08:14 - 00:08:20 | Speaker 5:

Do you also carry it around and hold it when you're When I'm what? You know. You get steps off of that, too.

00:08:20 - 00:08:21 | Unknown:

I think you would.

00:08:21 - 00:08:24 | Speaker 6:

No, I need both hands. Bragger.

00:08:26 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 4:
