I get a FaceTime from my sweet girl yesterday. This is her dad's week to have her. So I love when I see that little icon pop up that she is FaceTiming me. and she is in a panic because she had to fill out her class schedule requests for middle school which blows my mind um but yeah it needed a it needed a parent signature signature and a phone number and her dad i i don't think her dad was home at the time and she's like me if there's something that's due she wants it done like right then right at that very moment um and so we went through her schedule and then she's like well and she got to the end she's like it needs a signature and a phone number and she i could see she had already filled out my phone number she's showing this to me on facetime and she was like mom can i just forge your signature i know how to do it and i was like you do because i have to sign her little like weekly or actually i'm supposed to sign it every day the planner yeah i remember those and so she was like i was like well i'm like okay fine like this isn't that important whatever and so she's like okay let me practice so she got a pencil and she like practiced it a couple times and she kept showing me after every time that she practiced it is it like this is it like this and i was like okay lou and then finally it was good enough and she went and got the pen and made it legit on her middle school was it was it good it was pretty good but you want to know the funny thing about it it actually was really really good is that she got used to signing my initials sm and i'm now sw like my my signature is just like a scribble of like right it was sm obviously now it's sw because i changed my name to west's last name and so she kept signing it sm and i'm like no no no you got to practice the sw now it's a little different she had a tougher little bit of a tougher time but i got it done but it was so funny because i it brought me back to elementary and middle school where i had that dang planner yeah and my mom would always for even if i put it out on the kitchen counter she would forget to sign it and we would get in trouble if we didn't have the signature so i knew perfectly how to make my mom's very loopy cursive signature to so that i wasn't

in trouble at school how uh awesome is it to know that your kid is gonna get themselves out of all the trouble ever and you're never gonna find out that they're in trouble because she did it she can do it you know it's funny i had my dad's signature down like my dad was good because my dad was a doctor was it just a scribble it was scribbled and i told the story before on the air but Tom Barrett, who never went to school at all for one full year because I wrote him doctor's notes with my dad's.

And I actually looked in one of my dad's. My dad had medical books in the house. I looked up, I should be a doctor thinking about this. I looked up in one of his medical books, what would be the medical terms for...

like he has diarrhea and stuff like that and so i i found the medical terms for it and i wrote the medical terms and everything that was out there and the doctors or the the front office people in the school would let him out of the things so it was the best but there any people who whose parents you've ever like forged uh when you were a kid you know in school you forged your your uh parent stuff and what was the thing what was the like worst thing that you were able to not have to let them know about because you could forge you never did your mama's name i feel like

brother was so good at my dad's signature too i remember my dad didn't know that my brother failed an entire class and the school said to him during one of the parent teacher conferences they're like well we were sending things home and you were signing them and he was like let me see and my dad's like what maybe i did sign my dad thought that they were his signature that's crazy but everybody had it down that's crazy heather what's going on my dad's signature was so messy that my

teacher accused me of forging his signature and called him to make sure he really signed the
