We've all been there. We've had seasons that have shaken everything. The question is, what remains when the shaking stops? Hi, I'm Gary Valenciano, and on my podcast, Unshaken with Gary V., I sit down with amazing personalities and we talk about the seasons that nearly broke them, the lows that carried them to their highs. Listen to Unshaken with Gary V. on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

For years, The Unhoused has been presented as a monolith in mainstream media. We The Unhoused is a podcast that's changing the narrative. I'm Theo Henderson, and I created the show while I was unhoused on the streets of Los Angeles. We've grown into a two-time Webby Award winning podcast. The only podcast that shares unhoused stories and news from the unhoused perspective. Listen to We The Unhoused on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Welcome to the Mojo, the Mojo in the morning show. We have got your mojo, mojo in the morning show This is the mojo, mojo in the morning

00:05:00 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 2:

show welcome to the mojo mojo in the morning show i love mojo welcome to the friday edition of kudos to mojo mojo in the morning good to have you guys here with us and uh spike you feel like somebody's playing a trick on the trickster i thought so last night

00:05:20 - 00:06:13 | Speaker 1:

now i think it's legit but i was last night sitting in front of my laptop going am i being punked and I'm looking at it thinking this is one of you guys for sure but yesterday I got a message from a woman who wanted me to film her delivering her baby someone I don't know asked me if I would record her childbirth and she said she found me through my photography website which I didn't even think was still active that's my first tip that I thought one of you guys is messing with me because I haven't updated my I don't think I've even renewed my photography website in years do you do that do you know so i i i have never done photography for hire i've never done i i've i've sold my own photos as art like if people wanted to take one of my pictures and hang it on their walls it was it's a nice compliment yeah but i've never done photography as a job but every once in a while i'll get an email from somebody i'll come through like although wait you

00:06:13 - 00:06:17 | Speaker 3:

did you did just do a wedding though but it was friends of yeah oh no that was right yeah and way

00:06:17 - 00:06:26 | Speaker 2:

back when remember you did didn't somebody uh have you do like a boudoir no somebody from the station wanted to remember that i thought you took that was awkward too but i thought years

00:06:26 - 00:06:55 | Speaker 1:

ago you took pictures of some uh oh that was also a friend that was somebody was starting a little bit of trouble it wasn't boudoir it was i was my friend was starting a t-shirt i know i love how they say it both of them boudoir boudoir i like how you okay yeah no it was not anything like that it was a t-shirt company and there was about 30 people in a room you know like owners and makeup people and all that as i was taking t-shirt photos it was a t-shirt but the lady was scantily clad

00:06:55 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 2:

yeah she was a t-shirt company she was not wearing a t-shirt well she no she was wearing

00:06:59 - 00:07:04 | Speaker 1:

the t-shirt she wasn't wearing any pants oh that's how you get people to click on the ad i guess

00:07:04 - 00:07:18 | Speaker 2:

um but anyway by the way that that would be i couldn't imagine me going home to chelsea and saying yeah it was a t-shirt i was taking a picture of her in a t-shirt but she had no pants I know, but that was a technicality.

00:07:19 - 00:07:56 | Speaker 1:

But all right. So my ex knew the owner of the T-shirt. Like that wasn't, that was, and that was also 17 years ago. Maybe the last time I was asked to do a photo shoot like that, but I don't know this woman and I don't do videos or photography jobs. So I just directed it to friends that I knew as professional videographers. But I was thinking, first of all, once I figured out she was real, because it's, and I don't know if she's a listener she's in new baltimore but she's the whole thing start off with have you have you ever done work in mclaren mccomb hospital and i'm like what do you mean by work i didn't know what she was talking about it took me a little exchange to get back and forth like what are you

00:07:56 - 00:08:11 | Speaker 3:

talking about do they even let you do that anymore well that was going to be my next question they were super i don't even know protective when i delivered both and i wanted to take like yeah so they let you take pictures after the baby was born if i remember what i remember when we had

00:08:11 - 00:08:27 | Speaker 1:

children. It was up to the doctors. Some doctors allow you, some don't because of malpractice insurance and lawsuits. A lot of them don't even want recording anymore of the childbirth. But this was even one step further because I'm thinking, do people hire professional video crews

00:08:27 - 00:08:40 | Speaker 3:

for childbirth? My girlfriend, Andrea, is a photographer and she's done a lot of our friends' pictures. But video, especially with somebody you don't know, that's like you're all up in some pretty private spaces.

00:08:40 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 4:

Trying not to be judgmental, right? Because for me, that would be like a hard no. You're sweaty, you're in pain, but it's also the part of your child. Exactly. I don't think I want to see the ripping, the cutting, the tearing, the screaming. No, thank you. But for the people who have done it, no judgment. Do you re-watch them or look at these?

00:08:58 - 00:09:00 | Speaker 2:

I went to a watching party once.

00:09:01 - 00:09:01 | Speaker 4:

A watching party?

00:09:02 - 00:09:36 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, years ago, Chelsea and I have a friend named Tracy And she gave birth to sweet Justin, our nephew. And when she gave birth to him, after she gave birth to him, she wanted us to watch it. And all the girls were watching it. I walked into the room right at the time that Justin's head. And Justin, by the way, has a fro. So he had a full fro being born. And it came out. And I was like, oh, my God. She didn't groom. What's going on?

00:09:36 - 00:09:44 | Speaker 4:

I'm also fully confident that the people who choose to film their own births never had to watch the birthing video in middle school. Miracle of life. Miracle of life. You know nobody wants to watch that again.

00:09:45 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

So we filmed both of our children being born, but I just put my own camcorder on a tripod and put it behind their mother's head so it's looking down at just the doctor and you don't see any private parts.

00:10:00 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 3:

or anything you just see when our daughter is lifted up and held up perfect you know yeah yeah so you don't see anything uh that would be private and i honestly i think i've watched them once and my daughter's 21 and 18 so it's really more of a uh it's more of like i did it so that when they're adults they can have it and see when they were born my favorite picture

00:10:25 - 00:10:44 | Speaker 4:

Or is Chelsea exhausted and just holding the kids on her person? That was it. But my other favorite thing is when you hear people that do video in the delivery room, and it's usually the dad or the father-in-law that are the ones doing it.

00:10:45 - 00:10:54 | Speaker 7:

Father-in-law. And I love Andrew's dad, but I could not imagine having him in the delivery room down there when I was pushing out the kids.

00:10:54 - 00:11:01 | Speaker 4:

And they're videotaping it like they're, you know, a professional. I do wish I had more photos. They work for Channel 7, like Eyewitness News.

00:11:01 - 00:11:05 | Speaker 7:

Remember, I asked to have confetti cannons when I had Smith, and it was a hard no.

00:11:07 - 00:11:07 | Speaker 4:

Bridget, what's up?

00:11:09 - 00:11:18 | Speaker 8:

Good morning. Good morning. My niece actually hired a videographer for all three of her children's births.

00:11:18 - 00:11:21 | Speaker 4:

Oh, wow. Did they ever watch the videos afterwards?

00:11:22 - 00:11:26 | Speaker 8:

Oh, yeah, and she made sure I seen every little thing and she came to watch them with her.

00:11:27 - 00:11:29 | Speaker 4:

Wow. Did it make you say, I'm never having a baby?

00:11:31 - 00:11:31 | Speaker 8:

Basically.

00:11:32 - 00:11:35 | Speaker 4:

Best birth control ever? Oh, my gosh.

00:11:35 - 00:11:35 | Speaker 8:

Basically.

00:11:36 - 00:11:44 | Speaker 4:

Wow. And it's funny how when you give birth to a baby and you have the video there, you have no problem showing people off your private parts.

00:11:44 - 00:11:46 | Speaker 7:

Well, you don't have a choice. Oh, she was extremely proud. I know.

00:11:47 - 00:11:53 | Speaker 4:

I know, but you don't. Still, though, and I think it's a beautiful thing, but I think that should be kept for just the closest.

00:11:53 - 00:12:10 | Speaker 7:

Even now, after you have kids, I just feel like you just don't care who sees what. Like, I really don't anymore. Like, to the point where I feel like I'm in fitting rooms at stores sometimes, and I just stand there in my underwear. I literally just don't care. Because people have seen it all.

00:12:11 - 00:12:12 | Speaker 4:

That's because you like your body.

00:12:13 - 00:12:20 | Speaker 7:

No, I'm just saying, like, when things have come out of you and people have been all up in there, it's just, like, modesty goes out the window forever.

00:12:20 - 00:12:35 | Speaker 6:

I also think it's different when you're trying to be sexy versus when you're just, like, being normal. No, yeah. I don't love my body by any means, and Shannon's seen me in my underwear in Spanx. Girl, you're hot. That's very generous. Thank you.

00:12:35 - 00:12:36 | Speaker 3:

Do you need a videographer?

00:12:37 - 00:12:40 | Speaker 4:

Dawn, what's happening? Hi.

00:12:40 - 00:12:57 | Speaker 9:

Yeah, with my five-year-old, my sister videotaped, actually. And she was right there, and she was recording it so my dad and stepmom and Virginia could see. and my 16-year-old daughter was right there front and front and seeing everything. But with my one-year-old, they didn't let know, like he tried to take a picture and they were like,

00:12:57 - 00:13:03 | Speaker 4:

no. Yeah, because of lawsuits. The funny thing is you got to make sure you send it to the right person on your email list.

00:13:05 - 00:13:09 | Speaker 9:

All the people seeing it was my dad, but I watched it. So all the kids like to watch it. Is it weird to have

00:13:09 - 00:13:11 | Speaker 4:

your dad see your vagina?

00:13:11 - 00:13:22 | Speaker 9:

He really couldn't see very much. I mean, honestly, because I was scared for him to watch it. I had to watch it first. And it's like Where it's important for me to be covered Somebody's arm was annoying or something So you couldn't really see

00:13:22 - 00:13:43 | Speaker 4:

So Spike, you're saying no to the job You pass it on to somebody else Guys, I just looked up at the call board And it says Trucker Howard's on there Maybe we have to start off the dirty In just a second here because I've got to break And get an update on him We were asking about him yesterday Mojo in the Morning Misfit, Trucker Howard So we'll come back with that

I know, Trucker Howard, I know you've been communicating with Mike, who's actually off this morning. But how are you feeling, buddy, for those listeners that did not know Trucker Howard is battling cancer right now?

00:16:57 - 00:17:01 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Howard, last we heard you were undergoing chemo. Is there any progress?

00:17:02 - 00:17:05 | Unknown:

Well, I just got checked last week, and it's time it's growing.

00:17:05 - 00:17:10 | Speaker 4:

00:17:11 - 00:17:21 | Speaker 5:

Oh, man. Well, you're under the best care. You know that. I mean, you can't ask for better than Michigan Medicine. But I want you to know that we're praying hard for you, brother.

00:17:42 - 00:17:42 | Unknown:

00:18:03 - 00:18:07 | Unknown:

All right. I'll tell her I'll keep her on that. So, you know.

00:18:08 - 00:18:09 | Speaker 4:

Tell him I love him, will you?

00:18:10 - 00:18:12 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, go ahead. Say it. Say it to him. Oh, can you hear me? Yeah.

00:18:12 - 00:18:25 | Speaker 4:

Tucker Howard, I love you. Love you too, Megan. and I've been watching that thing that you and Shannon have been dancing with the band there, and I'm sitting there just clapping my ass off. Good.

00:18:26 - 00:18:27 | Speaker 5:

Trucker Howard.

00:18:27 - 00:18:28 | Speaker 4:

Hi.

00:18:28 - 00:18:29 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:18:29 - 00:18:34 | Speaker 4:

And that thing that you do, I'm just sitting there going, how many damn drinks did she have for crying out loud?

00:18:34 - 00:18:38 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I don't know what video you're talking about, but the answer's probably a lot.

00:18:38 - 00:18:38 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:18:39 - 00:18:40 | Speaker 4:

That's what I figured.

00:18:40 - 00:18:40 | Unknown:

Yeah.

00:18:41 - 00:18:49 | Speaker 5:

Hey, you have yourself a damn good day, Trucker Howard, because you brighten our faces all the time, and we're praying for you. All right, thanks, guys.

00:18:49 - 00:18:55 | Unknown:

Okay, have a damn good day, and I've got to keep you informed a little better. I quit taking them coasts so I can get up in the morning.

00:18:55 - 00:19:01 | Speaker 5:

All right. No, no, no. You rest. You rest. Call us high. Call us if you can high, okay?

00:19:01 - 00:19:04 | Speaker 4:

Okay, yeah, but you better have your hand on the people.

00:19:05 - 00:19:12 | Speaker 5:

I will. Don't worry. I had to do that even when you weren't high, for God's sake. Yeah, you're right. I love you, Trucker Howard. Take care.

00:19:13 - 00:19:14 | Speaker 4:

I love you guys. Okay.

00:19:14 - 00:19:19 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the Morning Misfit, Trekker Howard, with an update there. Shannon, what you got today?

00:19:19 - 00:19:37 | Speaker 2:

Well, Selena Gomez is opening up about how her lupus medication affects her body. This is from a TikTok live stream that she did this week, and she said to fans who keep saying, like, oh, you look skinnier, you look puffier, you look bigger. She said taking the meds often causes her to gain weight and vice versa.

00:19:37 - 00:20:01 | Speaker 6:

I tend to hold a lot of water weight, and that happens very normally. and then when I'm off of it I tend to to kind of lose weight. I just want people to know that you're beautiful and you're wonderful and I would much rather be healthy and take care of myself and my medications are important.

00:20:00 - 00:20:05 | Speaker 4:

and I believe, and they are what helps me. Not a model, never will be.

00:20:05 - 00:20:09 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, and she said, please just stop commenting on people's bodies already.

00:20:09 - 00:20:22 | Speaker 4:

I just wanted to tell you I love you guys, and thanks for supporting me and understanding, and if not, go away, because honestly, I don't believe in shaming people for body or anything.

00:20:22 - 00:21:43 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Billie Eilish's L.A. home was swarmed by police this week. This was Wednesday. I believe several squad cars and officers went to Billy's home after getting a couple of different calls that Billy was in some sort of trouble. So they showed up. They said, you know, they wanted to. They had to check on Billy's well-being at that point. Well, when police got to her home, they made contact with members of Billy's team and determined everything was OK. So somebody was just making prank calls. Not cool. Elvis Presley's willow Priscilla Presley is reportedly no longer on speaking terms with her own granddaughter, Riley Keough. due to an ongoing dispute over the late Lisa Marie Presley's will. Lisa Marie changed the terms of her will to make her daughter Riley and her son Benjamin, who died by suicide in 2020, her sole heirs. That change was made back in 2016, and Priscilla was removed from the will entirely. And while it's unclear exactly how much money Lisa Marie had, mom was not happy about this change. A source now says Priscilla is adamant that she has a valid case, that she will prevail in court. The source said that while Riley, again, who is Lisa Marie Presley's daughter, would prefer to settle this dispute privately, both women are now gearing up for what is said to be a bitter court battle.

00:21:43 - 00:21:47 | Speaker 2:

She must be broke if that's the case. She's going after her granddaughter for this money.

00:21:47 - 00:21:55 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah. And if you remember, I believe there was a story about Lisa Marie Presley kind of squandering away a lot of Elvis' fortune.

00:21:56 - 00:21:58 | Speaker 1:

Is that like $100 million a song in my lifetime?

00:21:58 - 00:22:29 | Speaker 3:

Yes, yes, yeah. And lastly, LEGO's got a new BTS set. The LEGO Ideas BTS Dynamite Collection features the guys on the video set of their 2020 hit song, Dynamite. Mojo in the Morning's Dirt.

00:22:39 - 00:22:41 | Speaker 1:

And another phone scam coming up in minutes.

00:22:43 - 00:23:27 | Speaker 2:

We get all four seasons, sometimes on the same day. You're listening to Mojo in the Morning. Good news for Lisa, who we scammed. It looks like we got a dusting of snow that might cover up all the crap that she's got in her front yard. Spike actually called her because she never took in any of the stuff from way back at summertime. And it's been kind of a little bit of an eyesore. So Spike called up saying he was from the Neighborhood Association. It's a Mojo in the Morning phone scam. We will scam you.

00:23:28 - 00:23:30 | Speaker 1:

Sorry, it's a catchy song.

00:23:31 - 00:23:33 | Speaker 2:

It's your home of phone scams. Mojo in the morning.

00:23:36 - 00:23:37 | Speaker 3:

Lisa, can I help you?

00:23:38 - 00:23:59 | Speaker 1:

Hi, Lisa. This is Jordan Belfort from the Office of Neighborhood Services. How are you? Good, how are you? Good. Is this Lisa that lives on 1-2-1-1? My office is responsible for code enforcement. I guess there's a growing problem concerning your house and some neighbors have contacted us, and that's why I was calling you. Do you have a second to talk?

00:24:00 - 00:24:02 | Speaker 3:

You can call me on my cell phone at home.

00:24:02 - 00:24:08 | Speaker 1:

Okay. Well, here's the thing. I'm at your house right now, and because we had official complaints...

00:24:08 - 00:24:09 | Speaker 3:

That's fine. Put it in writing and send it to me.

00:24:10 - 00:24:20 | Speaker 1:

Well, if I put it in writing, it might be a fine. That's why I'd rather talk to you first so that we don't have to send a fine out automatically. Okay, whatever. I guess now I see what your neighbors are talking about.

00:24:20 - 00:24:22 | Speaker 3:

Do you? Fantastic.

00:24:22 - 00:24:25 | Speaker 1:

Well, you're just a little short, and I'm just asking for a little cooperation to try and help you.

00:24:26 - 00:24:28 | Speaker 3:

Okay, what do you want to say? Then just say it.

00:24:28 - 00:24:35 | Speaker 1:

Well, we have complaints from some of your neighbors about the appearance of your home and some things that are hanging up on your house.

00:24:36 - 00:24:36 | Speaker 3:

Okay.

00:24:36 - 00:24:43 | Speaker 1:

Now that I see what they're talking about, you have a shed full of decorations here, and do you understand why some people might complain that it looks like a junkyard?

00:24:43 - 00:24:44 | Speaker 3:

Did you just say the word junkyard?

00:24:45 - 00:25:01 | Speaker 1:

And I'm not a critic. My job is to settle residential disputes. Uh-huh. And as it stands now, two-year neighbors have filed a complaint, and they're trying to pass around a petition to have your decorations removed. And obviously that's not how we handle things here. I mean, if you told me you were in a drunken bender and a... Oh, my God.

00:25:04 - 00:25:05 | Speaker 5:

Well, I don't know you, Lisa.

00:25:05 - 00:25:07 | Speaker 1:

Just so you know, I really have an important job here.

00:25:07 - 00:25:08 | Speaker 5:

I believe you.

00:25:08 - 00:25:12 | Speaker 1:

I'm sure you do. But you're from some radio station playing some games.

00:25:12 - 00:25:17 | Speaker 5:

Well, yeah, I have an important job, too. My name is Spike from the Mojo in the Morning Show. I knew it.

00:25:17 - 00:25:18 | Speaker 1:

00:25:18 - 00:25:19 | Unknown:

00:25:20 - 00:25:22 | Speaker 5:

Your niece, Kayla, told us to phone scam you.

00:25:23 - 00:25:23 | Speaker 1:

You're kidding.

00:25:23 - 00:25:24 | Speaker 5:

Nope.

00:25:24 - 00:25:27 | Speaker 1:

You know what? You should really go to my house because it's lovely. Is it lovely?

00:25:27 - 00:25:31 | Speaker 5:

I heard it's like a garage sale Threw up on your house That's what I heard

00:25:31 - 00:25:34 | Speaker 3:

I felt like it should have been like in an Apple commercial or some commercial where kids are running through a field or something like that. I don't know.

00:31:15 - 00:31:16 | Unknown:

You didn't love that?

00:31:16 - 00:31:21 | Speaker 1:

I thought it was okay. You will take me a few listens. Listen, I thought flowers when I first heard it was okay.

00:31:22 - 00:31:23 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, you're crazy.

00:31:23 - 00:31:25 | Speaker 1:

I loved flowers instantly.

00:31:25 - 00:31:27 | Speaker 3:

This might take me a few listens.

00:31:27 - 00:31:28 | Speaker 2:

Really?

00:31:28 - 00:31:33 | Speaker 1:

I felt like it's a good song for, like, maybe the ending of a movie trailer.

00:31:33 - 00:31:43 | Speaker 2:

Okay. You know how we had that huge, like, weekend 80s resurgence? Like, I feel like you brought back the synthesizer. I'm here for this, like, 70s rock vibe that's coming. I love it.

00:31:44 - 00:31:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. It kind of does have that feel to it, doesn't it? Well, here's the deal. You're going to hear it again because we're all debuting it today, so you're going to hear it a lot today. And honestly, it's usually by 9 o'clock that I actually start liking these songs

00:31:59 - 00:32:00 | Speaker 2:

That is true

00:32:00 - 00:32:15 | Speaker 1:

Because we start playing them like 6 o'clock in the morning And then by the third time, I'm like, oh, that wasn't too bad That wasn't that bad The first time I hear it, I'm like, uh-oh, that song is awful And then next thing you know, it's like I get a little excited about it more and more

00:32:15 - 00:32:23 | Speaker 2:

That's a song I want to listen to after an edible I feel like you could just put your arms out and slowly sway in your living room Here's what we're doing

00:32:23 - 00:32:54 | Speaker 1:

We're all doing edibles right before the next time we play it. And then you'll hear us going, that was great. Oh, my God. I love it. It was really good. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Yeah. All right, Mojo on the Morning Show, your home of the phone scams, the War of the Roses, and the Dirty on the 30. Boy, people are very perceptive, especially, Shannon, with seeing stuff that is going on when we post videos and pictures of you?

00:32:54 - 00:33:08 | Speaker 3:

So many people reached out to me yesterday asking or posting, where's your ring? I don't see your ring in any of the videos or the photos from the studio today. Is everything okay? Did you guys break up? Is there trouble in paradise?

00:33:09 - 00:33:10 | Speaker 1:

Was that psychic right?

00:33:11 - 00:33:11 | Speaker 3:

No.

00:33:11 - 00:33:13 | Speaker 1:

Or the tarot cards, whatever it was that you did?

00:33:13 - 00:34:39 | Speaker 3:

I just had to take it to Lucido Fine Jewelry to get sized. People noticed that. I don't know even crazier was I was getting dms about so kp took a photo of all of us yesterday during the show like a no filtered photo or whatever that we just did spur of the moment and so I have all of this crap in front of me in front of my microphone I have like my coffee my phone a snack my lip gloss my water post-it notes reminding me to do a whole bunch of things during and after the show. And so in the photo that KP had posted, I have a post-it note in front of me and the list says this. I'll read it to you because I still have it in front of me today. It says FanDuel, Havens, and IVF. Well, people had zoomed in to see what I had written on the post-it notes. And my friend Ashley called me last night and she's like, I have the greatest story to tell you. Somebody that I have not talked to since high school reached out to me on Facebook and said hey Shannon might want to be a little more careful about stuff she has around her during the show it's like the worst kept secret that she and Wes are trying to get pregnant and she's doing IVF these are all the clients that I have to record spots for for next week that's what this list is it was like I had people reaching out to me about that in the ring are you trying to get pregnant and did something happen imagine how much they zoom in to read that post-it note I know I'm

00:34:39 - 00:34:55 | Speaker 2:

like oh god what else do i have but also here that i need to like flip over let's start a new rumor you got a gambling addiction yes what else was on your list uh havens is orthodontics i'm getting braces yes yes i'm getting braces all of your teeth you have no teeth the interesting

00:34:55 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 3:

thing is if and i want to have a baby which could not be further from the truth by the

00:35:00 - 00:35:10 | Speaker 5:

way if she saw please be listening if she saw that yesterday she would have noticed that you didn't have your ring on and maybe the baby was with something else i don't know but have you

00:35:10 - 00:35:29 | Speaker 3:

ever had somebody look at something of yours on social media and like really notice something very just random or off the cuff or oh people like zoom in to stuff all the time like like and i'm not just talking about us i'm talking about listeners as well you're like how in the hell Did you even notice that in the background of the photo?

00:35:29 - 00:35:49 | Speaker 5:

I can't believe when you'll take a I'll take a picture sometimes and post it up on social media and throw it up on my thing. And my sister, Pat, will say, you're watching such and such on TV like she can actually see the what's on the TV in the background. Yeah. Just sit there and notice that. Yeah.

00:35:49 - 00:35:54 | Speaker 3:

I mean, it's half impressive. It really is half a little creepy.

00:35:54 - 00:36:14 | Speaker 5:

The other thing, too, that gets you burned, you ever send a picture to people and it's through your iPhone and they push down on a picture and it becomes and then they can hear everything that's said. And I've had people before going, hey, why do you not like so-and-so? And I'm like, what are you talking about? Well, I could hear you saying something.

00:36:14 - 00:36:15 | Speaker 3:

Can you hear on live photos? Oh, yeah.

00:36:15 - 00:36:16 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:36:16 - 00:36:17 | Speaker 3:

I did not know.

00:36:17 - 00:36:25 | Speaker 5:

You got to be careful when you're sending them because if you're sending them, make sure that you, especially if you got people around you saying something. Because people can actually hear it.

00:36:25 - 00:36:32 | Speaker 3:

Every mom's going, oh, I put the fear of God in my kids to smile. I hope that's not captured on a live photo. You little bastard. Because I do it.

00:36:32 - 00:37:02 | Speaker 4:

I've had people like, you know, I'm always very private about my two daughters. I don't share their faces on social media. And I've had people like creep in the back, try and find, oh, finally a picture of you. And I'm like, what are you talking about? And I go through my story, and it's like my niece or a neighbor or somebody. And they just assume since it's a younger person. All the way in the background of the photo, like, reflected in the mirror or the window. And I'm like, oh, my God, you creepy people. Or based on, like, a hand in the photo holding a fork.

00:37:02 - 00:37:07 | Speaker 5:

Have you ever had it where you didn't notice and it got posted of your daughters?

00:37:07 - 00:37:34 | Speaker 4:

No, because it's just so ingrained in me to, like, really investigate. The only thing someone told me, someone looked at a picture of me at my desk at home. Like, I have a little home office where I work on photos and audio and stuff. and there's a picture of my daughters in a photo and it was out of focus but a picture of us hiking and people are like oh where did you guys hike and i'm like what are you talking about and they're like well i see that mountain photo with your daughters in it i'm like wow these people like

00:37:34 - 00:37:50 | Speaker 5:

they creeped in to see who was in the photos well it's funny because of i think zoom calls made us all more aware of everything that's going on and backgrounds of things what's up julia how you doing hi i'm good how are you good you actually saw something on uh on one of our photos

00:37:50 - 00:38:13 | Speaker 1:

yeah so on the mojo in the morning facebook page um there was a photo of kp in a bathroom like she took a bathroom selfie and so many people in the comments were saying oh my god i can't believe mojo's in the bathroom with kp just because it was posted on the mojo in the morning page i think And Megan was comment combating on that post as well.

00:38:13 - 00:38:21 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it was all the people that weren't listening to the show and didn't understand the topic were just assuming Mojo would walk in the women's room.

00:38:21 - 00:38:23 | Speaker 5:

And that was because of the title probably too, right?

00:38:23 - 00:38:38 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I got to tell you, my favorite thing in the world to do is when you see a post like that going off on Facebook, go see if the same post is on Instagram and compare the comments. It is hysterically different to see how people don't understand how mirror selfie works on Facebook.

00:38:38 - 00:39:47 | Speaker 5:

I want to go back to the live pictures has anybody ever been busted by a lot of those live pictures and if you don't again know what we're talking about and you should probably know this if you have an iPhone I don't think it does this on Android maybe it does I just don't have an Android to know when you push down on the photo it is a live it's basically a video it becomes a video of that moment that you took the picture and you can hear you know in some cases half a second pretty clearly what is being said or Sometimes, actually, you think it's the still of yourself that looks really good. You push down on it. All of a sudden, you see somebody else running in the background. Or sometimes, I've seen people do mirror selfies with this or heard of people do mirror selfies with this, and they do the mirror selfie not wanting to show everything, thinking that they're showing just up. They put their phone down as they're taking the picture, and there you go. Everything all exposed. You got to be careful of that. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Textures are very perceptive. They do investigation of our photos. You know what we should do? We should put little hidden gems in them.

00:39:47 - 00:39:48 | Speaker 3:

Little Easter eggs like Taylor Swift.

00:39:48 - 00:39:52 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, and give you an opportunity to win prizes based off that.

00:39:52 - 00:39:53 | Speaker 3:

That's a good idea.

00:39:53 - 00:39:55 | Speaker 5:

Can you... It's kind of a good idea. Wait, wait.

00:39:55 - 00:39:56 | Speaker 4:

We want to reward people for that?

00:39:56 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 5:

Which brick on the wall behind Shannon actually...

00:40:00 - 00:40:08 | Speaker 2:

says f our boss you got to pick out which one it is hi mojo in the morning hello good morning i was

00:40:08 - 00:40:28 | Speaker 5:

just gonna share um a picture that was online yeah yeah it was was it a lot was it a live photo no it wasn't a live photo it was just a regular photo but it was um in the background of the photo was um their their porn show that they were watching yeah oh really yeah they didn't realize

00:40:28 - 00:40:38 | Speaker 6:

I've seen that one before And then I've seen all the eBay photos Where people are taking pictures of like This tea kettle is for sale And you can see their reflection in the tea kettle Where they're completely naked when they took the picture

00:40:38 - 00:40:48 | Speaker 2:

I've seen that before with sunglasses Sunglasses, yeah Yeah, where people with sunglasses are doing that This person that did this, was it one of your friends? Or somebody that you knew?

00:40:48 - 00:40:50 | Speaker 5:

No, it was my family member

00:40:50 - 00:40:53 | Speaker 2:

Oh my god, which family member? Call them out

00:40:53 - 00:40:55 | Speaker 5:

My aunt and my uncle

00:40:55 - 00:40:58 | Speaker 2:

And they were watching porn together at that time I love it.

00:40:59 - 00:40:59 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

00:41:00 - 00:41:05 | Speaker 2:

Doesn't it make you happy to know that your aunt and uncle have, like, a very fun life together?

00:41:06 - 00:41:08 | Speaker 4:

I was shocked, and I was kind of proud of them.

00:41:09 - 00:41:12 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, not going to lie. Thank you for the call. What's up, Amanda?

00:41:14 - 00:41:17 | Speaker 4:

So if you go into your settings, you can turn off live phones.

00:41:17 - 00:41:23 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's easy to do. Unfortunately, it's also very easy to turn it back on when you don't even realize you're turning it back on.

00:41:23 - 00:41:29 | Speaker 6:

I highly recommend turning it off. But Apple set it as a default every time they have a new iOS update that it goes back on.

00:41:29 - 00:42:02 | Speaker 2:

I like it. So what I do is before I'll send a photo to people, I'll screenshot the photo. I'll just snap the photo and do it. Because I like having the live photos. And actually, I've done videos with the live photos, which are kind of fun to be able to do. Especially like we were at Cedar Point as a family. And it was kind of fun to see like our kids like goofing at Cedar Point on that. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Oh, my gosh, I didn't think that this could be the case. But, Jordan, your sister actually purposely hides Easter eggs in her photos.

00:42:03 - 00:42:33 | Speaker 3:

Well, it's not photos. They haven't done it that much. And I probably should have been divorced, guys, but whatever. She told me, so it's not classified. But they'll put Easter eggs in, like, high-value, like, government, like, PowerPoints. And I go, what do you put in there? And she goes, oh, I put, like, a Pokemon character, like, in the background that you'll never see.

00:42:33 - 00:42:35 | Speaker 6:

And what's the purpose? Why do they do it?

00:42:37 - 00:42:51 | Speaker 3:

Just because they can get away with it. She thinks it's spending money. And she works for the government? Yeah. Wow. All of them go to, like, generals and, like, high-level generals.

00:42:51 - 00:42:53 | Speaker 2:

And nobody actually picks it up?

00:42:55 - 00:43:03 | Speaker 3:

No, they're the only ones that know about it. It's like they have been caught once. They're like, yeah, don't do that anymore.

00:43:03 - 00:43:06 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, not a good idea. Ava, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning.

00:43:07 - 00:43:31 | Speaker 4:

Hi, there was one time I was taking a picture to show my friends my new rib tattoo I just got, and I didn't realize it was a live photo, and all my friends played the live photo and saw my boobs. did you say delete immediately yes and i don't think any of them did uh we got by the way sheer

00:43:31 - 00:44:23 | Speaker 2:

panic on everybody right now because no nobody really kind of knew about the live photos all right it is emojo in the morning show 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 or if you're listening to us on the iheart radio app uh don't stop the stream you can text us a comment and if it's really good We'll actually call you back. So Chelsea and I met a friend of a friend who is single, 26 years old, and gay. And we want to set him up with our son, Jacob. And I wanted to ask this question to our listeners. Is it weird when your parents are trying to set you up with people? Like, do you hate when they do that? And then there's also a weird part to this whole thing. But let me have you call up 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Do you do not like when your parents are trying to set you up on dates?

00:44:24 - 00:44:26 | Speaker 6:

How do you know it's a child of one of your friends?

00:44:26 - 00:45:00 | Speaker 2:

No. So it's a it's a person who works for one of our friends and they introduce us to him. And he's like the sweetest guy, like really, really nice kid. And our son Jacob is right around his age, actually his age, going to be his age here in like the next couple months. And he's really a good looking guy. But here's the part that might weird you guys out. Chelsea and I can't get past how much he looks like.

00:45:00 - 00:45:12 | Speaker 3:

Jacob's brother Joe our other son is that weird that this guy looks like our son and we want to set him up

00:45:12 - 00:45:14 | Speaker 1:

with our son is Jacob going to think that right off

00:45:14 - 00:45:51 | Speaker 3:

the bat when he sees him well I don't want to put it in his head if we did yeah Jacob's one of those people though that if we called him up and said this to him Jacob like is like Jacob's actually pretty go with the flow and he's cool with it it had to be his mom that did it because if I called him up and just said I got a boy for you you know and did this jacob would be like dad uh okay what else is going on dad um why are you calling me um but uh but his mom would have to be the one to do it and i don't know if we should mention because if we put it in his head wouldn't it be weird like is it is it is it weird like megan if i set somebody up with you and they look just like your brother would you not be weirded

00:45:51 - 00:46:30 | Speaker 4:

out by that um i okay so i hate to admit this this is terrible and i people have forgotten about this but i accidentally dated a guy one time that looked more like he should be my brother than my brother we look so much alike and i didn't realize and i didn't even post about him for a while we dated for like seven months before i post about him on social media and everybody said is that your brother and i went oh my god i've made a mistake we look exactly alike and i've never noticed this before so do i think it's weird not until somebody else points it out and then it It seems to be the only thing people will talk about, so it kind of, it sucks.

00:46:31 - 00:46:41 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's the thing. Although Jacob's boyfriend, his last boyfriend that he had, Ryan, they kind of looked like they could be brothers, which I guess he's got a type, so maybe his type is that. I don't know.

00:46:41 - 00:46:43 | Speaker 4:

Is him? He finds himself attractive?

00:46:43 - 00:46:44 | Unknown:

I find me attractive.

00:46:44 - 00:46:57 | Speaker 3:

Tony, what's going on? It's Mojo in the morning. Although, by the way, real quick, Tony, before you make your comment, he does have a type, but if I said Joe, he would be like, gross. Because Jodane would be gross What's going on, Toni?

00:46:58 - 00:46:59 | Speaker 6:

Hey, guys, how are you?

00:47:00 - 00:47:01 | Speaker 3:

We're good, what's going on?

00:47:01 - 00:47:24 | Speaker 6:

So I'm driving to work, it's icy out It's when I was listening to you guys And you're keeping me focused here But anyway, so before I was married My dad would always, like, we'd be out doing something Maybe as a family or whatever And I would see somebody and I'd be like, oh, they're cute And my dad would be like, oh, she's cute And he'd be like, hey, hey, come here My daughter thinks you're cute She's out, she's free She can go right now

00:47:24 - 00:47:32 | Speaker 3:

so that so that that's that's one way to play matchmaker right right well he's obnoxious i i

00:47:32 - 00:47:40 | Speaker 6:

you know that's all right i kind of i kind of like that kind of i'm not going anyway i don't care but yeah i guess depending on the on the way they do it i mean i don't care i'm honestly

00:47:40 - 00:48:06 | Speaker 5:

i'd be like no it's not you yeah thank you for the call what's up ella hey guys um i think that you shouldn't tell him that he looks like Joe and I also don't think you should tell him that he that you know you have somebody for him I think you should arrange it so they meet each other like organically

00:48:06 - 00:48:14 | Speaker 3:

I like your thinking so like have it be completely by accident that they bump into each other

00:48:14 - 00:48:20 | Speaker 5:

yes because you don't know if Joe will be into him and you don't know if the other guy will be into Joe

00:48:20 - 00:48:33 | Speaker 3:

or Jacob no that's actually a good point so maybe just randomly have him next time Jacob's in town he just comes over to the house to like you know hang out and it's like oh and then walk out of the room

00:48:33 - 00:48:41 | Speaker 5:

yeah or if you're doing an event have them both be at this event you know have it be all very organic

00:48:41 - 00:48:45 | Speaker 3:

I like that what's up Erica

00:48:45 - 00:49:08 | Speaker 7:

oh I was just going to say like no no i think it's like really wholesome and cute that you guys are trying to like set them up like that i think like my i have a lot of siblings and we're all very protective of each other so i would think it would be like kind of low-key weird if they look like but at the same time i'd probably get over it and be like whatever i'm with the person and i'm i'm for them

00:49:08 - 00:49:17 | Speaker 1:

well don't they always say that you that women especially are usually subconsciously attracted to men who remind them of their dads, right?

00:49:18 - 00:49:27 | Speaker 7:

Well, okay, no, because I'm not, like, looking for someone who's, like, exactly my dad, but I would say someone who has qualities that I'm like, oh, yeah.

00:49:28 - 00:49:32 | Speaker 2:

Nobody's looking for their dad, but, like Shannon said, it's subconscious, they say.

00:49:32 - 00:49:34 | Speaker 4:

Well, typically they're the first guys that love us. Right.

00:49:34 - 00:49:34 | Speaker 3:

Right.

00:49:35 - 00:49:35 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:49:36 - 00:49:40 | Speaker 3:

I want to find somebody that looks exactly like Megan's dad, and then I'm going to set her up with him.

00:49:40 - 00:49:41 | Speaker 4:

No, because I always like my dad.

00:49:41 - 00:49:53 | Speaker 3:

00:50:42 - 00:50:48 | Speaker 4:

mojo in the mornings dirty on the 30 hey shannon what's going on in the dirty on the 30 well i

00:50:48 - 00:51:51 | Speaker 1:

want to start with an update on the tragedy at msu because we did get a little bit of new information about a possible piece of a motive yesterday police have been hunting for the why that led the shooter to take the lives of three students and critically enter five others and it appears based on the content of the note found on him on monday evening that he was slighted in some way by people or businesses applying for jobs that he didn't get did a mental health issue To amplify that, investigators say they're not sure at this point, but they are taking baby steps here to making some progress. The note also included threats against multiple institutions and a claim that he had a team of about 20 other people who were going to help him carry out his plans. And going back to those critically injured students who remain hospitalized, four of them remain in critical condition but are showing signs of improvement. One of them has been moved from critical to stable condition, according to Sparrow Hospital. That's good. Yeah.

00:51:51 - 00:51:53 | Speaker 3:

And the funeral's this weekend.

00:51:53 - 00:52:08 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. And they also, just going on witnesses and what neighbors and his father said, he was a loner who never had visitors. So maybe he just wrote that? Yeah, maybe he was putting that in there in case he was found that he would put panic in people's eyes.

00:52:08 - 00:52:30 | Speaker 3:

Did you hear the Lansing police chief came on television yesterday during that press conference? And we aired the president of the university. But saying that a lot of the talk was that police were always called to the house and having to deal with things like shooting. They said they never had gotten called to the house about him shooting in the backyard. So that was all.

00:52:30 - 00:53:18 | Speaker 1:

Even though the neighbors all said that. Internet scatter. The neighbors had a very similar story. Yeah. Bruce Willis' health is deteriorating. 67-year-old Bruce stepped away from acting last year, if you remember, after being diagnosed with aphasia, which was impacting his cognitive abilities. Well, yesterday, his family, his wife Emma specifically, came out to say that his symptoms have progressed and doctors diagnosed him with frontotemporal dementia, which is not good. I had someone very, very close to me dealing with this recently, and it's absolutely heartbreaking to watch. There are currently no treatments for FTD. Bruce's family said, unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease that Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis.

00:53:18 - 00:53:43 | Speaker 5:

Can we talk about how amazing his family is, though? Every single member of his family moving together. I knew during COVID something was up because everybody moved together quickly. And then he wasn't featured often when the whole family was doing stuff. And it felt kind of like they were hiding him from us, which looking back at it now, I totally understand. But the fact that they have all come together for him is just heartwarming. It's amazing.

00:53:43 - 00:53:46 | Speaker 1:

Ex-wife, Demi Moore, all the girls, yeah.

00:53:46 - 00:54:37 | Speaker 3:

My brother-in-law is facing the same thing, and he's mid-50s. And I try to call him if I can at least every other day just to talk to him. But it's amazing how many people have not called him or not checked in with him. And it makes me sad that a lot of people, they will say, well, you know, it makes me depressed. It makes me sad. It makes. But how do you think it's making his family knowing that people aren't checking in with him, including like his own sister that doesn't check in with him? So I don't know. I agree with you, Megan. And I think that this is this is something we you know, we've battled. We've done a lot on our show with cancer and heart disease. I really want this to be a focus on our show, too, because it's affecting so many people in our listening audience and so many young people are getting early diagnosis, too.

00:54:37 - 00:54:40 | Speaker 5:

I have a team for the Alzheimer's Walk here in Toledo every single year.

00:54:40 - 00:54:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I walk with my friend Ashley's family. Yeah, it's a great thing to do, to walk and connect with that community, for sure. Sam Smith was heckled in Central Park in New York City over his performance at the Grammys this week. I actually just posted a video to the Dirty Page showing Central Park. Like right at the entrance to the Central Park.

00:55:00 - 00:55:06 | Speaker 2:

zoo, this irate woman came out of nowhere and just started screaming at him. Listen to this.

00:55:06 - 00:55:24 | Speaker 3:

You belong in hell. Tom Smith belongs in hell. You demonic, twisted, sick bastards. Leave the kids alone, you sick. First record. Tom Smith is a pedophile. He's dropped it up the kid.

00:55:25 - 00:55:28 | Speaker 5:

Is that the Home Alone lady with the bird lady from Home Alone?

00:55:28 - 00:55:34 | Speaker 3:

This is becoming more and more common, the homophobia in America.

00:55:35 - 00:55:36 | Speaker 6:

I'm very comfortable in public.

00:55:37 - 00:55:44 | Speaker 2:

In case you missed the big announcement at the end of the show yesterday, Ryan Seacrest is done with Live with Kelly and Ryan at the end of this season.

00:55:45 - 00:56:14 | Speaker 4:

Kelly and I have some news here. This is something that she and I have been talking about for a long time. It was a tough, tough decision. I made the decision to make this my last season as co-host with Kel. here on Live with Kelly and Ryan. What I plan to do is once American Idol starts from Los Angeles live later in the spring, I'll head out to the West Coast and host that show from Los Angeles. And you're not getting rid of me because, Gellman, I'm coming back to guest host and fill in.

00:56:15 - 00:56:28 | Speaker 2:

Yep. And lastly, President Biden finally addressing the UFOs that caused enough alarm that four of them were shot down. Yeah, and although the government doesn't know what they are, they were still shot down. Here's part of that.

00:56:28 - 00:56:50 | Speaker 1:

Nothing right now suggests they were related to China's spy balloon program or that they were surveillance vehicles from any other country. The intelligence community's current assessment is that these three objects were most likely balloons tied to private companies, recreation or research institutions studying weather or conducting other scientific research.

00:56:50 - 00:57:25 | Speaker 2:

Or clubs, because one of the UFOs shot down last weekend by the U.S. Air Force with a $400,000 missile, by the way, may have simply been a $12 balloon belonging to a hobby club. The Northern Illinois Bottle Cap Balloon Brigade said they're a little worried that it was them. That one of their tracked gas bags that recently went MIA was mistaken as that mystery object taken out by the military over Canada on Saturday. And they said, based on where the balloon, their hobby balloon, again, was projected to go, it would have been right there in the vicinity.

00:57:26 - 00:57:33 | Speaker 5:

And they didn't use just one of those missiles. They used two of them that cost $400,000 a piece.

00:57:33 - 00:57:33 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:57:34 - 00:57:37 | Speaker 5:

So, oh, my God. Yeah.

00:57:38 - 00:57:42 | Speaker 2:

For all of today's Dirty, check out the Dirty page on thedryonthemorning.com. Let's go!

00:57:42 - 00:57:47 | Speaker 4:

Ashley from Ohio is going to see the Kid Leroy. Congratulations to you.

Thank you so much.

00:58:04 - 00:58:07 | Speaker 5:

You got tickets. How are you, Ashley? What part of Ohio are you from?

00:58:08 - 00:58:10 | Speaker 1:

Nice to have you on the show. Thanks for listening to us on KISS.

00:58:14 - 00:58:15 | Speaker 1:

Every morning.

00:58:16 - 00:59:00 | Speaker 5:

We're giving you a pair of tickets. It's at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti at the Girvin Center there on March the 29th, Kid Leroy in concert. Congratulations. Thank you so much. You are so welcome. Have a fantastic time. Really enjoy yourself, okay? Oh, I definitely will. Thank you. All right. Hang on one second. Throwback throwdowns coming up here. Phone scam is also on the way, so stick around for that. It's Mojo on the morning show. So, Spike has a question to pose to everybody because he knows his worst five minutes of the day, but you wanted to throw it out there. So, everybody's got to think of this right now.

00:59:00 - 00:59:39 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, I was just thinking about this this morning, and it's every morning. It just is the worst five minutes of my day. I don't know how you feel about shaving. I hate it. It's such a big waste of time. I always cut myself. I have sensitive skin, so it's always either causing a rash or an injury. And then I got to do it all over again tomorrow. It's like eight hours later. Do you shave every day? Yeah. Really? Well, you could tell if I don't because like yesterday I didn't because I was out late. And then I'm all, you know, stubble and it's just.

00:59:39 - 00:59:48 | Speaker 5:

I shave my neck. That's pretty much it. And then maybe trim a little bit. but i i usually don't do it every day i usually do it like every other or every other other yeah

00:59:48 - 00:59:59 | Speaker 6:

well plus there's that sandpaper couple days in between a fresh shave and then we're actually have whiskers the first like for those first two days of not shaving i feel like it's really rough to kiss meg or my kids

01:00:00 - 01:00:28 | Speaker 2:

or it's just like really scratchy and uncomfortable and especially in the cold weather. Now I also have dry skin. It's just the worst five minutes. I hate, it's so monotonous. And I thought, I'm going to bring this up on the air because for some people, it might be doing the dishes every day after dinner or it might be the cold car for the drive to work because the heater's broken. Like what's your first, your worst five minutes every day? Like, is it putting the kids to bed? What is it that you just dread?

01:00:28 - 01:00:30 | Speaker 4:

That's not five minutes. That's about 55 minutes. Yeah, I know, right?

01:00:30 - 01:00:31 | Speaker 2:

I got one.

01:00:31 - 01:00:33 | Speaker 3:

Do you guys all have one or ready to go? Okay, what's yours, Shannon?

01:00:34 - 01:00:50 | Speaker 4:

Mine is, and I do this usually every other day, to be fair, but it's blow-drying my hair. I freaking hate blow-drying my hair. It's just a pain in my butt, and it takes a long time, or at least it feels like it takes a long time. It's so stupid, but I just, I hate doing it.

01:00:51 - 01:00:51 | Speaker 3:

Megan, what's yours?

01:00:51 - 01:01:11 | Speaker 5:

That was a perfect answer, Shannon. Mine is taking my makeup off and washing my face at the end of the day. Great one, too. I want to go directly to bed so freaking bad and having to peel off your lashes and then put them away and get the makeup remover out and then wash your face and put on your retinol. No, I just want to go to bed. That's a process.

01:01:11 - 01:01:56 | Speaker 3:

Yep. I've got something tied for two. So I have two of them. Number one is when I'm leaving to come to the radio station because it takes me five minutes to go around and make sure the stove is off, the oven is off. I am like one of those people unplugging things. Like I have this horrible fear Like did I leave this on Did I do this on Like I have a fear Like that something bad Is going to happen And it's because of I did something wrong So that's one of mine But the second one What's for dinner Whenever we sit And figure out What we're going to do For dinner What do you want to do For dinner And it's usually The worst five minutes Of the day Is usually like Three o'clock in the afternoon Or four o'clock In the afternoon And it's like What do you want to do For dinner tonight And it's funny We should just set a menu up And do the whole thing

01:01:56 - 01:02:02 | Speaker 2:

Let's just write the nine things we like to cook and eat and put those nine things on index cards and rotate.

01:02:02 - 01:02:06 | Speaker 3:

It's all there. It's either in the refrigerator, freezer, or

01:02:06 - 01:02:10 | Speaker 2:

we order it. You know what I mean? But try and decide what you're in the mood for and what you feel like cooking.

01:02:10 - 01:02:27 | Speaker 3:

And then the problem is opening it up to everybody because then when you open it up to everybody everybody's got a different opinion. So this is a good one. Worst five minutes. Worst five minutes. Mariah, Answer Spike's question. What's the worst five minutes of the day?

01:02:30 - 01:02:41 | Speaker 6:

Clocking out, waiting for work. That last five minutes, literally, I'm just leaving work now, and there's me and a couple coworkers that were just waiting for it. It's the longest. It just felt like two hours.

01:02:41 - 01:02:47 | Speaker 3:

It reminds me of when school. Do you remember in school, like, the last bit of a class always seemed like it took forever?

01:02:47 - 01:02:53 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah. And they put the clock at the front of the classroom so you can just watch it click, click, click, click.

01:02:53 - 01:02:58 | Speaker 3:

You could hear it. Rachel, what's the worst five minutes of the day?

01:02:59 - 01:03:00 | Speaker 1:

Hey, guys. Good morning.

01:03:01 - 01:03:01 | Speaker 3:

Good morning.

01:03:01 - 01:03:17 | Speaker 1:

So mine is driving to work, and I have, like, three or four of the roundabouts before I get to my office building. If you guys know where Maple and M5 is, just right by Pontiac Trail. So that's my highlight of the day.

01:03:18 - 01:03:36 | Speaker 3:

Is it because, okay, so you're talking Pontiac Trail, not Maple, but Pontiac Trail M5. That is, for those that don't know, it's the worst because the roundabouts there, you always are stopped. In the afternoon, it's even worse because there's so much traffic going that it's not like everybody's flowing together.

01:03:36 - 01:03:52 | Speaker 2:

The road was too big for a roundabout. I mean, the traffic flow is too big because roundabouts, you're not supposed to stop. You're supposed to keep moving, keep merging, but people don't get it, and everybody hesitates, and the cars are coming right off that highway, so they're all going too fast. It wasn't a great place for a roundabout.

01:03:52 - 01:03:55 | Speaker 3:

Lorna, worst five minutes of your day

01:03:55 - 01:04:14 | Speaker 7:

Hi guys, good morning Worst five I'm with Megan It's taking off the makeup at the end of the day I dread doing it, I procrastinate But I'm also cracking up at you guys Like shaving, shaving Really? Oh god, oh you poor Poor guys Listen

01:04:14 - 01:04:25 | Speaker 2:

Listen, by no means Am I discounting anybody else's life Or difficulties This is a personal opinion. What's your worst five minutes of the day?

01:04:26 - 01:04:28 | Speaker 7:

That's hysterical. I'm just kidding.

01:04:28 - 01:04:33 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, and of course with being sarcastic. I mean, obviously, there's horrible things going on in our days and our weeks.

01:04:33 - 01:04:34 | Speaker 6:

You're going down, bitch!

01:04:38 - 01:04:43 | Speaker 3:

Lana, worst five minutes of the day? Putting gas in my car.

01:04:43 - 01:04:46 | Speaker 4:

Oh, that's a great one. Especially if it's cold.

01:04:47 - 01:04:53 | Speaker 6:

It's raining. I need gas in my car now. But I have just enough to get to work, so it'll be an after-work problem.

01:04:54 - 01:04:54 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

01:04:55 - 01:05:00 | Speaker 3:

You know what? It's one of those things where you don't like just...

01:05:00 - 01:05:18 | Speaker 2:

standing out there and then they yell at you if you don't stand out there and then your credit card for some reason comes up that you can't get your credit card to work and stuff it would be such an easy process but i'm going to tell you this that that that might be the only thing that would make me want to go electric is not having to put gas in my car what's up caitlin uh i hate

01:05:18 - 01:05:23 | Speaker 7:

letting my dog out i love him but he hates his feet getting wet so i gotta like go outside with

01:05:23 - 01:05:41 | Speaker 2:

him in the cold just so he can go pee yeah every time yep and they don't want to come in sometimes my dogs don't want to come in and i'm like come on run inside before me nope oh really yeah he does not like his feet wet i'll switch with you uh where's five minutes of the day for

01:05:41 - 01:06:04 | Speaker 4:

you becky hi becky i think it was jackie oh i apologize jackie we misunderstood you okay So I'm in the dental field And I'm becoming a dental hygienist And this is probably the most embarrassing thing Because I have to tell patients To brush their teeth in the morning And brush their teeth at night And I hate brushing my teeth

01:06:04 - 01:06:16 | Speaker 2:

Yeah And flossing Even though we all lie about it, right? What's up, Derek? How you doing? Good, good morning, guys Good morning, worst five minutes of the day?

01:06:18 - 01:06:23 | Speaker 3:

After I got out of the shower And I'm getting ready to walk out the door I seem to always have to go to the bathroom

01:06:23 - 01:06:27 | Speaker 2:

Every single time

01:06:27 - 01:06:28 | Speaker 3:

It never fails

01:06:28 - 01:06:31 | Speaker 2:

It's the water I think that causes that right

01:06:31 - 01:06:33 | Speaker 3:

That probably Yeah

01:06:33 - 01:06:39 | Speaker 2:

Sue's got an interesting one because this is annoying to do Sue what is it that you hate doing

01:06:39 - 01:06:44 | Speaker 3:

Putting away groceries Yes I was thinking

01:06:44 - 01:06:57 | Speaker 1:

So as I use that new Kroger delivery service Where they'll bring them right to my door I was thinking, how much extra to put it right in my cupboard? Like, I'll show you that these are the three shelves. Just put it where you feel it fits.

01:06:57 - 01:07:08 | Speaker 5:

So I'll get the groceries. They should start a service like that. Yeah. I'll get the groceries and then bribe my brother with buying us dinner if he puts them away. Like, he didn't just spend $200 on groceries.

01:07:09 - 01:07:13 | Speaker 2:

What's up, Stephanie? Last one here. Worst five minutes of the day.

01:07:14 - 01:07:15 | Speaker 6:

Putting my kids to bed.

01:07:15 - 01:07:16 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

01:07:16 - 01:07:30 | Speaker 6:

It was absolute work. My four and my six-year-old, like, bedtime has been the same for the last six years and four years that they've been alive. But I swear to God, we hit that 730, and it's, like, all 80 double hockey sticks.

01:07:30 - 01:07:33 | Speaker 2:

Do you ever change the clocks so that you can fool them?

01:07:35 - 01:07:48 | Speaker 6:

No, no. Try it. I would, but, like, then if I do that, they're just going to get up earlier than next morning. That is so true. And the phone's a dead giveaway, too. If you have phones or Alexa's or anything You can't do it anymore

01:07:48 - 01:07:55 | Speaker 2:

Thank you Stephanie I actually said that you were going to be the last one But I got to get to Sharon's Because I think a lot of women can relate to this Sharon

01:07:55 - 01:07:57 | Speaker 4:

Yeah

01:07:57 - 01:08:00 | Speaker 2:

Worst five minutes of the day for you

01:08:00 - 01:08:02 | Speaker 4:

Putting on my bra

01:08:02 - 01:08:08 | Speaker 1:

Is it worse putting it on or taking it off Oh taking it off It's got to be the best five minutes of your day

01:08:08 - 01:08:17 | Speaker 7:

It is Putting it on You feel stifled You're packing everything in If your boobs hurt, then, yeah, it's even worse.

01:08:17 - 01:08:23 | Speaker 5:

And God forbid you're still a little bit wet from the shower. Right. Extra challenge.

01:08:23 - 01:08:29 | Speaker 1:

It doesn't switch around. You could throw a shoulder blade out. They look pretty good. Are they real? That's right. For speed or for comfort?

01:08:29 - 01:08:54 | Speaker 2:

Thank you for the call. Take care of yourself, okay? Mojo in the Morning Show is your home of the phone scams. Kathy's coworkers told us that when they were enrolling for their company's health insurance benefits at the beginning of the year, she checked the box for a non-smoker, even though she smokes. Well, Spike is going to bust her for insurance fraud with this Mojo in the Morning phone scam.

01:08:54 - 01:09:06 | Speaker 1:

You're home with the phone scams. I'm about to disrespect you right now. This is Mojo in the Morning. Hello? Hi, I'm looking for Kathy. Please.

01:09:07 - 01:09:09 | Speaker 4:

This is Kathy. Who's calling, please?

01:09:09 - 01:09:16 | Speaker 1:

My name's Carl Barrowman from the insurance company. Do you have a second to discuss your policy, ma'am?

01:09:17 - 01:09:18 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, sure.

01:09:18 - 01:09:23 | Speaker 1:

Okay, well, we understand that you clicked non-smoker on your health benefits options.

01:09:25 - 01:09:25 | Speaker 4:

Yes.

01:09:26 - 01:09:31 | Speaker 1:

You understand that's for 2020 coverage, but that actually is supposed to reflect present day, 2019, when you filled out the form.

01:09:32 - 01:09:33 | Speaker 4:

I understand.

01:09:34 - 01:09:43 | Speaker 1:

Okay, ma'am, well, that's insurance fraud. Excuse me? Insurance fraud. Two people at your office said you're a smoker. They turned you in.

01:09:45 - 01:09:48 | Speaker 4:

Well, that's just not true. Who said that?

01:09:48 - 01:10:27 | Speaker 1:

Doesn't matter who said it. We caught you in a lie. You're a smoker and you checked nonsmoker. I don't smoke. Really? Because we have photos and there's one on your Instagram a few weeks ago. What are you holding a cigarette? for somebody else yes I was you took the non-smoker discount smokers have to pay a higher premium because I'm a non-smoker you got a little crackle in your voice what are you allergic to the truth so for the last four years of coverage we're gonna have to take it out of your check for the higher premium you should have paid you have no proof that I'm a smoker really because it sounds like you're struggling to have a conversation with a full sentence involved

01:10:28 - 01:10:30 | Speaker 4:

I have a little bit of a cold right now.

01:10:30 - 01:10:31 | Speaker 1:

Oh, do you then?

01:10:32 - 01:10:32 | Speaker 4:

Yes.

01:10:32 - 01:10:35 | Speaker 1:

Maybe you should bundle up, have some chicken soup, and stop smoking.

01:10:36 - 01:10:38 | Speaker 4:

I am not a smoker.

01:10:39 - 01:10:46 | Speaker 1:

This is your notification that we are denying you coverage. You'll get a written confirmation in the mail, but as of today, you'll be responsible for all medical costs.

01:10:47 - 01:10:51 | Speaker 4:

This is ridiculous. I am not a smoker.

01:10:51 - 01:10:55 | Speaker 1:

Come on, listen to that voice. You sound like my Uncle Artie.

01:10:56 - 01:10:57 | Unknown:

Please don't say that to me.

01:10:57 - 01:11:16 | Speaker 1:

Okay, ma'am. I'm adding up the last four years of coverage that we charged you as a non-smoker premium, single. No surprise there. No children. Okay, you're going to owe us $800 per year for the last three years, plus this year and the change.

01:11:16 - 01:11:21 | Speaker 4:

You can't do that. I told you that I have a cold. I am not a smoker.

01:11:21 - 01:11:25 | Speaker 1:

Okay, Kathy. Well, do you swear on your children's lives that you are not a smoker?

01:11:25 - 01:11:31 | Speaker 4:

i don't swear on anything that's just not appropriate okay you want to swear on a carton

01:11:31 - 01:11:55 | Speaker 1:

of reds i don't smoke red what's that i am done talking to you oh okay yeah you're getting a little winded there from the cigarettes when the cloudy smoke haze just clears around you why don't you write yourself a note okay say get insurance coverage because you're going to need new coverage from now on and also write a note to yourself that you've just been phone scammed by the Mojo in the Morning Show.

01:11:56 - 01:11:57 | Unknown:

Oh, my God.

01:11:59 - 01:12:10 | Speaker 1:

You've got to be kidding us. Oh, my God. Oh, who are you kidding? You're going to die before this phone scam's over. Oh, Jesus.

01:12:13 - 01:12:30 | Speaker 3:

01:35:48 - 01:35:55 | Speaker 3:

All right, Shannon, a lot trending this hour on the show. Aside from the throwback throwdown, what is trending right now?

01:35:55 - 01:36:03 | Speaker 5:

Well, Ryan Reynolds giving an update. On how he and his beautiful wife, Blake Lively, are doing after welcoming baby number four into their family recently.

01:36:04 - 01:36:21 | Speaker 1:

We're very excited. Look, we wouldn't do this four times if we didn't love it. Everybody's doing great. Everybody's actually doing fantastic. I mean, if we haven't figured it out by now, I think we'd be in deep, deep trouble. But yeah, it's a zoo over here. I mean, this is like my office here. This is where I'll probably, actually, to be honest, I'll probably spend the rest of my life in here.

01:36:22 - 01:36:26 | Speaker 5:

And I love how tight-lipped he can be, too. He's not letting any info out. Boy or girl.

01:36:27 - 01:36:38 | Speaker 1:

I ain't telling This ain't a birth announcement We didn't make a birth announcement We just posted a photo And the media sort of did what it does After that

01:36:38 - 01:36:42 | Speaker 3:

It's interesting how private celebrities want to be With having babies and stuff like that I love that

01:36:42 - 01:36:47 | Speaker 5:

Eventually Blake comes out in chairs Or he comes out in chairs

01:36:47 - 01:36:51 | Speaker 3:

They must have sold it to somebody I love it if they didn't sell it to somebody

01:36:51 - 01:36:54 | Speaker 5:

I don't think they ever have I could be wrong

01:36:54 - 01:37:06 | Speaker 3:

If they're selling it to somebody Then I'm like, oh, crap. I don't really care. Yeah. By the way, did I tell you congratulations on winning the throwback throwdown? That was amazing. It's a great win. Don't try to rub it in for her.

01:37:07 - 01:37:16 | Speaker 1:

Not only are you rubbing it in, but the current stream of text messages I'm getting from my dad is, you suck. You're a disappointment. You're so bad at life. Did I tell you that you suck?

01:37:16 - 01:37:21 | Speaker 3:

Well, he's not wrong. No, but here's the thing, too. It's Shannon's second win in a row. So she's going two for two in a row.

01:37:21 - 01:37:51 | Speaker 5:

Okay, right now. CNN anchor Don Lemon issuing an apology this morning for some comments that he made about women being beyond their quote-unquote prime years. Now, let me give you a backstory here. Presidential hopeful Nikki Haley was calling for mandatory competency tests for politicians over 75. And so Don Lemon was responding to her comments about that. This is what he said.

01:37:51 - 01:38:02 | Speaker 2:

She says people, you know, politicians or something are not in their prime. Nikki Haley isn't in her prime. Sorry. When a woman is considered to be in her prime in her 20s and 30s and maybe 40s. What are you talking about? That's not according to me.

01:38:03 - 01:38:03 | Speaker 1:

Prime for what?

01:38:04 - 01:38:29 | Speaker 2:

It depends. It's just like prime. If you look it up, if you Google when is a woman in her prime, it'll say 20s, 30s, and 40s. So I think she has to be careful about saying that politicians aren't in their prime. I think they need to qualify her. Don't shoot the message. I'm just saying what the facts are. Google it. Everybody at home, when is a woman in her prime? It says 20s, 30s, and 40s. And I'm just saying Nikki Haley should be careful about saying that politicians are not in their prime.

01:38:29 - 01:38:49 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, that didn't sit well with several of his co-workers. One in particular, a furious Poppy Harlow, actually walked off the CNN this morning set. She apparently took a very well-timed bathroom break and was followed into the restroom by co-host Caitlin Collins, who recently had her own run-in with Don Lemon. So lots of people calling on CM bosses to get rid of him already after a string of issues.

01:38:49 - 01:39:21 | Speaker 3:

By the way, you Google when is a woman in her prime, and they're in their prime, it says, all the way through their 50s. So he's completely even false with the fact about the Google thing, but why are they even bringing it up? No, but I'm saying that was his defense of it was the Google. But the interesting thing about Don Lemon was this comes the same week that CNN just recorded the worst ratings that it has ever had in its history since the network's been on the air. And their morning show literally is non-existent in the ratings. Wow. Just awful. Yeah.

01:39:21 - 01:40:00 | Speaker 5:

In an effort to beat the paparazzi to the punch, Rihanna posted a TikTok of her baby boy. It was his introduction to her fans, excuse me, and his fans too. And as you can tell, she's just smitten with him. It's really cute. And then she posted three photos of him on Instagram as well with the caption, My son is so fine. Well, that sparked a real big debate with her followers with some saying, it's weird to call your baby boy fine one commenter wrote i love re but imagine a dad calling his baby girl fine it's weird but rihanna was not here for the criticism she started to respond to people in

01:40:00 - 01:40:35 | Speaker 1:

the comment section to let them know that she'll call her baby whatever she wants to. When one fan asked, who calls a baby? Fine. Brianna replied with his mama. And lastly, Louis Tomlinson looks like he has a new lady in his life. He was spotted holding hands with a woman believed to be his girlfriend. Her name is Sophie Nvang. She's a 22-year-old model and influencer from Denmark, although some people say this is very orchestrated for PR purposes. I don't know how to respond to that because I haven't really heard much about either of them but that's okay there you go

01:40:35 - 01:40:40 | Speaker 2:

We'll get you set up with that. We got to take a break. We haven't taken a break in well over an hour. And if we don't take a break now, I get yelled at. So we're going to be right back with more Mojo in the Morning in moments. Everybody wake up. Mojo in the Morning. We were always just minutes away from proving how stupid morning radio can be.

01:41:37 - 01:41:42 | Speaker 3:

Damn, it's so cold I can barely stand outside for the four minutes I'm outdoors every day.

01:41:43 - 01:41:44 | Speaker 1:

This is Mojo in the Morning.

01:41:52 - 01:42:06 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the Morning Show. So you ever have a co-worker see your naked booty? Without, by the way, without you guys like in an inner office romance.

01:42:07 - 01:42:59 | Speaker 3:

No, it's definitely not like that. And I will say I did have clothes on. It was just like super awkward. Yeah. So one of our sales, awesome, awesome salespeople here, Angel, she took me over to Aesthetica Med Spa to meet Siobhan and Jen oh my god I love them and so cool such a fun experience um they wanted me to try their little cool sculpt machine and I was like okay sure I'll do like a two-minute trial and you can do it on your stomach or your butt and so I'm like all right let's see how this how this goes around the booty area and Angel's like oh do you want me to come in I'm like oh no you're good you can hang out here eat your salad and i'll just go try this cool sculpt thing well i go into the room and i feel like i'm being strapped into like a roller coaster like this thing it's like a huge velcro they put

01:42:59 - 01:43:06 | Speaker 2:

these two paddles on your butt it's so weird really like they and what do the paddles do

01:43:06 - 01:43:30 | Speaker 3:

like a vibration thing or a laser thing no it's like electric it's like a shock oh okay so not like they're not shocking you or hurting you there it's like um just to learn more about the science but it's like um your butt is literally clenching to like help the muscles tone um and people do this for like 30 minutes yeah right there in the butt crack uh 30 minutes like i

01:43:30 - 01:43:34 | Speaker 2:

only did a two-minute trial what's the purpose of doing that is it just for the enjoyment of it

01:43:34 - 01:43:43 | Speaker 3:

or what is it for it's for sculpting your muscles oh okay so it's like so it makes your butt look better yeah it's supposed to like give you a little butt lift can they do it on me to give

01:43:43 - 01:43:54 | Speaker 2:

me a butt if they have any ask Siobhan I love Siobhan I'm gonna call Siobhan and I'm gonna ask her if I can uh if I can get a butt out of that deal I will ask her so how did Angel see your butt

01:43:54 - 01:44:20 | Speaker 3:

so I'm using this machine I'm laying flat on my stomach and I'm like this is so awkward like my face is like flat on this table and there's petals on my butt and like towards the end Angel just walks into the room like the door was closed and everything and she just walks in and she's sitting there behind and i didn't realize that she was in there and then she starts talking and it's just so embarrassing to think that a salesperson from iheartmedia is watching me get my butt shake

01:44:20 - 01:44:43 | Speaker 1:

if it makes you feel better angel was the salesperson who was with me every time i did my um my vaginal tightening treatment and she was with me almost every single time so like i was having a conversation with her as my pelvic floor was getting butter or veg. Well, you're fully clothed for that, but it's still, like, everybody in the room knows what's happening, right?

01:44:43 - 01:44:50 | Speaker 3:

Because I can't, like, I'm, like, literally a splat on my stomach and, like, strapped to this bench where my butt is being out of that time.

01:44:50 - 01:44:53 | Speaker 2:

Now I don't be as embarrassed that Alicia watched me get my teeth whiten.

01:44:55 - 01:44:56 | Speaker 3:

That's a cakewalk.

01:44:56 - 01:45:00 | Speaker 2:

Let's talk about the awkwardness of have you ever had a...

01:45:00 - 01:45:13 | Speaker 6:

co-worker see you in a very compromising situation? Because you know what the worst is? You ever have a co-worker open up or you open up the door of the bathroom while they're going number two?

01:45:13 - 01:45:16 | Speaker 3:

No. Even number one? That has never happened?

01:45:16 - 01:45:23 | Speaker 6:

No. Okay, so I've had that happen to me before and I've done it to somebody before. Spike, you and I both know. I've done it to people here

01:45:23 - 01:45:28 | Speaker 7:

twice and I'm like, lock the door! Why do you sit in a closed stall with the

01:45:28 - 01:46:04 | Speaker 6:

door unlocked? I have locked the door only to have the thing not locked those locks are by the way are not trustworthy you got to make sure you double and triple check it because i had one of the newer sales guys you know pretty much open up the door while i'm just sitting there on my phone you know sitting on the toilet and then the other one was this was a while back i actually walked in on bushman one time oh uh and it was it was one of those ones where i didn't see anything because i was kind of like you know quickly just going in but i grabbed the the the handle you know and all of a sudden i hear i'm in there or occupied or whatever it was that he screamed off but that's embarrassing i always

01:46:04 - 01:46:12 | Speaker 3:

hold the door and without fail there could be nobody in the bathroom and i will hold the door shot while you're going to the bathroom yeah because i just never i don't know it's like an

01:46:12 - 01:46:24 | Speaker 6:

instinct how do you how do you do that that's very like tough if you just pee and then keep the door close with your hand but what happens if the because the doors are they not that close to Are they really close to the thing?

01:46:24 - 01:46:30 | Speaker 3:

Girl, oh, I have pretty long arms. I will bend over and hold the door shut. Like, I don't care.

01:46:31 - 01:46:37 | Speaker 1:

When I hear our coworkers come into the bathroom as we're, like, going or as I'm going, I'll hold the door right as I hear.

01:46:38 - 01:46:40 | Speaker 3:

Yes. Do you? Yes, you do the same thing, Lydia. Oh, my gosh.

01:46:40 - 01:46:42 | Speaker 6:

How many stalls do you guys have in that women's restroom?

01:46:43 - 01:46:43 | Speaker 3:

Four.

01:46:43 - 01:46:45 | Speaker 6:

So you have four stalls in there?

01:46:45 - 01:46:45 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:46:45 - 01:47:00 | Speaker 6:

Oh, because you guys, well, we don't have urinals. But we have a urinal, but we only have two stalls. So it's not like the urinal takes up that much space. How many urinals? We have one urinal in the guys. Yeah. So we only have three spots to go to the bathroom. You guys have four spots to go to the bathroom.

01:47:01 - 01:47:09 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, but, okay, here's what I love and hate about that bathroom in the Detroit studios is that you actually have, like, little cubbies with doors and privacy.

01:47:09 - 01:47:11 | Speaker 7:

Lots of privacy. It's crazy.

01:47:11 - 01:47:23 | Speaker 5:

But none of the women there leave the doors open when they're done. So every time you go in there, you're knocking, and then a door is locked. You're knocking, and then a door. It's weird. They do that in the men's room, too.

01:47:24 - 01:47:27 | Speaker 7:

I'm like, why do you close it behind you? Like, now nobody knows if there's somebody in there.

01:47:28 - 01:47:33 | Speaker 6:

It always seems full. I think that it's because when they clean it, they leave it closed. So I think people just assume that they're going to leave it closed.

01:47:33 - 01:47:37 | Speaker 4:

Or maybe if you, like, go to the bathroom and it's smelly, you feel the need to close it?

01:47:37 - 01:47:38 | Speaker 7:

That's worse. There's no ventilation in there.

01:47:39 - 01:47:48 | Speaker 5:

Do you guys, okay, Shannon, I've never asked this. Do you have, like, a pooping stall in your bathroom? Like, is there one that everybody goes into? I don't check the toilet.

01:47:48 - 01:47:59 | Speaker 4:

Just to duty? No, I do not discriminate. I'll go into either one. I usually try to not go into the last, the bigger stall because I feel like then it's obvious that you're trying to conceal that you're pooping.

01:47:59 - 01:48:00 | Speaker 6:

See, that's the one I like.

01:48:01 - 01:48:06 | Speaker 3:

That's the one I like to go into. That's my favorite stall, too. It's the first one. And when anyone takes it and I go into the bathroom, I'm like, ugh.

01:48:06 - 01:48:13 | Speaker 4:

I usually go in the first one just out of habit. I always go in the third one. But we have a whole pooping bathroom here in Toledo.

01:48:13 - 01:48:30 | Speaker 5:

It's great. So just a bathroom for pooping? Yes. So our building is so old and wasn't up to code that we didn't have a handicap stall. So they put in like one bathroom where it's just a toilet, a sink, and a locked door. And that's the bathroom everybody goes to poop in. It's really, really nice. That would be nice.

01:48:31 - 01:48:38 | Speaker 6:

I saw Spike, you, myself, KP, and Lydia kind of saw where the bathrooms were going to be in our new building.

01:48:39 - 01:48:45 | Speaker 7:

I didn't see where the bathroom was going to be. Oh, you didn't hear him tell us? Well, I heard him say where the door or the exit to the bathroom would be.

01:48:45 - 01:48:50 | Speaker 6:

It's going to be right there, right at that exit. Are you ready for this? It's not that far from the studio.

01:48:50 - 01:48:57 | Speaker 7:

We still have to leave the iHeartRadio area to go out into that car. No, we have our own bathroom in our thing.

01:48:58 - 01:49:11 | Speaker 5:

Because our bathroom isn't even on our floor. We have to go to a different floor to go to the bathroom behind locked doors that I am going to guarantee that when we first move into our building, we'll be locked. And I will not have access to a bathroom on at least one day.

01:49:13 - 01:49:15 | Speaker 3:

Don't wear a bodysuit that day. I know, right?

01:49:16 - 01:49:20 | Speaker 6:

Helena says, KP, don't worry about Angel seeing your butt because what happened, Helena?

01:49:21 - 01:49:31 | Speaker 2:

I was bay diving when I worked at Home Depot, and I was pretty much laying on the floor, and all you could see was just my butt and my legs hanging out the bay.

01:49:33 - 01:49:35 | Speaker 6:

And was it a male or female coworker that saw your butt?

01:49:35 - 01:49:43 | Speaker 2:

It was a female. It was a female. It was actually a friend of mine, and she recorded it, so now I have it on my phone forever.

01:49:43 - 01:49:46 | Speaker 6:

What a wonderful thing. Jennifer.

01:49:47 - 01:49:47 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

01:49:48 - 01:49:49 | Speaker 6:

Hi. What's up?

01:49:49 - 01:49:49 | Unknown:

Hi.

01:49:50 - 01:49:59 | Speaker 2:

I work in pelvic floor physical therapy. So when we train, actually my coworkers have seen my butt and my vagina.

01:50:00 - 01:50:09 | Speaker 1:

Really? All right. And how does that make you feel? Does that make you feel compromised or actually free as a bird?

01:50:09 - 01:50:13 | Speaker 4:

It was very awkward in the beginning, but now it's not so bad.

01:50:14 - 01:50:16 | Speaker 3:

And how's the pelvic floor doing? You doing good?

01:50:17 - 01:50:22 | Speaker 4:

It's not so bad. I still might need a little work after having two kids, but it's going okay.

01:50:23 - 01:50:38 | Speaker 1:

See, it's good. It's interesting because I was the guy that went to school at an all-boys Catholic school, And I didn't even like showering with the other guys. So let alone have somebody just randomly see women, I think are more free with showing their naked bods than guys are free to doing that.

01:50:38 - 01:50:45 | Speaker 4:

I think in high school, I would have felt that way also, but now I'm all right. You know, after you have a baby, everybody sees everything.

01:50:45 - 01:51:01 | Speaker 1:

You know what it is, Jennifer? It's like when I go to planet fitness and I see those old guys, as you get older, you don't care about it. But you ever notice that grant do old, do old ladies do this. They are willing to show off their naked body parts to everybody. They walk around the locker room changing and nude and all that stuff.

01:51:01 - 01:51:11 | Speaker 4:

I have seen a few at the gym, yes. But at least when I do pelvic floor on my older ladies, they do not mind getting undressed right in front of me. Even if I tell them I'm going to walk out.

01:51:12 - 01:51:18 | Speaker 1:

I'm always amazed at the naked guys at the gym that will sit naked behind.

01:51:18 - 01:51:20 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, on the bench with nothing between.

01:51:21 - 01:51:37 | Speaker 1:

So gross. It's honestly the grossest. And then when they get up from it, it's like a suction. uh you know stop stop it yeah yeah that's that's their that's their balls basically

01:51:37 - 01:52:00 | Speaker 5:

uh ray what's going on good morning hi yeah it was so funny i think it was the same thing kp was doing i was doing laser lipo and i was doing vacuum therapy on my rear end really i'm laying there flat on my stomach and it's this vibrating pad that they put on you and it it took my tampon

01:52:00 - 01:52:09 | Speaker 6:

out no way wow and you oh you were probably like oh when you felt it felt it and i was stuck there

01:52:09 - 01:52:22 | Speaker 5:

because i was strapped to the table and you know as we know you can't see it at all we normally have are wearing one right so when i go to the bathroom i had a good inch out oh my gosh

01:52:22 - 01:52:24 | Speaker 2:

It's really working all the muscles.

01:52:25 - 01:52:26 | Speaker 3:

They got to put a warning on them.

01:52:26 - 01:52:29 | Speaker 2:

Get your money's worth. But also, I'm very proud of your pelvic floor. Yeah.

01:52:31 - 01:52:34 | Speaker 1:

Britt, who saw you naked?

01:52:35 - 01:53:10 | Speaker 6:

Well, my husband got me a gift certificate for an hour-long massage with a blind masseuse. And I was, like, super impressed that he was blind, but he was so efficient. And he just, you know, led me into the room. And I stood there while he talked to me. And I just stripped buck naked and got on the bed. and he massaged me and said, do you need a seat? And I'm like, oh, no, I'm fine. Totally comfortable because, you know, he's blind. So I come home and tell my husband how great the massage was and how amazing it was that he just was so efficient in everything he was doing and being blind. And my husband says, well, he's not blind. He's legally blind. Like, he just can't drive.

01:53:11 - 01:53:13 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God.

01:53:13 - 01:53:26 | Speaker 6:

For an hour, like, flipping over. Oh, my God. I would be mortified. But was it a good massage?

01:53:26 - 01:53:27 | Speaker 1:

That's all that matters.

01:53:28 - 01:53:28 | Unknown:

Oh, yeah.

01:53:30 - 01:53:42 | Speaker 1:

That Niall Horan song, Megan was all excited for this morning, and it has caused for a little strain in friendship with one of your really, really good friends.

01:53:42 - 01:53:57 | Speaker 2:

Actually, it's so funny that you brought this up because I was literally just texting her because she actually works for Niall's record label. And I'm not going to lie. I'm seriously considering cutting her off and not being her friend anymore.

01:53:57 - 01:53:58 | Speaker 1:

Why?

01:53:58 - 01:54:47 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so I don't want to apologize to Swifties, but I have now entered a new level of fandom I have never been in before. And I'm starting to understand you a little bit more. Are you guys still crazy? A thousand percent. Am I now a little bit crazy? Yeah, I think I am. So I obviously love Harry Styles. I was a little bit of a one-directioner girl. I didn't love everybody in the band. I liked a few of the songs. I'm not going to say I was a one-directioner. I was not that deep into it. But I do love me some Niall, specifically because he is friends with Lewis Capaldi. And everybody knows how Lewis Capaldi is my perfect man. I should have shot my shot with him when I had the opportunity. I didn't. It's one of my biggest regrets in life, because even my brother has said, Lewis Capaldi is the perfect man for me. And he truly is.

01:54:47 - 01:54:48 | Speaker 3:

You could be Megan Capaldi right now.

01:54:49 - 01:55:00 | Speaker 2:

I could be. I could be. That man showed me his armpits. We had a connection. I should have shot my shot in his DMs. And it was too late. He's too famous now. That's how I feel.

01:55:00 - 01:56:08 | Speaker 4:

feel um so he lewis capaldi and now horn best friends lewis capaldi also kissed harry styles on the lips how is this connected let me tell you um harry styles a while ago because we crazy girls when he was dropping his latest album harry's house we kept seeing him kind of in front of the camera getting some footage for stuff we all thought the as it was music video was going to be a gucci ad it wasn't it wasn't as it was music video and then we also thought what the music video for As It Was was going to be was like this circus thing. Well, it turns out Niall just kind of released some images where it has like a circus theme and a lot of us hairy girls are wondering is there going to be a collab on this new album? I know. I'm a psychopath. Where I'm angry is that my friend works for the label and won't give me any of the tea. Something about having a non-disclosure agreement and wanting to keep her job and I just don't care because real friends would risk their jobs to give me the inside scoop but and if you if your job depends on it you got to keep the secrets and i don't care she has a boyfriend okay he can pay the bills

01:56:08 - 01:56:14 | Speaker 3:

she can give me the info i don't care so does that mean that you give our secrets away to people

01:56:14 - 01:56:19 | Speaker 4:

no we don't have good secrets she has what secrets i'm talking about their secret their

01:56:19 - 01:56:27 | Speaker 3:

secrets that that come up and you know from time to time that we say keep this confidential we got is coming up on the show or we have this happening with the show or this

01:56:27 - 01:56:29 | Speaker 4:

is about the show. Do not let

01:56:29 - 01:56:31 | Speaker 3:

them know the Wizard of Oz details,

01:56:31 - 01:56:48 | Speaker 4:

okay? Okay, so literally, nobody around here will even tell me when, so our Christmas station here in Toledo is 101.5 The River. I'm on that station every single day of the year. They won't tell me the day we flip because I'm not trustworthy. It's obvious why. After hearing you talk about your friend.

01:56:48 - 01:57:27 | Speaker 3:

Alright, I want to ask this question then. With this friend, I know you're talking too about she by the way will give me the info if i know she will she'll give everybody the info but me and i don't so i want to ask this question if your company or your work says to you all right we got to keep this confidential do you tell somebody and if you do who do you tell will you call us up and admit to us we won't ask you like the name of the company that you work for but we might ask you like what you do and i got voices guys or two are you a confidential type person Like, our company has a lot of confidential type things. Matter of fact, Tony Travato yesterday pulled me into his office.

01:57:27 - 01:57:28 | Speaker 4:

No, he didn't.

01:57:28 - 01:57:38 | Speaker 3:

And told me something that was very confidential that I am not allowed to repeat. And I have not told anybody. You know who the worst person is in an office? It's been 10 hours, 12 hours.

01:57:38 - 01:57:40 | Speaker 2:

It tells everybody they have information that's private.

01:57:40 - 01:57:44 | Speaker 3:

Yes, I got info. I got info. Yes, I do.

01:57:46 - 01:58:06 | Speaker 1:

I do think it's also hard to be the person that has that information. because I think back to when I was the secret keeper for one of my girlfriends for her gender reveal. I had the envelope and I had to pack the confetti cannon for them to take on their trip. And everybody knew I knew and was asking me. Oh, God. See, I'd be like, no thanks.

01:58:06 - 01:58:08 | Speaker 2:

Ask somebody else. I don't want that job.

01:58:08 - 01:58:59 | Speaker 3:

So I bet you in the automotive that there's a lot of secrets that people have told their significant others and stuff, like what they're doing. or call us up, 844-MOJO-LIVE. It's kind of a slow phone day today, but we need your participation on this one. We want you to call us up and participate in this and tell us about, even if you say no, I never will tell anybody my confidential work stuff. I just want to know, why not? Why won't you tell them? You're that good at your job that you have to be confidential? Because I think, honestly, you have to be able to tell somebody, right? But not Megan But not Megan I always love I love when we have something that's coming up Remember Jingle Ball? What artists were going to be there That's exciting

01:58:59 - 01:59:19 | Speaker 2:

Business I get excited about that stuff If it's personal about somebody in the room I don't want to know Because then if somebody does leak that info Then They're going to look at me like did you leak it And I'm like no I didn't But they're going to know I knew the info, so I'm going to be a suspect. And they're like, no, it's a lose-lose, so I don't even want to know. Leave me out.

01:59:20 - 01:59:27 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. No, I think that this is even bigger than your own personal relationship. This is your livelihood that we're talking about.

01:59:27 - 01:59:38 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. I've been out with friends who work in automotive, and I'm always surprised after four beers on the golf course, what can come out. Oh, my gosh. They all start spilling, and you're like, I don't think we're a corporation.

01:59:38 - 01:59:39 | Speaker 1:

That's a big one, I bet.

01:59:39 - 01:59:42 | Speaker 3:

The golf course is where all the secrets come out. Tina.

01:59:43 - 01:59:44 | Speaker 1:

Hey, how's it going?

01:59:45 - 01:59:47 | Speaker 3:

Good. Do you keep your company secrets?

01:59:48 - 01:59:59 | Speaker 1:

I do. I work at a sports and entertainment facility, and we get word about concerts probably before you guys even do. And it kills me not to tell people.

02:00:00 - 02:00:01 | Speaker 6:

But you have to keep it a secret.

02:00:01 - 02:00:04 | Speaker 3:

Do you have somebody, though, that is your confidant that you can tell?

02:00:05 - 02:00:06 | Speaker 6:

My husband, of course.

02:00:06 - 02:00:08 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. I'm going to call him up right now and find out.

02:00:08 - 02:00:09 | Speaker 6:

That's about it, though.

02:00:10 - 02:00:15 | Speaker 3:

We're going to make him blow all the deals. What's going on, John?

02:00:16 - 02:00:40 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. Yeah. So at my workplace, over the past two years, like, we've fired a lot of people. We've gone through a lot of people. But everybody gets told Like secretly who's getting fired Before that person knows they're getting fired That's the worst Everybody's just like waiting and watching Knowing this person's going to get fired So you wait until the security guy gets in the building And you know that's the day

02:00:40 - 02:00:55 | Speaker 3:

I don't ever want that I don't want to know that stuff And I've had that happen to me before where I knew And I hate it Because it's tough That's a person's livelihood I'd rather not know that What's up, David?

02:00:56 - 02:00:56 | Speaker 7:

Hey, how you doing?

02:00:57 - 02:00:58 | Speaker 3:

Good. What's going on?

02:00:59 - 02:01:22 | Speaker 7:

All right. So I work at this one oil place, oil chain shop, right? And there's one thing that I've always wanted to tell and, like, talk to people about it, but I just can't bring myself to snitch. But at the oil chain shop, they sell you premium oil. What they really do is they pump the regular conventional oil in the premium drums, and they upprice it. Wow. Yeah.

02:01:22 - 02:01:28 | Speaker 2:

See, that's the craziest kind of secret because that's a criminal behavior. They're ripping off customers.

02:01:28 - 02:01:44 | Speaker 7:

That's a big deal. That's what I'm saying. And, like, I kind of try and hint towards customers. I'd be like, you know, maybe, I don't think you need that. I think you should just do the regular oil. And then the boss comes around. No, you need the, you know, I'm like, well.

02:01:44 - 02:01:49 | Speaker 3:

David, your boss is going to know who you are if you're telling too much details here. You better be careful.

02:01:50 - 02:01:52 | Speaker 7:

Oh, I'll put all the details out there one day.

02:01:53 - 02:02:03 | Speaker 3:

I like it. Can't fire him now. He knows too much. Do you know if Niall Horne and Harry Styles are doing a collab together? Tell us, please.

02:02:03 - 02:02:09 | Speaker 1:

Traffic is a blessing and a curse. It makes you late to work, but that's less time you have to spend at work.

02:02:09 - 02:02:11 | Speaker 4:

So this is Mojo in the Morning.

02:02:19 - 02:02:41 | Speaker 3:

We're just talking, Megan, about why your friend will not give you the secrets to Harry Styles and Niall Horne possibly doing a song together because she works for a company that has made her sign a non-disclosure. Mike is on with us right now with a crazy story. Mike, how you doing?

02:02:42 - 02:02:44 | Speaker 5:

I'm doing well. Happy Friday, everybody.

02:02:44 - 02:02:48 | Speaker 3:

Happy Friday there, Mike. Where are you from, Mike?

02:02:49 - 02:02:50 | Speaker 5:

I'm from Liverpool.

02:02:51 - 02:02:55 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I love it. All right. Thank you for listening to us in Liverpool.

02:02:56 - 02:02:59 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, well, I live in Northville now.

02:02:59 - 02:03:01 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay. All right. Well, that's all right. Okay. What's going on?

02:03:01 - 02:04:28 | Speaker 4:

So the joy of moving to America and moving from one job to another job after two years and getting sued for a non-disclosure and a non-compete. and they took me to court on the grounds that I couldn't possibly do the same job in another company without disclosing secret information and in the auto industry uh non-competes are thrown around like confetti right they don't mean an awful lot they never get used but this was done by a group a couple of guys uh that worked in the company with me and they were doing it out of spite because they didn't want me to leave the company well karma is um sometimes a long time coming uh about three or four years later after this and and it evaporated in court because they had absolutely no standing whatsoever and it was just simply to to upset me um but ripple dissolved about four years later one of the guys who did it i was walking into the uh company that i work for And sitting in the reception was one of the guys who'd been responsible for the lawsuit. And he was in there, guess what? He was in there to interview for a position. Which you'll be surprised to hear he didn't get.

02:04:29 - 02:04:40 | Speaker 3:

Karma. By the way, you tell the most amazing story ever. Like, I'm listening to this story going, this is unbelievable. I've got a man with a fun accent telling me a fun story.

02:04:40 - 02:04:43 | Speaker 2:

Because he's from Liverpool. He's told this story in the pub about 20 times.

02:04:43 - 02:04:59 | Speaker 3:

Hey, Mike, on a totally different note, I'm going to throw this out there right now. I just read this this morning. What are the sexiest, smartest, and the most popular accents? So they did a rating system on...

02:05:00 - 02:05:37 | Speaker 1:

accents and they found out some interesting things and here's they poll did they include megan in this poll um they they actually should have because of uh megan's probably would be at the top so you're ready for this i love a good liverpool all right which accents are viewed to be the best worst sexiest smartest sounding and also most annoying um here are the top five american accents which you could probably add to this mike because you've been around america So you probably hear people's accents. Top five accents. Southern accents. New York accent. Midwestern accent. Oh, really? New Orleans.

02:05:37 - 02:05:38 | Speaker 2:

Wait, are you reading these backwards?

02:05:38 - 02:05:45 | Speaker 1:

And then Southern California. No, these are the top five. Those are the top five accents.

02:05:45 - 02:05:45 | Speaker 7:

New Orleans is the only one.

02:05:45 - 02:06:16 | Speaker 1:

People like Southern, number one. New York, number two. Midwestern, New Orleans. And then Southern California. Here is the interesting thing about the foreign accents. The British accent tops the foreign accent list. They ranked Boston's accent as the fourth smartest sounding accent in the country. The sixth most liked accent, but the first most annoying accent. I like that because Boston people are annoying.

02:06:17 - 02:06:21 | Speaker 5:

My daughter lives in Boston, so I'm going to bring that up with her.

02:06:21 - 02:06:36 | Speaker 1:

In the ranking of sexiest accents, here we go. they say that southern accents are the sexiest american accents while british did they do this poll in tennessee well british are no because i think southern girl southern more than new york

02:06:36 - 02:06:43 | Speaker 6:

though for sure no louisiana but not southern british accents are the sexiest foreign accents

02:06:43 - 02:07:02 | Speaker 1:

all right when it comes to attraction australian when it comes to attraction 80 of people feel that accents made someone more attractive. So we always joke on the show anytime somebody comes on and talks and they don't sound like they're a Midwesterner that says Kroger's.

02:07:03 - 02:07:05 | Speaker 3:

Any last one, an Irish accent turns me around.

02:07:06 - 02:07:10 | Speaker 6:

When Wes is around his family and the Canadian accent comes out, I even love that.

02:07:10 - 02:07:29 | Speaker 1:

Who's Wes? Oh, you're, yes. Oh, you're a fiance. I think he said when Wes, I was like, wait a second. The West Coast accent. 77% saying someone's accent was what attracted them to the person. So they actually, Mike, you should ask your wife, is she also from Liverpool?

02:07:30 - 02:07:33 | Speaker 5:

Well, my fiance is actually from Dearborn.

02:07:33 - 02:07:36 | Speaker 1:

Oh, gosh. They got a crazy accent in Dearborn, don't they?

02:07:37 - 02:07:37 | Speaker 5:

Oh, absolutely, yeah.

02:07:38 - 02:07:40 | Speaker 7:

Michael sounds like a news presenter to me.

02:07:40 - 02:07:45 | Speaker 1:

By the way, Michael, ask her if she thinks that your accent is hotter than you look.

02:07:46 - 02:07:52 | Speaker 5:

She has mentioned that at some point. But, hey, lots of fun stuff happens in the dark, so it doesn't matter.

02:07:54 - 02:08:01 | Speaker 6:

I do think you get brownie points for an accent. Like, if you're an 8 on the hotness scale out of 10, if you have an accent like yours, Mike, it brings you up to a 9.

02:08:01 - 02:08:05 | Speaker 4:

Oh, for sure. It's interesting that you say that. I'm a 3. I reckon it makes me a 5 and a half.

02:08:07 - 02:08:24 | Speaker 1:

It's interesting that you say that. one in three report that they think that their partner's voice and what it sounds like is very important to them. That one in three say it's extremely important that their partner have a very nice voice. So, if you got...

02:08:24 - 02:08:24 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

02:08:26 - 02:08:32 | Speaker 1:

Hold on a second. We got somebody from the south on the phone with us right now. James, are you there? Are you from the south or are you just commenting on southern accents?

02:08:34 - 02:08:42 | Speaker 4:

No, I'm definitely from the south. Yeah. I grew up in West Virginia. I wouldn't say like south south but yeah i'm definitely from west virginia so yeah even when they say south

02:08:42 - 02:08:46 | Speaker 3:

i'm like what's south there's like eight different accents down there yeah that is true see i think

02:08:46 - 02:08:51 | Speaker 1:

west virginia is not a south a southern accent yes it is i think it's an eastern southern accent

02:08:51 - 02:09:03 | Speaker 3:

no like i want a little appalachia mixed in but it's it's definitely more southern than eastern i want an atlanta uh or a georgia southern troll yeah but that's where when you get like the new

02:09:03 - 02:09:08 | Speaker 7:

orleans creole accent is like the sexiest american accent let's have the battle of the

02:09:08 - 02:09:17 | Speaker 1:

accents here right now james and michael okay so michael from liverpool james from uh what part of

02:09:17 - 02:09:22 | Speaker 4:

west virginia uh southern part logan is where i'm from but i live in toledo now wait you're losing

02:09:22 - 02:09:28 | Speaker 1:

the accent when you just said no he's still got it you kind of lost it a little bit yeah i moved

02:09:28 - 02:09:32 | Speaker 4:

up here about six years ago so i definitely have lost a lot of it oh there you go it came back a

02:09:32 - 02:09:46 | Speaker 1:

little bit all right um let's have let's have the battle here right now between the two of you guys michael if you could say um i love women who are naked all the time

02:09:46 - 02:09:55 | Speaker 5:

i love women who are naked all the time no come on no come on no no here's here's what i want you

02:09:55 - 02:10:00 | Speaker 1:

I'm going to change this. No, change this. Say men.

02:10:00 - 02:10:06 | Speaker 4:

Megan, you are the hottest girl in the world. And we'll let Megan judge this. Go ahead, but say it like you, Michael.

02:10:07 - 02:10:10 | Speaker 3:

Megan, you are the hottest girl in the world.

02:10:11 - 02:10:16 | Speaker 5:

Somebody please cut that audio for me so I can make it my ringtone just for a little boost every time.

02:10:16 - 02:10:19 | Speaker 4:

Now Mr. Southern. Go ahead, Mr. Southern.

02:10:20 - 02:10:34 | Speaker 3:

Hey, Darwin. Listen, I know you're one of the sexiest women I've ever seen. I'm sorry. I can't do it. That sounds bad to me I agree

02:10:34 - 02:10:39 | Speaker 1:

Say KP instead, please She loves her southern voice

02:10:39 - 02:10:53 | Speaker 4:

No, hold on Yoshi wants to be added to this list Because he wants an Arabic accent To be added to this list Yes, sir How you doing there, Yoshi? Nice to have you on What's going on?

02:10:53 - 02:11:06 | Speaker 3:

Not much, man I just wanted to say when my wife speaks Arabic, she's not allowed to speak it because she is horrible, horrible, horrible with it.

02:11:06 - 02:11:12 | Speaker 5:

What do you mean? You don't like when she speaks her native tongue because it's less attractive to sound?

02:11:13 - 02:11:15 | Speaker 3:

She doesn't know how to speak it.

02:11:15 - 02:11:20 | Speaker 4:

Oh, she's trying. Yoshi. Yoshi. Where are you from?

02:11:21 - 02:11:22 | Speaker 3:

Dearborn.

02:11:22 - 02:11:24 | Speaker 5:

Are you Syrian or Lebanese? What are you?

02:11:25 - 02:11:26 | Speaker 3:

Lebanese.

02:11:26 - 02:11:30 | Speaker 4:

Okay. All right. Say, Megan is the hottest girl I know.

02:11:33 - 02:11:40 | Speaker 3:

Okay. Megan is the hottest girl I've ever heard. So, Megan is the hottest girl in the world.

02:11:41 - 02:11:47 | Speaker 1:

That was pretty hot. I didn't like how it kind of came off like it was a question, but, you know.

02:11:48 - 02:11:49 | Unknown:

I'll take it.

02:11:49 - 02:11:50 | Speaker 1:

I will take it.

02:11:50 - 02:11:55 | Speaker 5:

He didn't want to say the sentence we gave him, Megan. He said, will you pay for my parking? I don't understand what that meant.

02:11:56 - 02:12:04 | Speaker 3:

No, so you guys got to understand. So we grew up here, and we barely know how to speak our language.

02:12:05 - 02:12:08 | Speaker 5:

Right, right, yeah. Accent's kind of dying off with the new generation.

02:12:08 - 02:12:12 | Speaker 4:

Which language do you find the sexiest, Yoshi? Mike's or James?

02:12:14 - 02:12:18 | Speaker 3:

Well, let me tell you something here. I don't find no man's sexiest.

02:12:20 - 02:12:25 | Speaker 4:

Can't answer that. All right. Mike, James, Yoshi, thanks. Yes.

02:12:26 - 02:12:32 | Speaker 3:

However, hey, I love Megan's voice. I love Megan's voice. Oh, Megan.

02:12:32 - 02:12:36 | Speaker 4:

What kind of accent do you think Megan has? That's a Toledo accent. Yeah.

02:12:37 - 02:12:43 | Speaker 3:

Megan has that sexy cowboy American accent.

02:12:44 - 02:12:51 | Speaker 1:

Thank you so much. Because my friends just ridicule me for being so Midwestern when I say I'm so happy. So happy.

02:12:52 - 02:12:55 | Speaker 4:

All right, all. Thank you, guys.

02:12:56 - 02:12:56 | Speaker 3:

I love you guys.

02:12:57 - 02:12:59 | Speaker 4:

02:13:11 - 02:13:13 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

02:13:13 - 02:13:23 | Speaker 4:

This is always the time of the morning where I go, God, thank God. It's the last dirty of the morning on a Friday, which means the weekend is almost here for us. What do you got trending, Shannon?

02:13:23 - 02:14:24 | Speaker 1:

Well, I've got an update on Bruce Willis' health battle. You know, he stepped away from acting last year at 67 years old after being diagnosed with aphasia, which was impacting his cognitive abilities. And yesterday, his family, his wife in particular, came out to say that his symptoms have unfortunately progressed. And doctors diagnosed him with something called frontotemporal dementia or FTD, which is a less common form of dementia. Bruce's family said, unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis. Selena Gomez opening up about how medication for her lupus has been affecting her body lately. She did a TikTok live stream this week, and she explained to fans that taking the meds caused her to gain weight and sometimes lose weight and then gain weight again. And so that's why you may see her looking differently at each event that she attends.

02:14:24 - 02:14:51 | Speaker 2:

I tend to hold a lot of water weight, and that happens very normally. And then when I'm off of it, I tend to kind of lose weight. I just want people to know that you're beautiful and you're wonderful, and I would much rather be healthy and take care of myself, and my medications are important and I believe and they are what helps me. Not a model, never

02:14:51 - 02:14:57 | Speaker 1:

will be. She said, can we please stop commenting on bodies already? I just wanted to tell you I

02:14:57 - 02:15:09 | Speaker 2:

love you guys and thanks for... supporting me and understanding, and if not, go away, because honestly, I don't believe in shaming people for body or anything.

02:15:09 - 02:15:18 | Speaker 4:

Speaking of weight in Hollywood, listen to this. Rebel Wilson says her contract for the Pitch Perfect movies prohibited her from gaining

02:15:18 - 02:15:35 | Speaker 2:

or losing weight. I did wait until Pitch Perfect seemed like it was over. I couldn't lose a massive amount of weight because I was in the contracts for that movie. You can't lose, I think it's not more than 10 pounds or gain more than 10 pounds. Yeah, you have to kind of stay at the weight.

02:15:35 - 02:15:42 | Speaker 4:

It's like in your contract. Not unheard of, but still kind of always makes me raise my eyebrows a little bit. And she said she was never offended to play a character called Fat Amy.

02:15:43 - 02:16:03 | Speaker 2:

I got sent the script and she sends me this script and goes, I hope you're not offended, but the character's called Fat Amy. And then I read it and I was like, no, Fat Amy I think is like the best character in the whole movie. Like, of course I'd love to play it. And it really didn't offend her. I guess, no, it's not. To me, that was kind of distinctive about the character. And I love playing her, like, so much.

02:16:03 - 02:16:05 | Speaker 7:

I heard a lot of actors have that, too.

02:16:05 - 02:16:05 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:16:06 - 02:16:10 | Speaker 7:

Because they feel like it takes away either the funny if they don't look the same.

02:16:10 - 02:16:31 | Speaker 4:

I feel like we heard Melissa McCarthy say something similar a couple of years ago. Yeah. About one of her roles. Sam Smith walking through Central Park in New York City. And all of a sudden, this woman, an irate woman, comes out of nowhere. starts heckling him over, or I should say heckling them, excuse me, over their performance at the Grammy Awards.

02:16:31 - 02:16:53 | Speaker 8:

You belong in hell. Tom Smith belongs in hell. You demonic, twisted, sick bastard. Leave the kids alone, you sick. Fifth record. Tom Smith is a pedophile. He's corrupting up the kids. Proving the kids. You sick mother...

02:16:53 - 02:17:00 | Speaker 7:

She loses the sexiness of her accent when she's yelling hate stuff.

02:17:00 - 02:17:21 | Speaker 4:

Her homophobia is just really showing itself. And lastly, Drake joined an 18-year-old YouTuber for a video call after he'd been trying to get Drake on for some time. Aisha Speed, I think is this kid's name on YouTube. And it was great at first until the kid made a comment about how sexy Drake's voice was. Drake very quickly ended the call.

02:17:21 - 02:17:31 | Speaker 3:

I got a lot of love for you, man. Like I said, I'm proud of you. You're doing your thing, man. Doing your thing. I was talking about you the other day in the car. I was talking to, um, Banks about you the other day. I'm proud of you.

02:17:32 - 02:17:38 | Speaker 5:

Bro, your voice is so sexy. Like, why? Like, bro, how is it so smooth like that? Like, how your voice so smooth like that, bro? How you?

02:17:40 - 02:17:41 | Speaker 8:

Damn, man!

02:17:44 - 02:17:45 | Speaker 5:

Damn, man!

02:17:47 - 02:17:48 | Speaker 7:

The hell?

02:17:48 - 02:17:50 | Speaker 5:

He got mad

02:17:50 - 02:17:56 | Speaker 4:

Because Drake hung up And he knew he wasn't ever going to be able to talk to him again I don't know

02:17:56 - 02:17:59 | Speaker 7:

Why did he do that? That is kind of weird

02:17:59 - 02:18:13 | Speaker 4:

Because Drake hung up He had his chance to interview Drake He called his voice sexy instead of smooth Which is what he said he wanted to say And Drake hung up So he was out of luck at that point Just went ballistic For all of today's Dirty Check out the Dirty page on thejournthemorning.com

02:21:07 - 02:21:08 | Unknown:

Please don't say that to me.

02:21:08 - 02:21:27 | Speaker 2:

Okay, ma'am, I'm adding up the last four years of coverage that we charged you as a non-smoker premium. Single. No surprise there. No children. Okay, you're going to owe us $800 per year for the last three years, plus this year and the change.

02:21:27 - 02:21:32 | Speaker 5:

You can't do that. I told you that I have a cold. I am not a smoker.

02:21:32 - 02:21:36 | Speaker 2:

Okay, Kathy. Well, do you swear on your children's lives that you are not a smoker?

02:21:37 - 02:21:40 | Speaker 5:

I don't swear on anything. That's just not appropriate.

02:21:41 - 02:22:06 | Speaker 2:

Okay, you want to swear on a carton of reds? I don't smoke reds. What's that? I am done talking to you. Oh, okay, yeah. You're getting a little winded there from the cigarettes? When the cloudy smoke haze just clears around you, why don't you write yourself a note, okay? Say, get insurance coverage, because you're going to need new coverage from now on. And also, write a note to yourself that you've just been phone scammed by the Mojo in the morning show.

02:22:07 - 02:22:08 | Unknown:

Oh, my God.

02:22:10 - 02:22:21 | Speaker 2:

You've got to be kidding us. Oh, my God. Oh, who are you kidding? You're going to die before this phone scam is over. Oh, Jesus.

02:22:21 - 02:22:40 | Speaker 1:

We will, we will scam you. Hey, get the cigarettes. Laugh all you want. We'll get you eventually. The world famous. Is the home of the world famous phone scams. Mojo in the morning.

02:22:42 - 02:22:52 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Hey, if you're out and about this weekend, shout it out. Where are you going to be this weekend? I know, Shannon, you're out and about. Where are you at?

02:22:52 - 02:23:02 | Speaker 4:

I am. I'm going to be at Gardner White for the President's Day sale tomorrow from 11 to 1. And I'll be specifically- We are American Band. I'll be at their Warren location. We are American Band.

02:23:04 - 02:23:05 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to be their music.

02:23:05 - 02:23:14 | Speaker 4:

Doors open at 10. The first 100 customer will get a $50 kicker. We'll give you a minute. John, banana, and it. We are American Band. Starting at $495.

02:23:15 - 02:23:16 | Speaker 3:

They have the best commercials, by the way.

02:23:16 - 02:23:17 | Speaker 4:

Like, really, really good sales tomorrow.

02:23:17 - 02:23:35 | Speaker 3:

Their commercials, honestly, wake me up because they always end up throwing some old, what sounds like an album rock song, like something that you'd hear on our station next door. Wheels. What the hell is this thing? Wheels. I almost called it W-4.

02:23:35 - 02:23:39 | Speaker 4:

They redo it a little bit. So 11 to 1, Gardner White Warren.

02:23:39 - 02:23:40 | Speaker 3:

Are you ready to do it again? Plug it again and I'll do the-

02:23:40 - 02:23:43 | Speaker 4:

I'm going to say hi. It's President's Day sale.

02:23:43 - 02:23:43 | Speaker 3:

Wait, hold on. Hold on a second.

02:23:43 - 02:23:45 | Speaker 4:

Always do a good one. Are you going to find the song?

02:23:45 - 02:23:47 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to find the song in here, and we're going to do it.

02:23:48 - 02:23:49 | Speaker 4:

We are.

02:23:50 - 02:24:07 | Speaker 3:

It's not We Are. It's just American Band, Grand Funk Railroad. Is that what it is? Oh, look at you. You know what? If I would have played that in the Throwback Throwdown, you would have won today. You would have had that. By the way, you've got to wait for that. That's coming up here in just a second, because in the Throwback Throwdown, one of the most suspenseful throwback throwdowns of all time.

02:24:07 - 02:24:08 | Speaker 4:

You know what they have on sale tomorrow?

02:24:09 - 02:24:09 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:24:09 - 02:24:12 | Speaker 4:

And I know you've talked about this before. Those reclining sofas.

02:24:12 - 02:24:14 | Speaker 3:

It is We Are. We are an American Band.

02:24:14 - 02:24:15 | Speaker 4:

I can't talk about that.

02:24:15 - 02:24:19 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Oh, I'm sorry. Taking that point away. Yeah, lose a point. All right.

02:24:19 - 02:24:20 | Speaker 4:

Suck it back.

02:24:20 - 02:24:22 | Speaker 3:

What do they got going on? Hold on a second.

02:24:22 - 02:24:25 | Speaker 4:

Those reclining. Remember how you were talking about how you wanted one of those reclining sofas to watch TV?

02:24:26 - 02:24:27 | Speaker 3:

Go ahead. Tell everybody about it.

02:24:27 - 02:24:47 | Speaker 4:

Okay. So tomorrow, it is President's Day at Gartner White Furniture. One day only. Saturday, February 18th. So doors open at 10. I will be there from 11 until 1, though. This is the Warren location on 14 Mile and Mound. Specifically. Come say hi.

02:24:48 - 02:24:53 | Speaker 2:

What do they say in the commercials? That we're an American van? Or what? American? No.

02:24:53 - 02:24:53 | Speaker 4:

Can you change it?

02:24:54 - 02:24:59 | Speaker 3:

No, I think it's just somebody that's not the actual band doing it. Yeah.

02:25:00 - 02:25:01 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, it's like a cover band or something.

02:25:02 - 02:25:06 | Speaker 4:

I didn't know if they altered the lyrics to make it for free delivery or something.

02:25:06 - 02:25:19 | Speaker 1:

The Gardner White President's Day Sale is a salute to savings with an extra 20% off every piece of furniture. And plus, we pay your tax. Oh, we see what we're going to say next time. Who's the latest?

02:25:20 - 02:25:23 | Speaker 6:

God, it sounds exactly like it, doesn't it? That's great.

02:25:25 - 02:25:27 | Speaker 5:

02:26:36 - 02:26:41 | Speaker 4:

But why didn't they use Grand Funk Railroad? Do you think it would cost that much to use the actual song?

02:26:41 - 02:26:48 | Speaker 2:

02:27:28 - 02:27:40 | Speaker 4:
