And I thought to myself, here's my wallet. Here's my keys. Just take it. Just don't kill me. I've got kids. I've got a wife. and has asked me for an ipad now i don't need to go into the store so um we're walking through the parking lot and you know walking our way up as the guy's like still talking to me and stuff and I'm kind of thinking to myself, well, I'd like to at least explore what the price of this iPad is. One moment a second ago, I'm thinking the guy's carjacking me. The next second, I'm actually doing business. We are doing business with each other. So he tells me that the iPad was $200, and he said that the baby formula was $20, okay? But he wanted to do a special if I wanted to buy both the iPad, the baby formula, and then some other stuff that he had. But here's his explanation. He bought all this stuff thinking he needed it, and he was trying to basically sell everything instead of having to go and list it online on Facebook Marketplace. He figured that he would just look for people that wanted to buy stuff. And he said, I looked like a guy that would want to buy it. I looked at him like, oh, you look like a sucker.

It got it written right over my forehead, right? So I sat there and I talked to him for just a second as I was still walking up to the store because I didn't stop my walk because I'm thinking if I stop my walk, the cops are going to pull up next to us, and the next thing you know, they're going to arrest both of us for what we're doing. So I said, no, no, no, no problem. And I went into the store and I did my shop and I had to go get some cottage cheese and some other things. And I come out of the store and the guy is sure as crap. He's following another guy. No takers yet. Yeah. Well, I think he might have had a few of those. I'm guessing. Maybe he did. He's like, you know what it is? He's like the Girl Scout cookie salespeople that always get you. I always try to go to the other entrance just to make sure.

It's going to be me in a couple of weeks.

Is that really? Yeah. Has anybody ever bought from these people? And did it turn out to actually be a bad item or a good item?

I can say this now because they're not around anymore, but I always was under the impression that everything you could buy at Gibraltar Trade Center, the only place where you could be eating fudge and getting your ass tattooed at the same time, was stolen. Like, you walked in there, and everything looked hot to me. Speakers.

Well, that was the thing. Remember we talked on the show during Trending News about how people are trying to steal your phones and your iPads from you by you just punching in your password. And then they get the thing and change everything up on you.

So did you not get the snowmobiles?

No, we turned him into the state, and we had the sheriff go back to my buddy's house and arrest him. He got a year in prison. Wow.

It's over. Travis Scott is the suspect in a police investigation into an alleged assault at a New York City nightclub. Law enforcement sources say early yesterday morning, Travis got into it with somebody at this club. It's called Nebula. It's in Midtown. And the alleged victim is a sound engineer. And he claims that after an altercation, Travis punched him in the left side of his face. Travis then caused approximately $12,000 worth of damage to a speaker and a video screen before running out of this place. Now, there is video of this. So there's evidence. And the video shows a very angry Travis. He tells somebody, it looks like the DJ to me in the video, I just watched it, to back the F up. And then this alleged assault happens. Travis's rep said he believes this whole thing was over-exaggerated for a potential cash grab. He also says Travis and his team are actively working with law enforcement to get the whole thing resolved. But again, I mean, they didn't know. I don't know how you can deny it. Actress Jenna Malone says she was sexually assaulted while filming The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2. Jenna, who plays tribute to Hannah Mason in the series, said her time filming in Paris was really hard as she was not only going through a bad breakup, but she had also been sexually assaulted by somebody that she worked with. She said she worked very hard to heal and learn through restorative justice how to make peace with the person who violated her and also make peace with herself. She was not dropping names. But she said, you know, it's always been really hard for her to do interviews or speak about her role in The Hunger Games and her character without feeling the sharpness of that moment in time. However, she said she's finally ready to put it behind her and reclaim the joy and accomplishment from doing the movie. She also encouraged her followers to DM her if they needed a safe space to be heard. And TikTok said it's going to limit the daily screen time for teens to 60 minutes as part of a slate of new features geared at improving the well-being of TikTok's younger demographic. The new default daily limit, which is expected to happen in the next couple of weeks, will be automatically applied. Users under 18 will need to enter a passcode to continue watching videos past that point. Teens will also be sent a weekly notification summarizing how much time they've been spending on TikTok. I know there are some new parental control features that are also being rolled out at the same time, including some tools that will allow.

By the way, this comes on the heels of a, did you see the new research that came out yesterday that shows that preteens who get too much screen time have a higher risk of suicide than later on that actually between nine and 11 years old, They're saying that kids have the increase in suicide thoughts, and it's because of the amount of screen time that they're doing. And I cannot believe how many people I know whose kids are that age. They're on YouTube. They're on TikTok. They even have their own Instagram accounts, and they're on for hours upon hours. They come home from school at 3.30 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and they're on screen time until dinner is put on the table. So it's scary.

And I would have suspicions and my gut wouldn't feel good. I would be so upset. I wouldn't trust my spouse.

There's always that in three-way call, War of the Roses, because it's the awkwardness of the, when I call you and I'm calling you, you say hello, and I go, hey, how you doing, what's going on? You know I'm calling you. They don't know what's going on that, you know, when the call's being made. So there's always the awkwardness of, I didn't call you. Why are you calling me? And why are you not talking when you're calling me? You know what I mean?

I do know what you mean, but their interaction sounded so fake. It sounded like she was saying, you broke up with me. Why would you be calling? What grown adult talks like that?

Well, then as it got into it, that's when it kind of happened a little bit. But I will tell you this, that that does happen. The awkwardness does happen on almost every of the three-way War of the Roses. But normally I edited it out, but I didn't edit it out in this case. And I think one of the reasons I didn't edit it out was because there really wasn't much interaction between the two of them. I mean, it was a quick call. It was probably one of our quickest that we've had. Is it Flip?

So I actually was dating my coworker, and I cheated on her. and the girl that I cheated on her with found out that I was dating someone and she walked up into my work and was like hey so the guy that was working yesterday what's his name because I told her my name was Randy and she like found out and actually didn't snitch me out for once I was like that's surprising like why didn't you snitch me out she's like I just wanted you to know that Like, I have you by the balls, and if I wanted to, I could end it. She's like, okay. Wow. And then she blocked me.

Wow. Wow. Did you have to work with that coworker that you cheated on?

Yeah. We dated, actually, another, like, six months after that.

Man. Vince, your wife cheated on you with a coworker. What happened when you found out about that?

Well, she's the assistant property manager at an apartment place, and she ended up cheating with one of the people that lived there. So she would always say she's going to be home late, stuff like that, and it turns out she's going to his house, which is right on where she lives at, and staying there for a couple hours. And I found out through his, it's just a big old mess, from his baby mom who contacted me because she found out and told me about it. and we all I confronted her confronted him and got divorced like a month ago and do they still work together yeah they they uh they still work together well yeah and are they still together

yeah she's pregnant oh gosh wow so you know you know the feeling of the the closeness with somebody that they work around, but you guys ended your relationship.

In my opinion, that'll never work. With them always seeing each other, there's always the what ifs.

Exactly. There's no way to rebuild trust on that. First, you have to start fresh and make a new foundation, and the first step of doing that is to isolate and to separate.

Are they living in the apartment complex together now?

Yeah, yeah, they got a place together.

I let him work there for a little bit to see if I could do it. But he ended up having a dream about her and contacting another co-worker so that he can contact her to make sure she was okay in his dream. and that drew the light. Oh, my God.

Oh, Lord. So how was it for you when he was going back to work? Every day did you worry about what was happening?

Every day. I actually drove up there a few times on his lunch break to see if they were together.

That's no way to live. Yeah.

Well, it was horrible.

Well, I didn't find out until, like, way after, but I always suspected it. The way I found out is he was dating somebody else. I was still married, mind you. And the coworker that he cheated on me with was jealous about that relationship. So she sent me an anonymous email pretending to be that girl that he's cheating on with. And she sent it to me and my entire family. Whoa.

I could get divorced because she was married and ended up getting divorced thinking that she's going to get divorced and marry her. Right. Right.

So there was at least two other women in this guy's life. And then what did you do when you found out? Like, how did you approach to him?

I filed for divorce, but then, like, he backpedaled and made it seem like it wouldn't be good for the kids and he's going to change and whatnot. But after originally filing for divorce, six years later, I did file, and now I'm happily divorced.

Who else is there coughing? There was somebody else coughing.

That's my fiancée. Oh, I got a new guy. That's her home. I've been cheated on, too.

Oh, he's also been cheated on. You know what? See that? You guys know the heartbreak of it, so you guys are perfect for each other.

Well, you know. Yeah, and we've never do it to each other. Yeah, everyone's been cheated on. It's not worth it.

I don't work with him anymore, but I did continue working with him after the situation happened.

oh no i know it was very early in our relationship we weren't like i think it was like two months into it so like we weren't even like officially dating yet we were in the talking stage so like

it was a whole thing if they ever paired you guys up in teams like they do at our office sometimes did you make sure you weren't near him so you couldn't get paired up with that guy um so this

was actually i was working in a factory and our teams were right next to each other so like i still saw him every day after like this situation happened unfortunately did you ever flirt or did he ever flirt no um he definitely tried to i just kind of decided that it wasn't worth my time i was like 21 at the time so i was like stupid young kind of mistake situation um i like talked to my boyfriend about it and we kind of came up with a situation what was best for it and i blocked him on everything and i didn't talk to him while i was at work and it ended up working out just fine because like three months later me and my current boyfriend moved in together and we ended up having a kid together about a year later and now we're about five years into our relationship and you know there's still some trust issues but yeah no um i was not made to quit my job but also my boyfriend's very big on money so like he didn't want me quitting isn't that

It's funny that you choose your relationship or you choose paying your bills. That's a lot of times the hardest reason. Yeah, sometimes you don't have the luxury of just getting another job. Well, the rest of Justin Bieber's tour has been officially canceled. He canceled the bulk of his 2022 dates after being diagnosed with that Ramsey Hunt syndrome.

Police in Georgia have issued an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Jalen Carter, one of the NFL's top draft prospects this year. He's been charged with reckless driving and racing in connection with a crash that happened back in January that unfortunately killed two people, including one of his University of Georgia teammates. Police say Jason or Jalen, excuse me, was racing his 2021 Jeep Trackhawk against a Ford Expedition that was driven by recruiting staffer Chandler LaCroix. Chandler and Bulldogs offensive lineman Devin Wilcock were killed in that crash. Officials say Chandler's blood alcohol level was more than twice the last.

Also, she was driving a vehicle meant to be used for recruiting purposes only, but the crash happened hours after the Bulldogs celebrated their second straight national championship with this big parade. According to court documents, Jalen apparently also left the crash scene before emergency services arrived, but then he came back about an hour and a half later. F them babies. Which I just thought was funny or whatever. But then I couldn't believe, I didn't get a strike for posting that. But I did get a strike on my account again, which, by the way, I feel like I'm one strike away from getting my entire Instagram deleted at this point. Because I've had a whole bunch of copyright strikes, but I think this is like my second or third community violation strike. And it was all because of a selfie that I posted with Mike's wife, Allie. And the caption wrote, watch out, Mike, I'm going to steal your girl.

Oh, my God.

And Instagram took it down and said that I was inciting violence or illegal activities. It's so stupid.

Not only did they take it down, they took it down immediately. Like, you didn't even have time to show me that you did that. That, by the way, I am just convinced that is the bots or whatever their computer program is such idiots. It's just the word that flags it off. Or Instagram thinks you're really going to. And so it's like, no, I don't know. You're a trafficker. You're going to traffic.

I remember my mom for my birthday posted a really awful photo of me, which is our family tradition anyway, but I wrote, I think I just might kill you, and that got me in trouble with Facebook because obviously I'm not going to kill my mother. I love her very much.

And I always thought that if it wasn't the, because that was their music and their band and their stuff like that, why would that be something they have to take down? And they did that. They dinged that on me. So random. Because I always thought that they have to do it if it's the actual artist's song and not if it's somebody else's singing the song. Like, I can sing in the shower that song and they shouldn't be able to do it.

All right, so real quick, let me tell you how I've met you after COVID because you started as the announcer. And I remember going to a game when there was only like what? I was going to say when there was only like 5,000 fans in the stands, but now there's only like 5,000 fans. I mean, but no, when there was only like a short amount of people that were allowed to go to the games because of COVID. And I remember watching you do your announcements and they would put you up on the 300 level or whatever it is. And you and the cheerleaders and all those guys, it was the most stupid. You know how COVID brought up the stupidness in people? Like everybody was fake socially distancing, you know, for purposes. But he would be up on the 300 level and they put you up there so that you were so far away from the players, you couldn't get them sick. Yeah. And I'm going, wait a second. They couldn't just have you guys like still be on the sidelines, just have you not as close to the court. But but your energy was amazing. And then when they finally got you guys back into play, I watched him like this guy is good. And I remember contacting you. And then we got a chance to meet. You know how we met his lovely girl.

Yeah, my bae. His better half. She is the beautiful woman who we did our donation to at Christmas time of that van to take kids to go visit their parents who are incarcerated. Tell everybody about that.

Yeah, well, you guys actually interviewed her around that time. She has a foundation called Pure Heart. That's for children of incarcerated parents. And Mojo, Dwayne Casey, some amazing folks. Distance coach. Yeah, yeah, yeah. some amazing folks and partners all banded together to help these kids who rarely ever get to see their parents. Yeah. And with the money that was donated, purchased a van so we can drive and take these kids around and not only take them to see their parents, but bring them to their offices at the old Marygrove location so we can have after-school programming and tutoring and mentoring and really start to foster and build a good community for these children.

Yeah, it's cool.

It's really if you're one of those few things

Where you carry a stigma attached to you and who you are even though you had nothing to do?

Yeah, so it was your dad, right? Yeah, my pops. How old were you when your dad? I was third grade third grade is when he went in and you do you actually did you visualize him leaving and going to prison or no?

No, so the craziest thing, so I love movies. So when you talked about Imagine, big shout out to Anthony Laverne over there at Imagine. So the only thing that I remember about that time is we went to go see Godzilla. Remember when Godzilla came out? Yeah. It was a huge film when the millennium happened in 2000. That was the only thing. So the entire family is kind of like a going away party kind of thing. We went to the movies, so that was my only experience.

So did you know going to the movies, this was your dad's last, and then he was going into...

I don't remember for sure, but I remember the next morning, That was the hugs and the kisses and the tears and the goodbye. And then five or six years later, we were hugging and kissing and crying for a different reason. That's because he was finally coming home.

That's awesome.

And did you have people in your life that stepped up as father figures or people that looked after you?

I mean, the two most important people in my life are my mom and my grandmother. And, yeah, they really stepped up for sure.

You can't hate on them for hustling, though, because for half the year, their phone doesn't ring. So now this is their chance. They're in high demand.

So my neighbor had a tree that fell down and had to have tree trimmers come out and cut the thing down. The tree trimmers told my neighbor it was going to be $1,000 plus, like $1,500 to do it. When the tree trimmers came out, because it was a big old tree, when the tree trimmers came out, They added another $700 to the whole thing And my neighbor was stuck with a tree sitting there That they couldn't get into their house And I'm telling you Highway robbery Well if they gave a quote

And then they changed the price once they got out there You gotta like trash them And give them bad reviews

If you only knew their names Because they never have names of their companies On the sides of their trucks too

And they're an LLC or something like that

You have to call us up and share with us If you've ever been scammed by a tree trimmer at 844 Mojo Live because I know it's craziness now.

So I live in a neighborhood where there's tons of big, big old trees. And so I constantly have issues with branches falling or I just need to get them trimmed, you know, for various reasons. And so last summer I have these four big trees in my backyard. And this is so stupid, but when I bought the house, the people had just landscaped. And so they had said, you need to shape these trees. I don't even know, like, you know, to make them skinny or whatever. Or else they get overgrown and my neighbors get mad. So I called this company. I had some other branches and stuff that they had to work on anyway. And I said to the guy, can you also work on these four trees back here? They need to be shaped. I feel so stupid saying that. But like, okay, whatever. And so when I got home from work that day, I could see everything else had been trimmed except for these four stupid trees in my backyard. And the guy goes, oh, but I did. I did do it. no you didn't and he goes yeah i did you know i made them into this i go that's the shape that they were before i had to go and like pull pictures of the kids in the backyard to be like look they look exactly the same how much did he want to charge for that oh i don't even know i pushed that memory out of my head because it really is it's one of those things that you don't want to spend money on but you have to and it is ridiculously expensive it's it's so stupid

It wasn't the potato juice, okay? Please go get some antibiotics, some actual medicine, and see a doctor if you think you have strep throat.

So it comforts the pain, I guess, the starch of it. Kind of comforts your throat, so it makes it feel like it's gone away. But in a lot of cases, it's not gone away. It's still there. And why are you not talking when you're calling me? You know what I mean?

I do know what you mean, but their interaction sounded so fake. It sounded like she was saying, you broke up with me. Why would you be calling? What grown adult talks like that?

Well, then as it got into it, that's when it kind of happened a little bit. But I will tell you this, that that does happen. The awkwardness does happen on almost every of the three-way War of the Roses. but normally I edited it out but I didn't edit it out in this case and I think that one of the reasons I didn't edit it out was because there really wasn't much interaction between the two of them I mean it was a quick call

So I actually was dating my coworker, and I cheated on her. And the girl that I cheated on her with found out that I was dating someone. And she walked up into my work and was like, hey, so the guy that was working yesterday, what's his name? because I told her my name was Randy, and she, like, found out and actually didn't snitch me out for once. I was like, that's surprising. Like, why didn't you snitch me out? She's like, I just wanted you to know that, like, I have you by the balls, and if I wanted to, I could end it. She's like, okay. Yeah. Like, we dated actually another, like, six months after that.

Well, she's the assistant property manager at an apartment place, and she ended up cheating with one of the people that lived there. So she would always, like, say she's going to be home late, stuff like that. And it turns out she's going to his house, which is right on where she lives at. And staying there for a couple hours. And I found out through his, it's just a big, big old mess from his baby mom who contacted me because she found out and told me about it. And we all, I confronted her, confronted him and got divorced like a month ago.

And do they still work together?

Yeah, they, they, they still work together. Well, yeah.

And are they still together?

Yeah, she's pregnant.

Sorry about that, Vince. So you know the feeling of the closeness with somebody that they work with or are at work around, but you guys ended your relationship.

I let him work there for a little bit to see if I could do it. But he ended up having a dream about her and contacting another co-worker so that he can contact her to make sure she was okay in his dream. And that drew the light. Oh, my God.

Oh, Lord. So how was it for you when he was going back to work? Every day did you worry about what was happening?

Every day. I actually drove up there a few times on his lunch break.

And the co-worker that he cheated on me with was jealous about that relationship. So she sent me an anonymous email pretending to be that girl that he's cheating on with and sent it to me and my entire family so that I could get divorced because she was married and ended up getting divorced thinking that she's going to get divorced and marry her. Right.

So there was at least two other women in this guy's life. And then what did you do when you found out? How did you approach it to him?

i i filed for divorce but then like he backpedaled and made it seem like it wouldn't be good for the kids and he's going to change and whatnot but after originally filing for divorce six years later i did file and now i'm happily divorced

It's okay. It's all right. Travis Scott is the suspect in a police investigation into an alleged assault at a New York City nightclub called Nebula. Law enforcement says early yesterday morning, Travis got into it with somebody at his club. The alleged victim here is a sound engineer, and he claims after this altercation, Travis punched him in the face. Then he caused approximately $12,000 worth of damage to a speaker and video screen before getting the heck out of there. There is video of this, at least part of it. You can see it on the Dirty page at MojoInTheMorning.com. The video shows Travis angry at somebody in the DJ booth. It looks like the DJ to me. He kind of pushes him out of the way and then says, back the F up. It's very easy to read his lips. That happened right before this alleged assault. Travis's rep said he believes the whole thing was over-exaggerated for a potential cash grab. Memphis Grizzlies point guard John Morant has been accused of punching a teenage boy in the head last summer and flashing a gun at him. That alleged incident reportedly came four days after another incident in which Morant allegedly threatened the head of security at a Memphis mall. I guess his mom got into an argument with a mall employee. This is, again, over the summer. Called her son for help who came with nine other people to help. Well, days later.

Again, this is like I talked about earlier this morning. These rich guys, they don't need, call a security person or the police.

Well, I guess they did call, going back to that before I move on, they did call the head of security and John Morant got into it with the head of security at the mall. So that didn't really help. But a couple of days later, John Morant was playing basketball at a friend's home, allegedly punched this 17-year-old kid following some sort of argument that grew heated. I don't even know about what. The teen told police that Morant punched him 12 to 13 times and then flashed a gun at him. So two weeks later, Morant filed a police report alleging this teen threatened him. No charges were filed, but the 17-year-old boy's family is now suing Morant.

Did you guys hear about the 40-year-old Pennsylvania man that was taken into FBI custody after They're trying to smuggle an explosive device onto an Allegiant Airlines flight. Yeah. It was a flight that I think it was. It wasn't here. It wasn't going out of Flint Bishop.

It was going out of a very small airport like that, though. I think it's the Allegheny Airport or something. Like just a teeny tiny little airport.

This morning, new details emerging about a Pennsylvania man's thwarted attempt to allegedly smuggle an explosive device onto a plane. The FBI says that explosive was found inside one of these rolling suitcases belonging to Mark Muffley, seen in this surveillance image Monday at Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley International Airport. Authorities say Muffley was flying to Orlando on Allegiant Airlines and checked the suitcase, which triggered an alarm as it went through TSA screening, indicating it contained a suspicious device. Investigators say inside the bag, they found a circular compound, approximately three inches in diameter, wrapped in wax-like paper and clear plastic wrap, hidden in the lining of the baggage. It was concealed within his luggage. He went, he put some effort into that. Chad Iggy is part of the bomb squad that responded to the scene. The FBI says x-rays of the device showed it contained a granular type of powder consistent with a commercial-grade firework, and that it had multiple fuses attached, including one designed to ignite quickly. Investigators say the bag also contained a can of butane and a lighter. Criminal complaint alleging the device was susceptible to ignite from heat and friction and posed a significant risk to the aircraft and passengers.

It was not a sophisticated device, but it could still inflict a lot of damage or harm to people. There's always a risk of anything of any size going off in an aircraft. There's a reason why you're limited to three ounces of fluid on an aircraft. So it doesn't take much.

Sources familiar with the investigation tell ABC News while the device contained flammable explosive components, it was not operational. Someone would have needed to somehow enter the cargo hold to detonate it. After the device was found, TSA paged muffly over the airport PA system, telling him to report to the security office. And just minutes later, the FBI says Muffley was seen on surveillance footage leaving the airport.

Stop for a second. They ended up arresting him at home, so they actually had to go to his home. But wait, you page him over the thing. Attention, man who had bomb in bag. Please come to security office. Like, what is that BS? He's going to turn around and go, oh, that's me. Put the freaking guy in cuffs.

What is that all about? Unbelievable. Thank God they got them. but have you guys been following the

The Murdoch Murders?

Murdoch, yeah. Is it Murdoch or Murdoch? I just started watching the documentary, too. They pronounce it Mur-Dock. Yes, Mur-Dock.

So here's the thing. This is a South Carolina guy. He was like a lawyer down there whose family pretty much owned the town, it sounded like. And if you watch the documentary, you're going to say to yourself afterwards, guilty, guilty, guilty.

Which you can do it in an afternoon.

It's really short. People around them keep dying, and they keep getting away with what seems like the family involved, but then they remove the family from involvement because of his influence in the town.

He's being brought up on charges right now of murder, of killing his wife and his 20-something-year-old son. But the interesting thing is, if you just watch this trial, you feel like this guy possibly could get off. He will. Because there's a lot of reasons, but he was pretty good on the stand. I'm going to play for you some of the closing statement that was made by the district attorney, who this guy was like a bulldog.

By the way, five minutes ago, a bulletin came in. They removed a juror for discussing the case with people outside the court. So now that leaves 12 jurors and one alternate remaining. But that also could really affect the outcome.

So here's the interesting thing. The jury got to go to the murder scene, which was like their dog kennel area that they had on this rich home, you know, this big land in South Carolina. a thousand acres man they got some bucks and here here's the uh the district attorney because maggie

sees what happens and she comes running over there running to her baby when she got mowed down by the only person that we have conclusive proof was at that scene just minutes before this man was trying to sell you on an idea that he jetted back quickly dozed off from the shortest map in the history of the south and then he got in his car just seconds after the supposed vigilantes that knew somehow that paul and maggie would be both at moselle that also knew that they would be alone

now to bring you up to speed there are there have been a number of people that have died that are associated with the family including one was a girl that died and they're trying to pin that this family was hated by people, including hated by people that this guy did business dealings with because he stole money from them. And they're trying to say that he didn't murder his wife and his son, that it was somebody that hated him, although he was the only person that was at the scene of the murder. Here's what a defense attorney by the name of Brian Dockery, who works for ABC News, says could get him off. There's not a lot of direct evidence that Alec

Murdoch actually committed these murders. There's no murder weapons. There's no blood on who they're believed to be the murderer. There's no eyewitness. This is difficult. This is not a slam dunk in any way.

I'll tell you what, and this guy gets off. It's like, you know, not since OJ have we seen something like that where everybody looks and goes, this guy is guilty. How is this person getting off? But I don't know. What do you think with this latest revelation about a juror being knocked off? Megan, I know you've been really following this thing. Do you think that he gets found guilty or gets off?

No, I think he's going to get off on the murders. What I do think he will get convicted on is the theft of the over $4 million from his clients. He's going to jail for a very, very long time, but I don't think they have sufficient evidence that proves he was the murderer. I think everybody knows he was, but you can't say with reasonable doubt that he is.

Do you see the story about the quadriplegic man that he used in one of his TV commercials that he ended up stealing money from? I mean, every story you hear about this man just infuriates you.

Well, this isn't a spoiler alert, but there was, what, five bodies in six years? I mean, it's a lot of dead people, and it's a lot of suspicion.

Yeah. Couple of quick little stories here. Oh, do you guys remember the local mom that Rebecca, what is it, Keisling from Rochester? She spoke before Congress talking about her two sons that died due to fentanyl poisoning. I played you guys the clip yesterday.

If we had weapons aimed at our people with weapons of mass destruction aimed at our cities, you damn well know you would do something about it.

You talk about children being taken away from their parents. My children were taken away from me.

this is a war act like it do something president biden spoke about her and it's what he did at the end of talking about it a chuckle that he made that has made some people say that it was insensitive uh this was a comment that he made about that mom very specific recently

saying that a mom a poor mother who lost two kids to fentanyl that that i killed her sons Thank you.

Well, the interesting thing is that fentanyl they took came during the last administration.

Well, he was speaking to a bunch. He was talking about to Congress people about working in bipartisan to get people to pass some laws, including about the border and stuff. Right. And he was bringing up an example.

But you have to say that chuckle is probably a bad idea.

Well, he was bringing up an example of Marjorie Taylor Greene talk tweeting that and blaming him for those deaths when she clearly said in the in the date and clearly made that it was during the Trump organization. And he was saying there's a few out there that are making them trying to make them look really bad instead of working together.

That mom, she actually called out not just the White House, she called and said the White House. She called out and you heard that clip. She called out everybody, everybody in Congress.

Yeah, I mean, the crisis has been going on for 15 years. But I'm saying in the statement he was making, he was talking about there's only a select few that are trying to make them look bad that won't work together to get things passed. And he was using her as an example, saying for two days she won't correct the statement that she made. In fact, her tweet's still up, and it has warnings from Twitter that it's false information.

It's too bad, though, that that chuckle happened. But did you hear also about TikTok? This is a big news. Shannon, you did this early this morning. I want to do it again. TikTok is bringing in time limits for under-18s. So if you're under 18, they're going to put a time limit on how much time you can spend on TikTok. They need to put a time limit on Megan, not just under 18. Shut up, shut up, shut up.

I made you look, I made you look. For teens, TikTok can be a black hole, sucking them in for hours at a time. This should be illegal. The company announcing a new set of well-being features aimed at helping teens and their families manage their time in the app.

We're introducing screen time limits for our teen users.

In the next couple of weeks, the popular app will roll out a new family pairing feature that allows parents to filter videos with words or hashtags they don't want their teens to see, keep track of how many times the app is opened in a day, and it enables caregivers to mute app notifications at set times.

Yeah, parents, by the way, aren't watching what their kids are doing.

They're not doing this. On family pairing, we've muted notifications, effectively turned them off for different age users starting at 9 and 10 p.m. we've now added to that to allow more granular control so a parent can have muted notifications

for their teens at all different ages. And to stop the endless scroll, TikTok will now automatically set a 60-minute daily screen time limit for any account belonging to someone under 18. And if the limit is reached, kids under 13 will need to get a parent to enter a passcode to allow them to keep watching. It's really important that we think about what kids are

being exposed to but also what are they not doing as a result of their extensive use of these apps

on screens and devices wow um nobody's gonna do it and and they're gonna work their way around it

people are doing it people are saying that they could change the time on their iphone to like an hour back or you know a ton of there's a ton of hacks you can do to make it so that you can access change the age like how's the app gonna know well it doesn't stop the kids from using it at all it
