I know, and I heard that this album is going to be kind of full of that

00:03:35 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 1:

Mojo, is he your favorite artist?

00:03:38 - 00:03:49 | Speaker 5:

I would say he was one of my favorite people To ever hang out with I thought so I'm going to put Ed Sheeran right up there with Diddy When Diddy came in studio It was awesome, it was magical

00:03:49 - 00:03:52 | Speaker 2:

Because I barely remember it Well, we drank a lot with him

00:03:52 - 00:04:02 | Speaker 5:

But then when we went backstage to hang with Ed He was just gracious and nice And, you know, he's a guy that could be an a-hole But won't be an a-hole, you know what I mean?

00:04:03 - 00:04:04 | Speaker 1:

Like, so far on the other end of the spectrum

00:04:04 - 00:04:05 | Speaker 5:

From being an a-hole

00:04:05 - 00:04:09 | Speaker 1:

What's his one song that you love? The one about his friend passing?

00:04:09 - 00:04:47 | Speaker 5:

Is that the one that you love? Oh, my God, yeah Oh, gosh, what the hell? Now you got me on the spot Sorry, sorry, sorry Yeah, that was on his last album And it kind of reminded me a little bit of Visiting Hour? Yeah My mom. I cry every time Photograph comes on, though. Really? Oh, my God. For some reason, I cry like a baby whenever that song. And it's not really like a sad, sappy type of a song. But if you listen to the words of the song, it's like, oh, it makes me think of my mom. But, yeah. All right. Well, let's see. What's Ed going to make me think of today? We're going to find out. And you know what? I'm going to start. Let's do it. Let's start off with an Ed throwback. Because I guess he's got some throwbacks now, right? There's some songs old enough.

00:04:47 - 00:04:50 | Speaker 2:

No, don't say that. I know. I know. Oh, we're doing it.

00:04:50 - 00:04:52 | Speaker 5:

Here we go. Come on.

00:04:56 - 00:04:57 | Speaker 2:

It's mojo in the morning.

00:05:00 - 00:05:05 | Speaker 3:

it's mojo in the morning mojo in the morning hello everybody it's the weekend bitches

00:05:05 - 00:06:05 | Speaker 2:

happy friday everyone here we go welcome to the mojo the mojo in the morning show this is the mojo mojo in the morning show we have got your mojo mojo in the morning show fridays on mojo yeah that's what we got working at the holiday inn bar right now playing a little fun music for you guys hope you have fun tip your waiters and waitresses uh so mike mike experienced what we have all experienced that have children on the show judgment oh yeah mike went yesterday to cecily school for march's reading month to read and mike it's a good thing sometimes when the teacher knows what you do for a living but then

00:06:05 - 00:07:12 | Speaker 3:

sometimes it may not be so good yeah uh so i went in and surprised ces and she like ran to the door and gave me a big old hug i was a mystery reader and her friends were super excited and she sat next to me while i read and they ask you know what they you guys know what they do they ask the choir ask a million questions and one of the questions are always how much do you make and it's random questions who's your favorite person that you met and then her teacher jumps in and goes hey did you were you at irish and i own you and i was like yeah i was like yeah that's a random thing for her teacher to know and she just kind of smiled and so then i um and so then somebody the little kid asked you know what is the what is how many cats do you have oh no i was You say, what is Irish on Ionia? Then it went back to random questions. And then she pops in again. So what did you do at Irish on Ionia? And I was like, oh, we, I was like, that's a good question. We broadcasted live and then I get on stage. I was like, I used to play some of the music. And then the kids got all excited. You used to play music? So you sing with the artists like Harry Styles and stuff? I said, yes, of course I sing with Harry Styles. That's exactly what my job is.

00:07:12 - 00:07:13 | Speaker 1:

Make yourself sound way cooler.

00:07:13 - 00:07:52 | Speaker 3:

And then so at the end, you know, I'm grabbing my stuff and Sessa and I are packing up to leave and we go to the door and she's like, oh, hey, you forgot your coat. And I'm like, oh, geez, because literally that's my how my brain works. I forget things all the time. And I'm like, oh, yeah, I forgot about that. And she goes, you got your phone, too, right? Oh. And I go, you have got to be kidding me. She's a listener. Oh, yeah. The smile and the judgment on her face. She had to have heard that entire topic. That entire topic. That's so good. But I don't know if it's like a ha-ha kind of judgment or like a- No, she was- That was funny.

00:07:52 - 00:07:54 | Speaker 2:

She's funny. She's having fun with you.

00:07:54 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 3:

Okay. Okay, because in my head, I worried about that all day. Like, oh my gosh, I'm going to get like a letter back from her school. They're never going to have me in again. Like, this is like- That's so good. I was terrified.

00:08:05 - 00:08:21 | Speaker 2:

The beauty of it is that she's obviously a listener, and, you know, that's cool that we love that she listens to the show. But now she knows that all of Cecily's smarts comes from her mother. You know, it's first hand.

00:08:22 - 00:08:27 | Speaker 1:

Now, I got a question, Mick. What book did you read? Because I really wanted him to read the book with his daughter in it.

00:08:27 - 00:08:40 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. So Megan gave me a book a couple years ago. It was like The Adventures of Cecily and Milo, and I thought it was like the coolest thing in the entire world. What a gift. Yeah, but I can't read a book about Cecily while Cecily's sitting in front of her. Oh, my God.

00:08:40 - 00:08:41 | Speaker 2:

She would have gone crazy.

00:08:41 - 00:08:49 | Speaker 3:

No, I cannot. Because she sat up there with me and was like, hey, guys, when he's done, I'm going to tell you guys a joke, okay? And the class was like, oh, okay, Cecily. I love her.

00:08:49 - 00:08:50 | Speaker 2:

That's incredible.

00:08:50 - 00:08:53 | Speaker 3:

I read Green Eggs and Ham. That's what I ended up going with.

00:08:53 - 00:09:03 | Speaker 2:

I will never forget going into school for Jacob, and I had to follow a doctor, a lawyer, and a pilot.

00:09:04 - 00:09:05 | Speaker 1:

No. That's what I had to follow

00:09:05 - 00:09:09 | Speaker 2:

A doctor, lawyer, and pilot And here comes me

00:09:09 - 00:09:11 | Speaker 1:

You're so much cooler to them

00:09:11 - 00:09:12 | Speaker 2:

I don't know

00:09:12 - 00:09:14 | Speaker 1:

The pilot was pretty cool to them

00:09:14 - 00:09:47 | Speaker 2:

The doctor and lawyer They were kind of like But the pilot And he brought in wings for them So he brought gifts in I did too though But I was told that I couldn't bring in certain gifts I wanted to bring in koozies for all the parents For some reason we used to have koozies You know what koozies are? You keep your drink nice and ice cold if you put it around there. And then they're like, you know, the koozies might want to stay back out here, though. So I passed out bumper stickers. We used to have bumper stickers back in the day.

00:09:48 - 00:09:50 | Speaker 3:

Gifts, that's what I should have brought is gifts.

00:09:50 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

That's such a great idea. We used to have fidget spinners with our logos on them. We should have given those to the kids. I was told when I read to Lucy's class that I embarrassed her. Oh, my God, why?

00:10:00 - 00:10:22 | Speaker 5:

Because I wanted to I know who most of the kids are But she has had a crush On this one little boy forever and ever And so at the end I had pulled her aside and we were chit-chatting And I said, Lucy, is that And I don't even want to say his name I said, is that him? And she put her little forehead against mine And she goes, Mom, stop your embarrassing me

00:10:22 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 6:

I'm like, I didn't even say anything out loud And she's like, please stop, please stop

00:10:25 - 00:10:37 | Speaker 4:

I like this texture here, Mike Mike419 says, she very well could have been also enjoying Irish on Ionia herself, Mike.

00:10:37 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I didn't even think of that. She never said anything else. She would just go, so you were there, right? And I was like, yeah. And then she would have like this side smile. And I'm like waiting for her to say something. Like, were you there? Did you enjoy it? Do you have a follow-up? There was none, ever.

00:10:54 - 00:11:30 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, that's funny. That is so funny. My favorite, too, is I used to always, like, want my kids to have, like, the cute young teacher that was there because I thought, oh, you know, maybe more fun. My kids always ended up getting the veteran teacher, the one that had been there for a while, and they were always the best teachers. And they were actually even more fun sometimes because they kind of knew what they could get away with and couldn't get away with and stuff like that. So that was kind of cool. But you know what the most embarrassing thing that I've ever done on this radio program over the years to my wife was?

00:11:30 - 00:11:30 | Speaker 2:

What?

00:11:30 - 00:11:46 | Speaker 4:

I used to do rate the teachers. And I would do how attractive they were. And every single year we would start off the school year and it would be like, all right, got a chance yesterday to do the walk around the school and see the teachers. Let me rate the teachers here right now.

00:11:46 - 00:11:49 | Speaker 5:

You should see Lucy's teacher this year. She's literally a fairy tale princess.

00:11:49 - 00:11:56 | Speaker 6:

She talks like a princess. She looks like a princess. She is a princess. She's straight out of Disney.

00:11:56 - 00:12:09 | Speaker 4:

Is she really? Mm-hmm. Wow. Yeah. That would be kind of cool. Wouldn't that be kind of cool? And the kids always wanted the guy teacher, too. That was the other one. Yeah. My boys always wanted the guy, because there was always, like, the guy teacher that was there.

00:12:09 - 00:12:09 | Speaker 2:

Because they were cool.

00:12:10 - 00:12:15 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, for some reason. I don't know. They were laid back. Because they would play football with them out on the playground and stuff like that.

00:12:15 - 00:12:20 | Speaker 5:

They always had the animals in their room. You know. They did.

00:12:20 - 00:12:29 | Speaker 4:

They brought their dogs to school because they couldn't find a dog sitter. All right. Well, I'm glad, Mike, that we have a listener, and hello to Cecily's teacher.

00:12:29 - 00:12:52 | Speaker 3:

No, we have a lot, because I sat down, and the first question I asked was, so who all listens to the radio station? And all the kids raised their hand. I said, 104.5 SNX. And I said, you guys might not listen in the morning, because it's more for adults. And I said, but have you guys ever heard of Mojo in the morning? Oh, my God, we love Mojo in the morning. An entire classroom full of kids listened.

00:12:52 - 00:12:52 | Speaker 4:

I love that.

00:12:52 - 00:12:53 | Speaker 3:

Don't ever stop, parents.

00:12:54 - 00:13:35 | Speaker 4:

Ask, and then you should ask the next one. Ask your mom and dad to make sure they turn the volume off in the back seat when you're in the back. So that we don't have to give warning to you. My favorite was the kids would always be at, you know, 7.50 waiting for the phone scam to run. And then I would go to school to go pick up my, you know, sons at school. and I would get yelled at by countless parents because their kids were late to school because I was, like, not getting into the phone scam until, like, 7.55 or something like that. All right, Mojo in the Morning Show. We're going to give you a chance to win some prizes this morning. We got a lot of concert tickets. First, we'll start off with Kid Leroy tickets.

00:13:35 - 00:13:38 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:16:02 - 00:16:11 | Speaker 3:

We'll get you started off on a Friday morning with what's going on in the Dirty on the 30. We've got a phone scam, the 5 of 6.55, all coming up here in just a second.

00:16:11 - 00:17:26 | Speaker 1:

Well, in his first appearance before Congress yesterday, TikTok CEO Xiao Chu was grilled by lawmakers about his company's failure to protect U.S. user data. I ask you again, Mr. Chu, has ByteDance spied on American citizens? I don't think they're spying is the right way to describe it. Yesterday's hearing lasted more than five hours, kicked off with calls from lawmakers to ban TikTok here in the States. And it was just like a really contentious five hours. Two used his testimony to stress TikTok's independence from China and play up its U.S. ties, saying TikTok itself is not even available in mainland China. And he said we're headquartered in L.A. and Singapore. He said TikTok actually has 7,000 employees in the United States. He also emphasized that the data TikTok collects is data that's frequently collected by many other companies in the industry. Still, even if TikTok collects about the same amount of information as Facebook or Instagram or Twitter, for example, it's a lot of data, including information about the videos you watch, comments you write, private messages you send. And if you grant this level of access, your exact geolocation and contact lists are in there as well. So we'll have more on this in Next Hour Street.

00:17:26 - 00:17:32 | Speaker 2:

I like how when they asked, are they spying on Americans? He didn't say no. I wouldn't use that word. I wouldn't use that. I wouldn't call it exactly that.

00:17:33 - 00:17:38 | Speaker 1:

Tom Brady is a new co-owner of the WNVA team, the Las Vegas Aces.

00:17:39 - 00:18:07 | Speaker 2:

I got really special news to share today. I'm excited to announce I'm going to become part of the Las Vegas Aces organization. with some of the greatest athletes in the world. I grew up with three older sisters. They were all incredible athletes in their own right. It's where my love of women's sports began. And I'm ready to contribute in any way possible as a member of such a great organization. What an honor. I can't wait to watch these amazing, talented players bring another championship to Las Vegas.

00:18:08 - 00:18:10 | Speaker 1:

And you own the pickleball team too, right?

00:18:10 - 00:19:04 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, well, a lot of these players have pickleball teams. It's going to be big money, I think, one day. But it's interesting. Can I tell you a funny story? So Joe, my son Joe, has a friend of his who he and his buddy have decided, and they live down in Tampa, Florida. They've decided that they were just going to pick a random team from a random sport and become the biggest fans of them, buy merchandise, travel to go see them play, like follow them around. So they picked the WNBA's Minnesota Lynx, and these guys will go to games, and they'll travel around and make plans and go on vacations and do anything. That's really fun. And they wear their stuff, their hats and T-shirts and jerseys and everything, and they've become the biggest fans. And it was just so random. And Joe goes, why did you guys decide WNBA? Were you even fans before? He's like, no, we just picked out if I had a league, we picked out if I had a team.

00:19:05 - 00:19:05 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I like that.

00:19:05 - 00:19:06 | Speaker 3:

That's funny.

00:19:06 - 00:20:37 | Speaker 1:

Taylor Swift made a big, big donation to the Arizona Food Bank Network ahead of taking the stage in Arizona for the start of the Ares tour last weekend. She did not publicize that donation. She was trying to keep that very quiet. The food bank, however, came out to say it's not every day that you get a call from somebody who works for Taylor Swift. So we were kind of suspicious at first, but happily it turned out to be absolutely real. The nonprofit exec added that she was told in that conversation that Taylor planned to focus on leaving a positive impact on each stop along her U.S. tour route. And then I know on either yesterday or Wednesday, Three Square, which is a food bank based in southern Nevada, revealed that Taylor had also made a massive donation there ahead of her back-to-back shows in Las Vegas this weekend. Love that. Sofia Culpa. and NFL star Braxton Berrios calling it quits. The Culpo Sisters star confirmed that breakup on social media, writing, the single sisters, while filming a video with her sister Aurora, who separated from her husband last year. And another newly single celeb, Captain Marvel star Brie Larson. She seems to have confirmed her split from director Elijah Allen Blitz. While reflecting on her life and career in a Harper's Bazaar April cover story, she said she's open to whatever comes next, saying, I don't have a job, I don't have a home, I don't have a partner, I don't have a plan. For all of today's Dirty, check out the Dirty page on NojoInTheMorning.com.

00:22:04 - 00:22:07 | Speaker 3:

Well, you tell me why. Why do you think he wouldn't be allowed?

00:22:09 - 00:22:11 | Speaker 5:

I have absolutely no idea.

00:22:11 - 00:22:17 | Speaker 3:

Did he tell you anything about his behavior? Anything on campus that might have caused for some concern?

00:22:19 - 00:22:22 | Speaker 5:

No, no. My son is a good kid.

00:22:22 - 00:22:38 | Speaker 3:

Well, I'll tell you what we found. And unfortunately, one night while the school was shut down, you know, during the lockdown, he and some friends snuck into the stadium and they streaked across the field. Do you know what that means to streak?

00:22:40 - 00:22:42 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Wait, wait, wait. How do you know this?

00:22:43 - 00:23:12 | Speaker 3:

Probably the same way you could easily come across it. he has a photo of himself on his Instagram account laying in the middle of the field with the logo of our university covering his privates. And it was apparently taken by one of the other students who went up to the top of the bleachers to take the picture, and there's a whole series of photos. They have a video of them slithering through the chain-link fence. They made the mistake of, obviously, sharing them publicly, and someone brought it to our attention.

00:23:13 - 00:23:16 | Speaker 5:

I still don't, because I don't know anything about this.

00:23:17 - 00:23:19 | Speaker 3:

You don't ever look at your son's Instagram?

00:23:21 - 00:23:24 | Speaker 5:

From time to time, but I give my son his privacy. It's his Instagram.

00:23:25 - 00:23:29 | Speaker 3:

Right, but you can give all the privacy. You want it to be public Instagram, and unfortunately...

00:23:29 - 00:23:32 | Speaker 5:

How did you find it? How did you find it?

00:23:32 - 00:23:46 | Speaker 3:

It was brought to our attention. Someone sent us the photos because it did not fit the mood and spirit of our university, and the administration internal review found out about the public exposure, and, well, they have rules for this, and now he can't graduate.

00:23:47 - 00:23:55 | Speaker 5:

Okay, okay, wait, okay, okay. We have all been kids. Kids will be kids. I mean, you know, we're talking about graduation here.

00:23:55 - 00:24:07 | Speaker 3:

Well, he's not a kid. He's an adult, and we try and teach our students to be functioning, responsible adults in society, and he hasn't even been answering our calls and returning our messages for the last week. That's why I'm calling you today.

00:24:08 - 00:24:26 | Speaker 5:

I don't know, but you're going to ruin his life over a prank? When kids, when, you know, he just needed to, if he did, I don't know. But if he did, maybe he just needs to blow off some steam, which is better than, like, beating up anybody or anything. I mean, it's just a joke.

00:24:26 - 00:24:36 | Speaker 3:

I just want to clarify. Could I just clarify that you're actually blaming him removing his pants in the middle of the stadium and laying across the name of our university on?

00:24:36 - 00:24:39 | Speaker 5:

I'm just saying, he did what?

00:24:39 - 00:24:45 | Speaker 3:

He's laying naked in the stadium, laying across the university's logo with no pants on.

00:24:47 - 00:25:00 | Speaker 5:

Well, this is clearly an overreaction on everybody's part. On everybody's part. Let's talk this out. Since you say, you know, we're going after adults. Let's talk this out as reasonable as possible.

00:25:00 - 00:25:16 | Speaker 6:

adults look at what you're trying to do over a prank anybody who hasn't pulled any type of prank in high school or college raise their hands like nobody do you believe your son would pull this

00:25:16 - 00:25:25 | Speaker 3:

kind of prank to ask the mojo on the morning show to phone scam you right now live on the radio alicia this is spike you're on the radio right now

00:25:25 - 00:25:52 | Speaker 6:

If I could say anything I wanted to

00:25:52 - 00:26:00 | Speaker 2:

I'd say that was f***ing funny s*** right there. I don't care who you are. It's the home of the world-famous phone scams.

00:26:00 - 00:26:01 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the Morning!

00:26:02 - 00:26:02 | Unknown:

Woo!

00:26:04 - 00:26:06 | Speaker 2:

It's Mojo in the Morning's 5 at 6.55.

00:26:06 - 00:26:11 | Speaker 5:

5 at 6.55, yo. 5 at 6.55, yo.

00:26:11 - 00:26:17 | Speaker 1:

All right. Back for another one today is Trav. This would be, what, 4 today, right, Trav?

00:26:17 - 00:26:18 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah.

00:26:18 - 00:26:20 | Speaker 1:

Nice to have you back. You ready for the weekend?

00:26:21 - 00:26:22 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah.

00:26:22 - 00:26:36 | Speaker 1:

Excellent. Your challenger is Michelle. Hi, Michelle. Hello. How you doing? It says here you're from Westland. You are a caretaker. You're on your way to work. And you're playing the 5 of 6.55. Are you pretty good at this?

00:26:38 - 00:26:40 | Speaker 6:

Usually in the car, but I'm a bit nervous.

00:26:40 - 00:27:19 | Speaker 1:

Well, yesterday you probably would have won. Because yesterday was probably Trav's worst performance. And it was, what, a 2-2 game? So let's see what we can do today. We're going to lock you up in a soundproof area. I wish both of you guys luck. Five pop culture trivia questions. Whoever gets the most right wins. Ty always goes to the champion. Michelle, question number one. This Kiss Me More and Vegas singer just revealed she's recovering following surgery for lipo and a breast reduction. Oh, wow. Those are two popular songs. You don't know who that is. All right. Question.

00:27:19 - 00:27:21 | Speaker 6:

I'm drawing a blank.

00:27:21 - 00:27:48 | Speaker 1:

All right. I always suggest that people just throw guesses out there, even if they have to shout out their friends by saying their friends' names for things instead of passing. Question number two. The Spartans lost in their Sweet 16 game against Kansas State last night. What's the name of the next round of March Madness? What do they call it? Three seconds. They just played the Sweet 16. What would it be next?

00:27:49 - 00:27:49 | Speaker 5:

The Sweet 16.

00:27:49 - 00:27:57 | Speaker 1:

We got a pick. We got it past she missed the turn. No, I know, but did she shout out a friend? I want to know if she shouted out a friend.

00:27:57 - 00:27:59 | Speaker 6:

I said the Sweet 14. The Sweet 14.

00:28:00 - 00:28:32 | Speaker 1:

Okay, we'll accept that. Let's accept that because it's wrong. Question number three. Captain Marvel star Brie Larson is a single girl again. True or false, Brie is an Oscar winner. False. This is easy. False. Okay, all right. Question number four. In the wake of his ex, Gwyneth Paltrow's, comments about her controversial diet, Chris Martin revealed that he only eats one meal a day. What band is Chris the front man of?

00:28:33 - 00:28:34 | Speaker 5:

Coldplay.

00:28:35 - 00:28:56 | Speaker 1:

And question, oh, hold on, there's two number fours. And question number five. No, it's all right, this guy screwed me up. And question number five, Britney Spears' husband says that he wants to star in a movie with her. What's his first name? Sam. Let's bring the champ back from a soundproof area.

00:28:58 - 00:29:04 | Speaker 3:

Well, Michelle kind of pulled through to redeem herself at the end. She got two out of five. Ah, come on.

00:29:05 - 00:29:07 | Speaker 2:

Why are the pretty ones always so dumb?

00:29:08 - 00:29:39 | Speaker 1:

Trav, it's another one of those days. If you get two out of five and you tire, I'm going home. Question number one. This Kiss Me More in Vegas singer just revealed that she's recovering following surgery for lipo and a breast reduction. Three seconds. Kiss Me More in Vegas. Huh? No. Doja Cat. Doja Cat.

00:29:39 - 00:29:39 | Speaker 3:

Scoreless.

00:29:40 - 00:29:49 | Speaker 1:

Question number two. You get this one. The Spartans lost in the Sweet 16 last night to Kansas State. What's the name of the next round of March Madness?

00:29:51 - 00:29:55 | Speaker 4:

The final, or the, um.

00:29:56 - 00:29:59 | Speaker 3:

Three seconds. I don't know. The Elite Eight.

00:30:00 - 00:30:10 | Speaker 1:

All right. Question number three. Captain Marvel star Brie Larson is single again. True or false, Brie is an Oscar winner.

00:30:12 - 00:30:12 | Unknown:

False.

00:30:13 - 00:31:14 | Speaker 1:

Oh, goodness gracious. We're so scoreless. Wow. Oh, my God. Wait, so he has not gotten any of these rights? Right. No. So you need to get these next two right. If you miss any of these, we're going to be stuck with Michelle next week. All right. Here we go, Michelle, and I didn't mean it that way. I mean, we're going to have fun with you next week. Question number four, Trav. In the wake of his ex, Gwyneth Paltrow's comments about her controversial diet, Chris Martin revealed that he only eats one meal a day. What band is Chris the front man of? Coldplay. Yes. Scores one to one. Scared me. It's not over yet, though. You got to get this next one right in order to stay our champion. And again, for two days in a row, win with a two-to-two tie. I think I might have to go home. I said I was going to. Question number five. Britney Spears' husband says that he wants to star in a movie with her. What's his first name?

00:31:15 - 00:31:15 | Speaker 2:

Sam.

00:31:16 - 00:31:17 | Speaker 1:

Still the winner.

00:31:17 - 00:31:20 | Speaker 2:

Wow. Oh, my God. Wow. Oh, my God.

00:31:20 - 00:31:29 | Speaker 1:

He's right. Oh, my God. You get to go home? I get to go home. I'm going home early. It's starting the weekend right now. I got to get out of here.

00:31:29 - 00:31:32 | Speaker 2:

Y'all, you are so dumb. You are really dumb.

00:31:32 - 00:32:04 | Speaker 1:

For real. Two out of, that's two days in a row. What is going on here right now, guys? Come on. I'm calling out all of the 5S655 super fans, the ones that listen every morning and get, you know, five out of five in your car. Where are you guys? Text Iwantoplay to 95500. Please get on the show with us. Oh, Michelle. Yes. It is not as easy as it looks, but I think you could have done a little bit better. I think you knew some of these answers. You just got a little scared. Am I right on that? Yes.

00:32:05 - 00:32:10 | Speaker 3:

And I'm telling you, if you listen to The Dirty the day before and at 630, it will help you.

00:32:11 - 00:32:17 | Speaker 1:

Come on. You guys got to wake up and prepare for that. Trav, make sure you're studying up on the weekend.

00:32:17 - 00:32:24 | Speaker 3:

I love that we're scolding them. I'm like, you don't know who Kim Kardashian is dating. No, I know.

00:32:24 - 00:32:47 | Speaker 1:

Shame on you. Well, Doja Cat, though. No, I know. Kiss Me More in Vegas or two popular songs? I also did that story yesterday. Yeah, I know, but that's all right. Okay, well, listen, we got a gift here. You got a $50 cash card to go to Red Robin. Go enjoy a little Red Robin this weekend, Michelle. Trav, we'll see you Monday morning. Bye, guys. It's Mojo in the mornings. Five is 6.55. Hi, I'm Ed Sheeran with Mojo in the Morning.

00:32:47 - 00:32:51 | Speaker 3:

I feel like Ed just doesn't have a bad song. All of his songs are super easy to listen to.

00:32:51 - 00:32:56 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Did everybody like it? It's good. Megan, I heard you say something, but I didn't know if you were.

00:32:56 - 00:32:58 | Speaker 2:

This is kind of sad.

00:32:58 - 00:33:00 | Speaker 1:

Oh, yeah, yeah. Well, I hear the whole album.

00:33:00 - 00:33:02 | Speaker 2:

The whole album's going to be sad.

00:33:03 - 00:33:03 | Unknown:

I know.

00:33:04 - 00:33:08 | Speaker 1:

You know what? It's not March Madness. It's March Sadness.

00:33:08 - 00:33:09 | Speaker 2:

Shut up.

00:33:09 - 00:33:14 | Speaker 1:

And that's what we need right now. We need a little sadness in our life, Megan. Every now and again, it's okay.

00:33:14 - 00:33:19 | Speaker 2:

Sometimes I'll feel something, and then you'll say something that makes my eyes roll so hard, all emotions cease to exist. No.

00:33:20 - 00:33:43 | Speaker 1:

Well, for Spartans, it's definitely March Sadness this morning. Oh, absolutely. But I will say this to you. Sometimes you need to have a sad song in your life to kind of make you cry. And I said this earlier this morning, but Ed Sheeran is the top of the pack when it comes. He is the number one seed in my March sadness pull of sad songs.

00:33:43 - 00:33:44 | Speaker 2:

Harry Styles, Matilda.

00:33:45 - 00:33:46 | Speaker 1:

Matilda is your saddest song?

00:33:46 - 00:33:52 | Speaker 2:

By Harry Styles. That's a saddest. Every time Niagara Falls. Adele.

00:33:52 - 00:34:17 | Speaker 1:

Any Adele song ever. All right. So here. Hold on a second. We're going to do a quick March sadness, all right? Quick little survey here to KP's not with us today. Lydia's with us. Lydia, quick one. The saddest either song or artist who sings the songs. Because I'm going to say if I was going to do a number one seed, it would be Ed. Number two seed, Louis Capaldi.

00:34:17 - 00:34:18 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:34:18 - 00:34:21 | Speaker 1:

And anything from Louis Capaldi makes me bawl.

00:34:21 - 00:34:23 | Speaker 2:

Bruises. Louis Capaldi bruises.

00:34:23 - 00:34:27 | Speaker 1:

Well, now you're going deep. I'm just talking about some of the radio hits that he's had.

00:34:28 - 00:34:41 | Speaker 3:

That was a radio hit. Oh, my God. You know what song gets me, especially if I put it to a video of my children, is Taylor Swift's Never Grow Up. Megan, I know you're perfect in your mouth. That's a good one, yeah. Taylor Swift's on the list. But that song, like, especially just really gets me.

00:34:41 - 00:34:48 | Speaker 1:

Did I say Billie Eilish when the party's over? That's a sad song. That's a sad one for you. I got the number one monster. Wow.

00:34:48 - 00:34:52 | Speaker 3:

Any Adele song ever. Someone like you. Not any. Yeah, not any.

00:34:52 - 00:34:58 | Speaker 1:

Every song to me that she sings sounds like it could be the saddest song, even if it's like a happy sad song.

00:34:58 - 00:35:00 | Speaker 3:

I need you to hear Oh My...

00:35:00 - 00:35:09 | Speaker 5:

God and I drink wine because I think you'll lose the street. And also so many adults, like Hello has been parodied with so many funny things. Or like memes. I can't, it's not serious

00:35:09 - 00:35:23 | Speaker 3:

to me anymore. How about I'll pull out songs, you're talking about songs with your kids, from when Chelsea would put the videos together of the kids for like their high school graduation video. Rascal Flats have a song My Wish.

00:35:24 - 00:35:26 | Speaker 1:

Oh my god, that song. My Wish for You.

00:35:27 - 00:35:53 | Speaker 3:

Anything Kelly Clarkson is another one, too, that she kind of makes me cry a little bit. Oh, she's got a couple songs that are tearful. Listen, I'm not in yours. I'm not telling you yours. Come on. I'm like giving you a couple here. Text coming in here this morning. People are saying Josh Groban. Oh my god, Josh Groban. Who does the Hallelujah or whatever it was? He does a version of

00:35:53 - 00:35:57 | Speaker 5:

it. We're doing that at Sarah with Lachlan.

00:35:58 - 00:36:01 | Speaker 4:

We're going old school. Rainbow Connection, Kermit the Frog

00:36:01 - 00:36:04 | Speaker 5:

Rainbow Connection is very sad

00:36:04 - 00:36:35 | Speaker 3:

How about Somebody just texted in 586 says, Lewis Capaldi is a whiny bitch You're not wrong Oh, oh, oh, oh The king The king of songs That is like the Here, hold on I don't know if you'll get this person on the air But if you don't, I will have this song ready for you But this song, for some reason And right when it starts off, like the very first notes, it makes me cry.

00:36:36 - 00:36:44 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah. For the same reason Shannon said. Yeah. It puts memories in your mind.

00:36:44 - 00:36:45 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:36:46 - 00:36:48 | Speaker 4:

Times come by. Yeah.

00:36:50 - 00:37:08 | Speaker 2:

Another turning point, a fork stuck in the road. Yep. Time grabs you by the rest, directs you where to go. go so make the best of this task and don't ask why it's not a question but a lesson learned in

00:37:08 - 00:37:11 | Speaker 4:

time i'm gonna say something nobody said yet any adele song

00:37:11 - 00:37:21 | Speaker 2:

oh yeah it gets me

00:37:21 - 00:37:30 | Speaker 3:

All right, back to March Sadness here. Who do you want to say, Erin?

00:37:31 - 00:37:32 | Speaker 2:

Hi.

00:37:32 - 00:37:37 | Speaker 3:

Hi, Erin. What song or artist that sings the song makes you just cry?

00:37:38 - 00:37:44 | Speaker 5:

I had texted in the Dean Lewis song, How Do I Say Goodbye, about his mom.

00:37:44 - 00:37:46 | Speaker 3:

I don't remember. I don't even know Dean Lewis. Who's Dean Lewis?

00:37:47 - 00:37:49 | Speaker 5:

It's definitely been on the radio.

00:37:49 - 00:37:53 | Speaker 3:

Really? What station are you listening to? You're cheating on us, aren't you?

00:37:53 - 00:37:58 | Speaker 5:

You are, you traitor. No, you guys play it. I swear I only listen to you. All right.

00:37:58 - 00:38:10 | Speaker 3:

And you must be in Toledo because that must be Megan Station where they play everything. They got songs in there that I don't even know if the artists know that they're playing. What's going on, Allie?

00:38:12 - 00:38:13 | Speaker 1:

Lana Del Rey.

00:38:14 - 00:38:14 | Speaker 3:

Lana Del Rey.

00:38:15 - 00:38:18 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. There's an artist that's ready to make you cry on purpose.

00:38:18 - 00:38:24 | Speaker 3:

See, that's one of those ones where Lana Del Rey makes me want to, like, get high or something. I don't know. That one's a...

00:38:24 - 00:38:29 | Speaker 1:

That for sure, but she just dropped an album, and it's so good and so sad and amazing. You have to listen.

00:38:30 - 00:38:40 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Somebody also just text in. This is a good one. We're having trouble getting them on the phone, but somebody also said this is a good one, too. Ready? You guys will know this song, and it was for a reason.

00:38:40 - 00:38:50 | Speaker 5:

It's been a long time. Oh, yes. How did they forget this one? I hate this song. I think it's a little overused at this point, but it's still so sad. Oh, yeah, yeah.

00:38:52 - 00:38:57 | Speaker 3:

How about if I sing it? Long way. You know what? It's sadder. It's not sadder.

00:38:58 - 00:39:04 | Speaker 4:

What about, it's older, but Landslide, Fleetwood Mac, or the Dixie Chicks version?

00:39:05 - 00:39:07 | Speaker 1:

Landslide. Good answer.

00:39:08 - 00:39:12 | Speaker 5:

P.S., all of you that are texting in butterfly kisses just to piss me off. I see you.

00:39:13 - 00:39:15 | Speaker 4:

We didn't say creepy songs. We said sad.

00:39:15 - 00:39:20 | Speaker 3:

I actually met a listener who said that they'd get offended every time we make fun of Butterfly Kisses.

00:39:20 - 00:39:22 | Speaker 5:

Because it was like their daddy-daughter dance.

00:39:22 - 00:39:26 | Speaker 3:

Well, yeah, and then they say that their dad passed and stuff like that.

00:39:27 - 00:39:28 | Speaker 2:

Five for Fighting 100 Years.

00:39:28 - 00:39:34 | Speaker 3:

Yes, that's a good one. That's a really good song. What's going on, Brock?

00:39:35 - 00:39:36 | Speaker 1:

Hey, what's up, Mojo?

00:39:36 - 00:39:37 | Speaker 3:

Hey, buddy, what's your song?

00:39:39 - 00:39:41 | Speaker 1:

Doug's Mansion by Tupac, the acoustic version.

00:39:42 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 3:

I don't know if I heard the acoustic version. You know what? I don't think I'm fooling up. I don't think I'm cool enough to know that song. Or on the same level as any Adele song ever. We forgot. Wait a second. Hold on. We said that Ed Sheeran, Louis Capaldi, we put Taylor Swift in there.

00:40:00 - 00:40:15 | Speaker 5:

as top ones we missed the number one big one andrea who is the biggest of all the artists that makes you cry mine is celine dion because you love me celine dion is i mean it's a cry fest anytime

Does he own it or manage it?

00:40:56 - 00:40:57 | Speaker 4:

He owns it.

00:40:57 - 00:41:01 | Speaker 5:

Oh, that's cool. A lot to come out there and try. Thank you.

00:41:01 - 00:41:03 | Speaker 1:

Does Jukebox have this song in there?

00:41:04 - 00:41:06 | Speaker 5:

Which one? The Tupac one?

00:41:07 - 00:41:10 | Speaker 1:

No, I said it was the Jukebox. Oh, the Jukebox. At Moe's have this song.

00:41:10 - 00:41:11 | Speaker 5:

Oh, the Jukebox.

00:41:11 - 00:41:21 | Speaker 1:

Do they have it? I want to cry over my burrito. This is a great song. Think about looking at a burrito right now while the song is playing, and then think about the words with it.

00:41:21 - 00:41:33 | Speaker 2:

My dad hates this song because my best friend Kelly and I did this at a talent show at Camp Dearborn one summer. And he's like, I had to hear that effing song 200 times while you guys learned your dance before the talent show.

00:41:34 - 00:41:41 | Speaker 5:

You guys, by the way, we're going to yell at this next caller, but don't tell him. Brian, what is your song that makes you cry?

00:41:42 - 00:41:47 | Speaker 3:

It's the Christmas shoe song. How dare you? How dare you?

00:41:47 - 00:41:54 | Speaker 6:

How can you ruin my beautiful March morning with the Christmas you saw? What the hell was that?

00:41:56 - 00:42:02 | Speaker 5:

Sorry, you guys did have a good day. Yeah, oh, okay, he's joking. You're joking, thank God, right? Is that what you were doing to us?

00:42:03 - 00:42:18 | Speaker 3:

No, it's one of those songs that gets you every time you listen to it. Like, I know it's not the right time of year, but, like, it was the first thing that popped into my head when you guys said, you know, a song that gets you every time. And that's the one.

00:42:18 - 00:42:31 | Speaker 5:

And let me tell you, every radio person that has to play that song cries having to play that song. Thank you for the call, buddy. I appreciate it. It's Mojo on the morning show. So what did you forget? You were staying over at your fiance's house last night?

00:42:31 - 00:43:32 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so this was actually the night before last. And Lydia was the only one to know that this was the case. First of all, going back and forth between my house and Wes's house, it's a lot. Like we're both living out of bags at this point. I cannot wait for him to move closer to me and then eventually just move in. It's going to be so – it's going to be amazing. Well, I forgot to pack a bra. So yesterday during the show – not that I necessarily need to wear a bra. Ha, ha, ha. Make all your jokes now. But I still felt so naked because I was wearing – I don't know if you guys noticed what I was wearing. But I was wearing a T-shirt and then I had like a sweater, like a cardigan over it. And I got really warm at one point in the show. But I said to Lydia, I can't take off the cardigan because it's it's just it's my boobies are right there. Like you could tell because of what I was wearing that I wasn't wearing a bra. And I thought to myself, what is worse, though, for getting a bra, for getting to put on a bra or to pack a bra in my case or not have an underwear? This is the easiest question you've ever asked. What's your answer?

00:43:32 - 00:43:35 | Speaker 6:

It's obviously what is worse is not having a bra.

00:43:36 - 00:43:45 | Speaker 2:

Obviously, I think so, too. But some people would say, especially if you're wearing jeans like I'm wearing today, underwear. Because then you got the issue of it going real far up there.

00:43:45 - 00:43:45 | Speaker 6:

I get that.

00:43:45 - 00:43:46 | Speaker 2:

I get that.

00:43:46 - 00:43:54 | Speaker 6:

But, like, nobody really knows if you do or don't have underwear on. Everybody knows when you don't have a bra.

00:43:54 - 00:43:58 | Speaker 1:

But what happens if it's that time of the month or something where you need a little

00:43:58 - 00:44:00 | Speaker 6:

Oh, you're calling out sick.

00:44:03 - 00:44:11 | Speaker 5:

And the other thing, too, is isn't the first thing that most women take off or as soon as they walk in the door is their bra, so I would assume that you don't take your underwear off.

00:44:11 - 00:44:18 | Speaker 2:

Yes, but if you're wearing just, like, a T-shirt, it's weird because you just feel really, like, jiggly. I don't know. What was that motion again? It is motion.

00:44:22 - 00:44:44 | Speaker 5:

I'm not a woman, so I don't have the answer on this one here, but I know as a guy I wouldn't want to go underwear-less. For some reason, not wearing underwear with jeans makes me feel, like, weird. and I've only had to do it like a couple of times and it was usually Chelsea sending me up to Kroger on a Saturday morning and I didn't want to dirty a brand new pair of underwear.

00:44:44 - 00:44:48 | Speaker 1:

I had to go under the list a couple of days ago. So wait, so instead you're dirtying your jeans.

00:44:48 - 00:44:55 | Speaker 5:

I grabbed a pair of jeans out of the dirty hamper and I just put it on and went. I wasn't going to grab the underwear. I thought that would be too much.

00:44:55 - 00:45:11 | Speaker 2:

So many guys free ball in jeans. I can't understand that. I've never done that in my life. Well, and then when the guys do that, and then they don't wash their jeans right afterwards. Like, you have to, because you can't wear underwear two days in a row. Right? I'm making sure, right? Right. Okay. But, I don't know.

00:45:11 - 00:45:25 | Speaker 5:

I don't like to do it, but I did it a couple days ago. I had to. You did. I had an accident. I went underwear-less. Oh, that's right. In the studio. Was it in the studio? I was on my way to work. Oh, jeez. I was on the way. I had the heated seat on and everything. And I was on the way in, and I had bubble guts.

00:45:25 - 00:45:26 | Speaker 1:

So, it was cooking.

00:45:26 - 00:45:26 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:45:26 - 00:45:28 | Speaker 1:

It was cooking in your pants.

00:45:28 - 00:45:32 | Speaker 2:

Did you go smell your seat To see if there's any

00:45:32 - 00:45:36 | Speaker 3:

Oh yeah I took pet spray from our house Why do you have to take it there

00:45:36 - 00:45:41 | Speaker 8:

You have to Oh hold on I'm sorry I just picked up a phone line

00:45:41 - 00:45:44 | Speaker 2:

And this lady is just randomly talking Go ahead finish that Mike finish that thought

00:45:44 - 00:45:50 | Speaker 4:

I had to make sure that it didn't smell Or it didn't go through the pants And make my seat smell

00:45:50 - 00:45:55 | Speaker 2:

Savannah who are you speaking to Are you talking to us or are you talking to somebody that's there with you

00:45:55 - 00:45:58 | Speaker 8:

I saw somebody answer the phone And told me to talk to Shannon

00:45:58 - 00:46:08 | Speaker 2:

No, I understand, but I just picked up I didn't even say hi to you yet You're just like randomly talking to Shannon Savannah No, we were talking What's going on?

00:46:08 - 00:46:16 | Speaker 8:

I'm so sorry My sister, she's always commando But she has triple D boobs So she can't go without a bra

00:46:16 - 00:46:22 | Speaker 2:

So she never wears underwear But she always has to wear and keep the boobies in

00:46:22 - 00:46:28 | Speaker 8:

And then I'm the opposite I always have to wear underwear But I never wear a bra I have like bee boobs

00:46:28 - 00:46:33 | Speaker 2:

Even if you have small boobs

00:46:33 - 00:46:36 | Speaker 6:

And I have very small boobs But I still feel naked not having my bra on

00:46:36 - 00:46:39 | Speaker 2:

Well especially wearing just a t-shirt like that

00:46:39 - 00:46:41 | Speaker 6:

Right And I love not wearing a bra

00:46:41 - 00:46:45 | Speaker 8:

I don't love the looks I get when I don't wear a bra You know what I'm saying

00:46:45 - 00:46:46 | Speaker 2:

Mackenzie

00:46:46 - 00:46:53 | Speaker 6:

Hi Shannon nobody wears a bra anymore It's 2023 Oh that's not true

00:46:53 - 00:46:55 | Speaker 2:

Where did that happen

00:46:55 - 00:47:04 | Speaker 6:

Megan, back me up here. I think it's more acceptable to not wear a bra, but if you normally wear a bra and you forget one, you still feel very off.

00:47:04 - 00:47:05 | Speaker 7:

Yeah.

00:47:06 - 00:47:11 | Speaker 6:

I would rather go without my phone for the day than without a bra.

00:47:11 - 00:47:12 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:47:13 - 00:47:14 | Speaker 6:

That's taking it kind of far.

00:47:14 - 00:47:17 | Speaker 2:

Free the nip. We're part of that movement. What's going on, Megan?

00:47:18 - 00:47:19 | Speaker 7:

Hi, guys. Good morning.

00:47:19 - 00:47:21 | Speaker 2:

Hey, what's going on?

00:47:21 - 00:47:30 | Speaker 7:

I am a bigger chested girl, And I would rather not wear a bra I don't care if people can tell Let the girls out, let them free They need to be out

00:47:30 - 00:47:38 | Speaker 2:

What do you think about people that don't wear Underwear and they put jeans on And then they re-wear their jeans

00:47:38 - 00:47:40 | Speaker 7:

I think that's a little gross

00:47:40 - 00:47:41 | Speaker 2:

But

00:47:41 - 00:47:51 | Speaker 7:

I feel like I'd be a hypocrite otherwise Because I tell my kids not to do that I feel like everybody who's saying no bra Still has their boobs at a Really pretty position

00:47:51 - 00:48:00 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, even though mine are small, I did nurse two kids.

00:48:00 - 00:48:02 | Speaker 6:

They don't look the same anymore.

00:48:03 - 00:48:04 | Speaker 2:

And if you're not?

00:48:05 - 00:48:06 | Speaker 6:

It's like oatmeal.

00:48:06 - 00:48:10 | Speaker 7:

I don't feel like hitting my own boobies with my knees. That doesn't sound fun to me.

00:48:11 - 00:48:19 | Speaker 2:

If you're not wearing a bra, you definitely are having a shirt that is a tighter fitting shirt, too, right? You don't want to put loose shirts on?

00:48:19 - 00:48:20 | Speaker 6:

That would help so much. Yeah.

00:48:21 - 00:48:39 | Speaker 2:

All right, well, there you go, impromptu survey. It seems like the bra can go. The bra can go, but the underwear has to be there. This is something I wanted to bring up in the beginning, but I don't want to screw up the survey. Why do you not have clothes at Wes's house? I do.

00:48:39 - 00:48:49 | Speaker 6:

I actually have a lot of clothes there. I have underwear there. I have everything. But I think the last time that I was there, I grabbed the bra that I had there and then wore it home, and I just never replaced it.

00:48:50 - 00:48:52 | Speaker 2:

You don't actually have drawers? of a bunch of clothes?

00:48:52 - 00:48:54 | Speaker 6:

Not a ton of clothes, no. I have a drawer at his house.

00:48:54 - 00:48:56 | Speaker 2:

Does he have a bunch of stuff at your house?

00:48:56 - 00:48:59 | Speaker 6:

Probably the same, like a drawer. He hangs most of his stuff.

00:48:59 - 00:49:03 | Speaker 2:

You guys are very similar in size. Do you guys ever wear the same clothes?

00:49:03 - 00:49:05 | Speaker 6:

I like to wear his sweatpants to bed.

00:49:05 - 00:49:05 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

00:49:05 - 00:49:09 | Speaker 5:

I was going to say, you could wear your man's stuff, but maybe if he has his own bras there, you're in trouble.

00:49:10 - 00:49:13 | Speaker 2:

Has he ever, honestly, has he ever worn any of your clothes? Has he ever tried them on?

00:49:14 - 00:49:15 | Speaker 6:

Oh, I don't.

00:49:15 - 00:49:17 | Speaker 2:

Would that be offensive to you if he was?

00:49:17 - 00:49:24 | Speaker 6:

I think so. I don't think he has. I don't know. I'll have to ask him what he does when I'm not there.

00:49:24 - 00:49:33 | Speaker 2:

Are there any couples that wear the same clothes? Like, I would love to know that if you guys share. Besides, obviously, sweatshirts and stuff like that. Right, right. It would be interesting if, like, you wear the same coats or you wear the same.

00:49:34 - 00:49:38 | Speaker 6:

Well, one time I put on a pair of his jeans and wore them, and I thought they were mine, but they were his. Remember?

00:49:38 - 00:49:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's right. I remember that.

00:49:40 - 00:49:41 | Speaker 6:

Because I was getting ready in the dark.

00:49:41 - 00:49:45 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Blake, what's going on? It's Mojo in the morning.

00:49:46 - 00:49:56 | Speaker 5:

Hey, how's it going? I just wanted to point out that it's absolutely wild to me that people will actually wear jeans without underpants considering I have to wear basketball shorts underneath my jeans.

00:49:56 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 2:

Wait, you wear basketball shorts? You don't wear underwear? Are you a never-nude?

00:50:00 - 00:50:03 | Speaker 5:

Basketball shorts, that's like, that's too bulky underneath there.

00:50:04 - 00:50:15 | Speaker 4:

I wear both underpants and basketball shorts for two reasons. First reason, I hate being miserably hot. And if I am at a place that is miserably hot, I enjoy having the option.

00:50:15 - 00:50:16 | Speaker 5:

And second reason.

00:50:17 - 00:50:26 | Speaker 4:

You must have a very big penis. Second reason, I'm definitely the type of person to poop his pants to get out of bed. You don't have it, man.

00:50:26 - 00:50:28 | Speaker 5:

Sounds charming. It's chronic.

00:50:28 - 00:50:32 | Speaker 4:

He's like, in case it's hot. It's hot because you're wearing five pair of pants, you idiot.

00:50:32 - 00:50:38 | Speaker 5:

And to be honest with you, I think that that spurs on balls. So you got to make sure you be careful of that.

00:50:38 - 00:50:42 | Speaker 4:

I thought he was going to say he's always ready for a basketball game. You're right.

00:50:43 - 00:50:48 | Speaker 6:

Spike scams at 7.50 this morning. Pick up game anytime you're at. But first, coming up in less than 15 minutes on Mojo in the Morning, you'll hear this.

00:50:49 - 00:50:53 | Speaker 5:

All right. Coming back here next, giving away some free cash. It's our spring broke. Shannon, what do you got in the dirty?

00:50:53 - 00:51:06 | Speaker 2:

TikTok under fire the latest on what went down in front of Congress yesterday and why Gwyneth Paltrow's lawyer is saying his I'm sorry's in her ski crash trial. Oh, my God. It's Friday. Thank you, God. Ski crash trial all coming up in the Dirty.

00:51:07 - 00:51:17 | Speaker 4:

See, you could have been listening to the crap the other morning shows are talking about. But you heard that on Mojo in the Morning. Happy. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:51:18 - 00:51:23 | Speaker 5:

See what's going on in the Dirty on 30 throwback throwdown in less than 30 minutes.

00:51:23 - 00:52:10 | Speaker 2:

Yesterday, Gwyneth Paltrow's lawyer apologized for being a quote-unquote ass to the daughter of the man suing her. Polly Sanderson Graham was called to be a witness for her dad, Terry Sanderson. And one of Gwen's lawyers, Stephen Owens, had a pretty tense moment yesterday morning when he asked this girl, this Polly, if her sister Jenny, who had claimed in a deposition that their dad was abusive, was a liar. Polly had just testified that her dad had become very angry and hot-tempered only after this 2016 ski accident when he collided with Gwyneth Paltrow. And so Gwen's lawyer was trying to draw a line between that claim and her sister's claim of abuse. Also yesterday, Gwen's lawyer asked Polly, again, the daughter of the man who she collided with, for the GoPro camera footage from the day of this collision.

00:52:11 - 00:52:16 | Speaker 6:

I think as I mentioned, he said, I'm hurting. I have some broken ribs.

00:52:16 - 00:52:18 | Speaker 7:

So you actually do remember the response?

00:52:19 - 00:52:26 | Speaker 6:

This is my recollection. Maybe it's my sister saying, we think he's okay. He's got some broken ribs.

00:52:27 - 00:52:41 | Speaker 7:

Now, the I'm famous, that refers to my client, right? He's famous because he collided with a celebrity, right? That's how I take that. So he knew who she was by 8 p.m. that night.

00:52:41 - 00:52:42 | Speaker 6:

Kind of looks that way.

00:52:42 - 00:52:51 | Speaker 7:

And do you have any idea where this link went, the link of the most important piece of evidence that could be presented in trial today?

00:52:52 - 00:52:55 | Speaker 6:

It looks like it's somewhere out there in the cybersphere.

00:52:55 - 00:52:56 | Speaker 5:

Now, who is this girl again?

00:52:56 - 00:53:05 | Speaker 2:

That is the daughter of the guy who Gwyneth Paltrow allegedly collided with during this accident. Now, Gwyneth Paltrow is expected to take the stand today.

00:53:06 - 00:53:09 | Speaker 5:

So was she a bad witness for her dad?

00:53:09 - 00:53:10 | Speaker 7:

Sounds like maybe that.

00:53:10 - 00:53:33 | Speaker 2:

Well, one of the girls was wearing a GoPro. One of his daughters was wearing a GoPro. I think of this one, Polly. And all of a sudden, magically, all that footage is gone. Huh. Interesting. It was interesting. Yeah. TikTok in the hot seat. The CEO of TikTok, Xiao Chu, testifying before Congress yesterday, trying to combat major concerns about TikTok's data collection practices.

00:53:33 - 00:53:42 | Speaker 6:

I ask you again, Mr. Chu, has ByteDance spied on American citizens? I don't think that spying is the right way to describe it.

00:53:42 - 00:53:48 | Speaker 2:

Michigan Representative Debbie Dingell questioning Choo specifically about TikTok's collection of location data.

00:53:48 - 00:53:54 | Speaker 1:

Quite frankly, I don't trust anything that was being said in there about who has access to the data.

00:53:54 - 00:54:05 | Speaker 2:

And while national security is expected to be the primary focus of this hearing, multiple lawmakers yesterday also highlighted concerns about TikTok's impact on children.

00:54:05 - 00:54:38 | Speaker 5:

They're saying that it's a real possibility that TikTok could be banned in the U.S. And then yesterday, did you see that the state of Utah just signed into law that you have to get your parents to sign off on you going on to social media? So they would have to actually have a parent, like, and I don't know how they'll technically do this, agree to it. And then they also did, no, if you're under the age of 18, social media usage between 10 o'clock at night and 6 o'clock in the morning. So they want to shut off.

00:54:38 - 00:54:51 | Speaker 3:

I find this very interesting that they're going after TikTok and not all the social media platforms when there seems to be a big influence of influencers leaving the other mediums because TikTok pays them better. So I think a lot.

00:54:51 - 00:54:59 | Speaker 4:

The other ones are in the pocket, right? You don't think Mark Zuckerberg isn't walking around Washington, D.C., making sure that his influence is felt.

00:55:00 - 00:55:04 | Speaker 3:

sure they're fighting hard to get tiktok banned but to leave their own alone and i understand why

00:55:04 - 00:55:27 | Speaker 5:

people are uncomfortable with tiktok i'm not like just trying to write it off but i think you should be more scared of the fact that they're only trying to ban that one and not the ones that are controlled here like it's just as scary guys it's just and they're taking away your ability to share information that is less restricted and less planned it's it's scary yeah here's a crazy story

00:55:27 - 00:55:54 | Speaker 4:

I saw this yesterday which I thought was really good And I can't remember where I saw it It was one of the news stations The politicians who are still on TikTok That testified yesterday Or that asked questions yesterday And there were like 14 of these politicians That still have personal TikToks That they use for their political stuff And then they're saying We want to ban TikTok But they're still using TikTok Which makes you go Okay wait a second If it's really that bad Why wouldn't you be off of it?

00:55:54 - 00:56:56 | Speaker 2:

A man stood up at Rihanna's home wanting to ask for her hand in marriage. How creepy is that? This guy traveled from South Carolina, walked up to Rihanna's home yesterday where he was almost immediately greeted by her security. Told him he was there to propose to Riri. So her security called the cops right away, of course. Police determined the guy actually had not broken any laws, but he was asked to leave and told not to return. Beyonce and Adidas have agreed to go their separate ways. There was a mutual decision made to end this partnership, which began back in 2018. Adidas, remember, took over producing Beyonce's Ivy Park clothing line, while Beyonce was also working on some sneakers, other footwear, clothing for Adidas. Now, the news of this divorce comes after the Wall Street Journal reported last month that Ivy Park did only about $40 million worth of business, which you're like, $40 million? That's a lot of money. Well, the original expectation was for it to make $250 million. So big discrepancy there.

00:56:56 - 00:56:59 | Speaker 3:

Do you think it has anything to do with the Kanye thing, too?

00:56:59 - 00:57:00 | Speaker 2:

I don't know.

00:57:00 - 00:57:12 | Speaker 3:

Like that they're just breaking off because, or that she's breaking off with them because of the whole Kanye situation. She doesn't want to be associated with it? No, no, no. Maybe. But they dumped Kanye, though.

00:57:12 - 00:57:14 | Speaker 4:

So it's not like they waited for a minute, too.

00:57:14 - 00:57:18 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I don't know. That's interesting. I wonder if there was a connection there somehow.

00:57:18 - 00:57:21 | Speaker 4:

Maybe she just doesn't sell. I mean, honestly, she's...

00:57:21 - 00:57:23 | Speaker 2:

40 mil compared to 250 mil.

00:57:23 - 00:57:35 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. I'm shocked, by the way, that... I'm shocked Beyonce hasn't given us more hit songs lately. What? She hasn't given us more hit songs. What's the last Billboard number one song that Beyonce has had?

00:57:35 - 00:57:36 | Speaker 5:

Cuff it.

00:57:37 - 00:57:38 | Speaker 4:

Number one? Number one.

00:57:39 - 00:57:40 | Speaker 5:

Didn't it go one?

00:57:40 - 00:57:44 | Speaker 4:

I don't think so. No. Nope. She hasn't had it. I don't think she's had a number one song.

00:57:44 - 00:57:46 | Speaker 3:

It hit the top ten, but I don't think it hit number one.

00:57:46 - 00:57:48 | Speaker 4:

It's been a while, so... I love her.

00:57:48 - 00:57:54 | Speaker 5:

You all are crazy. The way you downplay Beyonce's success is so irritating to me.

00:57:55 - 00:57:56 | Speaker 3:

Break my soul hit, number one.

00:57:57 - 00:57:58 | Speaker 5:

Okay. Same album.

00:57:59 - 00:58:07 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, all right. So that was only, you know, six, seven months ago. No, that was longer than that, wasn't it? It was last summer. It was the summer.

00:58:07 - 00:58:13 | Speaker 4:

August. I will say this to you. When's the last time that you have been that passionate about a Beyonce song?

00:58:14 - 00:58:14 | Speaker 5:

Me?

00:58:14 - 00:58:15 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:58:15 - 00:58:19 | Speaker 5:

Oh, I love this whole album. It was a love letter to a queer black culture. I loved it.

00:58:19 - 00:58:23 | Speaker 4:

I want you to do me a favor. I want you to show me your phone right now. I want to see how many spins you have on here. Oh, my God. All right.

00:58:23 - 00:58:36 | Speaker 2:

It was a sad night for Spartan fans as Michigan State fell to Kansas State in a battle at the Sweet 16. Here are some comments post-game from Coach Izzo and Malik Hall.

00:58:37 - 00:59:10 | Speaker 1:

Leave the guy alone. He worked his butt off this season. I really believed when we were three up that we were going to win that game, and this team was destined and that's what i believed all year and yet uh credit goes to kansas state so i don't want to take any credit away from them they made bigger shots tougher shots if people are watching and aren't proud of what we accomplished and kind of the fight that we had which was necessarily just what a spartan represents um i think that's something on their own behalf not ours by the way

00:59:10 - 00:59:37 | Speaker 4:

They fought so hard to tie that game up and go to overtime. That was awesome. But that no-look alley-oop where the Kansas State player was fighting with his coach, joking, or it was totally, you know, to fool everybody, was unbelievable. That was like, that will be in that end-of-the-year NCAA, you know, playing that Luther Vandross song that they always end up playing at the end of the thing. That will be in that little highlight reel.

Celebrity Dirt, directly from the source It's Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30

00:59:48 - 01:00:00 | Speaker 4:

It's Mojo in the Morning Show Before all the school kids go into school And all the teachers go into school I want to just throw this topic out there And I want to ask this question So yesterday I was

01:00:00 - 01:00:43 | Speaker 3:

driving home and the school by my house always has a crazy line when it comes to pickup time. So it's usually like in the afternoon, like, I don't know, close to three o'clock or so in the afternoon. And there's a line down the street. And if you get stuck in it, you're screwed because it's all parents trying to just get into the school parking lot to go grab their kid. Well, yesterday, as I was pulling up towards it, I saw a parent cut in front of another parent. And then when they got into the parking lot, they were right by each other. And the one parent got out of the car and started doing the whole, you know, you ever see like a baseball manager? Like remember Jim Leland when he would yell at the umpires? He would like run out out there and like they're pointing in their face.

01:00:43 - 01:00:47 | Speaker 7:

Lots of hand action. Oh, it was craziness. Finger pointing.

01:00:47 - 01:01:15 | Speaker 3:

I was watching this thing and I'm one of those people that tries to like grab my phone and get it ready. And I thought I was taping it the whole time, but I instead was doing a pano or whatever. And I didn't have my video On the thing I wanted to get a video so bad of this But I haven't been in a school pickup line In a while because Luke drives Mike I know that you with Cecily You have to go stand in the pickup line Matter of fact the most infamous Mike Was when he dressed up as Batman at the pickup line

01:01:15 - 01:01:18 | Speaker 7:

I loved that Mike I thought that was so sweet

01:01:18 - 01:01:23 | Speaker 3:

Is it that insane where parents will fight with each other In the pickup line has anybody ever witnessed something like that

01:01:23 - 01:01:49 | Speaker 4:

Yes yeah remember that lady that charged me with her car at Cecily's old school. Oh, yeah. I had a dream of that story. It gets heated because usually there's, at least at that school, there was two separate lines. So you were almost side by side the whole time. And if somebody cut in front of you after you'd been waiting there for a certain amount of time or if you didn't pull forward when you were supposed to pull forward, people get heated. They get out of their cars. They scream in the middle. I mean, it's a kid's pickup line.

01:01:49 - 01:02:00 | Speaker 3:

I would never lay on the horn or even toot on the horn to tell somebody to move forward because that particular person might be, like, my son's friend's mom or dad, you know?

01:02:00 - 01:02:26 | Speaker 7:

It is that. Lucy takes the bus home from school, okay? And a couple of times she's begged me, please, please, please pick me up from school. And I told her, Lucy Grace, I will never do it again. Some of these parents are so crazy, and they will get in that pickup line, like, 40 minutes before they have to pick up their kids from school. Because I'll get there, like, 10 minutes early. Oh, no, I'm out in the street at that point. Out in the street.

01:02:26 - 01:02:31 | Speaker 3:

Is the reason because their kid will be upset with them if they have to be sitting in school that long? I don't know what the reason is.

01:02:31 - 01:02:42 | Speaker 7:

Or maybe for some of these parents, that's their quiet time in the day to go on social media. Okay, but that is a lot of time out of my day to just sit there. No, you can take the bus.

01:02:42 - 01:02:51 | Speaker 6:

My girlfriend got home Tuesday and said, I cannot wait till next year in first grade when he gets a bus. He's just in kindergarten.

01:02:51 - 01:03:01 | Speaker 4:

I use the pickup line as a moment of zen. It's the only 40 minutes I can sit in my car in complete silence. I get there early on purpose.

01:03:01 - 01:03:02 | Speaker 7:

Are you getting there that early?

01:03:02 - 01:03:08 | Speaker 4:

Probably not 40 minutes anymore. They separated times. Probably 20 minutes early. Like 20?

01:03:08 - 01:03:17 | Speaker 3:

All right. Do you ever fall asleep? Because I remember back when Luke was in school, I fell asleep and he was pounding on the window. And people are like, is he alive?

01:03:18 - 01:03:31 | Speaker 4:

I've fallen asleep and been honked at. I've opened the door, and trash has fallen out of my car, and I've had to pull forward with, like, McDonald's wrappers hanging out of the side of my car. It's a different adventure. It's a little crazy.

01:03:32 - 01:03:33 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. What's up, Hillary? How you doing?

01:03:34 - 01:03:59 | Speaker 1:

Go ahead. I just wanted to comment. I was at school yesterday picking up my daughter from an after-school activity, and I'm watching this entire line, single-file line of parents all the way out to, like, a busy road holding up all this traffic while an entire parking lot is completely empty. And it just drives me Beyond mad Like there's, you know, schools provide parking lots And all these things, and yet here you are still Like selfishly

01:03:59 - 01:04:06 | Speaker 5:

Especially when it's a nice day When it's a nice day, you're like, just park and walk out And greet them at the door, or why not

01:04:06 - 01:04:12 | Speaker 3:

Wait, can you do that? Can you walk up? Because at some schools, they won't let you walk up They want you to pull up

01:04:12 - 01:04:14 | Speaker 7:

Unless you're a walker and you live in the neighborhood

01:04:14 - 01:04:22 | Speaker 3:

What they need to do then is the school needs to be out there With somebody, I don't know, the bus drivers or something like that, directing traffic and getting them in there. Yeah, that's crazy. What's up, Steven?

01:04:23 - 01:05:02 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, what's up? Good morning, everyone. How are you doing? Good morning. I wanted to comment and say that I've seen somebody hit somebody's car. This was early in the morning versus at the afternoon time. It's a drop-off. So I guess they was rushing to get back off to work or whatever, and they hit somebody's car. And if people out there, the teachers and stuff be out there, So they hurried up and tried to catch the license plate numbers to see who it was. Oh. Instantly, they always send e-mails out. And they keep sending e-mails out about people doing walk-ups because they don't want people doing walk-ups. Right. Wait, Stephen. The person, was it a parent that hit another parent and then left?

01:05:03 - 01:05:04 | Speaker 7:

Yes.

01:05:04 - 01:05:08 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. That's insane. Mallory, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning.

01:05:09 - 01:05:12 | Speaker 5:

Good morning. This is self-named Misfit Mallory.

01:05:13 - 01:05:20 | Speaker 2:

Oh, Misfit Mallory. We need to make you permanent, but I'll give you air horn. What's going on?

01:05:21 - 01:05:48 | Speaker 5:

So about eight weeks ago, my son broke his arm at school, and I had to rush to the school at 2 o'clock to pick him up to get him to the ER. And our school gets out at three And I already had to park two rows back Because parents were already there It's crazy Yeah, I'm rushing in to go get my son To get him to the ER And I look at the nurse and I'm like Do these parents not have anything better to do? Like, my goodness

01:05:48 - 01:06:03 | Speaker 2:

That's craziness That's a long day That's when, you know what? The school would love you to volunteer They probably would need like a I don't know, a little teacher's aide, or I know that schools need substitutes. Maybe you can be a substitute. What's up, Ashley?

01:06:04 - 01:06:07 | Speaker 4:

Good morning, everyone. Hope you're all having a good Friday. Good morning.

01:06:08 - 01:06:08 | Speaker 2:

What's going on?

01:06:09 - 01:06:44 | Speaker 4:

Let me tell you, I will walk my daughter to school, because we live three houses in front of the elementary, but I'm telling you, if you go in that parking lot, you are, like Shannon said, you are going to wait a nice minute, because literally, if I drive to pick up my daughter, and I would rather not, because it will take, like, for me 15, 20 minutes to get home i'm like you know what nope we're walking yeah yeah conditions of the weather because people get crazy and cheated like oh it's just ridiculous like mike said it's just it's bad and it's like it's just to pick up your kid yeah is this bad that i back when i was doing

01:06:44 - 01:06:52 | Speaker 2:

pickup i wanted to send an uber for my son i was like i was like is there any way that i could actually send an uber for him so that i didn't have to drive all the way over there i live for

01:06:52 - 01:07:00 | Speaker 1:

the pickup line drama now i live for it i got my phone out i'm doing tiktoks anyways how How great would it be if I saw something like crazy happen?

01:07:00 - 01:07:16 | Speaker 7:

We made the kids take the bus, but one year I went there because they had a dance thing afterwards and had to get them right to a practice, and I realized when I saw what was going on there and the culture of the pickup line, I thought, I need to bring a grill and start selling food, and people are there an hour early.

01:07:16 - 01:07:37 | Speaker 2:

It's Mojo in the Morning Show. You're home of the phone scams. Spike ran into a strange problem with his Xbox console. Are you an Xbox player? This is hypothetical for this, right? We're a Nintendo family. Are you okay? And he called Elena to ask for some help. It's a Mojo in the Morning phone scam.

01:08:20 - 01:08:22 | Speaker 6:

01:08:22 - 01:08:27 | Speaker 8:

They make the game? Yeah. What do other customers do when they gotta get their tongue stuck?

01:08:27 - 01:08:30 | Speaker 5:

Well, how did you get your tongue stuck?

01:08:30 - 01:08:45 | Speaker 8:

I was cleaning it. I'm sorry. Ow! It shocked me! Oh, my gosh. I don't know what else to do. I got a little bit of a sock.

01:08:45 - 01:08:51 | Speaker 3:

Can somebody give you, take you to a doctor? Maybe a doctor would help you?

01:08:51 - 01:08:57 | Speaker 8:

Well, I guess. have to do that hopefully it wouldn't be that difficult but now i'm standing here and it's

01:08:57 - 01:09:05 | Speaker 5:

01:10:00 - 01:10:10 | Speaker 1:

Yep, go ahead and laugh. You might be next. It's the home of the world's famous phone scams. Mojo in the morning.

01:10:18 - 01:10:24 | Speaker 4:

Good morning, good morning.

01:10:25 - 01:10:51 | Speaker 1:

Before we get into the throwback, we're going to give away our third and final winner for 2023 in Mojo Gives You a Baby. The couple that will be the third couple that will get to go to IVF Michigan or the Ohio Fertility Center and get IVF for free from our friend Dr. Shama. Dr. Shama you got big plans for the weekend?

01:10:52 - 01:10:58 | Speaker 3:

Well I mean it's my week off coming up So, I mean, I'm going to try to do something.

01:10:59 - 01:11:02 | Speaker 1:

I haven't tried it yet. A little spring break-in. I like that. Good.

01:11:02 - 01:11:07 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I always do it when the kids take their week off.

01:11:07 - 01:11:28 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, you're awesome. We appreciate that. Hi to everybody in your office. I don't know, Dr. Shami, we always talk about you and all the other great doctors. I know you want to talk about your staff and your nurses and everybody there. I know you are always gracious to how much they are such a huge part of this process for these beautiful families.

01:11:28 - 01:11:58 | Speaker 3:

You're absolutely right. I mean, I've always said that it takes a village and it takes a community and it takes good practice. I can't do what I have ever done in my 30-some years of doing this without the staff that I have, without the embryologist, without the nurses, without the operating room staff. So, I mean, it absolutely takes the know-how from all those people and the dedication and support for us to be able to do what we do.

01:11:58 - 01:12:23 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah. Thank you again for being part of this. We appreciate you so much. It is time now to meet the third and final couple that will get a chance to come into your beautiful offices. They are from Fenton, Michigan. Please welcome and congratulate Lacey and Gerald Bracey, the winners. Remojo gives you a baby. Hi, guys.

01:12:24 - 01:12:25 | Unknown:

Good morning.

01:12:25 - 01:12:30 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. How are you? How are you doing, Lacey? Hey, Gerald. What's happening?

01:12:30 - 01:12:31 | Speaker 4:

Hey, how are you doing?

01:12:32 - 01:12:47 | Speaker 1:

We're good. Boy, can you guys please tell me, because maybe we should hire you guys as our social media experts. How did you guys get the word out so much? The votes were unbelievable for you. Do you guys both come from large families or what?

01:12:48 - 01:12:51 | Speaker 2:

We have a big support system, yes. Yes, you do.

01:12:51 - 01:12:54 | Speaker 1:

Man, oh, man. My sister's kind of crazy, so.

01:12:55 - 01:13:00 | Speaker 3:

You know what? Crazy sisters really help in these situations. We sure did.

01:13:00 - 01:13:08 | Speaker 1:

We love your story. We love to know that you guys are so in love with each other and you want to share that love with the child. Will you say hi to Dr. Shama?

01:13:08 - 01:13:17 | Speaker 3:

hi good morning good morning and congrats to both of you to both of you you deserve it

01:13:17 - 01:13:47 | Speaker 1:

yeah gerald let me ask you a question because you know i experience this now and as a dad with my kids almost you know completely grown and out of the house with our baby going to go off to college it makes me sad that i don't have them as youngsters i wish that they were i could keep them young forever talk to me about what it would mean to you to be a dad um i'm honestly

01:13:47 - 01:14:10 | Speaker 4:

speechless right now um i just it just it would just be in the absolute world to me uh to be a father um it's a lifelong goal of mine and ever since i met lacy it just it's that goal has just and even strengthened, so I'm just beyond grateful.

01:14:10 - 01:14:12 | Speaker 1:

What kind of a mom do you think Lacey is going to be?

01:14:15 - 01:14:17 | Speaker 4:

Incredible. Absolutely incredible.

01:14:18 - 01:14:24 | Speaker 1:

Lacey brings you to tears listening to him say that about you. What kind of a guy is this guy? You got a good guy there?

01:14:25 - 01:14:39 | Speaker 2:

The best. He makes the best uncle. We have a lot of nieces and nephews, blood-related men, and he goes in and takes them right out of the baby carrier. and picks him up. He has no fear, and he's loved all ages.

01:14:40 - 01:14:50 | Speaker 1:

I love you guys so much. You guys have so much love for each other, and you have so many people around you. Dr. Shama is going to be added to this mix of people that love you guys, and he's going to do his best for you, right, Dr. Shama?

01:14:51 - 01:15:19 | Speaker 3:

There is no question. And I'll tell you something, having heard both of you guys talking about one another. First and foremost, the fact that you guys care about one another and love one another as parents, as potentially, God willing, future parents and husband and wife, that's the foundation for which you become a good dad and a good mom at the end of the day. And I can tell you this out of my own personal experience, but that nothing in this world stops being a parent.

01:15:19 - 01:15:46 | Speaker 1:

And you are an amazing parent too, Dr. Shama. Guys, I'm going to tell you, you are in the hands of somebody very, very special. I've seen this man in so many moments of his life, in moments of complete joy and then moments of complete sorrow and heartbreak. And I will say this about this man. Nobody has a bigger heart and is a better person than this guy. I know he will do everything he can to try to make you guys parents.

01:15:47 - 01:15:51 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God. Thank you for the kind words. God bless you.

01:15:51 - 01:15:58 | Speaker 1:

Thank you. Thanks again, Dr. Shou. Enjoy a few days off. And Lacey and Gerald, you guys are awesome. Congratulations. Lacey Bracey.

01:15:59 - 01:16:02 | Speaker 2:

Is it Lacey Bracey legally? Yeah.

01:16:03 - 01:16:08 | Speaker 1:

You're doing the midday shift today. Lacey Bracey right here on our radio.

01:16:08 - 01:16:09 | Speaker 2:

It does sound like a radio name, doesn't it?

01:16:10 - 01:16:11 | Speaker 3:

Phone me and I'll be there.

01:16:12 - 01:16:16 | Speaker 1:

We're going to give you guys big hugs, okay, when we see you again because it's going to be for good news, okay?

01:16:17 - 01:16:19 | Speaker 3:

Awesome. Thank you guys so much for this opportunity.

01:16:19 - 01:16:50 | Speaker 1:

01:25:56 - 01:25:58 | Speaker 1:

Appreciate the support, babe

01:25:58 - 01:26:09 | Speaker 2:

Listen, you got no chance of anything other than a number one draft pick. Put her on, for God's sakes. All right, here we go. Next song in the Mojo in the Morning Throwback Throwdown. Spike, Shannon, you guys can win the game with this next one. You ready? Now? They're not going to win this game, or what are you going to do to stop this?

01:27:24 - 01:27:30 | Speaker 3:

I just feel like we should just be appreciative we're living in this moment right now. Oh, that's beautiful. Whether we win or lose, we're here.

01:27:30 - 01:27:34 | Speaker 2:

The next song to stand the opportunity is

01:27:34 - 01:27:48 | Speaker 4:

Comedy. Okay, I got that one. Hey, what's that? Oh, man. This is a little old Ply, man. Okay. I ran across the knives, little baby, the other day. Little mama so bad, she had me hypnotized. Mike.

01:27:48 - 01:27:52 | Speaker 3:

Mike. What? It is Ply's Akon hypnotized. Correct answer, yes!

01:27:52 - 01:28:02 | Speaker 4:

I thought that was a different song If they would just announce the artist

01:28:02 - 01:28:04 | Speaker 3:

In the song in the beginning Isn't that great?

01:28:04 - 01:28:26 | Speaker 4:

Wow, Lydia, what a game, huh?

01:28:26 - 01:28:30 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, Mike, you are hopping on with Shannon and Spike for two.

01:28:30 - 01:28:47 | Speaker 2:

I would like to have a threesome with you and another girl you trust. Does that excite you at all or no? Good old-fashioned three-way going on here right now. Shannon, what would it be like for you to have a threesome with Spike and Mike? It's a really bad dream. Is that a nightmare?

01:28:47 - 01:28:52 | Speaker 3:

She said dream. She said dream, not nightmare. I said bad dream. But you did say dream.

01:28:52 - 01:28:53 | Speaker 2:

And she meant bad dream.

01:28:53 - 01:28:55 | Speaker 3:

Shut up, Megan. Not bad, but naughty.

01:28:56 - 01:29:06 | Speaker 2:

Would you be upset if Spike and Mike showed all the attention to each other and didn't show any attention to you? I'm not talking about anything sexually I'm talking about just hanging out with each other You know

01:29:06 - 01:29:09 | Speaker 3:

Can you still do an Eiffel Tower when you're 5'6"?

01:29:09 - 01:29:19 | Speaker 2:

Here we go The next song in the Mojo in the Morning Throwback, Throwdown, Megan Make it a four-way and then we've got some fun The song

01:29:19 - 01:29:38 | Speaker 3:

Is Spike Katie Perry Last Friday night Megan Megan, Megan, Megan, Megan, Katy Perry, TGIF. Mike. Mike, Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg, Last Friday Night, TGIF.

01:29:40 - 01:29:40 | Speaker 4:

What?

01:29:40 - 01:29:42 | Speaker 3:

Shannon wasn't paying attention.

01:29:42 - 01:29:59 | Speaker 4:

No, I was, but me. There's a stranger in my head. Come on in on this one. There's a pounding in my head. Glitter all over the room. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. I smell like a minibar. DJ's passed out in the yard. Bobby's on the barbecue. This is Hickey or Bruce. Picture's up.

01:30:00 - 01:30:11 | Speaker 5:

Last night ended up on like a school. Oh, well. It's a blackout blur, but I'm pretty sure it ruled.

01:30:11 - 01:30:12 | Speaker 2:

Damn.

01:30:13 - 01:30:17 | Speaker 4:

Who the heck else is on it? Anybody?

01:30:18 - 01:30:23 | Speaker 5:

Anybody? Bueller. Bueller. Bueller. Bueller. Bueller. Bueller. Bueller.

01:30:23 - 01:30:29 | Unknown:

Bueller. Bueller. Bueller. Bueller. Bueller. Bueller.

01:30:29 - 01:30:30 | Speaker 4:

Shannon.

01:30:31 - 01:30:31 | Speaker 3:

Shannon.

01:30:32 - 01:30:32 | Speaker 4:

Katy Perry.

01:30:34 - 01:30:36 | Speaker 3:

Last Friday night. Oh.

01:30:37 - 01:30:38 | Speaker 4:

Did somebody ever say that?

01:30:39 - 01:30:45 | Speaker 3:

Katy Perry, last Friday night, TGIF. No.

01:30:46 - 01:30:47 | Speaker 4:

Mike didn't say that?

01:30:47 - 01:31:02 | Speaker 3:

Somebody said last Friday night, Katy Perry. Somebody said TGIF. Somebody said Snoop Dogg was on it, too. Snoop Dogg's on it. Nobody gets that one. Still playing

01:31:02 - 01:31:17 | Speaker 2:

Wow

01:31:17 - 01:31:26 | Speaker 3:

All right Ready for another song here Again, just a quick one, Lydia You got anything going on you want to say?

01:31:27 - 01:31:31 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Well, we still got a three-way going with Mike, Shannon, and Spike for two and Megan with one.

01:31:31 - 01:31:55 | Speaker 3:

It's the longest time that I've ever seen a three-way go like this. Ready? Usually after you get to a three-way, it goes right to the winner after that. Next song in the Mojo in the Morning, Throwback, Throwdown, is Mike Spike. Mike. Chingy right there. Correct answer.

01:31:56 - 01:31:59 | Speaker 5:

Mike won the Throwback Throwdown.

01:32:04 - 01:32:07 | Speaker 3:

Congratulations, Sherry, the winner.

01:32:08 - 01:32:09 | Speaker 5:

Team Spring.

01:32:13 - 01:32:31 | Speaker 3:

Very nice. Thank you to all the great comments that people were leaving on TikTok. Sherry, you're a winner. Congratulations. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Mike. You're welcome. Enjoy. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. We're going to get a look at what's trending right now, Shannon, in the Dirty on the 30.

01:32:32 - 01:32:58 | Speaker 4:

Well, in his first appearance before Congress yesterday, the CEO of TikTok, Xiao Chu, was grilled by lawmakers about TikTok's failure to protect U.S. user data. I mean, the story's been going on for a long time. Yesterday, it came to a head. This thing lasted more than four, or excuse me, five hours, and it kicked off with calls from lawmakers to ban TikTok in the States, and it was just combative for pretty much the entire five hours.

01:32:58 - 01:33:06 | Speaker 2:

The Chinese Communist Party is able to use this as a tool to manipulate America as a whole. Your platform should be banned.

01:33:07 - 01:33:23 | Speaker 1:

There are more than 150 million Americans who love our platform, and we know we have a responsibility to protect them. I have seen no evidence that the Chinese government has access to that data. They have never asked us. We have not provided. Well, you know what? I find that actually preposterous.

01:33:24 - 01:33:51 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, he used his testimony to stress TikTok's independence from China and play up its U.S. tie, saying TikTok itself not even available in mainland China. He said, look, we're headquartered in L.A. We've got another headquarters in Singapore. He said TikTok has 7,000 employees in the United States. And he also emphasized the data TikTok collects is the same data that's frequently collected by a lot of other companies in the industry, like Instagram and Twitter.

01:33:51 - 01:33:58 | Speaker 3:

Who would have thought that TikTok could bring Democrats and Republicans together? Is that unbelievable? Yeah. Like they're all were.

01:33:58 - 01:34:05 | Speaker 5:

It's almost like they're all being paid by the same few people named Mark Zuckerberg. Lady Gaga and her boyfriend.

01:34:05 - 01:34:09 | Speaker 3:

Wait, wait, real quick. Conspiracy there. Do you think Mark.

01:34:09 - 01:34:11 | Speaker 5:

Do I think Zuckerberg is behind this because he's losing.

01:34:11 - 01:34:17 | Speaker 3:

Do you think he will offer up to buy the shares from whoever the company is?

01:34:17 - 01:34:36 | Speaker 5:

No, he wants it to fail because if he has to buy the shares, then he has to pay his content creators out of their content creator fund, which he doesn't want. He likes profiting off of content being made without paying those creators, where TikTok pays the creators to make content. So he wants it to fail or else his business model won't work.

01:34:36 - 01:34:39 | Speaker 3:

Wait, am I supposed to be getting paid for my TikToks?

01:34:39 - 01:34:59 | Speaker 5:

So if you make enough quality content, TikTok pays its creator to keep doing it. And they just, they had an old creator find. Correct, but even better. It's more incentivized. And they used to have an old TikTok creator find that paid people a little bit. Well, they're in beta testing for a new version of it right now. And if it works, I think a lot of influence.

01:35:00 - 01:35:13 | Speaker 2:

will leave other platforms, and I think a lot of the American platforms are very scared about this, because what they don't want you to say is, they all collect your data because that's where they make their money. Their money is not in the social media platform. It's in selling your data.

01:35:14 - 01:35:21 | Speaker 3:

Interesting, I like that. That was, by the way, cross point here on the Mojo in the Morning show. Point counterpoint, Megan's got it.

01:35:22 - 01:35:24 | Speaker 2:

I'm telling you, I like it. I totally get it.

01:35:24 - 01:35:49 | Speaker 3:

By the way, why do the weekend shows, Sunday mornings, they do that show? In Detroit, They have Devin Skillian He should have you on talking about that Because I'm going to be honest with you No, I'm serious I'm not joking when I say this to you Because to be honest with you If you saw yesterday You can tell that these older, you know Congress, Senate people Have no idea, you know, what's going on They don't understand But that was actually pretty well said

01:35:49 - 01:36:04 | Speaker 2:

The one that killed me was the guy asking about facial recognition And they were like, yeah, for filters Well, I don't get where you know where my eyes are Well, because we use facial recognition So you do use facial recognition. Yeah, for filters. It was so crazy.

01:36:05 - 01:36:20 | Speaker 1:

Wild. Lady Gaga and her boyfriend, Michael Polanski, have split after two years of dating. Source tells me they actually broke up a few months ago. You know this if you follow the Deux Moi Instagram account. But it wasn't amicable. They're still friends. So do I. It's the best dirty ever.

01:36:21 - 01:36:22 | Speaker 3:

Which one is that again?

01:36:22 - 01:36:28 | Speaker 1:

It's just gossip. Yeah. Just straight on gossip. She's got like the inside scoop on everything, like way before it happened.

01:36:28 - 01:36:29 | Speaker 3:

But what's the site called?

01:36:29 - 01:36:31 | Speaker 1:

It's Instagram called Dumois.

01:36:31 - 01:36:34 | Speaker 3:

Dumois. Oh, my God. I'll never follow it because I don't know how to spell it.

01:36:34 - 01:37:20 | Speaker 1:

Oh, if you type in D-U-X, it'll pop up. Really? But the reason for this split, they weren't on the same page when it came to getting married and starting a family. And Gaga has said many times over in a lot of interviews, she's really excited to have kids. She wants to be a mom. She's wanted to be a mom since she was a little girl. But her boyfriend wasn't ready to put a ring on it, won, and wasn't quite sure if he even wanted kids. And so their relationship just hit a wall there. Chris Martin adopted Bruce Springsteen's diet plan after noticing that he looked more in shape at 73 years old than Chris did at 46 years old. During an interview this week, Chris revealed he doesn't have dinner anymore. He stops eating for the day at 4 p.m. and usually just has one meal a day. He's already skinny, though. I'm hungry.

01:37:20 - 01:37:24 | Speaker 3:

The guy's already like this thing, thin. I'm holding out my little finger.

01:37:24 - 01:37:50 | Speaker 1:

And, you know, it's interesting timing because his eating habits come into play after his ex-wife, Gwyneth Paltrow, came under fire this week for her controversial eating habits, her wellness routine, her almond mom diet. You know, she shared her daily meal and fitness plan during an interview. And a lot of people were kind of slamming her, saying her meal plan glorified disordered eating habits. And now her ex is coming out to say, and I only eat once a day.

01:37:51 - 01:38:03 | Speaker 3:

I already ate three times today. How is he only eating once a day? I always thought that the whole thing for nutritional is to eat small meals multiple times. Well, now then I just read an article saying that's not good anymore. They don't recommend it.

01:38:03 - 01:38:29 | Speaker 2:

Well, that's why people are calling this disordered eating as well and promoting it. It's because it's not necessarily the healthiest or the recommended thing to do. Which is why it's dangerous. I feel like we're just rocketing towards early 2000s diet culture. And it is freaking me out. Well, even worse. Especially with, like, low-rise jeans and the fashion coming back in for young girls. Like, this is genuinely, like, we're going back to the bad place. Like, I don't like this.

01:38:29 - 01:38:44 | Speaker 3:

Again, this is Devin Skillian hosting a Sunday morning talk show here. We got here. We got Megan. Megan, you got an array of things that you could be talking about on one of those. I'm going to see if I can get Chuck Todd to get you on, what is that show on NBC?

01:38:44 - 01:38:47 | Speaker 2:

No, because every time I do the, uh... I forget what it's called.

01:38:47 - 01:38:49 | Speaker 3:

Oh, God, it was... No, no, no, no, no.

01:38:49 - 01:39:01 | Speaker 2:

Because every time I do news radio, which is pretty regularly here in Toledo, the old people come for me. And you know what? I just can't have another letter, handwritten letter, calling me a tramp be sent to my boss. Meet the press.

01:39:01 - 01:39:03 | Speaker 4:

It's called meet the press. Meet the press.

01:39:03 - 01:39:19 | Speaker 1:

And lastly, a Florida state representative was hilariously duped into reading some fake names into record during a committee meeting this week. This is Republican Will Robinson Jr. during the House Civil Justice Subcommittee meeting this week.

01:39:19 - 01:39:34 | Speaker 4:

Pamela Birch-Fort, Florida State Conference of NAACP Branches. Waves in opposition. Anita Dick is an opponent. Oh, no. Waves in opposition. Holden Hiscock. Oh, no. Waves in opposition.

01:39:34 - 01:39:35 | Speaker 1:

No idea.

01:39:35 - 01:39:38 | Speaker 4:

Jimmy. Only Jimmy. Only Jimmy.

01:39:38 - 01:40:00 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, so this woman who's sitting next to him, if you watch the video, oh, my God, it's so funny because she's, like, covering her mouth when she realizes what happens, and she's trying not to laugh. So after the video went viral on social media, Representative Robinson tweeted with the facepalm emoji. Committee does meet again next week. Anita and Holden, please stop by. Huge egos I mean, huge ratings Detroit, Grand Rapids, Muskegon, and Toledo This is Mojo in the Morning Every man has the right to be ugly But Mojo is abusing the privilege. This is Mojo in the Morning.

01:41:13 - 01:41:42 | Speaker 1:

It's a new Ed Sheeran song that we world debuted this morning. And we will play in its entirety in less than 10 minutes. it's gonna make you uh get a little emotional you're gonna get some tingly yeah tingly get some tingly stuff going on um okay well actually not tingly stuff like the miguel song that miguel song gets you tingly tingly all right it's uh mojo in the morning show megan what happened to

01:41:42 - 01:42:45 | Speaker 3:

your groceries oh okay let me tell you because i i put on my uh detective glasses Because we've got an investigation to begin, ladies and gentlemen, because I think I've been robbed. And it all had to do with me ordering groceries yesterday. What I tell you, I was trying to get my hands on these groceries for about four hours. Really? I placed an order through a grocery store, and it was for delivery, not for pickup. And that grocery store uses a third-party delivery service. I'm getting updates. My shopper has arrived My shopper will let me know if there's anything they need swapped out My shopper is checking out Was a notification that I got And then I was like Oh, they're checking out This grocery store is about 10 minutes from me So it'll be probably 20 minutes, right? An hour goes by I check my grocery store app It says they've been delivered Hmm, interesting

01:42:45 - 01:42:50 | Speaker 1:

Like put out in front of your house delivered? Did they do the picture thing Where they show you a picture?

01:42:51 - 01:43:32 | Speaker 3:

which is where my first aha moment came because I realized the groceries had never arrived. When I found out that they hadn't arrived, I went back into the grocery store app. It did say delivered, and I was getting a little bit frustrated, and I said, oh, my God, I think my driver just stole my groceries. So I did a little bit of digging. I called the third-party service, and I said, hey, my groceries say that they've been delivered. I checked they haven't been. I do have, like, a camera doorbell, so it's not like they came, like, they never came. Yeah. And they said, interesting, our report said that your grocery store caught on fire, so they couldn't finish the delivery.

01:43:32 - 01:43:35 | Speaker 1:

Wait a second, wait, what? Wow.

01:43:36 - 01:43:58 | Speaker 3:

And I went, hmm, didn't hear about this, immediately pulled open my phone, and I did some Googling. I was like, well, I don't think there was a fire. They said, ah, fire or power outage. And I said, you know what, that actually kind of, maybe, maybe they did lose power and she couldn't check out and she had to cancel the order. Okay. So then I call the grocery store and I go, excuse me. Hello. Hello.

01:43:58 - 01:43:59 | Speaker 1:

Hello, grocery store.

01:43:59 - 01:44:34 | Speaker 3:

Knock, knock. Hello. Quick question. Was there a fire in your building today? And the girl was like, no. I was like, all right, cool. Didn't think so. Second question, follow up. Was there a power onage? And she said, I've been here since two. No. And they just kept sending me back and forth, back and forth. Here's what I think had happened. I got pretty normal groceries. I didn't get anything crazy. I was just kind of stacking up on the essentials. I think my driver went through, did my grocery shopping, checked out, then canceled the order afterwards so I could get a refund, and took my groceries on for free.

01:44:34 - 01:44:40 | Speaker 1:

Uh-oh. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. First off, how do you get somebody on the phone when you call? Because I've had-

01:44:40 - 01:44:45 | Speaker 3:

That was my first question. Let me tell you how many hours I spend on the phone.

01:44:45 - 01:44:56 | Speaker 1:

Well, I've had issues with the delivery people services, and I never see, like, the phone. But what I end up doing is I end up just hitting it, and it will say, do you want a refund back? Like, DoorDash does actually a really good job of refunding you.

01:44:56 - 01:44:57 | Speaker 2:

They refund you immediately.

01:44:57 - 01:45:00 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. I'm very impressed with that part of their customer service.

01:45:00 - 01:45:29 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I don't use this third-party service, so then I had to create an account to see if I could get notifications, and I couldn't, and I was on the phone with robots for over an hour yesterday just going, operator, operator, operator. At one point, we were on hold at the grocery store for 20 minutes, and I said, we could have driven there and talked to them at the customer service desk before they even picked up the phone. I was losing my mind yesterday.

01:45:29 - 01:45:32 | Speaker 1:

Wow. What's going on, Jordan? Hi.

01:45:34 - 01:45:43 | Speaker 3:

So, Megan's done this before. She's been on the other end of this. It's just got me.

01:45:46 - 01:45:49 | Speaker 2:

I mean, yeah, karma was seeking her revenge.

01:45:49 - 01:45:51 | Speaker 1:

Explain that. What are you talking about?

01:45:53 - 01:45:55 | Speaker 3:

Does she steal food from his house?

01:45:56 - 01:45:56 | Speaker 1:

Oh.

01:45:56 - 01:45:59 | Speaker 3:

Where is he going?

01:45:59 - 01:46:02 | Speaker 4:

No, I knew what he was saying, but when it's a parent, it's not called stealing.

01:46:02 - 01:46:10 | Speaker 1:

Wait, you're talking about when Megan would go to her dad's house and shop out of his cupboards and refrigerator and cabinets and things like that.

01:46:10 - 01:46:20 | Speaker 2:

But the difference is my father chose to have a child, and it's his responsibility to keep me alive, and that also means feeding me, which means me stealing his groceries.

01:46:20 - 01:46:27 | Speaker 1:

This is God's way of paying you back for all the stuff that you've ever taken from anybody.

01:46:28 - 01:46:30 | Speaker 3:

It's probably still painful for him.

01:46:30 - 01:46:31 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:46:31 - 01:46:32 | Speaker 3:

So now you know.

01:46:33 - 01:46:40 | Speaker 1:

Can I just tell you, though, that I don't know where you went, and I don't know if you want to even say.

01:46:40 - 01:46:41 | Speaker 2:

No, I'm not going to.

01:46:41 - 01:47:08 | Speaker 1:

Okay, well, let me say this. Sometimes you say it on the radio, and guess what? You get it done faster. But I will tell you that I used to do the Instacart thing all the time. and I still do it for like Costco because Costco doesn't have a delivery but I started doing that Kroger delivery thing and that Kroger delivery thing has actually been like a godsend to me which by the way I'm going to get us a tour of the Kroger delivery fulfillment plant do you know that it's robots that fill your bag in boxes and stuff

01:47:08 - 01:47:12 | Speaker 2:

I didn't realize that they didn't just go to the store closest

01:47:12 - 01:47:38 | Speaker 1:

no they do it from the fulfillment so that's why they never run out of stuff but Rachel's going to try to give us a tour I told her I said we would go crazy over that to see the robots going all over the place. Is it like WALL-E robots? Like Iron Legend robots? No way. She wouldn't show me a picture or do anything like that. She just told me that that was the case and then said to me, maybe if you guys are good, we will give you guys a tour. No, she didn't say that part.

01:47:38 - 01:47:44 | Speaker 4:

The saddest part is that the robot does a better job at picking the perfect avocado than I do on my own.

01:47:45 - 01:47:46 | Speaker 1:

Derek, what's going on?

01:47:47 - 01:47:48 | Speaker 3:

Hey, good morning, guys. First time caller here.

01:47:49 - 01:47:51 | Speaker 1:

First-time caller, long-time listener. Love your show.

01:47:51 - 01:47:52 | Speaker 3:

Love you, too.

01:47:53 - 01:47:54 | Speaker 1:

Thank you. What's going on?

01:47:54 - 01:48:10 | Speaker 3:

So I wanted to tell Megan that it happens all the time. People, drivers steal groceries all the time. I actually work for Spark. That delivers for Walmart. And it happens all the time. I talk to the Spencer's all the time, and people come. I mean, they eventually get fired, but it happens all the time.

01:48:10 - 01:48:12 | Speaker 1:

Wow. They take your groceries and just go home with them?

01:48:13 - 01:48:29 | Speaker 3:

They just load them up. So there's two ways that it can happen. They can either go in and shop the groceries, Like, we do it ourselves, and then we deliver it to you. Or we sit out outside, and they just bring it to our car, and we deliver. Either way, they can just roll off with them. They'll never come back. They'll probably never do the job again. It happens with Amazon Flex, too. Wow.

01:48:29 - 01:48:34 | Speaker 4:

It's amazing to me, though, because don't they have the – you have the driver's info to be able to know. It's all tracked.

01:48:34 - 01:48:40 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, all of our information, driver's license, social security number, bank account, everything. You know what's insane? People are crazy.

01:48:41 - 01:48:48 | Speaker 1:

What's wild about that is if it's your last day at work, you know, that's kind of like your last hurrah. but I wonder if they'll just take your money from you.

01:48:48 - 01:48:48 | Speaker 3:

Right.

01:48:48 - 01:48:50 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, and that's their payback.

01:48:51 - 01:48:57 | Speaker 3:

You can get $300 worth of groceries in your car and just go right home. Oh, no, they did. No, they did. Just for that one time, you're done.

01:48:58 - 01:49:00 | Speaker 1:

Tell us what was on that list. I'd love to know what you order for groceries.

01:49:01 - 01:49:05 | Speaker 2:

Let's see if I can pull it up. Hold on one second. They can't prove it, though.

01:49:05 - 01:49:12 | Speaker 3:

That's the crazy thing. They could never come for us because they don't know to believe her, believe us. We'd lose our job. But nobody would ever get in trouble for it because they don't know who's telling the truth.

01:49:12 - 01:49:16 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, so it just cost us all more because we're paying for the stolen groceries. Hold on a second. Hold on.

01:49:16 - 01:49:19 | Speaker 1:

No, this is embarrassing. Let me get some appropriate music here.

01:49:20 - 01:49:22 | Speaker 4:

First question, were you zooted when you made this order? Of course.

01:49:22 - 01:49:28 | Speaker 2:

That's why I couldn't go get the groceries myself. Oh, right, right. There's a lot of chips in here because I was zooted. Let's see.

01:49:29 - 01:49:30 | Speaker 1:

Taki? Are there takis?

01:49:31 - 01:49:34 | Speaker 2:

No takis this time. We did have a frozen pizza. Typical.

01:49:34 - 01:49:36 | Speaker 1:

Derek, you want to guess on any items on this list?

01:49:37 - 01:49:41 | Speaker 3:

Well, if I wasn't eggs. Well, the price is coming down on them, so there might be some eggs in there.

01:49:41 - 01:49:42 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, eggs. Were there any eggs in there?

01:49:42 - 01:49:43 | Speaker 3:

There were eggs.

01:49:43 - 01:49:51 | Speaker 1:

There were eggs, yes. Nice work. I'm gonna say I'm gonna say a big bottle of ranch dressing oh no ranch

01:49:51 - 01:49:57 | Speaker 2:

dressing but I did have a giant tub of creamy peanut butter

01:50:00 - 01:50:01 | Speaker 5:

Whistlechips, babe. Okay.

01:50:01 - 01:50:05 | Speaker 2:

What kind of peanut butter does your taste buds prefer? Creamy or crunchy?

01:50:05 - 01:50:14 | Speaker 5:

So here's the thing. I'm a creamy girl, but I'll let you know that the grocery store brand is $2 cheaper than the name brand. So we were at a grocery store because it's all the same.

01:50:15 - 01:50:15 | Unknown:

All right.

01:50:16 - 01:50:18 | Speaker 5:

Okay. Have you had the cinnamon toast crunch butter?

01:50:19 - 01:50:25 | Speaker 4:

What? No, but don't tell me that. Oh, it's so good. It's only $4.39 a tub. Yeah. But I never have it.

01:50:25 - 01:50:27 | Speaker 5:

And also you're going to get diabetes from it.

01:50:28 - 01:50:30 | Speaker 2:

When you said a tub, I went, ah, yes.

01:50:31 - 01:50:32 | Speaker 4:

I like my food in tubs.

01:50:32 - 01:50:34 | Speaker 2:

Any Oreo cookies in there?

01:50:34 - 01:50:40 | Speaker 5:

No Oreo cookies. No, but we did have lots of chips. Okay. We have lots of chips in here.

01:50:40 - 01:50:48 | Speaker 3:

The worst part to shop for is hair care and all the, it's like they call it the G aisles with all the, you know, hair care deodorants. It's the worst part to shop for.

01:50:49 - 01:50:51 | Speaker 5:

I did have tampons in there. I did have a box of tampons.

01:50:51 - 01:50:54 | Speaker 3:

See, we got to walk all the way to the other side of the store to get that. It's horrible.

01:50:54 - 01:51:01 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I like that. Stay on one side of the store. Thank you, Derek. I appreciate it. Appreciate your call for the tip.

01:51:01 - 01:51:02 | Speaker 3:

Sorry that happened, Megan.

01:51:02 - 01:51:04 | Speaker 5:

Man, thanks. Especially because I was at a TN bar.

01:51:05 - 01:51:06 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no.

01:51:06 - 01:51:08 | Speaker 5:

It was a really bad day. It was a really bad day, you guys.

01:51:08 - 01:51:57 | Speaker 2:

01:51:58 - 01:52:04 | Speaker 2:

And talk to those guys. But I wanted to bring our listeners also up to speed on how you're doing.

01:52:05 - 01:52:19 | Speaker 1:

Well, I've been in the hospital for the last week. It's just I've been getting sick, can't breathe, can't eat, can't drink, nothing. And I couldn't sleep. I didn't sleep, but maybe three hours and five days.

01:52:20 - 01:52:24 | Speaker 4:

And what's the diagnosis? Is this just side effects from cancer, from cancer treatment?

01:52:25 - 01:52:27 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, side effects from the cancer.

01:52:27 - 01:52:30 | Speaker 5:

Is that where you're calling us from right now? The hospital?

01:52:30 - 01:52:34 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's where I'm at. I got Nurse Shannon right next to me doing some blood work.

01:52:35 - 01:52:36 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Nurse Shannon.

01:52:36 - 01:52:36 | Speaker 5:

Good morning.

01:52:37 - 01:52:39 | Speaker 2:

Thank you for taking good care of our friend.

01:52:39 - 01:52:41 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, I love you guys.

01:52:41 - 01:52:42 | Speaker 2:

Is he behaving himself?

01:52:43 - 01:52:48 | Speaker 5:

He was a little naughty in the beginning, but, you know, he wanted me to go back there. That's my Howard.

01:52:48 - 01:53:05 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. We love this guy. This guy, by the way, has been a friend of ours for some time and has called us up when we've had some of our most down moments to bring our spirits up. And I don't know what we can do for you, Howard. We've been praying for you.

01:53:06 - 01:53:08 | Speaker 1:

I'm up here in Michigan, U of M.

01:53:08 - 01:53:10 | Unknown:

And let me tell you something.

01:53:10 - 01:53:22 | Speaker 1:

Mojo, the girls at radiation, they give you a certificate when you're done with radiation. The one girl knew me as soon as I said one word in there. Really? Well, look on Mike's TikTok. I put it on Mike's TikTok.

01:53:23 - 01:53:23 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:53:23 - 01:53:28 | Speaker 1:

The name is on there. It's Trucker Howard. And they say, hey, Nick, let me say this so I'll make you feel better.

01:53:29 - 01:53:32 | Speaker 2:

Oh, that's – you're a legend, Trucker Howard.

01:53:33 - 01:53:46 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, well, these people up here deserve the 100%. They're good people, and I can't say nothing bad about me at all. There's only been one person here to take me, and it's the doctor that woke me up two nights in a row. And luckily I couldn't get out of bed or I might have been in jail.

01:53:47 - 01:53:53 | Speaker 2:

See, I like that attitude about you. I like that you're still feisty. You got your feisty side going there.

01:53:53 - 01:54:04 | Speaker 1:

Well, he's talking to the person next to me, and he's acting like he's got a PA speaker, for Christ's sake. No need to hold my damn floor to tell you what's going on, you know?

01:54:07 - 01:54:08 | Speaker 2:

Trucker Howard, man.

01:54:09 - 01:54:13 | Speaker 1:

Oops, oops, I forgot. I shouldn't have said that, dammit. No, no, no. It's all right. It's all right.

01:54:13 - 01:54:26 | Speaker 2:

I'm going to say this to you, Trucker Howard. Or to hear you say that and to hear you fight back gives me a sense of hope that you haven't lost your fight, man. You still are the guy that we know you are.

01:54:28 - 01:54:43 | Speaker 1:

I'm going to send you pictures of what my hair looked like a week ago or two weeks ago, what it looks now. I can't hardly even grow a beard. My hair is growing away on the top of my head. I look, oh, my God. I'm going to come up there one day, and you guys can take pictures and laugh at me all morning.

01:54:43 - 01:54:47 | Speaker 2:

Call these texters, Lydia, call these texters that are calling for Trucker Howard. I want them to hear.

01:54:47 - 01:54:48 | Speaker 4:

There's so many people that love you.

01:54:48 - 01:54:52 | Speaker 2:

I want you to hear how people, Trucker Howard, I don't know if you know this.

01:54:52 - 01:54:53 | Speaker 1:

Don't, don't, don't do that.

01:54:55 - 01:54:59 | Speaker 2:

Trucker Howard, please. I want you to hear them because this is who, you know, this is who you're fighting for.

01:55:00 - 01:55:05 | Speaker 1:

family, I know, but you're fighting for so many people that call you part of their family right now. Sometimes

01:55:05 - 01:55:07 | Speaker 5:

it's actually nice to hear that you're loved.

01:55:08 - 01:55:08 | Speaker 1:

You know?

01:55:09 - 01:55:15 | Speaker 6:

Well, I told out how many people that I didn't know, you know what I mean? Yeah.

01:55:15 - 01:56:09 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. And I'm going to say this about you, Trucker Howard. I've always sensed in my, you know, in my inner side that you were, even when you'd go all that stuff, But I always sensed that there was the most giving, loving man. And then I would hear stories from people that know you and talk about how you inspired their lives, that they've known you from when you were younger. And people that know – like, you are worldwide. I had somebody call the other day from Arizona that knows you. Arizona? Yeah, Arizona. They used to live here, and they used to work with you, and then they got smart and moved out of this horrible weather. but um but well let me say that here's uh melissa melissa you're on with trucker howard hi how is everybody we're doing all right say hi to trucker howard tell him how much you love him

01:56:47 - 01:57:07 | Speaker 1:

Melissa we're you know you you are a fighter too you fight and you call us anytime you want to By the way, Melissa, don't you think that Megan was selfish? There was a couple times over the last few years where Trucker Howard, all he wanted to do was cuddle with Megan's breasts, and she would not allow that to happen.

01:57:07 - 01:57:10 | Speaker 6:

I just forgot

01:57:10 - 01:57:16 | Speaker 1:

where's Nurse Shannon?

01:57:18 - 01:57:24 | Speaker 5:

That's your make-a-wish, Trucker Howard. or that's your make-a-wish. Let's make it come true.

01:57:24 - 01:57:25 | Speaker 2:

Shut up.

01:57:27 - 01:57:37 | Speaker 1:

All right. God love you, buddy. I know that you're battling. I'm not even going to tell you to keep battling because I know you are battling.

01:57:38 - 01:57:43 | Speaker 6:

All right, man. I appreciate you guys. Thank you, everybody. Hey, I'll stay in contact.

01:57:43 - 01:57:59 | Speaker 1:

Hey, do us a favor, by the way. Everybody at Michigan Medicine, take care of this guy. Like, give him the upgraded meal deal that they have in the cafeteria. Because when I was in there for the short time that I was in there, man, oh, man, that cafeteria. Holy cow.

01:58:00 - 01:58:02 | Speaker 6:

I don't even know what it looks like because I've never made it there yet.

01:58:02 - 01:58:13 | Speaker 1:

I know. I was never in it. They would bring it to my room. But, yeah, they bring some stuff that had no taste to it. But hold on. Annika wants to say something. She said, I have to pick you up. What did you want to say to Tucker Howard?

01:58:14 - 01:58:15 | Speaker 5:

Hi, Tucker Howard.

01:58:16 - 01:58:16 | Speaker 1:

Hey.

01:58:17 - 01:58:42 | Speaker 5:

I just wanted to say that you are so loved by everyone. You are just such a wonderful person. I can tell that just from all the calls and everything. And I've been thinking about you every day. You'll just pop into my head. It was so great to hear you on the Flightly Messy Show, too. That made my day to hear you and hear your fight, and you got this.

01:58:43 - 01:58:46 | Speaker 6:

Well, you really don't know me, but we'll go with that, okay?

01:58:46 - 01:58:55 | Speaker 4:

i know enough about you i know you well enough from the show you love megan i love megan there

01:58:55 - 01:59:01 | Speaker 6:

we go hey oh don't put them things into my head young lady hold on a second

01:59:01 - 01:59:16 | Speaker 1:

annika what what is it that trucker howard always ends with what does he say when he leaves uh have a damn good day yeah yeah uh come on trucker howard i i want to hear the fight in you on your goodbye.

01:59:17 - 01:59:21 | Speaker 6:

All right. You guys have a damn good day and I'm out of here. I'm hungry. I'm waiting for breakfast.

01:59:21 - 01:59:22 | Speaker 1:

All right. Love you, Howard.

01:59:23 - 01:59:24 | Speaker 6:

Love you guys, too. Bye.

01:59:25 - 01:59:25 | Speaker 1:

God bless you, buddy.

01:59:27 - 01:59:31 | Speaker 6:

In 15 or less on Mojo in the Morning. He's shins dirty on the 30. But first.

01:59:31 - 01:59:43 | Speaker 1:

What a guy. All right. When we come back here next, what an ugly baby, Spike. Are you going to get in trouble? Are you going to get in trouble? It had to be said. All right.

01:59:43 - 01:59:45 | Speaker 3:

I'm shocked it's not me saying that.

01:59:46 - 01:59:59 | Speaker 1:

We'll be right back with that, The Dirty, A Scam, and more. Mojo, always well spoken. What's the... So, we laughed. And Spike, always right. It's three rules, you guys.

02:00:00 - 02:00:04 | Speaker 4:

Number one, I'm always right. Number two, you're always wrong. And number three, if you're confused, read number one.

02:00:04 - 02:00:06 | Speaker 1:

This is Mojo in the Morning.

02:00:13 - 02:00:25 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the Morning, Home of the Phone Scams, The War of the Roses, and The Dirty on the 30. So Megan's known for saying, F them babies. Spike, you're known for saying after this one.

02:00:25 - 02:00:52 | Speaker 4:

It was a passive insult to call the baby ugly. I didn't really call the baby ugly, but it was very obvious the baby was ugly because I don't know how you guys react when someone shows you their baby and it's ugly. Listen, every parent thinks their baby's adorable, but let me tell you, and I'm a parent, I'll tell you, the cold hard truth is that maybe 10% of babies are actually adorable. The other 90%, they're ugly babies.

02:00:52 - 02:00:57 | Speaker 2:

Well, they need to unscrunch. Yes. It takes them a second to, like, unscrunch.

02:00:57 - 02:00:58 | Speaker 4:

And some don't unscrunch.

02:00:58 - 02:00:59 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, and, like, fluff up a little bit.

02:00:59 - 02:01:07 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, yeah. Some of the most baby, beautiful babies, ready for baby modeling is, you know, if you had a C-section, you didn't have to push them through the tunnel.

02:01:08 - 02:01:14 | Speaker 3:

And some of them that unscrunch look better scrunched. So sometimes that does happen.

02:01:14 - 02:02:08 | Speaker 4:

But there's a few people on this show. We're still waiting to grow out of our babies. We're still scrunched as an adult. So I was out with some friends. We were out at just the neighborhood tavern where a couple of my friends that we know brought their newborn. over to our table and it was just like the neighborhood bar like a lot of people were coming down to eat and get happy hour and there was like two or three tables actually that brought their little strollers in parked them out front and so we know this couple they brought the baby over and i said oh look how small oh yeah because i didn't want to come i didn't want to lie and say cute baby because it's not a cute baby but then my other friend said you are so blessed and then And my girlfriend, who's never mean to anybody, Meg said, are you getting sleep? Like, she totally turned it, didn't even talk about the baby. Not one person at the table said, what a cute baby. And I was like, when they walked away, I said, do you think mom noticed that none of us complimented your baby?

02:02:08 - 02:02:12 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Yeah. That's always my go-to is I say, oh, my gosh, he's so teeny tiny.

02:02:13 - 02:02:18 | Speaker 3:

Mike, you caught what I caught. Look how small is also kind of a. It seems like a rude thing to say. Yeah.

02:02:18 - 02:02:22 | Speaker 4:

Oh, well, this is their first time out with the baby.

02:02:22 - 02:02:29 | Speaker 3:

So the babies, people always think that that makes you think that the baby's not healthy or something. Yeah, yeah. That's the first thing. Oh, I wasn't even worried about that.

02:02:30 - 02:02:32 | Speaker 1:

It's a tiny human. It's a tiny baby. Yeah.

02:02:32 - 02:02:39 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, exactly. But you were being mean. So I'm not wrong. They just had the baby like six weeks ago. He's not being mean. He's just not lying. Yeah.

02:02:40 - 02:02:43 | Speaker 1:

He's being truthful. I think that's when you just go, you had a baby.

02:02:43 - 02:02:53 | Speaker 4:

Right. He's a baby. Well, I thought of the Reese Witherspoon movie where they're like, you brought a baby to the bar. because nobody wanted to say anything about how cute the baby was.

02:02:54 - 02:03:03 | Speaker 3:

844 Mojo Live, 844-665-6548, what did you say to them when they showed you their baby and their baby wasn't that cute?

02:03:03 - 02:03:17 | Speaker 2:

Lucy always gets mad at me, my almost nine-year-old, because whenever we go back, like she loves going back in my phone and looking at pictures of when she and my little guy, Smith, were little. And she's always like, who was cuter? And I'm like, Smith, 10,000%.

02:03:17 - 02:03:18 | Speaker 4:

Oh my gosh, you tell her that?

02:03:18 - 02:03:20 | Speaker 2:

Honestly, yeah, can't even lie.

02:03:20 - 02:03:26 | Speaker 3:

What's wrong with you? And you also, you favor Smith now. So it hasn't like, it's like, man, that kid.

02:03:26 - 02:03:28 | Speaker 4:

Everybody comes down to Megan and you have those babies.

02:03:28 - 02:03:35 | Speaker 2:

He was a cuter baby because he was real fat. He just had rolls and rolls and rolls, and she was so skinny. She was such a skinny little thing.

02:03:35 - 02:03:43 | Speaker 3:

And she resembles you. She's like, she's like your mini me. What's going on, Sarah?

02:03:44 - 02:04:00 | Speaker 1:

I am a mama too. My boys are absolutely beautiful now, but I will be the first to tell you they were very ugly babies. I love my children, but I did not post baby pictures for a little bit on Facebook.

02:04:01 - 02:04:06 | Speaker 4:

Oh, so you even knew when they were born. You didn't have the awareness. I mean, you had the awareness right from the start.

02:04:07 - 02:04:14 | Speaker 1:

Oh, yeah. My first born, as soon as he came out, I asked, why is he so slimy and why does he look like that?

02:04:15 - 02:04:19 | Speaker 3:

Wow. That's so mean. Oh, my God. That's mom. She loves you.

02:04:20 - 02:04:22 | Speaker 1:

I do, but you're not very cute.

02:04:23 - 02:04:26 | Speaker 3:

Don't they say your mom will always love you no matter what, except for Sarah?

02:04:27 - 02:04:28 | Speaker 1:

Yep, there you go.

02:04:30 - 02:04:31 | Speaker 3:

Valerie, what did you say?

02:04:32 - 02:04:36 | Speaker 1:

Nice outfit. I would go in the baby outfit if the kid's ugly.

02:04:37 - 02:04:37 | Speaker 3:

Right, right.

02:04:37 - 02:04:40 | Speaker 4:

Like the baby picked out the outfit. Good job, kid.

02:04:40 - 02:04:59 | Speaker 3:

I was just reading this morning in our prep, parents reveal the most annoying advice they were given when they had a baby when they just had a baby the most annoying thing that you can ever say to a parent number one was sleep when the baby sleeps they do not want to have you tell them that

02:05:00 - 02:05:19 | Speaker 1:

The other ones were stop holding the baby so much. They can hold the baby as much as they want to. It's their baby. And then other ones that were on the list, you must have a second soon telling them when to have a baby. And you're not holding them correctly to tell a parent how to hold their baby.

02:05:20 - 02:05:24 | Speaker 2:

That would offend me. The other ones, meh, but that one would offend me.

02:05:24 - 02:05:24 | Speaker 1:

Charlie, what's up?

02:05:25 - 02:05:37 | Speaker 3:

Good morning. How are you? Good morning. So, my grandson was not the cutest little thing, and I would show pictures to people, and they'd be like, oh, he's so cute. And I'd say, now I know we're not real friends.

02:05:40 - 02:05:45 | Speaker 1:

Why do I think that all grandmas love their babies so much, their grandbabies so much?

02:05:45 - 02:05:50 | Speaker 3:

Well, I love them to death. I mean, of course I love them to death. I mean, but you don't have to lie.

02:05:50 - 02:05:56 | Speaker 1:

Is it your daughter or your son? My son. So, your son. So, did they look like the daughter-in-law?

02:05:57 - 02:05:59 | Speaker 3:

No, he's unique.

02:06:00 - 02:06:01 | Speaker 1:

He's unique.

02:06:01 - 02:06:03 | Speaker 3:

That word is just not a good word.

02:06:04 - 02:06:11 | Speaker 1:

Interesting. Wow. Thank you for the call. You're welcome. What's up, Shelby? Hi, Shelby.

02:06:11 - 02:06:17 | Speaker 3:

Hi. So, yeah, so what you're supposed to say is how precious.

02:06:18 - 02:06:49 | Speaker 1:

Wait, how precious is actually a way to not say whether it's precious because they're cute or precious because they're ugly. That's actually not a bad thing. Yeah. No, I know. I'm saying. Yeah, because if you say how precious, how precious doesn't come across as negative. I kind of like that. Right. That's a good one. Right. Yeah. We'll use that one. The only problem is I'll have to remember. That's exactly what I think of. It's Mojo on the Morning Show. What do you got coming up here in the dirty in just a second?

02:06:49 - 02:07:08 | Speaker 2:

Well, Beyonce and Adidas have split up. There's a divorce happening there. I'll tell you about the TV star who says she was once sexually assaulted by a well-known TV judge. That story is trending. And Kourtney Kardashian making fun of her haters is actually pretty funny for something that she wore. So we'll recap all of that.

02:07:09 - 02:08:03 | Speaker 1:

All coming up here in just a little bit. Hey, this Monday kicks off a new week for the Mojo in the Morning Show. And I want to remind you again that we are giving away a lot of good prizes on the show. So from concert tickets to we always have cash coming up, so we've got a lot of cash prizes. But next week, Disney trips. So we're giving away a chance for you to go to Disney. And I know that they were initially talking about the idea of doing, like, Disney World trips, Disneyland trips and stuff. Where are we going this time? Because I know we did the Magic Kingdom, then we did Epcot. What's this go-round? I don't remember what they told us. It's somewhere Disney. Oh, it's Walt Disney World Vacation with the thrills of Walt Disney World Resort. Disney Tokyo. Oh, yeah. So you get to go there. And Spike, you and Shannon and I are going to broadcast from Disney Tokyo.

02:08:03 - 02:08:05 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah. That's right. Oh, they did say that.

02:08:05 - 02:08:10 | Speaker 1:

They heard that we shouted them out on the air and said we wanted to do it. So they said that they were going to.

02:08:10 - 02:08:12 | Speaker 2:

You think you're real. Yeah.

02:08:12 - 02:08:13 | Speaker 1:

I was like, what?

02:08:13 - 02:08:21 | Speaker 2:

You think you're real. Oh, my God. You think you're going to stir up some sort of fact. What is happening to your microphone, honestly?

02:08:21 - 02:08:26 | Speaker 1:

I think that we got a problem with her stuff there. For real? I think there's a problem with your phone.

02:08:26 - 02:08:29 | Speaker 2:

I never know when you guys are mad. No, we're really not kidding about that.

02:08:29 - 02:08:36 | Speaker 1:

Mike can hear it, too. Oh, Mike, it says here that they want Grand Rapids to be part of this, too, so you're actually part of it, too. I think we should. Yeah, probably.

02:08:37 - 02:08:40 | Speaker 2:

Terrible human beings. Wait, Megan, for real, something's wrong with your mind.

02:08:40 - 02:09:23 | Speaker 1:

I'm just kidding. We're not going. Exactly what Spike was saying. It's a trip from Disney World, Vacations. Listen next week for an opportunity to win. All you have to do is wake up weekday mornings next week and for the next couple of weeks at 730 to the Mojo in the Morning Show for your shot. None of us are going anywhere. Reset your internet system. Me? Yeah, we're not kidding because you do sound like you're computerized. Somebody's sabotaging me. Exactly. All right. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. We'll get a look at what's trending right now in the Dirty on the 30, the last one of the week. Shannon, what's going on?

02:09:23 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 2:

Yes, Beyonce and Adidas are agreeing to go their separate ways. Was a mutual decision, from what I'm hearing, to end that partnership, which started back in 2018 when Adidas took over producing Beyonce's Ivy Park line. And then Beyonce was doing some stuff with them, working on footwear and clothing for Adidas specifically. But the Wall Street Journal said last month that Ivy Park kind of just didn't do so well in terms of sales. Did about $40 million worth of business compared to original expectations of $250 million in sales.

02:10:00 - 02:10:18 | Speaker 7:

She had some really cool maroon lines, right, and I love wearing maroon, and I was like, give me some cool athleisure and a color that I love, and everything was so insanely priced, I was like, I can't afford this, this is crazy.

02:10:18 - 02:10:32 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, and that'll do it to you, too, you know? This is a big story this morning. Abbott Elementary star Shirley Ralph says she was once sexually assaulted by a well-known TV judge.

02:10:33 - 02:10:53 | Speaker 3:

This man walked in, grabbed me by the back of my neck, turned me around, and rammed his nasty tongue down my throat. Oh, my God. This was a famous TV judge. I was handling my business for the television show I was on at that time. He and I were on the same network.

02:10:53 - 02:11:34 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, and while she did not name the man, Cheryl, who was actually starring on Moesha at the time this happened, she did clarify it was not Judge Greg Mathis. She said she loves him, he's a great man, but it was another famous TV judge. I'm trying to think of who it would be. She also said she tried to report the incident, but get this, network executives said, please don't. They didn't want any bad press around their show. They didn't care what had just happened to her. Again, even though she was on the same network, they just did not want the tabloids talking about this. Lizzo posted a TikTok of herself getting ready as she prepared to appear at the courthouse for jury duty.

02:11:34 - 02:11:53 | Speaker 6:

It's six in the morning. I'm up at six. I'm not excited about jury duty. I am actually really stressed about it because, like, I've just heard people getting, like, really gruesome, like, violent cases. and I have a really sensitive mind and I don't like hearing or seeing that. I don't cry.

02:11:54 - 02:12:03 | Speaker 5:

Wish me luck. She got released from jury duty. Tom Brady is the brand new co-owner of a WNBA team called the Las Vegas Aces.

02:12:04 - 02:12:34 | Speaker 1:

I got really special news to share today. I'm excited to announce I'm going to become part of the Las Vegas Aces organization with some of the greatest athletes in the world. I grew up with three older sisters. They were all incredible athletes in their own right. It's where my love of women's sports began. And I'm ready to contribute in any way possible as a member of such a great organization. What an honor. I can't wait to watch these amazing, talented players bring another championship to Las Vegas. LFG.

02:12:35 - 02:12:43 | Speaker 4:

LFG. Didn't LeBron also buy into that, too? For some reason, Vegas. I think that there's something in Vegas, too.

02:12:43 - 02:12:50 | Speaker 7:

Or are enough of these guys just going to be investing in it because they're planning on getting in early? Is there some bigger plan going on?

02:12:50 - 02:12:53 | Speaker 5:

Because aren't both of them invested in pickleball teams too, right?

02:12:53 - 02:12:54 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

02:12:54 - 02:12:55 | Speaker 5:

Both Tom Brady and LeBron?

02:12:55 - 02:13:02 | Speaker 4:

I think a lot of these celebrities are now buying teams and doing all this stuff, trying to be the owners.

02:13:02 - 02:13:13 | Speaker 5:

And Kourtney Kardashian reading mean TikTok comments about herself. One criticized her for wearing a T-shirt from the hardcore punk band Agnostic Front.

yep there you go for all of today's dirty check out the dirty page

02:13:37 - 02:13:52 | Speaker 4:

mojo in the morning show so it's always fun isn't it to talk about sex with your parents no

02:13:52 - 02:14:43 | Speaker 5:

no it's not it's it is so funny my mom has been dating um the same guy for like just over a year And by the way, I love him. And do you know that they met on Match? I put my mom on Match. My sisters and I made a Match account for her. And this guy that she's been dating, his name is Mike, by the way, obsessed with him. But they went to high school together. Oh, really? And reconnected now. He actually used to be really good friends with my dad. And so my dad's like super happy because he, you know, they were friends back in the day and he loves him. Anyway, so he. Did she like him in high school? um she said she remembers thinking he was cute but you know she dated my my her and my dad were high school sweethearts so um she said she like remembered him and remember thinking that he was really cute but that was like about all can she answer that question honestly like did she like

02:14:43 - 02:14:47 | Speaker 4:

him in high school even though she was dating your dad oh well she said he was cute but it was so

02:14:47 - 02:15:00 | Speaker 5:

funny because she he didn't remember her when they first met but um so they've been dating for just over a year and he recently fulfilled his dream of retirement.

02:15:00 - 02:15:52 | Speaker 3:

in Florida. So he moved from Michigan down to Florida, which has been super hard for them. So they're like doing the long distance thing right now while they figure everything out. And so my mom was there all last week. And I love seeing how happy she is. She was sending my sisters and I pictures, you know, the whole time that she was there. Well, now she's home. And so she's full of stories. But I told her the stories have to like, I have to draw a line. And the stories have to stop when she started telling me how vocal he is about loving her boobs. Oh, OK. And I'm like, this is where when your mom dating is like hard boundary. I don't want to know about these conversations. And she's like, yep, we went out to lunch with his mom, who's 95 years old, by the way. And even during that lunch, his mom was like, Joanne, you are very well endowed.

02:15:52 - 02:15:53 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh.

02:15:53 - 02:15:57 | Speaker 3:

And there was this big conversation that ensued about my mom and her boobs.

02:15:59 - 02:16:04 | Speaker 1:

Wow. That's a little, you've reached the line there, the conversation with mom.

02:16:04 - 02:16:05 | Speaker 2:

Yep, yep.

02:16:05 - 02:16:08 | Speaker 5:

Megan, does your dad date at all right now?

02:16:08 - 02:16:09 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no.

02:16:09 - 02:16:10 | Speaker 5:

Does your dad like nice boobs?

02:16:10 - 02:16:26 | Speaker 2:

Are you sure, or does he just not tell you? I think he just doesn't tell me. Yeah. That man has. He's too good looking to not be dating. He has the most thriving social life right now. It's so gross. I hate him. He tells me all about all the fun things he does all the time. I'm like, where was my invite?

02:16:26 - 02:16:41 | Speaker 5:

Do you know, does he ever talk to you about what he looks for in a girl? Because that's kind of interesting to hear that Shannon, your mom's boyfriend, likes the boobs. What does your dad like on the girl's makeup?

02:16:41 - 02:17:02 | Speaker 2:

So I tried to swipe through dating profiles. I set up a fake dating profile just to show him this is what's out there. and I put in like somebody who's similar to you and I was going through photos and he would be like, oh, she's pretty. And I was like, yes, she is. Yes, she is. Wouldn't you like to get her number? And he was like, I don't want to talk about this with you.

02:17:03 - 02:17:30 | Speaker 3:

You just need to do it. My mom dragged her feet so much after she went through her divorce and my sisters and I, we just created the account for her. And then she became like very into it. What kind of account did you create for her? Match. It was Match. And once we did it, actually this was like the first guy she met on Match, But then she got so into it She was like, well, I don't like that photo I don't like that photo And she would send me photos Switch it out for this photo And it's just so funny when it's your parents that are dating

02:17:30 - 02:17:40 | Speaker 2:

You know? Yeah, and I want to know where the 50 plus people are Because I kept telling my dad to go on Hinge Because I felt like that would happen I feel like it's match

02:17:40 - 02:17:42 | Speaker 5:

But you have to pay

02:17:42 - 02:17:48 | Speaker 3:

You have to pay for the upgraded I don't know what it's called Membership or whatever

02:17:48 - 02:17:49 | Speaker 2:

Is that how you get the results?

02:17:50 - 02:17:55 | Speaker 3:

I think that's how you get the quality people that are actually on there for a serious relationship.

02:17:55 - 02:18:03 | Speaker 1:

I see a lot of ads on TV that push eHarmony to the older audience too, like during daytime TV when the older audience is watching.

02:18:03 - 02:18:05 | Speaker 2:

I tried to get him on Farmers Only. He was not a farm.

02:18:08 - 02:18:15 | Speaker 5:

It's funny because you think of this when your parents start talking to you about their sex life or they start doing that.

02:18:15 - 02:18:16 | Speaker 3:

I'm like, no, no, no, no.

02:18:16 - 02:18:27 | Speaker 5:

It kind of makes you feel that way. In my case My son Joe thinks it's great to talk about His mom and I's sex life Because of his radio show

02:18:27 - 02:18:28 | Speaker 1:

What does he know about your sex life

02:18:28 - 02:19:06 | Speaker 5:

He'll like ask questions Like oh do you mom have sex a lot But I feel like he uses it for content Yeah he's using it for content And then he'll ask When his mom's on his show Which she joins the show a lot He'll go did you and dad do it last night And he'll ask those questions And it's like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree Would he ask it if you guys were just sitting at the dinner table Or is it just Oh he does And it drives her crazy I actually laugh it off And then Luke can't stand it So my youngest Luke does not want to hear about anything That's my mom Stuff like that What's going on Steve

02:19:06 - 02:19:09 | Speaker 4:

Hey Mojo How you guys doing

02:19:09 - 02:19:10 | Speaker 5:

Good what's happening

02:19:10 - 02:19:25 | Speaker 4:

Good morning I just had to call in It just reminded me of a traumatic story when I was 15 of being in the car with my mom. She was on the phone, and she was like to my dad, Oh, sorry last night about that cramp in my leg.

02:19:28 - 02:19:34 | Speaker 5:

And you knew what they were talking about? Yeah, I know it wasn't a game of Twister.

02:19:36 - 02:19:40 | Speaker 1:

Putting the ass in harassment. It's another Mojo in the Morning phone scam.

02:19:40 - 02:19:48 | Speaker 4:

I love listening to the phone scam. In minutes. Go ahead and laugh at Spike's world-famous phone scam. But are you next?

02:19:49 - 02:19:50 | Speaker 3:

It's Mojo in the Morning Show, your home of the phone scams. Spike ran into a strange problem with his Xbox console.

02:20:00 - 02:20:12 | Speaker 3:

Are you an Xbox player? This is hypothetical for this, right? We're a Nintendo fan. Are you okay? And he called Elena to ask for some help. It's a Mojo in the Morning phone scam.

02:20:31 - 02:20:33 | Speaker 6:

Hi, Lana. I'm calling about the Xbox.

02:20:33 - 02:20:34 | Speaker 4:

Uh-huh.

02:20:34 - 02:20:46 | Speaker 6:

I bought the Xbox there on Monday. Uh-huh. And I got my tongue stuck in it. I know. It's not really funny.

02:20:46 - 02:20:47 | Speaker 4:

I'm sorry.

02:20:50 - 02:20:53 | Speaker 6:

I was just wondering how to get my tongue out of the Xbox.

02:20:53 - 02:20:56 | Speaker 4:

Uh, have you tried calling Microsoft?

02:20:56 - 02:21:01 | Speaker 6:

They make the game? Yeah. What do other customers do when they gotta get their tongue stuck?

02:21:01 - 02:21:03 | Speaker 4:

Well, how did you get your tongue stuck?

02:21:03 - 02:21:18 | Speaker 6:

I was cleaning it. I'm sorry. Oh, it shocked me. Oh, my gosh. I don't know what else to do. I got a little bit of shock.

02:21:18 - 02:21:24 | Speaker 4:

Can somebody take you to a doctor? Maybe a doctor would help you?

02:21:24 - 02:21:33 | Speaker 6:

Well, I guess if that's what I had to do, I was hoping it wouldn't be that difficult. But now I'm standing here and it's just dangling and my tongue is getting longer.

02:21:35 - 02:21:49 | Speaker 4:

I'm sorry, can you hold for a moment? Yes! Okay, thank you. Um, I really don't know how to help you, man. I've never had that issue. Oh, God, it hurts!

02:21:49 - 02:21:53 | Speaker 6:

I'm sorry. It hurts like crazy. It's just... Oh, son of a bitch!

02:21:54 - 02:22:03 | Speaker 4:

uh try another game if you want or maybe microsoft i recommend microsoft they might be able to help

02:22:03 - 02:22:17 | Speaker 6:

you better okay what if i call mozo in the morning huh because you've just been the victim of a phone scam oh my gosh was a wait this was wait this is a phone scam your co-workers sent you up

02:22:33 - 02:22:42 | Speaker 5:

Yep, go ahead and laugh. You might be next. It's the home of the world famous phone scams. Mojo in the Morning.

02:22:43 - 02:22:48 | Speaker 4:

Cause baby, now we got bad blood. You know it used to be mad love

02:22:48 - 02:23:03 | Speaker 3:

Listener alert, listener alert Don't fall for a ticket scam A Taylor Swift ticket scam That actually one of the members of the Mojo in the Morning show Almost fell for, is that right?

02:23:04 - 02:23:06 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I almost did So Shannon was

02:23:06 - 02:23:15 | Speaker 3:

This is Lydia, by the way Let me introduce you Because I'm going to say your name And there are people here that probably don't know who you are Actually, are there people in the building that might not know who you are?

02:23:15 - 02:23:19 | Speaker 2:

I would hope not, considering I did a lot of marketing stuff here for quite some time. That's true.

02:23:20 - 02:23:29 | Speaker 3:

Well, there could be. Listen, I was one of those people, Lydia, no offense, that worked with people for plenty of time, and I had no idea what their names were.

02:23:29 - 02:23:32 | Speaker 1:

You couldn't remember my name for the longest time.

02:23:32 - 02:23:33 | Speaker 3:

I didn't remember your name?

02:23:33 - 02:23:35 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, you would ask me. What is your name?

02:23:36 - 02:23:37 | Speaker 3:

Lydia, I would do that. I would ask you.

02:23:38 - 02:23:39 | Speaker 1:

You forgot that?

02:23:39 - 02:23:40 | Speaker 3:

I don't remember that.

02:23:40 - 02:23:43 | Speaker 6:

Actually, that means he likes you if he asks you, because he usually just says, hey, buddy, how you doing?

02:23:43 - 02:24:05 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, or hey. my hey what's that girl what's that girl's name again yes um lydia so lydia is our the director of our show she also uh does all of our community service events breaking in her christmas wish everything like that and um what happened so you were looking to buy some taylor swift tickets or

02:24:05 - 02:24:59 | Speaker 2:

what yeah so actually shannon had mentioned to me how she's been wanting to get some tickets to take Lucy to the show. So I've been keeping an eye out. And some of you may know that I'm in a lot of Facebook groups. This is why I asked you specifically. So I've been looking through all these groups to see if anyone's selling Taylor Swift tickets. Well, luckily I came across a guy yesterday who posted that he was selling four. So I was like, why not? I'll message him just to see what his price is. So I messaged him yesterday and I asked him, I was like, what's your price? like where are the tickets and he sends me a screenshot and i was so happy because the price was a pretty decent price it was a very decent price and the seats were like pretty decent as well what kind of money was he offering for the tickets he asked for i think it was 300 yeah wow which for taylor swift is how many tickets no no no per ticket 300 per ticket and i need two ticket was

02:25:00 - 02:25:06 | Speaker 4:

red flag number one but okay and i need two tickets yeah um when i sent shannon the screenshot

02:25:06 - 02:25:21 | Speaker 3:

i immediately saw and it said it said you're got the tickets it didn't say you've got the ticket so he messed up by photoshopping it and of course i called him out i was like uh these tickets aren't real and he replied to me and he was like what are you talking about and i was like this is fake

02:25:21 - 02:25:44 | Speaker 4:

and he blocked me immediately i don't even know how you saw that because when you sent it to me my first question was do you know this guy because there are so many scams and so i really only want to buy the tickets from somebody who's like a real a real person who you know but then when when she said oh wait it's photoshopped it took me forever to figure out how she knew that that you figured

02:25:44 - 02:25:49 | Speaker 1:

it out off of the misspelling or how did you figure it out i figured it out by the misspelling

02:25:49 - 02:25:58 | Speaker 3:

yeah because usually when ticketmaster emails you it says you've got the tickets like that's what the email says but his photoshop said your got the tickets but it's y-o-u never noticed that

02:25:58 - 02:26:18 | Speaker 1:

r-e yeah i would have just thought he that it was a dumb uh a dumb person like me that had screwed up that but that's wild yeah i would never have noticed that if he's photoshopping why would he not be smart enough to photoshop the correct one to photoshop he even unsent the image so like i

02:26:18 - 02:26:22 | Speaker 3:

would have never had a trace of it but i luckily i sent it to shannon so yeah i still have that

02:26:22 - 02:26:27 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I know I would have gotten all the way to the point where he was like, all right, you have to pay in Best Buy gift cards.

02:26:28 - 02:26:34 | Speaker 4:

OK, right, right. I don't get this is the second time, by the way, this has happened to me with Taylor Swift tickets.

02:26:34 - 02:26:45 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's a big bait and switch because it's so popular. People are so frantic to make their their girlfriend or their kids happy with tickets that they're not real. It's easy to scam people. They're emotional about buying them fast.

02:26:45 - 02:26:55 | Speaker 1:

I don't get how people do like the cyber scamming type thing, like how they're able to like, I got an idea. I'm going to do this thing.

02:26:55 - 02:28:12 | Speaker 2:

Like I'm going to, you know, which is so easy to scam people. Like when you realize my mom and especially older people, my mom will call me like, I need your help. I'm trying to fix my PayPal account. And I said, Mom, what do you have a PayPal account? She goes, well, I didn't think I did, but I got an email saying it's not working. So I'm trying to get it fixed. i go mom if you don't have one well yeah that's what i thought but they sent me an email so yeah i'm like oh but did you see the new warning the ftc came out with yesterday the new scam they're warning people about we've all been talking about ai and all the deep fake technology and well now it's so easy for these scammers to take a little clip of your voice and change it what you're saying with ai so now they're calling loved ones like they'll scam you to get into your phone figure out who you call the most you might get a call from a loved one in a panic look you know really quick looking for begging for money and think oh my gosh my son's in trouble or whatever and it's a deep fake of your voice wow that is so scary the FTC said they're urging people be real careful if you're not sure or if it just seems like a weird situation hang up and call your loved one back because they're swindling parents and grandparents out of money that with a little recording of your voice they make a whole conversation saying i

02:28:12 - 02:29:00 | Speaker 1:

need money i need you to send this to me quick i'll explain later can you uh also think that that is going to be used for by companies to say you know how they need to get your verbal permission yeah they'll use your voice to verbally get their permission for things so there was a study that gallup just did that i saw uh just a moment ago when i was going through some stories and it said what is the most significant critical threat according to citizens what is it that you believe the most critical threat and it used to be that people you know thought of terrorism and war now it's cyber terrorism that's the thing that people are the most fearful of right now and they're fearful of somebody you know doing something you know to your and that's why that whole tick tock thing is is such a big deal right now it's so easy for them

02:29:00 - 02:29:24 | Speaker 2:

them to get so much information because we act we let them access our devices in our lives so easily i mean even the ones we give permission to track our every move every app we we have an account on we've given them permission to listen to our conversations look at our photo albums track our locations so it makes it so easy for them to also hack in and get that information

02:29:24 - 02:29:37 | Speaker 1:

without our permission i uh have to tell you that there are times where i go through the iheart email and I don't get to the message that's sent by our cyber group until I go through all the rest of them.

02:29:37 - 02:29:41 | Speaker 2:

Our company tests us every week or two. They'll send us a fake one to see if we fall for the hacking.

02:29:42 - 02:29:48 | Speaker 1:

And I'll see the things and I go, these guys will never get me because I never answer anybody's emails.

02:29:48 - 02:29:52 | Speaker 4:

I check that account maybe once a week.

02:29:52 - 02:29:59 | Speaker 2:

They sent one. They said 30% of people fell for after the beginning of the year. They said something about our W-2 forms.

02:30:00 - 02:30:08 | Speaker 1:

for taxes and stuff and they said uh we had an issue with a lot of people not clicking through and everybody clicked it and it wasn't even from our own email address it was like spelled wrong

02:30:08 - 02:30:56 | Speaker 4:

our company name my favorite is uh when now they're doing the text messages to you and so if you'll get a text message and it's so obvious that it's not real like it's in a different font most of the time yeah it's really weird and the craziest is it used to be they'll call you up and They'll keep you on the phone. Now it's they'll send you these text messages. And I have friends of mine that will go, yeah, I sent this text back because, you know, my company wants to know, you know, why I haven't turned in whatever it was. I think it was like one of them was during the health time when people were doing their health insurance. And they're like, yeah, I don't understand it. Why do they keep doing it? And I'm thinking, first off, you don't even answer my text messages when I send them to them.

02:30:56 - 02:31:06 | Speaker 3:

why are you answering that most of those tax funds they are in like a slanted font they're in a totally different font and if you look it comes from like a rando website with a bunch of

02:31:06 - 02:31:44 | Speaker 1:

number like they're gonna get better they're gonna get smarter about it yeah i asked somebody in the cell phone industry why don't these carriers these big companies fight this because they obviously can stop it they see where these are coming from and they said it they told me it was kind of like you know how like banks won't want to publicize that a bank was robbed because then people feel like their money's not safe yeah these cell phone carriers they think it might be inside jobs that there's somebody that works they're hacking and using getting all our data so they don't want to publicize that this is happening on their platform because then you start to wonder is verizon or at&t or sprint or whoever it is all of them have the same scammers

02:31:44 - 02:32:10 | Speaker 4:

on their platforms i heard that you should delete it so don't just leave it in your phone yeah delete the message and report it as spam because if you don't do that there's some kind of working number and they'll keep hitting you yeah there's some kind of way that they can figure uh figure all that out um i just found uh two pair of taylor swift tickets um for uh 295 and the guy's email

02:32:10 - 02:32:29 | Speaker 3:

address is mojo at i'm also just shocked that i'm thinking in my head that 300 per ticket is cheap Like, what has happened? I know. This is just asinine to me. I'm telling you. And Megan did some research for me, and she, you said, Megan, what's the cheapest ticket for Detroit? Resale ticket, like legit resale.

02:32:29 - 02:32:43 | Speaker 2:

One ticket, the cheapest you can buy, is $643. I'm not, the most expensive for one ticket is $6,187. You are nuts if you are paying that for a ticket.

02:32:43 - 02:32:55 | Speaker 1:

Now, if you wait till the show gets closer, they're going to go down. Everybody's just baiting and hoping that somebody will be desperate enough to spend it. But then if it gets closer and closer and there's still thousands of tickets in the resale market, they start to go down.

02:32:56 - 02:32:59 | Speaker 4:

I think that you're going to definitely see that.

02:33:00 - 02:33:04 | Speaker 1:

Or just keep listening to your favorite morning show who's giving away tickets every morning.

02:33:04 - 02:33:11 | Speaker 4:

Or you don't go to a concert. And you know what? You've got to say no to your kids. I was going to surprise Lucy.

02:33:11 - 02:33:16 | Speaker 3:

At this point, we're going to see kids bop love. For Taylor Swift, I just resigned myself. Do a Taylor Swift song.

02:33:16 - 02:33:22 | Speaker 1:

I just said, I'm going to end up, wait, you know she sold the rights to a streaming service. I'll just wait for the Netflix special or whoever gets it.

02:33:22 - 02:33:27 | Speaker 4:

Watch that TV and then go ask Cody in promotions for Disney on ice tickets.

02:33:27 - 02:33:51 | Speaker 2:

The thing that blew my mind is I do follow, I mean, it pops up on my TikTok all the time. And, like, I feel bad for the people who spent that much money on floor tickets. And depending on where your floor seats are, you can't see the majority of the concert. And you spent the most amount of money. Like, that to me would break my heart. I saw girls that were selling their floor tickets and then buying, like, the race seating tickets just so they could see her. Yeah.

02:33:51 - 02:33:55 | Speaker 4:

I heard that the behind-the-stage tickets are also being sold, too.

02:33:55 - 02:33:56 | Speaker 2:

Did you see the view?

02:33:57 - 02:33:57 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

02:33:57 - 02:34:10 | Speaker 2:

It's insane. And the price that they're going for? I mean, good for her, but that's crazy. But you can still hear her. You're in the room. Yeah, but I don't know if you pay $800 to watch somebody on screen and hear them.

02:34:10 - 02:34:12 | Speaker 4:

I want to breathe her air. Right?

02:34:12 - 02:34:38 | Speaker 2:

Well, I don't understand. She should have when this blew out of control. And don't get me wrong. I love a good high production value. She is putting on a show. I get it. But I feel like with these added shows that she did in every city, change it so it's a small stage on the floor like Harry Styles did and sell every seat in the venue. Do one night full production and then one night as many people as I can get in here as possible.

02:34:39 - 02:34:55 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Break the fire code. Get them all in there. Or do the outdoor festival. Do an outdoor, like, do it and where can we have it? We can have it in the middle of nowhere. Or Shannon, like, Lucy and Cecily don't need to go to college. I mean, we could just...

02:34:55 - 02:34:58 | Speaker 1:
