Hola. I like that. Showing off that Mexican flair, a little heritage there, right? A little bit, yeah. Good for you. KP, good morning to you. Good morning. Good morning to Lydia. Hi, Lydia.

00:05:13 - 00:05:14 | Unknown:

Good morning.

00:05:14 - 00:06:55 | Speaker 2:

Good morning. She's answering the phone. She's talking on the phone. And I'm Mojo, and thank you for being here with us. And if you're listening to this, thank you for choosing to listen to this. We appreciate that. Whether you're listening to it live or you're listening to it on podcast or you're listening to hear, you know, recaps of things that we talked about yesterday on the show and the big news from the show. Obviously, that news was all over the place yesterday. And there were, you know, of course, inappropriately, some great messages that were sent to Spike. And we loved that, and I thought that that was awesome. probably a little bit bummed out to hear that every single person on the show i think in some way shape or form was attacked through some of those messages some of the people that do it yeah so and i and i that's new and i well i know i don't think it is mike i think that that that goes on for pretty much everywhere i actually had a conversation yesterday with a very good friend of mine um and this friend of mine uh works in television and they said that television people get hit up or hit even harder than even oh yeah because they're you can see them so you can see what they look like all the time you know what i mean like we can they can see us on our videos that we post or social media but we're not like 24 7 but he was telling me he's like he's like you should see how bad it is when you know somebody leaves the the station and a new person comes in everybody will just comment on their appearance and because they don't know what the person's all about because all they do is they see their their appearance and what that you know

00:06:55 - 00:07:14 | Speaker 1:

that's it but I was trying so hard as I'm sure all of you were to not read comments one it was just like such a sucky day anyway for lack of a better word and I didn't want to you know feel any more bummed out than I was but it was hard to not read comments when you were specifically tagged in

00:07:14 - 00:07:18 | Speaker 2:

comment oh yeah and it showed up in your notification when people tag you then then the

00:07:18 - 00:07:41 | Speaker 1:

aggression just goes hard well not even that and i understand everybody has lots of feelings about this i i very much understand that as do all of us um but then it's like you can't not see it because it's right there yeah you know when you're trying to scroll past and we're human beings and so of course you have this curiosity to read those ones that you're tagged in it see what i had was

00:07:41 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 2:

I tried not to to read comments you know I read I read what Spike posted and I thought it was actually you know very you know a beautiful it was you know and it was great pictures to see and stuff like that but then what ended up happening for me was people started sending me the comments and texting me and I'm going friends that's not nice that's not nice and then the thing can I explain can I say the the thing that really is worse than a bad comment on me can the free press put away that picture of us downtown where party one where we're all cuddled up together the the pic you know what picture i'm talking about oh let me show it i

00:08:25 - 00:08:29 | Speaker 1:

really i really truly because i don't stay away from i don't think you're gonna like the photo

00:08:29 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 2:

as much as i'm not gonna like why am i pregnant no no no this is when you first started on the show let me just say this to you we've all had a glow up and uh as time has gone on well thank you For me, it was pure. For me, it's pure. Yes, you have.

00:08:42 - 00:08:45 | Speaker 1:

Shut up. Some of us like to look at the old photos.

00:08:45 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 2:

For me, it's pure Botox, you know. But this photo, they posted that photo, which is. Oh. Yeah. Oh. It's the photo of us down by the Spirit of Detroit, and we're all cuddled up together.

00:08:58 - 00:09:08 | Speaker 1:

That photo is from 2009, because I remember I had only been. Excuse me. I cannot talk today. I had only been with the show for three days, and that photo shoot happened.

00:09:08 - 00:09:22 | Speaker 2:

Well, I will say this to you. That's worse than any comment about how horrible of a radio person I am. Tell me I'm a horrible radio person. That's one thing. Let me see how fat and ugly I am. That's another thing.

00:09:24 - 00:09:30 | Speaker 1:

You were not fat and ugly. You just had a really bad haircut. I'm going to be honest about that. The hair was not good.

00:09:30 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 2:

Listen, I have done a better job of caring for myself.

00:09:35 - 00:09:39 | Speaker 1:

So, but we'd love to see a growth moment. Yeah.

00:09:42 - 00:09:43 | Speaker 2:

Isn't that nice?

00:09:43 - 00:09:44 | Speaker 1:

We have to be our own hype man today.

00:09:46 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 2:

I did. I did, by the way, go to bed last night. And because I, for three straight days, had horrible sleep, I slept amazing. So I felt so good waking up this morning.

00:10:00 - 00:11:17 | Speaker 3:

I didn't even know that the college basketball championship was on last night. And I just and I'm thank God I didn't because I would have tried to stay up and watch it. And it wasn't even teams I cared about. But I ended up falling asleep and I slept good. And it was awesome. It was that was so good. And then waking up this morning and stuff like that. And you know what? We're going to do our best. This is the thing. We as a show over the years have had stumbling blocks and we've hit roadblocks. too. We've had both stumbling blocks that sometimes were just hard moments, roadblocks where people tried to get in the way and keep us from getting to good moments. And we've done our best to try to overcome them. And we're going to continue to do that. And I appreciate the listener for being with us today. All right. It's Mojo in the morning show. So Megan, and I don't even know how much time I have to do this because I just did that whole big thing talking about that. But this actually might be appropriate, though. Kind of a moment, if you will talk about, like you did in our pre-show meeting, talking about how people who you don't care about sometimes get into your head a little bit more than the people who you do care about.

00:11:17 - 00:12:51 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, this is something I've been going through for, like, the past couple of months. I actually, I love my dad. we stayed up one day until like two o'clock in the morning talking about this about two months ago I was just sitting in his uh kitchen just crying because we had been going over some negativity that I had received and I'm so wishy-washy on this kind of stuff I don't know if you guys are as well where sometimes somebody will say something mean about me and I'll like laugh or like not take it for face value like don't care whatever and other times it will become my whole universe and the only thing i i seem to be able to focus on and there's no real rhyme or reason as to why i respond this way but i was sitting with my dad and i was really upset because somebody somebody i don't even care about had said something very nasty about me somebody i don't even really like like don't look up to i kind of whatever i just don't respect them and they had said something really nasty and i had been focusing on it for forever and i'm i'm in this headspace where i know it shouldn't matter and i can rationally look at it and be like these are people that i don't care about what they think when it comes to anything else why do i care now and i i'm just going through this big struggle with it where and then the people who do matter to me and who i do appreciate and who i do value they'll say nice things and i completely discredit it i i don't know why i seem to do this but it's driving me absolutely nuts especially because i can recognize

00:12:51 - 00:12:56 | Speaker 3:

it and i still can't change the behavior so you spend majority of your time focused on a person

00:12:56 - 00:13:01 | Speaker 2:

that you already know you don't like correct but then you can or you don't know at all correct but

00:13:01 - 00:13:22 | Speaker 3:

then you can have like a person that's throwing positive feedback at you and you kind of discount it because what are you just assuming that that that that person just liked or knows you and they're there you know like are you is it just that you're more focused on the negative and it just gets into you and you can't get it out of you or or is it that you because sometimes I also

00:13:22 - 00:14:07 | Speaker 1:

value the positive more than I value the positive from from people that I know because a little part of you is like somebody who doesn't even know me I still got them on my side like I still got him to laugh at something I still got him to like like something whatever like I'm killing it um um but yeah my brother sat down with me this weekend I had a rough past like two months or whatever and my brother knew that this weekend he was telling me I love my brother who's my best friend he does not like we don't go out of our way we we cut each other down like that's our kind of humor we were like you're smelly you're weird you're whatever we don't say nice things to each other and he sat down and very authentically told me all these like really nice things about me and I got up out of the room and I walked away like I just didn't even want to hear

00:14:07 - 00:14:35 | Speaker 3:

it you know what i always feel like whenever it's coming from like the nice comments are coming from like chelsea my wife or my sister pat or tracy you know my sister i always feel like you have to have to say that you have to right that's the thing that you always say instead of going wait no they don't have to say that you know i mean although they if they don't say that i'd be upset but but you're right though you kind of you kind of and i don't know how that makes them feel that

00:14:35 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 2:

They're giving you all these positives and we're still focused on the negative, you know, I had to do like, you know, I have like the thinnest skin ever. Unfortunately, I wish I had thicker, thicker skin when it came to this stuff. But I had to do this like exercise, homework. I don't know with my therapist because this would like overtake me, Megan. It would literally ruin all the minutes in a day because I would focus on one thing like this. And she had me draw like circles.

00:15:00 - 00:15:44 | Speaker 6:

so and then and then put names in the circles right so like the smallest circle around me the people that I value the most in my life so like my sisters my mom Wes my kid you know my best friends and then draw another circle and then draw a bigger circle and then draw a bigger circle and she had to point out to me like the people in these outer circles you you kind of have to like mute the noise a little bit and not let them affect you so much which is way easier said than done but there's something to like seeing it visually when you actually put it on paper you know what i mean well yeah what circle are we in yeah i want to know what circuit what orbit are we am i uranus which now they say uranus by the way elena what's up it's mojo in the

00:15:44 - 00:15:50 | Speaker 3:

morning it's alana alana thank you for at least listening to the show we appreciate that you came

00:15:50 - 00:17:09 | Speaker 2:

back to us oh you know i'm i'm gonna give it a try so thank you um but megan i first i'm like a first time caller um so i'm a little nervous but um so i have been in therapy for the past like few months and my therapist has been talking about how like over time we develop like negative beliefs about ourselves and it's not from anything that we have done or anything that like that we personally really believe on ourselves it's just like things that have been like i guess reiterated our throughout our whole life and then like that negative belief system can be just like um can't think of the word like more so like compounded when certain people make certain comments and like sometimes like that happens for me and like i will believe something about myself which is absolutely not true and like sometimes someone will say something to me I'm like oh whatever like I that's not true about me but then other times I'm in like a different headspace and someone said something and it's like groundbreaking yeah and it's like my whole world I'm like what like how do you believe that about myself or about me and so I mean it's tough

00:17:09 - 00:17:14 | Speaker 5:

sorry go ahead i feel like i need to pay your co-pay for your next therapy

00:17:14 - 00:17:25 | Speaker 2:

you just saved me some money what's so funny i literally am in therapy for again for the past few months and every time someone i send like a whole session on i'm like listen i'm gonna

00:17:25 - 00:17:31 | Speaker 3:

send y'all a bill like isn't that the funniest i do the same thing too if i go to my therapist

00:17:31 - 00:17:38 | Speaker 6:

i give therapy then to my friends yeah i appreciate it share the love no problem hey

00:17:38 - 00:17:41 | Speaker 3:

Thank you so much for calling. Thanks for saying that. That really meant a lot.

00:17:41 - 00:17:42 | Speaker 5:

All right. All right.

00:17:42 - 00:17:49 | Speaker 3:

Take care of yourself. All right. Well, Megan, what circle would I be in yours? I just don't want to know about the circles.

00:17:51 - 00:17:54 | Speaker 5:

Which one is he for you, Shannon? Whichever one's closer. Ha-ha.

00:17:55 - 00:18:01 | Speaker 4:

It's Mojo in the Morning's Back in the Deck. We give you clues. You tell us the year. We give you cool prizes.

00:18:01 - 00:18:10 | Speaker 3:

All right. We're going to give you a chance to win some good prizes right now. It is the Mojo in the Morning Back in the Day. This was the year that the Seattle Seahawks won the Super Bowl. They're bringing the trophy home.

00:18:11 - 00:18:16 | Speaker 4:

You're a Seahawk. Super Bowl XLVIII champion.

00:18:17 - 00:18:18 | Speaker 3:

Kim and Kanye got married.

00:18:18 - 00:18:29 | Speaker 1:

We've seen Kim Kardashian walk down the aisle once or twice before, but that didn't keep the reality star from pulling out all the stops for her nearly 200 guests at her European wedding to rapper Kanye West.

00:18:29 - 00:18:40 | Speaker 3:

And the big song was from Taylor. Want to win tickets to see Adam Sandler? We've got him for you right now. Adam Sandler's going to be at Little Caesars Arena in downtown Detroit, April the 17th. What year was that? Good luck.

00:18:41 - 00:18:55 | Speaker 4:

You talk a big game in the car. Now prove how smart you are. Tell us the year this stuff happened. 844-MOJO-LIVE. 844-665-6548. It's Mojo in the mornings, back in the day. What year was this?

00:18:55 - 00:18:57 | Speaker 3:

The Seattle Seahawks won the Super Bowl.

00:18:57 - 00:19:01 | Unknown:

They're bringing the trophy home. You're a Seahawks.

00:19:01 - 00:19:08 | Speaker 3:

Kim and Kanye got married in Paris.

00:19:08 - 00:19:18 | Speaker 1:

We've seen Kim Kardashian walk down the aisle once or twice before, but that didn't keep the reality star from pulling out all the stops for her nearly 200 guests at her European wedding to rapper Kanye West.

00:19:18 - 00:19:22 | Speaker 5:

And Taylor's song.

00:19:24 - 00:19:46 | Speaker 3:

Take it off was the big song. What year was this? What year? Jordan? Yep. Hi. It was 2014. It was. Congratulations. What gave it away? It was actually Kim and Kanye getting married. Yeah, that was memorable. Congratulations, buddy. You want to go see Adam Sandler? You got tickets April the 17th.

00:19:47 - 00:19:56 | Speaker 2:

I was actually telling the girl on the phone, I was telling her, I heard the end of this yesterday, and I was like, man, they're giving away Adam Sandler tickets. I got to wake up a little bit earlier. I love it.

00:19:56 - 00:20:00 | Speaker 3:

So you got up early for this. That's awesome. Thank you. Well, Lydia's.

00:20:00 - 00:20:12 | Speaker 6:

the girl, and she's going to set you up with those and get you the info. I'm wondering what is Sandler going to be like? Is it going to be pure stand-up? I know he's going to bring a bunch of people out, so it's going to be kind of a bunch of things going on, but I just love him so much.

00:20:13 - 00:20:29 | Speaker 5:

I mean, I've been a fan since I was a little kid, and I actually wanted to buy tickets, and I went on there, and the tickets that I was going to pay for were already sold out, so a couple of my friends already got them, so I actually, you know, be able to go down there with them. That's awesome.

00:20:30 - 00:21:00 | Speaker 6:

Well, for those that didn't get their tickets, tomorrow morning, same time, wake up early and win those just after 6 o'clock. Have a great time. We're going to give you a chance to win some Taylor Swift tickets right now. Text for Taylor, text HERO to 95500 for a chance to win. That's the word to text in. Just simply HERO, H-E-R-O to 95500. And you could be going to see Taylor Swift at Ford Field. We'll get you caught up on what's trending right now. Shannon, what's up in the Dirty on the 30?

00:21:01 - 00:21:42 | Speaker 3:

Well, the big story today, former President Donald Trump charged with 34 felony counts for falsification of business records. He is due to be arranged this morning. And legal experts say that falsification of business records is usually prosecuted as a misdemeanor. But New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg elevated this particular case to a felony. Now, a couple of details here. Trump will not be handcuffed. We'll do that yesterday. And apparently he won't have to take a mugshot. So we're not getting that, nor will he be held in a jail cell, as is standard in these proceedings, but the Secret Service will be with him. Trump's lawyers will then immediately file a motion to dismiss after they have an opportunity to review the indictment.

00:21:42 - 00:21:48 | Speaker 6:

That no mugshot thing is probably something he's not happy with because that wasn't the whole idea. He was going to use that as his weight up.

00:21:48 - 00:21:56 | Speaker 3:

Part of his PM fame. Well, and I saw him arriving to Trump Tower yesterday, and he looked like he got a fresh tan, spray tan. Yeah. He was waving at all the people.

00:21:56 - 00:21:57 | Speaker 6:

Did you see the-

00:21:57 - 00:21:58 | Speaker 3:

Waiting for him outside.

00:21:58 - 00:22:01 | Speaker 6:

The news media covering his plane landing and taking off.

00:22:01 - 00:22:01 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah.

00:22:02 - 00:22:15 | Speaker 6:

It's unbelievable. Like, they're back to the Trump craziness of, like, breaking into coverage and everything like that. I know it's a historic thing, but remember, this is the thing that happened in 2016 that ended up putting him in the White House.

00:22:15 - 00:22:39 | Speaker 3:

Well, it was interesting to me. It kind of reminded me of when the royals go somewhere and people line the streets because that's what was happening as he was en route, en route, how do you say, en route, on the way to the airport. People were, like, lining the streets, waiting to see him. I saw him waving out the window. But this is federal prosecutor Khan Narrawe talking about whether we'll hear from the former president later today.

00:22:39 - 00:22:54 | Speaker 2:

I think there's a good chance the judge will issue some sort of gag order because the last thing the court, or frankly anybody, wants is tainting of the jury pool. But then the counterargument is, well, who in the United States doesn't have an opinion about the former president?

00:22:55 - 00:22:57 | Speaker 3:

And Trump's attorney, Joe Tecapino, responding.

00:22:57 - 00:23:06 | Speaker 1:

Are you telling me there's a possibility that they would prevent a presidential candidate from using his free speech rights and defending himself?

00:23:08 - 00:23:13 | Speaker 4:

Can't be. Won't happen. I don't believe anyone's even looking for that.

00:23:13 - 00:24:21 | Speaker 3:

We'll see. We'll keep you updated all morning. Grey's Anatomy star Katerina Scorsone, she plays Amelia on this show, said she and her three kids escaped a house fire. A bad one, thankfully, but unfortunately, the family lost their four pets in it. She posted some photos to her Instagram yesterday showing the destruction. You may have seen these going around the internet. And also some really sweet photos of her three cats and the dog that died in the fire. And she wrote about what happened. She said, when my kids were getting ready for bed and finishing bath time, smoke began to seep up through the grout around the tub. When I looked down the hallway, it was a river of thick black smoke that had already formed and was filling the house. She said, one thing about fires, they happen fast. I had about two minutes to get my three kids out of the house. We escaped with less than shoes on our feet, but we got out. And for that, I am eternally grateful. Again, this is one of the stars of Grey's Anatomy, the girl who plays Amelia on the show. Real quick, UConn brought home its fifth national title with a 76-59 victory over San Diego State last night. So March Madness is officially.

00:24:21 - 00:24:22 | Speaker 6:

There was not much madness.

00:24:22 - 00:24:23 | Speaker 2:

Uh-uh. No?

00:24:24 - 00:24:32 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. Nah. Terrible. Yeah. No, I'm sorry. You can't say terrible like that. You got to say, that's terrible. Terrible. Yeah, there you go. All right.

00:24:33 - 00:24:57 | Speaker 3:

And an update to a story that we talked about in the Dirty, I believe, at this time yesterday, that missing 15-foot red spoon from a Dairy Queen restaurant in Phoenix. Well, listen to this. A guy by the name of Michael Foster was taking a walk, playing a little Pokemon Go on his phone yesterday. when he spotted the spoon inside the fence of a local middle school field. Wow.

00:24:58 - 00:24:59 | Speaker 4:

What is a big spoon doing here?

00:25:00 - 00:25:18 | Speaker 1:

I remember the night before on the news, the wife and I had seen that they'd lost the spoon. So the first thing I did was message the wife, I found the spoon. And she responded, call the police. It was definitely photo-worthy. I made sure to get a couple pictures with it. I'm not worried about any kind of reward or anything. I just want to be glad that they got their spoon back.

00:25:18 - 00:25:27 | Speaker 4:

I'm more worried that he calls his wife, the wife. The wife. The wife. The old lady. The old lady. My old lady at home. For all of today's Dirty, check out the Dirty page on theogentheworning.com.

Mojo in the Morning. 104.5 SNX 92.5 KISS FM and channel 955. So I ran into an old neighbor from our old neighborhood that we lived in probably I don't know over 10 years or so ago and when I ran into her I actually Did something that I did not know Was a bad thing So I said to her I go Hey where's so and so Saying her husband's name And she goes Oh we're divorced And I go oh no Oh my god I'm so sorry And she looked at me with this funny face And goes sorry You don't need to be sorry I'm happier than I've ever been And she went into this whole thing about how happy she was And I go oh okay well you know yeah great all right you know talk to her first few moments and then I left going oh my god I want to bring this up on the air what is the reaction that you give to somebody when they are in a position like that where they just recently went through a divorce or you just recently found out about their divorce because I always feel felt like the thing you know was the natural reaction that was my natural reaction was oh because you know you know do people you know don't want to see their marriages end right but for obvious reasons obviously they did not have a very good marriage obviously obviously she was not happy and maybe she

00:27:32 - 00:27:52 | Speaker 4:

wanted this divorce but i think your reaction was the very normal reaction yeah i thought i mean because no i mean because in most cases and i said most cases because there are definitely people that are happy to get divorced but it's it's a yucky situation could you imagine if you would have been like oh yes you got divorced yeah high five want to go out for a drink

00:27:52 - 00:27:57 | Speaker 5:

it would have been that's how i react i usually go oh hell yeah i know you do

00:27:57 - 00:28:25 | Speaker 2:

i felt i felt like you know like this was one of those things where as a person you put your foot in your mouth because you um you know a i don't really know them that well and i never really saw them you know in a position where they were in a bad marriage i mean to be honest with They could have been, and they just hid it for me. So when you went through your divorce, did you ever get reactions that were kind of like that? Or did you ever get even worse reactions than that?

00:28:25 - 00:29:09 | Speaker 4:

No. So most people's reaction was, oh, I'm so sorry. And obviously, it wasn't fun. I think the strangest reaction I got was from a venue here in town that wanted to know if they could throw me a divorce party and invite listeners. Did I tell you about this, Megan? It kind of sounds like a great idea. I was like, well, I don't, I don't really want to celebrate, you know, celebrate this. So thank you. But no, thank you. That was, that was a strange reaction to me. But I do understand, like I have had girlfriends who are so happy to finally be out of their marriages that were toxic and not healthy. And I get that. But when you're asking the question, you don't know what the situation is going to be. So your first instinct is to apologize. Right.

00:29:09 - 00:29:20 | Speaker 5:

I was going to say my, when I say all hell yeah, it's usually my girlfriend. who I know have been going through problems for a while. So I'm like, hell yeah, we're moving forward. This is going to be healthier. Like, yes.

00:29:20 - 00:29:21 | Speaker 2:

Hey, Carrie, what's going on?

00:29:23 - 00:29:51 | Speaker 6:

Hey, Mojo and crew. For me, it was the best thing that ever happened in my life. But I know for many others, it wasn't. So I always say, oh, it's either congratulations or I'm really sorry, whatever the case may be for you, is really what I say. Congratulations. Congratulations. That's a good response. Or I'm sorry. You know, whatever it may be for you. Because for me, it was the best thing that ever happened in my life.

00:29:51 - 00:29:59 | Speaker 2:

Actually, my first reaction is, you know, or what? And then congratulations.

00:30:00 - 00:30:20 | Speaker 1:

No, you know, you're right, because everybody's story is completely different, and also, I don't know why I was so somber with it, with the, oh, no, like, you know, one of those type of things. I mean, her reaction was, oh, we're not together anymore, we got divorced, and the way she said it, it wasn't like, yeah, we got divorced, you know what I mean? I should have gone off of her reaction, but it was just so natural, you know?

00:30:21 - 00:30:30 | Speaker 2:

Well, I was going to say, in Shannon, I wanted to have a divorce party, like, I had a pure romance divorce party all of a sudden. Oh, did you really? It's a great idea

00:30:30 - 00:30:35 | Speaker 1:

We should have thrown Shannon a pure romance divorce party Actually we can still do

00:30:35 - 00:30:40 | Speaker 4:

You know if that venue is listening I mean I need a wedding

00:30:40 - 00:30:41 | Speaker 1:

Venue

00:30:41 - 00:30:44 | Speaker 4:

If the offer is still on the table This many years later

00:30:44 - 00:30:50 | Speaker 1:

Can we throw Shannon a pure romance bachelorette party And I'll be part of this I think it would be fun

00:30:50 - 00:30:52 | Speaker 2:

Get a hold of my friend Tina

00:30:52 - 00:30:54 | Speaker 1:

Alright thanks Thank you so much Carrie

You got to hear two out of five?

00:34:04 - 00:34:18 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. You're going to put your name on the paper and get the win here. Question number one. Yeah, I think so. This Thor star announced that he is taking a step back from Hollywood for a bit after learning that he's genetically predisposed to Alzheimer's disease.

00:34:19 - 00:34:20 | Speaker 3:

Chris Hemsworth.

00:34:20 - 00:34:36 | Speaker 1:

One to one. Question number two. Former President Trump is scheduled to be arraigned in New York this morning. How many wives, including his current wife, has Trump had? A, 2, B, 3, or C, 4?

00:34:38 - 00:34:44 | Speaker 3:

Man, I don't usually keep up on Trump nonsense, but I'm going to go with three wives. Yes.

00:34:44 - 00:34:53 | Speaker 1:

That's correct. Two to two. Question number three. A Harry Potter TV series is in the works over at HBO Max. Who's the author of the Harry Potter books?

And for a perfect score, Ariana Maddox wore a red-hot revenge dress for the taping of Vanderpump Rules reunion special. Where can you watch Vanderpump Rules?

00:35:23 - 00:35:29 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to guess Bravo. You got it! Perfect score, final score, five to two. This guy is good.

00:35:30 - 00:35:34 | Speaker 1:

00:36:22 - 00:36:23 | Speaker 3:

Oh, Mojo, he's amazing.

00:36:24 - 00:37:00 | Speaker 1:

Live. mojo the morning show got a chance for you to get your bills paid this morning be listening starting at 9 10 for us to give out a keyword to win a thousand dollars it is back pay your bills right here on the mojo in the morning show phone number is 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 Texas 95500 so do you feel guilty when when you're doing this why is it that I feel

00:37:00 - 00:38:25 | Speaker 3:

guilty doing a very normal thing that people do kind of frequently I don't know why I have the weirdest anxieties and yesterday it happened again I had to return some clothes that I had bought my fiancee west to a store i get the worst anxiety when i have to do that do you guys oh yeah i don't know and lately i feel like what i've been doing um is i'll order some stuff online okay and if it doesn't fit or if it's ugly or whatever i will return it you know to the store instead of shipping it back and so i had i've been letting these returns like pile up so yesterday i made myself go to the mall and do all of the returns so one of the stores that i walked into i i mean i felt guilty as soon as you as soon as i have to walk in and i'm not browsing or looking at anything and i head right to the registers um i start to get that feeling and adding insult to injury with this particular story yesterday and they were both so sweet both of the people behind the counter behind the cash registers were huge fans of the show oh geez then it's even worse And so then I'm like, and now they're judging me for returning all of this stuff. And then I couldn't find the receipt for one of the purchases. I'm like, great. Now they think I stole it. And I'm trying to return it and make some money. I don't know why. I get like this. It's so stupid.

00:38:25 - 00:39:03 | Speaker 1:

You know when I feel guilty? I feel guilty if I bought it and I know that the person at that store gets a commission on it. And I know it comes out of their check. I never knew this. And I think I might have even talked about it before on the show. I never knew that at Nordstrom's, like the person that sells it to you. they will have money taken back from them if you return that thing no yeah that's what everybody has told me yeah and so i always feel bad this was not one of those stores but yes that is true so what i end up so what i end up doing is i'll end up you know kind of going oh crap well maybe i'll wait like a pay period for them because i don't know if it actually doesn't matter so

00:39:03 - 00:39:25 | Speaker 3:

my girlfriend kelly used to work at i'm trying to think i think she worked at Saks, which is like a very fancy store. But she worked there for a couple of years and there would be times that she got a paycheck of zero dollars because people would come back and return so much and it just killed her. She had to stop working there. I don't know if that's still the policy. This was several years ago that they would do that. But so the other thing, too, is I agree

00:39:25 - 00:39:44 | Speaker 1:

with you on when you're bringing it back, except for when it's an online order. If it's an online order, then it's fair game because nobody knows who the heck fulfilled it. But if I bought at any other stores and i don't know what their policy is at all i feel like they're judging me yeah and i also feel like they are looking at me like i wore it and i'm now returning it yeah same i always

00:39:44 - 00:40:12 | Speaker 2:

think sorry mike i always think that they think that yeah that i wore it and wore it for like an extended period of time and then brought it back and like this is a consistent thing that i do like they always just assume that that that's my thing is i go bring clothes and then i bring it I'll be back. the time you know what's really bad target makes you give your driver's license now do they really what for what do they do that for i don't know if you work at target please tell me i stick my little red card in there to get you know to get the money put back on there but then they ask us

00:40:12 - 00:40:17 | Speaker 3:

your driver's license maybe they're having a lot of theft who knows yeah i don't know where do you

00:40:17 - 00:40:42 | Speaker 1:

get feel guilty megan when you're doing this um no what's cruddy is when you buy online and you return to a store it counts against that store oh oh great make me feel worse so the positive of the sale is not to them but they get hit with the negative of the return see isn't that crazy so when i worked at like uh i worked at a clothing store and people would order online all the time and then return to us and it would count negatively against us i would have thought

00:40:42 - 00:40:52 | Speaker 3:

that they would have liked to have my size in like to be like oh good i get another 2x in here you know what i mean like i'll hang it on the rack but what's up natalie yeah so i did a return

00:40:52 - 00:41:18 | Speaker 5:

to zara on friday and the guy's like oh why are you returning this stuff and i said oh it just didn't look good on me so as he's doing pre-turn he's like oh i bet this looked good on you and then and they're like you know some are like going out tops and he kept going oh yeah i bet somebody would like this one on you a little creepy yeah wow yeah oh my gosh wait do you think he was doing

00:41:18 - 00:41:23 | Speaker 3:

that just to flirt with you or try to get you to keep that particular thing i think i think he was

00:41:23 - 00:41:26 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, it was gross.

00:41:26 - 00:41:38 | Speaker 3:

Do you ever feel, honestly, Natalie, do you ever feel like when you're going in for a return and you're bringing it in without the receipt, do you feel like they look at you like you're a thief?

00:41:39 - 00:41:42 | Speaker 5:

Oh, 100%. 100%. I hate doing returns.

00:41:42 - 00:41:55 | Speaker 3:

Even though those stores put those little stickers on it that makes it go, okay, this is where they bought it, or I know you bought it. And the stuff that gets shipped to you doesn't necessarily have a receipt with it. it always has just a shipping receipt, right?

00:41:55 - 00:41:56 | Speaker 2:

But I keep, like, the email and stuff.

00:41:56 - 00:42:03 | Speaker 3:

Yes, and that's what you show them. Do you guys always go over the top to explain to them, too, that you don't have the receipt, and I didn't steal this? Yes.

00:42:03 - 00:42:10 | Speaker 2:

Like, I was sweating. The poor girl yesterday was helping me. I kept apologizing with every item that I was spending back out there. And I walked out of that store. I was wet.

00:42:11 - 00:42:13 | Speaker 3:

I was sweat. Hey. Clarification. Hey, no.

00:42:14 - 00:42:15 | Speaker 2:

Why? It's so stupid.

00:42:17 - 00:42:18 | Speaker 3:

What's up, Mark?

00:42:19 - 00:42:20 | Speaker 6:

Hey, how are you guys doing?

00:42:21 - 00:42:25 | Speaker 3:

We're good. What's going on? Do you have the explanation on why Target's asking Shannon for her driver's license?

00:42:26 - 00:42:37 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, so my wife and I, we've had two kids, and during some of the gifts that we've gotten, they kept asking for her ID. They actually won't let her take returns back anymore to Target.

00:42:37 - 00:42:37 | Speaker 2:

Why?

00:42:39 - 00:42:57 | Speaker 6:

I guess we did too many. Maybe they have, like, a limit, but I think that's connected to the ID, because every time you ask for the ID, we'd use hers, and then they'd say, hey, yeah, like, they literally wouldn't take returns back. Oh, crap. Whether we got it as a gift from online, on store. Are you banned from the ID issue?

00:42:57 - 00:42:59 | Speaker 3:

Is it just that target or is it all the targets?

00:43:01 - 00:43:08 | Speaker 6:

Well, we've only tried one, so maybe that's the loophole. But that's my thinking behind asking for the IDs.

00:43:09 - 00:43:10 | Speaker 3:

Interesting. Yeah.

00:43:10 - 00:43:15 | Speaker 2:

By the way, the girl who helped me yesterday just texted in, and I love you too. Thank you for saying I can come back. Oh, that's sweet.

00:43:15 - 00:43:43 | Speaker 3:

by the way the uh the guy that i returned something to the other day that tried to say to me i bet you look good in the thing and when i told him that i don't that i look like a human sausage um he said but i like sausage it was literally the guy that the guy's comment that he made it was at dicks i swear to you so at dicks i brought in i brought back a an under armor sweatshirt and the guy said i bet you look good in this thing and i you know and i said no i looked like a human sausage he He goes, I like sausage.

00:43:45 - 00:43:46 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, I'd walk out of that happy.

00:43:46 - 00:43:50 | Speaker 3:

I'd be like, oh, thank you. Yeah, I almost kept it, believe it or not.

00:43:50 - 00:43:54 | Speaker 4:

Don't miss this in Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30 in minutes.

00:45:24 - 00:45:54 | Speaker 4:

Well, listen, I'm assuming that if you're going to be at the home opener, which by the way, She's going to be at the official big party that everybody goes to, which is at the Madison Avenue Festival Grounds. Oh, my God. I just turned 24.

00:46:05 - 00:46:09 | Speaker 4:

All right, so the 24 years of your life, you have never been to a Tiger's Home Opener, yet you grew up here.

00:46:09 - 00:46:19 | Speaker 2:

Yes. Wow. I'm sorry. KP, I'm going to be honest. Mojo didn't know my age until I turned a round number. A round number? A big one. A big birthday.

00:46:19 - 00:46:22 | Speaker 4:

And happy 60th, by the way, too. That was a great birthday.

00:46:23 - 00:46:25 | Speaker 2:

I know, I'm sorry. My knees feel 60, dude.

00:46:25 - 00:46:28 | Speaker 4:

You're actually 30, but you act like you're 60.

00:46:28 - 00:46:29 | Speaker 2:

That is also correct.

00:46:30 - 00:46:36 | Speaker 4:

So, all right, so tell us about this party, and then I'm going to give away some passes coming up here in just a few moments.

00:46:36 - 00:46:37 | Speaker 2:

Tell us about this party.

00:46:37 - 00:46:39 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, you're going to be at this party. You're going to be their opener.

00:46:39 - 00:46:43 | Speaker 2:

It's going to be a good time. That's what it's going to be, honestly. Yeah.

00:46:44 - 00:46:45 | Speaker 4:

Are you a Tigers fan?

00:46:46 - 00:46:46 | Speaker 2:

Kind of.

00:46:47 - 00:46:49 | Speaker 4:

Kind of. Wait, you're not a sports person, are you?

00:46:49 - 00:46:50 | Speaker 2:

No. That's okay.

00:46:50 - 00:46:58 | Speaker 1:

I don't know nothing about it. But opening day, like, you go for the party. Yeah. You go for the party, you know, maybe check out some of the game, but you go for the party.

00:46:58 - 00:47:20 | Speaker 4:

Opening day is a day that it's like St. Patrick's Day. You know, you're not Irish on St. Patrick's Day. You're not Irish unless it is St. Patrick's Day, right? That that's your that's kind of your your thing that you you do. You kind of start drinking because you get all excited over the fact that that, you know, it's opening day. And who doesn't?

00:47:20 - 00:47:27 | Speaker 2:

Are we going to be under the heated tent again? Yes, we are. it's going to be heated so if you are cold perpetually like me it's going to be comfortable

00:47:27 - 00:47:53 | Speaker 4:

plus we're going to have a couple drinks in us anyway so and they uh they won last night which is nice because i thought they were going to be oh for the entire season uh after this weekend series against the tampa bay rays and then playing the houston astros so so it'll be good all right we'll have tickets by the way for uh opening day on the show too so we'll have those for you coming up in just a few all right it is uh mojo in the morning show so mike you have a belief that this

00:47:53 - 00:49:12 | Speaker 3:

person is playing a little game on you shenanigans tom forrey if you will uh this uh his name is is chase from uh uptown cheapskate so it's a it's a new client to mojo in the morning so thank you big shout out to them um they uh i was out there shooting a video yesterday in holland and they're doing this grand opening coming up and they were telling me they know i'm a big camper so they're tell me about this place in Pentwater and I forget the name that he called it but it was like Peter Pan something or other and he's like it's this lookout you can camp right over the water and he starts showing me all these videos and then I'm like a child and when I get excited about something I get real loud and start like getting jumping around and I'm like oh my god let me see we've all witnessed that yeah yeah I'm like where is it where's I want to go and his face his whole demeanor everything about him changed at this moment he was like oh like I don't go there anymore and i was like what do you mean you don't go there anymore he said well this guy shows up in like a white van and he's got like cats all the time and he shoots his bow and arrow out there so we don't stay there all the time and i went what you just told me how great this place was how amazing it is how i should camp there bring my kids it'll be an amazing time and then as soon as i said yeah i would love to that sounds great switched it flipped it like missy elliott style just switched down flip it and reversed it and then said yeah i wouldn't go there it's creepy

00:49:12 - 00:49:16 | Speaker 4:

So you think he's trying to keep you from going there? He's trying to keep you out of his favorite place.

00:49:16 - 00:49:27 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. 115%. Like, he was telling me about his hidden gem because he was excited to share it. Yeah. And then I was like, ooh, I want to experience that, too. He went, mm, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:49:27 - 00:49:34 | Speaker 4:

What is this place again? So we can see if any listeners have ever been there and can verify whether it's spectacular or if it really is not that great.

00:49:34 - 00:49:52 | Speaker 3:

So it's over in Pentwater. It looks over Lake Michigan. He called it Peter Pan something. Peter Pan, look out, Peter Pan. And it might be a made-up name that he came up with, but he kept calling it Peter Pan something. And now that I'm telling everybody, he's going to be super mad. It's exactly what he didn't want. Oh, here you go.

00:49:52 - 00:49:57 | Speaker 4:

There's a hidden spot in Michigan known as Peter Pan Land.

00:49:57 - 00:49:58 | Speaker 3:

Yes.

00:49:58 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 4:

It's just off of.

00:50:00 - 00:50:08 | Speaker 3:

South Lakeshore Drive between West Bradshaw. Oh, boy, we're giving out all the information. This is beautiful. It's in Ludington.

00:50:09 - 00:50:10 | Speaker 4:

Holy cow.

00:50:11 - 00:50:19 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. And, okay, so hold on. Yeah, there are beautiful areas there. I don't see anybody in a creepy van. I think he's trying to keep you from going to his favorite hangout place.

00:50:19 - 00:50:31 | Speaker 4:

Do you have a favorite place where you're like, I love it, and I'm glad it's like this, like maybe even a favorite store, but don't go there because I don't want it to be ruined, or I don't want too many people to go there.

00:50:32 - 00:51:07 | Speaker 1:

People are so mad at me that I shared the good Marshalls. Oh, that's right. Explain those that don't. So there's a Marshalls that, for whatever reason, is always so stocked with the best stuff. And my friend Ashley told me about it. And then I told my sister. My sister told one of her friends. And we kind of kept it quiet for a while. And then I brought it up on the air one day, maybe over the summer. and people, you know, wanted to know where it was. So I said where it was. Now everybody who goes there is mad at me because it's not as fully stocked because everybody knows about it.

00:51:07 - 00:51:11 | Speaker 3:

So they wanted you to keep it completely hush-hush and quiet.

00:51:11 - 00:51:13 | Speaker 1:

Right, the good Marshalls and the really great TJ Maxx.

00:51:13 - 00:51:31 | Speaker 3:

But not this guy. This guy does it the exact opposite. He talked it up to Mike, and then when Mike said, oh, great, where is it? And he, oh, it's not that good. Like he was- Tell me a guy shows up in a van with a bow and arrow and cats. I don't know. I want to see that. Is that part of the thing? Is that Peter Pan? Maybe that's Peter Pan that shows up there.

00:51:31 - 00:51:32 | Speaker 4:

Peter Pan.

00:51:32 - 00:51:36 | Speaker 3:

I don't know. Well, it's called Peter Pan Land. Isn't that what it is?

00:51:36 - 00:51:37 | Speaker 2:

Peter Pan Land.

00:51:37 - 00:54:02 | Speaker 3:

Look, it's right there, by the way. Right there. Right on the hand in Ludington. I have to tell you that I've done this only once and once in my life. but uh there was there's a mexican place that i i loved and i still love called uh jalapenos i told you guys about this in in pontiac yeah and when i first found out about it it was because luke was going to school down the street from there at notre dame prep and um chelsea and i first found out about it from another notre dame family and then people that were kind of like hanging out from notre dame would be there and they would be like hey i heard you guys found this new mexican restaurant i'm like you know i think it might be that grocery store right down the street because the problem was we would go there so often when the kids school had events and the problem was if we told too many people from the kids from school all these people would go take up tables and we couldn't get back to school in time for the thing that we were at you know like the parent teacher conference or the football game on a friday night so i would actually send people the opposite way so I know exactly what the tomfoolery is about that guy that you were with yesterday what's his name uh chase chase I like your style I like that has anybody ever done that 844 mojo live 844 64 uh I forgot our phone number 844-665-6548 uh or text 95500 have you ever found a hidden gem and either kept it completely quiet or you talked bad about it that place is a dump you know you say throw people yeah you say this is my own thing i would do that with girls when i was uh growing up like in middle school and high school and college like i would tell like if guy friends would go oh man she's hot i'd go oh my hair she's a total and how did that work out for you in the end both of us didn't get the date you know you got to give the negative review on the deal because the worst is when it becomes known to everybody which by the way this thing this uh place that you're talking about this peter pan land has a ton of write-ups on it so a lot of people when i just googled it mike it is i mean it's pretty popular so this guy might be chase might be right in the fact that uh it gets a little crowded from time to time

00:54:03 - 00:54:08 | Speaker 4:

i get it but why even explain it to me to begin with like why tell me about it and then immediately

00:54:08 - 00:54:14 | Speaker 3:

shut it down yeah uh misfit victor what's up hey good morning good morning have you ever done this

00:54:14 - 00:54:56 | Speaker 2:

victor no i've had it done to me but i mean we're at uh one of my uh kid's friend's birthday party and they had this cake and when they passed it out you know i took a slice and i'm like this cake is unbelievable it's like amazing i said where'd you get this cake at and the lady's like oh Not around here, it's out on the east side I'm like, okay, where? Oh, over by Rochester and Troy I said, did you just buy it off somebody on the streets? You know? No, at a bakery Well, what's the bakery's name? I don't remember it But when I remember, I'll text it to you And I'm like, it's a cake It's not like, I'm just like, oh

00:54:56 - 00:55:00 | Speaker 3:

Is it a place that you found out later was hard to get cakes from?

00:55:00 - 00:55:02 | Speaker 1:

No, I never found out.

00:55:03 - 00:55:05 | Speaker 5:

That's funny. What's going on, Erica?

00:55:06 - 00:55:23 | Speaker 1:

Hey, my husband is so mad at me because we used to sneak off and go to this speech and nobody would be there. And then I told my family and now everybody goes there. They told other people. They have parties out there and everything. He's like, you ruined it for us.

00:55:23 - 00:55:28 | Speaker 5:

Oh, no. But you know what, though? At least you're telling people you like so you can hang out with the people you like.

00:55:30 - 00:55:33 | Speaker 1:

Oh, no. We didn't want to hang out with them.

00:55:34 - 00:55:42 | Speaker 5:

I like it. Brandon, what's going on? How much? How you doing? Good. What's going on? What did you want to call for?

00:55:42 - 00:55:45 | Speaker 4:

Hey, where's this TJ Maxx and Marshalls at?

00:55:45 - 00:55:46 | Speaker 5:

Oh, you better not, Shannon.

00:55:46 - 00:55:48 | Speaker 4:

How much are you going to pay me to tell you?

00:55:51 - 00:55:55 | Speaker 5:

I don't know. Shopping trip. Let's go. Oh, wait.

00:55:55 - 00:55:56 | Speaker 3:

That's expensive.

00:55:56 - 00:55:56 | Speaker 4:

That's expensive.

00:55:56 - 00:56:01 | Speaker 5:

If you buy a gift card for, you know, Shannon, she'll give it to you.

00:56:01 - 00:56:16 | Speaker 4:

No, I did. I'll tell you where the Marshalls is. Should I say? Or should you DM me? No, no, no. Tell. Tell. The Marshalls is on 8 Mile and Woodward. We don't gatekeep around here. 8 Mile and Woodward. Okay. You're going to have to DM me for the TJ Maxx because I got to go there today to get a few things.

00:56:19 - 00:56:24 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. We'll get you caught up on what's trending right now on the Dirty on the 30.

00:56:24 - 00:56:38 | Speaker 4:

You guys, I'm 10 years old. I don't know why I'm so excited about this, but Moana, the 2016 animated Disney movie, is getting a live-action remake. And Maui himself, Dwayne The Rock Johnson, made the big announcement yesterday.

00:56:38 - 00:56:57 | Speaker 2:

We are so excited and happy to announce that a live-action reimagining of Moana is in the works. Moana, Grandma Tala, the music, the dance, Te Fiti, Pua the Pig, the village, the beautiful, powerful ocean, and one more. What's that, guys? Oh, yours truly. Maui will be in it, too.

00:56:57 - 00:57:27 | Speaker 3:

You don't like Moana? No, I love Moana. I'm sick of these live-action remakes. I agree. I'm so sick of them. Why? See, I watch them all. Now, the only one I liked was the Aladdin one and the Beauty and the Beast one. Beauty and the Beast was amazing. Those are the only two I liked. The Aladdin one was not supposed to be a recreation of the animation. It was the Broadway show. So, for me, that was, like, so nerdy, so cool. I loved that. And same with Beauty and the Beast. It was the Broadway version, not a remake of the cartoon itself. And we're about to get Little Mermaid. Yeah, I think that's going to be great.

00:57:27 - 00:57:34 | Speaker 5:

See, I think you can't do a newer Disney movie like this. I think you've got to do just the classic classics.

00:57:34 - 00:57:39 | Speaker 3:

Then again, I thought Dumbo was really bad. I thought a lot of these live actions.

00:57:39 - 00:57:41 | Speaker 4:

I thought Pinocchio was no bueno.

00:57:41 - 00:57:45 | Speaker 3:

Jungle Book was not great. Like, there's been a lot of misses and a very few hits.

00:57:45 - 00:58:03 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, you're right. I think they're doing Moana, because aren't they doing a Moana attraction at Disney? Oh, I'm sure. I think they're trying to tie it all in together. I saw a preview of, who's the Disney dude? Bob Iger? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Touring the attraction yesterday. So I think they're trying to make this all go together. Film is already in development. I love Moana.

00:58:03 - 00:58:06 | Speaker 3:

Like, I love Moana. I don't want them to ruin it. Yeah, yeah.

00:58:07 - 00:58:26 | Speaker 4:

So Drake sampled Kim Kardashian on a new song, and now fans are wondering if he was throwing a little bit of shade at Kanye West in the process. The song is called Rescue Me. I'm going to play this piece of it in just a second. and it features a conversation between Kim and Kris Jenner that absolutely seems to reference Kanye in their discussion.

00:58:27 - 00:58:37 | Speaker 6:

I'm trying to hit the group chat and tell them it's all rap. I didn't come this far just to come this far and not be happy. Okay. Remember that.

00:58:37 - 00:58:45 | Speaker 4:

That audio taken from a 2021 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Thought? Yes, it was throwing shade, right?

00:58:46 - 00:58:53 | Speaker 5:

Can they do that? Does he have to get her permission? I don't know if he has to get E's permission Yeah, that's wild

00:58:53 - 00:59:22 | Speaker 4:

I don't know, yeah Ariana Maddox teasing Or she teased, I should say, on her Instagram stories That her Vanderpump Rules reunion look Would make her cheating ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval's eyes bleed And she wasn't wrong Girlfriend looked beyond hot yesterday Bravo, releasing images From the much-anticipated reunion Which is supposed to include an explosive fight Where security had to be brought in Lots of drama But let's talk about this dress, this tight red dress. Did you see it, Megan?

00:59:23 - 00:59:24 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:59:24 - 00:59:42 | Speaker 4:

She looks really good. Long sleeves. It has strips of fabric across her boobs and her abs, showing off lots of skin. Her hair is in this sleek, long bob. You can see photos. I'm posting them right now on the Dirty page at MojoInTheMorning.com. We should do a topic on this, by the way. Yeah. The best revenge you've ever gotten on an ex, because this dress.

00:59:42 - 00:59:51 | Speaker 5:

Or the best revenge outfit that you wore. Yes. Because that's the thing. I think when you first see the person that, you know, did you wrong, you've got to look good the next time that you see them.

00:59:51 - 00:59:58 | Speaker 3:

And who did it the best? Who did it the best? Who? Princess Diana, baby. Oh, yeah.

00:59:58 - 00:59:58 | Speaker 5:

That's right.

00:59:59 - 00:59:59 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. Yeah.

01:00:00 - 01:00:03 | Speaker 1:

I should have, by the way, always defer to the Royals somehow.

01:00:04 - 01:00:33 | Speaker 2:

Former President Donald Trump set to appear in a Manhattan courtroom this afternoon, 2.15 p.m. I think is the time, the first time in American history, by the way, a former U.S. president has faced criminal charges. He's going to enter the lower Manhattan courthouse as a defendant surrounded by Secret Service. Upon his arrival, Trump will be arraigned, fingerprinted, but will not have to take a mugshot. And even though defendants charged with felonies are typically handcuffed, one of Trump's lawyers has indicated that will not happen in this case.

01:00:33 - 01:00:57 | Speaker 4:

Hello, everybody. This is your 45th and rightful president, treated very unfairly, Donald J. Trump. And you're listening to the Midwest's number one morning show. No other morning show has been treated as unfairly as this one. Believe me. Mojo in the morning. And I'll tell you what, the only person going down in all of this is Stormy Daniels because that's her job.

01:00:58 - 01:02:03 | Speaker 2:

Wow. Okay. Former president expected to enter a plea of not guilty. Following the proceedings, Trump plans to return to Mar-a-Lago, where word on the street is that he is going to give a speech or plans to give a speech around 8.15 tonight. And lastly, do you guys like peeps? No, they're horrible. Yeah, okay, maybe one bite. Yeah, same. So if you do like Peeps, multiple colors of Peeps could cause cancer because they contain an artificial coloring called red dye number three, according to Consumer Reports. A lot of people are allergic to red dye number three anyway. But, yeah, the purple and pink colored Peeps are made with the dye that is a known carcinogen. Consumer Reports flagged nine different Peeps and other candies that are manufactured by Just Born. One of my favorites, Hot Tamales, is on that list. The organization also calling on the Food and Drug Administration to ban red dye number three in foods. It's already banned by the FBI in cosmetics and has been since 1990. But interestingly enough, it's still allowed in food. So just be careful when you're eating lots of peeps.

01:02:03 - 01:02:10 | Speaker 1:

That will keep me away from eating. Just tell me everything causes cancer and I'll stop eating it. I mean, I know everything pretty much does cause cancer.

01:02:10 - 01:02:14 | Speaker 2:

I always liked when you listen to actual shows that were on a bunch of stations, and not just the three that we are on. They would say, The Flagship. It always sounded like, The Flagship WGN.

01:04:01 - 01:04:02 | Speaker 3:

I didn't know what that meant for the longest time.

01:04:03 - 01:05:16 | Speaker 1:

Nobody's shocked by that. It's the mothership coming down for us right now. Coming up here in just a little bit We're going to do Tell Me Something Good Because man, we need to do it I'm telling you, we need something good in our lives right now So we'll get into that in just a little bit So make sure that you stick around Because we're going to start it off with A Mojo in the Morning listener Who the last time we did Tell Me Something Good Which was like a week ago I think it was Tell Me Tuesday This woman experienced something crazy And actually near tragic in her life because she was on our Mojo in the Morning telling me something good. So we'll do that coming up here in just a few. All right, Mojo in the Morning. KP is our producer. For those that don't know who she is, KP, she grew up in the area here. She lives with her grandparents. Her grandma and grandpa, they went. Winter in Florida, summer in Michigan, and she gets the house to herself during the wintertime. And they're going to be home soon. But then, realistically, KP, you're never alone at home because guess what they have at their home?

01:05:16 - 01:06:13 | Speaker 2:

They have cameras in every crevice, in every corner of this house. Watching the granddaughter. So on the inside, why? Well, they have it unarmed on the inside for my quote-unquote privacy. So I still am not going to walk around in my negligee. You've lived with your grandparents way too long. It's so funny, though. My grandma is adorable, and I've been getting quite a bit of Amazon packages, and she keeps the outside cameras on. Sure. And I feel like she watches these cameras like a guard dog. like she does she get a notification every time there's movement or something there's a leaf blows she's like and the other day I was getting an Amazon package and um my grandma is starts frantically calling me she's like Kristen Kristen lock your door that's my name by the way she

01:06:13 - 01:06:23 | Speaker 1:

doesn't call me KP um oh wait I've said to you I want to call you Kristen on the show and you said no you like KP better but yet your grandma gets to call you that you're not in that ring that circle

01:06:23 - 01:07:19 | Speaker 2:

yeah okay all right wow i'm working my way towards it yeah so she she calls me she's like chris dad i lock your doors there's a man there's a man at the front door and i'm like gram gram gram gram it's all right all right i'll go i'll lock my doors and i will look at the camera take a look and she's like he's stealing your packages he's stealing there's a pile and she's stealing and I'm like okay okay I'll look and I look at my camera and the recordings and I'm like oh my goodness that's me no she thought you were doing that's me wait what were you wearing I don't know I was wearing like this outfit I always wear a hat like everywhere I go I've got a hat on I looked like kind of hunched I don't know what's going on with me right now but I like I looked like death to be honest i look like like not to say men look like death but like i looked like

01:07:19 - 01:07:42 | Speaker 1:

so it's that's interesting because there have been a couple of times where you have said things on the radio that some people have mistaken for your voice being so deep that they thought you were a guy in your with your voice the way your voice sounds yeah it's already hard enough that i have

01:07:42 - 01:07:50 | Speaker 2:

that and then seeing myself look like a man does not help with my confidence at all well i don't

01:07:50 - 01:08:02 | Speaker 1:

know i i need to get over it but but i bet you that this happens though uh to a lot of people vocally more so than probably looks wise i get it yeah yeah where that happens where people will say

01:08:02 - 01:08:33 | Speaker 2:

you know call me sir yeah and it's it's funny though whenever like i'm stressed or like you know going through something and you don't put on makeup like when you're i don't at least put on makeup i when i'm short on time and whatnot did you have your hair tucked into your hat i had my hair in a bun like a bun behind my head yeah and this happens in the studio sometimes like we're even mojo you'll you'll look at me and you'll go kp did you not get enough sleep last night Well, listen, I'm like, I just don't have my face on. I'm sorry.

01:08:33 - 01:08:44 | Speaker 1:

No, it wasn't. Honestly, you better answer that honestly, because now you're going to throw me under the bus with everybody else. You actually did say you did not get enough sleep. You were tired.

01:08:44 - 01:08:45 | Speaker 2:

That's every night.

01:08:45 - 01:08:56 | Speaker 1:

Well, I understand that, because I've been getting on her about I need her to go to sleep a little earlier, because sometimes she does stay up a little early or too late. Oh, that's different. It's okay.

01:08:56 - 01:09:07 | Speaker 2:

Okay, Mojo does give me lots of compliments. That's right. You're the greatest sounding guy I've ever heard. Thank you. I appreciate it. I love you. Thank you very much, Mojo.

01:09:08 - 01:09:59 | Speaker 1:

I have actually had it where I've mistaken somebody because I've done the thing, and I don't know if anybody's ever done this before, where you're driving down the street and off in the distance, you'll see somebody walking and you always go, oh, I wonder if that person's, you know, they look attractive. They've got nice, gorgeous, long, blonde hair, and I love blondes, hence my wife, Chelsea. And I'm driving, I'm driving, I'm driving, and then I look, and it looks like Kid Rock. It's like a dude walking down, and his hair is like flowing in the wind, and I'm like, wow! I got caught on that one. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. All right, I want to ask this question, because vocally I think this would be funny. who listening to the show has had what has happened to KP and happened to Shannon happened to them.

01:10:00 - 01:10:06 | Speaker 6:

where people have called you sir, but yet you are a woman. Yeah, you are a female.

01:10:06 - 01:10:11 | Speaker 5:

Or vice versa, by the way. Or, yeah. Because there are men who have higher-pitched voices. Sure.

01:10:12 - 01:10:33 | Speaker 6:

I feel seen, finally. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I always loved when Spike would do the phone scams, and they would do that, where the person would go, So thank you, ma'am. Brought back some laughs.

01:10:33 - 01:10:55 | Speaker 1:

This happened to a friend of mine, too, when I lived in the sorority house at Oakland. This friend of ours was staying the night on the couch, and we had no idea that it was her. And all of the roommates were commenting on the group chat saying, who is the man sleeping on the couch? And it was literally our friend. And it was the funniest thing ever because she woke up to these chats like, guys, it's just me and I'm not a guy.

01:10:55 - 01:11:04 | Speaker 6:

mojo in the morning show 844 mojo live hello good morning oh i gotta pick up uh this line

01:13:18 - 01:13:22 | Speaker 6:

there was a mix-up so there was a mix-up and they screwed the whole thing up okay

01:13:22 - 01:14:08 | Speaker 3:

01:14:08 - 01:14:15 | Speaker 6:

owned up to it though to her that's that's nice what's up joe hello hi what's going on so when i

01:14:15 - 01:14:36 | Speaker 2:

was in high school i was a late bloomer so i had a really high-pitched voice and i worked at taco bell drive-thru and every time someone would come up they would say i would say hello welcome to talk about me and take your order and they would say yes ma'am i would like this this and that right yeah it happened all the time and it didn't even bother me until my managers started calling

01:14:36 - 01:14:59 | Speaker 5:

me josephine hi jane how you doing i'm good so i was walking out of a restaurant and i had really short hair at the time. And as I walked out the door, I slipped and fell. And a gentleman behind me, grabbed me around

01:15:00 - 01:15:27 | Speaker 2:

by the chest so he's holding on to my breast and says oh i'm so sorry sir let me help you up as he's grabbing my chest i turn to look at him and he's like oh my god i'm so sorry ma'am and he proceeds to drop me on the floor because he realized oh god yeah my husband turns around and is like why is this man holding you up by the breast and i'm kind of like i just fell and

01:15:27 - 01:17:06 | Speaker 1:

then I fell again. Wonderful. Oh no. Oh God. Uh, Mojo in the morning. Uh, we have, uh, tell me something good this morning. I'm going to explain what we're doing here. Mojo in the morning. All right. It's the Mojo in the morning show. So it has been a very, very heavy time here on the Mojo in the morning show. And as we started off the show talking about this morning, which you can go back and listen to it um you know there have been comments that have been made you know about you know us the the people that are are here still on the mojo in the morning show and uh they were they were difficult and then it's also been difficult you know obviously uh to to not have you know our our partner that we've you know worked with for over you know 23 years for myself And Shannon, you know, got more than 14 years, Mike and Megan, what, more than five or six years, something like that, seven years, eight years. So we wanted to do Tell Me Something Good because I feel like we need it. And then we got a message from a Mojo in the Morning listener. And by the way, I'm opening this up to everybody. Tell us something good because we need it as much as probably you need it. And it's usually we're doing this for you guys whenever we do Tell Me Something Good so that you guys have a little positivity in your life. But will you give back to the people that are here, myself, Mojo, Shannon, Megan, Mike, KP, Lydia, and tell us something good that's going on in your life so that we can be joyful about what's happening for you? Kayla was on with us for the last Tell Me Tuesday that we had. Kayla, are you there?

01:17:07 - 01:17:08 | Speaker 3:

Yes, I'm here.

01:17:08 - 01:17:24 | Speaker 1:

Okay, so this is a very wild story. Kayla called us up for Tell Me Something Good to tell us something good. And that was, Kayla, about your dental, graduating from dental hygiene school, right?

01:17:25 - 01:17:33 | Speaker 3:

Yep. I graduate on May 5th. I walk across the stage for U of M with my bachelor's in dental hygiene. Oh, I do remember this call.

01:17:33 - 01:17:39 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. And you got on the radio with us, and that was a really joyful thing for you and your family. Will you explain that?

01:17:41 - 01:18:05 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Um, I had thought it was really cool, especially cause my birthday was the next day and I was just like, you know, it's just something small, but I shared it with my, my two kids and my husband and they were like, that's really cool. And I was like, yeah, you know, it's just, you know, something small, but they were like, that's really awesome. Maybe one day, you know, we can call in and do like, tell me something good. Um, yeah.

01:18:05 - 01:18:11 | Speaker 1:

And then this is where tragedy hit and, you know, you, you tell us if you feel comfortable, what happened?

01:18:12 - 01:19:35 | Speaker 3:

yeah that's fine um a few days later so um on the 24th or 25th of March I my husband went to pick up my daughter from a play date and he hadn't been home for a while and I was like that's weird you should be home by now I tried calling him and he wasn't answering the phone and um that's not very typical for him and then mother's intuition wife intuition I was like something's not right so I started getting my stuff on and then I heard all the sirens because we live in town in Fallerville and I just knew that something wasn't right and I went on the scanner app the police scanner and I found the intersection where there was a nearby car accident and I just got my shoes on, got my son in the car, and I drove. And him and my daughter were in a rollover car accident. And my daughter's spine, she was taken to U of M and released the next day, but my husband took them 45 minutes to get him out of the car. And he's still between critical and stable condition. And he has had eight surgeries now. Oh, my God.

01:19:35 - 01:19:45 | Speaker 1:

Kilo. What's that? No, but the doctors, they are telling you good things?

01:19:45 - 01:19:53 | Speaker 3:

He's moving in the right direction? Yes, he's moving in the right direction. All of his surgeries will be done today. He's getting a feeding tube today.

01:19:53 - 01:19:54 | Speaker 1:

Okay.

01:19:55 - 01:19:57 | Speaker 3:

Lifting sedation today.

01:19:57 - 01:19:59 | Speaker 1:

So you sent us?

01:19:59 - 01:19:59 | Speaker 3:

It's all just about.

01:20:00 - 01:20:14 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, you sent us a message that said that you want to be on the next Tell Me Something Good because you want to be able to play this for him when he is able to be off of all the equipment?

01:20:15 - 01:20:23 | Speaker 5:

Yes. So I just wanted to be able to play a segment for him and tell him to tell me something good is he's still alive.

01:20:23 - 01:20:33 | Speaker 1:

Let's do it then. Hold on. I'm going to do it right now. Here we go. All right. So, Kayla, go ahead, because we're all sending positive vibes your way.

01:20:34 - 01:20:39 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. So, just tell me something good today is that my husband is still alive. He survived.

01:20:40 - 01:20:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:20:41 - 01:20:51 | Speaker 5:

All right. He's moving in a good direction, going to lift sedation today. So, hoping for a good day today. And Colton, you want to see? Can my son say it? Absolutely.

01:20:51 - 01:20:52 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, go ahead.

01:20:53 - 01:20:54 | Speaker 5:

Hi, Colton. Can I see? No?

01:20:55 - 01:20:56 | Speaker 1:

Oh.

01:20:56 - 01:20:57 | Speaker 5:

I'm going to be shy.

01:20:58 - 01:21:13 | Speaker 1:

Kevin, it's Mojo, and I just want to say to you, buddy, you are amazing. You're a fighter. You fought through this, and you continue to fight, and I know why you fight, because you fight for this lady and your children, your son and your daughter.

01:21:13 - 01:21:18 | Speaker 6:

And we expect you, Kevin, to be on the next Tell Me Something with us.

01:21:18 - 01:21:19 | Speaker 1:

Okay? Okay?

01:21:19 - 01:21:20 | Speaker 6:

We're saving a spot for you.

01:21:22 - 01:21:22 | Speaker 1:

We love you.

01:21:22 - 01:21:25 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to be a fatty. Oh, my God.

01:21:25 - 01:21:33 | Speaker 1:

Oh, we love you guys. We love you, Kayla. Oh, we love you. Kayla, we're praying right now for Kevin, okay?

01:21:34 - 01:21:47 | Speaker 5:

Thank you. That's the biggest thing that I've just asked for, and I make updates and ask what to pray for in my updates. So thank you for reaching back out. It means the world to me. I'm just trying to get the whole world to pray.

01:21:47 - 01:21:54 | Speaker 1:

Everybody say a prayer today for Kevin, and we're going to keep in contact with you to see how Kevin does today, okay?

01:21:55 - 01:21:58 | Speaker 5:

Okay. Thank you so much. Tell me something good.

01:21:58 - 01:22:08 | Speaker 1:

Wow. All right. Tell me something good. It's Mojo in the morning show. Let's go to Helena. Helena, you're next up. You got to follow that. That's a tough one to follow. What's your tell me something good?

01:22:09 - 01:22:22 | Speaker 3:

I am officially three months in at my dream job. Oh, that is so cool. What's your job? I am an advertising coordinator for Our Media. Oh, nice. Our Magazine. Yes, exactly.

01:22:22 - 01:22:26 | Speaker 1:

And if people want to advertise with you, Who should they advertise with? Shout it out.

01:22:27 - 01:22:32 | Speaker 3:

They should be advertising with any of our amazing ad reps in our media.

01:22:33 - 01:22:37 | Speaker 1:

Wow, you're too good. I would have said my own name. Go ahead, Helena.

01:22:38 - 01:22:40 | Speaker 3:

I actually don't do sales. Oh, okay.

01:22:41 - 01:22:43 | Speaker 1:

What do you do? What do you do there?

01:22:44 - 01:22:51 | Speaker 3:

I do all the ad coordination. So once the sale is made, I reach out to the clients and get their ads and kind of help them along through the process through publishing.

01:22:51 - 01:22:57 | Speaker 1:

Okay, very cool. Well, congratulations. Tell me something good. Susan, what's happening?

01:22:58 - 01:23:15 | Speaker 4:

Good morning. Sorry for the emotion in my voice. That last caller has me all leafy. Oh, yeah. I was scheduled to get my tubes tied at the end of this month, but I felt conflicted about whether or not I should do it. So I said some prayers, and I am now seven weeks pregnant.

01:23:16 - 01:23:16 | Speaker 3:

Wow.

01:23:16 - 01:23:21 | Speaker 6:

That's amazing. Oh, my gosh. Wow. That's an incredible story.

01:23:22 - 01:23:28 | Speaker 1:

And we're excited as Hackford. Do you have any idea what we're having?

01:23:29 - 01:23:36 | Speaker 4:

I just have a strong feeling it's a boy, but I really have no idea yet. I'm going to do the blood test and find out, though, as soon as I can.

01:23:36 - 01:23:46 | Speaker 1:

Why is it that whenever somebody's having a baby, I always say, what we're having? Like, it's my baby, too, but I don't know. Mojo in the morning, tell me something good. Ashley?

01:23:47 - 01:23:48 | Speaker 5:

Hi.

01:23:48 - 01:23:52 | Speaker 1:

Hey, we need some positivity in our lives. It's been a rough last few days.

01:23:53 - 01:24:00 | Speaker 5:

I know. I'm so bummed. I completely switched careers, and I just got into nursing school. So for you.

01:24:01 - 01:24:01 | Speaker 1:

Where are you going?

01:24:03 - 01:24:04 | Speaker 5:

From OCC.

01:24:04 - 01:24:12 | Speaker 1:

Congratulations to you. Thanks for calling. Thanks for sharing. Tell me something good. Michael, what's going on? Tell us something good, buddy.

01:24:13 - 01:24:17 | Speaker 7:

I beat cancer, dude. Oh, my gosh.

01:24:17 - 01:24:18 | Speaker 6:

Michael. Yeah.

01:24:19 - 01:24:20 | Speaker 1:

That's amazing.

01:24:20 - 01:24:21 | Speaker 6:

Did you get to ring the bell?

01:24:24 - 01:24:30 | Speaker 1:

Shannon brings it up. I always see the videos on social media, the bell. Do they ring the bell for you?

01:24:31 - 01:24:36 | Speaker 7:

Absolutely. I got to ring the bell last Friday, and my son, we're all happy as can be.

01:24:36 - 01:24:40 | Speaker 1:

That's incredible. Congratulations, T-Body. Thank you for sharing. That makes us feel so good.

01:24:40 - 01:24:42 | Speaker 2:

Tell me something good.

01:24:42 - 01:24:45 | Speaker 1:

And Denise, tell me something good.

01:24:46 - 01:25:00 | Speaker 2:

Hello. How are you guys? Long-time listener, first-time caller. Yes. I'm going to brag on my soon-to-be 13-year-old amazing daughter who has formed her own little charity and is making bracelets for both.

01:25:00 - 01:25:04 | Speaker 1:

to give back to the NICU where she got her start in life.

01:25:04 - 01:25:06 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my gosh.

01:25:06 - 01:25:13 | Speaker 3:

That is amazing, Denise. My little niece got her start in the NICU, too. It's really amazing. It is an amazing place.

01:25:14 - 01:25:37 | Speaker 1:

We are a family, and, yep, these children are strong and resilient, and she understands her story. She knows what her struggles were and what she went through and just decided for her 13th birthday she wanted to make a difference. And she's been working her butt off and has, with her little fingers, put together enough bracelets to earn about $600 to buy things for the moms and the babies.

01:25:38 - 01:25:41 | Speaker 2:

That is incredible. And again, how old is your granddaughter?

01:25:42 - 01:25:43 | Speaker 1:

It's my daughter. Oh, your daughter.

01:25:43 - 01:25:44 | Speaker 2:

I'm sorry. Your daughter?

01:25:44 - 01:25:51 | Speaker 1:

Yep. She's 12. She'll be 13 in May. And so she's doing this for her 13th birthday.

01:25:51 - 01:25:54 | Speaker 2:

Wow. That's beautiful. Awesome job. And shout her name out. What's her name?

01:25:55 - 01:25:56 | Speaker 1:

Her name is Jessica.

01:25:57 - 01:26:00 | Speaker 2:

Jessica, great job. Thank you. Appreciate you calling, Mom.

01:26:00 - 01:26:04 | Speaker 1:

Thank you. This is Mojo in the Morning live.

01:26:06 - 01:26:19 | Speaker 2:

All right. It is the Mojo in the Morning show. I should do this as a tell me something good because it really is. But my son got his car washed for the first time in a half of a year. Six months.

01:26:20 - 01:26:21 | Speaker 3:

You know what? We call that a little victory.

01:26:21 - 01:27:08 | Speaker 2:

That is a victory. Yes. So my teenage son, Luke, has not washed his car at all. I've washed it. Matter of fact, I washed it, I think, twice. And I finally said to Chelsea, I'm like, this is ridiculous. His car is so bad. And it's, you know. Is he just sleazy? It's a lease. And it's going to end up going back to the dealership. And they're going to, like, say to us, yeah, did you ever wash this thing? And, like, you owe this much money to us. So she's like, you got to have a talk with him. So I sat down and had a talk with Luke, and I said to him, I go, you've got to take your car to go get washed. And he admitted to me he doesn't know how to go to a car wash. And I looked at him like, what the F?

01:27:08 - 01:27:13 | Speaker 3:

Like, get on the track to go through the car wash? Because that is a legitimate fear.

01:27:13 - 01:28:05 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, because that's the car wash he would go to. He wouldn't go to, like, one of those ones where they have the hand sprayers or something like that. That would be too much work. I mean, come on. He said that he felt like he was too nervous to go through a car wash and didn't know how to go through a car wash. And I thought to myself, wait a second. I go to a car wash all the time and you're in the car with me. How have you not paid attention to what I'm doing going through the car wash to know how to go through a car wash? And he said, I don't know. I don't pay attention. I'm on my phone usually. You know what I mean? Like I'm not paying attention when we're going through the car wash. So I physically got into his car in the passenger seat, got him in the driver's seat, and I said, we're going to the car wash. So we ended up going to the $2 wash or whatever down the street from our house. And I showed him, you got to pull up. The guy's going to wave at you. They always yell, neutral, and it scares the crap out of you.

01:28:05 - 01:28:17 | Speaker 3:

And they kind of direct you. Trust me, I still have a very hard time with getting my tires right on that little thing. And sometimes I have to back up. I'm that girl. And trial over again.

01:28:17 - 01:28:18 | Speaker 4:

Really?

01:28:18 - 01:28:21 | Speaker 3:

Some cars look cooler, not washed.

01:28:21 - 01:29:25 | Speaker 2:

Well, Jeeps. Your car. Yeah, your car does. So here's the thing. So we go through the, we go to the car wash. The guys actually were good. They were, first off, they were spraying ahead of time. And he's like, what are they doing? What are they doing? And he was freaking out because, you know, they have the spray gun thing where they try to like spray the front and the back and do all the rest of that. And then we, guy guides us on the thing and then he put it in neutral and he sits back and he's like I did it this is great he was like all excited and then he realizes towards the end of the thing what do I do now when do I when do I actually put the car in drive and how do I get out of this thing and what you know what's going on but he was actually feeling proud about it but I bring this up because as a as a parent of two older boys I realize I as a dad and Chelsea as a mom have failed our kids because Joe called, when Joe got that job down in Tampa a few years ago on the morning show there at WFLZ, the Joe Show, he called his mom up to ask her what APR stood for and why it was a fee.

01:29:25 - 01:29:28 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I don't know. Oh, like on a credit card?

01:29:28 - 01:29:29 | Speaker 2:

On his credit card.

01:29:29 - 01:29:31 | Speaker 3:

I couldn't tell you what APR stands for.

01:29:31 - 01:29:42 | Speaker 2:

But here's the thing, though, Megan, he had no idea that when you charge something to a credit card, that if you don't pay that off at the end of the month, they charge you a fee for that.

01:29:42 - 01:29:43 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I wouldn't know that either.

01:29:43 - 01:29:44 | Speaker 2:

You didn't know that either?

01:29:45 - 01:29:54 | Speaker 4:

I mean, I've never had a credit card, so I don't really know how they work. I have no idea what any of that means. I don't even know what my credit score is. I just assume it's bad.

01:29:54 - 01:29:59 | Speaker 2:

All right, so this topic here is going to be for Megan as well as for Luke. what are the

01:30:00 - 01:30:06 | Speaker 3:

top life skills that every parent needs to teach their kids it's so funny you talk about um luke

01:30:06 - 01:30:44 | Speaker 4:

with with driving because um wes's son kieran is 15 going on 16 and so he's doing like all the driving like trying to get hours driving right now and so we'll drive in the car with him he's a great he's a way better driver than i am by the way like when it comes to us getting in the car wes is like kieran you drive shan in the back like i never get to drive anymore which is great But you know the one thing that he was really scared to do I don't know if he's done the car wash yet But was to go through a fast food drive-thru Really? Like we wanted to go to Starbucks the other day And he was getting a little bit anxious About going through the drive-thru And that should be something that I think they teach you in drivers The car wash thing and the drive-thru thing

01:30:44 - 01:30:48 | Speaker 3:

That was the only reason I wanted a driver's license Was for that But think about it

01:30:48 - 01:30:59 | Speaker 4:

We take this for granted Because we've done it a hundred plus times But to try to get your car that closed Without hitting the curb without scraping the side of something, right? I can see where that's-

01:30:59 - 01:31:00 | Speaker 3:

Becomes an issue.

01:31:00 - 01:31:01 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, where it's nerve-wracking.

01:31:02 - 01:31:15 | Speaker 3:

By the way, why would the driving schools not have you go through a drive-thru? You probably spend more time in a drive-thru than you do on an expressway or highway. Right. That's like their big thing is the highway driving and taking you out on the big roads.

01:31:15 - 01:31:16 | Speaker 4:

I remember being terrified of that.

01:31:17 - 01:31:54 | Speaker 3:

Actually, if I was a driver's ed instructor, I would do what my driver's ed instructor did. We used to run his errands for him during driver's ed. Really? Oh, yeah, we'd all be in the car. Next thing you know, we'd be hanging out at the laundromat, folding his clothes. Here are the top life skills that they say every parent should teach their kids. Basic cooking, good hygiene practices, to drive a car, doing laundry, money management, and basic housekeeping skills. Those are the things that you need to teach your kids before you send your kids off into the world, into the cold, cruel world. Patty, you agree with this, right?

01:31:55 - 01:32:02 | Speaker 1:

Oh, yeah. Cooking is essential. You eat the rest of your life, and these kids don't know how to cook food, like basic ramen noodles.

01:32:03 - 01:32:10 | Speaker 3:

So did you actually have to, like, pull your kids into the kitchen and pretend like you were, you know, Ray for Ray?

01:32:11 - 01:32:21 | Speaker 1:

My story is I started teaching my son how to cook when he was two, and it's amazing because my friends are all jealous that I can go out on a Friday night and he knows how to make his own dinner.

01:32:22 - 01:32:49 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's actually kind of cool. Can I say this, though? I think that when we were younger, I think we just watched our parents do it. Did our parents teach us how to do all this stuff? Maybe cooking they kind of helped us with. No. But a lot of the things like driving a car and things like that, you know, I mean, we did the driving thing, but we saw how our parents, you know, drove through a car wash. What's going on, Poncho? Good morning. What's going on? What do you think we should be teaching our kids and Megan?

01:32:50 - 01:32:55 | Speaker 6:

How to sew. Like, for instance, sewing a button back on a pair of pants with a button falling off.

01:32:55 - 01:32:56 | Speaker 4:

Nah, just throw them away.

01:32:57 - 01:32:58 | Speaker 6:

Just throw them away.

01:32:58 - 01:32:59 | Speaker 4:

Use a safety pin.

01:33:02 - 01:33:04 | Speaker 3:

Your parents teach you how to sew, Poncho?

01:33:05 - 01:33:11 | Speaker 6:

Actually, no. I actually believe I took a class back in middle school, a little class on how to do all that stuff.

01:33:11 - 01:33:12 | Speaker 4:

Home ec. I remember that.

01:33:12 - 01:33:19 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. That's obviously something I don't know how to do, so I'm not even going to agree with that one. But, Elena, what's going on?

01:33:19 - 01:33:27 | Speaker 5:

taxes that's all i can say yeah see i have no idea how to do taxes like i have to go

01:33:27 - 01:33:32 | Speaker 3:

pay somebody to do it but i know how to put my taxes together but i always have to get a

01:33:32 - 01:33:36 | Speaker 4:

refresher course that should be a class there that should be part of like a high school finance

01:33:36 - 01:33:47 | Speaker 5:

class or something college i don't know yeah for sure no i don't know i'm 30 and i still don't know how to do it i have to have my mom help me yeah like there should be a class about check writing

01:33:47 - 01:34:02 | Speaker 4:

taxes um like any of any of that like apr yeah like yeah i know what it is you know just those every day or every year things i don't have a clue on any of that yeah um you know what's funny is

01:34:02 - 01:34:17 | Speaker 3:

that there's certain things that i think that every kid needs to to learn and a lot of it is the most basic of things to stay alive and we don't teach that to them and we're teaching them some of the other stuff that's like we're teaching them was it what is it called uh chicago math or

01:34:17 - 01:34:26 | Speaker 4:

whatever the the what is it called i don't know lucy does this math and i i watch her because you know you have to show your work for everything i have no clue how she does it and that's third

01:34:26 - 01:34:39 | Speaker 3:

grade common core thank you common core yeah whatever they used to call it something else before it was common core but it was but you're right though it's it's like we're teaching them that we should be teaching them the other stuff really early what's up ryan just to kind of add

01:34:39 - 01:34:59 | Speaker 2:

into common core i am a 21 year old banker i um math and algebra all the things they taught me useless i guess algebra and stuff like that but um we ended up teaching uh like i'm the young banker we sit down with all of the young kids teach them about

01:35:00 - 01:35:19 | Speaker 3:

banking. We do college rushes and stuff like that. And the amount you would be surprised that they don't know, just going into the bank, what they need, what they need to understand overdraft, things like that. Just kind of giving your kids basics of banking and financial understanding. Schools don't do it.

01:35:19 - 01:35:23 | Speaker 4:

Can I ask you a question? Because everybody gives me crap for this. Do you teach how to

01:35:23 - 01:36:11 | Speaker 3:

balance a checkbook so nowadays say it the bank likes to make it all digital yeah well that makes sense we do still have checkbooks and with your statements we typically suggest with your monthly statements we balance in that sense so if you're on top of your daily transactions and you want to write every single thing down then do it but use and utilize all the digital services so you can make sure that they're charging you correctly make sure that no one yeah that makes more sense yeah um i mean those digital services are there to help you so when a gas station incorrectly charges you you can call them right away much like that yeah i i took my kids in to go open

01:36:11 - 01:36:30 | Speaker 1:

bank accounts and the people that all opened it up with them were awesome because they did that They kind of showed them everything, showed them how everything works. And it was really wild because we walked out of there and they were like, this was better than school. Like they actually took it as such a positive because they know that that's something that they're going to need to know. What's up, Dakota?

01:36:31 - 01:36:41 | Speaker 5:

So I am 20 years old and my parents had to teach me how to write in cursive because I was never taught how to write in cursive. I think they need to bring that back into school.

01:36:41 - 01:36:46 | Speaker 1:

Well, it's funny. Yeah, they're not doing the cursive thing anymore. And how do you write your signature if you're not doing it in cursive?

01:36:46 - 01:36:47 | Speaker 2:

Can you just scribble?

01:36:48 - 01:36:53 | Speaker 5:

I just do a bunch of scribbles and hope for the best. Like, it looks horrible on my driver's license.

01:36:54 - 01:37:08 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. It's wild. And I get that that's the reason. They think that everybody's going to be using computers or, you know, printing in boxes. But still. And is it Annalisa?

01:37:09 - 01:37:10 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, Annalisa.

01:37:11 - 01:37:15 | Speaker 1:

Annalisa, what's the most, you know, necessary thing for a parent to teach their kids?

01:37:16 - 01:37:32 | Speaker 6:

Well, my mom and dad didn't teach me how to do laundry, and when I met him with my boyfriend, he had to show me. I was, like, 21, 22 years old. I had no idea how to do my laundry. And then he still takes my car to the car wash because I have no idea how to do that either.

01:37:32 - 01:37:32 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:37:32 - 01:37:35 | Speaker 6:

And if it wasn't for him, I mean, he does everything for me.

01:37:36 - 01:37:52 | Speaker 4:

Bro. The laundry's a big one. I know how to do, like, I get, like, clothes, machine, soap, water, turn it on. I get that. But if you just sat here and told me, sort it out, and tell me what temperature these clothes should be washed at, no clue. Not a single clue. Oh, no idea. No clue.

01:37:53 - 01:38:00 | Speaker 6:

No, even now, I just put it on the most basic one. Because that was like 10 years ago, but now I just put it on the most basic one.

01:38:00 - 01:38:04 | Speaker 4:

Yes, and they're all mixed together. I do not sort my laundry. I don't.

01:38:04 - 01:38:10 | Speaker 1:

This, I think, is the most important one, and I'm going to end on this one. What is the most important thing that a parent needs to teach their kids, Terry?

01:38:11 - 01:38:32 | Speaker 7:

My gosh. Some of these calls are making me scared. They need to know how to make their own appointments, doctor's appointments, dentist appointments, to go see the eye doctor, get their contact lenses or glasses. I know kids that won't call to order a pizza, which is scary. I know. So they need to learn how to do that.

01:38:32 - 01:38:40 | Speaker 1:

But the problem now is with all the delivery services on AppForm, it's easier just to go do it on that than actually to pick up a phone and make a phone call.

01:38:40 - 01:39:35 | Speaker 7:

Really? Well, you know what? you can't order a doctor through the app you can't what if you could no you can make your appointment you know you can make your appointment but when you go in to see the doctor like mom and dad can't do all the talking for you and especially once they turn 18 you're not allowed to go in with them anymore I mean yeah the experience that I had with my boys um they went to school um at Lakeview and St. Clair Shores and right next door was their doctor's um office so when they were 16 i you know started making their appointments closer to after school time and i'm like walk on over there and i'll meet you there so he you know my boys had to go in there you know tell their names and whatnot so i started prepping them when they were 15 or 16 so that when they were 18 i could be like bye this is something you guys have to do one more thing off my list see as a mom your job is to put yourself out of a job and this is what we're forgetting so a friend

01:39:35 - 01:39:39 | Speaker 1:

of mine mandy just sent me a text and she said that she had to teach one of her interns where

01:39:39 - 01:39:59 | Speaker 2:

to put the stamp on a on a letter oh the mailing letter have you guys seen the tiktoks or the instagrams of parents giving a letter to their kids and then saying okay get out of the car and go mail it and they don't know how to open the blue mailboxes yeah i don't know how to send a telegraph things come outdated by the way

01:40:00 - 01:40:00 | Speaker 4:

That is funny.

01:40:00 - 01:40:05 | Speaker 3:

I'm having a conversation with Scott Mick after the show today. We're going to talk about this.

01:40:05 - 01:40:09 | Speaker 4:

Well, he knows he's a terrible parent. He would say he failed with both of his kids.

01:40:09 - 01:40:52 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning Show. I've been waiting for this next topic all morning long because we were all witnessing kind of what was going on when we heard her on the phone, Lydia, who answers your calls when you call 844-665-6548-844-MOJO-LIVE, or she may call you if you text us and try to get you on the radio with us. So we were all on a conference call talking and your family was having a little celebration, a little birthday celebration that they started without you.

01:40:52 - 01:41:19 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. So as we were on the call, I heard it. I heard everyone singing happy birthday and I was so confused because we were all gathering for Palm Sunday. Like it was just a nice little family gathering. Nobody mentioned birthdays or anything. So I was really intrigued as soon as we hopped off the call and I come into the kitchen and I see a birthday cake on the table. But it's not just any birthday cake. It's my deceased uncle who's on this cake.

01:41:19 - 01:41:20 | Speaker 3:

What?

01:41:20 - 01:41:23 | Speaker 2:

And my family was singing happy birthday to him.

01:41:23 - 01:41:26 | Speaker 3:

How long has your uncle been passed?

01:41:26 - 01:41:27 | Speaker 2:

Nine years.

01:41:27 - 01:41:28 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my gosh.

01:41:28 - 01:41:31 | Speaker 2:

Oh, and they still celebrate his birthday. I mean.

01:41:32 - 01:41:34 | Speaker 3:

But they do it with a cake?

01:41:34 - 01:41:49 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, they did it with a cake, and they had candles and everything. So I sent a photo to our group chat. Wait, that cake's beautiful. That's fancier than any birthday. But there was no candles in it at the time. But my younger cousin, I guess, had blown out the candles and everything for him.

01:41:50 - 01:42:13 | Speaker 3:

All right, so this is interesting because I see people all the time put posts up on social media of happy heavenly birthday to their family members and they'll put those up there which you know is remembering the person that passed and on their birthday um but i've never known of anybody that actually will throw a birthday party or do that for them is that a chaldean thing usually we don't

01:42:13 - 01:42:29 | Speaker 2:

do birthdays we just honor them at weddings so we'll do like a little table with their photos yeah yeah light some candles but that's it but i've heard that now it's becoming more of a common thing to celebrate their birthdays and have them at baby showers and engagements wait i'm sorry

01:42:29 - 01:42:40 | Speaker 3:

when you say you put them at the table um do you actually do it like they do for the oscars where they have the celebrities like card that's sitting there in the seat as a seat filler for them or

01:42:40 - 01:42:45 | Speaker 2:

it's like it'll be like the seat and then right above the seat on the table is their photo i saw

01:42:45 - 01:43:11 | Speaker 5:

this this is what i was going to ask you i saw this a couple of months ago uh my fans say wes and I went out to dinner and there was this like big get together probably like a table of 10 or 12 people and I thought oh it must be somebody's birthday they're celebrating something you could tell because there were balloons and presents and stuff and everybody was seated around a seat that didn't have a person in it but it had a picture frame of somebody I don't I don't know who I'm

01:43:11 - 01:43:19 | Speaker 3:

assuming who had passed yeah I yeah I by the way I want to be invited to a party for a dead person Do you have to buy a gift?

01:43:20 - 01:43:24 | Speaker 2:

When I die, I want all of you guys to throw a birthday party for me. Oh, don't even say that.

01:43:24 - 01:43:50 | Speaker 3:

I don't even want to put that in the air right there. Weekend at Bernie style. Yes. No. It has to be better than just a picture of them. I want the actual full-on body there. The embalmed body right there at the table so that we can celebrate that. Or, I don't know. That's weird. I don't know. I don't want to say it's weird because her family is listening right now. The birthday cake thing is. What flavor was the cake? It looks delicious. I don't know.

01:43:51 - 01:43:53 | Speaker 5:

It's like gold, metallic frosting.

01:43:53 - 01:43:59 | Speaker 3:

Honestly, it's nicer than any cake I've gotten alive. I mean, that's really nice. Teresa, what's going on?

01:44:01 - 01:44:01 | Speaker 4:

Hi.

01:44:02 - 01:44:02 | Speaker 3:

Hi, Teresa.

01:44:02 - 01:44:30 | Speaker 4:

So I had a friend of mine who passed away, and it was really sad. Her Facebook was open. And the Facebook actually sent me, right around her birthday, this personal message. And when I opened it, I was really confused because I know she'd been past the year. And it was like this advertisement for a sale. And I thought, oh, my gosh, you know, Bernadette and Heaven's even trying to get me a big deal. But that had to make you smile a little bit.

01:44:31 - 01:44:33 | Speaker 3:

Melanie, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning.

01:44:34 - 01:44:35 | Speaker 1:

Hey, how are you?

01:44:35 - 01:44:39 | Speaker 3:

We're all right, Melanie. We're talking about Party for the Dead.

01:44:41 - 01:45:03 | Speaker 1:

Yes. Well, you know, we've never had a tragedy in our family. we were saying that but unfortunately two years ago we had one of my cousins pass away in a car accident um he was 30 years old and so ever since then we've decided to get all of our cousins together on that side of the family for his birthday which just happened to be april first

01:45:00 - 01:45:12 | Speaker 4:

So we all met in Great Gaylord, a central location to all of us, and we stayed a couple of nights and hung out and partied, and we had a cake and candles, and all the little kids and cousins blew it out.

01:45:12 - 01:45:17 | Speaker 1:

See, I like that. I like getting drunk and having fun for that. Yes.

01:45:17 - 01:45:17 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah.

01:45:18 - 01:45:36 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. And listen, I'm not opposed to sweets. I'm not opposed to cake and stuff like that and ice cream for a birthday. Right? I guess you feel jealous, though, that they're like, wow, this is a really nice thing for this person. I wish I would have done it, and I wonder if they do when the person's alive. What's up, Dana?

01:45:37 - 01:46:01 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, so my dad passed away almost 18 years ago, and he was never able to meet my youngest two children. So I wanted them to be able to know who their poppy was. And every year, we bake a birthday cake and go out to his favorite restaurant. And then I'm able to share stories about him and talk about his life. So as they grow up, they're going to know their copy.

01:46:02 - 01:46:32 | Speaker 1:

Dana, I have to ask this question because I presented this to my sisters and they were not very into it. With this AI thing, I was contemplating grabbing old videos of my mom who passed when I was 14 years old. And I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool if we could, with the whole AI stuff, have my mom, like, talk to us, like, use her voice and everything. Would you do that with your poppy?

01:46:33 - 01:46:52 | Speaker 7:

I would do it in a heartbeat. If I could have the last voicemail my dad left me, I would still listen to it. I would do it in a heartbeat. I want to have his picture photoshopped into my wedding pictures because I don't have a picture of my dad from my wedding. That's interesting.

01:46:52 - 01:46:53 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's an interesting one, too.

01:46:53 - 01:46:59 | Speaker 3:

And you know you can do that. You can do the thing with your mom. No, I know. My sisters don't want to, though. Yeah.

01:47:01 - 01:47:35 | Speaker 1:

My sisters think that it would be kind of weird, but I was going to try to do it. Maybe this is the reason why they thought it was weird, Dana. I wanted them to say that I was her favorite. that makes sense and pat didn't like that because aunt pat says that she's definitely the favorite so i don't know it didn't it didn't go over very well um but uh uh who's this jacqueline jacqueline kathleen i'm not even that one kathleen what's going on yeah so i just wanted

01:47:35 - 01:47:47 | Speaker 6:

to share so um my grandpa he had passed away but on his 90th birthday um we all went out to his grave site i have a big family and we had um like we all had a beer for him out of his grave site

01:47:47 - 01:48:03 | Speaker 1:

oh i like that we do that sometimes you know that would that would actually be kind of fun like to have that but you got to like set up like a tent in those camper chairs all around i wonder would a cemetery be opposed to that and maybe like a bonfire

01:48:03 - 01:48:17 | Speaker 3:

i don't think you can do it would not be in that i don't know but i think a lot of people go out and toast or you know it's like the old irish tradition to pour i think it's a guinness right what's up chelsea

01:48:17 - 01:48:38 | Speaker 5:

oh hi how are you good what's going on what did you guys do so my when my great grandma passed away um shortly after my grandma got her ashes but they weren't in an urn she just had them in a box and she would bring her out at every holiday, just bring the box out and just set her at the table.

01:48:38 - 01:48:39 | Speaker 1:

I love it.

01:48:39 - 01:48:39 | Speaker 5:

And nothing.

01:48:40 - 01:48:46 | Speaker 1:

And do you guys cheers it? Do you guys ever, like, ding the glass or the bottle of beer or whatever against it?

01:48:47 - 01:49:03 | Speaker 5:

No, just their great-grandma just out with us. In fact, we were just talking about it the other day, just saying, and my grandma said, I don't even know if we had all of her because the box seemed kind of light. And I was like, oh, my gosh. Yeah. Here's most of Great Grandma

01:49:03 - 01:49:06 | Speaker 1:

Wait where would the other parts of Great Grandma be If they weren't in that box

01:49:06 - 01:49:08 | Speaker 3:

Well they only give you a portion

01:49:08 - 01:49:10 | Speaker 1:

They don't give you the whole person

01:49:10 - 01:49:11 | Speaker 3:

I don't think they give you the whole person

01:49:11 - 01:49:12 | Speaker 1:

Yeah they do

01:49:12 - 01:49:22 | Speaker 3:

I don't know about that Do they? I heard that they only give you a portion of it Of him or her

01:49:22 - 01:49:31 | Speaker 1:

Really? Somebody needs to tell us that No they're only giving you a portion I'm only paying a portion No, but that...

01:49:31 - 01:49:48 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but what do you think happens when they, like, things get smaller? No, I know. I could be wrong. I could be very wrong. Yeah, exactly. Do you think they pick just the parts that they think you want to keep? No, I think they just scoop as many ashes in as the...

01:49:48 - 01:49:51 | Speaker 3:

My grandma's in what looks like a cooler. It's like a little mini cooler.

01:49:52 - 01:49:54 | Speaker 1:

They better not... What, like a... What kind? Like a Yeti cooler?

01:49:55 - 01:49:59 | Speaker 3:

I've never attached a brand to it. It looks very generic to me. it.

01:50:00 - 01:50:04 | Speaker 6:

By the way, wait, are you talking about Shani's Granny?

01:50:04 - 01:50:08 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, people say they do give you the whole person. So I have been misinformed.

01:50:08 - 01:50:11 | Speaker 6:

Shani's Granny, what kind of a cooler would be an appropriate one?

01:50:11 - 01:50:13 | Speaker 5:

No, Shani's Granny's in my dad's basement right now.

01:50:13 - 01:50:16 | Speaker 6:

Shani's Granny needs to be like in, what was her favorite beverage?

01:50:17 - 01:50:17 | Speaker 5:

Beer.

01:50:18 - 01:50:20 | Speaker 6:

I know which one though, what did she like so much?

01:50:20 - 01:50:21 | Speaker 5:

Well, I don't know.

01:50:21 - 01:50:22 | Speaker 6:

Paps or?

01:50:22 - 01:50:24 | Speaker 5:

My entire family liked Red Dog.

01:50:24 - 01:50:45 | Speaker 6:

Oh my God, we got to see if there's anybody listening that works for the distributor of Red Dog. A red dog cooler for Shannie's granny. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. So I woke up to the alert on my phone this morning, and I had to send it to Shannon and to Megan. Because...

01:50:45 - 01:51:33 | Speaker 5:

At 3.59 a.m., I think there's an emergency, something's going on. My heart starts pounding, anxiety kicks in, and it's Mojo texting Megan and I that there is a scandal. happening with Emily Radichkowski or however the heck you say her last name and Harry Styles. That's what this was about. And the story here is that Emily may have let it slip that she and Harry have been seeing each other for a whole lot longer than we all think. She was on a podcast back at the very beginning of March. March 9th to be exact. Let's get all of the details here. Two weeks before she and Harry were spotted very sloppily sucking face in Tokyo. Just like that. Just like that. That was the noise.

01:51:33 - 01:51:35 | Speaker 3:

Was it just jabbing each other? I don't know.

01:51:35 - 01:52:02 | Speaker 5:

I don't know what it was. I don't. Anyway, on that podcast, she talked about this quote unquote kind of great guy that she had just started dating. And she said, I just started dating somebody that I think is so different. And she mentioned having been talking to said guy for almost a month. So that was about a month ago When she taped the podcast Add a month to that They've been dating for two months Right under our noses Listen

01:52:02 - 01:52:12 | Speaker 3:

I'm trying to not be a bitter Betty Right? I'm happy for her Or whatever But you're going to tell me You've been together two months And that's still how you kiss? Right

01:52:12 - 01:52:20 | Speaker 5:

Red black Because like the first couple kisses Could be awkward As you're getting used to each other's Faces and tongues Whatever Styles Styles?

01:52:21 - 01:52:22 | Speaker 3:

Ayo See what you did there

01:52:22 - 01:53:31 | Speaker 5:

Oh, I didn't even mean to do that. Yeah. Former President Donald Trump charged with 34 felony counts for falsification of business records in this mess that he's been embroiled in for the past couple of years. He's due to be arraigned at 215 this afternoon, by the way. Legal experts say the falsification of business records is always prosecuted as a misdemeanor. But New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg allocated this particular case to a felony. So a couple of things here. Trump will not be handcuffed. He will not have to take a mugshot, which is new from what we learned yesterday. He will not be held in a jail cell, as is standard in these proceedings. And then afterward, he is expected to hop back on his private plane and fly back to Mar-a-Lago. I saw him arriving to Trump Tower yesterday. Lots of people waiting outside on the streets of Trump Tower in New York City, you know, hoping to catch a glimpse of him. But this is federal prosecutor Con Naraway talking about whether we'll hear from the former president at Mar-a-Lago later this evening.

01:53:31 - 01:53:48 | Speaker 4:

I think there's a good chance the judge will issue some sort of gag order because the last thing the court or frankly anybody wants is tainting of the jury pool. But then the counter argument is, well, who in the United States doesn't have an opinion about the former president? Trump's attorney, Joe Tacopino, responding.

01:53:49 - 01:53:58 | Speaker 1:

Are you telling me there's a possibility that they would prevent a presidential candidate from using his free speech rights and defending himself?

01:54:00 - 01:54:04 | Speaker 2:

Can't be. Won't happen. I don't believe anyone's even looking for that.

01:54:05 - 01:54:41 | Speaker 6:

By the way, yesterday at this time, we were talking about who has the most popular mugshot. And I'm very disappointed that he will not get a mug shot I mean, that's like going to New York City and not having Ray's pizza You know what I mean? Like, you gotta have a mug shot in this deal Well, just, you know, any kind of New York pizza But the most famous, O.J. Simpson, was number one These are the most viewed, by the way The most viewed mug shots of all time Number two, Pablo Escobar El Chapo And number three, Hugh Grant. I forgot about the Hugh Grant thing.

01:54:41 - 01:54:45 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah. When he solicited a prostitute. Yes. Oh, yeah.

01:54:45 - 01:54:51 | Speaker 6:

So Hugh Grant was in the top three. So we were kind of a little off. We did say OJ, I think.

01:54:51 - 01:54:52 | Speaker 5:

We did say Hugh Grant, too.

01:54:52 - 01:54:54 | Speaker 6:

Oh, did we? Yeah. Oh, I didn't know that. Okay.

01:54:55 - 01:55:00 | Speaker 5:

A Harry Potter TV series is in the works over at HBO Max.

01:55:00 - 01:55:30 | Speaker 1:

The project will be directly based on J.K. Rowling's books rather than any of the movie spinoffs like the Fantastic Beasts films, for example. Each season of this show is reportedly going to draw from one of the books. So that's how it'll be divided. And me hearing that is suggesting this is going to be an ongoing franchise that will stretch for years for HBO Max. And under this deal, J.K. Rowling will maintain a degree of creative involvement with this series. So she will be directly involved in it.

01:55:30 - 01:56:24 | Speaker 3:

I am so angry about this. Why? Because if anything is done well by HBO, it is their book to television spanning of the gap. I don't know how I wanted to phrase that. Anyways, they did The Time Traveler's Wife, right? And it was so good. It was almost a page per page recreation of the book on a screen. It was so good. I'm getting to the sad part. They canceled it after one season And the book was going to be two seasons So they just canceled it in the middle of the book And it was so good So I'm worried for all my Harry Potter fans out there That this is going today Oh my god, oh my god Moto X is so funny today That this is going to be a really, really good television show And they're going to cancel it HBO's been canceling everything After their buyout, they canceled all of their good shows Oh my god I truly don't like you

01:56:24 - 01:56:34 | Speaker 4:

I gave you exclusive on that Harry Potter, Harry Potter, Harry style story this morning. Harry Potter. All right, go ahead. Next story. I'm sorry.

01:56:35 - 01:56:43 | Speaker 1:

Hugh Jackman, once again, raising awareness for skin cancer. He hopped on Instagram yesterday, had a little bandage on his nose.

01:56:43 - 01:57:00 | Speaker 2:

I wanted you to hear it from me just in case someone sees me on the street or whatever. I've just had two biopsies done. I just went to my doctor and she just saw the little things could be or could not be the basal cell. I'll find out in two or three days and as soon as I know, I'll let you know.

01:57:00 - 01:57:07 | Speaker 1:

I really love him and he was sharing a warning for those who love to go to the tanning bed. Oh, I'm sorry. That's the wrong music. I don't know what that was.

01:57:07 - 01:57:24 | Speaker 2:

That's the Harry Potter music. Okay. If I could just take this opportunity to remind you, summer is coming. For those of us here in the Northern Hemisphere, please wear sunscreen. It is just not worth it. No matter how much you want to tan, trust me, trust me, trust me. Put some sunscreen on You'll still have an incredible time out there

01:57:24 - 01:58:25 | Speaker 1:

Spray tan, tanning lotion, anything's better And lastly, facial tweaks Have surpassed boop jobs To become the go-to plastic surgeries Of choice for Americans Which ones? Facial tweaks So I'll explain in a second But experts are blaming filters on social media For this shift So nose jobs, facelifts Did you just say I thought you shift? Shifts I did not swear If I did swear, I did not mean to swear But I don't think, did I? No, you did not You said shift So nose jobs, facelifts, eye lifts Now account for a third of all plastic surgeries Boob jobs no longer the most popular And experts are saying that filters on Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok Are changing how people see themselves Zoom calls kind of doing the same thing And so doctors are saying patients will literally come in Show them a photo that was taken with the filter and say, I want my nose to look like this. Interesting. But yeah.

01:58:25 - 01:58:26 | Speaker 4:

I could see that. Yeah.

01:58:26 - 01:58:29 | Speaker 1:

02:00:00 - 02:01:23 | Speaker 3:

a-hole. He's cheating on his wife. He wants to know if he's the a-hole. But there's more to it. He's got an explanation that he wants to pose to us to see what we think about it. Okay? So don't start getting bad thoughts about him yet until you find out what's going on. We'll be right back with that and more when we continue on the Mojo in the Morning show next. Mojo in the Morning. More Mojo next. Mojo in the morning. We were always just minutes away from proving how stupid morning radio can be. Mojo in the morning. Time now for Am I the A-Hole. We get to determine whether or not Jeremiah is an a-hole. Jeremiah, how you doing? Hey, good morning. How you doing? Listen to that voice. You can't be with a voice like that. That's like sexy and sultry right there, my friend. Hold on. Let me put the music back up here for a second because this is too good. Will you say mojo for me?

02:01:25 - 02:01:26 | Unknown:

No, Joe. Wow.

02:01:28 - 02:01:43 | Speaker 3:

Man, I know why this guy's got the problem that he has. I know why he does, because of that voice. That voice gets you every single time. All right, so Jeremiah's got a question. He wants to know if he's the a-hole. Jeremiah, tell us what's going on. What are you doing?

02:01:44 - 02:01:55 | Speaker 1:

All right, this is hard for me, man. Like, I don't want to be with my wife anymore. I feel so guilty

02:01:55 - 02:01:58 | Speaker 3:

You want to divorce her?

02:01:59 - 02:02:03 | Speaker 1:

Yeah I think it's come to that at this point now

02:02:03 - 02:02:09 | Speaker 3:

And what's going on? What's making you feel that way?

02:02:10 - 02:02:12 | Speaker 1:

I've been kind of cheating for the last eight months

02:02:12 - 02:02:14 | Speaker 3:

Oh, there you go There's what's going on

02:02:14 - 02:02:18 | Speaker 2:

Are you asking us if you're there? I am real confused

02:02:18 - 02:02:56 | Speaker 1:

like am i being am i wrong like this this i met this lady at work right okay and when i say she's hot that's like an understatement we work in the same department um and mind you before i met this girl things with my wife was just we were kind of like just coexisting you know what i mean like roommates almost but since I met this girl it's like I see what happiness is again you know but I feel so bad it's like I never thought I'd be a cheater you know what I mean all right so so

02:02:56 - 02:03:11 | Speaker 3:

you're cheating on her on your wife you're having sex with this co-worker right yeah so is your am I the a-hole am I an a-hole for cheating or is there more to this story here um what is it

02:03:11 - 02:03:37 | Speaker 1:

there's a little more to it um as i said i do i think we're hitting towards the divorce thing but you know at my job we we get these bonuses and you know my wife knows about the bonuses but this year i think i'm i'm one am i wrong for thinking to hide the amount that i get like let's just say if i got a hundred dollars i tell my wife i got 50 just so so you're not asking us

02:03:37 - 02:03:50 | Speaker 3:

am I the a-hole because I'm cheating you're asking am I the a-hole because I want to hide my bonus that I'm getting so that my wife doesn't know that this potentially

02:03:50 - 02:03:52 | Speaker 1:

okay

02:03:52 - 02:03:55 | Speaker 3:

wow there's a lot to this story

02:03:55 - 02:04:03 | Speaker 2:

even if you would have left the cheating out of the story you just saying that you were going to hide this money from your wife I would say you were an a-hole

02:04:03 - 02:04:09 | Speaker 1:

and the cheating I feel bad all the way around. All right.

02:04:09 - 02:04:12 | Speaker 2:

Why did you even call in?

02:04:13 - 02:04:52 | Speaker 3:

Thank God he did. Thank God he did. Otherwise, we'd have to find another segment to do at this particular moment. And honestly, this is a good one here. Because honestly, I think there might be some people that might not think that he's an a-hole for doing this. Because I bet you there's a lot of people that when they are going through splits or divorces, I bet you there's a lot of people that do a little hiding of the financials. All right. So question for the listeners, is Jeremiah an a-hole for what he's doing? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548, and why? Let's go around the room. Shannon, you obviously think he's an a-hole.

02:04:52 - 02:04:54 | Speaker 2:

Correct. All right. Yeah.

02:04:54 - 02:04:55 | Speaker 3:

Why?

02:04:57 - 02:05:00 | Speaker 2:

Because he's cheating on his wife and has been for eight months.

02:05:00 - 02:05:03 | Speaker 1:

and he's also going to hide money from his wife. Okay. Megan?

02:05:04 - 02:05:34 | Speaker 3:

Okay, hear me out. I do think he is the a-hole for cheating on his wife. I have no tolerance for that breakup. Like, that's so gross to me. And the divorce, okay, whatever. You do you. The hiding the money is where I think this gets a little bit complicated because I do feel like if the rules were reversed, I would be championing this say it was a woman to take care of herself

02:05:34 - 02:05:40 | Speaker 5:

oh so this is a sex thing I'm trying not to be you're very sexist against us gentlemen

02:05:40 - 02:05:44 | Speaker 3:

correct you are 100% correct I do not deny

02:05:44 - 02:05:45 | Speaker 5:

she does not hide that

02:05:45 - 02:06:05 | Speaker 3:

but I'm trying not to be that person and I'm I have more questions like does she have a job what is does she also work yeah she does she does okay yeah okay now it makes me feel like you're a bigger

02:06:05 - 02:06:17 | Speaker 5:

booty i don't i don't know i don't know yeah why she has a job she works then maybe that that should be less less of it yeah okay mike your comment real quick because i want to grab

02:06:17 - 02:06:31 | Speaker 6:

some calls i think he is creative when it comes to uh financially figuring things out i think he's a giant a-hole a huge like yeah i'm not gonna say my my personal was i actually started cheating on

02:06:31 - 02:06:49 | Speaker 5:

chelsea just listening to his call like this guy's so sexy with that voice i can see what happened so i'm gonna pass judgment after the listeners pass judgment on this one jeremiah because that voice is just too good d what's your thoughts uh is jeremiah the a-hole the biggest a-hole right now

02:06:49 - 02:07:15 | Speaker 7:

I see his a-hole right now riding down the streets of Flint, Michigan. But. Like, super, like, it's crazy. And this remote, I was with y'all, I was like, ooh, this bitch is sexy. I wonder if he's single. And then it was like, I'm married. I'm like, ah, crap. And he was like, yeah, I'm cheating. I'm like, wait, what? So now I'm very upset that cheating, and then you're trying to hide a wife when you're out here doing wrong, or hide money when you're out here doing wrong. You almost fell for it, though.

02:07:15 - 02:07:17 | Speaker 5:

You almost fell for that sexy voice.

02:07:17 - 02:07:23 | Speaker 7:

You almost had me for, like, the first half second. And then, Mother, you wasn't making it any better. Like, say Mojo. I'm like, ooh, say T.

02:07:24 - 02:07:29 | Speaker 5:

I love it. Keith, is Jeremiah the a-hole?

02:07:30 - 02:07:38 | Speaker 2:

Well, I want to say this. If he would take the money he's trying to hide from his wife and actually took her out, he might have had a good time with her like he did with the girl.

02:07:38 - 02:07:40 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, very good point. And a lot of people are texting.

02:07:41 - 02:07:50 | Speaker 1:

It's very hard to hide money in a divorce because they're going to look at all your pay stubs and your W-2s and all this stuff.

02:07:50 - 02:07:54 | Speaker 5:

Erica, you speak from this, from the legal aspect of this?

02:07:55 - 02:08:29 | Speaker 9:

Yes, I'm a family legal advocate, and I'm a paralegal, and I work at a law office. And all you have to do is subpoena those records, and then he'll have to pay that back. And also, when it's time for the divorce, you just ask for status quo, and that means that everything has to stay the same. He's going to have to continue to pay the bills and whatever. and if this lady that she's married to wants to come to our family rights event that's two tenths in Brighton we'll be happy to show her and she'll be able to talk to some lawyers about what she can do to this lady because she deserves it because she's a dissent.

02:08:29 - 02:08:32 | Speaker 5:

I like it. A little quick shout out there. That's nice. I like that.

02:08:32 - 02:08:43 | Speaker 3:

And he's not claiming and I can't believe I'm defending this guy he's not claiming that he's going to hide this money from her in the divorce. He's hiding it to file for divorce. Does that make it better?

02:08:43 - 02:08:55 | Speaker 6:

He's using it for the divorce, yeah. I know. Can you imagine the divorce meetings, too, with that voice? Just like, hey, girl. I can't even do it. Hey, girl, it's okay. It's just money. I'm just going to keep it. It's like a ludicrous voice or something, right?

02:08:55 - 02:09:08 | Speaker 1:

A lot of people are saying, well, not a lot of people. A few people are saying he is an a-hole, kind of, sort of, but not really, because he's trying to have a happier life and a happier relationship, and he deserves that.

02:09:08 - 02:09:21 | Speaker 5:

And I will say this. there are a lot of people that would hide that money from their spouse. They're not going to go, guess what? We're getting a divorce, and I'm taking that money. Hey, Jeremiah, say, hey, Ruthie.

02:09:23 - 02:09:26 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Ruthie. Hello. Take my money.

02:09:27 - 02:09:28 | Speaker 6:

Take my money. I don't even care.

02:09:28 - 02:09:29 | Speaker 5:

Ruthie, what did you want to say?

02:09:31 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 8:

So I just kind of wanted to say and put my input. I think that that is totally the a-hole move. A lot of people fail to realize that, you know, marriage is work. I think that you should have been honest with your wife up front that you were unhappy. You know, it takes a lot of work. You know, I mean, I'm married. I've been married for six years. You know, and we've had struggles. We've been close, you know, to the whole divorce thing. We never stepped out of our marriage.

02:10:00 - 02:10:13 | Speaker 3:

You know, but it's work, you know, and the same thing with lying about the money. I think you need to be honest with your wife. I think that's very, very important because it's you're hurting her. I mean, you guys made these vows.

02:10:13 - 02:10:24 | Speaker 7:

Is it past the point of no return, though? Because he's already cheating and found a girl that he's liking to be with. And he's also, you know, trying to hide money. I mean, this guy may have no good qualities left other than that voice.

02:10:24 - 02:10:37 | Speaker 3:

yeah i think i think it's uh it's definitely a goner on this one but i think you need to come clean and come clear to your wife and just be honest like let her know like that's just personally

02:10:37 - 02:10:52 | Speaker 7:

my opinion by the way the listeners are saying that having jeremiah's on uh am i the a-hole is the perfect thing because there ain't no way even a voice disguiser can hide that voice yeah Somebody's hearing this one. All right. It's Mojo in the Morning.

02:10:53 - 02:11:01 | Speaker 6:

WKQI Detroit. WSNX Muskegon Grand Rapids. WVKS Toledo. This is Mojo in the Morning.

02:11:01 - 02:11:02 | Speaker 1:

Oh, Mojo, he's amazing.

02:11:03 - 02:11:03 | Speaker 6:

Live.

02:11:10 - 02:11:20 | Speaker 7:

Mojo in the Morning show. So, Megan says that she now knows how she has gotten this short attention span.

02:11:20 - 02:11:21 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my God.

02:11:21 - 02:11:24 | Speaker 7:

I think we all have gotten it from the same place, Megan.

02:11:24 - 02:11:35 | Speaker 4:

Well, TikTok is ruining me, and I don't even care. I think that's the worst part is that I literally don't care that I'm a worse human being. I think sometimes.

02:11:38 - 02:11:51 | Speaker 5:

Wait, did I say something wrong? No, we all know. Sometimes I look at myself and I was like, can I be more of a garbage person? And then TikTok rolls around. I'm like, yeah, I can. I really can. I can get worse, Trace.

02:11:51 - 02:11:59 | Speaker 7:

It for sure has made every one of us want everything to get to the point within two seconds.

02:12:00 - 02:12:31 | Speaker 4:

Two freaking seconds. And I'm re-watching one of my all-time favorite shows. I love New Girl. I got my brother into it. We've been binge-watching it. We're in the middle of season four right now. and he'll look over at me all the time and be like what are you doing I'm like oh just checking my phone don't you want to watch the show yeah well watch it but I got bored for 10 seconds and I had to pull out my phone if I'm not fully entertained at all times I lose my mind and I 1000% know that

02:12:31 - 02:12:45 | Speaker 1:

it has gotten so much worse this is so true no you are so right I will be sitting in my bed watching a show with TikTok in my hand and then waiting for a reply from a friend three things at

02:12:45 - 02:13:10 | Speaker 2:

once it's like what am I doing you can't focus if you're not doing something else like that's what I've realized about because think about it we're always swiping or you know like if you don't like something you just go to the next thing you're like we're always clicking we're always doing something so even even I feel like when we're just talking like having conversations with people I have to be doing something else or I can't even be focused on the conversation.

02:13:10 - 02:13:43 | Speaker 7:

All right, I'm going to bring this up because I saw this just recently and I wanted to bring this up as tough. Can you play for a second? I'm watching a TikTok. By the way, Mike, I was going to say something to you now that we have the cameras in the room. I see you on your phone all the freaking time. I don't know what you're talking about. I see you on your phone. I am fully focused. I always wanted to know why there have been times where we've had Mike do topics and I'm like, okay, Mike. Yep, are you going to get to the point of what you got going on there? And then I realized now that we got the cameras in there that it's Mike on his knee.

02:13:47 - 02:13:49 | Speaker 6:

Looking at your TikTok there.

02:13:49 - 02:13:53 | Speaker 4:

You notice that about Mike, but did you notice what I've been doing in my studio?

02:13:54 - 02:13:54 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

02:13:55 - 02:14:06 | Speaker 4:

Because I need, like Shannon said, constant something. I saw. I have adult Silly Putty in my studio that I literally play with all day during the show. All day. It looks relaxing.

02:14:07 - 02:14:11 | Speaker 7:

Yeah. I said it looks relaxing. She's not even paying attention to what you're asking her about.

02:14:11 - 02:14:15 | Speaker 2:

I had one of those pop-its in here that I stole from Lucy for a while. You know what I'm talking about?

02:14:15 - 02:14:16 | Speaker 7:

Yeah.

02:14:16 - 02:14:16 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:14:17 - 02:14:59 | Speaker 7:

Okay, so can I say what I was going to say before all you TikTok, you know, ADD friends of mine have. So they're saying that TikTok. Hear me out for a second. I swear, I'll get it out in a second. here they're saying that tiktok is affecting people's relationships that there are people are now in tiktok relationships because they want everything to get to the point fast and what's going on is people are either one of two things getting through relationships faster than they've ever gotten through relationships they're not staying in relationships they're like boom gone i'm out of here they're doing it or it's even affected how they talk to the person that you know is in their life they're

02:15:00 - 02:15:11 | Speaker 2:

boyfriend girlfriend husband or wife or how even they're having sex they're saying that people are having tiktok sex good they want fast sex no foreplay right to it get to it man just no yes

02:15:11 - 02:15:17 | Speaker 4:

this is the world i've envisioned for so long is that really that good though isn't it don't you

02:15:17 - 02:15:47 | Speaker 2:

want it to be like i don't know don't you want it to be like a uh a five minute uh song remember when a five minute song would come like you would always have like a five minute i'm trying to think of songs that were like five minutes long like uh like a queen song for some reason it was always to me like it was a five minute song or uh or uh i don't know no bohemian rhapsody yes exactly gotcha shouldn't that be your sex life and not uh a two minute uh sam smith song

02:15:47 - 02:15:53 | Speaker 4:

somebody some of you have not been with people who are like well endowed and sometimes you don't

02:15:53 - 02:16:03 | Speaker 2:

want it to last that long weird flex weird wait so so he he was too big yeah and that's what caused

02:16:03 - 02:16:18 | Speaker 4:

you to say i didn't want to deal with this i think some girls will agree it gets uncomfortable okay no comment is that true i've never got silent on that are you kidding me no no uh by the way

02:16:18 - 02:16:30 | Speaker 2:

I've never experienced that before in my life. You have a little penis. Exactly. That has never been one thing that I've ever had to deal with. But 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548.

02:16:30 - 02:16:54 | Speaker 3:

Are you kidding me right now? I do think, no, there's so much to this, though, because I feel like we want to cut out all the fat, so to speak. You know what I mean? Like, we just want to get right to the meat of everything. Are we still talking about the guy with the big penis? Yes. Whether it be the guy with the big penis, whether it be a conversation, whether it be a TV show or the best part of a video. It's like we can't deal with like the, you know.

02:16:54 - 02:17:08 | Speaker 2:

I know. I think the only thing I can watch and do for a decent amount of time is like a sporting event. Like if I'm watching a football game, although we've done that with football too. Fantasy football has taken over us watching a regular football game.

02:17:08 - 02:17:17 | Speaker 3:

Not even that, but like even when we were at the Pistons game the other night, no offense, I was on my phone the whole time that the game was going on. Like I'm not just going to sit there. I'm not a huge sports fan anyway.

02:17:17 - 02:17:32 | Speaker 2:

It's brutal. They put people up on the scoreboard. Everybody's on their phone. Nobody looks up at the scoreboard to wave and smile anymore. They're all looking down at their phones. It's unbelievable. As five listeners already just switched stations and gone.

02:17:33 - 02:17:36 | Speaker 3:

Do you want to talk about the guy with the big penis again? Because we can keep talking about him.

02:17:36 - 02:17:41 | Speaker 2:

That might actually get my attention a little bit more. I always love talking about that.

02:17:42 - 02:17:48 | Speaker 4:

Let me tell you, it was. oh wow that's pretty big sorry I can see Megan you guys can't

02:17:48 - 02:17:58 | Speaker 2:

I have to be honest with you on that I just I sit there and I go wow I would want to tell my friends if there was a guy with that big of a thing

02:17:58 - 02:17:59 | Speaker 3:

I was still stuck on this

02:17:59 - 02:18:05 | Speaker 2:

did you? that's why you want to get done fast because you want to call your friends to say holy crap

02:18:05 - 02:18:12 | Speaker 4:

I'm not even an artist but I even tried to draw it one time even if oh my god to size you know scale

02:18:12 - 02:18:14 | Speaker 2:

matters. Oh, God.

02:18:14 - 02:18:17 | Speaker 4:

Like in the Guinness World Record books? Actual size.

02:18:18 - 02:18:22 | Speaker 2:

Before we get into trouble, we'll be right back with more Mojo in the Morning coming up

02:19:01 - 02:19:07 | Speaker 1:

02:19:07 - 02:19:11 | Speaker 2:

So tell us a little bit about yourself. Are you in a relationship right now?

02:19:12 - 02:19:15 | Speaker 1:

Actually, it's kind of complicated.

02:19:15 - 02:19:19 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I like complicated relationships. Does your dad think that you're in a relationship?

02:19:20 - 02:19:20 | Speaker 1:

No.

02:19:21 - 02:19:27 | Speaker 2:

Okay. So no boyfriend, just a guy that likes to hang around or guys that like to hang around.

02:19:28 - 02:19:28 | Speaker 1:

Exactly.

02:19:29 - 02:19:45 | Speaker 2:

You okay with us getting your dad on? Yeah. Hello? Juwan? Yes, it is. Juwan, it's Mojo in the morning. We have your daughter, Verissa, on with us. Really? Yeah, she's trying to win a contest here, and she wants to know if you'll go on the radio with her to do this contest.

02:19:46 - 02:19:48 | Speaker 1:

I'm getting dressed for work right now.

02:19:49 - 02:20:05 | Speaker 2:

She's trying to win concert tickets, and if you're willing to go on the radio with us, she can have a chance to win those. Oh, man. Okay. You got a moment? Yeah. Okay, you're okay with your voice on the radio? Yeah. All right, say hello to your beautiful daughter, Verissa.

02:20:06 - 02:20:06 | Speaker 1:

Well, hello.

02:20:07 - 02:20:11 | Speaker 2:

Hi. Verissa, tell your dad the name of the contest.

02:20:12 - 02:20:13 | Speaker 1:

Six on Sex.

02:20:14 - 02:20:15 | Speaker 2:

What is it again?

02:20:16 - 02:20:17 | Speaker 1:

Six on Sex.

02:20:18 - 02:20:55 | Speaker 2:

Six on Sex. Oh, okay. You know what Six on Sex is, Dad? No, I don't. It's a contest where we're going to ask your daughter six questions about her sex life. and if you stay on the phone during all six of those questions she will win the concert tickets if at any time it's too much for you and you hang up the phone she loses okay go ahead are you ready yeah a little background here varissa's 18 years old right right varissa yeah varissa how old were you when you lost your virginity 18 that's not bad that's good it just

02:20:55 - 02:21:00 | Speaker 1:

happened uh no it was like my senior year of high school i'm in college now well wait a second so

02:21:00 - 02:21:24 | Speaker 2:

you but you're 18 years old you lost your virginity when you're 18 years old yeah so wait it must have just happened then like like before i like with within the last year yeah exactly okay all right all right well question number two then varissa you just lost your virginity How many partners have you had since you lost your virginity?

02:21:25 - 02:21:25 | Speaker 1:

Seven.

02:21:26 - 02:21:30 | Speaker 2:

Oh, it's been a plentiful year.

02:21:31 - 02:21:32 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

02:21:33 - 02:21:36 | Speaker 2:

Dad? Yeah. Anything you'd like to say?

02:21:38 - 02:21:38 | Unknown:

Keep going.

02:21:39 - 02:21:46 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Question number three in Six on Sex. Verissa, how often do you have sex?

02:21:49 - 02:22:01 | Speaker 1:

Like three times a week. Holy. Yeah, I thought this was going to be the most boring six on sex ever with that first answer. And I was very wrong. It's only going to get better.

02:22:01 - 02:22:49 | Speaker 2:

It's only going to get better because question number four and six on sex. If dad's still willing to let me ask this. Verissa, what is your favorite kind of foreplay? you okay dad yeah yep like question number five and six on sex uh verissa who by the way just recently uh lost her virginity within the last year verissa if you were to make a porn that would be titled after your very short sex life that you've had, what would the title be?

02:22:53 - 02:23:00 | Speaker 1:

White Girl Gone Wild. It seems to me like you put some thought into that already.

02:23:03 - 02:23:17 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Are we on question number six yet? Have we hit that question yet? Yeah. I think that this might be question number six. Verissa, Where is the last place that you had sex that wasn't a bed?

02:23:18 - 02:23:18 | Speaker 1:

In the car.

02:23:19 - 02:23:21 | Speaker 2:

In the car. When was this?

02:23:22 - 02:23:30 | Speaker 1:

Last night. Oh, my God. Dad, do I hear you laughing? Yeah.

02:23:34 - 02:23:47 | Speaker 2:

Verissa, you told us before we went on the air that your mom says that you have... No filter. You have no filter. Yeah. You've just proven it to us, and that's why you just won Six on Sex.

02:23:49 - 02:23:50 | Speaker 1:

Yay.

02:23:51 - 02:23:57 | Speaker 2:

Yay. Concert tickets for you. Dad? Yeah. Anything you'd like to say?

02:23:58 - 02:24:01 | Speaker 1:

Uh, I'm kind of at a loss of words right now.

02:24:03 - 02:24:11 | Speaker 2:

This is a great parenting moment. If you'd like to say anything to her, you can. Be safe. Be safe. Yeah.

02:24:11 - 02:24:13 | Speaker 1:

Simply put. Yeah.

02:24:16 - 02:24:59 | Speaker 2:

While I'm laughing. By the way, there's something with Marissa's phone that makes us sound like we're in her actual room with her while we're doing it. Have you noticed that? It sounded like we were actually in the room while her phone was up. Every time I would put it up, it would be like that. If you would like to be on Six on Sex, you can text SEX to 95500 and win some tickets. text sex to 95500 and you could be on a future 6 on sex 6 on 6 on sex Mojo in the morning 6 on sex alright it is the Mojo in the morning show the phone number is 844-MOJO-LIVE 844-665-65

02:25:00 - 02:25:21 | Speaker 1:

48. We'll have the dirty coming up here in just a little bit. So you talked briefly on the show and you haven't really gotten into it, but you said that you were going to be going in to have a medical procedure done. Yep. And you haven't really told, I mean, I don't even kind of know what's going on and I don't know how you want, if you want to share or not share, but

02:25:21 - 02:27:23 | Speaker 2:

you're going in to have that done on Monday. I am. Yeah. So a week from yesterday and it's one of those things where it's just been taking up so much space in my brain for the past couple of months that I am so ready to have this over with. And anybody who's ever had any kind of like little health scare knows it just weighs on you, right? Until you can get some answers. And Mike, this actually goes back to, um, it was something that you were talking about. I can't even remember that prompted me to finally go and get that mammogram. Oh, I pulled a muscle in my back. Yes. Yes. So this was like end of the summer, beginning of the fall. And so I went to get it done. Dr. Warner had been wanting me to get it done for like a year or two. I had that dang prescription in my purse. It had like expired by the time that we had that conversation. And I had to get another one. But I went to get my mammogram done. Before I even got home, they had called me for a follow-up mammogram, which they said, by the way, is very normal for a first time. So I was prepared for that. They don't know what your boobs look like. You know, they don't have anything to compare to. So that did not scare me at all. Well, that second mammogram led to an ultrasound of some enlarged lymph nodes that they saw in my underarms. And then it kind of just like has gone from there. That led to another ultrasound. And then I had a biopsy of a lymph node done. And because that biopsy showed some not so great stuff, it showed like a small subpopulation of what looks like lymphoma cells. Now I have to have a lymph node or several taken out and they're going to run a whole bunch of tests on them to rule out any sort of lymphoma in my body. So super scary.

02:27:23 - 02:27:37 | Speaker 1:

and have they talked i mean i because i i'm not a doctor uh but i don't have they talked to you about like what is the what's what is is this routine is this not routine like what what is

02:27:37 - 02:28:00 | Speaker 2:

this um i i mean i think for what they they what information they have this is this is the direction to take it okay you know and and i i really feel like and i said this before when i was kind of about having this surgery upcoming i really feel like in my gut i will be fine yeah um and because

02:28:00 - 02:28:05 | Speaker 1:

i'd be like why are you waiting till monday like why didn't we get you in now no i mean so i had

02:28:05 - 02:28:16 | Speaker 2:

had the surgery scheduled for valentine's day in fact and then the whole thing with my insurance happened and so then it got rescheduled until now and that's what also makes me feel better is nobody's in a rush to do this, right?

02:28:16 - 02:28:16 | Speaker 1:

Okay, good, all right.

02:28:17 - 02:28:45 | Speaker 2:

So I feel good about it. So I am having surgery. I'm actually having two surgeries. I have a little metal marker in my arm, and so the first surgery, they're attaching a wire to this little metal thing in my arm and then to target kind of like the exact area where they're going and then the other is to do the actual incision of whatever they want to take out. I am so nervous. I've never been put under before. Really? No. No, not even for wisdom. Like when I had my wisdom tooth out. I just did like a local

02:28:45 - 02:28:47 | Speaker 1:

Okay psycho

02:28:47 - 02:29:04 | Speaker 2:

Yeah it was psycho So I'm terrified of that Wes is going to be with me I'm also terrified of what I'm going to say To him and serves me right Because I've been through this twice with him And I made fun of him every time Is he going to film you? Because we need that

02:29:04 - 02:29:31 | Speaker 1:

To go back to this real quick For a second before you guys get all silly On this whole thing Because this is worrisome whenever you hear something like this. And people want to know. So you went in, initially had a mammogram. Then they brought you in again for another test. And then they said that they found cells that potentially they want to just be able to make sure that the cells are not cancerous.

02:29:31 - 02:29:59 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. So basically how they explained it to me is when you biopsy a lymph node and they took like six little pieces, which was not fun. by the way um and they it's like they're they're stabbing a jelly bean essentially right and so it kind of depends on what they're taking out and they they're not they don't really have like a good picture of what's going on so that's why at this point they're just going to take out you know the whole thing okay or a couple i don't know i hope it's just one

02:30:00 - 02:30:17 | Speaker 4:

all right so it doesn't sound super fun okay so now you now you can make fun of her for being right well but won't you feel bad megan if god forbid yeah make fun fun of her you know sure i understand what lymphoma is like i don't really fully understand exactly what it is there are

02:30:17 - 02:30:33 | Speaker 2:

actually a lot of different kinds of lymphoma but it's a oh did i say it wrong no no no it's it's like a blood cancer okay okay yeah it starts like lymphoma is cancer that starts in your lymph system again this is like we are hoping to rule that out do do they say to you like if you would

02:30:33 - 02:30:52 | Speaker 4:

not have gone in for a mammogram that it could get worse if they don't check it out like obviously the prayers are that it's not right anything that is cancerous uh or or to cause any kind of cancer but do they say if you don't go check this out that it can turn into something did they talk

02:30:52 - 02:31:24 | Speaker 2:

about that um they didn't really talk about it i was just really thankful my mammogram ended up being clear which was wonderful news it was just this like everyone was like you're you have has anybody ever said anything to you about your lymph nodes you have really really you have big lymph nodes um and yeah so because you've had skin cancer before removed from my leg twice yeah thank god i mean and that's why i'm so crazy about tanning beds and telling people just go to the dang dermatologist it takes 10 minutes you know and let them check your body because that's a that

02:31:24 - 02:31:54 | Speaker 1:

can be scary hey brie what's up hi i was just calling to let you know i actually uh had a little bit of a tumor removed two Fridays ago and i'm having another one removed this Thursday um it's actually not as scary the anesthesia is actually really good you'll wake up you'll feel very refreshed um they're really good about taking care of you making sure that you're not anxious so you'll be all good the one thing that does suck right now is they normally are not allowing people to go back with you um but they'll give you anxiety medication if you need it and they'll

02:31:54 - 02:32:08 | Speaker 4:

take really good care of you. Brie uh question what made you go in to get discovered that you had this these cancers to to remove? Um so actually I had my tubes removed in November

02:32:08 - 02:32:24 | Speaker 1:

um and I had a bit of a complication after that procedure where I just couldn't stop bleeding for some reason um so I went in and that's when they realized the first one um and then they removed that out of my uterus and the next one is actually my stomach i'm getting some stomach biopsies done

02:32:24 - 02:32:32 | Speaker 2:

okay yeah i had a i had a chest ct done yeah i'm just the going under part although she said it's

02:32:32 - 02:33:22 | Speaker 4:

like a big nap that is intriguing yeah yeah i went under for a colonoscopy um and going under for the colonoscopy i woke up just a little groggy but it almost feels like you have a great sleep when you do it and obviously having the surgery the heart surgery and you know and stuff yeah um but you never want to go you know that's the fear of of that you don't ever want to do that but thank god you're going to do this and you're getting checked out because you know the preventative part you know i oh for sure i've said this often that my mom had cancer pretty much everywhere and it started with breast cancer she knew she had a lump and she never told my dad who is a doctor because she feared that it was cancer and she did not want to go get checked out and she if she would have gotten checked out you know who knows what that would have done for her

02:33:22 - 02:33:43 | Speaker 2:

yeah and I mean I go back to that conversation that randomly we had on the air and that was kind of my kick in the butt to finally go get it done and while it this this really didn't have anything directly to do with my mammogram it it definitely this was what that was what kind of opened you know my eyes and their eyes to something else that was potentially going on so you might

02:33:43 - 02:34:26 | Speaker 4:

have to bring this up early in the show when we have all the nurses listen to us on that first shift as they're going in and ask them like how what's what ask them like what to wear yeah how to prepare oh cute underwear you know things like that yes well they judge you because it's funny they always ask you to put stuff in your bag and they tell you oh here put it all in the bag but I know they go through the bag to look at how bad your stuff was. And Mike, speaking of shaving, I groomed the hell out of myself before I had open heart surgery for my aneurysm. I remember you talking about this. And then they come in with a razor and start grooming me more. I'm like, am I that hairy? Look at this masterpiece I just put together for you guys. I was like so disappointed at the time.

02:34:26 - 02:34:34 | Speaker 2:

Well, I asked my surgeon if while she was in that vicinity, she could just like do a little something, something to my boobs. And she said no.

02:34:35 - 02:34:40 | Speaker 4:

What would you want to have her do? Do you think she's doing, she's checking you for potential cancer and you want her to what?

02:34:40 - 02:34:41 | Speaker 2:

I know she didn't think it was funny.

02:34:41 - 02:34:42 | Speaker 4:

Perk them up a little bit?

02:34:42 - 02:34:58 | Speaker 3:

She didn't think it was funny. Oh. Friendly reminder this morning that you are good enough. I mean, we're a bunch of idiots that just happen to have a radio show. And chances are you're funnier than we are. This is Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

02:34:58 - 02:34:59 | Speaker 4:

Shannon's going to get us caught up on.

02:35:00 - 02:35:02 | Speaker 3:

What's trending in the Dirty on the 30, Shannon?

02:35:02 - 02:35:25 | Speaker 2:

What's their shade thrown? I think the answer is a big yes. Drake sampled Kim Kardashian's voice on a new song, and fans are now saying, wait a second, this sounds like he's throwing some shade at Kanye West. The song is called Rescue Me. It features a convo that happened during a 2021 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians between Kim and Kris Jenner.

02:35:30 - 02:35:36 | Speaker 4:

I didn't come this far just to come this far And not be happy Okay

02:35:36 - 02:35:43 | Speaker 2:

I mean that's totally referencing Kanye That's what that conversation was all about right Yeah 100%

02:35:43 - 02:35:54 | Speaker 3:

I still don't understand how they're able to do that Unless she just gave it to him or gave the rights to them I'm sure she did Or he does it and asks for forgiveness later Like you know what I mean You put it out there

02:35:54 - 02:36:03 | Speaker 2:

I'm sure they got permission From E or from whomever Probably from Chris. Oh, yeah. Yeah.

02:36:03 - 02:36:04 | Unknown:

Yeah.

02:36:05 - 02:37:02 | Speaker 2:

Giddy up, Tom Brady. All of the moms who take their kids for horseback riding lessons around where he lives in Miami are going to make sure they're looking real cute from now on. I can tell you that much. Tom and his 10-year-old's daughter, Vivian, were spotted at the Winter Equestrian Festival at Wellington International in Florida over the weekend, looking at barns, looking at stalls, looking at horses. And a source tells me Tom's been taking tours of several of the stables in the Miami area, including one in Davie, Florida. Vivi is an avid horseback rider, and apparently the barn that she's at right now isn't the greatest, so he's looking to step up his game a little bit. But it's the buzz of all of the equestrian moms, apparently, that they're going to be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with Tom Brady ringside. And one person said, ooh, yay, we have another famous horse dad, and this one's way cuter. Bill Gates isn't really cutting it at the moment. I guess his daughter is, too, and he's always there.

02:37:02 - 02:37:08 | Speaker 3:

Wow, all the rich guys in there. Isn't that funny? I'm still waiting for the very first pictures of him out on a date, because when I saw that—

02:37:08 - 02:37:09 | Speaker 2:

He's been dating.

02:37:09 - 02:37:10 | Speaker 3:

Has he?

02:37:10 - 02:37:10 | Speaker 2:

We've heard that, yes.

02:37:10 - 02:37:12 | Speaker 3:

But we don't know who it is.

02:37:12 - 02:38:04 | Speaker 2:

Nope. Well, I don't know if it's one person, but he has been dating, from what we're told. Former President Donald Trump set to appear in a Manhattan courtroom this afternoon around 2.15 p.m., the first time in American history a former U.S. president has faced criminal charges. He's going to enter the lower Manhattan courthouse as a defendant. His secret service will be with him. When he gets there, he's going to be arraigned, fingerprinted. The new news this morning, we're learning he won't have to take a mugshot. He won't be handcuffed. Trump's lawyers have indicated that will not happen in this case. The former president expected to enter a plea of not guilty. And then following whatever happens this afternoon, he's going to hop back on his private jet, return to Mar-a-Lago, where word on the street is that he's going to be giving a speech around 8.15 this evening, maybe, if he's allowed.

02:38:04 - 02:38:07 | Speaker 3:

Shannon, that's fake news, and you know it.

02:38:08 - 02:38:35 | Speaker 2:

And lastly, two suspects accused of robbery after they became really, really angry over their order at a Chipotle in Columbus, Ohio. These guys demanded more cheese on their order, then cornered one employee, ripped off her hat, got into a fight with some other employees who came to help the first employee. One of the suspects even pulled out a gun over the cheese. This is from a Crime Stoppers report.

02:38:35 - 02:38:57 | Speaker 1:

Two restaurant patrons became upset over their order, demanding more cheese. The two suspects cornered one employee, ripping her hat off. And then the other employee came to the aid, and then they all began to fight. One of the suspects pulled a gun, while the other suspect repeatedly stated, shoot them, shoot them. The gun misfired. The suspects then fled the scene without the extra cheese.

02:38:57 - 02:38:57 | Speaker 2:

Cheese.

02:38:58 - 02:39:59 | Speaker 3:

By the way, people. Oh, great girl. I mean, you get it for guac, but cheese. Because you pay for the guac, right? People are crazy these days. There was a story also in the news this morning about a person that shot another person for taking their dryer at a laundromat. that that was their dryer because they were going to actually which by the way the the guy who shot him was right because if you are next to that dryer with your wet clothes you are allowed to have that dryer somebody can't come from across the room take that you have to make that point i understand is yeah i get it yeah people are crazy for all today's dirty check out the dirty page on those in the morning.com get more dirt at mojo in the morning.com mojo in the morning's Dirty on the 30. Mojo in the morning, we're going to pay your bills coming up here in just a few moments. This is actually staggering. I thought that this would be the opposite. But why would I think that men were more honest than women? But a survey says that 70% of men lied on their dating apps. What? Yeah.

02:40:00 - 02:40:43 | Speaker 1:

And that is more, by the way, that is more than 10% more than women that lie on their dating apps. If you would like to know the most popular lies, 36% of them have posted a fake photo of themselves, which is kind of funny because a friend of mine used his brother, his twin brother, as his dating profile picture because his twin brother was 45 pounds lighter than him. So that's why he used it. Um, 35% of men lie about their age and 27% of men have lied about their height. They've actually made themselves look taller than they actually are.

02:40:43 - 02:40:54 | Speaker 3:

But you're, this is my thing with these. At some point, if the relationship is going well, you're going to have to say, hey, by the way, I lied about that. And then you just look dumb.

02:40:54 - 02:40:58 | Speaker 1:

You don't even, not even if the relationship is going well, the moment they see you.

02:40:58 - 02:41:01 | Speaker 3:

Well, for the aesthetic ones, yeah, absolutely.

02:41:02 - 02:41:03 | Speaker 4:

I don't know. You could go with height for a while.

02:41:03 - 02:41:12 | Speaker 3:

But the age one, like I dated a guy who lied about his age. And then when I found out his real age, I'm like, but so then what else are you lying about? That's a big thing.

02:41:12 - 02:41:28 | Speaker 1:

I always love the people who will do the picture in kind of a weird place. Like I've, I've learned if somebody takes a picture from the, the waist up, like if they do waist up picture, then there's something, there's something going on there where they're trying to do something to hide weight alone.

02:41:29 - 02:41:31 | Speaker 2:

Some of us just feel better that way. Stop. I know that.

02:41:31 - 02:41:59 | Speaker 1:

I know that. And then the people who, and my buddy Jeff is on, uh, one of the dating sites. He, he was showing me some people, he was showing me some people that are on there. Oh yeah. Oh man. He's cleaning up. And he showed me some pictures of some of the women that are on Hinge who will put their camera up towards the mirror, but their camera is blocking them. Like you can't even see them. All you see is them holding the camera towards the mirror.

02:41:59 - 02:42:39 | Speaker 2:

Good. Have you seen these AI headshots that they're doing now? No. Okay, so you can pay, and I feel like it's not that expensive. It's like $10 or $15. And this AI generator will come up with like 50 different headshots for you to choose from. And I really don't know if it's cheating or not, but I'd love yourself. Yes. You give them a picture of your face or a couple of pictures of your face and it comes up with new like professional headshots. Wait, you need to do this because I need to see them. I kind of want to do it. So my friend Brittany did them and she posted them up on her Facebook page and they look really good. But I was like, is that lying? Because I don't think it is. I paid good money for them. That's not lying.

02:42:39 - 02:42:41 | Speaker 1:

Wait, it's just because you're paying good money for them.

02:42:41 - 02:42:55 | Speaker 2:

But do the photos look like her? Yeah. They just look like really, really nice photos. Like better her. So nothing's misleading about them. No, it looks just like her. It's just like the hair and the outfits. She didn't take those actual photos. Yeah. And the backgrounds.

02:42:56 - 02:43:02 | Speaker 4:

I've never seen it done on real photos. I've only seen it done where you look like a cartoon almost. No. It looks like actual her.

02:43:02 - 02:43:09 | Speaker 2:

Here, let's see if I can find the link and send it to you guys because it's actually impressive. All right. See, I don't think that that's bad per se.

02:43:09 - 02:43:27 | Speaker 1:

I want to know. So, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 or text 95500. The most outrageous lie that they did on their dating profile. What was the most outrageous lie that they pulled off? And it can be anybody. It doesn't have to just be on the guys that are lying.

02:44:04 - 02:44:05 | Speaker 3:

I am blown away.

02:44:05 - 02:44:08 | Speaker 1:

And this is headshots.

02:44:08 - 02:44:37 | Speaker 2:

of that was ai right that was ai she spent 17 it took two days because they were backlogged to get the results or whatever but she got hundreds of results back and she picked just a couple that she shared but i i didn't want to tell you guys about this i just wanted to do it and see if i could trick people you want to trick people with i wanted to post them and see if anybody noticed They look like she went and took them I know

I can't believe it

02:44:38 - 02:44:41 | Speaker 4:

There's one where she has an extra hand

02:44:41 - 02:44:46 | Speaker 3:

Okay except for that one But all the head shots are really good

02:44:46 - 02:44:54 | Speaker 1:

02:44:54 - 02:44:57 | Speaker 3:

02:44:57 - 02:45:23 | Speaker 1:

Alright so here's the deal i actually got this done and i want you guys to see it here wait you already did it for you Thank you. yes i already did it for me so here's my here's my original photo okay wait let me see all right that's my original photo okay wait is that you today that's me today why are you all dressed up why are you wearing a fancy shirt uh honestly how come i didn't notice this honestly because i want to look delicious.

02:45:24 - 02:45:25 | Speaker 2:

Delicious?

02:45:25 - 02:45:29 | Speaker 1:

Ready? All right. Here's my AI. Here's my AI right there.

02:45:30 - 02:45:32 | Speaker 2:

You just used a filter, you dummy. Wait.

02:45:32 - 02:45:33 | Speaker 1:

Huh? No.

02:45:33 - 02:45:34 | Speaker 2:

But it looks good.

02:45:34 - 02:45:35 | Speaker 1:

Look at how sexy I am.

02:45:35 - 02:45:37 | Speaker 2:

You just made yourself tan. It looks good.

02:45:37 - 02:45:41 | Speaker 1:

No, look how sexy. Look, I even, look at, hold on. I got the before and afters, too. Look at that.

02:45:42 - 02:45:42 | Speaker 2:

What'd you do?

02:45:43 - 02:45:59 | Speaker 1:

Right, huh? What's that? I got it right there. It looks like you combined two faces. Huh? Wait, that's my face. What are you talking about? No, it looks. It's different. I don't know the difference. I'm trying to figure out the difference there. You don't know the difference of how attractive I am? Look how good looking I am.

02:45:59 - 02:46:01 | Speaker 2:

Will you spray tan though for real? Yeah, wait.

02:46:01 - 02:46:02 | Speaker 1:

I will, yes.

02:46:02 - 02:46:03 | Speaker 2:

My girl Michelle will do it.

02:46:03 - 02:46:08 | Speaker 1:

As long as I can do what Shannon does. Your eyes look what? And she gets in between your butt cracks like she's talked about before. She does.

02:46:08 - 02:46:10 | Speaker 2:

She says bend over and spread them.

02:46:10 - 02:46:16 | Speaker 1:

Phoenix, go ahead. What were you going to say before I talk to you, Phoenix? Phoenix, hang on one second, okay? What were you going to say, Shannon?

02:46:16 - 02:46:17 | Speaker 2:

What did you do?

02:46:18 - 02:46:23 | Speaker 1:

I actually sent it to Misfit Victor and told him to touch me up a little bit. And Mr. Victor did that.

02:46:23 - 02:46:28 | Speaker 2:

Wait, that's a great photo. Doesn't that good? You should be changing some profile pictures.

02:46:28 - 02:47:18 | Speaker 1:

You know why I did that? Because yesterday, all the news stories about me, they chose every fat photo of myself. Now, listen, I know the story was about Spike, and I'm happy that they chose great photos of Spike. But I didn't look so great when Spike looked so great. Now I don't look so great. Oh, you have to say it. They wrote it to Detroit personality. I look better than I did. And every single photo they chose of me looked like I was dog crap. And I don't know who gave them the editorial ability to be able to choose my bad photos, but at least choose, like, a better photo of myself. And I know the story was definitely, you know, not about me. It was about Spike. But please, pick a better photo. Thank you. Phoenix, now back to you. We're talking about people lying in their dating profiles. What did you catch somebody doing?

02:47:19 - 02:47:52 | Speaker 2:

um so he told me that he was a cop that that worked down the street from where i lived and um so i don't know how he knew where i lived but that was weird um and he he never mentioned that he wasn't a cop so i'm not sure about that or not but he actually came out um while we were planning on making plans to go out or whenever he came out and said he's not who he said he was and that he was a guy that used to...

02:47:52 - 02:48:01 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, so he lied about his story. I mean, this guy's a criminal. We're talking about not-so-criminal, just lying about your picture or your height.

02:48:03 - 02:48:10 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, well, he pretended to be a cop, and then he was actually a guy who used to ride my bus in school, but he was, like, way older than me.

02:48:11 - 02:48:11 | Speaker 1:

Oh, wow.

02:48:11 - 02:48:13 | Speaker 2:

So that was even more weird.

02:48:14 - 02:48:14 | Speaker 1:

That's crazy.

02:48:14 - 02:48:20 | Speaker 2:

Can't you get in huge trouble for impersonating a cop, by the way? People face jail time for it.

02:48:21 - 02:48:38 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't know if on a date you can get in trouble for doing it, but I know you can get in trouble if you actually try to, like, arrest somebody or pull somebody over. Remember that there was the guy that pretended to be in the Marines? Yeah, to get dates. And on second date update, we actually busted his ass. Yeah. What's up, Jay?

02:48:39 - 02:48:41 | Speaker 2:

Hi. Good morning, guys. Good morning.

02:48:41 - 02:48:53 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. We're talking about this. By the way, Jay, I'm looking at my beautiful self right now in this generated photo that was done for me. I'm good looking. Oh, hold on. I got one. Wait, real quick, Jay, before you speak.

02:48:53 - 02:48:54 | Speaker 2:

He's doing more?

02:48:54 - 02:48:57 | Speaker 1:

I got one. He just did one of Megan. Megan, you want to see yours?

02:48:58 - 02:48:59 | Speaker 2:

Honestly, no.

02:49:00 - 02:49:04 | Speaker 1:

All right. You don't want to see it. Then everybody else look at it. Megan, don't look at it.

02:49:08 - 02:49:08 | Speaker 2:

Wow.

02:49:09 - 02:49:09 | Speaker 1:

Megan?

02:49:10 - 02:49:11 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God.

02:49:11 - 02:49:12 | Speaker 1:

Are you not looking at it?

02:49:13 - 02:49:15 | Speaker 2:

No. Hard pass.

02:49:15 - 02:49:16 | Speaker 1:

Megan? Did you see it?

02:49:17 - 02:49:28 | Speaker 2:

No. Go look at it. Go look at it. Megan, go look at it. Go look at it, Megan. Ew, I look like a sex doll. Oh. It looks like a pageant photo. Oh, God, yeah.

02:49:28 - 02:49:31 | Speaker 1:

Yes, you do. You are a sex doll, Megan.

02:49:32 - 02:49:35 | Speaker 2:

Don't ever, ever say that again.

02:49:36 - 02:49:40 | Speaker 1:

Look how beautiful you are there in that picture. Victor, do more. Get more.

02:49:40 - 02:49:42 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Megan. I love you.

02:49:42 - 02:49:45 | Speaker 1:

Jay, I'm sorry. Going back to you, Jay. How you doing?

02:49:45 - 02:49:46 | Speaker 2:

I'm good. How are you guys?

02:49:47 - 02:49:50 | Speaker 1:

We're doing all right. We're talking about people who lie in their dating profiles.

02:49:50 - 02:50:37 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, so I met this guy on a dating app, and we were talking for quite a while, and he said that he was around my age. he said that he like sold cars at a car dealership he told me he drove a really really nice car and then um he also in his profile he said that he was 6'1 and this is what how it all started when i first met him he was shorter than me and i'm 5'3 so we went on this date and i'm asking questions and stuff turns out that he was way older than he said he was he did not work at a car dealership He worked at, like, a kitchen as, like, the dishwasher. And that nice car that he said he drove and all that, he didn't even have a car. He had no car. Oh, gosh.

02:50:37 - 02:50:48 | Speaker 1:

Jeez. So what's the lie that bothers you the most? Is it the fact that the guy's, you know, not able to get transportation or that he lied about his height and all the rest of that stuff?

02:50:49 - 02:50:52 | Speaker 2:

Honestly, either the age or the job.

02:50:53 - 02:51:27 | Speaker 1:

So you be proud, Short King. So wait, so when you lie about your age, because I've had friends of mine that lied about their age and had to make themselves be older in the lies. Like they've actually had, because they were trying to be a little bit more mature. Is that a bad lie? Like if somebody that's like 40 years old finds out that the guy that is now dating them is only like 29. Does that bother you as much as if you found out that the guy who says he's 50 years old was actually 40 years old?

02:51:28 - 02:51:34 | Speaker 2:

I think starting off any kind of relationship with a lie is just bad news. It's just a big red flag.

02:51:35 - 02:51:42 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I know. But still, there's some lies I'm okay with. I'm all right with them. Yeah, I'll surpass certain lies.

02:51:43 - 02:51:47 | Speaker 3:

We are totally going to see this picture pop up as my profile today, by the way.

02:51:47 - 02:52:00 | Speaker 1:

Like if they lie and say that they actually, you know, reached orgasm, I'm fine with that lie. You keep with that lie. Victor, where's more? I want more of these things. Why are you not working harder at this? KP just said.

02:52:01 - 02:52:02 | Speaker 2:

Probably because he's at work.

02:52:03 - 02:52:04 | Speaker 1:

Do you think he's doing this at work?

02:52:04 - 02:52:09 | Speaker 2:

When has that ever stopped him before? Trill. He's quicker at editing than me sometimes. He's good.

02:52:10 - 02:52:13 | Speaker 1:

And I think, honestly, Megan, that was a very beautiful photo. Victor.

02:52:13 - 02:52:16 | Speaker 2:

I was shocked. I really expected something else from him.

02:52:16 - 02:52:17 | Speaker 1:

Are you driving right now?

02:52:19 - 02:52:22 | Speaker 3:

No, that is the legal answer. No, I'm not driving.

02:52:22 - 02:52:24 | Speaker 1:

How did you do this while you're driving?

02:52:25 - 02:52:30 | Speaker 3:

I stopped. I stopped at it. I left my chiropractor in Portland to a parking lot.

02:52:30 - 02:52:40 | Speaker 1:

So speaking of lies, we're okay with. So we need one for Shannon, one for Mike, one for KP, one for Lydia. Can you do that for us?

02:52:41 - 02:52:46 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, absolutely. That's the thing. Just send me a headshot or a picture.

02:52:46 - 02:52:52 | Speaker 1:

And you'll do that. Megan doesn't like her photo because she doesn't like you. I know.

02:52:53 - 02:52:58 | Speaker 2:

No, no, no, no. I didn't want to look at the photo because I don't trust him.

02:52:58 - 02:53:02 | Speaker 3:

Doesn't Megan look like, she would be like, and I mean this in a good way, a Kardashian?

02:53:03 - 02:53:06 | Speaker 1:

It's kind of, yeah, it's kind of like Khloe Kardashian-esque.

02:53:07 - 02:53:11 | Speaker 3:

Oh, she's my favorite. Khloe Kardashian. I think she looks better than Khloe Kardashian.

02:53:11 - 02:53:27 | Speaker 1:

Oh, wait a second. See that? You know who she looks like to me? She looks like, God, what the hell is that? Who? She looks like an actress. Like somebody, I don't know. Or how about this one? She looks Meghan Markle-ish.

02:53:27 - 02:53:31 | Speaker 3:

No. She looks like a young Catherine Zeta-Jones.

02:53:32 - 02:53:43 | Speaker 1:

Okay. That's kind of random, but no, that's good. That's good. I don't know. All right. So we're going to do AI. Is that what you're using or what are you using? Do you want to tell us?

02:53:43 - 02:54:13 | Speaker 3:

It's called, what is it? a face app or something like that you gotta pay for it but uh why why do you have it you can see all my pictures are filtered no i i got it to uh to mess with uh people's pictures like on our fantasy football league i took every guy's photo and you can make him into a female so i said hey if these guys were females who would you who would how many beers would it take for you to pick up with this person.

02:54:14 - 02:54:14 | Speaker 1:

Great.

02:54:14 - 02:54:19 | Speaker 3:

So, yeah, that's a cool thing. I can change people's genders. Mike, I can add hair.

02:54:19 - 02:54:21 | Speaker 1:

Oh, thank you. Yes.

02:54:21 - 02:54:28 | Speaker 3:

Oh, wow. Stuff like that. Please do it. It's a great app. All right. Send me some photos. All right, we'll send you everybody's photos.

02:54:28 - 02:54:33 | Speaker 2:

This app just taught me I'm doing my makeup wrong. And you need some fake teeth.

845-844-665-6548, Texas 95500. So do you feel guilty when you're doing this?

02:55:12 - 02:56:37 | Speaker 1:

Why is it that I feel guilty doing a very normal thing that people do kind of frequently? I don't know why. I have the weirdest anxieties. And yesterday, it happened. And again, I had to return some clothes that I had bought my fiancee, Wes, to a store. I get the worst anxiety when I have to do that. Do you guys? Oh, yeah. I don't know. And lately, I feel like what I've been doing is I'll order some stuff online, okay? And if it doesn't fit or if it's ugly or whatever, I will return it, you know, to the store instead of shipping it back. And so I had, I've been letting these returns like pile up. So yesterday I made myself go to the mall and do all of the returns. So one of the stores that I walked into, I, I mean, I felt guilty as soon as you, as soon as I have to walk in and I'm not browsing or looking at anything and I had right to the registers, um, I start to get that feeling and adding insult to injury with this particular story yesterday. And they were both so sweet. both of the people behind the counter behind the cash registers were huge fans of the show oh geez then it's even worse so then i'm like and now they're judging me for returning all of this stuff and then i couldn't find the receipt for one of the purchases i'm like great now they think i stole it and i'm trying to return it and make some money i don't know why i get like this it's so

02:56:37 - 02:57:15 | Speaker 3:

stupid you know when i feel guilty i feel guilty if i bought it and i know that the person at that store gets a commission on it and I know it comes out of their check I never knew this and I think I might have even talked about it before on the show I never knew that at Nordstrom's like the person that sells it to you they will have money taken back from them if you return that thing no yeah that's what everybody has told me yeah and so I always feel bad this was not one of those stores but yes it's true so what I end up so what I end up doing is I'll end up you know kind of going oh crap well maybe i'll wait like a pay period for them because i don't know if it actually

02:57:15 - 02:57:33 | Speaker 1:

doesn't matter so my girlfriend kelly used to work at i'm trying to think i think she worked at sacks which is like a very fancy store um but she worked there for a couple of years and there would be times that she got a paycheck of zero dollars because people would come back and return so much and it just killed her she had to stop working there i don't know if that's still the policy

02:57:33 - 02:57:57 | Speaker 3:

this was several years ago that they would do that but so the other thing too is i agree with on when you're bringing it back except for when it's an online order if it's an online order then you know it's fair game because nobody knows who the heck fulfilled it but if i bought at any of the stores and i don't know what their policy is at all i feel like they're judging me yeah and i also feel like they are looking at me like i wore it and i'm now returning it yeah same i always

02:57:57 - 02:58:13 | Speaker 4:

think sorry mike i always think that they think that yeah that i wore it and wore it for like an extended period of time and then brought it back and like this is a consistent thing that i do Like, they always just assume that that's my thing is I go bring clothes and then I bring it back all the time. You know what's really bad?

02:58:14 - 02:58:25 | Speaker 1:

Target makes you give your driver's license now. Do they really? What for? What do they do that for? I don't know. If you work at Target, please tell me. I stick my little red card in there to get, you know, to get the money put back on there. But then they ask to see your driver's license.

02:58:25 - 02:58:27 | Speaker 3:

Maybe they're having a lot of theft. Who knows? Hmm.

02:58:28 - 02:58:28 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

02:58:28 - 02:58:31 | Speaker 3:

I don't know. Where do you get feel guilty, Megan, when you're doing this?

02:58:31 - 02:58:37 | Speaker 2:

No, what's cruddy is when you buy online and you return to a store, it counts against that store.

02:58:37 - 02:58:38 | Speaker 3:

Oh, great.

02:58:38 - 02:58:45 | Speaker 2:

Make me feel worse. So the positive of the sale is not to them, but they get hit with the negative of the return.

02:58:45 - 02:58:46 | Speaker 3:

Isn't that crazy?

02:58:46 - 02:58:54 | Speaker 2:

So when I worked at a clothing store, and people would order online all the time and then return to us, and it would count negatively against us.

02:58:54 - 02:59:01 | Speaker 3:

I would have thought that they would have liked to have my size in, like to be like, oh, good. I get another 2X in here. You know what I mean? Like I'll hang it on the rack. But what's up, Natalie?

02:59:01 - 02:59:29 | Speaker 5:

yeah so i did a return to zara on friday and the guy's like oh why are you returning this stuff and i said oh it just didn't look good on me so as he's doing the return he's like oh i bet this looked good on you and then and they're like you know like some are like going out tops and he kept going oh yeah i bet somebody would like this one on you a little creepy yeah wow yeah oh my gosh

02:59:29 - 02:59:35 | Speaker 3:

Wait, do you think he was doing that just to flirt with you or to try to get you to keep that particular thing?

02:59:35 - 02:59:39 | Speaker 5:

No, I think he was flirting. I think he was flirting. Yeah, it was gross.

02:59:39 - 02:59:50 | Speaker 3:

Do you ever feel, honestly, Natalie, do you ever feel like when you're going in for a return and you're bringing it in without the receipt, do you feel like they look at you like you're a thief?

02:59:51 - 02:59:55 | Speaker 5:

Oh, 100%. 100%. I hate doing returns.

02:59:55 - 03:00:07 | Speaker 3:

Even though those stores put those little stickers on it that makes it go, okay, this is where they bought it. or I know you bought it. And the stuff that gets shipped to you doesn't necessarily have a receipt with it. It always has just a shipping receipt, right?

03:00:07 - 03:00:09 | Speaker 4:

But I keep the email and stuff.

03:00:09 - 03:00:17 | Speaker 3:

Yes, and that's what you show them. Do you guys always go over the top to explain to them, too, that you don't have the receipt and I didn't steal this? Yes, I was sweating.

03:00:17 - 03:00:24 | Speaker 4:

The poor girl yesterday was helping me. I kept apologizing with every item that I was spending back out there. And I walked out of that store. I was wet. I was sweat.

03:00:24 - 03:00:35 | Speaker 3:

Hey. Clarification. Hey, now. Why? It's so stupid. what's up mark hey how you guys doing we're good what's going on you have the explanation on why

03:00:35 - 03:01:09 | Speaker 2:

target's asking shannon for her driver's license yeah so uh my wife and i we've had two kids and during uh some of the gifts that we've gotten they kept asking for her id they actually won't let her take returns back anymore to target why i guess we did too many maybe they have like a limit, but I think that's connected to the ID because every time you ask for the ID, we'd use hers and then they'd say, hey, yeah. They literally wouldn't take returns back. Oh, crap. Whether we got it as a gift from online, on store, so... Are you banned from...

03:01:09 - 03:01:12 | Speaker 3:

Is it just that target or is it all the targets?

03:01:13 - 03:01:22 | Speaker 2:

Well, we've only tried one, so maybe that's the loophole, but... That's crazy. That's my thinking behind asking for the IDs. Interesting.

03:01:22 - 03:01:31 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. By the way, the girl who helped me yesterday just texted in and i love you too thank you for saying i can come back by the way the uh

03:01:31 - 03:02:02 | Speaker 3:

the guy that i returned something to the other day that tried to say to me i bet you look good in the thing and when i told him that i don't that i look like a human sausage um he said but i like sausage it was literally the guy that the guy's comment that he made it was at dicks i swear to you so at dicks i brought in i brought back a an under armor sweatshirt and the guy said i bet you look good in this thing and i you know and i said no i looked like a human sausage he goes i like sausage um i think i'd walk out of that happy yeah thank you yeah i almost kept it i believe it

03:02:02 - 03:02:09 | Speaker 1:

around mojo's not fat he's just easier to see this is mojo in the morning mojo in the morning's top

03:02:09 - 03:04:01 | Speaker 3:

trending stories all right uh top turning stories uh we're gonna give away another chance to go party with kp on thursday for opening day the tigers if you would like to go 844 mojo live 844-665-6548. KP from our show is going to be at the Detroit Home Opener Festival, which is happening at the Madison Avenue Festival grounds. You can get tickets by going to DetroitHomeOpener.com. Be part of the home opener party when the Tigers take on the Boston Red Sox or win them from us. 844-MOJO-LIVE. 844-665-6548. I've got a couple of stories that I wanted to bring up, and then we will get out of here for today. This story was trending. This is one that we didn't do in the dirty earlier this morning, but I want to bring it up right now. Did you see that NCAA women's March Madness national champion, LSU, they won the national championship. They beat Iowa in the game on Sunday. they're upset right now or at least their star of their team angel reese is upset with the first lady jill biden because first lady biden dr biden sent an invitation out to the team that lsu beat the iowa hawkeyes to come also to the white house when lsu gets to come to the white house and reese was not happy about that reese said that they've uh she figured that that was like a slap in the the face because it's normally just whomever wins yeah yeah she wrote on twitter a joke with a picture of dr biden there there was a lot of controversy to the iowa hawkeyes superstar that that played for them uh what was that uh that girl's name that scored like 40 some points

03:04:01 - 03:04:06 | Speaker 4:

caitlin caitlin something yeah so there's a lot of clark yeah there's a lot of there's a lot of

03:04:06 - 03:04:29 | Speaker 3:

controversy because Reese Angel Reese actually did the whole John Cena face thing right to her when they won that game and now she feels like she's being slighted with that one do you guys think that this is one of those everybody gets a a medal type of a situation where Dr. Biden is doing that because it really is only supposed to be for the yeah and I mean if that's tradition

03:04:29 - 03:04:35 | Speaker 4:

I think that's the way it should stay did she explain why she invited them both uh so here's

03:04:35 - 03:05:01 | Speaker 3:

what happened. Biden said Monday that she wishes that she would like to invite both LSU and the Iowa Hawkeyes. She says, I know that we'll have the champions come through the White House. We always do. And she hopes that LSU will come. But she says, I'm going to tell Joe that I think that Iowa should come too because they are such a good team and that was such a good game. Now, I get it. But I think that's a typical...

03:05:00 - 03:05:25 | Speaker 1:

mom thing to do right like everybody gets something you know we all get something but um all right this next story is a wild one too and it also deals with sports did you hear the story about the la dodgers fan who was trying to propose during opening day at the dodgers game went on to the field to do the proposal and then got just mauled by the security guards

03:05:25 - 03:05:30 | Speaker 2:

at Dodger Stadium. Oh, so this was not planned. No. I heard about this story. I didn't realize

03:05:30 - 03:06:28 | Speaker 1:

he didn't plan or get, you know, get an okay to do it. Ricardo Juarez cannot attend a Dodgers game now. He's been banned for over a year after his proposal gone wrong. And I'll play you some of the video. What you guys won't see is the tackle, but you'll know when the tackle happens by listening to the the video you hear that so he's down on one knee and everybody's like oh my god look at this he's proposing to his girl that's oh in uh in the stands and the security guard just took him out uh he was on uh he was on that one knee and had to get taken to the hospital because they think that the security guard might have caused a knee injury for the guy oh my god well

03:06:28 - 03:06:33 | Speaker 2:

he'll get to propose now there stop going on the field but see that's interesting though because

03:06:33 - 03:07:06 | Speaker 1:

here's a guy like if this guy was just out on the streets and got you know tackled by law enforcement they would probably take the law enforcement and be upset with them for the the excessive force But if you're on a field, that security company that deals with the sporting event, man, they can just pretty much do whatever they want to you. Are you guys people that like to eat raw cookie dough? Yes. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are warning consumers to stop eating raw cookie dough after a national salmonella outbreak hospitalizes three people.

03:07:07 - 03:07:09 | Speaker 2:

Three? Yes. Oh, I'm going to take that bet.

03:07:09 - 03:08:15 | Speaker 1:

The agency reported that raw, unbaked flour used in many of these cooking goods, like the cookie dough, is contaminated with salmonella germs. The current outbreak has caused 12 reported illnesses. 11 states have officially announced that this is a major problem. And here are the top 10 foods that cause the most food poisoning. You ready for this? bagged salad or leafy greens that people don't wash they say even if it says on the thing that it's already pre-washed you still gotta wash it you still gotta wash it they say it's been linked to 50 different recalls since 2017 deli meats in cheeses number two ground beef onions number four turkey number five chicken number six papayas number seven peaches number eight cantaloupes number nine and flour number

03:08:15 - 03:08:17 | Speaker 2:

ten. Flour one's so

03:08:17 - 03:08:23 | Speaker 1:

random to me. Isn't it? Yeah. I think that you would think that the powdery flour would not have an issue. Just because it's not just like a fresh

03:08:23 - 03:08:24 | Speaker 2:

yeah. Yeah.

03:08:25 - 03:09:49 | Speaker 1:

And one last news, a bit of news as far as keeping yourself healthy dentists are saying if you brush your teeth in the shower you are risking your life they say that there are three things that could happen to you by brushing your teeth in the shower number one the high heat and steam aren't good for the longevity of your toothbrush which causes you not to actually get a good enough brush exposes you to more bacteria being inside of the shower at the time that you're brushing because they say that there's bacteria in your shower probably from an unclean shower and they said that there's possibilities that that toothbrush is being left in the shower and somebody's probably doing something with it they shouldn't be doing but don't be brushing your teeth in the shower zach are you there i am zach you're a winner congratulations you are going to go opening day to the biggest opening day pre-parties with our very own kp as your host so much fun okay thank you say hello to kp hello kp hey see you there zach see you there yeah make sure that you show out there okay make sure that you have some fun this thursday the big opening day celebration for the tigers the weather looks like it's gonna be great the tent the the beverages all the rest of that stuff did they give you uh a bar tab for this thing? 03:10:03 - 03:10:07 | Speaker 2:

You know what? My trick is to just go up to somebody and just wink. Hold on a second.

03:10:07 - 03:10:54 | Speaker 5:

If you missed any portion of today's show, including, I think it's really important, listen to the first break of the morning because the first break of the morning was interesting because we were discussing some of the comments that have been made about, you know, all of us here still after what happened yesterday and the big news about Spike, but then we talked about why is it that we hold people we don't know's comments more sacred than our friends, family members, and people closer to us? You're still in circle two. You'll understand what that means if you listen. Yes, go check that out because Shannon has put me into a bubble that I cannot

03:10:54 - 03:10:58 | Speaker 6:
