We'll be right back.

00:03:14 - 00:03:50 | Speaker 5:

All right, Mojo in the morning. KP is our producer. For those that don't know who she is, KP, she grew up in the area here. She lives with her grandparents. Her grandma and grandpa, they winter in Florida, summer in Michigan, and she gets the house to herself during the wintertime, and they're going to be home soon. But then, realistically, KP, you're never alone at home because guess what they have at their home?

00:03:50 - 00:04:51 | Speaker 7:

They have cameras in every crevice, in every corner of this house. Watching the granddaughter. So on the inside, why? Well, they have it unarmed on the inside for my quote-unquote privacy. So I still am not going to walk around in my negligee. You have lived with your grandparents way too long. but um no so i uh it's so funny though my grandma is adorable and i've been getting quite a bit of amazon packages and she keeps the outside cameras on sure and i feel like she watches these cameras like a guard dog like she does she get a notification every time there's movement or something there's a leaf blows she's like and the other day i was getting an amazon package and um my grandma is starts frantically calling me she's like kristen kristen lock your door that's my name by the way she doesn't call me kp um oh wait i've said to you i want to call you

00:04:51 - 00:04:55 | Speaker 5:

kristen on the show and you said no you like kp better but yet your grandma gets to call you

00:04:55 - 00:04:56 | Speaker 7:

not in that ring that circle yet

00:05:00 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 4:

Wow.

00:05:00 - 00:05:01 | Speaker 2:

I'm working my way towards it.

00:05:02 - 00:06:02 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, so she calls me. She's like, Kristen, I've locked your doors. There's a man. There's a man at the front door. And I'm like, Graham, Graham, Graham, Graham. It's like, all right, all right, I'll go. I'll lock my doors. And I will look at the camera, take a look. And she's like, he's stealing your packages. He's stealing. There's a pile. And he's stealing. And I'm like, OK, OK, I'll look. and i look at my camera and the recordings and i'm like oh my goodness that's me no she thought you were doing i don't know i was wearing like this outfit i always wear a hat like everywhere i go i've got a hat on i looked like kind of hunched i don't know what's going on with me right now but i like i looked like death to be honest i look like like not to say men look like death but like i looked like so it's that's interesting because there have been a couple

00:06:02 - 00:06:14 | Speaker 2:

of times where you have said things on the radio that some people have mistaken for your voice being so deep that they thought you were a guy in your with your voice the way your voice sounds

00:06:14 - 00:06:26 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it's already hard enough that I have that, and then seeing myself look like a man does not help with my confidence at all. Well, I don't know. I need to get over it.

00:06:26 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 2:

But I bet you that this happens, though, to a lot of people vocally, more so than probably looks-wise.

00:06:33 - 00:06:37 | Speaker 3:

I get it. Yeah. I get it sometimes where people will say, you know, call me sir.

00:06:37 - 00:06:47 | Speaker 4:

And it's funny, though, whenever I'm stressed or going through something and you don't put on makeup, I don't at least put on makeup when I'm short on time and whatnot.

00:06:48 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 3:

Did you have your hair tucked into your hat? I had my hair in a bun, like a bun behind my head.

00:06:52 - 00:07:06 | Speaker 4:

And this happens in the studio sometimes, like even Mojo, you'll look at me and you'll go, KP, did you not get enough sleep last night? Well, listen. Oh, no. I just don't have my face on. I'm sorry.

00:07:07 - 00:07:17 | Speaker 2:

No, it wasn't. Honestly, you better answer that honestly because now you're going to throw me under the bus with everybody else. You actually did say you did not get enough sleep. You were tired.

00:07:18 - 00:07:18 | Speaker 4:

That's every night.

00:07:19 - 00:07:30 | Speaker 2:

Well, I understand that. Because I've been getting on her about I need her to go to sleep a little earlier because sometimes she does stay up a little early. Oh, that's different. It's okay.

00:07:30 - 00:07:32 | Speaker 4:

Moja does give me lots of compliments. That's right.

00:07:34 - 00:07:36 | Speaker 2:

You're the greatest sounding guy I've ever heard. Thank you.

00:07:37 - 00:07:40 | Speaker 4:

Thank you very much, Mojo.

00:07:42 - 00:08:12 | Speaker 2:

I have actually had it where I've mistaken somebody because I've done the thing, and I don't know if anybody's ever done this before, where you're driving down the street and off in the distance, you'll see somebody walking, and you always go, oh, I wonder if that person's, you know, they look attractive. They got nice, gorgeous, long, blonde hair, and I love blondes, you know, hence my wife, Chelsea. and I'm driving, I'm driving, I'm driving and then I look and it looks like Kid Rock. It's like a dude walking down and his hair is like flowing in the wind

00:08:12 - 00:08:14 | Speaker 5:

and I'm like, wow!

00:08:16 - 00:08:38 | Speaker 2:

I got caught on that one. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. All right, I want to ask this question because vocally I think this would be funny. Who listening to the show has had what has happened to KP and happened to Shannon, happened to them? Where people have called you sir, but yet you are a woman.

00:08:38 - 00:08:39 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:08:39 - 00:08:40 | Speaker 2:

You are a female.

00:08:40 - 00:08:44 | Speaker 3:

Or vice versa, by the way. Or, yeah. Because there are men who have higher-pitched voices. Sure.

00:08:45 - 00:09:02 | Speaker 2:

I feel seen, finally. Thank you. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I always love when Spike would do the phone scams and they would do that. Where the person would go, thank you, ma'am.

00:09:02 - 00:09:33 | Speaker 4:

brought back some laughs this happened to a friend of mine too uh when i lived in the sorority house at oakland this friend of ours was staying the night on the couch and we had no idea that it was her and all of the roommates were commenting on the group chat saying who was the man sleeping on the couch and it was literally our friend and it was the funniest thing ever because she woke up to these chats like guys it's just me and i'm not a guy um mojo in the morning show 844 mojo live

00:09:33 - 00:09:42 | Speaker 2:

hello good morning oh i gotta pick up uh this line right here that one d diana yes how you doing

00:09:42 - 00:09:48 | Speaker 1:

hey good thank you uh good morning uh first time caller long time listener Good morning.

00:09:49 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 2:

Love you for that. So you're calling for the topic of sounding like a sir.

00:09:57 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 1:

Well, actually, kind of, yeah, kind of to piggyback.

00:10:00 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 7:

on that my husband had a friend uh don who had beautiful gorgeous blonde hair they were driving in a pickup truck and they had the windows down the hair was his hair was billowing out the window my husband said he could see this guy next to him trying to catch him wanted to check him out so my husband slowed down and let him and when he got up there and done turned he had you know facial hair beard by the way was that me

00:10:27 - 00:10:41 | Speaker 3:

don is the most beautiful man in the world i just want you to know that uh what's going on christine hi good morning mojo good morning what's up

00:10:41 - 00:11:36 | Speaker 8:

so um i had um my sex on my driver's license said i was a man for over 20 years wait what Explain this. So I didn't know it, and I never realized it, because who looks at the sex on their driver's license, right? Right, right. And it wasn't until the newer ones came out about 10 years ago when they revamped them that I had to update my driver's license, and I was going out someplace, and they took my driver's license, and they were like, you know, your driver's license says you're a man. And I went, what? And I looked, and lo and behold, it says that. So I went back to the Secretary of State's office, and they were like, we don't change that. We only change that when you change your name. I changed my name from my maiden name to my first married name in 94. This was like 2009. Oh, my gosh.

00:11:36 - 00:11:38 | Speaker 3:

Wait, so did you mistakenly check a wrong box?

00:11:40 - 00:11:50 | Speaker 8:

No. So the only time they told me that the only time that that box becomes available for them to do anything is, is when you change your name.

00:11:50 - 00:11:51 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay.

00:11:51 - 00:11:53 | Speaker 8:

So there was a mix-up somewhere.

00:11:53 - 00:11:57 | Speaker 3:

So there was a mix-up, and they screwed the whole thing up. Okay. Dan, what's happening?

00:11:58 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 6:

Hey, I was at Home Depot the other day, and I had to get some trim pieces for my office. And I This lady I was having trouble with the tape measure Cutting the trim and she walked up And grabbed her This person walked up and grabbed it And held it up and I was like Cut the board I'm like thanks dude And she didn't even turn around She's like I'm not a dude I'm a chick

00:12:23 - 00:12:26 | Speaker 3:

Oh no What

00:12:26 - 00:12:41 | Speaker 6:

Never even turned around And then I'm checking out and she's coming in With two other guys And she was talking to the guys They met her at the door and they're coming in She was like yeah and then this guy thought I was a dude And I was like ah yeah that was me

00:12:41 - 00:12:45 | Speaker 3:

Oh you at least owned up to it though To her that's nice What's up Joe?

00:12:46 - 00:12:46 | Speaker 5:

Hello

00:12:46 - 00:12:47 | Speaker 3:

Hi what's going on?

00:12:48 - 00:13:11 | Speaker 5:

So when I was in high school I was a late bloomer so I had a really high pitched voice And I worked at Taco Bell Drive Thru and every time someone Would come up They would say I would say hello welcome to Taco Bell may I take your order and they would say, yes, ma'am, I would like this, this, and that, right? It happened all the time, and it didn't even bother me until my manager started calling me Josephine.

00:13:11 - 00:13:12 | Speaker 4:

Oh, no.

00:13:13 - 00:13:19 | Speaker 3:

No. Hi, Jane. How you doing?

00:13:20 - 00:14:02 | Speaker 9:

I'm good. So I was walking out of a restaurant, and I had really short hair at the time, and as I walked out the door, I slipped and fell, and a gentleman behind me grabbed me around by the chest so he's holding on to my breast and says oh i'm so sorry sir let me help you up as he's grabbing my chest i turned to look at him and he's like oh my god i'm so sorry man and he proceeds to drop me on the floor because he realized oh god yeah my husband turns around and is like why is this man holding you up by the And I'm kind of like, I just fell. And then I fell again. It was wonderful.

00:14:02 - 00:14:10 | Speaker 3:

Oh, no. Oh, God. This mojo in the morning is back in the day. Let's go back in the day. What year did this stuff happen?

00:14:11 - 00:14:23 | Speaker 2:

All right, you tell me the year. I'm going to hook you up with a pair of tickets to see Adam Sandler at Little Caesars Arena. This was the year that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry debuted their relationship.

00:14:23 - 00:14:41 | Speaker 1:

Inside, Megan breaks her silence about being thrown in the spotlight when she started dating her royal beau. Quote, right out the gate, it was surprising the way things changed, but I still have this support system all around me and, of course, my boyfriend's support.

00:14:41 - 00:14:51 | Speaker 2:

Remember the debacle of the fire festival created by Ja Rule? It failed as many fans were left stranded in the Bahamas airport upon the festival's abrupt cancellation this year.

00:14:51 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 3:

Nightmare in paradise there was no music they were put into disaster relief tent people started to have breakdowns people started to have panic attacks no idea what they were doing

00:15:00 - 00:15:18 | Speaker 1:

And I love this song so much. Sorry, Not Sorry by Demi Lovato was on the top of the charts. Tell us what year all of those things happened. And again, we'll hook you up with tickets to see Adam Sandler, 844-MOJO-LIVE. That's 844-665-6548. Good luck.

00:15:20 - 00:15:22 | Speaker 2:

Don't tell your mother.

00:15:22 - 00:15:31 | Speaker 3:

Prove what a big brain you have. Tell us when that stuff happened. Call us at 844-MOJO-LIVE to tell us. 844-665-6548.

00:15:37 - 00:16:41 | Speaker 1:

What year was it? Donnie, do you have the answer for me? Hi, Donnie. Where's Donnie? Where's Donnie? Donnie. Good morning, Donnie. I think it's the Donnie that calls us every morning, too. 00:17:00 - 00:17:02 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:17:03 - 00:18:30 | Speaker 1:

So it was the interview that we've kind of been previewing for you all week. Jeremy Renner sitting down with ABC's Diane Sawyer. And in addition to the interview, he also released some photos of that gruesome snowplow accident. You can see him on the Dirty page at MojoInTheMorning.com. But the interview was previewed on Good Morning America. than we saw it in its entirety last night. And essentially, he kind of detailed step by step what happened during that near-fatal snowplow accident that left him critically injured. So Zach, Zach is running the board for me this morning. Click on the Dirty on the 30 audio wall. Yep, there you go. I want you to hear some parts of this interview and play Jeremy One. while zach's getting that ready i i'll tell you this he did uh detail a neighbor that eventually came over as that snow cat was on top of him and he mentioned that the neighbor saw a ton of blood and when he looked at jeremy's head it appeared to be cracked wide open and this made my stomach turn but the man said he he didn't know if what he was seeing was jeremy's actual skull alex is

00:18:30 - 00:18:53 | Speaker 4:

here the truck is right behind him he's gonna get sandwiched by this and the truck said i tried to jump back in the dang thing yeah it's engaging because it's going right at my nephew this is when the fast moving tracks hurling forward in front of the machine as he shouts that's what i screamed, by the way, when I went under the thing. Not today. It's what I screamed. Sorry for the

00:18:53 - 00:19:12 | Speaker 1:

language. Just finishing what I was saying, the neighbor didn't know if he was seeing Jeremy's actual skull or if it was just his imagination. But Jeremy did describe how he got out of the snowcat without engaging the parking brake. Then he fell down and then he saw the plow moving toward his nephew, tried to get back into it. That's when he was pulled under.

00:19:12 - 00:19:40 | Speaker 4:

it's exactly like you imagine it would feel like if you it's hard to imagine what that feels like but when you look at the machine and you look at and i was on asphalt and ice i wish i was on snow he felt it crush his toes then ankles then legs his chest up to his eye that's bulging out it was cracked i believe i could see my eye with my other eye oh god and i just remember uh seeing stars

00:19:40 - 00:19:45 | Speaker 1:

Thankfully, his nephew was able to run and get some help for Jeremy.

00:19:48 - 00:20:00 | Speaker 3:

And I see half of the snow machine, and then I just perfectly see him in a pool of blood coming from his head. I'm like, I just shot my body out and then just ran to him. He wasn't responsive because when I...

00:20:00 - 00:20:15 | Speaker 1:

ran up to him, you know, I didn't think he was alive. Yeah, it was pretty terrifying. And then his head kind of turned, and then like this huge breath came back into him.

00:20:16 - 00:22:13 | Speaker 2:

It's obviously his nephew, Alex, speaking, very emotional interview, and though he nearly died because of this, Jeremy Renner saying he would not change what he did. He said, quote, I would do it again because it was going right at my nephew. A video showing a dude's restroom filled with women during a Taylor Swift show at AT&T Stadium is going viral on TikTok right now. The video shows a guy entering very clearly a men's restroom. He actually has to glance at the sign to make sure he was in the right restroom. But when he walked in, he saw the room filled with women. The headline of the video reads, point of view, you're a man at the Taylor Swift concert. The accuracy of this. I just feel it. So relatable. real quick future has canceled the last two shows of his one big party tour said it breaks his heart to cancel the shows in minneapolis and kansas city thanked his fans for their love and support but here's the thing it's a mystery we don't know why he's canceling the last two stops he played his final show of the tour in indianapolis yesterday a florida judge giving the three men convicted of killing rapper XXXTentacion life sentences. Prosecutors did not seek the death penalty, so life in prison was the only option available. The guys displayed very little emotion when their sentences were announced. And Starbucks customers have taken to Reddit to share their experiences with those new olive oil infused drinks. And it's not pretty. One Starbucks barista shared their co-workers experience, in fact, after trying those new Oleato drinks that just debuted. The barista said half the team tried them yesterday and few, a few, excuse me, ended up needing to use the restroom real fast, if you know what I mean. And lots of others chiming in with similar comments, sharing their own experiences with one person writing caffeine is a stimulant for your bowels and oil is a relaxant. So, yeah, wonderful idea by Starbucks. Hey, for all of today's dirty, check out that dirty page on NoDoInTheMorning.com.

00:22:17 - 00:22:21 | Speaker 3:

Dirty Dirt, directly from the source, is Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:22:27 - 00:22:40 | Speaker 4:

Mojo in the Morning Show. I'm looking forward to seeing if she follows through with this. Megan, do you want to tell everybody the news of what you're contemplating, what you're thinking?

00:22:40 - 00:23:51 | Speaker 3:

I'm making good life decisions. I just want to preface it by saying that before anybody can tell me I'm not. Because if I say it first and I say it louder, then I'm right. But I want to give myself a tattoo. Wait, why don't you give it time? So, that makes sense. And I'm actually the biggest person to advocate to going to professionals. I mean, even for piercings, when I hear people do it with a gun, it makes me cringe. I'm like, go to a professional. Go, go, go. But I'm not going to take my own advice on this one. because I'm absolutely terrified of getting my first tattoo. I know that sounds crazy, but let's call it a trauma response. I've been ingrained to not be allowed to have tattoos. And even though I want to be covered, like, literally head to toe one day, I have this biggest fear of getting my first tattoo and making the leap. And I know once I get my first tattoo, it's game over. We're going, you know, full steam ahead. But I cannot, I can't get the first, I can't do it. I literally cannot make the appointment. I know who I want to go to. I know what I want. Can't make the appointment.

00:23:51 - 00:23:57 | Speaker 2:

Do you want us to go with you? Um, I. I'm serious. Would it help to have people there with you?

00:23:57 - 00:24:22 | Speaker 3:

Yes. But here's, I don't mind that kind of as an option for the first tattoo. But I also think that like just doing one myself and just knocking it off the board. Something small. I'm not saying I'm an artiste. I'm not going to go out and buy a gun online and try to do it myself. That's stupid. But like a stick and poke. Something I can do very small myself and bite the bullet and just kind of get over that big hump.

00:24:22 - 00:24:28 | Speaker 4:

I thought the only people that did their own tattoos were prisoners in a correctional facility.

00:24:28 - 00:24:45 | Speaker 3:

I would also say mentally unstable 20-something-year-old sitting in their apartment surrounded by cacti would also fit into that category. And I would like to be that girl, please. If I can have a lavender iced coffee next to my snake plant doing a stick and poke, I think I've reached peak basic bitch

00:24:45 - 00:24:50 | Speaker 4:

Megan, Megan, could you, if you were like diabetic, could you give yourself your own shots of insulin or anything like that?

00:24:50 - 00:24:56 | Speaker 3:

I had to give myself injections for like years, so I know I could do it Yeah, I know I could do it

00:24:56 - 00:24:59 | Speaker 2:

But I want you to have, I'm saying this like I have so

00:25:00 - 00:25:09 | Speaker 3:

many tattoos i have one little tattoo on my foot but i want you to have a really good first tattoo experience where you walk away and you're like i'm i love it it's beautiful it's exactly what i

00:25:09 - 00:25:16 | Speaker 2:

wanted right courtney what did you courtney says she needs we need to break into coverage with her

00:25:16 - 00:25:44 | Speaker 3:

why is that courtney yes megan please do not do it yes please do not do it thank you that is permanent on your body okay you can there's so many ways you can practice other ways don't do Do it on yourself, girl. That's a forever thing. Practice on your brother. You have to pay for it to get it covered up. I'm just saying because my husband, he has a couple tattoos. He has a Bam Margera tattoo. It's supposed to be Bam Margera. Don't look like Bam Margera. No, no. It looks like Edgar Allan Poe.

00:25:44 - 00:25:45 | Unknown:

No, no, no.

00:25:47 - 00:26:12 | Speaker 8:

Okay, let's take portraits off the table. I'm not going to go with a face for my stick and poke. Wait, so what are you going to do? That's good. I don't know. That's a hard start. Yeah, something like a very, very simple line work. Something very, very small and simple. I'm not getting fancy out here. Yeah, probably. I just need to mark my body. I just need to mark it and get it over with.

00:26:13 - 00:26:26 | Speaker 3:

Listen, I will give you my tattoo artist. He's awesome. He's in Detroit. He does amazing, amazing, amazing work. I'll give you his information. Don't do it, girl. That's a forever thing. I'm just saying. I'm just trying to look out for you.

00:26:27 - 00:26:29 | Speaker 2:

Keenan got his own tattoo. When did you get it?

00:26:32 - 00:26:33 | Speaker 6:

Are you talking to me?

00:26:33 - 00:26:34 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, your name's Keenan, right?

00:26:35 - 00:26:38 | Speaker 6:

Hey, yeah. Sorry, I didn't hear you. No, that's all right.

00:26:38 - 00:26:41 | Speaker 2:

What's going on? Where and when did you get your own tattoo?

00:26:43 - 00:26:47 | Speaker 6:

100% she needs to do one by herself at her house.

00:26:48 - 00:26:48 | Speaker 7:

No way.

00:26:48 - 00:27:06 | Speaker 6:

When I was in college, I got one from my fraternity brother, which is, like, super douchey, I know. But he got a tattoo going off of Amazon, and we did tattoos in the basement of our frat house. That sounds like a great idea.

00:27:06 - 00:27:07 | Speaker 3:

What did you get tattooed on you?

00:27:08 - 00:27:19 | Speaker 6:

I got, like, this little, like, it almost looks like the Zelda shield. And it's just, like, on my ankle. it's my worst tattoo that i have but it's my favorite one because it's got a great story

00:27:19 - 00:27:24 | Speaker 2:

behind it yeah so so it's all about the story not about the tattoo but put it in a place where not

00:27:24 - 00:27:44 | Speaker 6:

you're not going to see it so i don't know i kind of think it's like i don't know it's just i have enough tattoos now to where it's like i mean i have a sleeve and you know a couple other ones nobody notices it yeah nobody notices it you know and it's like i have enough tattoos that mean something but that one is just fun because it's like i got it with my buddies and do you

00:27:44 - 00:27:50 | Speaker 2:

Can you still, by the way, talk to that frat brother? Because maybe you and he can go drive down to Toledo and go help Megan out.

00:27:52 - 00:27:54 | Speaker 6:

We could probably make something happen, you know? You know what?

00:27:54 - 00:28:12 | Speaker 1:

I've done a lot of stupid things where I'm like, I don't know how I'm still alive. I don't know how I did this. You know what? I should not be alive right now. But I would never in a million, trillion years not go to a tattoo artist to get a tattoo. Like the way that they clean things, there's no way I would not go to a tattoo artist.

00:28:12 - 00:28:14 | Speaker 8:

That's like saying, I want an infection.

00:28:14 - 00:28:15 | Speaker 1:

Right, exactly.

00:28:16 - 00:28:24 | Speaker 8:

It makes sense. I'm not arguing with you. That is the smart thing to do. But I need somebody to tell me to not do the smart thing for once.

00:28:24 - 00:28:29 | Speaker 2:

Becca is great. Becca, you actually did a stick and poke tattoo?

00:28:30 - 00:28:33 | Speaker 4:

I did, I did. I was in prison and I did a stick and poke.

00:28:34 - 00:28:34 | Speaker 2:

There you go.

00:28:34 - 00:28:36 | Speaker 7:

Oh, my God.

00:28:36 - 00:28:40 | Speaker 4:

It's actually not bad. You are going to be fine. You will not die.

00:28:40 - 00:28:42 | Speaker 2:

What were you in prison for?

00:28:44 - 00:28:53 | Speaker 4:

Let's not talk about that. Everyone has their moments, you know. Everyone has their moments. I'm a good person. I'm a good girl, but just don't do it alone.

00:28:53 - 00:28:56 | Speaker 2:

And what's your tattoo of? What did you get a tattoo of?

00:28:56 - 00:28:58 | Speaker 4:

I did a little cross on my finger.

00:28:58 - 00:29:01 | Speaker 2:

Oh, there you go. That's the first easy one, Megan.

00:29:01 - 00:29:04 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I could do that. It made me feel better about being in prison.

00:29:05 - 00:29:08 | Speaker 2:

And Megan, we know how religious you are. That would be perfect.

00:29:08 - 00:29:11 | Speaker 8:

I'll tell my dad it's for him. It's fine. Oh, there you go. Exactly.

00:29:11 - 00:29:14 | Speaker 2:

All the years of Catholic school have paid off for Scott Mick.

00:29:14 - 00:29:15 | Speaker 8:

He'd be so pissed.

00:29:15 - 00:29:23 | Speaker 2:

His daughter's doing her own cross tattoo. All right, thank you, Becca. Advice well taken from a woman from prison. What's going on, Ryan?

00:29:24 - 00:29:34 | Speaker 5:

Hey, what's up? Megan, they sell this fake skin on Amazon. You can buy it. You can take the fake skin to your arm if you want, and then you can catch it on that. Oh, that's not fun.

00:29:34 - 00:29:36 | Speaker 8:

That's really creepy. That is not fun.

00:29:36 - 00:29:37 | Speaker 2:

So you can practice on fake skin.

00:29:38 - 00:29:44 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, they made it for a tattoo artist at the beginning. Practice on grapefruit, but they made the skin.

00:29:44 - 00:29:53 | Speaker 2:

They sell everything on Amazon, don't they? That's like very Hannibal Lectery. Yeah, yeah. That's kind of crazy. All right, but it seems like it would be the smart thing to do, right?

00:29:53 - 00:29:59 | Speaker 8:

Yeah, but what he just said is the same as being like, go get a coloring book. Color it. Like, no, it's not the same.

00:30:00 - 00:30:24 | Speaker 1:

Do you actually get to wear that fake skin out sometimes, too? All right. You have to figure this decision out, and listeners are going to give you some advice. So hit up Megan on her Instagram and tell her. And if you've done your own personal tattoo, like your own homemade tattoo, I want you guys to send her pictures of it. Megan Mick. Megan, she's the best.

00:30:24 - 00:30:46 | Speaker 2:

And don't you forget it. This is Mojo in the Morning. It's Mojo in the Mornings, 5 at 6.55. 5 at 6.55, yeah, 5 at 6.55, go now. All right. Is it mean, Greg, or are we nice, Greg, to kick off the weekend on the 5 at 6.55 today? Good morning, Greg.

00:30:46 - 00:30:51 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. We're going to go with nice, Greg, today. Nice, Greg. I'm a little tired.

00:30:51 - 00:30:55 | Speaker 2:

Oh, all right. Yeah, me too. I got you. Yeah, but you're going for win number eight today. Is that correct?

00:30:56 - 00:30:57 | Speaker 1:

I believe so.

00:30:57 - 00:31:31 | Speaker 2:

Okay, well, your challenger is from Toledo, Ohio. She is out getting coffee on her day off. Hi, Kirsten. Hi, Shannon. Hi, Greg. Did you just say uh-oh? Can you hear her? I don't hear her at all, no. Oh, he can't hear her, Zach. Keep talking, Kirsten. What do you do for a living? Okay. Hi, Shannon. I'm in the, I do manufacturing. I work in the shipping and receiving department, so that's a lot of fun. All right, a nice little long weekend for you, all right? Yes, yes. Okay, Greg, can you hear her now, by the way?

00:31:32 - 00:31:36 | Speaker 1:

No, I cannot, but that's okay. I'll say good morning. If you can't hear me, just let go.

00:31:36 - 00:32:01 | Speaker 2:

Okay, all right. Thanks for nice, Greg. She said she's very thankful for nice, Greg. I'm going to be the messenger here between the two of you, okay? You guys both know how this goes. Five pop culture questions. Whomever gets the most right is our champion. Ty goes to our current champion, which is Greg. And Kirsten, we're going to start with you. So, Greg, we're locking you up in that soundproof booth. We'll see you in just a couple of minutes.

00:32:01 - 00:32:01 | Speaker 1:

All right.

00:32:02 - 00:32:11 | Speaker 2:

All right. I'm going to trust we don't have any of our... Oh, there we go. Thanks. Here we go. All right, Kirsten. Kirsten, are you ready?

00:32:11 - 00:32:13 | Speaker 1:

Hold on, Shannon. I can still hear you.

00:32:13 - 00:32:18 | Speaker 2:

Oh. Thank you. No, I appreciate that so much. Thank you for not cheating.

00:32:18 - 00:32:19 | Speaker 1:

I don't want to cheat. Yeah.

00:32:21 - 00:32:29 | Speaker 2:

Can we lock him up so Lydia can talk to him? Got him? No. We need to lock him up. We need to make sure we lock him up.

00:32:29 - 00:32:32 | Speaker 1:

I do need to be locked up. Many people have told me the same.

00:32:33 - 00:34:24 | Speaker 2:

You know what? I'm very thankful for Nice Greg right now, too, for being so patient as we figure this out in the studio this morning. Are we good? Yes, we're good. Okay, Kirsten, are you ready? Kirsten. Megan, I'm going to make you do this in a second. I couldn't hear you. Oh, okay. Here we go. Here we go. Yay. All right. Question number one, Kirsten. The Super Mario Brothers movie is out in theaters. What is the name of Mario's brother who's always wearing a green cap? Luigi. Question two. What's the name of the award-winning show that she recently starred in opposite Jennifer Coolidge? I don't know. I only know her from Parks and Rec. Okay. All right. We'll take that as your answer, and we're going to bring it back to Greg. You know what, Greg? Greg, you've actually got some decent competition because Kirsten got four out of five correct.

00:34:25 - 00:34:26 | Unknown:

Ooh.

00:34:26 - 00:34:28 | Speaker 1:

All right. Good job. Let's see what we got.

00:34:29 - 00:34:36 | Speaker 2:

All right. Question one, Greg. The Super Mario Brothers movie is out in theaters. What is the name of Mario's brother who's always wearing a green cap?

00:34:37 - 00:34:37 | Unknown:

Luigi.

00:34:38 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 2:

One to one. Question two. A clip of Jennifer Lopez's husband speaking fluent Spanish is going viral right now as fans mock him and say his Spanish is better than his acting. Who is he? Oh, man. Oh, Ben Asler. There we go. Two to two. Question three. Kanye West's private school is being sued. One of the reasons.

00:35:00 - 00:35:44 | Speaker 3:

The kids were only given one meal a day, and it was usually sushi. What's the name of his school? Douchebag School. I don't know. Two to three. What's the name of the award-winning show that she recently starred in opposite Jennifer Coolidge?

00:35:46 - 00:35:50 | Speaker 2:

White lily? Is it white orchid?

00:35:52 - 00:36:05 | Speaker 3:

It's white lotus. Nice, Greg. We have a new champion this morning. Congratulations. Final score is 3-4, and Kirsten, Kirsten's going to be back with us on Monday morning.

00:36:08 - 00:36:13 | Speaker 1:

00:36:14 - 00:36:47 | Speaker 3:

00:36:47 - 00:36:54 | Speaker 1:

it's mojo in the mornings five at 655

00:36:54 - 00:37:31 | Speaker 2:

mojo in the morning show i've been waiting for this next topic all morning long because we were all witnessing kind of uh what was going on when we heard her on the phone uh lydia who answers your calls when you call 844-665-654-8844 mojo live or she may call you if you text us and try to get you on the radio with us so we were all on a conference call talking and your family was having a little celebration a little birthday celebration

00:37:31 - 00:38:04 | Speaker 1:

that they started without you yeah so as we were on the call i heard it i heard everyone singing happy birthday and i was so confused because we were all gathering for palm sunday like it was just a nice little family gathering nobody mentioned birthdays or anything so i was really intrigued as soon as we hopped off the call and i come into the kitchen and i see a birthday cake on the table but it's not just any birthday cake it's my deceased uncle who's on this cake And my family was singing happy birthday to him.

00:38:04 - 00:38:06 | Speaker 2:

How long has your uncle been passed?

00:38:07 - 00:38:07 | Speaker 1:

Nine years.

00:38:08 - 00:38:08 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my gosh.

00:38:09 - 00:38:12 | Speaker 1:

Oh, and they still celebrate his birthday? Yeah. I mean.

00:38:12 - 00:38:14 | Speaker 2:

But they do it with a cake?

00:38:15 - 00:38:30 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, they did it with a cake, and they have candles and everything. So I sent a photo to our group chat. Wait, that cake's beautiful. That's fancier than any birthday. But there was no candles in it at the time. But my younger cousin, I guess, had blown out the candles and everything for him.

00:38:30 - 00:38:51 | Speaker 2:

All right, so this is interesting because I see people all the time put posts up on social media of happy heavenly birthday to their family members. Yeah. And they'll put those up there, which, you know, is remembering the person that passed and on their birthday. But I've never known of anybody that actually will throw a birthday party or do that for them.

00:38:51 - 00:39:07 | Speaker 1:

Is that a Chaldean thing? Usually we don't do birthdays. We just honor them at weddings. So we'll do like a little table with their photos all around it. I light some candles, but that's it. But I've heard that now it's becoming more of a common thing to celebrate their birthdays and have them at baby showers and engagements.

00:39:08 - 00:39:20 | Speaker 2:

Wait, I'm sorry. When you say you put them at the table, do you actually do it like they do for the Oscars where they have the celebrities like card that's sitting there in the seat as a seat filler for them?

00:39:20 - 00:39:26 | Speaker 1:

It's like it'll be like the seat and then right above the seat on the table is their photo. I saw this.

00:39:26 - 00:39:54 | Speaker 3:

This is what I was going to ask you. I saw this a couple of months ago. My fans say Wes and I went out to dinner and there was this like big get together, probably like a table of 10 or 12 people. And I thought, oh, it must be somebody's birthday. They're celebrating something. You could tell because there were balloons and presents and stuff. And everybody was seated around a seat that didn't have a person in it, but it had a picture frame of somebody. I don't I don't know who. I'm assuming who had passed. Yeah.

00:39:54 - 00:40:00 | Speaker 2:

By the way, I want to be invited to a party for a dead person. Is there any way I can get a... Do you have to...

00:40:00 - 00:40:00 | Speaker 1:

Can I buy a gift?

00:40:01 - 00:40:04 | Speaker 4:

When I die, I want all of you guys to throw a birthday party for me. Oh, don't even say that.

00:40:04 - 00:40:40 | Speaker 1:

I don't even want to put that in the air right there. Weekend at Bernie style. That's how. Yes. No. Yeah, they have. It has to be better than just a picture of them. I want the actual full-on body there. The embalmed body right there at the table so that we can celebrate that. Or, I don't know. That's weird. I don't know. I don't want to say it's weird because her family's listening right now. The birthday cake thing is. What flavor was the cake? And it looks delicious. I don't know. It's like gold, metallic frosting. Honestly, it's nicer than any cake I've gotten alive. I mean, that's really nice. Teresa, what's going on?

00:40:41 - 00:40:42 | Speaker 5:

Hi.

00:40:42 - 00:40:43 | Speaker 1:

Hi, Teresa.

00:40:43 - 00:41:06 | Speaker 5:

So I had a friend of mine who passed away, and it was really sad. Her Facebook was open. And the Facebook actually sent me, right around her birthday, this personal message. And when I opened it, I was really confused because I know she didn't pass the year. and it was like this advertisement for a sale. And I thought, oh, my gosh, you know, Bernadette in heaven is even trying to get me a big deal.

00:41:09 - 00:41:11 | Speaker 2:

But that had to make you smile a little bit.

00:41:12 - 00:41:14 | Speaker 1:

Melanie, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning.

00:41:15 - 00:41:16 | Speaker 4:

Hey, how are you?

00:41:16 - 00:41:20 | Speaker 1:

We're all right, Melanie. We're talking about Party for the Dead.

00:41:21 - 00:41:53 | Speaker 4:

Yes, well, you know, we've never had a tragedy in our family. We were saying that, but unfortunately, two years ago, We had one of my cousins pass away in a car accident. He was 30 years old. And so ever since then, we've decided to get all of our cousins together on that side of the family for his birthday, which just happened to be April 1st. So we all met in Great Gaylord, a central location to all of us. And we stayed a couple nights and hung out and partied. And we had a cake and candles. And all the little kids and cousins blew it out.

00:41:53 - 00:41:57 | Speaker 1:

See, I like that. I like getting drunk and having, like, fun, you know, for that.

00:41:58 - 00:41:58 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah.

00:41:58 - 00:42:16 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. And listen, I'm not opposed to sweets. I'm not opposed to cake and stuff like that and ice cream for a birthday. Right. But I guess you feel jealous, though, that they're like, wow, this is a really nice thing for this person. I wish I would have done it, and I wonder if they do when the person's alive. What's up, Dana?

00:42:18 - 00:42:42 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. So my dad passed away almost 18 years ago, and he was never able to meet my youngest two children. So I wanted them to be able to know who their poppy was. And every year we bake a birthday cake and go out to his favorite restaurant, and then I'm able to share stories about him and talk about his life. So as they grow up, they're going to know their poppy.

00:42:42 - 00:43:13 | Speaker 1:

Dana, I have to ask this question because I presented this to my sisters and they were not like very into it with this AI thing. I was contemplating grabbing old videos of my mom who passed when I was 14 years old. And I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool if we could, with the whole AI stuff, have my mom like talk to us, like use the voice and everything. Would you do that with your poppy?

00:43:14 - 00:43:32 | Speaker 3:

I would do it in a heartbeat. If I could have the last voicemail my dad left me, I would still listen to it. I would do it in a heartbeat. I want to have his picture photoshopped into my wedding pictures because I don't have a picture of my dad from my wedding. That's interesting.

00:43:32 - 00:43:34 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's an interesting one, too.

00:43:34 - 00:43:41 | Speaker 5:

And you know you can do that. You can do the thing with your mom. No, I know. My sisters don't want to, though. Yeah, I, yeah.

00:43:42 - 00:43:51 | Speaker 1:

My sisters think that it would be kind of weird, but I was going to try to do it. Maybe this is the reason why they thought it was weird, Dana. I wanted them to say that I was her favorite.

00:43:53 - 00:43:54 | Speaker 5:

Okay, that makes sense.

00:43:54 - 00:44:13 | Speaker 1:

And Pat didn't like that because Ann Pat says that she's definitely the favorite. So, I don't know. It didn't go over very well. But who's this? Jacqueline? Jacqueline? Kathleen. Right. I'm not even. Kathleen. Hi, Kathleen. Yeah, that one. Kathleen. What's going on?

00:44:14 - 00:44:27 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, so I just wanted to share. So my grandpa, he had passed away, but on his 90th birthday, we all went out to his gravesite. I have a big family, and we all had a beer for him out of his gravesite.

00:44:28 - 00:44:29 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I like that.

00:44:30 - 00:44:31 | Speaker 2:

We do that sometimes.

00:44:31 - 00:44:44 | Speaker 1:

You know, that would actually be kind of fun to have that, but you've got to set up a tent in those camper chairs. Yeah. All around. I wonder, would a cemetery be opposed to that? And maybe like a bonfire?

00:44:45 - 00:44:46 | Speaker 2:

I don't think you can do a bonfire.

00:44:46 - 00:44:49 | Speaker 1:

They would not be in that? I don't know.

00:44:50 - 00:44:56 | Speaker 5:

But I think a lot of people go out and toast or, you know, it's like the old Irish tradition to pour. I think it's like Guinness, right?

00:44:56 - 00:45:00 | Speaker 1:

What's up, Chelsea? Hi, how are you?

00:45:00 - 00:45:02 | Speaker 6:

Good. What's going on? What did you guys do?

00:45:03 - 00:45:18 | Speaker 1:

So when my great-grandma passed away, shortly after, my grandma got her ashes, but they weren't in an urn. She just had them in a box, and she would bring her out at every holiday, just bring the box out and just set her at the table.

00:45:19 - 00:45:20 | Speaker 6:

I love it.

00:45:20 - 00:45:20 | Speaker 1:

And nothing.

00:45:20 - 00:45:27 | Speaker 6:

And do you guys cheers it? Do you guys ever, like, ding the glass or the bottle of beer or whatever against it?

00:45:27 - 00:45:43 | Speaker 1:

no just uh there's great grandma just out with us in fact we were just talking about it the other day um just saying and my grandma said i don't even know if we had all of her because the box seems kind of light and i was like oh my gosh yeah where would like here's most of great grandma

00:45:43 - 00:45:47 | Speaker 6:

wait where would the other parts of great grandma be if they weren't in that box well they only give

00:45:47 - 00:46:04 | Speaker 4:

you a a portion they don't give you the whole person i don't think they give you the whole person yeah they do they've got to i hope i don't know about that do they i don't know i don't want to i heard that they only give you a portion of it of him or her really no somebody needs to tell

00:46:04 - 00:46:12 | Speaker 6:

us that no they're only giving you a portion i'm not i'm only paying a portion no but that but what

00:46:12 - 00:46:23 | Speaker 3:

do you think happens when they like things get smaller no i know i i could be wrong i could be very wrong. Yeah, exactly. Do you think they pick just the parts that they think you want to

00:46:23 - 00:46:33 | Speaker 4:

keep? No, I think they just scoop as many ashes in as the... My grandma's in what looks like a cooler. It's like a little mini cooler. They better not...

00:46:33 - 00:46:35 | Speaker 6:

What kind? Like a Yeti cooler?

00:46:36 - 00:46:39 | Speaker 4:

I've never attached a brand to it. It looks very generic to me.

00:46:40 - 00:46:43 | Speaker 6:

By the way... It will last longer if you're the Yeti cooler. Wait, are you talking

00:46:43 - 00:46:49 | Speaker 4:

about Shani's granny? Yeah, people say they do give you the whole person. Yes! I have been misinformed. Shani's granny

00:46:50 - 00:46:51 | Speaker 6:

What kind of a cooler would be an appropriate one?

00:46:51 - 00:46:54 | Speaker 4:

No, Shani's Granny's in my dad's basement right now.

00:46:54 - 00:46:57 | Speaker 6:

Shani's Granny needs to be like in, what was her favorite beverage?

00:46:58 - 00:46:58 | Speaker 4:

Beer.

00:46:58 - 00:47:00 | Speaker 6:

I know which one, though. What did she like so much?

00:47:01 - 00:47:01 | Speaker 4:

Well, I don't know.

00:47:01 - 00:47:02 | Speaker 6:

Paps or?

00:47:02 - 00:47:05 | Speaker 4:

My entire family liked Red Dog.

00:47:05 - 00:47:09 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God. We got to see if there's anybody listening that works for the distributor of Red Dog.

00:47:09 - 00:47:11 | Speaker 3:

Red Dog cooler. A Red Dog cooler.

00:47:11 - 00:47:13 | Speaker 6:

A Red Dog cooler for Shani's Granny.

00:47:15 - 00:47:24 | Speaker 5:

Mojo. He's playing game show host. Since he never could really host a real game show. The throwback throwdown happened this morning after 8. On Mojo in the Morning.

00:47:24 - 00:47:36 | Speaker 6:

All right, it is the Mojo in the Morning show. So, Mike, a mom is Snapchatting you, and we know who this mom is, or we know at least the daughter.

00:47:36 - 00:47:37 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah.

00:47:38 - 00:47:38 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

00:47:38 - 00:48:35 | Speaker 5:

You all know her. You all know the daughter. It is, and I only have Snapchat for my midday show. It is something I use for story wars You can follow me if you want to follow me It's just a stupid game I made up for mid days or whatever So that's literally the only reason I use Snapchat And I just got a Snapchat And I don't know if this is real Or it's a spam account But Lydia's mom Snapchatted me a couple days ago And was like I have a picture of you And Lydia And I went this is not Lydia's mom There's no way this is Lydia's mom But I responded I went oh cool Send it on over. And, again, I thought I was going to get a link to some weird porn site or it was going to be a bot or something like that. And, legit, she sent a picture over of Lydia and myself on the big screen at LCA during the Pistons game. Oh, okay. I went, what? Why? This can't be Lydia's mom. This is legit.

00:48:35 - 00:48:50 | Speaker 6:

Somebody messing with me. So, wait. Okay. So, initially, I mean, Snapchat, you automatically just assume people snap for the fact that it's naked photos. Yeah. Yeah, but she's okay to have a Snapchat account, isn't she?

00:48:50 - 00:48:55 | Speaker 2:

No, she overuses that thing. Wait, okay, so you are very aware she has one.

00:48:55 - 00:49:05 | Speaker 6:

Lydia's from our show. Lydia answers the phones. If you have not ever met Lydia, she's awesome. If you have never met her mom, she's even more awesome. You don't like the idea that your mom has a Snapchat?

00:49:06 - 00:49:12 | Speaker 2:

I love that woman, but there's no need to add every single person that she even thinks of in her brain on Snapchat.

00:49:12 - 00:49:19 | Speaker 6:

All right, so we got to throw this out there. We've got to ask that question to the moms. Mom, why do you use Snapchat? I want to know why mom's on Snapchat.

00:49:20 - 00:49:23 | Speaker 4:

Is your mom awake, Lydia? We need to call her because I want to know who she's Snapchatting.

00:49:24 - 00:49:25 | Speaker 6:

I can Snapchat it real quick.

00:49:25 - 00:49:26 | Speaker 4:

She's so sweet.

00:49:26 - 00:49:34 | Speaker 6:

Isn't it funny with Snapchat, though? You sit there and you wait. If somebody says, I got something I want to show you, you wait, and you automatically wait to see if it's going to be a nude.

00:49:34 - 00:49:42 | Speaker 4:

Mike, I love, too, that you were like, oh, it's probably a link to a porn site, but yeah, send it. Like, no shame there.

00:49:42 - 00:49:45 | Speaker 5:

Do you guys want me to call her on Snapchat real quick and say hi?

00:49:45 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 6:

I think Lydia's dialing her right now if you want to. Let's see who gets her first. See which one she actually pays attention to more. Her Snapchat or... Is she on? Oh, she's already on. Oh, she is?

00:50:00 - 00:50:12 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, hold on a second here. Lydia's mom is on the phone with us right now. Lydia's mom, hello. Mom. Hi. How are you, mom? Good morning. It's nice to have you.

00:50:12 - 00:50:15 | Speaker 4:

Good morning. Don't fucking call me, mom.

00:50:15 - 00:50:20 | Speaker 2:

So Mike's talking about how you've been snapping with Mike.

00:50:21 - 00:50:23 | Speaker 6:

I did, I did. That was me.

00:50:23 - 00:50:37 | Speaker 1:

Okay, good. I didn't know if it was fake, like it was a bot or if it was spam or for somebody messing with me, I feel like you need to be careful with Snapchat. I'm sure you've used it before, but that...

00:50:37 - 00:50:42 | Speaker 2:

Why does she need to be careful, though? She knows how to do it. What do you use it for, Lydia's mom?

00:50:43 - 00:50:46 | Speaker 6:

Oh, I just, you know, daily Snapchats or whatever.

00:50:46 - 00:50:50 | Speaker 2:

Do you communicate with your friends on Snapchat?

00:50:50 - 00:50:57 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, who are you snapping the most on there? There really isn't anybody specifically. Sometimes it's Lydia.

00:50:58 - 00:51:03 | Speaker 2:

Really? She's got a high score. Because my wife, Chelsea, she has a what's that?

00:51:03 - 00:51:13 | Speaker 1:

She's got a high Snapchat score. Really? 9,983. I mean, it's pretty good. Dang, Lydia's mom. That's awesome. You get a point for every snap you send and receive.

00:51:13 - 00:51:19 | Speaker 5:

Is your wonderful husband on Snapchat? No. No. He's not on social media at all.

00:51:19 - 00:51:49 | Speaker 2:

So my wife snaps the boys every single day, the ones that are out of town, just to make sure they're alive. They just have to send a picture every day to her, and she sends a picture to them. And that's their way to communicate. And who knows who the other boys are that she's snapping to. Watch out, Mike. She might be hitting you up, too. What's her score? You know what? Honestly, I'm not on Snapchat. I don't snap. So I didn't even know the whole score thing. But I'm going to actually find out. Because if she's got a score as high as Lydia's mom, I'm worried. Kelly, what's going on?

00:51:51 - 00:52:15 | Speaker 4:

I found out my mom had a Snapchat when she friend requested me. And then a bunch of my friends were like, hey, your mom sent me a request on Snapchat. And I was like, what? Are you serious? So she's added every one of my friends because I've mentioned them in my Snap. And every time I post on Snapchat, I get like a thousand notifications from her because she's got to send like a comment on every single Snapchat.

00:52:17 - 00:52:24 | Speaker 2:

I cannot. Does it bother you that your mom is communicating with your friends like that?

00:52:25 - 00:52:29 | Speaker 5:

I mean, it doesn't bother me. Do I find it a little weird? Yeah, a little bit.

00:52:29 - 00:52:31 | Speaker 2:

Any guy friends at all?

00:52:33 - 00:52:41 | Speaker 5:

Two of my guy friends. And they're like, your mom sent me a snap. I was like, hey, your picture looks good. And he was like, I felt so weird. I just gave her a thumbs up.

00:52:44 - 00:52:45 | Speaker 2:

Sarah, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning.

00:52:46 - 00:52:48 | Speaker 3:

Good morning, everybody. How are you?

00:52:48 - 00:52:49 | Speaker 2:

Good. What's going on?

00:52:50 - 00:53:57 | Speaker 3:

Nothing, actually. dropping one of our little minor listeners off at school today okay and you're a mom that uses snapchat i am a mom but my mom excessively uses snapchat what's the reason um so she's always using like filters and stuff at work she's a secretary at the hospital so she's always sending me like the weird filters and um she'll like take random snaps of the dog and then she'll take random snaps of my son like they just spent the last four days in chicago so they flooded my snapchat with numerous snaps of literally just like scenery um random stuff like she let my son take the phone and do snapchats and see that's cute see that problem is snapchat has the best filters too and so that's that's the sad truth yeah but um no she'll she'll be bored at work and she'll just start taking like the random like the hairstyles or like the weird makeup stuff and she'll start sending me random snapchats i'm like okay mom i'm at work okay mom i might work i gotta go and mom you're supposed to be at work too you're right and she works at the hospital right

00:53:57 - 00:54:03 | Speaker 2:

this generation you know what you need to do hannah you you need to add lydia's mom and you guys need to be snapped.

00:55:00 - 00:55:02 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. But, yeah, right?

00:55:02 - 00:55:25 | Speaker 2:

You guys can work that out. Lydia will share. Is it okay, Lydia's mom, if she shares? Oh, sure. Okay. You guys can become buddies. She always says the nicest things. Like, I'm glad it was actually her. I just didn't know at first if it was really her. You just thought Lydia's mom was some way of a porn site to try to get at you. Shauna, last call from you. What's going on?

00:55:25 - 00:55:52 | Speaker 1:

um i deleted my mom off snapchat after about a week of her having it because it was the most annoying thing in the world because because she was like commenting on every first of all me and my mom barely like talked but then when she got snapchat i was hearing from her about 20 times a day oh what did you have for dinner i saw on snapchat can i have some what's going on oh i like this. It was annoying.

00:55:52 - 00:55:55 | Speaker 2:

But it's your mom. You guys are being brought together.

00:55:56 - 00:55:58 | Speaker 1:

It doesn't matter. Don't be annoying.

00:56:01 - 00:56:32 | Speaker 2:

All right. Start with a little Kanye West. His private school is under fire right now for only feeding students one meal a day. And usually it was sushi. Sushi for lunch. The kids apparently had to eat it on the floor. without tables or chairs. According to a new lawsuit, Kanye and his Donda Academy are being sued by two women who say they were fired from their teaching positions at the school for essentially sounding the alarm on some education, health and safety code violations and for their race. According to their lawsuit, the women say they were the only black teachers employed by Donda Academy and they say it didn't take long for them to notice numerous health and safety violations, unlawful educational practices, and just really really unusual rules the women say Hi

00:57:23 - 00:57:26 | Speaker 2:

Your microphone isn't going on the air

00:57:26 - 00:59:59 | Speaker 3:

I can hear myself I sound like a crazy I am a crazy person I don't know what's happening Yeah, you can hear Mike and I, but you can't hear who Oh, okay Hang on one second Hang on one second She's saying hang on one second. Now can you hear me? Yes. Do I have to start all over again? Here you go. I was talking to myself. That's what I do in my car, and now it's happening here at work. Oh, okay. I swear I was talking. Are we good? We're good. All right. I'm going to start all over again. Okay. So, you guys. Sorry. Is 739 too early for a margarita? Just tell me no. Tell me no. You have a full bar in your studio, and I think you should take advantage of it. I can't. I'll pay for your Uber home. I think you deserve this. All right, so let's start again. Kanye West's private school is under fire right now. They were only feeding students one meal a day. Usually it was sushi. This is part of a new lawsuit that's being filed by two former teachers who say they were fired from their teaching positions because basically they were shedding light on some education, health, and safety code violations and also for their race. So they started with this, the lunch. They said the only lunch option available for students at Donda Academy is sushi. Every single day, it's sushi. And students are not allowed to bring in any outside food or drink except for water. So it's not like they could bring, like, Lunchables from home. That's not allowed. The suit claims Kanye spends $10,000 a week on sushi for the kids. Randomly doesn't allow crossword puzzles, no coloring books, according to teachers. They say students weren't allowed to have chairs. They would sit on foam cushions or stand. While they were learning all day, the former teachers claim when they tried to run these alleged issues up the flagpole, they were threatened and told absolutely do not reach out to Kanye. They ended up getting fired and they're blaming their termination on retaliation and racial discrimination. They also claim their paychecks were off in short upwards of three grand per pay period. So they're suing because they want the money that they deserve and are very well owed. Adult film star Stormy Daniels said she's been getting death threats from Trump supporters and they've ramped up significantly since his indictment. Stormy said she's used to getting death threats because of her work in the adult film industry. But this, this is on a whole new level. She was speaking for the first time since Trump's arraignment yesterday and she said she would be very happy.

01:00:00 - 01:00:07 | Speaker 5:

to testify if needed. Play that first stormy clip.

01:00:07 - 01:00:16 | Speaker 2:

But I look forward to it. You know what I mean? Because I have nothing to hide. I'm the only one that has been telling the truth. And, you know, you can't shame me any more.

01:00:16 - 01:00:18 | Speaker 5:

So you want to have to.

01:00:18 - 01:00:24 | Speaker 2:

I do. I do. I think having them call me in and put me on the stand legitimizes my story.

01:00:24 - 01:00:32 | Speaker 5:

She was also asked whether she wanted to see Trump go to jail, excuse me, or should he go to jail?

01:00:34 - 01:00:46 | Speaker 2:

Specific to my case, I don't think that his crimes against me are worthy of incarceration. I feel like the other things that he has done, if he is found guilty, absolutely.

01:00:47 - 01:00:56 | Speaker 5:

And she also spoke about how many sex workers reached out to her and were very vocal and very upset about her speaking out about her time with the former president.

01:00:56 - 01:01:22 | Speaker 2:

You have these people that want to say that I was a prostitute and paid that night, so then I had this whole other subsect, I don't even know if you know about this, of sex workers and escorts pissed at me for ruining business, like client privilege thing. And I was like, if that had been the case, I wouldn't have said anything. And if I was just trying to get attention, I've had to, there's way hotter people that are famous. I would have told one of those stories. It wasn't a kiss and tell. As a matter of fact, I took the money because I didn't want anybody to know.

01:01:22 - 01:01:30 | Speaker 5:

Khloe Kardashian hanging out on the Jennifer Hudson show yesterday Giving some details about her baby boy

01:01:30 - 01:01:44 | Speaker 3:

He's eight months old And he is a little chunk And I wouldn't have it any other way Those are the best kind right there I love a chubby baby Is he a quiet baby? He is a quiet baby He's a happy baby Which is amazing

01:01:44 - 01:01:48 | Speaker 5:

She was planning on revealing the little guy's name on the show Ended up only giving one small detail

01:01:48 - 01:02:12 | Speaker 3:

At first, I really did not know what I was going to name him I wanted to meet him and feel him out a little bit. And so at first, he didn't have a name. Then he's been named, but I've been waiting for the premiere of our show. And I didn't know it was going to be this far out. Will his name start with a T, maybe? I think everyone, we're guessing, right? I think it will start with a T.

01:02:12 - 01:02:14 | Speaker 5:

It will? Yeah. Megan, did you see the pictures of him?

01:02:14 - 01:02:34 | Speaker 4:

No, but did you see the video of Khloe and Tristan holding hands? No. Yeah. Guess who's back together. And this is so annoying. Like, honestly, Khloe is my favorite Kardashian. No shame here. But I am getting so frustrated with her still taking all these garbage men back into her life. Like, girl, you are too rich for this.

01:02:34 - 01:02:40 | Speaker 5:

So go check out the podcast. Speaking of that, we're talking about moms. Shannon's mom has a better social life than Shannon.

01:03:38 - 01:04:24 | Speaker 5:

What does that say about me? I'm trying to get Trying to get time with my mom right now Is so tough Because anytime I ask her to do something She has plans What did she do on Friday night? Went out with girlfriends Saturday night she was out bar hopping with girlfriends Until one in the morning Sunday brunch with girlfriends I'm talking to her last night It's like 7.04 I'm in my pajamas and slippers and ready to go to bed And she's like I'm just getting ready to go out I'm like this is sad It is really sad that my mom's social life Is busier than mine And I know, honestly, she deserves it. She, you know, she raised us and did a great job. And this is her time. It's just such a weird thing to experience as her daughter that she has more plans than I do.

01:04:24 - 01:04:28 | Speaker 1:

Megan, you can totally relate to this because I remember you one time said this about your dad.

01:04:29 - 01:04:57 | Speaker 4:

My dad, a.k.a. Scott Mack, has the most thriving social life I've ever seen in my entire life. And honestly, it's quite upsetting because that man will literally call me. I'm like, hey, what are you doing? I need some help with something. He's like, hey, I'm out with so-and-so. There's a live band. It's really hard to hear you. Or how disrespectful was Scott Mick? This past weekend, we went out, and I was out past 9 o'clock, and my dad was like, wow, this is pretty late for you. Disrespectful.

01:04:59 - 01:04:59 | Unknown:

Disrespectful, old man.

01:05:00 - 01:05:13 | Speaker 3:

I'm youthful and very cool, but not as cool as he is. It's so funny because when my mom said she didn't get home until 1 in the morning, Megan, on Saturday, I was like, 1 in the morning? I don't even know the last time I was out until 1 in the morning.

01:05:13 - 01:05:31 | Speaker 4:

You know when I realized that this becomes a problem is when you have dates like New Year's Eve, and you're in on New Year's Eve, and your parents are out partying on New Year's Eve in a nice party. but when it's every day of the week or every weekend yeah it gets to be even worse yeah it's

01:05:31 - 01:05:40 | Speaker 3:

depressing i was joking with my dad because i hate being a homeowner and i said how about i sell my home and i move back in with you and your apartment because i love his apartment he

01:05:40 - 01:06:29 | Speaker 4:

goes yeah i think i'd keep you up pretty late i was like oh you would um 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 i'm just gonna throw this out there anyone listening who can relate to what shannon and Megan just talked about their parent has a better social life than you do and are there any people because I'm you know how they always tell you to manifest things yeah so I'm going to manifest a phone call is there anybody that lives with their parent and their parent brings home somebody from the bar and you've ever I just I because you know how we'll get calls sometimes and we'll always say uh oh here's the call of the topic the call of the hour yeah would it not be amazing if there is somebody that calls us up and goes yeah my mom goes out and parties all the time and

01:06:29 - 01:06:36 | Speaker 2:

the other night she ended up bringing some dude home or you know or something like that no like

01:06:36 - 01:06:41 | Speaker 4:

would it would it make you feel weird if that was the case you know oh that would be weird yeah Yes.

01:06:42 - 01:06:47 | Speaker 1:

Neither new nor improved, but still better than the rest. Just Mojo in the Morning.

01:06:48 - 01:06:58 | Speaker 4:

All right. Mojo in the Morning show. So Megan has a friend who is dating what she, what do you call this friend's person that she's dating?

01:06:58 - 01:07:00 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to try to sound like the drop.

01:07:01 - 01:07:02 | Speaker 4:

Douchebag.

01:07:03 - 01:07:13 | Speaker 2:

That was a good attempt. Wow. After the conversation we just had, y'all really going to leave me out to dry like this?

01:07:14 - 01:07:36 | Speaker 4:

Do you want to see how it was? Yeah. Do you want to see if it wasn't even close? All right. Hold on a second here. Let me get the douchebag drop because I've kind of gotten stale with my douchebag. No, that's not that one. No, douchebag. Douchebag. No. There's a lot of douchebags out there. Hold on. No. Hold on a second. Which one is the douchebag? Douchebag. It's that one, right?

01:07:37 - 01:07:40 | Speaker 3:

I did better than you did. There you go. Yeah, I did better than you did.

01:07:40 - 01:07:41 | Speaker 4:

He feels like a...

01:07:41 - 01:07:42 | Speaker 3:

Douchebag!

01:07:42 - 01:07:43 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, all right, go ahead.

01:07:44 - 01:09:54 | Speaker 3:

So you know how the big trend right now when it comes to bachelorette parties is like taking a trip somewhere and then going on theme for most of the nights, whether that's dressing as the same outfit with a group or whatever it is. So my girlfriend is going to be a bridesmaid in a wedding, so they're planning this trip and she's buying some outfits. Now, I need to preface this with saying I am not his biggest fan. Obviously, I introduced him as the douchebag, but I really do try not to. I don't get involved. I don't say my thoughts. It's clear that we're not, like, super close, but I'm not like, you should leave this guy. Like, I've always just been like, you do you. You've got to learn from your own experiences. Like, I can't tell you what to do. No matter what I say, it's not going to change it anyways. But I do feel like he crossed the line when it came to this bachelorette party trip. so she's buying her outfit she's planning it and one of them is super cute but a little bit more risque because you know what girls trip do you and he saw the outfit and here's where i got really upset it wasn't that he said i don't want you to wear it i i don't think you should wear it his words are you're not allowed to wear that oh thank you that was my immediate reaction and I have a really hard time because I am a huge proponent of I'm watering my own grass, I'm minding my own business, I'm just out here to grow on my own but also I feel like I need to defend my girlfriends but I don't want to get involved in their relationship. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing because he really pissed me off by saying this. This is like, for me, crossing a huge red flag, like line in the sand, not okay behavior. Did she have any reaction to it? She's, or was she just used to him saying stuff like that to her? She said, I don't think it's fair. I think that they don't really have problems in their relationship. I just don't like him, but he's not like a bad guy. He's just a douchebag. But this was the first time when I think he crossed a line that she didn't know how to handle it. Right. And for me, I'm like, leave him. Leave his ass. Pack up. Bye. But she's more like, well, we don't really have issues. I just don't like him.

01:09:54 - 01:09:59 | Speaker 4:

Is this a common thing, though, that happens? That's the thing. Is it just like a one-time thing? Maybe.

01:10:00 - 01:10:05 | Speaker 5:

something because if somebody says something one time and that's it then you got it you got to kind

01:10:05 - 01:10:23 | Speaker 1:

of almost do a little investigating or now that they're one step closer to getting married is he just feeling more comfortable showing his true colors in saying in in being somewhat controlling is what it sounds like to me that would make me very uneasy as a friend right but it's i'm also

01:10:23 - 01:10:36 | Speaker 2:

like a it's not well it's weird it's not like he cheated or he did something like he stole from mule like it is just a comment but for me it's a that comment was too much that was enough to

01:10:36 - 01:11:00 | Speaker 5:

break up over but but just plain devil's advocate on this one because i would never tell chelsea what to wear because to be honest with me and with you if you see what i wear i should not be giving fashion advice um but just through plain devil's advocate maybe um maybe they have that kind of a thing with each other to be able to know but if chelsea if chelsea were going out

01:11:00 - 01:11:19 | Speaker 1:

and she was wearing something that was you know showed a lot of skin or whatever that you would say to her you would say it in a different way i will be naked in our bed waiting for you to come home so bad example to use you yeah but most people would say you know i i i don't know this doesn't make me feel comfortable i think there is a different way of saying it than you are

01:11:19 - 01:11:27 | Speaker 5:

not allowed to okay dad yeah you know that do you think that there have you ever been in a relationship with somebody that uh with a guy that has ever been uncomfortable with something

01:11:27 - 01:11:35 | Speaker 1:

that you worn well when he wasn't there no okay also a bad example no but i know right to be fair

01:11:35 - 01:11:52 | Speaker 2:

and i'm not not i think you dress impeccably well but i think sometimes when we do big events and you have like more like gowny outfits that are i like a good deep v you love a deep v and it looks great on you but some dudes would have a problem with that yeah you're right i've never

01:11:52 - 01:11:59 | Speaker 1:

been told yeah i've never been told i don't think not to wear something and if i if i was i mean

01:11:59 - 01:12:26 | Speaker 5:

wasn't she wearing the deep v though when she was single and she was out there no jingle ball um it was taped into that 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 um question is this a red flag Second question, anybody have, anybody they've ever been in a relationship with or are currently in a relationship with that have ever not been comfortable with what they have been wearing?

01:12:27 - 01:12:43 | Speaker 4:

So I would never do this. I'd never, but to play devil's advocate, if the roles were reversed and she was telling him to stop dressing like Adam Sandler, stop wearing sweatpants and all this stuff, you got to dress nicer, this would be completely different.

01:12:43 - 01:12:49 | Speaker 1:

Right, but there's such a difference between a suggestion and laying down the law.

01:12:50 - 01:12:56 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, okay, but what if it was laying down the law? What if she was like, you can't wear that anymore. You can't come in public with me because you dress like—

01:12:56 - 01:12:59 | Speaker 1:

Are you still butthurt that Allie took away one of your sweatshirts and holy underwear?

01:12:59 - 01:13:02 | Speaker 4:

You know, I really—it was a Michigan one, and I really liked it.

01:13:03 - 01:13:38 | Speaker 5:

You know what, though? I agree with Shannon on this one just because it's basically showing a control factor, Mike, where i think that if she's telling you or you know there's if there's somebody in a relationship with a guy that looks like he never showers all the time it's her just going okay come on it's time for you to you know class it up maybe just a little bit i don't know if it necessarily is a great it's a it's a good try on an analogy well see i'm trying to be positive atlee was right atlee was right i'll say it fine uh she was right yes exactly you don't you dress great too when you're around us. Carter, what's going on?

01:13:39 - 01:13:40 | Speaker 3:

Hey, nothing much. How are you guys?

01:13:40 - 01:13:41 | Speaker 5:

Good. Red flag?

01:13:43 - 01:13:45 | Speaker 3:

No, I do not think it's a red flag at all.

01:13:45 - 01:13:47 | Speaker 5:

Really? What do you think it is?

01:13:48 - 01:13:51 | Speaker 3:

I think it's just boundaries and expectations.

01:13:52 - 01:13:52 | Speaker 5:

Wow.

01:13:52 - 01:13:52 | Speaker 3:

In a relationship.

01:13:53 - 01:14:00 | Speaker 5:

What do you think about that, Shannon, Megan? He says that it's boundaries that he's trying to set up.

01:14:01 - 01:14:25 | Speaker 1:

I think that then a discussion needs to happen because you, I just don't believe in telling somebody what they can and cannot wear when they're walking out of the house. It, it, it, you know, there's obviously a level of respect there. And that's what I go back to. If he would have said to her, you know, I don't know. I like, I'm already nervous about this bachelorette party anyway. And what you're wearing, you look beautiful, but it doesn't make me feel more comfortable. I think that there's a way of bringing it up.

01:14:25 - 01:14:28 | Speaker 5:

How would you, how would you have said it then, uh, Carter?

01:14:28 - 01:14:48 | Speaker 3:

um shannon or shannon i don't even know who that was to be honest um i i agree with her you should have said it differently but i mean i get where he's coming from if she doesn't want her wearing something really revealing especially like a lot of skin or something like that it's just he has

01:14:48 - 01:14:59 | Speaker 2:

or boundaries you say boundaries i say controlling yeah and i i get that we just don't see eye to eye on this one and we're not going to agree and that's totally cool but for

01:15:00 - 01:15:17 | Speaker 6:

me when you say i'm setting up boundaries for you it's i'm treating you like a child and you have to live within my limits or this isn't going to work and that's where i i don't agree that that's a healthy relationship to tell somebody you are not allowed to carter let me bring amanda

01:15:17 - 01:15:23 | Speaker 1:

into this carter you can stay with us too if you want amanda yeah hello you had an ex that did

01:15:23 - 01:16:24 | Speaker 3:

exactly this yes so i was younger i was 17 um and i got into it was my first relationship my first serious relationship and this was a huge problem um it was anytime i wore something that i was comfortable in because i was you know figuring out my femininity and my confidence it was you're not allowed to wear it you look like insert something that's not nice and it really affected my body image and just my overall outlook um i'm 32 now and i still find myself sometimes questioning it and i think that comments like this really should be addressed up front because it's tied to a whole culture, for me at least, in my perspective of, as a female, you don't wear certain things in public for a certain reason. And I think that that culture...

01:16:24 - 01:16:30 | Speaker 1:

Amanda says this, Carter, you're listening in on that. I mean, come on, you hear her point on that, right?

01:16:31 - 01:16:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, 100%. I mean, I agree with it, but it's just... I mean, I don't want to... What do you hear?

01:16:40 - 01:16:44 | Speaker 3:

It's my body I can put on it when I want to

01:16:44 - 01:16:55 | Speaker 2:

Absolutely you can But if you're going to be in a relationship with this person And you respect this person And his opinions on things I feel like you should take into consideration What you want

01:16:55 - 01:17:14 | Speaker 6:

I am all about boundaries But I think again It goes back to the way that it was worded And somebody just texted Really because of the way that he said it This is about more than just close yeah like it sounds like he's just starting to assert himself in a way that could be really

01:17:14 - 01:18:00 | Speaker 1:

unhealthy moving forward and I would think the only way that you could get away with that in the case of Megan's friend or what happened with Amanda is if the women are inappropriate with other guys or have done it where the guy's like hey why are you doing that you know you're you're going out and about and I'm not saying that that has happened obviously with either of the two of You guys, it just sounds like both situations are just really controlling guys that are honestly, I'd worry about them past the point of being verbally abusive. You know, I don't know. It sounds scary. Amanda, thank you for the call. Carter, thank you for the call. Thank you guys. Have a good day. Leah, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. Leah. Yes, that's you. Hi. Are you Leah?

01:18:00 - 01:18:05 | Speaker 5:

Oh, I am. Yeah, sorry. I was on the radio, too. I didn't know if it picked up on me.

01:18:05 - 01:18:06 | Speaker 1:

Now, what's going on?

01:18:07 - 01:18:14 | Speaker 5:

So, first of all, I was not surprised that a guy called in saying that it's fine to tell a woman what to wear. I was terrible. I think.

01:18:15 - 01:18:17 | Speaker 1:

He does not represent all guys, by the way.

01:18:18 - 01:18:48 | Speaker 5:

I know. And I think, and I was saying for the opposite, I think all guys should take a page out of my boyfriend's playbook. He does the exact opposite to the point where he's even afraid to tell me what he, if I'm wearing something that he likes, he's even afraid to say he likes it because he's too afraid that he's going to be putting off the vibe of telling me what I shouldn't or even should wear. Oh, wow. And it's like you do you whatever you're happy and that's what you should be wearing. Oh, you know what? That's good. And

01:18:48 - 01:18:52 | Speaker 1:

you're okay with that, right? If he'd, although you'd probably want some compliments, wouldn't

01:18:52 - 01:18:59 | Speaker 5:

you? I would love some compliments. Sometimes it's a little annoying. I'm like, come on, Tell me I look hot. You look hot.

01:18:59 - 01:19:00 | Speaker 1:

What's up, Ella?

01:19:01 - 01:19:34 | Speaker 4:

Hey, guys. I just wanted to say that Megan's friend, you know, Megan, she used to talk to this guy and have a conversation directly with him. And, you know, see how he responds to it. And if he's not respectful to it or if he does it again, she needs to reconsider this marriage. Like this upcoming wedding. Because guys need to stop. Not just guys. Everybody. You need to stop telling people what to wear, you know, and how to wear their hair or what clothes they're wearing. Stop shaming people. You're right.

01:19:34 - 01:19:36 | Speaker 1:

It happens with women doing it to women, too.

01:19:37 - 01:20:00 | Speaker 4:

Yes. And it's a horrible thing. And, like, we start doing that to little girls, and that's not okay. That's not healthy. And, like, this guy, Carter, Mr. D-Face, I'm just going to call him that, he is trying to tell her what to wear. and he's all worried about what he thinks, that she should care what he thinks. Why doesn't he care about what she...

01:20:00 - 01:20:28 | Speaker 6:

thinks and what she likes he met this girl that he's dating and i'm sure she probably had other clothes that she wore around him when he like first met her and suddenly he's trying to change her and that's the issue people try to change their partners and then later on they're like oh you've changed you're not who you were like no duh you changed the person they were because You wanted to mold them to who you wanted them to be. Great point.

01:20:29 - 01:20:29 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

01:20:29 - 01:20:43 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. So see the person. If you can't deal with who they are now, you should move forward and find somebody else. So that way they can just be happy and you can be happy with somebody else who fits your mold.

01:20:43 - 01:20:44 | Speaker 2:

Thank you, Ella.

01:20:45 - 01:20:47 | Speaker 6:

Anyway, love you guys. Love you, Matt. Love you.

01:20:48 - 01:20:53 | Speaker 2:

Natalie, I'm afraid to pick you up because I'm running so short on time and I think people are going to blow up when they hear this.

01:20:53 - 01:21:08 | Speaker 5:

but what did you want to say okay this is i mean okay i don't dress risque in general but if i do have something on that's just maybe a bit much my husband will say hey like add a button or can you throw a jacket on and i have no problem with it because and it so it never gets to the point of

01:21:08 - 01:21:14 | Speaker 1:

him demanding me to do anything because it's a suggestion there's yeah there's such a huge

01:21:14 - 01:21:42 | Speaker 5:

difference in how you say it yeah yeah so i guess if it's the guy's if this was his initial thing he just demanded her to change okay yeah he yeah he's wrong but like yeah yeah you know so but i mean you know i'm just saying like you know as being a married woman sometimes you know that's my husband and i respect him so i'll do you know whatever not whatever it's mojo in the morning's throwback throwdown amber with the first pick in the draft who are

Yeah. Wait, what did she say?

01:28:20 - 01:28:22 | Speaker 4:

She said Bruno Snoopy.

01:28:22 - 01:28:23 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, the song.

01:28:23 - 01:28:29 | Speaker 4:

Say the title one more time, Meg. Wait, I got to sing the chorus again in my head. Hold on. Young and wild and free. Yes.

01:28:30 - 01:28:31 | Speaker 3:

Yes. There you go. I just want to make sure.

01:28:38 - 01:28:45 | Speaker 2:

Is Rural Martin in his song? Yep. Where is he? I forgot about him. He's the chorus there.

01:28:46 - 01:28:48 | Speaker 1:

Oh, duh. Now I can hear him.

01:28:48 - 01:28:51 | Speaker 2:

All right, all right.

01:28:52 - 01:28:52 | Speaker 3:

Look at this.

01:28:52 - 01:28:57 | Speaker 1:

That ties it up. Shannon and Megan each have one point. Mike's got nothing but could tie it up here.

01:28:57 - 01:28:59 | Speaker 3:

All right, look at this, Mike.

01:28:59 - 01:29:02 | Speaker 1:

Girls, women are funny. Get over it. All right, here we go.

01:29:02 - 01:29:07 | Speaker 3:

Next song in the Mojo in the Morning, Throwback Throwdown, is...

01:29:08 - 01:29:12 | Speaker 4:

No, Shannon. Megan. Misery Business, Paramore.

01:29:13 - 01:29:23 | Speaker 2:

Correct answer. Three, five. I got it where I want it now. Oh, it was never my intention to brag.

01:29:23 - 01:29:25 | Unknown:

Just leave it all away from you now.

01:29:26 - 01:29:40 | Speaker 2:

But God, does it feel so good? Because I got it where I want it now. And if you could, then you know you would. Because God, it just feels so. It just feels so good.

01:29:41 - 01:29:41 | Speaker 3:

All right.

01:29:41 - 01:29:51 | Speaker 1:

That puts Megan in the lead. Wow. With two points. She can take it with the next one. Shannon's got one. And she can tie it up, and Mike still needs to get on the board.

01:29:51 - 01:29:57 | Speaker 3:

All right. Want to win this thing, Mariah? Call it quits? Yes.

01:30:00 - 01:30:07 | Speaker 2:

Next song in the Mojo in the Morning Throwback Throwdown could do it. Song is Mike.

01:30:08 - 01:30:09 | Speaker 3:

Flo Rida Whistle.

01:30:09 - 01:30:29 | Speaker 1:

Yes. My whistle, baby, whistle, baby, let me know. Girl, I'm going to show you how to do it and we start real slow. You just put your lips together and you come real close. Can you blow my whistle, baby, whistle, baby? Here we go.

01:30:30 - 01:30:50 | Speaker 2:

Look at that. Spike's cardboard cutout is whistling. Dancing away. Reese has more fun when somebody's out and there's a cardboard cutout. He gets very excited over the cardboard cutout.

01:30:50 - 01:31:00 | Speaker 4:

The smile on his face right now is gold. That gets Mike on the board. So Mike and Shannon each have one point. Megan's got two points. We'll take it right here.

01:31:00 - 01:31:07 | Speaker 2:

All right, Megan, come on. Let's win this thing. Next song in the Mojo in the Morning Throwback Throwdown is.

01:31:16 - 01:31:18 | Speaker 1:

Oh, God. This is a Spike song.

01:31:20 - 01:31:22 | Speaker 2:

I don't know. I don't think it's a Spike song.

01:31:26 - 01:31:27 | Speaker 1:

It's just a song.

01:31:27 - 01:31:38 | Speaker 3:

Mike. him. Chris Brown, She Ain't You. Yes, it is. Chris Brown, She Ain't You. It hurts me to say it, but

01:31:38 - 01:31:48 | Speaker 2:

I know. Oh, I love this song. I just don't like him. I don't like a lot of people, but you like the music? I still hang out with them.

01:31:50 - 01:31:52 | Speaker 4:

Does that feel targeted?

01:31:53 - 01:31:56 | Speaker 2:

I was sending it your way, laser vision.

01:31:58 - 01:32:04 | Speaker 1:

You know what the original of that was?

01:32:04 - 01:32:09 | Speaker 2:

That was a Michael Jackson song in the original. I think it was, what is it, Human Nature or something like that?

01:32:11 - 01:32:18 | Speaker 4:

Mike and Megan are tied with two points. They could both take it with this next one. Shannon's got one. She could tie it up and make it a three-way tie.

01:32:18 - 01:32:27 | Speaker 2:

Next song in the Mojo in the Morning throwback, throw down. title and artist please is

01:32:27 - 01:32:51 | Speaker 3:

Mike. Mike for the win. It's pink. Blow me one last kiss. Shannon.

01:32:51 - 01:32:57 | Speaker 4:

What? Oh. Did Pink give me one last kiss?

01:32:58 - 01:33:01 | Speaker 2:

No. Actually, hold on a second. I think I screwed up. Was Mike right? Did I screw up with Mike?

01:33:01 - 01:33:07 | Speaker 4:

It's blow me, I think. No. I don't have it in front of me. Parentheses, one last kiss. Oh, so you got it.

01:33:07 - 01:33:33 | Speaker 2:

You know what? I would accept it on Mike. I'll accept it on Mike. Oh, so Mike won. Oh, I did? Mike won. I'm sorry. That was very anticlimactic. Yeah, Shannon. Mike, you win. Congratulations. I thought Mike had said something else, but then I realized my brain kind of come in. I thought you were saying something else. Yes. I'm sorry. Mike comes from behind.

01:33:34 - 01:33:37 | Speaker 4:

That's what she said. That's what she said. That's what she said.

01:33:37 - 01:35:00 | Speaker 2:

Congratulations, winner. Mojo in the morning show. So I got to experience something yesterday that I have never experienced in all the years that I've been on this planet. And it's something that I'm sure many of you have experienced numerous times. I got to experience what it was like to sit and wait at a restaurant for a date to show up. You know the uncomfortableness of, and this is for those that do, you know, app dating. meeting somebody for the first time waiting at a restaurant and you're sitting at the table waiting for them to show up and the waiter comes by the table this guy in case i think his name was brad comes by the table like three or four times filling up your waters because you're drinking that much water because you're sitting there nervous i experienced that yesterday um the candidate that she got stuck in traffic there was a horrible accident that was on uh the the freeway and and so she got stuck and so it was kind of running a little bit late so i'm sitting there at the table and first off i'm starving and i wanted to ask this question first and foremost of those that do date online date and i know ellen and megan you guys online date shannon you've said you've never online dated um when you're waiting

01:35:00 - 01:35:23 | Speaker 3:

at the table are you sitting there looking on your phone are you playing with your hair are you writing stuff down like what what do you do to not look awkward because the entire time the entire restaurant is looking at me like this guy is getting stood up because i was there for well over 30 plus minutes waiting waiting for her long time her to come yeah i have a field

01:35:23 - 01:35:53 | Speaker 2:

proof method yeah you show up 20 minutes late to everything the other person's already waiting make them be the person that's awkwardly uncomfortable i'm late to every date on purpose yeah specifically so i don't sit at a table alone okay so that so that that's a great thing you should have told me that before i went also set expectations like i'll if we really start to date three months in i will never be on i will always be 10 minutes late know that from the get

01:35:53 - 01:38:05 | Speaker 3:

go so the the waiter kept coming back numerous times and then finally i just said i gotta tell this guy because first and foremost i gotta tell this guy a i'm not waiting for a date because i felt really really awkward and b when this person should walk in it's going to be a younger 20 something year old girl walking in sitting down with me and this guy's gonna instantly think dude what are you doing you know what i mean like this guy this guy yeah this guy is you know he's sugar daddy right here okay so i said to him i go um let me explain something really quickly to you and he goes yeah what's what's going on i go i'm not waiting for a date and he goes oh no don't worry about it man don't worry about it we're good with that don't worry about it i go no no no i swear to god i'm not waiting for a date um i'm you know interviewing somebody for a potential job And I want to meet with them today Because I can meet with them It's the weekends and stuff like that And I'm way over sharing with this guy And he was really cool And then he went on to tell me That they have a policy at this restaurant And he said a lot of restaurants will do this That if you are somebody That is going to a restaurant And you get stood up on a date That the policy is That unless you If you order the most expensive thing on the menu They're probably not going to do this They'll pay for your meal and they'll pay for everything for you because they know you're already embarrassed enough yeah that's so nice isn't that cool and that was at deer lake inn and uh in clarkson so don't go there and fake that you know you're getting stood up on a date just because you want to eat but 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 i got a couple of questions with this because then i got into it talking to him and then she finally showed up and we talked to him about this whole thing even the the topic this morning what's the longest that you will wait for a date to show up like what's the longest that you will stay there that's one question that i have to ask my second question is did the restaurant do anything for you or did you work at a restaurant where somebody got stood up on a date and i want to know if they if they helped you out at all 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 is the uh is the telephone

01:38:05 - 01:38:20 | Speaker 4:

number i would feel so bad if i were watching somebody like you in this situation thinking that they got stood up for a date like i would want them i would want to invite them over to my table or something just to save them because the embarrassment has to be so i mean i mean so

01:38:20 - 01:39:10 | Speaker 3:

bad if you've ever been in this place i'm in their first booth okay right by the door i have my back to everybody in the restaurant i turn around at one point to look and i could see the high top tables were full of people and i could see people pointing everybody's talking about you and then as people are walking by to go to the bathroom they're walking by to go to the bathroom to look at me and they're like like you know how you go in church and you know you walk back from communion and you're very solemn and you're kind of like and you look at the floor yeah you're kind you're kind of like that's what people were like when they were walking by me and then when she walked in then they started walking by me looking like you creepy son of a bitch uh vivian what's going on hi how are you guys we're good what's the longest that you would

01:39:10 - 01:39:22 | Speaker 1:

wait vivian i have waited for a date i actually got set up on the state down at the point i got wait i was waiting for two and a half hours oh my god now was the was your date texting you

01:39:22 - 01:39:27 | Speaker 4:

like hey i'm running late i'm almost there or you just didn't hear i i texted him something

01:39:27 - 01:39:34 | Speaker 1:

I was like, hey, I don't want to do anything I'm not comfortable with. And he blocked me after that the same day we went on the date.

01:39:34 - 01:39:35 | Speaker 3:

What a dick. That's awful.

01:39:35 - 01:39:37 | Speaker 4:

Oh, well, you saved yourself there.

01:39:37 - 01:39:42 | Speaker 3:

You dodged a bullet. Yeah. Thank God. Nina, what's happening? It's Mojo in the morning.

01:39:43 - 01:39:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. So I actually work at a restaurant. And we had a couple sitting at the table having a date. And the guy ended up getting up and going to the bathroom and finding one of the servers. and is like, hey, I just want to pay for, you know, all the drinks we've had.

01:40:00 - 01:40:05 | Speaker 5:

right now but i'm leaving and we're like what so he did he paid for all this stuff and then he just

01:40:05 - 01:40:10 | Speaker 2:

instead of going to the bathroom he left so the guy wasn't not showing up to the date the guy was

01:40:10 - 01:40:15 | Speaker 5:

trying to ditch the date yeah he left her sitting there and after like 20 minutes we were just like

01:40:15 - 01:40:22 | Speaker 2:

can we get you anything else she's like he lasted at him we're like oh my god that guy oh that these

01:40:22 - 01:40:30 | Speaker 5:

guys are horrible dick yeah by the way i wanted to go out the back door and we were like no you You have to go out the front door. Oh, my God.

01:40:30 - 01:40:46 | Speaker 2:

I asked the waiters and waitresses there because they all came over and started talking to me about this whole thing. And they said that it's more guys at their restaurant that get, you know, stood up. That get stood up? Yeah. So this is interesting. We hear these two horrible stories about these guys. Robin, what's happening? You also work at a restaurant? Hey.

01:40:47 - 01:41:20 | Speaker 4:

Well, I used to. So back in the day, I was a manager at a restaurant. It was clear that one of the tables, one of the high-top tables in the bar, it was clear that it was a guy breaking up with a girl, and she was crying. He was, like, nonchalantly eating his flipping chicken wing. And so I brought, like, a foofy drink, like a strawberry daiquiri, over to her and said, hey, there's a gentleman in the bar that wanted to buy this for you. And the guy was like, what? And she didn't really react much. And then I brought a second drink. At the end of the day, she had five drinks in front of her that I told her had come from.

01:41:20 - 01:41:23 | Speaker 6:

Oh, Robin, you are the best. You are.

01:41:23 - 01:41:29 | Speaker 2:

That's amazing. You are an angel. So the guy's breaking up with her and still eating his chicken wings, that douche.

01:41:30 - 01:41:37 | Speaker 4:

At the beginning. At the end, he was mortified and beating his vets wanting to know who these guys were. I love it. They all wanted to remain anonymous.

01:41:37 - 01:41:42 | Speaker 2:

That's so good. That's awesome. Thank you for the call. I appreciate it. Ryan, what's up?

01:41:43 - 01:41:44 | Speaker 3:

Good morning, Mojo. How are you?

01:41:44 - 01:41:46 | Speaker 2:

Good, man. What's going on?

01:41:46 - 01:42:12 | Speaker 3:

Good. So I went on this first date, and she didn't show up. I waited, waited, and called her. No answer. After I talked to her, and she said, I'm on my way. Well, I have a good friend of mine who works for a police agency here in Michigan, and, you know, went over to her house, knocked on her door to see if everything was okay. And when she answered, he told her she's missing out on the opportunity of a lifetime and such a great guy for not showing up.

01:42:12 - 01:42:21 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my gosh. You did a welfare check. I was concerned. Oh, that's so good. What was her reaction?

01:42:22 - 01:42:25 | Speaker 3:

She was like deer caught in the headlights.

01:42:25 - 01:42:39 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I bet. That's crazy. It's nice to have friends in interesting places like that. Oh, absolutely. Thank you for the call, buddy. Appreciate it. We got tired of being single and broke, so we turned things around. Now we're broke and single.

01:42:39 - 01:42:39 | Speaker 4:

Yay!

01:42:40 - 01:43:18 | Speaker 2:

01:43:20 - 01:43:36 | Speaker 6:

We're like a little bit late. It's like Dirty on the 40 today. And we're cool with that, right? All right, so Ben Affleck shocked a lot of people when they learned that he is completely bilingual. Did a recent interview about his new movie, Air, which, Mike, you saw and you said it's amazing, right?

01:43:36 - 01:43:38 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, Jordan fan. You're going to love it.

01:43:38 - 01:43:44 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, yeah. Well, Ben did the entire interview in perfect Spanish. Listen to this.

01:43:50 - 01:43:58 | Speaker 1:

He's explaining why Michael Jordan himself doesn't appear in the movie. It's all about his groundbreaking Nike contract.

01:44:03 - 01:44:36 | Speaker 6:

And essentially he's saying there's not an actor in the world who could make an audience believe they're MJ. So the movie tells the story without actually focusing on him, showing him. And he explained the same stuff in English, but it was impressive to a lot of fans, including myself, to hear him say it all in Spanish, which he learned when he was younger. And I thought it was so funny that people were trolling him, saying he's way better at Spanish than he is at acting. Well, isn't he better at Spanish than J-Lo? I don't know. Have you ever heard her speak Spanish? I don't believe she can.

01:44:37 - 01:44:57 | Speaker 7:

Really? I don't want to say that, but I one time fell into the rabbit hole of Ben Affleck being fluent, and he does a lot of press tours down in countries that speak Spanish, and literally he has a great time, and then it would cut to J-Lo trying to do the same and was not nearly as successful.

01:44:57 - 01:44:58 | Speaker 6:

It sounds like Mike speaking Spanish.

01:45:00 - 01:45:36 | Speaker 1:

I love you, Mike. Hola. Caitlyn Jenner is slamming Nike for being, quote, unquote, woke for its partnership with trans TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney. She tweeted, as someone that grew up in awe of what Nike co-founder Phil Knight did, it is a shame to see such an iconic American company go so woke. We can be inclusive, but not at the expense of the mass majority of people and have some decency while being inclusive. Caitlin continued, this is an outrage. Stop trying to erase women.

01:45:37 - 01:45:38 | Speaker 3:

What?

01:45:39 - 01:45:44 | Speaker 1:

What? What? I am just reading you what she tweeted. That's all.

01:45:44 - 01:45:45 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God.

01:45:45 - 01:45:46 | Speaker 1:

It doesn't even make sense.

01:45:47 - 01:45:49 | Speaker 2:

Make it make sense. That's all I'm saying.

01:45:49 - 01:45:59 | Speaker 1:

The photos of Jeremy Renner's snowplow accident have been revealed yesterday. he did that interview that we've been previewing for you with Diane Sawyer about the near-fatal

01:45:59 - 01:46:26 | Speaker 4:

accident that left him critically injured. Still rolling forward. Alex is here. The truck is right behind him. He's gonna get sandwiched by this and the truck. So I try to jump back in the dang thing to, yeah, disengaging because it's going right up my nephew. This is when the fast-moving tracks hurling forward in front of the machine as he shouts. That's where I screamed, by the way, when I went under the thing. Not today. It's what I scream. Sorry for the language.

01:46:27 - 01:46:33 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, and as he tried to get back into the snowcat, that's when he was pulled under.

01:46:34 - 01:46:57 | Speaker 4:

It's exactly like you imagine it would feel like. It's hard to imagine what that feels like. But when you look at the machine, and you look at, and I was on asphalt and ice. I wish I was on snow. He felt it crush his toes, then ankles, then legs, his chest up to his eye that's bulging out. It was cracked, I believe. I could see my eye with my other eye. And I just remember seeing stars.

01:46:57 - 01:47:01 | Speaker 1:

Thank God there was somebody there. His nephew was able to run and get him some help.

01:47:01 - 01:47:28 | Speaker 3:

And I see half of the snow machine, and then I just perfectly see him in a pool of blood coming from his head. I'm like, I just shot my body out and then just ran to him. He wasn't responsive, because when I ran up to him, you know, I didn't think he was alive. Yeah, it was pretty terrifying. And then his head kind of turned, and then this huge breath came back into him.

01:47:28 - 01:48:33 | Speaker 1:

And, I mean, he nearly died here, but Jeremy Renner said he would do it all over again. It was to save his nephew. Coolio's cause of death has been revealed six months later. He died from a fentanyl overdose with traces of heroin and methamphetamines in his system. He was found dead at a friend's home in L.A. The coroner's report also listed some other health issues, including cardiomyopathy and asthma. And wedding chapels in Las Vegas are gearing up to host not wedding ceremonies, weeding ceremonies for couples looking to celebrate on 420 this year for $420 because it had to be. The Little Vegas Wedding Chapels package includes round-trip limo transportation, a traditional ceremony and music, professional photography, video flowers, an officiated marriage license, and up to 18 guests. The Viva Las Vegas Chapel has the Up in Smoke package for $750 and includes everything listed above, along with Cheech and Chong impersonators. Yes. celebrity dirt directly from the source is mojo in the morning's dirty on the 30

01:48:40 - 01:49:06 | Speaker 5:

so megan this is a very morbid topic that we're going to bring up here right now but for those that had just started listening to the show this morning megan is back after being uh sick she was not well she was worried about herself so worried that her brother and her dad started talking about taking your items or what items that they were going to get if you should

01:49:06 - 01:49:59 | Speaker 2:

die yeah so here's the thing i think the two of them were a little too hopeful for my demise when i got covid and i it's rude but it's also pretty fair because i think i got a taste of karma a little bit of my own medicine i was driving in the car with them and they started arguing over who gets what of mine when I die. I think they forgot I was in the car. I think they had thought I had already passed at this point. And they start divvying up my items, and then they start bickering with each other, specifically over my house and my car. And I have talked many a times on this particular radio station about how I need to protect my dad's money because that's my money. And when he dies, I'm going to take all of his money, So he can't have a young girlfriend because that's my retirement plan.

01:50:00 - 01:50:15 | Speaker 3:

At this point, I don't have any other savings. I need my dad's savings to survive. So when we're sitting in the car, they start arguing over who's getting the house, who's getting the car, who's getting the dog, who's getting this, who's getting that. I have the best television, so who's going to get the television?

01:50:16 - 01:50:19 | Speaker 4:

You have the new dishwasher that they just bought you for your birthday. The new dishwasher.

01:50:20 - 01:50:35 | Speaker 3:

The birthday dishwasher was getting argued about. My dad has a 30-year-old deep freezer in his basement that he's trying to pawn off on me. and then also trying to get back in these negotiations. And I was like, excuse me. I want something.

01:50:35 - 01:50:53 | Speaker 1:

I want something. What did you like? I want, can I put my name in? I mean, Ellen already did what I told her about this. What does she want? I want to make sure it's not the same thing. She wants. She's in Megan's bathroom. Okay, no, I don't want that. I want that rolling suitcase thing that you have that you put all your makeup in when we travel.

01:50:54 - 01:50:54 | Speaker 3:

Okay.

01:50:54 - 01:50:55 | Speaker 1:

I want that.

01:50:55 - 01:50:56 | Unknown:

You're going to have it.

01:50:56 - 01:51:04 | Speaker 3:

Okay. I broke one of the latches on it. I will fix it just so you can have a pristine one when I die. Mojo, is there anything you would like about you, Mike?

01:51:04 - 01:51:09 | Speaker 4:

Well, I'll be honest with you, Megan. I just want your hair. I think that you've got the greatest hair ever.

01:51:10 - 01:51:12 | Speaker 3:

I got lots of wigs. I got lots of extensions for you.

01:51:12 - 01:51:25 | Speaker 4:

So, yes, any leftovers, I would like those. Well, that takes away mine. I'll get the Jeeps. I want the cars. Oh, my gosh. I forgot about that. She's got two great Jeeps. Don't show the mug collection, too.

01:51:26 - 01:51:32 | Speaker 3:

Okay. Two great Jeeps is a stretch. I have a Jeep that I drive and another Jeep that sometimes runs.

01:51:32 - 01:51:35 | Speaker 4:

Wait. What year is the other Jeep?

01:51:35 - 01:51:36 | Speaker 3:

The bad one? 99.

01:51:36 - 01:51:38 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I love it. It's a classic looking one, too.

01:51:38 - 01:51:39 | Speaker 3:

Can you even drive a stick?

01:51:39 - 01:51:45 | Speaker 4:

Yes. Oh, yeah, yeah. Mike, you're the one that called for it, though. Can you drive a stick? Yeah, yeah. I had a Honda Civic with a stick.

01:51:45 - 01:51:46 | Speaker 3:

Okay. All right.

01:51:46 - 01:52:21 | Speaker 4:

So, real quick. So, this is the question I'm going to throw out to the listeners then. Since your brother and your dad gave us a very good topic this morning. when Megan dies now I'm not saying she's dying anytime soon but I'm saying when she dies what would you want of Megan's when she dies if you follow Megan at Megan Mick on social media and you see her do some good social posts and you see some things that she's got there in the background you know or you hear her talk about certain things like she's talked about her dog Coraline that bed, don't you have a cool bed?

01:52:22 - 01:52:25 | Speaker 3:

I have an amazing bed, I'm actually shocked Nobody has claimed my bed.

01:52:25 - 01:52:29 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but what if she dies in the bed, Mike? I'm not going to die in the bed.

01:52:29 - 01:52:35 | Speaker 3:

No, I'm going to die on the couch, if I'm being honest. Let's put this into perspective. Where do I spend the majority of my time? The couch.

01:52:37 - 01:52:45 | Speaker 4:

I think that this is one of those things where, as friends of Megan's, we should all not take from Megan. We should claim.

01:52:45 - 01:52:53 | Speaker 2:

Okay, I claim. In her memory. I want the black hat that you wore to Mike Sweating. You bitch. You're such a bitch. I'm specific.

01:52:53 - 01:52:56 | Speaker 3:

I hate you. I hate you so much.

01:52:56 - 01:52:56 | Speaker 4:

I want that.

01:52:57 - 01:52:57 | Speaker 3:

You can have it.

01:52:58 - 01:52:58 | Unknown:

Okay.

01:53:00 - 01:53:19 | Speaker 4:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is our telephone number. Text is 95500. If you do text us, we may call you because we want to get you on the radio. So be there. You'll get a phone call, and you'll hear from our producer who will say, hey, they want to talk to you. And then you can talk to Megan and ask her for whatever the item is.

01:53:19 - 01:53:24 | Speaker 1:

Now, people are texting, and they want Coraline already claimed. Oh, yeah. She's got to go to my brother.

01:53:24 - 01:53:26 | Speaker 3:

that's all my brother is getting though

01:53:26 - 01:53:32 | Speaker 4:

also people are texting here they want Megan's boobs

01:53:32 - 01:53:35 | Speaker 2:

I asked for that a long time ago for a little piece

01:53:35 - 01:53:38 | Speaker 4:

those are au na churral

01:53:38 - 01:53:41 | Speaker 3:

they are somebody would pay good money for these

01:53:41 - 01:53:55 | Speaker 4:

I'm telling you you could actually make some money off of those things I like this I would like Megan's personality because she's got the greatest personality.

01:53:56 - 01:53:58 | Speaker 3:

Get out of here. Isn't that wonderful?

01:53:59 - 01:54:03 | Speaker 4:

Text her here, says, 419. I want her job.

01:54:05 - 01:54:06 | Speaker 3:

That would suck.

01:54:08 - 01:54:17 | Speaker 4:

By the way, does this hurt that people are actually claiming things of yours? They're like, I don't know, wishing for your demise? Can I be honest?

01:54:17 - 01:54:23 | Speaker 3:

I feel like sometimes I don't have anything nice in my life. It's really nice to know somebody wants something

01:54:23 - 01:54:25 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it makes you feel good

01:54:25 - 01:54:26 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, yeah

01:54:26 - 01:54:37 | Speaker 4:

Nobody's picking up their phones Will you guys pick up your phones? Come on, we're calling you We need you to go on the radio with us We're trying to do a radio show here

01:54:37 - 01:54:40 | Speaker 3:

There's not one weird dude that's going to say my underwear and my shoes? Come on

01:54:40 - 01:54:59 | Speaker 4:

I don't want to do Let me say this to you I don't want this show to sound like the sports station Where all they do is read text messages all day Like this show has got to sound interactive like we do all the time where we got to sit there and have communique with you guys. I'm going to save this one because this person needs to come on the air.

01:55:00 - 01:55:16 | Speaker 1:

with us, but the best one of them all is the person who texts in about something very personal to you. I'll save it and see if we can get them on at the end here. Molly, are you there? Yep. Hi, Molly. What would you like of Megan's?

01:55:18 - 01:55:22 | Speaker 4:

I definitely want Megan's closet because I think she's so stylish.

01:55:23 - 01:55:23 | Speaker 1:

Megan.

01:55:24 - 01:55:37 | Speaker 2:

That's the nicest thing I've ever heard, but you wouldn't want my closet. You would currently want my chair and floor because that's where most of my clothes are uh what's up sarah how you doing

01:55:37 - 01:55:43 | Speaker 1:

good how are you guys good what would you like of megan's when megan shall pass

01:55:43 - 01:56:00 | Speaker 4:

i feel like we are long lost soul sisters so i would really like for megan's spirit to haunt me because she just says things that I think, but she says them. So that would be great.

01:56:00 - 01:56:02 | Speaker 1:

Megan, please haunt her, will you?

01:56:02 - 01:56:04 | Speaker 2:

I promise. I promise I'll haunt you.

01:56:05 - 01:56:07 | Speaker 1:

Chris, what would you like of Megan's?

01:56:07 - 01:56:18 | Speaker 4:

I think Megan, I want her shoes. Megan's got a good commercial. Good shoes. Thank you. Yeah. People are sleeping on my shoe collection. I'm pretty bad at anybody's feet, but I can squeeze in them.

01:56:18 - 01:56:23 | Speaker 1:

Megan, what's better, your shoes or your clothes? What's your...

01:56:23 - 01:56:34 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I think I have way more. I think people sleep on the fact that I have over, like, 150 pairs of shoes. I love shoes, and most of them haven't even been worn, so the shoes.

01:56:34 - 01:56:37 | Speaker 1:

Heather, what would you like of Megan's right now? We're putting it in her will.

01:56:38 - 01:56:47 | Speaker 2:

Her eyeshadow palette. Oh, that's a good one. Yeah, that's a pretty big collection. I'm embarrassed. Yes.

01:56:48 - 01:56:50 | Speaker 1:

Megan, how many do you have?

01:56:51 - 01:57:02 | Speaker 2:

Eyeshadow palettes? Yes. Now, okay, most of them are probably expired, and they're collectibles at this point. That's the only justification I have for this, but probably $40 or $50.

01:57:03 - 01:57:05 | Speaker 1:

Wow. That's a lot of money right there.

01:57:05 - 01:57:18 | Speaker 2:

Okay, but I lived at home until I was 27, and I had what I thought was just a throwawayable income. I didn't know that I was supposed to be saving for retirement.

01:57:18 - 01:57:28 | Speaker 1:

already so that's where that money went this is a big one i don't know if you want to eat this even given out this might be something that needs to be destroyed cheryl what is it of megan's that you

01:57:28 - 01:57:40 | Speaker 3:

want i want to see megan's computer i would love to go through her search history oh my god she has some subjects that are so intriguing and she's just such an awesome person i would

01:57:40 - 01:57:44 | Speaker 1:

love to see her search history oh my god megan make sure that that thing is destroyed i googled

01:57:44 - 01:58:06 | Speaker 2:

yesterday how, what is the lifespan of the squirrel? And that's the least embarrassing thing I could share with you guys right now. So no, thank you. What is it, by the way? Now I want to know. Four to six years for the average outdoor squirrel in North America. If you're wondering, there are some breeds that last from 12 to 16 years. That's unbelievable. That's a rabbit hole I fell down. That's the

01:58:06 - 01:58:20 | Speaker 1:

stuff that you'll get, Cheryl, when you get her computer. Alright, the person that texts us in won't pick up their phone, so we've got to read it. The best one of them all, they want to be adopted by your dad. Is that not the greatest?

01:58:21 - 01:58:28 | Speaker 2:

I mean, if you want to put up with him, you go right ahead. But it is a full-time job. But it's worth it for the payout at the end. All right.

01:58:29 - 01:58:35 | Speaker 1:

In the will, Scott Mick goes to 810. I think that their phone number was.

01:58:35 - 01:58:37 | Speaker 2:

I'm genuinely shocked nobody said my weed.

01:58:37 - 02:01:34 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh. Well, you know what? I think that they think that you consumed it all during the time that you were not feeling well. How am I supposed to live, laugh, and love in these conditions? This is Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning. So Saturday, I went to a funeral for a friend of mine's mom who passed away, sadly. The service was really nice. You know, when you go to funeral services, you walk away afterwards going, God, I hope people say nice things when I die. You know, because you hear all these nice things. Because she was a mom. She was a grandma. She was a friend and neighbor. And for me, she was just a great lady that over the years that we've known. And something really amazing happened at this funeral. Somebody's ringtone went off at the most inappropriate, appropriate time. So I want to tell this story. And what I want is I would like you to call up and talk about the time that the ringtone or the phone rang in what was the most inappropriate time when it rang because this, to me, was not only inappropriate, but it was also appropriate. So they got done with the eulogy, and then the priest was doing the holy water on the casket graveside. Have you ever gone to one of those type of funerals before? No. Where the graveside, they holy water the casket, and then the casket. you know eventually gets lowered down you know they didn't lower it down at that time okay i've never seen the priest came out to the grave site it's kind of a catholic thing okay and as the priest is doing the whole prayers over the casket and doing that thing because there's some chaldean friends here a ringtone goes off and it could have been the most appropriate ring ringtone and i'm going to play you the song because i don't have the ringtone which by the way more people need to have ringtones again it's something that was a big deal back like 10 15 years ago that people kind of went away from some of them are rude i think it's kind of fun like the oh no oh no oh you know the no song or this one at a funeral yes get low as the casket being Lil Jon and the East Side Boys. And the funny thing is, whoever has this happen to them, and this particular guy that had it happen to him, can't figure out that that's his ringtone or lets it ring nonstop without hitting the side of his phone to shut the phone off. Like he's looking around like somebody else has that ringtone. Right, exactly. Exactly. Not realizing, maybe he got caught up in the moment or something. Maybe he got caught up in the spirituality of what was going on. But no joke, this is what happens when they're at a moment when they're about to get low with the casket.

02:01:34 - 02:02:01 | Speaker 1:

I thought, oh, my God, this is like timing at the best. Like, honestly, we all kind of laughed and everybody did. Nobody was like shushing at all. The priest kind of looked a little awkward. Like, he was like, where did that come from? He kind of thought, have you ever been to a funeral where there was a trumpeteer, where somebody actually does the taps or whatever? I think that this, did I turn your mic down? Oh, and I turned the song down. I turned your mic down. I don't know how I did that. I'm sorry. I apologize.

02:02:03 - 02:02:04 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my gosh.

02:02:05 - 02:02:24 | Speaker 1:

I want them to play a little John Gidlow at my funeral. The priest actually thought that it was planned. Like, I think he thought it was like, oh, is this like their version of TAPS that's going on? Version of TAPS? Oh, my God. Sarah?

02:02:26 - 02:02:35 | Speaker 2:

Hey, good. How are you? Yeah, so my sister-in-law and brother-in-law were getting married, and during the ceremony, his phone went off in his pocket.

02:02:36 - 02:02:38 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh. Did it have a ringtone, or was it just the phone?

02:02:38 - 02:02:52 | Speaker 2:

It was some rap song. I hate to say I'm not cool enough to know, but it was just horrible. I looked around, and people were just shaking their heads, and he just turned it off, and they went ahead with the ceremony, but I felt so bad.

02:02:52 - 02:02:57 | Speaker 1:

How much do you want to bet it was somebody sitting in the congregation that knew that this guy wouldn't put his phone on mute?

02:03:00 - 02:03:08 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I know. It's just sometimes, yeah, I know. It's just certain people, it was like, it was just horrifying, and I felt so bad for my sister-in-law, you know?

02:03:08 - 02:03:29 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm telling you, I do that sometimes with people. Like, if we're in meetings here at the station, I know sometimes that there's a couple people here, and I won't say who their names are, that don't ever put their phone on mute. So I will pick my phone up and just dial them up while they're sitting in the front of the room, and we have, like, a presentation from one of the bosses. Christina, what's happening?

02:03:30 - 02:03:31 | Speaker 4:

Hi. Good morning, guys.

02:03:31 - 02:03:32 | Speaker 1:

Good morning.

02:03:32 - 02:03:44 | Speaker 4:

Yes, me and my husband got married in Vegas, and you could live stream it because we live here in Michigan, and one of his friends thought it would be funny to call him while I'm walking down the aisle.

02:03:45 - 02:03:46 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh.

02:03:47 - 02:03:57 | Speaker 4:

It was my husband's fault because he didn't put his phone on silent. But he didn't answer it, right? And then puts it in his pocket. He did. He put it to his head, and then he looked at me and then put it down.

02:03:57 - 02:03:58 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh.

02:03:58 - 02:04:02 | Speaker 4:

He was in trouble. I'm like, really? Oh, my gosh.

02:04:02 - 02:04:03 | Speaker 1:

That's awesome.

02:04:03 - 02:04:07 | Speaker 4:

And he blames it on getting drunk because we were in Vegas. He's like, I was drunk, babe. I'm like, no.

02:04:09 - 02:04:12 | Speaker 1:

That's incredible. And what song did he have? What was the song that went off?

02:04:13 - 02:04:19 | Speaker 4:

No, it was just a random ringtone. He didn't have songs. It was just a regular ringtone. Okay. But I got it on video, so.

02:04:21 - 02:04:29 | Speaker 1:

Classic. That's like me with my friends. Turn those phones on mute. What's going on, Lori?

02:04:30 - 02:04:30 | Speaker 3:

Hi.

02:04:30 - 02:04:31 | Speaker 1:

Hey, what's happening?

02:04:32 - 02:05:04 | Speaker 3:

oh not a whole lot yeah so um i was on a field trip with actually my youngest daughter she's 10 now but this was a couple years ago and my son thought it would be funny to change my ring tone when i didn't realize it so i'm on the bus riding with all the parents and the children and my phone starts to ring and because i got high my afro man like full blast because of course i did i had the value up because all the kids so yeah you're not I'll limit that one down. Yeah, it wasn't a greatest moment, but yeah.

02:05:05 - 02:05:07 | Speaker 5:

Steve, what's happening?

02:05:08 - 02:05:11 | Speaker 3:

I had my phone go off at a funeral, my uncle's funeral.

02:05:11 - 02:05:12 | Speaker 5:

And what was the song that played?

02:05:14 - 02:05:17 | Speaker 3:

Kiss, Dr. Love, Calling Dr. Love.

02:05:17 - 02:05:23 | Speaker 5:

Calling Dr. Love, Calling Dr. Love. I'm not a big Kiss fan. All I know is, you know.

02:05:23 - 02:05:25 | Speaker 3:

What's wrong with you? Kiss is the best band of us.

02:05:25 - 02:05:27 | Speaker 5:

I apologize. I apologize.

02:05:28 - 02:05:29 | Speaker 6:

I mean, we can argue about it. Yeah.

02:05:30 - 02:05:31 | Speaker 2:

Another time.

02:05:32 - 02:05:34 | Speaker 5:

Maybe not appropriate, though, for a funeral. What's up, Holly?

02:05:35 - 02:05:49 | Speaker 4:

Hey, when I was standing next to my boss, he called me to make sure I had his number in correctly, and it played, take this job and shove it. That was his ringtone? Yes, it was, just for him.

02:05:49 - 02:05:52 | Speaker 5:

That's great. Did he laugh about it at least?

02:05:52 - 02:06:06 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, he kind of did, but I was training somebody at the time, and he didn't think it was very appropriate for her to hear it. But, yeah, he laughed about it. But if you understood my job, yeah, you would play it, too.

02:06:08 - 02:06:09 | Speaker 5:

Take care of yourself.

02:06:09 - 02:06:10 | Speaker 4:

Anyway, thank you.

02:06:10 - 02:06:23 | Speaker 5:

All right, we'll see you. A good old-fashioned one of – this is wild. Do we have a – Cameron, are you there? Hello. Cameron, you and I have a lot in common.

02:06:23 - 02:06:24 | Speaker 4:

I know.

02:06:25 - 02:06:29 | Speaker 5:

I was an altar boy. You were an altar server, altar girl, right?

02:06:30 - 02:06:33 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, yeah, when I was back in high school.

02:06:35 - 02:06:40 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, for us good Catholic kids, we were altar kids. Did any of you guys, were you guys any of that at all?

02:06:40 - 02:06:49 | Speaker 6:

No, I carried up the gifts once or twice. Did you? Okay. With my family. I've held a door for somebody once. Cameron, what happened?

02:06:51 - 02:07:17 | Speaker 4:

Back in high school, I was a Catholic server, and I always served for funerals because I would show up, And in the middle of a service, one of the family members' phones started ringing my neck, my back, with my enthusiasm. No, no. He was able to close it just in time for it not to say the rest of the song. Oh, my.

02:07:17 - 02:07:20 | Speaker 5:

Did you laugh hysterically or did you keep a straight face?

02:07:20 - 02:07:31 | Speaker 4:

No, I did. No, I did. Because one of my friends was serving with me. And we would get out of school for this, so we would go together. We would drive together, and we were just dying.

02:07:31 - 02:07:32 | Speaker 5:

We used to get paid.

02:07:32 - 02:07:33 | Speaker 4:

It was so hard not to keep a straight face.

02:07:33 - 02:07:37 | Speaker 5:

As an altar server, we would get paid sometimes. They would tip you, right, weddings?

02:07:38 - 02:07:40 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, we would get, like, a Walmart gift card.

02:07:41 - 02:07:47 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's cool. Well, thank you for the call. Appreciate it, Cameron. God bless you, my dear. Love you guys. Take care. Yeah. Love you, guys.

02:07:48 - 02:07:49 | Speaker 3:

Yes.

02:07:53 - 02:08:11 | Speaker 2:

Mom. Mike's wife has requested of Mike to do something that could make him even sexier than he already is.

02:08:12 - 02:09:20 | Speaker 6:

Look, I will do whatever it takes to be sexy to my wife. And I don't know if you guys have done this, like learn something new or just maybe even tried something new or whatever, just because your spouse found it sexy. But we went to the Hispanic festival this last weekend, and we're down there, we're walking around, and some of the people that were working at the festival were shouting over the music or whatever, and I don't know what they were shouting about. I don't fully know how to speak Spanish, but I don't think it was anything bad. They were just yelling over music. And my wife leans over to me, and she goes, you need to learn Spanish. And I'm like, yeah, I know. I've been working on that. She goes, no, no, no, no, no. You need to learn Spanish and then just yell at me in Spanish. Oh. I said, what? Excuse me, Mrs. Aguilar, what did you do? I'm like, okay. So I started yelling what I do, like, donde esta la biblioteca? And she's like, no, no, no, learn it. Learn it and, like, roll the R's, everything. And I was like, you just want me to yell at you? Can you roll your R's?

02:09:21 - 02:09:22 | Speaker 5:

Oh, you're so lucky.

02:09:22 - 02:09:23 | Speaker 6:

I can't do it. Come on.

02:09:23 - 02:09:26 | Speaker 5:

Let me hear you say it in a conversation, though. Do something in a conversation.

02:09:27 - 02:09:27 | Speaker 6:

No, I can't.

02:09:28 - 02:09:31 | Speaker 5:

You can just... Like, go on. Like, whatever you're doing with your tongue.

02:09:31 - 02:09:32 | Speaker 6:

Tortilla. Tortilla.

02:09:33 - 02:09:34 | Speaker 5:

Tortilla. Wait.

02:09:34 - 02:09:35 | Speaker 6:

Can you roll your R's?

02:09:36 - 02:09:39 | Speaker 5:

Tortilla. No, I can't. You can't. Like, tortilla.

02:09:40 - 02:09:41 | Speaker 1:

I can't do it.

02:09:42 - 02:09:48 | Speaker 5:

So, Allie, which, by the way, both of you guys have Latin, right? Are you Mexican and she's Puerto Rican? Is that right?

02:09:48 - 02:09:49 | Speaker 1:

Yep, yep.

02:09:49 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 5:

And she wants you to, what, take a babble or something like that and just yell at her. Just yell at her in Spanish. Wow.

02:09:59 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 6:

Just learn certain.

02:10:00 - 02:10:04 | Speaker 1:

phrases. Yeah, I don't think she wants it to be like a mean yelling. I think it could be anything, you know?

02:10:06 - 02:10:16 | Speaker 2:

You guys are that fun couple. I know that for a while there, you guys were watching TV and you talked about role-playing like Yellowstone, like cowboys. And now she wants you to do this

02:10:16 - 02:10:48 | Speaker 3:

whole thing. You know, this reminds me so much of our late agent, Norm Schrott. God rest his soul. Well, he didn't believe in God. Well, rest his soul. But he His girlfriend Tammy Loved when he spoke In like a different language to her When they were making love And so he said He didn't know any other languages So he would just recite the menu At his favorite Italian restaurant And he would whisper that to her When they were having sex And it worked

Fettuccine Alfredo 844 Mojo Live 844-665-6548 Can you teach Mike a little Spanish right now? I know we've got some of our great Mojo in the Morning listeners listening from all over. But I know we have a lot of good Spanish-speaking listeners that might be able to give Mike some sexy things to be able to tell his sexy little Puerto Rican lady at home.

02:11:16 - 02:11:23 | Speaker 1:

Has there ever been a request for you, Mojo, or Shannon, or anybody? Like, they've ever asked you to do anything, and you're like, all right.

02:11:23 - 02:12:02 | Speaker 2:

Chelsea has actually said we wear certain things. Like, she'll tell me to dress a certain way. You know, it was nothing outrageous at all, but it would be like pretty much telling me to stop dressing like a slob and dress up a little bit. But she would like it, you know. Like, she would go, oh, you look so much better, you know. And then you kind of see that glare. The other thing, I've said this numerous times, the way to my wife's taking, you know, the panty dropping situation for me, If I clean up around the house Or do anything kind of work-wise around the house That does it And then if I do it And sound like a Spanish speaker

02:12:02 - 02:12:13 | Speaker 6:

Trying to get her to call in right now

02:12:13 - 02:12:16 | Speaker 2:

So embarrassed Come on, Allie, come on

02:12:16 - 02:12:20 | Speaker 6:

Por favor Yes.

02:12:24 - 02:12:41 | Speaker 2:

I mean, how many girls were hot for Justin Bieber when he was doing this song, right? Mojo in the morning. What's going on? Misfit Nicole on with us right now with some advice.

02:12:41 - 02:12:43 | Speaker 4:

Good morning, everybody. Oh, good morning.

02:12:43 - 02:12:44 | Speaker 2:

What's happening?

02:12:45 - 02:12:56 | Speaker 4:

Nothing much. Just driving to work, listening to y'all. Listen. Listen, I'm not Hispanic, and I don't know a bit of Spanish, but if my husband yelled out mucho pesos, I'd be hyped.

02:12:58 - 02:13:02 | Speaker 2:

Is pesos money? Yeah, yes, absolutely.

02:13:03 - 02:13:06 | Speaker 4:

So just lots of money, and then I'm good.

02:13:06 - 02:13:13 | Speaker 2:

That's good. By the way, don't you think Mike is already sexy, you know, just knowing that Mike's got Mexican in him?

02:13:13 - 02:13:22 | Speaker 4:

He's got me and his wife. They have a beautiful family, but let me say this. There's always a role for improvement, okay? The sexiest man can always look for improvement.

02:13:23 - 02:13:23 | Speaker 2:

Right.

02:13:23 - 02:13:27 | Speaker 4:

But I like it when my husband wears gray sweatpants with the little print tone.

02:13:27 - 02:13:29 | Speaker 2:

Oh, there you go. Really?

02:13:30 - 02:13:31 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it'll take me.

02:13:33 - 02:13:38 | Speaker 2:

You're excited over that when he puts those things on. Most women want their guys out of their sweatpants.

02:13:39 - 02:13:47 | Speaker 4:

I know. Nope. And I like looking at other men in gray sweatpants, too. Do you really? I do. I like sweatpants, I do. It's a good time.

02:13:47 - 02:13:49 | Speaker 2:

Thank you, Nicole. Take care of yourself, okay?

02:13:49 - 02:13:50 | Speaker 4:

Bye.

02:13:50 - 02:13:56 | Speaker 2:

All right. Appreciate it. Hi, Tracy. How you doing? Tracy?

02:13:57 - 02:13:58 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Can you hear me?

02:13:58 - 02:14:01 | Speaker 2:

I absolutely can hear you. How you doing? What's going on?

02:14:02 - 02:14:33 | Speaker 5:

Great. So I started dating my boyfriend quite a few years ago, and he has a really deep voice. And so we went to this ice cream store where all of the flavors were written on a chalkboard, and it was to my back. So he was reading them to me, and I was so turned on that I made him do it like three or four more times because I just kept saying, I didn't catch all that. But I was like, oh, my God, let's get the ice cream and get out of here.

02:14:34 - 02:14:41 | Speaker 2:

Really? So he's got that beautiful voice, that sultry voice. and when he was saying the menu items, it actually turned you on.

02:14:41 - 02:14:48 | Speaker 5:

It's a very deep voice. That's awesome. And when he was reading them to me, I was like, wow, say that again?

02:14:48 - 02:14:59 | Speaker 2:

All right, perfect. All right, hold on a second. I got something good here for Mike. We break into coverage right now because on the phone with us is the one and only First Lady of Mike.

02:15:00 - 02:15:03 | Speaker 3:

Allie is on with us right now. Mike's wife. Hi, Allie.

02:15:05 - 02:15:05 | Speaker 4:

Stop.

02:15:07 - 02:15:21 | Speaker 3:

And Allie, here's what we're going to do to make Mike sexier to you. Gabriella is on with us right now to teach Mike some Spanish that he can yell out to you to get you all turned on. Hi, Gabriella. Say hello to Mike and to his wife, Allie.

02:15:22 - 02:15:22 | Speaker 2:

Hola.

02:15:23 - 02:15:24 | Speaker 3:

Hello.

02:15:24 - 02:15:25 | Speaker 2:

Good morning.

02:15:26 - 02:15:28 | Speaker 3:

You're supposed to say hola to back, Mike.

02:15:28 - 02:15:29 | Speaker 2:

Hola. God damn it.

02:15:29 - 02:15:31 | Speaker 3:

Hola, ¿qué tal? ¿Bien y tú?

02:15:35 - 02:15:36 | Speaker 4:

Todo bien.

02:15:37 - 02:15:46 | Speaker 3:

All right. That's all I know. All right. Gabriela, we got to have you make Mike sexier. He's a sexy mexy, okay?

02:15:48 - 02:15:53 | Speaker 4:

Okay. Let me think.

02:15:54 - 02:15:57 | Speaker 2:

One good line that I can yell over and over and over.

02:15:59 - 02:16:04 | Speaker 4:

Let's see, what do you usually say in English? And then I'll do like a Spanish version of it.

02:16:04 - 02:16:11 | Speaker 2:

You could say, I mean, you could literally say anything. It doesn't matter. You could say, I don't know. How about my...

02:16:11 - 02:16:13 | Speaker 4:

You can say, que guapa te ves.

02:16:15 - 02:16:16 | Speaker 3:

And what does that mean?

02:16:16 - 02:16:21 | Speaker 4:

That means you're very good looking or you look pretty or something.

02:16:21 - 02:16:24 | Speaker 3:

That sounds better in Spanish. Say that again. Say it slower.

02:16:25 - 02:16:28 | Speaker 4:

Que guapa te ves.

02:16:29 - 02:16:40 | Speaker 3:

How do I say, I just bought you some tacos?

02:16:43 - 02:16:46 | Speaker 4:

I just bought you some tacos.

02:16:51 - 02:16:51 | Unknown:

Oh, damn.

02:16:52 - 02:16:55 | Speaker 2:

Can you do it one more time? One more time?

02:16:55 - 02:17:10 | Speaker 4:

we're so dumb we can't even repeat stuff back to people

02:17:10 - 02:17:29 | Speaker 3:

how about this what if mike were to say something like mike tell me something that you and you can give it out as much information or as little information as possible but what is something that you have said to Allie in the bedroom, maybe in Spanish it will sound just as sexy, if not more.

02:17:32 - 02:17:33 | Speaker 2:

Is the door locked?

02:17:38 - 02:17:40 | Speaker 3:

No? Okay. Gabriela, is the door locked?

02:17:44 - 02:17:47 | Speaker 4:

Oh, that sounds hot.

02:17:47 - 02:17:52 | Speaker 3:

That sounds hot. Mike, do it slower again and then Mike's going to scream it out to Allie. Go ahead.

02:17:54 - 02:18:04 | Speaker 4:

¿Está cerrada la puerta? ¿Está cerrada la puerta? No, that's not it.

02:18:05 - 02:18:05 | Speaker 2:

That's not it?

02:18:06 - 02:18:10 | Speaker 4:

Oh, not really. We have to practice your R's. R.

02:18:11 - 02:18:13 | Speaker 3:

Go ahead. Come on, Mike. Let me hear you. R.

02:18:14 - 02:18:15 | Speaker 4:

Oh, that's actually good.

02:18:16 - 02:18:16 | Speaker 3:

R.

02:18:18 - 02:18:22 | Speaker 4:

R. Then they cerrada Closed, cerrada

02:18:22 - 02:18:24 | Speaker 2:

Cerrada

02:18:24 - 02:18:28 | Speaker 4:

That's actually good Está cerrada la puerta

02:18:28 - 02:18:42 | Speaker 2:

Está cerrada la puerta Nope, I could fail that was wrong Está cerrada la puerta Is it working, Allie? Anything?

02:18:42 - 02:18:43 | Speaker 4:

Nope, sorry

02:18:43 - 02:18:49 | Speaker 3:

Well, thank you for calling, Allie We're going to work with them on this.

02:18:50 - 02:18:51 | Speaker 4:

Good luck.

02:18:52 - 02:18:56 | Speaker 3:

Bye. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

02:18:57 - 02:20:00 | Speaker 1:

Kanye West's private school. Everybody's talking about it because a brand new lawsuit was just filed. Two former teachers are the ones behind this. And one of the things that I was reading in the court documents is this issue of the students being fed only one meal a day. They had sushi for lunch every single day. That was it. Kanye spent like $10,000 a week on sushi for the kids. And apparently they had to eat it on the floor without tables or chairs. So Kanye and Donda Academy being sued by these two women who say they were fired from their teaching positions at the school for sounding the alarm on education and health and safety code violations. They also believe the race had something to do with it. They were the only black teachers employed by Donda Academy. And so they cited the lunch option. They cited some other unusual rules and restrictions in the school. Kanye didn't allow crossword puzzles or coloring books, according to the teachers. Students were allowed to sit in chairs.

02:20:00 - 02:20:43 | Speaker 4:

They had to sit on foam cushions or stand while they were learning every day. And these women claimed that when they tried to run these issues up the flagpole and say, hey, we don't feel good about this, they were threatened and told, do not reach out to Kanye. So they end up getting fired and they're blaming their termination on retaliation and racial discrimination. They also say they weren't even getting paid their full paycheck. So they at least want that out of this lawsuit. A random line from the Twilight Saga, New Moon, has been trending on TikTok. And nobody is more confused than the guy who said it in the movie, Taylor Lautner. This is it right here. Bella.

02:20:44 - 02:20:46 | Speaker 5:

Where the hell have you been?

02:20:47 - 02:20:50 | Speaker 4:

Yes, yes. Okay, so here's the funny part.

02:20:50 - 02:21:06 | Speaker 3:

He was like, I don't even really remember that line. Are you kidding me? In the movie. It's iconic. Yeah. It's the most ridiculous line in the whole series. of a series of movies filled with ridiculous lines. Exactly. Where the hell you been, Loka?

02:21:06 - 02:21:17 | Speaker 5:

I just started walking the streets and people would come up to me and say, can you say where the hell have you been, Loka? I'm like, what? Yeah, can you say where the hell you been, Loka? I'm like, where the hell you been, Loka?

02:21:17 - 02:21:27 | Speaker 6:

Honestly, I forgot that that was even a line in the movie. It's not an important line. And it just blew up. It became this thing.

02:21:27 - 02:21:30 | Speaker 4:

Now he said he just knows to play along.

02:21:31 - 02:21:37 | Speaker 6:

Now, I, like, I get it. I mean, I don't really get it, but I get it.

02:21:38 - 02:21:51 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Adult film star Stormy Daniels speaking yesterday for the first time since former President Donald Trump's arrangement, saying she would be happy to testify if she was asked.

02:21:51 - 02:22:10 | Speaker 1:

I mean, it's daunting, but I look forward to it, you know what I mean? Because I have nothing to hide. I'm the only one that has been telling the truth and, you know, you can't shame me any for more. So you want to have. I do. I do. I think having them call me in and put me on the stand legitimizes my story and who I am.

02:22:10 - 02:22:14 | Speaker 4:

She was also asked whether she wanted to see Trump go to jail for what he did.

02:22:14 - 02:22:26 | Speaker 1:

Specific to my case, I don't think that his crimes against me are worthy of incarceration. I feel like the other things that he has done, if he is found guilty, absolutely.

02:22:27 - 02:22:42 | Speaker 4:

And Megan, a story for Scott Mick in The Dirty this morning. A Connecticut man known as the Crack King is seeking a Guinness Book of World Records for his collection of Crocs. He has more than 2,000 pairs of Crocs.

02:22:43 - 02:22:43 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God.

02:22:43 - 02:23:24 | Speaker 4:

He's 32 years old, got his first pair as a gift when he was 16. He said he didn't like them at first, but eventually found them comfortable and stylish. He now has 2,127 different pairs of Crocs and regularly shares them on Instagram each time he buys a new pair. He's got some celebrity collab Crocs, some promotional Crocs like the fried chicken scented KFC Crocs. He is hoping that not only can he set a world record, he wants to open his own Croc Museum, which he will call the Croxium. Do you know what his handle is? Give me a second. I'll forward it to you. I got to look for it again.

02:23:24 - 02:23:31 | Speaker 3:

I need to send him a DM. The pictures are great. Also, where do you store 2,000 crocs? Anywhere. Your basement.

02:23:32 - 02:23:44 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Mike, goals. It sounds like you have some goals there. I want to be him when I grow up. No. All right. You can check out pictures of all of this guy's pairs of crocs and catch up on all of today's Dirty on the Dirty page at MojoInTheMorning.com.

02:23:50 - 02:24:38 | Speaker 2:

I have a quick question that I need to ask but this is something that I would ask that children do not listen to so not like any other portion of the show it's something that children should listen to I mean no offense to us and our programming of this radio program but I think we've taught kids over the years probably a few things So I was getting into a conversation with one of my guy friends, and I'll keep them nameless on this. And he brought up something very interesting to me. He told me that the reason that he and his husband are together is because he once had, quote unquote, the perfect penis.

02:24:39 - 02:24:42 | Speaker 4:

Oh, why once had? What happened to him?

02:24:42 - 02:25:00 | Speaker 2:

Well, I think that age might have changed it a little bit. He said that when they first met, he said that he was the envy of most guys. But as he's gotten older, he said, it's become just average. It is no longer what it used to be. And so I had so many questions talking about.

02:25:00 - 02:26:22 | Speaker 1:

this because it was a group of us it was a group it wasn't just a group of guys it was a group of you know couples that were all sitting around and all the women were kind of spouting out into this one too but i had so many questions because the perfect penis like what is the perfect penis and i've never asked actually asked like a woman that question like you know what is the perfect penis but i've never asked a gay man that question too what's the perfect penis so what do you say uh he was saying that that uh he said he actually can we can can we say no yes because the analogy was good he said it looked like bradley cooper the actor so not his penis but looked like bradley cooper he says when you look he says when you looked at it it was chiseled strong and and he said it was nice so the i these are the the parts of this that i want to bring up And I do have to be very, very careful. But I did warn, don't have your children listen. I got into like really in-depth conversation with the group and asked the question, does your privates change over the years? Like, do you, the look of your privates change over the years? And so could you have the perfect vagina and then years later, it changes it like the perfect

02:26:22 - 02:26:26 | Speaker 4:

She's pushed the baby out of her vagina. She's screaming right now.

02:26:26 - 02:26:26 | Speaker 1:

Really?

02:26:26 - 02:26:35 | Speaker 4:

Well, because that changes it. I mean, not necessarily, for some people, not necessarily a ton. But for others, yeah. I mean, it's different.

02:26:35 - 02:26:48 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. But does it change that? I guess the vagina does change because of children. But does the penis change? Like, how has a man's? I mean, don't your balls get saggier?

02:26:49 - 02:26:51 | Speaker 4:

I don't know the amount of lotion I put on it.

02:26:51 - 02:27:55 | Speaker 1:

I don't think it. okay wait that is a do guys lotion their venuses um you should you should lotion everywhere but i think you lotion there it you know referring back to mike's uh mike's joke just a second ago you do you do it in different ways for that one but i um but you should lotion lotion is by the way a very important thing for i want every man to know you should moisturize and i'm not just talking about moisturizing your face. You should moisturize all parts of your body. Otherwise you get assy. Yeah. This is definitely a public service. Like Benjamin Button down there. Right. 844-MOJO-LIVE 844-665-6548 Does a penis or vagina go bad over the years? Has anyone ever looked at a perfect penis or a perfect vagina of someone that they dated and said that was perfect and what is the perfect penis or vagina um dave how you doing

02:27:55 - 02:28:10 | Speaker 2:

oh man this is a little embarrassing but this was me back 20 years ago i had the perfect d okay really 20 years and 20 years lady later my body outgrew my d

02:28:10 - 02:28:29 | Speaker 1:

so that i guess could be the case of where you go from the perfect one to the not so perfect one i need to lose weight so i can go back well i i always uh i always say that your d never grows in size they always say that when you lose weight it's just that you can finally see it

02:28:29 - 02:28:34 | Speaker 4:

you know dave thank you for being brave enough to call and admit that by the way

02:28:34 - 02:28:46 | Speaker 1:

it was awesome uh what's up naz what's going on mojo how you doing man Good, man. How you doing? Doing okay. We're talking about the penis and the vagina and the perfect ones.

02:28:48 - 02:28:59 | Speaker 3:

Well, yeah. I've been told by multiple women that apparently I have a pretty penis. And my girlfriend is so proud of it. She showed all her friends. Like, all her friends know my penis is right.

02:28:59 - 02:29:00 | Speaker 1:

Wait a second.

02:29:00 - 02:29:01 | Speaker 4:

Like, she shows pictures?

02:29:01 - 02:29:09 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. That's pretty, like, I don't know, like, bold that she shows those pictures. You're okay with that?

02:29:10 - 02:29:14 | Speaker 3:

I mean, I don't care. I mean, as a girl, the more girls, I really don't care.

02:29:14 - 02:29:21 | Speaker 1:

So all your nudes are being shown to them. Isn't she worried about them now hitting you up because you have the perfect penis?

02:29:21 - 02:29:34 | Speaker 3:

No, I mean, they don't hit me up, and I don't hit them up, so it's all good. What does she say is so pretty about it? I mean, I'm not trying to sound cocky, but...

02:29:34 - 02:29:59 | Speaker 1:

Wait, I'm going to end it on that one. You don't even need to tell us. but uh i got some length yeah okay all right i don't mean to sound cocky i don't know tati i usually just ended it in the bed on that one that was actually pretty funny what's going on tati i might go one call too deep oh yeah hey you guys um

02:30:00 - 02:30:21 | Speaker 3:

I was listening to this topic, and, of course, I had to call in because the other day I decided to perch up up on my, like, bathroom counter and just take a look at the old girl. Just check in. Yes. See how she's doing, you know. Yeah. Take some time, you know. Reconnect. Yep. And I have an almost three-year-old, and I really was confident that not a lot had changed, but let me tell you, things have changed.

02:30:22 - 02:30:23 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. I know.

02:30:24 - 02:30:30 | Speaker 6:

I just love the visual of you in the bathroom there, you know, leg up on the counter.

02:30:30 - 02:30:33 | Speaker 4:

Every girl should do that. If you've never done that, you should.

02:30:34 - 02:30:34 | Speaker 6:

That's awesome.

02:30:34 - 02:30:35 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah.

02:30:35 - 02:30:35 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

02:30:36 - 02:30:37 | Speaker 4:

You got to check in.

02:30:37 - 02:30:49 | Speaker 3:

It had been a few too many, maybe years at this point since I've really, like, checked in, you know, sit on the counter, spread eagle, like, full vision. You can get a flashlight out. Like, really, you should connect with your Yogi.

02:30:49 - 02:30:54 | Speaker 6:

Got to get a Maglite flashlight. Got to get the real professional Maglite flashlight on that one. What's up, Jerry?

02:30:55 - 02:31:09 | Speaker 5:

All right. I need every guy right now to do this with me. Okay. Because this is a lesson my dad taught me and my brothers when we were in our 20s. Hold your hand out in front of you, thumb up, straight up in the air, and spread your fingers as far as you can.

02:31:10 - 02:31:10 | Speaker 6:

Okay.

02:31:10 - 02:31:29 | Speaker 5:

And he said to us, this is the history of a man's life. Thumb is your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s going all the way down. I'm excited for my 40s. It was a sad, sad day.

02:31:32 - 02:31:41 | Speaker 8:
