I have type 2 diabetes, but I manage it well. It's a little pill with a big story to tell. I take one's daily Jardians at each day's start.

00:00:43 - 00:01:40 | Speaker 8:

And for adults with type 2 diabetes and known heart disease, Jardians can lower the risk of cardiovascular death too. Prescription Jardians, Empagliflozin, 10 or 25 milligram tablets, are used to lower blood sugar along with diet and exercise in adults with type 2 diabetes. Jardians is not for use to lower blood sugar in people with type 1 diabetes. and not for people with type 2 diabetes who have severe kidney disease. 00:03:18 - 00:03:23 | Speaker 4:

Ladies and gentlemen, introducing Mojo in the morning.

00:03:24 - 00:03:25 | Unknown:

Showtime.

00:03:52 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 5:

Good morning and welcome to the Mojo in the Morning Show. War of the Roses happening today, now on Tuesdays and Thursdays. be listening after 7 30 so tuesdays we do it a little different than thursdays i know that on thursdays we do you know seven o'clock and nine o'clock on uh thursdays we do 7 40 and 9 40 so the war of the roses this morning she agreed to have a threesome and now she's thinking that He is still a little too involved with the person that they chose to be the third. And actually, it was mutually agreed upon. And wait till you hear who that third is.

00:05:00 - 00:05:16 | Speaker 1:

It's unbelievable to hear this. It's Megan from the Mojo in the Morning show. I don't even say that. I'm joking. Megan, would you oppose? Would that be something? I would like to have a threesome with you and another girl you trust.

00:05:16 - 00:05:21 | Speaker 3:

At this point, it's just been so long. I'll take anything I could get.

00:05:21 - 00:05:29 | Speaker 1:

That's like going right into the carnival, like right at the moment and going right on the roller coaster, you know? What's the scariest ride at Cedar Point?

00:05:30 - 00:05:30 | Speaker 3:

The Maverick.

00:05:31 - 00:06:35 | Speaker 1:

The Maverick. Or was it the one that last year got shut down? That might have been the scariest. Oh, wait. But that's like going in. You cannot go into Cedar Point and go right to the Maverick. You have to work your way. You have to, like, easier way. Yeah. That'd be like being a little bit dry sexually for a while, and then all of a sudden, next thing you know, you're in a threesome. That would be kind of like a let's go for it, guys. So we have that coming up this morning. We got a lot of good prizes. Taylor Swift tickets this hour and then next hour Ed Sharon tickets so stick around for that it's Mojo in the morning show I listen I'm not asking for much like I really don't I don't think I ask for a lot do I can you please tell me why this is that it frustrates me so much and maybe it frustrates you and if it does we'll share in the frustration I cannot stand when And you get a reply from somebody on a text that you sent to them, and their reply is a thumbs up.

00:06:37 - 00:06:40 | Speaker 3:

I feel personally attacked.

00:06:41 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 1:

Why do you have to thumbs up me? Because thumbs up basically says, go F yourself, doesn't it? No. Oh, yes, it does.

00:06:49 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 2:

It's the quick and easy response. No. You're talking about the little, not the emoji, like the little thing that you can, it's either a heart or a thumbs up, thumbs down.

00:06:57 - 00:07:58 | Speaker 1:

exclamation point that i'm talking about either any of those thumbs if you give me the uh if you give me a thumb easy response but no no no it's not easy it's just as easy for you to to basically uh just say okay oh and the other one too is the k's oh i don't like the k the people that gives you if they give you a k i want you to understand something i think that you are the rudest mfer in the world that you're just k and me like i wrote this this question in pretty decent length and the question basically was to and i'll give the specifics on this it was to one of the sales people and i asked a question about a uh a promotion that that we got coming up this week that i'll talk about and the the question was about uh a way to make it bigger was to bring some concert tickets with and i was like hey what do you think about this idea and it was like Thumbs up. Well, thumbs up doesn't tell me, can you actually help me put this thing together?

00:07:58 - 00:08:00 | Speaker 2:

Oh, but it tells me that it's a good idea.

00:08:01 - 00:08:04 | Speaker 1:

Really? Okay. So it's a good enough idea that they thumbs up.

00:08:04 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 2:

So she liked your idea.

00:08:05 - 00:08:09 | Speaker 1:

Yes. I get so frustrated with that.

00:08:09 - 00:08:26 | Speaker 2:

See, I would rather have the thumbs up than K. K, to me, really grinds my gears. And you know what else gets me? Yeah. Is the okay period. Yeah. You are salty and you are hostile and holding something against me. Just throw an exclamation point at the end.

00:08:26 - 00:08:45 | Speaker 3:

But the thumbs up is I've heard, I'm responding. It doesn't need me to elaborate, but I need you to know that I have seen this. K to me is more like a little bit, like got it, leave me alone. K cool, got it, whatever. And then no response at all, you would be even madder. So what do you want me to do?

00:08:45 - 00:08:52 | Speaker 1:

My thought on both is that they're rude. my thought on Shannon's the period afterwards.

00:08:53 - 00:08:54 | Speaker 2:

The period. That's a statement.

00:08:55 - 00:09:01 | Speaker 1:

The period is the middle finger. You might as well honestly put the middle finger at the end of that thing and it looks like an exclamation point.

00:09:01 - 00:09:13 | Speaker 2:

You always use the period. No, our boss Tony always uses the period and if he does, I respond and I say, you need to resend this text with an exclamation point and I do the same thing with an email with him. You can ask

00:09:13 - 00:09:22 | Speaker 1:

him. I only do. No, no. I only do period if there is a sentence that I just wrote. It's every time. But if I write a sentence, a period is okay.

00:09:22 - 00:09:23 | Speaker 3:

But okay is a sentence.

00:09:24 - 00:09:37 | Speaker 1:

No, it's not. Yes, it is. Okay. It's like, how is the okay? Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Like, okay. Like, which okay are we doing?

00:09:37 - 00:09:38 | Speaker 3:

Okay.

00:09:38 - 00:09:42 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Is it that? Now, that would be a good okay. Okay. Or that one?

00:09:43 - 00:09:48 | Speaker 3:

Okay. In every situation, you know which okay you deserve. I can take no more.

00:09:48 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 1:

The okays that I'm getting back are usually like, okay, and then they forgot to write go after yourself, or maybe it auto-corrected out.

00:10:00 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 2:

That's what I always feel. What's going on, Mojo in the Morning? Hi, Jackie. How you doing? Oh, my God, Jackie, are you mowing your lawn or flying your lawn? Where are you, Jackie?

00:10:09 - 00:10:12 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, I'm mowing the lawn at 6.30 in the morning.

00:10:12 - 00:10:15 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. What is that noise? What was that noise? Where were you?

00:10:16 - 00:10:17 | Speaker 5:

I had the window down.

00:10:17 - 00:10:18 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay.

00:10:18 - 00:10:21 | Speaker 5:

Don't be sassy back to us. Okay. Okay.

00:10:22 - 00:10:23 | Speaker 2:

What's going on?

00:10:23 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 5:

You looked me okay with a period before, so.

00:10:25 - 00:10:26 | Speaker 2:

I did?

00:10:27 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 5:

No.

00:10:28 - 00:10:29 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay. Hold on.

00:10:29 - 00:10:36 | Speaker 5:

But my girlfriend's dad sends me just a thumbs-up emoji all the time, and I'm still not sure how he feels about me.

00:10:37 - 00:11:06 | Speaker 2:

You know, the thumbs-up emoji is very rude. People don't understand that. And the emoji's rude, and then the, you know, what are those things called that are the hearts? I don't know what those are called. I have no idea what the technical aspect of those. Those are also annoying, too. Like, you couldn't even, like, find the emoji. You had to actually just quickly do that. Now, if you heart it, because I do a lot of hearts, I'm a hearter.

00:11:06 - 00:11:07 | Speaker 6:

You are a hearter.

00:11:07 - 00:11:12 | Speaker 2:

But a hearter means that you love. Right, Jackie?

00:11:13 - 00:11:21 | Speaker 5:

I think so. I think you're just responding so they know you saw it when it's like a reaction. When you go, if you go for the emoji, you've committed to just not replying to them.

00:11:22 - 00:11:41 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. So let me get you straight. You hate all the emojis except for the one that you use. No. No, he's talking to me. By the way, just to go back to Jackie's and the fact that your friend's dad does this, we have to understand, they are dads. You know, moms and dads can get away with just about anything. I mean, they don't...

00:11:41 - 00:11:44 | Speaker 5:

He also does the ellipses to end the set.

00:11:44 - 00:12:01 | Speaker 6:

That is my dad. Oh, my gosh, yes. Oh, my gosh, why is that a thing? There are more little dots in a text message from my dad than when I had the chicken pock. Like, it is unbelievable. In between every word, there are three dots. You know what, though? I don't know why he does that.

00:12:01 - 00:12:10 | Speaker 2:

I kind of do that, too. And I think it's because I never did great in language arts. Like, I was never good at where the comma should go.

00:12:10 - 00:12:10 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

00:12:10 - 00:12:27 | Speaker 2:

So I always end up doing the dots just to kind of, like, make myself feel like I'm not as dumb as, because if I put a comma in a spot that it doesn't need a comma, or if I don't put it in, then I feel like people are judging me. I go back to mowing the lawn. Open that window back up again. By the way, how could you open a window up on a morning like today?

00:12:29 - 00:12:32 | Speaker 5:

It keeps you awake. If I have to be at work this early, I don't know how you do this.

00:12:32 - 00:12:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, this is tough. This is waking up to the weather that we have, the temperatures that we have. Kayden, what's happening?

00:12:41 - 00:12:42 | Speaker 4:

Good morning. How are you?

00:12:42 - 00:12:49 | Speaker 2:

How are you? What's going on? We're talking about the rude texts that you get from people or rude text responses.

00:12:49 - 00:13:00 | Speaker 4:

For me, it's the word sure. When you say it without exclamation points Like I think there's a huge difference Between sure And sure

00:13:00 - 00:13:05 | Speaker 6:

Yes I am with you I'm telling you The exclamation point makes all the difference

00:13:05 - 00:13:08 | Speaker 4:

Yeah absolutely Punctuation

00:13:08 - 00:13:20 | Speaker 2:

I'm telling you punctuation does matter And I know that you know Shannon talked about the period And that's why the period it matters in that case Because it's rude But that's why exclamation points I over exclamation point things

00:13:20 - 00:13:22 | Speaker 6:

I like that

00:13:22 - 00:13:34 | Speaker 2:

And what I do is I don't ever just do one exclamation point. So if I do one exclamation point, the next one gets two exclamation points. Then the next one gets three exclamation points. And then people think that I'm overemphasizing something that shouldn't have been overemphasized.

00:13:34 - 00:13:42 | Speaker 6:

I have to go back through most emails that I send and remove exclamation points because I'm like, you can't end every sentence that way.

00:13:42 - 00:14:04 | Speaker 2:

Like I want to say, hey, great job today. But then I want to say, continue to do it, you know, tomorrow. And then I want to say, you know, hope you have a good poop. You know, I don't know. I have no idea what to exclamation point. I read all three of those the same, though. Do you? Have a great poop. Great job today. By the way, it's like talking to your kids, right, when you're potty training them. What's happening, Hannah?

00:14:06 - 00:14:16 | Speaker 3:

So my dad used to send me just the letter K, capital K, and he used to think that that was okay. And I always thought he was mad at me for like two years until I explained it to him.

00:14:17 - 00:14:23 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's the worst, isn't it? It's funny, but again, it goes back to dads. Dads don't know what they're doing.

00:14:24 - 00:14:32 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, he was like, what do you mean? Like, I'm not mad at you. And I'm like, you sent me a capital K. And he's like, yeah, it's just okay. And I'm like, no, it's not.

00:14:33 - 00:14:35 | Speaker 2:

Chris, what's happening? It's Mojo in the Morning.

00:14:35 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 1:

Hey, good morning, Mojo. Good morning. Just wanted to say that I text a lot. And, you know, I got fat fingers, big hands, and I'm always hitting a period. And I go to erase it, and I'm hitting more letters or I'm hitting more comments or periods. They need to make the screens bigger or something because I'm literally looking like a...

00:15:00 - 00:15:07 | Speaker 4:

And I don't know my vocabulary when I'm typing. I'm on my way to work, so you guys have a wonderful day.

00:15:08 - 00:15:48 | Speaker 2:

You too. Now, are we having a wonderful day with an exclamation point after it? That's three exclamation points. Have a great day. Thank you, buddy. We appreciate it. Fat Fingers, by the way, is a real deal. Because I, the other day, was in a group chat with Chelsea and another couple. And I fat fingered And said the wrong thing I wanted to say I can't wait to get together with you And I wrote I can't get together with you Or something like that And then the next sentence I wrote after that Made it sound like I didn't want to actually be with them And so Chelsea had to be my translator To explain but my fingers were so bad And then it auto corrected What's going on Christina?

00:15:50 - 00:15:51 | Speaker 4:

Hey good morning you guys

00:15:51 - 00:15:53 | Speaker 2:

Good morning What's happening?

00:15:54 - 00:16:06 | Speaker 4:

So you guys are talking about this It's so funny I have a sister who always sends me two lowercase k's, and I still don't really know what it means. I'm like, is that okay? Is that your own? Do you have it put into your shortcut?

00:16:07 - 00:16:18 | Speaker 3:

See, I know it sounds stupid. That, to me, is better than just okay. Really? Because it's like, k-k. Yeah, it's like, k-k. Or like, k-k-k. Okay. So it's a thing, then. World of difference.

00:16:18 - 00:16:21 | Speaker 2:

So it's kind of a cutie way of saying it? I never knew that.

00:16:22 - 00:16:28 | Speaker 4:

I'm not sure. She's younger than me, so I thought maybe it was just something I didn't know. So I've never actually asked her. I just kind of go with her.

00:16:28 - 00:16:43 | Speaker 2:

Does it happen? Like, if you go into your phone, can you lowercase k it? Because sometimes if you do the k, it automatically starts as, especially if you're starting a new sentence, it goes right. Like, she's taking the effort to do the lowercase k's.

00:16:44 - 00:16:50 | Speaker 4:

I think so. But I also don't think it auto-corrects it because I think I've tried that before just to see if it's tried to change.

00:16:50 - 00:16:56 | Speaker 2:

Okay. All right. That's a, no, that's a very, I have to remember that. Thank you for the call. Reancy, what's happening?

00:16:57 - 00:16:59 | Speaker 4:

Hey, what up, though? How you doing?

00:16:59 - 00:17:01 | Speaker 2:

You know what? Doing all right. What's going on with you?

00:17:01 - 00:17:04 | Speaker 4:

I said, what up, though? What up, though?

00:17:05 - 00:17:08 | Speaker 2:

Wait, what is my response supposed to be when you say, what up, though?

00:17:10 - 00:17:12 | Speaker 4:

What up, though? You're supposed to hit me back with a what up, though?

00:17:12 - 00:17:18 | Speaker 2:

So if you say, what up, though, I'm supposed to say, what up, though, back? Okay.

00:17:18 - 00:17:30 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, you're supposed to say, what up, though, back. And you're not only supposed to say, what up, though, back. You're supposed to do the head nod up like, yeah. What up, though? This is a lot of steps for him at once. Thank you, by the way.

00:17:30 - 00:17:32 | Speaker 2:

Thank you, by the way, for telling me that.

00:17:32 - 00:17:36 | Speaker 4:

I want to give you a little clarification. You know what I'm saying? We're talking about text messages. I'm like, I love it.

00:17:38 - 00:18:00 | Speaker 2:

Wow. So, oh. What up, though? What up, though? All right. One more time. What up, though? but i'm doing wait i'm doing the head thing too i don't know how she got disconnected what happened there all right we'll be we'll be back with more mojo in the morning coming up in moments

00:18:00 - 00:18:13 | Speaker 5:

period how smart are you is mojo in the mornings back in the day we have to go back in time where we give you a bunch of events and you tell us what year it happened it was the year that hurricane

00:18:13 - 00:18:22 | Speaker 2:

Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast, states like Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and, of course, we remember what it did to New Orleans.

00:18:22 - 00:18:29 | Speaker 1:

Katrina leaving 80% of New Orleans underwater and nearly 150,000 children displaced.

00:18:29 - 00:18:57 | Speaker 2:

Also the year that Carrie Underwood was the American Idol. That is it, America. Carrie Underwood is your new American Idol. And Shakira with the big song on the radio. What year was it? It's brought to you by Red Robin. We'll give you a Red Robin gift card, 50 bucks, to go have lunch or dinner on us. What year was it?

00:18:57 - 00:19:09 | Speaker 6:

What year did these things happen? Call us at 844-MOJO-LIVE to tell us. 844-665-6548. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30

00:19:09 - 00:19:30 | Speaker 2:

Shannon with the Dirty on 30 Yesterday was kind of wild I wonder with your stories That you're going to come up with here Big stories about the changes in television News But I wonder if either network Was thinking to themselves Holy crap They did this Like was it known

00:19:30 - 00:19:32 | Speaker 3:

That both were going to do this

00:19:32 - 00:19:38 | Speaker 2:

I don't think it was I think both of them were supposed to be secretly done and was going to happen. It was coincidental.

00:19:38 - 00:19:59 | Speaker 3:

They happened on the same day. Yeah, so news anchor Don Lemon was fired over at CNN. CNN said they parted ways with Don. They didn't give a specific reason. He's been there for 17 years, obviously caused lots of controversy during his time, especially over the past couple of months. Recently shifted to a morning show co-hosted with Poppy Harlow and Caitlin Cullen.

00:20:00 - 00:20:02 | Speaker 2:

that so will continue without Don.

00:20:02 - 00:20:08 | Speaker 4:

Well, there was also a big development today at our own network, CNN Parting Ways with anchor Don Lemon.

00:20:08 - 00:20:23 | Speaker 2:

Another stunning announcement. This came actually in an email to CNN staffers from CEO Chris Licht. CNN and Don have parted ways. Don will forever be a part of the CNN family and we thank him for his contributions over the past 17 years.

00:20:24 - 00:20:56 | Speaker 5:

Did his show yesterday as usual, but he later issued a statement saying He learned he had been fired from his agent, not from anybody at the network. And he was disgruntled about that. He wrote, after 17 years at CNN, I would have thought that someone in management would have had the decency to tell me directly. At no time was I ever given any indication that I would not be able to continue to do the work I have loved at this network. Now, CNN has a different story. And they said, no, no, no. We absolutely offered him the opportunity to meet with management about this. He declined.

00:20:56 - 00:20:58 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, they tweeted right back when he did that tweet.

00:20:59 - 00:21:05 | Speaker 4:

He's also acting like he wasn't giving multiple warnings. Like, we didn't see this stuff happen multiple times on television.

00:21:05 - 00:21:26 | Speaker 3:

He was at the Apple store, I guess, shopping. He was, because the pictures came out from TMZ. I love that. Yeah, he was hanging out at the Apple store and got the phone call and was literally in the corner of the Apple store getting the call that he was fired. It's kind of like Megan yesterday talking about quitting over text or getting fired over text, and here he was doing it over a phone.

00:21:26 - 00:21:34 | Speaker 5:

And then over at Fox News, Tucker Carlson is out prompting this response from several of the ladies on The View.

00:21:34 - 00:21:54 | Speaker 1:

Word has just come down that Fox News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. You know, can I ask the audience if they'll help me do something? Come on, folks. Nah, nah, nah, nah. Nah, nah, nah, nah. Hey, hey, hey.

00:21:54 - 00:23:03 | Speaker 5:

All right. White Lotus breakout star Lucas Gage, he played Dylan in the first season of the show. And Kim Kardashian's celebrity hair guy, Chris Appleton, tied the knot in a secret wedding at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas over the weekend. They got married in front of just six guests, including Kim. Hunter Biden must now appear in an Arkansas court for his paternity taste, brought about by his baby mama, London Roberts. May 1st, I believe, is when this is supposed to happen. Lawyers for London argued that President Biden's son should be locked up and stay there until he complies with a court order to hand over some requested documents. The baby in question here, a little girl named Navy Joan Roberts. And Adele joined James Corden for the final carpool karaoke. and she actually reversed the usual process by waking up James with symbols at his home in LA and taking him for one last ride while they sang together, picked him up in a Range Rover as is tradition. What was the couple that surprised you most? Because there's been some bloody brilliant

00:23:03 - 00:23:27 | Speaker 6:

ones and a few ones obviously. There's been ones throughout which have changed, like Stevie Wonder changed it a lot because I think when he did it, other artists were like, well if Stevie Wonder's done it i'll do it our one because it broke all of those records yeah i think seeing how many people watch that made artists like bruno gaga and people like that go oh hang on a minute yeah

00:23:27 - 00:23:38 | Speaker 5:

yeah absolutely i'll do this adele was really emotional throughout the whole thing she was talking about how much james and his wife julia were basically her support system during her

00:23:38 - 00:23:58 | Speaker 6:

divorce and her move to the u.s and you we have had the best times here oh my god we really have our friendship and our family's friendship is absolutely not it has nothing to do with distance and time i'm just not ready to come back yet otherwise i would come back with you

00:23:58 - 00:24:11 | Speaker 5:

can see the whole thing by the way i just posted it and catch up on all of today's Dirty on the Dirty page at MojoInTheMorning.com.

00:24:14 - 00:24:18 | Speaker 6:

Celebrity Dirt, directly from the source, is Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:24:23 - 00:25:29 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the Morning show. 5 at 6.55 is coming up here in about five minutes or so, a little more than five minutes. We are going to be kicking off A new little contest We're going to make it kind of a fun contest How would you like to do some only fans And be able to make a little bit of money And we're not talking about only fans Being that you have to show off your feet Or anything like that Or do anything kind of weird We're talking about We're looking for our Mojo in the Morning Thank you.

00:25:00 - 00:25:33 | Speaker 1:

only fans the fans of the mojo in the morning show that are willing to take on challenges for cash and we got a lot of it and the thing with only fans is people will like pretty much say okay you know i i'll show you my feet for this much money you know stuff like that uh and we're going to do the same thing but we're not going to do like i said you know crazy yeah i mean maybe not All of it will be not perverted, but it won't be sexual. I can promise you that. So, I mean, anything we ever even ask you to do, it might be a little bit perverse.

00:25:33 - 00:25:35 | Speaker 2:

And we have a lot of cash to give away here.

00:25:35 - 00:26:13 | Speaker 1:

Yes. So, here's the story that we have. Mojo OnlyFans are for the true hardcore Mojo in the Morning listeners. You know the people who, like, really want to become misfits? Like, we have listeners that all the time will sit there and say, I want to be a misfit. I want to be a misfit. You want to get yourself to become a misfit? take part in our Mojo's OnlyFans. We have brainstormed a few things that we want to see if you would be willing to do. And we're going to start with one this morning. Should I wait till 8 o'clock to tell everybody what it is? Or should I tell them now what it is? What are your thoughts?

00:26:14 - 00:26:16 | Speaker 2:

I say we wait. Wait till 8 o'clock? Yeah.

00:26:16 - 00:26:30 | Speaker 1:

Okay. So I'll throw this out there then for you. what would you do for us to get paid to get paid some big time cash and we're talking hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars potentially

00:26:30 - 00:26:35 | Speaker 2:

it's got to be crazy it's got to be over the top keep your boobies and your penis under your clothes

00:26:35 - 00:26:42 | Speaker 1:

we're not talking about that stuff unless you can pick things up with your penis what about that

00:26:42 - 00:26:51 | Speaker 2:

I mean I do have a talent of being able to pick things up with my butt cheeks that's pretty interesting But let's try to steer away from all that.

00:26:51 - 00:26:56 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, all right. We'll steer away from all that stuff. I don't think so. What would you prove it?

00:26:56 - 00:26:59 | Speaker 2:

Oh, we have. We videotaped it. It's out there.

00:26:59 - 00:27:05 | Speaker 1:

What about this? We have Shannon redo that, and we will all pool money together for breakfast one morning.

00:27:05 - 00:27:06 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'm in.

00:27:06 - 00:27:56 | Speaker 1:

So on a morning where Shannon comes in and says, I'm really, really hungry, and I didn't bring any cash in with me today, and I don't want to do DoorDash. Can somebody go get food for me? Earn it. I'll be like, absolutely. Um, I'm thinking, I'm thinking some of the, the, the little things that we're going to have you do are going to make you like Mojo in the morning show famous, like where people will go, do you remember the time that, you know, Zach did blank, you know, or remember the time that Chad did this or Karen did that. I don't know if Karen's do anything, but Karen did this and it will be one of those type of moments that will be epic enough where people will become to recall you as a person that they heard on their way into work or school or wherever they were.

00:27:56 - 00:28:00 | Speaker 2:

So we'll give you the first challenge, the first idea that we came up with at 8 o'clock, right?

00:28:00 - 00:29:13 | Speaker 1:

Yes. Okay. But you can, if you want to, you can text us or call us with any ideas of things that you might be talented enough to be able to do to get on the radio and to win money. You can call 844-MOJO-LIVE or text 95500. Now, I want to remind our listeners that we have in the past done different contests. Like, what would you do Wednesday? We've done, you know, shave it and win. That was one of the fun contests we did. We made a poor grandma, you know, shave a mullet in her hair to try to win concert tickets for One Direction, I think it might have been. We've done contests I remember for Kid Rock tickets back in the day Like way back in the day Like in the early years of the Mojo in the Morning Show Where somebody brought in Their grandparents ashes And used it as coffee creamer I mean that was an awful one I will never be part of a contest Like that ever again That was during the times that are called the dark period That was the times where We were trying to shock jock

00:29:13 - 00:29:17 | Speaker 2:

our way to uh and iheart media it wasn't even iheart media at the time but legal was on

00:29:17 - 00:29:55 | Speaker 1:

oh speed dial and on our butts all the time i'm not kidding you when i say this to you this is no joke but the last company that we worked for which iheart radio bought was clear channel those guys had zero sense of humor like clear iheart has sense of humor right i mean you know bob pitman and tom pullman brad hardin rich brusler you know those guys have a sense of humor a little bit like they can chuckle at certain things you should have seen the the conversation that we had with the maize family about the about the uh the coffee creamer i still would love to see it like i want to see that do you have video of it

00:29:55 - 00:29:59 | Speaker 2:

i'm sure mike it might be it had to be pulled but let me just say this

00:30:00 - 00:30:34 | Speaker 1:

it was not video it was or it was actual video it was like on a vhs tape yeah i think there's a vhs tape if you can find a vhs player when there were cameras in the studio yeah and i could probably cool kind i could probably figure it out for you figure out a way to to play it for you but it was uh it was pretty crazy um all right so again eight o'clock then we'll do this so eight o'clock after we do the war of the roses which by the way it's tuesday i know it's not thursday but Last week we started, so War of the Roses Tuesdays and Thursdays. Here on the Mojo in the Morning show, we'll have War of the Roses for you coming up at 7.40 this morning.

00:30:36 - 00:30:52 | Speaker 2:

Thanks for letting me know you were cheating with your jealousy and crazy accusations. Another world-famous War of the Roses happens at 7.40 on Mojo in the Morning. It's Mojo in the Morning, 5 at 6.55. 5 at 6.55, yo, 5 at 6.55, yo, now.

00:30:53 - 00:31:26 | Speaker 1:

All right, it is time now for the 5 at 6.55. By the way, we're doing an open audition for contestants for the 5 at 6.55. If you would like to be a contestant on the next show tomorrow, text Iwantoplay to 95500. Text Iwantoplay to 95500. Standard text and data rates to apply. And potentially you could be playing against maybe Erica, our champ, going for her fifth win in a row. Or Carla, the challenger from Ortonville, who runs an HVAC company. What's your HVAC company's name?

00:31:28 - 00:31:29 | Speaker 2:

Heating plus cooling.

00:31:30 - 00:31:36 | Speaker 1:

Plug. And it says here you're taking your son to school. What's your son's name, and where is he heading to school?

00:31:37 - 00:31:44 | Speaker 2:

He is going, he goes to Waterford-Kettering. We're newly to Ortonville from Waterford, and he is right next to me.

00:31:44 - 00:31:46 | Speaker 1:

Yes, two to three. You have to get this last one correct to win with a title.

00:35:39 - 00:36:08 | Speaker 2:

You ready? This is one of the questions that Carla missed. Question number five. Fans are wondering what's going on with Top Gun Mavericks star Glenn Powell and White Lotus season one star Sidney Sweeney. They are really flirty lately, despite both being in relationships. Where did season one of White Lotus take place? To stay our champion. I have no idea. Guess, guess, guess. Guess.

00:36:09 - 00:36:10 | Speaker 1:

00:36:36 - 00:36:37 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I guess so.

00:36:37 - 00:36:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, Carter, you really care. Come on, Carter. This is your mom.

00:36:40 - 00:36:41 | Speaker 1:

Everybody say woo. This woman.

00:36:43 - 00:37:31 | Speaker 2:

This is the woman that. Everybody say woo. This woman made you. You would not be her. Well, here, we have a parting gift for you, Erica. Hold on one second. It's Mojo in the mornings. Five is 6.55. Five, five, five. WKQI Detroit. WSNX Muskegon Grand Rapids. WVKS Toledo. This is Mojo in the Morning.

00:37:31 - 00:37:32 | Speaker 1:

Oh, Mojo, he's amazing.

00:37:33 - 00:38:42 | Speaker 2:

Live. Mojo in the Morning Show. Mojo, Shannon, Megan, Mike, KP, Lydia. War of the Roses coming up. We've got Shannon's Dirty, of course. Second Date Update, Five Lies Tell Your Mom, Throwback, Throwdown More. You can go listen to us on our podcast. As a matter of fact, if you listen after the start of the show, don't worry because you don't miss anything because the podcast will automatically update with things that we talked about on the show as the show goes on. This is a big one. I know that people will be listening to this podcast today because they're going to want to know the details of this one. Megan having a baby the possibilities are getting closer and closer now we have talked in the past about you with children and we have said some things where I feel like you'll be a great mom and then you go out and say f them babies and I don't know necessarily if that's a great thing to say but I'll there are a lot of moms that have had children that go f them babies all the time

00:38:42 - 00:38:47 | Speaker 1:

about their kids to be fair i don't feel like a lot of people have a slogan but i do and i pride

00:38:47 - 00:38:54 | Speaker 2:

myself on that amazing slogan yes um but so what's the the latest on this one what's the breaking

00:38:54 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 1:

news so i'm wondering if i'm going to regret that slogan because you're right i have been known to say f them baby is quite a few times on this program um but i i've talked about before wanting to freeze my eggs and i was like i was doing a little bit of um wine drinking and googling last night and i started to book an appointment to start freezing my eggs this is the next step in the plan and as i was doing it i was realizing i'm a little afraid of our listeners because as i was going to book this appointment i thought if i ever have a child with how much i have talked about not wanting children i'm afraid the backlash would be too large for me to actually handle and I'm kind of terrified of our listeners at this point because I'm truly not sure if I want to have kids. I am getting to the point where I have to start making decisions because if I don't have kids soon, the probability of me having them goes down very quickly. Right. And so I don't know. It's a big investment. But as I was booking, I was more scared of our listeners.

00:40:00 - 00:40:04 | Speaker 3:

actually doing the procedure and the procedure is physically exhausting it is my friend just did

00:40:04 - 00:40:19 | Speaker 2:

it yeah yeah yeah still more scared of our listeners everybody's allowed to change their mind everybody evolves like i i mean if people are gonna hate on you i that's just so silly to

00:40:19 - 00:40:30 | Speaker 4:

me it does blow my mind because you and i have had late night talks uh boost up a little bit on each end about this and you're like there's no way i would ever ever ever ever in a million

00:40:30 - 00:41:00 | Speaker 3:

years have kids so here's my whole thing i i've said this before but i feel like people do miss this if today was the last day i could have kids the answer would be no but ask me again in five years and it might be a different answer right i could be in a different place i also started on this show when i was 18 right i started here and i had much different views yeah i do now i also think it's not necessarily that i want to be a mom that has changed it might be the fact that i'm panicking that i'm running out of time i'm at this weird stage of my life where it's like

00:41:00 - 00:41:12 | Speaker 5:

either you know do your business or get off the pot okay so go to why do you feel like you're worried about the listeners are gonna say because with how much i've talked about not wanting to be

00:41:12 - 00:41:17 | Speaker 3:

a mom could you imagine if i was pregnant how many people would not let that go for the rest

00:41:17 - 00:41:47 | Speaker 5:

of my life yeah and you know what and listeners by the way are it's not not verbal listeners it's the non-verbal correct uh social media um you know hacks they are very mean to megan um and in quite quite honest with you i'd much rather those never listen to us ever again and us not have a listener if that's the case um but i love that people are texting you always say

00:41:47 - 00:41:54 | Speaker 2:

f them babies f them listeners that's right i like that so true who was that that's uh 586

00:41:54 - 00:42:04 | Speaker 5:

yes 586 734 419 i like it all of them i know i love it thank you guys 248 um here's the thing

00:42:04 - 00:42:14 | Speaker 3:

yeah they say that but they'll bring up something i said when i was 20 and be like well when you were 20 you said this you can't do it again i'm like that was 10 years ago yeah you can change

00:42:14 - 00:42:19 | Speaker 5:

Listen, I said I was never going to buy a Jeep and do the Jeep wave. And gosh darn it, I did it.

00:42:20 - 00:42:30 | Speaker 3:

I also think at the end of the day, this is just financially a sound decision for me. Not up front, because I can't afford this. But I'm thinking long term, I can sell these, right, if it doesn't work out?

00:42:30 - 00:42:34 | Speaker 5:

I never knew that. Can you? Really?

00:42:34 - 00:42:36 | Speaker 3:

I can, right? Maybe somebody tells you.

00:42:36 - 00:42:42 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, no, that's interesting. You can sell everything nowadays, right, Mike? What's going on, Catherine?

00:42:42 - 00:43:17 | Speaker 1:

hey um i just wanted to tell megan um completely feel the same um when i was younger i had that opinion where i was like oh you know i'm never gonna have kids you know f kids f this and now i'm older and i'm married and come to find out i can't have kids so it's okay to change your mind don't be afraid don't let anybody offend you it is totally okay to change your mind i did the same thing but unfortunately for me it's not in the cards but I have three amazing stepchildren that are just a huge blessing so don't be afraid to go for what you want yeah I think the scary

00:43:17 - 00:43:36 | Speaker 3:

part is I don't even know if I changed my mind like I just don't want to be left without the option and I think I'm way more interested in having kids by myself than I am with anybody else and I feel like in the past I was like you have to find a partner you have to do you have to do this with somebody and now I'm in the position where I'm like no I don't but it's

00:43:36 - 00:43:41 | Speaker 2:

kind of like an insurance plan like you said it gives you the option if you want to do that

00:43:41 - 00:45:00 | Speaker 4:

right exactly can i tell you why this upsets me why is that mine because nobody knows this and we've never talked about it but megan knows the name of of my daughter megan make knows the name because of what of if you give birth to a daughter if it's a girl Well, she's the only person that knows the name because in a podcast a while ago, we were discussing baby names, and my wife and I have a baby name set, right? For a girl. But not for a boy. But not for a boy. So then Megan and I talk about it in the podcast, and then she says the name that she would name her child if she was going to have a child, and it happens to be that exact same name. So then I go to Megan, and my wife and I, I think it was during Lydia's party, we go to Megan and go, hey, we want to talk to you first. You're a friend. You're close. I know you don't know this, but we've really liked this name, and we want to use it. It has nothing to do with what you said in the podcast. We thought about this way before. And she's like, don't worry. I'm never going to have kids anyway. Oh, so you're worried. Well, now I'm a jerk if we have a girl, and we name it this name. and Megan all of a sudden decided now she wants to have babies. You told me.

00:45:00 - 00:45:09 | Speaker 2:

you were not having babies that is true but also nobody can say that I can't keep a secret because I keep secrets that's amazing yeah by the way and

00:45:09 - 00:45:26 | Speaker 1:

what's the wrong with Megan also having a girl and naming it the same name then you guys will be like really partners I'm okay with okay with that but I feel like you have to do it's like thing one thing to Megan you'd have to be you'd

00:45:26 - 00:45:37 | Speaker 2:

have to be baby name two yeah i mean i am the youngest of 58 cousins so all of the baby names i want crazy to me yeah all of the baby names i want are gone doreen what's going on it's mojo

00:45:37 - 00:45:41 | Speaker 1:

in the morning if you just uh are waking up right now so megan's going through with the appointment

00:45:41 - 00:46:13 | Speaker 4:

and freezing her eggs good morning guys i was gonna not try to convince megan but as my little want to scream in the back you probably never want to have kids right now i've never wanted my own kids i always wanted to adopt in my 40s so and now i'm i'm a mom with five kids so you're never ready having a baby even when you're pregnant you think you're never ready it just comes naturally once the baby's born and you're not a sound effect

00:46:13 - 00:46:22 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, that is not a sound effect in the background. What is that screamer's name?

00:46:23 - 00:46:28 | Speaker 4:

That's little Mason, who's mad that I woke him up to drop his siblings off at school.

00:46:28 - 00:46:44 | Speaker 1:

I get it. Mason's right. You know, that's not nice. F those siblings. That would have been a more perfect call during this. Is that not the best? Ty, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning. What do you think about this?

00:46:45 - 00:46:50 | Speaker 5:

I think she's got plenty of time. My dad, he's 53, and he has a 2-year-old.

00:46:50 - 00:46:51 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. Yeah, I know.

00:46:51 - 00:46:52 | Speaker 5:

Oh, man.

00:46:53 - 00:46:54 | Speaker 2:

It's so different for men.

00:46:55 - 00:46:59 | Speaker 1:

But you can do that, though, with freezing the eggs then, right? That's okay.

00:46:59 - 00:47:03 | Speaker 2:

Well, I'm still on a ticking time bomb here. Even if I freeze them, I'm still on the clock.

00:47:04 - 00:47:11 | Speaker 1:

I like, by the way, the idea of the fact that your dad is 53 years old and he's chasing around a 2-year-old, don't you? Do you laugh at that, Ty?

00:47:12 - 00:47:19 | Speaker 5:

Oh, 100%. He's wild. He's watching Bluey every night. Poor guy. Great show, but still.

00:47:19 - 00:47:21 | Speaker 1:

Sandy, what did you want to say to Megan?

00:47:22 - 00:47:31 | Speaker 6:

I'm going to say, Megan, you do what you want to do. Who cares what everybody else thinks? You do what you want to do, boo.

00:47:31 - 00:47:40 | Speaker 1:

And you know what, Sandy? This thing, Megan has always done that way. Megan has never listened to anything any of us have ever said. So why start now, right?

00:47:40 - 00:47:49 | Speaker 6:

I follow you guys on social media and these people who go on there and just make rude remarks why bother?

00:47:49 - 00:47:51 | Speaker 1:

Because they have nothing else to do with their lives

00:47:51 - 00:48:08 | Speaker 2:

Great question, but I would never listen to anybody on this show and their opinion you know, the people that are close to me but people I've never met before their opinion on the internet matters way more and has a lasting effect on my own mental health because that's rational You need to just stay off it then

00:48:08 - 00:48:15 | Speaker 6:

you told me you weren't gonna have a baby oh here he goes this is a crazy world we live in

00:48:15 - 00:48:24 | Speaker 1:

my beer she's she's gonna be a great mom one day what's up gel hey megan that was you i totally

00:48:24 - 00:48:50 | Speaker 3:

like i wouldn't babysit i didn't like kids i thought they were gross they would make me gag and then suddenly years later i found myself the mom of two boys and became like the house where everybody goes and so and all my friends laughed at me when i was pregnant they thought i was joking so you know what whatever you decide in your life it's going to be absolutely fine and you know don't listen to any of the haters and you're the woman's prerogative to change her mind

00:48:50 - 00:49:05 | Speaker 1:

amen thank you best comment sweet very sweet thank you for the call and if not how much can she make if she freezes her eggs that's the other thing it's always it's always a well i could actually, this could be a financial gain for you

00:49:05 - 00:49:09 | Speaker 2:

too. Yeah, I'm almost done with my student loans, so maybe this is it

00:49:09 - 00:49:19 | Speaker 1:

guys. We are going to be following you through this journey of even just going to your appointment, so you let us know how much you want to let us know, okay?

00:49:19 - 00:49:23 | Speaker 2:

Could you imagine if I actually, oh god. I'll probably do it. You gotta go see Dr.

00:49:23 - 00:49:55 | Speaker 1:

Shama. You don't have to freeze your eggs and keep them in your freezer, because that would be kind of interesting if they're like next to the Geno's Pizza Ranch. or Totino's I thought it was or Gina, I'm sorry the pizza rolls I was always the one that got the cheese ones and not the cheese and the pepperoni ones it's mojo in the morning so all those years of being told that you know you gotta do things right you found out all along that your mom was doing it wrong

00:49:55 - 00:50:00 | Speaker 2:

well this is just a very full circle moment for me me.

00:50:00 - 00:51:31 | Speaker 4:

and my sisters my mom I don't know what kind of parents you guys had when you were growing up but my mom albeit she's very fun now and very laid back but when we were growing up and going to school she was really strict when it came to academics so I'm the oldest of three girls okay and we were expected to get all A's and nothing less not an A- all A's okay mom was tough was was this how Scott Mick was for you? Absolutely the same. Okay. So fast forward a few decades and she had to help my sister with something for work and write a letter about her. You guys, my sister called me the other night. I thought something was wrong. I thought she was crying. I thought she was sobbing. She was laughing so hard because my mom had given her this letter. It sounded like my five-year-old Smith wrote it. Lucy could truly write a better, more eloquent letter you know those books that were like this is jane jane likes dogs jane has a ball jane goes to school that was what her letter reminded me of and my sister and i just roasted her because all of those years of pushing us and come to find out mom was like a c maybe d student. And we were like, really? I've just never noticed it before. Like there was never a situation like this. And it was so funny. I've got to tell you that, uh, I kind of relate to the

00:51:31 - 00:51:52 | Speaker 2:

fact that I will tell my kids all the time about how they have to stay in school. They got to do all this stuff. And then when they bring home homework that they need help with, I couldn't figure it out i had no clue like i this is no joke i had to stop helping my kids with their homework before the fifth grade like i couldn't even do like remember when they used to do are

00:51:52 - 00:51:59 | Speaker 4:

you smarter than a fifth grader yeah i hated that show because i wasn't smarter than a fifth grader

00:51:59 - 00:52:03 | Speaker 2:

like have you ever had an issue with trying to help your kids with their with their homework

00:52:03 - 00:52:33 | Speaker 4:

or trying to figure that out lucy's in third grade and the way that they do math is very very very different from how I learned so she's doing fractions right now and the way that they have to show their work which is part of their grade not just getting the right answer I look in my head I'm like well we used to do it this way so I want to show her to do it that way but they do it a totally different way that I I really don't understand so now her teacher is smart and she has taken to sending YouTube videos to the parents to show us this is how they are learning how to do

00:52:33 - 00:52:45 | Speaker 2:

it so if they ask for help do it this way i'm gonna tell you this right now that if chat gpt was around when joe jacob and luke were in school chat gpt would have been at our kitchen table

00:52:45 - 00:53:07 | Speaker 1:

nope absolutely not you know it was even better than did exist wolfram alpha everybody remember that bad boy it showed you how to do the math problem step wait what what was it 399 a month wolfram alpha you could type in any problem and it would show you step by step how to write out the work and do your homework for you yeah it's a life well google definitely helped you with

00:53:07 - 00:53:49 | Speaker 2:

anything right because you could find the answer key pretty much anywhere i mean it's even better nowadays like you pretty much had no idea what was going on my my biggest thing i remember chelsea coming up to me one time and saying did you actually teach him how to do it and i said yeah and then she goes and asks it was uh joe and she goes and asks him she goes did dad teach you how to do that and he goes no dad just got me the answers because i googled the answer yeah i said Here, just put the answers down. Nobody's going to know. Nobody's going to ask that thing. It's funny, though, when you find out later, like, when you find out later about your parent. Now, my dad was a very, very smart guy, and my mom was also very smart, too, because my mom was a school teacher. My dad was a doctor. But my siblings were the ones. I always thought that my older siblings were, like, really brilliant people.

00:53:49 - 00:53:49 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:53:50 - 00:54:01 | Speaker 2:

Until I actually realized. They were like me. They were hustlers. they were able they were able to con their teachers into giving them good grades and stuff like that

00:54:01 - 00:54:07 | Speaker 4:

which my mom was a nurse for a long time she's retired now and she's like I was really good at science just not writing

00:54:07 - 00:54:22 | Speaker 2:

sometimes it's just work ethic you need right that's what you end up trying to get is just to give them the old work ethic thing was Mike in your house with Allie she doesn't let you come near any other homework or any of that stuff right

00:54:22 - 00:54:34 | Speaker 3:

First off, I am a math, no, absolutely not. Not even a little bit. I do help with math. I am pretty good at math. But outside of that, when it comes to, like, anything else, writing, science, history.

00:54:34 - 00:54:36 | Speaker 2:

Cecily now is in what grade?

00:54:36 - 00:54:36 | Speaker 3:

Third grade.

00:54:37 - 00:54:41 | Speaker 2:

So at what point are you done? At what point do you retire from helping with homework?

00:54:41 - 00:54:45 | Speaker 3:

Fourth grade. When it gets hard and real.

00:54:46 - 00:55:00 | Speaker 2:

And then Ali, then it becomes, because for me, the tasks for me were then doing all the dishes, The task work, you know, cleaning up, taking the garbage out, doing all that stuff that Chelsea would normally be like, oh, yeah, you help the kids and, you know.

00:55:00 - 00:55:01 | Speaker 7:

I'll do all the rest of this stuff.

00:55:01 - 00:55:14 | Speaker 6:

The big thing is that Cecily is learning how to write neatly. So I was going to show her how to write it neatly, and Allie walked into the room and looked at the paper. She goes, Cecily, let's work on your handwriting. We need to work on writing neater. I was like, no, that's mine. I wrote that.

00:55:15 - 00:55:17 | Speaker 7:

What's going on? How are you doing, Shannon?

00:55:17 - 00:55:32 | Speaker 2:

I'm doing pretty well. What's up? So growing up, I graduated in 2003, and I remember using clip notes. It made everything easier, especially like a book report. And, like, even the Outsiders was one of the ones that I used before.

00:55:32 - 00:55:41 | Speaker 1:

Oh, yeah. Everybody had to read it. Wasn't there something called Spark Notes, too? Or am I making that up in my head? Yeah. What was the difference? Just different publishers. Okay.

00:55:41 - 00:55:47 | Speaker 7:

Were they? I also think they're generational, too, right? Because my generation was also Cliff Notes, too.

00:55:47 - 00:55:48 | Speaker 4:

I was at Spark Notes, kids.

00:55:49 - 00:55:50 | Speaker 7:

Yeah. What's up, Danielle?

00:55:51 - 00:55:54 | Speaker 3:

Oh, good morning, guys. How are you? We're good.

00:55:54 - 00:55:55 | Speaker 7:

What's going on?

00:55:55 - 00:56:23 | Speaker 3:

Okay. I just want to say it's my grandchildren, my grandsons, my first and fourth grader. When they have sleepovers, they come with their homework because they're very disciplined. Their parents are very organized. They pull out those packets. They get to work. They hit a snack. Oh, Grandma, can you help me with this? Oh, Grandma looks at this math chart, five numbers here. Like, nope, put that back in your bag, and you guys can finish that when you get home.

00:56:26 - 00:56:30 | Speaker 7:

Especially when grandma has a drink at night Right

00:56:30 - 00:56:42 | Speaker 3:

Well no This grandma doesn't drink This grandma is just on a natural high Oh okay I love it

00:56:42 - 00:57:16 | Speaker 7:

That's great Thank you for the call Thank you Coming up War of the Roses Yep Week number two Tuesdays and Thursdays, coming up here in just a little bit, the wife thinks that her husband is cheating because she agreed to bring somebody else into their relationship and now she's suspecting that he's with this other person. Wait till you hear who she is. That's on the way right after Shannon's Dirty, which is next. What do you got?

00:57:16 - 00:57:38 | Speaker 1:

We have so much dirty today, including why Morgan Wallen fans even more upset. Michigan Morgan Wallen fans. Some news about his show in Grand Rapids and truly what's going on between Sidney Sweeney and Top Gun Maverick star Glenn Powell. His girlfriend just unfollowed Sidney. So all of that drama will catch you up coming up in the Dirty. And Ed Sheeran

00:57:38 - 00:57:42 | Speaker 7:

tickets right after a quick break. We'll be right back. Don't go anywhere.

00:57:43 - 00:57:46 | Speaker 5:

Oh man. Should have deleted those texts you meant to delete.

00:57:47 - 00:57:48 | Speaker 1:

Wait, wait,

00:57:48 - 00:57:59 | Speaker 5:

wait, go. Another world famous This War of the Roses happens at 740 on Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:57:59 - 00:58:07 | Speaker 7:

All right, we'll get you caught up on what is trending in the Dirty on 30. And then we've got War of the Roses, a three-way call bust coming up after your Dirty.

00:58:08 - 00:59:01 | Speaker 1:

Man, Morgan Wallen fans are just not happy right now. I mean, first he canceled his Mississippi tour stop minutes before he was supposed to hit the stage. We talked about this in the Dirty yesterday. The three headliners had already performed, and then this message appeared on the video screen in the arena basically saying he had lost his voice, he wasn't performing, he's going to reschedule, get a refund for your tickets. Well, now news that Morgan is postponing three concerts in the next week, including the one that was supposed to happen at Van Andel in Grand Rapids on Wednesday. Morgan writing on social media. There's nothing more that I want to do than be on stage for you guys. But as of today, I'm on doctor-ordered vocal rest. And we have to reschedule this week's show. So June 27th is the new date for Grand Rapids, FYI.

00:59:01 - 00:59:11 | Speaker 4:

Did you see that he had videos of him falling on stage before? Like, not obviously that one, but like previous footage of him just randomly tripping and falling.

00:59:11 - 00:59:31 | Speaker 1:

And the story here, I think, I don't want to say I think the real story, but fans are speculating that this is an alcohol issue and this has nothing to do with him losing his voice. I don't know the truth on that. That's just the story that's going around the internet at the moment is that there's something going on there.

00:59:31 - 00:59:32 | Speaker 7:

Oh, wow.

00:59:32 - 00:59:34 | Speaker 1:

Seems like there's something you have to do more than be on stage.

00:59:35 - 00:59:40 | Speaker 7:

Yeah. A lot of people spend a lot of money on those tickets and stuff.

00:59:40 - 00:59:54 | Speaker 1:

And drive from a lot of places to be there. And that was the case for that Mississippi show. Like, I know there was a girl on TikTok that drove in from, like, Tampa. And it reminds me of you and Adele. Yeah. Right? Yep. First night of Adele.

00:59:54 - 00:59:59 | Speaker 6:

Doesn't he have history, too? Doesn't he have history, too, with alcohol? Or alcohol, yeah.

01:00:00 - 01:00:04 | Speaker 5:

No, no. Remember when he got in trouble a while ago where he was, wasn't he drunk when that happened, too?

01:00:05 - 01:00:21 | Speaker 2:

Oh, when he was saying racial slurs? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yep, yep, yeah. In Other Journey today, Tucker Carlson no longer works at Fox News. Fox News releasing a statement, but giving zero reason for his departure. Tucker himself has not commented, as far as I know. I don't know if you've, have you seen anything from him?

01:00:21 - 01:00:27 | Speaker 5:

I believe he posted on, or there was a post on his website for people to follow him to find out details of where he's going next.

01:00:27 - 01:00:52 | Speaker 2:

Well, he drew the network's largest audience with his 8 p.m. show last year. Tucker Carlson Tonight averaged about 3.3 million viewers. He got paid $20 million a year to be at Fox News. Sources say he found out he was being let go about 10 minutes before the network publicly announced his departure. I want to play this for you. This was the end of his show, though he didn't know it was his last show on Friday.

01:00:52 - 01:00:59 | Speaker 3:

That's it for us for the week. We'll be back on Monday. In the meantime, have the best weekend with the ones that you love, and we'll see you then.

01:01:00 - 01:01:02 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, and here was the network, talking about him yesterday.

01:01:02 - 01:01:10 | Speaker 1:

Fox News Media and Tucker Carlson have mutually agreed to part ways. Tucker's last show was this past Friday.

01:01:10 - 01:01:23 | Speaker 2:

The network said the time slot will be filled by rotating Fox News personalities until a new host is named. I know some people are saying there was some speculation that Rupert Murdoch wanted to sell the network, and it was just easier to do without Tucker.

01:01:23 - 01:02:00 | Speaker 5:

They were trying, yeah, because of the controversy. When they announced the firing, the stock prices for Fox went down by nearly $10 million, I believe it was. It was like $9 million at one point that it went down. And it's interesting because they were talking about one of the things with Tucker's show. And I saw Megyn Kelly talking about this. They say that it never brought in a ton of advertising but brought in a ton of ratings. that the people that advertised were not the normal American Express or Mercedes-Benz. It was actually MyPillow guy buying a lot of commercials, but it's interesting.

01:02:00 - 01:02:05 | Speaker 2:

If you missed the dirty last hour over at CNN, Don Lemon is out. So two big ones yesterday.

01:02:06 - 01:02:07 | Speaker 5:

Go ahead, Megan. I'm sorry.

01:02:07 - 01:02:09 | Speaker 2:

Do you think Tucker's going to run for president?

01:02:09 - 01:02:11 | Speaker 5:

I don't think so.

01:02:11 - 01:02:15 | Speaker 2:

I know a lot of people were saying that was why he's going to end up doing.

01:02:15 - 01:02:31 | Speaker 5:

I think he's going to be like Joe Rogan and he's going to go do a podcast or he's going to do or Megyn Kelly. When Megyn Kelly, you know, left, she ended up just doing her own thing. And they make more money doing their own platform or doing their own, you know, content that they put out there.

01:02:31 - 01:04:12 | Speaker 2:

So Sydney Sweeney is set to star alongside the very hot Glenn Powell. You know him from Top Gun Maverick in an upcoming romantic comedy. They've been filming in Australia over the past couple of weeks, doing lots of flirting in public and in videos on social media. There was one that I saw yesterday where she was, like, sitting on his lap, and then he, like, bent her over, like, dipped her, and they were laughing. And it's gotten to the point, though, that Glenn's model girlfriend, Gigi Paris, unfollowed Sydney on Instagram. That's also, I mean, that always says something big. She, Sydney, by the way, is engaged to a restaurateur named Jonathan Devino since February of last year. They're in the process of buying a house together. So don't know what the relationship status is there, but, yeah. And lastly, since welcoming her baby boy Ender in July of 2021, Halsey says her skin care routine has completely changed. She said, I've always been really conscious about what goes on my skin. But when your baby is kissing you or snuggled up against you, you become hyper cognizant of what's on your face. And when she started breastfeeding, she noticed something else that worked really well for their skin. Halsey said, I started breastfeeding and I figured out that breast milk is the best skin care ingredient ever. It's full of antioxidants and good fats and stuff that speeds up the healing process. So now Halsey adds it to everything that they're putting on their face. Would you try it? Oh, it is really true. If you have a cut or a scrape or a rash or whatever, it does have big time healing properties. If you have pink eye I've heard people say put a few drops of breast milk in your eye It'll clear it up

01:04:12 - 01:04:18 | Speaker 5:

Mike's going to be getting some breast milk here very soon After having the baby They'll sell it to you

01:04:18 - 01:04:26 | Speaker 2:

Amelia thinks that her husband is cheating. And you think that you actually did something that could have cost you your marriage? Yes. What is that?

01:04:52 - 01:04:55 | Speaker 2:

I agree to do a threesome.

01:04:56 - 01:04:58 | Speaker 5:

A threesome or more than one threesome?

01:05:00 - 01:05:05 | Speaker 4:

We've been together a few times, the same person. Okay. We've had sex a few times, yeah.

01:05:06 - 01:05:09 | Speaker 2:

Who's this person? Do we know her or is she just like a random? Or him?

01:05:10 - 01:05:14 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. It's my, it's a woman. It's my best friend.

01:05:14 - 01:05:23 | Speaker 1:

Oh, wow. So, wow, that's pretty wild that you would actually choose to have your best friend be the person that you would want to bring in as a third.

01:05:23 - 01:05:26 | Speaker 2:

How did you choose to have it for it to be your best friend?

01:05:27 - 01:05:28 | Speaker 4:

He actually suggested it.

01:05:30 - 01:05:46 | Speaker 1:

And it was his suggestion to bring her into it. Why? Because it would make you feel more uncomfortable or? Yeah, exactly. Okay. Now you think that there's more going on that you're not involved in. Why do you suspect that?

01:05:47 - 01:05:52 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, he just is acting kind of differently, a little distant.

01:05:54 - 01:05:58 | Speaker 1:

And do you believe that what's going on is happening with her?

01:05:58 - 01:06:05 | Speaker 4:

yeah that's yes that's all i could imagine it's the only person it could be

01:06:05 - 01:06:09 | Speaker 1:

do you feel like they're talking when you're not talking to them like that

01:06:09 - 01:06:34 | Speaker 2:

you think he's contacting her yeah i i do i think so when when you guys are all together and i mean you know the three of you doing doing this like does he is there a different amount of attention that is paid to her than you or because I feel like that would you know that would tip me off as

01:06:34 - 01:06:46 | Speaker 4:

well. Yeah not at first but more recently there has been more attention toward her which that's what I started to pick up on and started to feel really uncomfortable with. So he wasn't

01:06:46 - 01:07:38 | Speaker 1:

uncomfortable having sex with another woman in front of you? No it almost seemed like they'd done it before that they've had sex before before you guys ever did this yeah wow all right we're gonna do a mojo in the morning three-way call where we call up your husband and your best friend and the woman that you guys have brought into your relationship and we're gonna see how they talk to each other to see if there's something more than just the times that you guys have fooled around uh as a uh you know a threesome uh hang on the phone okay okay mute your phone so that nobody gets suspicious when we make this phone call okay all right war the roses three-way

01:07:49 - 01:08:05 | Speaker 3:

Hello? Hello? Hello?

01:08:06 - 01:08:07 | Speaker 5:

Hey.

01:08:08 - 01:08:17 | Speaker 3:

Hey. Uh, what's up? I'm just at work. What are you doing?

01:08:19 - 01:08:23 | Speaker 5:

Oh, okay. Me too.

01:08:29 - 01:08:31 | Speaker 3:

So, you taught me.

01:08:31 - 01:08:33 | Speaker 5:

What are you doing for lunch?

01:08:35 - 01:08:40 | Speaker 3:

I don't know. I was thinking about getting barbecue. How about you?

01:08:43 - 01:08:48 | Speaker 5:

I brought a sandwich. I can meet you at barbecue if you want.

01:08:49 - 01:09:15 | Speaker 3:

Huh. Okay. I think I was just going to have one of the guys get it, but I'll go out. Sure. Is it ****? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I can go anytime. I don't have a time frame. I can flip away.

01:09:15 - 01:09:20 | Speaker 5:

What about you? Um, like, 12.15?

01:09:23 - 01:09:25 | Speaker 3:

Uh, sure, I think it's 12.15, yeah.

01:09:26 - 01:09:26 | Unknown:

Okay.

01:09:26 - 01:09:29 | Speaker 3:

Well, all right, well, everything okay, by the way?

01:09:30 - 01:09:32 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, I miss being with you.

01:09:34 - 01:09:36 | Speaker 3:

Oh, well, me too, thanks.

01:09:37 - 01:09:38 | Speaker 5:

Uh-huh.

01:09:38 - 01:09:40 | Speaker 3:

I think about you, you know?

01:09:41 - 01:09:44 | Speaker 5:

Oh. That's great.

01:09:46 - 01:09:51 | Speaker 3:

In between fixing cars, yeah, I've got a thought here and there.

01:09:52 - 01:09:59 | Speaker 5:

So, is there any way that we can go back to the way we were doing it before?

01:10:00 - 01:10:17 | Speaker 4:

Oh, I don't know, that's, you know, I was thinking, I was thinking we almost got caught, you know, before, so I was, I don't know, I don't know, 50.

01:10:18 - 01:10:23 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, I just don't want to, you know, not focus on you.

01:10:23 - 01:10:32 | Speaker 6:

i don't know i don't think i want her there

01:10:32 - 01:10:45 | Speaker 4:

i don't know you know probably you know a million might know you guys were before we ever did it

01:10:45 - 01:11:28 | Speaker 1:

together wait who's that what the Todd Todd Todd and Harper this is the mojo in the morning show calling Todd your wife Amelia has been listening in to every single word that you guys have been saying she's been in listening to this phone line to hear how you guys would talk to each other and it's obvious to us that there's something going on more than just your guys little threesome thing that you had

01:11:28 - 01:11:33 | Speaker 6:

Well, I'm glad she knows.

01:11:35 - 01:11:36 | Speaker 2:

What's that, Todd?

01:11:37 - 01:11:49 | Speaker 4:

I said I'm just confused about how this, she got on the line and the whole thing. I don't know how that happened. That's weird.

01:11:49 - 01:11:55 | Speaker 1:

Amelia, isn't this one of your friends? It doesn't sound like a very good friend.

01:11:56 - 01:12:02 | Speaker 6:

No. Yeah, that's a friend. But I, you know, I'm glad she knows.

01:12:03 - 01:12:03 | Speaker 1:

You're glad?

01:12:03 - 01:12:12 | Speaker 2:

So you're admitting that there is stuff happening outside of the threesomes you guys were engaging in?

01:12:14 - 01:12:15 | Speaker 5:

You said yes?

01:12:16 - 01:12:17 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:12:18 - 01:12:34 | Speaker 6:

Harper? You thought I knew? Yeah. It doesn't sound like you thought I knew. Well, I mean, you know, when we were having ******, I thought you got that we're together.

01:12:35 - 01:12:43 | Speaker 2:

So were you guys having sex with each other before you started having threesomes? Yeah. Oh, my God. And you thought that Amelia knew that?

01:12:45 - 01:12:49 | Speaker 6:

Well, I mean, not before the threesomes, but...

01:12:49 - 01:12:54 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I just... He didn't know. Amelia didn't know anything about it.

01:12:55 - 01:13:09 | Speaker 1:

Okay. But you're admitting to the fact that you've been having an affair with her best friend for a lot longer than the time that she said it was okay for you guys to do this.

01:13:10 - 01:13:11 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

01:13:12 - 01:13:13 | Speaker 1:

I know. Todd.

01:13:14 - 01:13:21 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, Todd. Yeah. Yeah, but I thought, honestly, I thought Amelia, you know, he's pretty smart. I thought she knew.

01:13:22 - 01:13:24 | Speaker 1:

I want you guys to hang on one second, okay?

01:13:25 - 01:13:25 | Speaker 4:

I got to give you the air horn. What's up?

01:15:40 - 01:16:08 | Speaker 4:

I want to fight her friend. Sorry, I'm a little ghetto, but I want to fight her. I like it. That is so disrespectful. That's her best friend. She invited you into her marriage, which is already iffy, but whatever. You are sweet. You were and still is, and I don't want her there. I'm sorry. Amelia girl I give you Hands down I want to hug you But send me her address girl I will handle her for you You know what's interesting

01:16:08 - 01:16:35 | Speaker 5:

How bold was her friend When her friend At the end when I asked the question So basically I know the answer I was doing it to let Amelia know This is ridiculous this is your best friend So I said to her This is your best friend and right away Harper goes Yeah, yeah, we're best friends We're best friends That's how you treat your best friend

01:16:35 - 01:16:49 | Speaker 4:

I'm on my way to work And I'm always the one to Yeah I'm always the one to blame the man And I feel like this is the first time where I'm like I think your friend is more in the wrong A thousand percent

01:16:49 - 01:16:50 | Speaker 5:

And actually to be honest with you

01:16:50 - 01:16:56 | Speaker 4:

He said yeah, no, we almost got caught So he's kind of like I don't really want to

01:16:56 - 01:17:52 | Speaker 5:

but i want to but he can't get off scot-free either well he's not the smartest individual though we have to understand right yeah right he actually agreed to it right there um voice disguise this next caller because they were in the same situation uh alias mark on with us right now are you there mark hi mark mark do you know you do you know your alias oh he's not talking what is his what line is it line sick oh i picked up the wrong line i'm sorry i apologize to you todd you're not as dumb as i am all right okay um mark either yes i had the wrong lineup alias mark tell us your situation good morning guys so

01:17:52 - 01:18:12 | Speaker 2:

So back in 2017, I was married, and it was me, my ex-wife, and her best friend. We ended up having a brie some two times. Her best friend ended up falling in love with me, thinking that I would leave my ex-wife for her.

01:18:12 - 01:18:17 | Speaker 5:

Okay, when you say ex-wife, you guys were still married to each other, so you guys became ex-wives. Okay, all right.

01:18:18 - 01:18:52 | Speaker 2:

And she thought I was going to leave my ex-wife for her, which wasn't the case. But before all this even happened, I was texting, well, me and my ex-wife's best friend was texting back and forth, and I would go pick her up during the day, and then when I dropped her off at night, it'd just be me and her, and we fooled around on the way taking her home, and then we finally agreed to the threesome, we had it twice, and then there was also a time where she was staying at her house, and when she was staying at her house, I got convinced to go downstairs, I mean, yeah, I mean, I got it.

01:18:52 - 01:18:54 | Speaker 3:

So, truly, this is like the exact same situation.

01:18:55 - 01:19:02 | Speaker 2:

Right. I went downstairs while my ex-wife was sleeping, and me and my ex-friend's best friend pulled around while my ex-wife was upstairs sleeping.

01:19:02 - 01:19:16 | Speaker 3:

So, when you say the threesome happened, how did that come about? Because I'm curious about this, and more listeners can call. Did you suggest the best friend? How did that convo go?

01:19:17 - 01:19:22 | Speaker 2:

My ex-wife's best friend suggested it to my ex-wife, and then my ex-wife suggested

01:19:22 - 01:19:55 | Speaker 3:

does that to me okay but this was all part of a plan yes wow okay i'm just wondering how many people opt to to pick a third that they know very well versus going out to a bar and picking up a stranger i just feel like you know and and this is my personal opinion already you're creating an issue by having a threesome as part of your relationship but when it's somebody that's very very close to you that you see frequently that's an added layer here you're asking for

01:19:55 - 01:19:59 | Speaker 4:

trouble yes you're asking for somebody who's going to stay involved right what what was

01:20:00 - 01:20:12 | Speaker 1:

the reason for bringing the friend in was it the comfortability of knowing who the person was or was it knowing that that person maybe was i don't know clean or i don't know my ex-wife would have

01:20:12 - 01:20:16 | Speaker 2:

rather had her best friend just because the fact that we knew her versus a random person we don't

01:20:16 - 01:20:35 | Speaker 1:

know nothing about she was more she wasn't more fearful of possibly having an outside person a complete stranger ruin your marriage than her best friend and it turned out that her best friend ruined the marriage yes who picked the best friend did you or did she she did well yeah but

01:20:35 - 01:20:41 | Speaker 3:

under the guidance of you influencing the best friend to bring it up and ask her right well she

01:20:41 - 01:20:52 | Speaker 2:

she stopped talking to her for a while i stopped talking to her i worked things out with my ex-wife that didn't work and then i found my ex-wife cheating with a co-worker in 2018 and that's

01:20:52 - 01:20:57 | Speaker 3:

one of our separate ways now you're not with the best friend now are you no no no okay and not with

01:20:57 - 01:21:09 | Speaker 1:

obviously the ex-wife yeah do you think you and your ex-wife would still be together if you would have never done this absolutely not no you guys were in a toxic relationship anyway yeah and now

01:21:09 - 01:21:23 | Speaker 2:

i'm in a whole different situation i'm with my ex best friend's ex-wife oh geez i need a float i would not trust you near anybody would you ever do another threesome no yeah i think that's a good

01:21:23 - 01:21:36 | Speaker 1:

call all right uh could you imagine being the woman who is in a relationship right now and knowing that this is going on i mean does she trust you i've told everything about it

01:21:36 - 01:21:46 | Speaker 2:

yeah but still does she trust you yeah so she doesn't i'm a truck driver i mean i go from detroit to toledo that's that's all i do but what does that mean with anything you're a truck driver

01:21:46 - 01:22:04 | Speaker 1:

that doesn't mean anything i have a bank account so you can just say things they don't mean anything Yeah Comments from listeners Dee has the best one of them all What do you think about this, Dee? I've got to dump that

01:22:04 - 01:22:07 | Speaker 3:

Thought everybody knew you couldn't say that

01:22:07 - 01:22:17 | Speaker 1:

I said that you were going to have the best comment I take that back Sorry, Martha I love you I love you too Alright

01:22:17 - 01:22:21 | Speaker 3:

That was the epitome of ask for forgiveness and not permission

01:22:21 - 01:23:53 | Speaker 1:

yeah all right d d how many threesomes uh i wonder that wouldn't that be interesting to know uh it's mojo in the morning show our only fans contest oh i gotta get to that it's i said eight o'clock right so here's what we were thinking so this is the contest that we're going to be doing over the course of like the next couple three weeks uh depending on how much cash that we have it's not a huge amount but it's good enough i think to get listeners to maybe do some challenges for us so we're not trying to have you do anything that is weird like happens on only fans we're having you just prove that you're a mojo in the morning listener and that you're a super fan of the show and we will make you a little richer and then possibly if you're really good we might get a new misfit out of it so you might become a misfit so i want to give you the only fans challenge number one only fans challenge number one how much would it take money wise for you to be broadcast on our social media sitting on the toilet doing your duties for over an hour of our commercial free hour that we do which is right now on the show we do it between, you know, like 7.20 and, you know, 8.40. Reading the book, Everybody Poops.

01:23:54 - 01:23:55 | Speaker 3:

Non-stop.

01:23:55 - 01:23:55 | Speaker 1:

Yes.

01:23:55 - 01:23:56 | Speaker 3:

So almost like on a loop.

01:23:57 - 01:23:58 | Speaker 1:

Yes. It has to be not.

01:23:58 - 01:23:59 | Speaker 3:

As about poop.

01:24:00 - 01:24:28 | Speaker 1:

It has to be non-stop you reading, and if at any point that we come to you and you're not, then you're not getting paid because you need to, you know, continue to read. How much would you take from us to do this? if you are a Mojo in the Morning Only fan that is willing to do it, we're going to be doing it this week. You'd have to come into the studio. We would pay you for your hours worth of work and we got a little bit of money, but we'll do some negotiation on this.

01:24:28 - 01:24:38 | Speaker 3:

I feel like this is not a difficult challenge. You're not going to make a million dollars here. And my request is you've got to do the good voices. You've got to have some animation to your voice when you read Everybody Poops.

01:24:39 - 01:24:59 | Speaker 1:

Whenever you go or we go into school maybe you've done this before for your children where you go in and read the best readers the ones that the kids like the most are the ones that are animated so maybe that will be you uh jack on with us right now jack where are you from i am from toronto mojo what's happening jack are you a mojo

01:25:00 - 01:25:05 | Speaker 5:

OnlyFan? I am a Mojo OnlyFan, man. I love listening to you guys.

01:25:05 - 01:25:06 | Speaker 2:

Well, we love you, too.

01:25:06 - 01:25:10 | Speaker 5:

I got you on my wireless earbud.

01:25:11 - 01:25:15 | Speaker 2:

Yeah? What do you got going on there? What's that noise in the back? Are you, like, cutting trees or what?

01:25:16 - 01:25:22 | Speaker 5:

I am. I actually just sent the chainsaw down. I'm over here. That's a good guess.

01:25:22 - 01:25:28 | Speaker 2:

Wow, that's unbelievable. I could hear something that sounded like a chainsaw there in the background.

01:25:28 - 01:25:33 | Speaker 1:

Wait, he's really close to my house. I need some work done. Can he just go to my place next?

01:25:34 - 01:25:34 | Speaker 2:

Well, how much?

01:25:35 - 01:25:40 | Speaker 5:

Absolutely, Megan. By the way, this is not. Parking line coming after Brian and Jack. We got you.

01:25:40 - 01:25:44 | Speaker 2:

This is not, by the way, a way for you to get some work done around your house.

01:25:44 - 01:25:45 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my bad, my bad.

01:25:45 - 01:25:49 | Speaker 2:

This is a way for us to possibly get some new misfits to the show.

01:25:50 - 01:25:52 | Speaker 5:

I heard you guys want to read a book?

01:25:53 - 01:26:03 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Absolutely. Would you do that? How much would you want? Oh, absolutely. How much would be the amount that you would want to do this? For dinner?

01:26:05 - 01:26:11 | Speaker 5:

30 bucks. 30. Oh, you're cheap. 30 bucks. That's all you want? Wow. Wow.

01:26:12 - 01:26:25 | Speaker 2:

That's on high, man. That's unbelievable. You could have started really, really high. You could have said $1 million, and we could have negotiated a little bit. Are you on OnlyFans? Do you do OnlyFans?

01:26:25 - 01:26:27 | Speaker 5:

Am I on OnlyFans? No.

01:26:27 - 01:26:37 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Because you're the guy that falls for the $5 feet. I'm telling you. Hold on one second, Jack. All right. Nikki, are you there?

01:26:38 - 01:26:39 | Speaker 6:

I am.

01:26:39 - 01:26:42 | Speaker 2:

It's Nikki from Adrian, everybody. Nikki, you're an OnlyFan?

01:26:43 - 01:26:45 | Speaker 6:

I am a Mojo OnlyFan.

01:26:45 - 01:26:46 | Speaker 2:

We love it.

01:26:46 - 01:26:50 | Speaker 6:

I listen to you every morning for the last seven years.

01:26:50 - 01:27:01 | Speaker 2:

That's awesome. Question for you, Nikki. What would you want to do this? to be sitting on the Mojo in the Morning Show toilet reading all over social media?

01:27:02 - 01:27:04 | Speaker 6:

I would take $500.

01:27:05 - 01:27:27 | Speaker 2:

$500. Now, see, that's a much better proposition than Jack. Jack, you're within our budget. Nikki is starting to get to the cusp of where she might be over budget. But $30, I mean, geez, Jack, if that's the case for you, you know, that's all you charge. I do want you to come to my house and cut down some trees because I would hope that you charge more for cutting down trees.

01:27:27 - 01:27:30 | Speaker 5:

Oh, absolutely. That's my book reading charge.

01:27:30 - 01:27:41 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay. That's his book reading charge. Yeah. All right. Hold on, Jack, and hold on, Nikki. $30 there for Nikki. She says $500. I'm sorry. Robin, how much would you want? Hi, Robin.

01:27:41 - 01:27:43 | Speaker 3:

Hi. How are you guys? Good morning.

01:27:43 - 01:27:45 | Speaker 2:

Robin sounds like a very nice lady.

01:27:45 - 01:27:56 | Speaker 3:

I feel like you're going to have good voices. I have great voices. I used to do that in high school for forensics. I would read stories, and you have to have the good voices. Otherwise, it's just not fun.

01:27:57 - 01:28:11 | Speaker 2:

You sound like you're a very nice, reputable person, unlike Jack. Jack's a little shady. Yeah, Jack. But you don't sound like the type of person that would be pants down on a toilet doing this on Instagram or Facebook Live.

01:28:12 - 01:28:13 | Speaker 3:

It would be so much fun.

01:28:14 - 01:28:16 | Speaker 2:

Okay, all right. And where are you from, Robin?

01:28:17 - 01:28:18 | Speaker 3:

Southfield.

01:28:18 - 01:28:21 | Speaker 2:

Oh, and you're a Mojo-only fan. How much money would you want?

01:28:21 - 01:28:24 | Speaker 3:

I guess I'd do it for free, but I'd negotiate for more.

01:28:24 - 01:28:26 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Negotiate. Pick a number. Come on.

01:28:27 - 01:28:28 | Speaker 3:

Pick a number between money.

01:28:28 - 01:28:31 | Speaker 2:

No, you pick a number. Pick any amount of money.

01:28:31 - 01:28:34 | Speaker 3:

I'll go $250. All right.

01:28:34 - 01:29:10 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my gosh. All right, so we've got somewhere in between Jack and Nikki here. We've got Robin. All right, let me get one more person here. You guys are all very good. And Lydia and KP, you're going to have to do a little, like, I don't know, investigating on these people to make sure that they are good, that they're legit, that they can read. I mean, you're going to have to read. Like, I would not be good at this. I can't read. I'm dyslexic. You know what I mean? Like, it would be bad. I'd be on the toilet, you know, having an issue with trying to get all the words out. Michael, are you there? Yes, sir. Good morning. Michael, you want to be a Mojo Only fan.

01:29:11 - 01:29:15 | Speaker 4:

Absolutely. I couldn't think of anything more important.

01:29:17 - 01:29:28 | Speaker 2:

Priorities, I like it. The first OnlyFan challenge is not very hard. It's you just sitting on a toilet reading the book Everybody Poops during our commercial free hour of Mojo in the Morning.

01:29:29 - 01:29:31 | Speaker 4:

That sounds like my Thursday afternoon.

01:29:33 - 01:29:42 | Speaker 2:

I kind of like this guy already. How much are we talking about here? How much money would it take to get you to do this?

01:29:42 - 01:29:50 | Speaker 4:

Well, Mojo, I was ready to get your name tattooed on my pelvis for free. So you know what? Grease my wheels any ways you want, bud. Wait a second.

01:29:51 - 01:29:53 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I saw your text. I saw that text come through.

01:29:53 - 01:29:59 | Speaker 2:

Wait, you were a guy that was willing to do the pelvis tattoo? Yeah, absolutely.

01:30:00 - 01:30:01 | Speaker 4:

Absolutely, without a doubt, my friend.

01:30:01 - 01:30:09 | Speaker 1:

Why don't we do this? Why don't we put you aside, and you don't have to be the reading guy. You could be maybe another challenge of getting a tattoo on your pelvis.

01:30:10 - 01:30:14 | Speaker 3:

Don't tempt me with a good time, Mojo. All right.

01:30:14 - 01:30:20 | Speaker 1:

How much money would you want for getting your pelvis tattooed with the logo of Mojo in the morning?

01:30:21 - 01:30:29 | Speaker 4:

Well, I do need a new minibike, man. So, I don't know. Give me a stack, man.

01:30:29 - 01:30:38 | Speaker 2:

How much does a minibike cost? You guys, a stack is $1,000. I don't know. Sorry. I'm sorry. You guys are real cool.

01:30:38 - 01:30:45 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. That would be one... Shannon, I was right there with you. Don't worry about it.

01:30:47 - 01:30:49 | Speaker 2:

Bands that make her dance. One band.

01:30:51 - 01:30:59 | Speaker 1:

Hey, let me just say this to you, Michael. Shannon and I are not the cool ones that know anything about that. Okay? So don't.

01:30:59 - 01:31:01 | Speaker 4:

It's all good. It's all good. We'll get you hit, bud.

01:31:01 - 01:31:05 | Speaker 1:

All right. So $1,000. That's actually not a bad proposition.

01:31:05 - 01:31:06 | Speaker 2:

No, I'm liking this one.

01:31:06 - 01:31:23 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, not a bad proposition to be able to get this guy a little bit of fun. So get him that minibike. What kind of a minibike costs only $1,000? The kind that I build with my hand. Yeah. Okay. Yep. And what grown man is riding around in a minibike?

01:31:24 - 01:31:27 | Speaker 4:

A grown man that wants to be 31 years young.

01:31:27 - 01:32:12 | Speaker 1:

i like it all right all right hold on one second we got you there put him down as the minibike guy we're not picking anybody right now yet right so we're not picking anybody right now these are possibilities so jack nicky robin those are the possibilities for the sitting on the toilet reading we'll look for more people maybe you're somebody that's good you can text us if you can't get through on the phone line michael the tattoo do you know we did this michael this is funny i'm reminiscing about the tattoo contest we did uh the gramp stamp we made a grandpa get a get a tramp stamp once and uh brilliant and we did that with grandpas and grandmas to to win concert tickets at one point um the pelvis one is kind of sexier and i and i know why did you think

01:32:12 - 01:32:23 | Speaker 4:

of your pelvis what made you pick that area i just i just it just seemed fitting why why what else would I put right above the mother maker other than my best friend Mojo's name.

01:32:24 - 01:32:25 | Speaker 2:

My best friend Mojo's name.

01:32:26 - 01:32:32 | Speaker 1:

I know no guy that has ever gotten a pelvis tattoo. Has anybody known anybody that's gotten a pelvis tattoo that's a guy?

01:32:33 - 01:32:34 | Speaker 4:

You're about to.

01:32:35 - 01:34:10 | Speaker 1:

I love him. Hang on, Michael. You might have to be a misfit. It is Mojo in the Morning Show. I want to bring something up right now, but I cannot say the name of the person because it is a client and I don't necessarily know yet because he's kind of new as a client i don't know if he is the like to be talked about on the radio in a funny way kind of guy okay so i introduced chelsea to a advertiser of iheart radio and the mojo in the morning show chelsea is my wife and um we got a chance to to hang out with him and he was really really nice guy and when he first met chelsea he reached out and shook her hand and she was so taken by this man's hands that she held on to it for a while to a point that it made me feel honestly uncomfortable uncomfortable in the fact that this is my client chelsea please stop holding this man's hands like don't do it but she said right away she goes oh my god you have the softest hands i have ever felt on a man in my life she said that out loud to him She said that to him, and she looked at his hand, and he was well manicured, and everything looked good, and she said that his hand, and she started like rubbing his hands and kind of feeling his hands a little bit. It was crazy, and it's interesting because he just bought double the schedule for next month, which is like crazy. It was like liking this thing. So we got into a little bit of a discussion later because I brought up the hands thing because the whole time that we were together, the hands thing was bothering me because here she is talking about his hands, and I'm thinking to myself, I've got, I think, okay hands, Even though I told you guys yesterday that

01:34:10 - 01:34:11 | Speaker 2:

They're sausage-y

01:34:11 - 01:34:13 | Speaker 1:

They're not the best part of my body

01:34:13 - 01:34:16 | Speaker 2:

That you're very self-conscious of your fingers They're like

01:34:16 - 01:34:43 | Speaker 1:

They're like long sausages Because they are big hands So I started feeling my own hands And sometimes you really can't feel But I realized my hands are not very soft I don't moisturize But I wanted to ask this question Rough hands or soft hands I would think, my wife is unusual That she being a female, she would want a guy with good hands. And what do you

01:34:43 - 01:34:45 | Speaker 2:

consider good?

01:34:45 - 01:34:49 | Speaker 1:

I think my hands are good hands. But what is it? Is it soft?

01:34:49 - 01:34:51 | Speaker 2:

Is it rough? Are there calluses?

01:34:52 - 01:34:57 | Speaker 1:

There's no... These hands have never done a hard day in their life. I just wanted you to know.

01:34:58 - 01:35:00 | Speaker 2:

You have to have the second most softness.

01:35:00 - 01:35:06 | Speaker 1:

hands of the world no no they're not but no but i i actually do push a lot of buttons here on the

01:35:06 - 01:35:16 | Speaker 3:

show so i commented that on the social mojo someone's like are those indents for mojo pressing buttons on the board they looked that close at your fingertips see i have i do i i am

01:35:16 - 01:35:30 | Speaker 1:

i'm very hard working at this control board here thank you for uh noticing that listener um and the only time they ever get moisturized is well okay you know mike right yeah i got you that's It's the only time that's ever happened.

01:35:31 - 01:35:34 | Speaker 2:

So yours are, oh my God. So yours are somewhere in the middle.

01:35:34 - 01:35:43 | Speaker 1:

So they're somewhere in the middle. So do women want soft hands or do they want rough hands? What do you guys like? Okay.

01:35:44 - 01:35:55 | Speaker 2:

I say soft too. Really? And Wes has, he's very, no, he's very calloused. Very, very, very rough hands. I like it rough too. From, I think the gym and just. That's what she said.

01:35:55 - 01:35:56 | Speaker 6:

That's what she said.

01:35:56 - 01:36:11 | Speaker 2:

Like doing stuff around his house. He has very rough hands, calluses on every single finger right here. And when I hold his hand, this sounds weird, but I continually move my fingers over those areas. I can't, I don't know.

01:36:11 - 01:36:12 | Speaker 3:

Ew, no.

01:36:12 - 01:36:20 | Speaker 2:

Do you know what I mean, Megan? Yeah, but I hate that. That's literally so gross. That's why I say I'd rather have soft. I love him, but I'd rather, if I had to pick softer.

01:36:20 - 01:36:29 | Speaker 1:

Can I be honest with you? I've held Wes's hands, and I think that they are very nice. Did it make you feel safe? It did. Actually, honestly.

01:36:29 - 01:36:31 | Speaker 2:

You know what I love about his hands? They're little.

01:36:32 - 01:36:37 | Speaker 1:

Well, that's the thing. I was not going to go there. Poor guy.

01:36:37 - 01:36:37 | Speaker 2:

He's going to hate me.

01:36:38 - 01:36:44 | Speaker 1:

I mean, you know. I was not going to go there with Wes's hands, but I would assume that Wes, by looking at him.

01:36:45 - 01:36:45 | Speaker 3:

He's a shorter dude.

01:36:46 - 01:36:48 | Speaker 1:

He's a well-groomed man that he would take care of his hands.

01:36:48 - 01:37:03 | Speaker 3:

No, because he's also like a parkour guy. So I feel like he would have rough hands because he like works out and stuff. Yeah. Does Wes lift? at all yes okay so he yeah that's what i'm saying like yeah yes i like gross i think that's hot as

01:37:03 - 01:37:29 | Speaker 1:

heck no i love that somebody just asked me what size my finger is and i understand why they asked me what size my ring finger they wanted to know what size my ring finger was and i think it says it on the inside of this ring but i don't know exactly if i can read it bratwurst yeah i think I think it says summer sausage. What's up, Julie? How you doing? Soft hands or rough hands?

01:37:30 - 01:37:43 | Speaker 4:

Rough hands for sure. Thank you. Well, to me, it feels like it seems to me that they're more of a working man. I dated a guy with soft hands, and I didn't like it. Ma'am, really?

01:37:43 - 01:37:53 | Speaker 3:

Ma'am, tons of people work hard without having their rough hands all up on your soft places, okay? So, this is my opinion.

01:37:54 - 01:37:57 | Speaker 1:

The soft hand guy that you were with, what did he do for a living?

01:37:59 - 01:37:59 | Speaker 4:

Not much.

01:38:02 - 01:38:08 | Speaker 1:

Because sometimes there are guys that work with their hands, but they're very good about taking care of themselves also. True. And I just wanted to know.

01:38:08 - 01:38:19 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so that's what I was going to say. I actually really don't care rough hands or soft hands, but it's the fingernails that really get me. Yeah, yeah. If the fingernails are dirty, I just can't. Yeah.

01:38:19 - 01:38:23 | Speaker 1:

Sarah, we got one for rough. What do you have to vote for?

01:38:24 - 01:38:49 | Speaker 6:

I vote rough, too. My husband has rough hands, but I work in property management, so I do a lot of handshaking upon move-ins. When a guy has soft hands, I know he's going to blow up our maintenance line because he's not going to know how to do real-life stuff. Oh, my God. Guys with rough hands do not bother us like guys with soft hands. So it's a big indicator to me in my line of work of what I'm going to get into.

01:38:49 - 01:39:09 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, because I have kind of semi-rough hands, and I don't fix anything. So, you know, I don't know how you judge that. But that's interesting that if you work in a property management that you think that the guys with the soft hands are going to be the pain in the butts, always, you know, needing something done around there. Marissa, a lot of rough hands so far, you want to say?

01:39:09 - 01:39:32 | Speaker 5:

um i feel like if they have rough hands they do a lot more stuff so like if they have calluses they could play guitar and like that's that's cool that's an interesting thing but soft hands especially for girls soft hands are they're kind of hot they could play with you

01:39:32 - 01:39:38 | Speaker 2:

yes he doesn't need to play you're just horny either way it sounds like to me

01:39:38 - 01:39:46 | Speaker 5:

well i my boyfriend has muscular hands but they are the softest thing ever i just pass away every

01:39:46 - 01:39:59 | Speaker 1:

time i'm held makes me horny wow wow that's that's awesome uh so you want those soft hands uh around your body but you want the rough hands for the guy that actually

01:40:00 - 01:40:04 | Speaker 4:

knows how to do certain things if they have rough hands and they play guitar or they work out

01:40:04 - 01:40:18 | Speaker 5:

they know how to well that's unfair because a guy with a guitar can have no hands you know and he would be fine i don't know i don't think that's possible um hayley what's going on hi

01:40:18 - 01:40:28 | Speaker 4:

Okay, I want to ask him for soft hands, but the fingernails are really, really important.

01:40:28 - 01:40:28 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

01:40:29 - 01:40:41 | Speaker 4:

Like, long fingernails, it doesn't matter if your hands are soft or, like, callousy or whatever, but if you have, like, unmanicured nails or really, you know, long fingernails.

01:40:41 - 01:40:42 | Speaker 2:

Yes. Or no fingernails. I'm with you.

01:40:43 - 01:40:43 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, yes.

01:40:43 - 01:41:03 | Speaker 1:

If you bite your hands to nubs. Yes! I was going to say, there's a middle ground, because it doesn't have to be biting. Have you ever seen the guy who consistently cuts his nails so short that the ends of his fingertips are, like, bubbled? Oh, man. Not that either. Not that either. So not long and not short, just a normal length, guys.

01:41:03 - 01:41:10 | Speaker 5:

But do you think, though, that these guys might have a little anxiety or something going on with themselves? That's the reason why their fingers, you know?

01:41:10 - 01:41:14 | Speaker 4:

When they're bloody and just there's no cuticles. No.

01:41:14 - 01:41:17 | Speaker 5:

Courtney, what's going on?

01:41:18 - 01:41:31 | Speaker 3:

Hi. I think everybody is crazy because you've got to, like, soft hands. Who wants rough hands, like, rubbing your back and, like, gross, dry, cracked, like, bloody?

01:41:32 - 01:41:33 | Speaker 5:

It's like a loofah.

01:41:34 - 01:41:37 | Speaker 3:

I know, but I have a loofah and an exfoliating cream.

01:41:38 - 01:41:42 | Speaker 5:

I'm good there. You want to get rid of the dead skin. Yeah.

01:41:42 - 01:41:50 | Speaker 3:

No, no. I mean, calluses, that's totally different, but I don't want dry, like, cracked, bloody hands above my back every night.

01:41:50 - 01:41:52 | Speaker 1:

It's like a pumice stone, you guys.

01:41:53 - 01:42:20 | Speaker 5:

That's what I have. I got the calluses, like the three calluses under a couple fingers, but the hands are moisturized. What are you doing to get calluses? You're just as inactive as I am. I work out. I work out. Come on, work out. I do. How many days a week? Two, three. Two, three. Yeah, that's why there's only two, three calluses. Roy wants to comment on his hands Because he says that Don't make fun of guys with soft hands Why is that, Roy?

01:42:21 - 01:42:53 | Speaker 2:

Well, 90% of my hands are soft But when I massage my girlfriend's back Or whatever Because she has a very tense job She likes just below the first line Where your fingertips are That little part right below each finger To be a little bit rough So that way when you massage After a hard day Parts of your body Want that loop of feeling But as long as you have a strong grip When you're giving that deep tissue massage The rest of your hands need to be soft To get the job done Are you?

01:42:55 - 01:42:59 | Speaker 3:

I feel like that was straight from I don't know AI wrote that

01:42:59 - 01:43:08 | Speaker 5:

That's amazing though I don't know Seriously I kind of want a massage from you I'm not going to lie I don't think I could read the book though

01:43:08 - 01:43:11 | Speaker 2:

Because my legs would fall asleep And then I'd be using all kinds of different voices

01:43:11 - 01:43:32 | Speaker 5:

Oh, you're talking about the only pants. I was like, wait a second. What is he doing with his hands in a book? All right, Roy. Roy, can I ask you a question about rubbing your wife's back? Why is it that when Chelsea asked me to massage her back, it takes about five seconds for me just to want to get her clothes off?

01:43:34 - 01:43:38 | Speaker 2:

It takes you any amount of time to want to get her clothes off?

01:43:38 - 01:43:48 | Speaker 5:

No, I mean, not to, but it goes right to that. It goes right to that, but it happens. You're right. You're right. I mean, before, yeah, it always turns into that.

01:43:49 - 01:43:57 | Speaker 2:

We are little boys at heart. Exactly. And we have strange ideas and thoughts that go through our heads that don't always match up with what they think.

01:43:58 - 01:44:52 | Speaker 5:

Right. Yeah, that's true. Now Chelsea's going to be checking my hands for the calluses on the fingertips for the massage, the Roy massage. Mojo in the morning. naughty mom's night out uh the 12th of may friday before mother's day it's just around the corner remember by the way mother's day i had to like tell my son that joe from the joe show if you listen to him later this afternoon call him and tell him that i wanted to remind him that because joe is the guy that well like all guys that will say you know i ordered your gift and it's just not here yet like he always does that whole thing and he's like dad amazon always gets it to you by five o'clock sometimes i'm like not a mother's day gift uh jessica stop i'm simply going to pass it away no do not pass away we want you to go to our naughty mom's night out may 12th at that

01:44:59 - 01:44:59 | Speaker 5:

We're excited to get it.

01:45:00 - 01:45:29 | Speaker 1:

01:45:29 - 01:45:30 | Speaker 2:

So do not wait until that day.

01:45:31 - 01:45:56 | Speaker 1:

So, Jessica, my suggestion is if you're going to get a room at Naughty Moms Night Out for you and your friend and you want to stay at the Daxton Hotel, use the promo code MOJO when you go to daxtonhotel.com or you call there, say, for May the 12th, use that. And if you win this Friday, then obviously you can always cancel your booking that you have. But make sure that you get your hotel room so you're not out having to worry about what you're going to do. and plus you can spend the entire night away from the family. Wouldn't that be nice?

01:45:57 - 01:46:00 | Speaker 3:

Yes, 100%. Need it.

01:46:00 - 01:46:04 | Speaker 1:

Lydia says that you're a mom of three, so getting out of the house is fun.

01:46:05 - 01:46:10 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I have a 12-year-old, a 7-year-old, and my youngest is 19 months.

01:46:10 - 01:46:23 | Speaker 1:

So you live in Pontiac. Do you ever adjust for a chance to just get out of the house, go to the Target off of Telegraph Road to get out of the house and just walk around there aimlessly, never wanting to go home?

01:46:23 - 01:46:34 | Speaker 3:

So literally from my driveway, it's two turns. I'm down the road from Target, so yeah, I'm there 24 seconds. Oh, and that's the one that carries the cart up for you on the escalator.

01:46:34 - 01:46:35 | Speaker 2:

Yes, that's the two-story.

01:46:36 - 01:46:40 | Speaker 3:

Either it's an elevator or an escalator. Yes, yes. Minimal walking involved.

01:46:40 - 01:47:03 | Speaker 1:

I see when I go in there a lot of times during the day to pick up some things and do some errands and stuff, I'll see women just walking around with carts, and they're walking around, and their phones are ringing constantly. I'm like, I'm sorry, but your phone keeps ringing. And they'll be like, yeah, it's my kids. I'm not answering it. You know, they know right away that they don't want to actually take part in that. Congrats to you. You're going to be there. Do you have a friend that you can bring with?

01:47:04 - 01:47:09 | Speaker 3:

Yes, I do. And we both need this. So we are going to be thrilled. So excited.

01:47:10 - 01:47:11 | Speaker 1:

Congrats. Enjoy, okay?

01:47:12 - 01:47:13 | Speaker 3:

Thank you so much.

01:47:13 - 01:47:19 | Speaker 1:

Excited to get a chance to party with you. Another chance coming up here in just a little bit. Don't go anywhere. Naughty Moms Night Out.

01:47:19 - 01:47:28 | Speaker 4:

Cheater, cheater, alligator eater. Another world-famous War of the Roses happens at 940 on Mojo in the Morning.

01:47:29 - 01:48:19 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, if you missed the War of the Roses from an hour ago, you've got to go check it out. It's on our podcast page, or we'll have it for you before the end of the show. 01:48:19 - 01:48:22 | Speaker 4:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30

01:48:22 - 01:48:26 | Speaker 1:

Shannon with what's going on in the Dirty on the 30 You're doing the Morgan Wallen story

01:48:26 - 01:48:27 | Speaker 2:

Oh yeah I'm going to start with that

01:48:27 - 01:48:46 | Speaker 1:

The reason why I ask this is Ever since we posted last night About his show Being Now rescheduled for another date People were starting to think of the Detroit show Because a lot of people are now Starting to worry that if he's rescheduling these early shows, he might be rescheduling others.

01:48:46 - 01:51:04 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I don't have any info on... Well, let me tell you the story first. So Morgan Wallen is on Doctor Ordered Vocal Rest and did just cancel three more shows in the wake of canceling his Mississippi show, literal minutes before he was set to take the stage. We talked about this yesterday. So heads up, if you do have tickets to his sold-out show at Van Andel in Grand Rapids this Wednesday, that show is still happening, but it's not happening now until June 27th. So on Instagram, Last night, Morgan Wallen updated fans, and he wrote, I feel horrible about this news. I appreciate and understand everything you do to get to my shows. So it would be unfair of me to put on a show that I know will not be 100%. I'm doing everything I can to speed up the process of getting to that 100% mark. Again, the story is that something's up with his voice. And if that's true, hopefully it's just these four shows, the Mississippi, Grand Rapids, there's one in Illinois, and one in Lincoln, Nebraska. There is a rumor going around, though, that this is an alcohol issue. And if that's the case, I don't know what could happen to the Detroit show. I was going back and Googling, and I think he did check himself into rehab at one point. So he's had some issues with alcohol in the past. If that's the case, obviously, you hope that he gets the help that he needs. But I don't know if or how that will affect the Detroit show. But for sure, Van Andel, June 27th is the new date there. The internet thinks that Taylor Swift and two-time F1 world champion Fernando Alonso are dating. This is also a rumor that's making its way around the internet right now. Went around in the racing world all weekend. And Taylor's obviously single. And Fernando, who's 41, did also recently reveal that he and his longtime girlfriend had called it quits. So he's good to go. Word on the street, they've been hanging out for like the past week or two. So they've only seen each other, you know, a handful of times. It's nothing serious. And I love that whether it's true or not, and I don't think it's true, but he's adding fuel to the fire. He recently tweeted that he's feeling 33. I think that's his car number Also the same age that Taylor Swift Used as a lyric in her song

01:51:04 - 01:51:11 | Speaker 3:

22 Which is a different number Why has Pete Davidson's name Not popped up for potential

01:51:11 - 01:51:26 | Speaker 5:

Oh god no That would be absolutely awful But you want to know why I know this isn't true Because Taylor would never allow a man To do this To like tweet out Like I feel like she would never

01:51:26 - 01:51:43 | Speaker 2:

allow it if she was dating somebody Adele joined James Corden for the very final carpool karaoke so it's actually the first song they did and she reversed the process she woke up James with symbols picked him up in a Range Rover

01:51:43 - 01:52:14 | Speaker 1:

as is tradition what was the carpool that surprised you most because there's been some bloody brilliant ones and a few ones obviously there's been ones throughout which have checked like stevie wonder changed it a lot because i think when he did it yeah other artists were like icons well if stevie wonder's done it i'll do it our one because it broke all of those records yeah i think seeing how many people watch that made artists like bruno and gaga and people like that go oh hang on a minute yeah yeah absolutely i'll do this

01:52:14 - 01:52:20 | Speaker 2:

adele very emotional at the end of this thanking james and his wife for supporting her throughout

01:52:20 - 01:52:47 | Speaker 1:

her career and her divorce i love you and you we have had the best times here oh my god we really have our friendship and our family's friendship is absolutely not it has nothing to do with distance and time i'm just not ready to come back yet otherwise i will come back with you come over here so i can give you a hug i love you so much i love you too i didn't realize how close

01:52:47 - 01:53:20 | Speaker 2:

they were i didn't either until i watched this i didn't either yeah i didn't realize the show was still on yeah honestly two more days yeah oh i thought it ended i think it's the 27 isn't it wednesday isn't this all viral uh joe biden formally announced his re-election bid this morning the president also confirmed that kamala harris will be by his side again as his running mate for the record he will be 86 at the end of his second term we talked about this yesterday

01:53:20 - 01:53:51 | Speaker 3:

during trending news and we were asking the question about you know at what point is too old for this and then we all we all kind of mutually agreed why do we not make it younger to be the president like i would much uh rather have like somebody that's 30 years old be the president than somebody who's 90 near 90 years old to be the president of the united states yeah But I don't know. And I don't know, you know, listen, with age comes wisdom and stuff like that, but I don't know.

01:53:51 - 01:53:52 | Speaker 5:

No. Yeah.

01:53:53 - 01:53:54 | Speaker 2:

That's a great.

01:53:54 - 01:53:55 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

01:53:57 - 01:54:22 | Speaker 2:

Another time and place to debate that. Lastly, a local story. A little boy named Killian Palmer, a third-grade student from Farmington Hills, Michigan, right down the street from the radio station, decided that he was really upset about something at school and went to the school district's board of education all in the name of better mac and cheese in the cafeteria.

01:54:23 - 01:54:43 | Speaker 4:

Mac and cheese at Lanigan is not that good. It is burnt sometimes. On the top and bottom, it is burnt and crisp. The final reason that Lanigan needs better macaroni and cheese is because we need an even amount of macaroni and cheese. Sincerely, Killian. Sincerely, he also said.

01:54:43 - 01:54:47 | Speaker 3:

By the way, we were just talking about younger running for president.

01:54:47 - 01:54:47 | Speaker 4:

Look at this guy.

01:54:47 - 01:54:49 | Speaker 3:

Why do we not have this kid run for president?

01:54:49 - 01:54:56 | Speaker 4:

It was perfect, it was even, it was hot. They fixed it. And no burnt pieces. Pretty great.

01:54:56 - 01:54:59 | Speaker 2:

What do you want to say to all the workers who are making lunches for the kids?

01:55:00 - 01:55:06 | Speaker 3:

Thank you for changing it. And also, what did you even put in there before?

01:55:07 - 01:55:08 | Speaker 1:

Tasted strange.

01:55:08 - 01:55:12 | Speaker 2:

Props to him. What's the kid's name? His name is Killian Palmer.

01:55:13 - 01:55:22 | Speaker 1:

Now, that's the way that you do it, right? You go and you say, okay, I want this. You fight for it and then go before the school board. And it worked.

01:55:22 - 01:55:26 | Speaker 2:

His efforts paid off. I know. Lanigan Elementary School. He's a third grader there right here in Franklin House.

01:55:26 - 01:55:31 | Speaker 1:

Do they still have, in school cafeterias, the greasy pizza? I hope so.

01:55:32 - 01:55:32 | Speaker 2:

That was a square.

01:55:33 - 01:55:38 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Or Bosco sticks. Are those still popular? Do you ever have Bosco sticks? They're the best.

01:55:38 - 01:55:41 | Speaker 2:

Bosco sticks are the worst. I know. You hate them. No, with the cheese in them.

01:55:41 - 01:55:44 | Speaker 1:

Oh, they're so good. You are so anti-American.

01:55:44 - 01:55:48 | Speaker 2:

I'm just anti-cheese. Does that make me anti-American?

01:55:48 - 01:55:51 | Speaker 1:

How about if they came out with a vegan Bosco stick just for you?

01:55:51 - 01:55:52 | Speaker 2:

No.

01:55:52 - 01:55:54 | Speaker 1:

If they did the cheese substitute in there.

01:55:55 - 01:55:59 | Speaker 2:

Hard battles. All right, for all of today's Dirty, check out the Dirty page on mojointheworning.com.

Good morning.

01:56:17 - 01:56:17 | Speaker 3:

01:56:18 - 01:56:22 | Speaker 1:

Hi. We're good. Our winners have been great this morning. Do you know what you just won?

01:56:23 - 01:56:25 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God. Tickets to NF. We are so excited.

01:56:26 - 01:56:28 | Speaker 1:

Congratulations to you. You're going to Sam.

01:56:28 - 01:56:30 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my gosh. Thank you so much.

01:56:30 - 01:56:32 | Speaker 1:

Who's we or we're?

01:56:33 - 01:56:38 | Speaker 3:

My fiance, Austin. Mojo, I'm actually Nicole that's getting married tomorrow. Oh, my God.

01:56:39 - 01:56:41 | Speaker 1:

Wait, hold on a second. Can I tell this story real quick?

01:56:41 - 01:56:42 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God, please.

01:56:42 - 01:56:53 | Speaker 1:

Absolutely. All right. So this is Nicole, you guys. Nicole was part of a contest pre-COVID, pre-pandemic, and it was to, like, race to the altar to get married, right? What did we call that contest?

01:56:54 - 01:56:57 | Speaker 3:

Take the leap for leap year. That's right. Oh, yes.

01:56:57 - 01:57:05 | Speaker 1:

She won a trip to Vegas to go marry Austin, who has been her sweetheart since you were, what, 12 or 13?

01:57:05 - 01:57:09 | Speaker 3:

13, yep. We've been together 21 years now. I remember you.

01:57:09 - 01:57:17 | Speaker 1:

Oh, thank you. This story is amazing because Nicole and Austin met. What was the name of the place that's now?

01:57:17 - 01:57:19 | Speaker 3:

Ambassador Skating Rink in Clausen.

01:57:19 - 01:57:24 | Speaker 1:

Okay, Ambassador Skating Rink in Clausen, back in the day. It's now Lulu and.

01:57:24 - 01:57:26 | Speaker 3:

Leon and Lulu. Yes. Yes!

01:57:26 - 01:57:29 | Speaker 1:

And so tell everybody what you did.

01:57:30 - 01:58:11 | Speaker 3:

So Austin had this amazing idea to ask the owner if we would be able to just get married in their store. Since it means so much to us, it was where we actually met. And they are allowing us to get married there tomorrow. Oh, my God, stop. Yes, we are so excited. They are the most amazing people. If anybody has not been there, you need to get to Leon and Lulu's. They are absolutely incredible. They have amazing items in the store. But their staff and the owner, words can't explain how incredible they have been to us. It's amazing. We are so, so lucky.

01:58:11 - 01:58:22 | Speaker 1:

How cool is this that they met at the roller rink that is now Leon and Lulu's? They're going to go back there, get married in the store. I love this store. At the exact spot that they skated together for the very first time.

01:58:22 - 01:58:24 | Speaker 2:

What song was playing when you were skating? Do you remember?

01:58:24 - 01:58:32 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my gosh. Everything. I mean, it was 2002, so all the bangers. All right, so hold on a second.

01:58:32 - 01:58:40 | Speaker 1:

Let's look at this real quick. Billboard 2002 hits. Oh, my gosh. We're going to pick it here for you. This is awesome. And by the way.

01:58:40 - 01:58:49 | Speaker 3:

What a great idea, too, Nicole. Oh, I have to give all the credit to Austin. This was 100% his idea. Nellie Hottenhair. I'm so thankful.

01:58:50 - 01:58:57 | Speaker 1:

Oh, absolutely. Nellie Hotten here. Nellie Dilemma with Kelly Rowland. Oh, Vanessa Carlton, A Thousand Miles.

01:58:58 - 01:59:00 | Speaker 3:

Oh, sing it.

01:59:00 - 01:59:09 | Speaker 1:

All right, so here's the thing. You're going to be back on the air with us this week to share with us the pictures and everything, right?

01:59:09 - 01:59:11 | Speaker 3:

Oh, absolutely. We can't wait.

01:59:12 - 01:59:14 | Speaker 1:

All right, we're so happy for you. Enjoy your concert.

01:59:14 - 01:59:17 | Speaker 3:

Thank you so much. We're so excited. Thank you.

01:59:18 - 01:59:40 | Speaker 1:

More Mojo in minutes. All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. It's time now for Am I the A-Hole. On the phone with us is Brady with a situation that has been going on in his head lately that he's thinking about maybe verbalizing more so, or at least you haven't said anything yet, right, Brady?

01:59:41 - 01:59:44 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I haven't talked to her about this yet, no.

01:59:44 - 02:00:00 | Speaker 1:

Okay, because I've often learned that if I am in a situation where I'm going to say something to my wife, and I am in my head thinking about it, and it doesn't seem like it's a good idea, it's not a good idea, right? But we're going to jump.

02:00:00 - 02:00:08 | Speaker 4:

whether or not we think brady's an a-hole for this so tell us what's going on yeah so um my wife um

02:00:08 - 02:00:55 | Speaker 2:

i'll just put it bluntly she she's gained weight and before you attack me just please hear me out she she's always talked to me about how much the weight gain it bothers her right like you know these things they come and they go and right now it's a little more than it has been in the past And I love her, and I want to support her in her goals, whatever that is. But what's been going on has been bothering me a little bit. So she, you know, in an effort to lose some dissuade, she got a gym membership, right? A lot of us do. And she's had it for three months and has gone a total of eight times. And I'll just say that I'm the one paying for this gym membership.

02:00:55 - 02:01:07 | Speaker 4:

well you know there you go you got to be careful about that because does she also work or do you do you work and she does she work so she okay yeah but we remember so she asked for the i just

02:01:07 - 02:01:11 | Speaker 1:

want to get all the facts here she asked for the gym membership you are paying for the gym membership

02:01:11 - 02:01:34 | Speaker 4:

but she wanted that yes okay exactly yes and i would be be careful about the idea that you're you're the one that pays for it because when you're in a marriage it's your it's not your money It's our money, okay, or her money, depending on if you're a smart guy or not. Okay, so you pay for the JIN membership. She's used it eight times over the course of three months? Yes.

02:01:34 - 02:01:55 | Speaker 2:

That's a lot more than I've used mine. Fair, fair. But, yeah, like the time she's gone has been sporadic. Like it'll be like three times in a week, and then she won't go for, you know, like two or three weeks, then she'll go again. Like, like I said, her motivation, it's, it's coming in like waves.

02:01:55 - 02:01:59 | Speaker 4:

Okay. And what is it that tell everybody what's been in your head of what you're thinking about doing?

02:02:01 - 02:02:25 | Speaker 2:

I'm, I'm thinking of just talking to her about, you know, going more often or I cancel the gym membership because, uh, you know, it's money out of my own pocket. Uh, and I'm, and I want to, like I said, I want to help her with her goals, but she's not actually using it or doing anything about her weight gain, which, once again, I see how much it's bothering her, and I don't like that.

02:02:25 - 02:02:31 | Speaker 4:

All right, so we don't like it. Don't do it. Yeah. Don't do it. So am I the a-hole? Is he an a-hole for this?

02:02:32 - 02:02:33 | Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

02:02:34 - 02:02:58 | Speaker 1:

I think you need to, like Mojo said, like the money thing is besides the point. Um, I think, so my question to you is, did you guys have a conversation about wanting to get healthy together? Or did she have a conversation with you about wanting to get healthy? And did she specifically ask you, please help keep me accountable?

02:03:00 - 02:03:29 | Speaker 2:

It's, it was the latter. Um, the, the conversation was not about us doing it together. Um, it was more, Hey, I want to do this thing. And I, of course, said, yeah, I've been seeing this bothering you. How can I support? And the thing that we came up with was this gym membership. I'll be honest. We didn't, like, come up with more specifics beyond that. It was more like, here's a solution. Okay. Sure.

02:03:30 - 02:04:02 | Speaker 1:

Okay. But she said, like, this is really important to me to keep these goals. I want you to help me stay on track. this is a very important part of why i'm asking you this question because i think that if she asked for accountability and she asked for you to help there is a very nice way to get her back on track um and it's not threatening and saying i'm canceling this gym membership because you only used it eight times and these are the days that you went but if she wants your help i think that you can very gently kind of nudge her in in the right direction and not be an a-hole i don't know

02:04:02 - 02:04:44 | Speaker 3:

any way that this that even a nudge turns out the right way but if she's asking for it if she's asking for accountability what's your situation mike so ali brought up that that i that she went after the baby she wants help getting back into shape and getting into it so i i we she got an apple watch and she's already started kind of working towards that but i don't know that there's any way that i could after she has baby and she starts working at it again if she decides that she doesn't want to do it anymore or it's just not working. Whatever she decides, you know what I mean? I don't know that there's a way that I could go in and say, hey, you told me to tell you to work at this and to go for it without it coming off the wrong way. See, I actually disagree with you.

02:04:44 - 02:04:55 | Speaker 4:

I think you should say that to her. And Shannon, I'm going to tell you why. I know you disagree because she's asking for it, but I think you need to tell her your uncomfortability of why you don't want to be part of that.

02:04:55 - 02:04:59 | Speaker 1:

But Mike, if she wants your help and she legitimately wants

02:05:00 - 02:05:01 | Speaker 6:

Well, that's why you should say something.

02:05:01 - 02:05:07 | Speaker 1:

She wants you to be her cheerleader, you know, that's what she wants from you.

02:05:07 - 02:05:14 | Speaker 6:

I don't need the right way to do that then. Well, by saying to her, I don't feel comfortable doing this. Are you sure you want me to do this? And then maybe, you know.

02:05:14 - 02:05:55 | Speaker 7:

Can I tell you what my brother does that I find super helpful? Because my brother is a workout-aholic. And I'm in the same boat pretty much as this guy's wife. Where, like, I'm uncomfortable, but I have a really hard time going to the gym for various reasons. And my brother has always been super supportive but never wants to put me in a bad position, knows that I've been vocal about it. And he always says, hey, I'm heading to the gym at this time if you want to join. If not, that's cool. And that's it. Period, point blank, drop it. It's I'm going if you want to partner. This is what time I'm going so you can plan around it. If not, no judgment, no worries. I'm good. That's good. And for me, that takes all of the pressure off while still giving me a lifeline to go if I want.

02:05:55 - 02:05:58 | Speaker 6:

Amber, we've got Brady on with us right now.

02:05:58 - 02:06:29 | Speaker 4:

am I the a-hole is he an a-hole I would say yes he's an a-hole only because I think it's your responsibility as her husband to keep her motivated you know if you're insulted by her unmotivation but you can be that motivation to her hey babe remember that week you were working out you were looking so good what's up like you want to go do you want to uh do you want to come with me to the gym you know you have to make it fun and exciting and not a negative thing so see

02:06:29 - 02:07:07 | Speaker 1:

i agree with part of what you're saying actually i think that the positive motivation of you you are doing so well like i i am noticing you are doing so well i know you want to hit this goal you went to the you know you you've made time to go to the gym this week keep it up i think that that is a nice way of nudging her in the right direction and keeping her accountable and that's why i said to him it's a bad idea to point out you've only gone this many times it needs to be the way that it's approached of saying you know you're you're already this many steps in keep it going how else can i help i think that there's such a better way of doing it ava am i the a-hole

02:07:07 - 02:07:20 | Speaker 5:

is uh brady the a-hole i don't think he's an a-hole i mean his wife said she was gonna go She wanted to do the gym membership. I mean, he's wasting his money.

02:07:21 - 02:07:29 | Speaker 6:

Wait, so are you saying that he, because everybody's trying to say encourage, if he says I'm canceling the membership, you don't think.

02:07:29 - 02:07:31 | Speaker 5:

That's not helpful. That's a-hole.

02:07:31 - 02:07:33 | Speaker 6:

You don't think that's a-hole-ish, Ava?

02:07:34 - 02:07:46 | Speaker 5:

No, I think that's fair. It's obviously that's not working. I mean, if the goal is to lose weight, the membership is not doing it, So why be shelling out that money?

02:07:46 - 02:07:49 | Speaker 1:

But maybe she's just really needing some motivation from him.

02:07:49 - 02:07:52 | Speaker 6:

How much money are you paying for this membership?

02:07:54 - 02:07:55 | Speaker 5:

$145 a month.

02:07:55 - 02:08:03 | Speaker 6:

Okay. And she's only used it eight times over three months, you say. That's still eight more times than she would have gone if you didn't get her the membership.

02:08:03 - 02:08:28 | Speaker 7:

But the thing that you're reinforcing is if you don't fit, you have to do it right the first way. And if you stumble or have any problems with it, I'm not supporting you. And I feel like that's a super unhealthy mentality to get people into a better space, whether that's physically, mentally or whatever, is you cannot have stumbling blocks or I will not support you on this journey. And I feel like that's more detrimental than the process that she's going through right now.

02:08:28 - 02:08:32 | Speaker 6:

Zach, am I the a-hole? What do you think about Brady here?

02:08:33 - 02:09:06 | Speaker 2:

I think if he goes about it the way that he's saying, then yes. Remember, we're talking about his wife. This isn't a friend. So, like, in combination with what Megan was saying and then the first caller, like, you have to be willing to potentially want to go with her even and set that schedule with her and be like, hey, I see how well you're doing. I want to be like that, too. Let's go together. And that way she's feeling like, okay, we want to do this together. He's supportive as well. I don't feel like I'm being trapped into this. So I think a schedule would be great with us together.

02:09:06 - 02:09:13 | Speaker 6:

I think that you're not an a-hole, Brady, if you do encouraging things to try to help her along. You are an a-hole.

02:09:13 - 02:09:14 | Speaker 1:

Don't point out where she's failing.

02:09:15 - 02:09:35 | Speaker 6:

If you use the I'm canceling your membership as a punishment. I mean, first off, I think that in any relationship is a bad thing. You're destined to have issues in your relationship if you do that. Thank you for the call, Zach. We appreciate it. Nicole, last call on am I the a-hole. Comment here for Brady.

02:09:35 - 02:09:58 | Speaker 3:

I don't think he is, because if you heard him say, I'm paying for this out of my own pocket, like, for him, he's paying for it, and she's not using. Like, if you're paying for something and someone's like, yeah, I love it, I'm using it, I'm going every day, you don't mind paying for it. But if he's paying for it, and maybe they want to save for a vacation or something, that's his point. He's kind of like, I'm paying for this, and you're not even using it.

02:09:58 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 6:

Well, I'm going to tell you this.

02:10:00 - 02:10:21 | Speaker 1:

You don't ever hold money over a significant other's head. I don't know. I think that's – are you married or – No, I'm not holding money, but I'm just saying like he's paying for it. But when you say I'm paying for it, that sounds – That gives me a bad taste in my mind. Yeah, that sounds very parental. That's what he said, though. I know, and I tried to correct him. Listen, I was trying to be his attorney and tell him that's a bad thing to do.

02:10:22 - 02:10:24 | Speaker 2:

However, Brady, Planet Fitness is way cheaper for me.

02:10:24 - 02:10:51 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God, $140. What the hell? $140? You know what that is? That's the gym that I joined before I went to Planet Fitness that I only went to to go have smoothies because they had a good smoothie bar. You know, you're not you're not doing anything there other than, you know, basically taking care of your your stomach and not in a good way. Thank you, Brady, for going on with us. Appreciate you. And I hope that you got some good advice.

02:10:51 - 02:10:54 | Speaker 2:

I think I did. Thank you guys so much for having me.

02:10:55 - 02:11:01 | Speaker 1:

Mojo in the Morning Show. Shannon's getting kicked off. What's going on?

02:11:01 - 02:11:45 | Speaker 2:

I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. Well, I'm still not prepared for this. And I'm slightly miffed about it. Andrew is my ex-husband. I affectionately refer to him as my husband. And he sent me the story about how Netflix is cracking down on password sharing in more than one household or whatever the deal is. We've talked about this in The Dirty for the past couple of weeks. Sent me the story along with this text. I'll be taking Netflix back thank you very little because I'm still freeloading on his Netflix from when we were married you definitely don't have a pattern of that Shannon I offered to share Disney Plus with you Megan and you never accepted

02:11:45 - 02:11:54 | Speaker 1:

I get Megan Tulu this is a grown up moment for you this is when your kids move out of the house and you're like alright I'm done paying your cell phone

02:11:54 - 02:12:01 | Speaker 2:

and now I'm getting kicked off. And I even said to him, no, no, I'll pay for the difference to have the extra household because it'll still be cheaper, right?

02:12:02 - 02:12:19 | Speaker 1:

And he said, nope, all caps, nope, by the way. I wanted to ask this question because when you said that you were going to bring this up, I thought to myself, well, aren't the kids going to want to have the same file of their shows that they watch in both houses when they're going from dad to mom's house?

02:12:19 - 02:12:30 | Speaker 2:

Right, thank you. Did you use that as a- Although, last night that bit me in the butt because Lucy goes, were you watching a show called Sex Life? Because it was my account that was pulled up.

02:12:31 - 02:12:39 | Speaker 1:

So, okay, we know that you are now engaged, right? So you are with Wes. And Andrew, he's got a girlfriend.

02:12:39 - 02:12:42 | Speaker 2:

You know what? Andrew is engaged as well. He is? Okay.

02:12:43 - 02:12:45 | Speaker 1:

So, I mean, this is the thing.

02:12:45 - 02:12:56 | Speaker 2:

I get it. Trust me. She doesn't want to see my profile on there either. And I understand that. But I'm still miffed. And do you want to know what my profile picture is? The queen from The Crown.

02:12:57 - 02:12:58 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh.

02:12:58 - 02:13:02 | Speaker 2:

Which one, though? Which one? Clairefoy? Yep.

02:13:02 - 02:13:12 | Speaker 1:

What would you do if you logged in one day and it was changed to the X? And it was, you know, somebody else's profile.

02:13:12 - 02:13:16 | Speaker 2:

Honestly, I wouldn't care if I was still able to log in and I didn't have to pay for it.

02:13:16 - 02:13:18 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. I wonder if this happens a lot.

02:13:18 - 02:13:20 | Speaker 2:

What is Netflix now, by the way? What does it cost?

02:13:20 - 02:13:20 | Speaker 1:

$13?

02:13:20 - 02:13:22 | Speaker 2:

Is it like $11 a month? I think it's more than that.

02:13:22 - 02:14:07 | Speaker 1:

guys yeah okay so i so while we're looking it up and when we're looking at the the price i want you to call us up and tell us about your ex kicking you off or what do you still share with an ex besides kids and a dog and stuff uh let's see her next netflix prices the pricing guide for netflix when does this go into effect uh isn't it like september i think so yeah here you go The plan is standard with ads, $6.99, standard $15.49, premium $19. Premium is the best because you get 4K, even though none of us have 4K television.

02:14:07 - 02:14:08 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. No.

02:14:08 - 02:14:13 | Speaker 1:

Or some of us do. We just don't know that we do. Have you got a new TV? Oh, good for you.

02:14:13 - 02:14:14 | Speaker 2:

I don't have a new TV.

02:14:14 - 02:14:21 | Speaker 1:

Oh, good for you, Megan. Some of us invest in our couch potato-ness. Yes.

02:14:22 - 02:14:28 | Speaker 2:

Some people spend a lot of money on a good couch and a good TV, okay? Other people buy practical items.

02:14:30 - 02:14:31 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, but you know what?

02:14:31 - 02:14:33 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God, I pay $20 a month.

02:14:33 - 02:14:41 | Speaker 1:

I have the highest plan. That is, see that? You got a bougie TV and a bougie plan. What's going on, Marissa?

02:14:42 - 02:14:48 | Speaker 2:

Hi, I share my hoodies with my ex still because we're, like, best friends now. Your hoodies?

02:14:49 - 02:14:55 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. That's very romantic. You guys are obviously not in new relationships Are you?

02:14:56 - 02:15:00 | Speaker 2:

Not really No we quickly fell out of that hole

02:15:00 - 02:15:14 | Speaker 6:

like romantic honeymoon stage like real quick and we realized we were just really good friends but occasionally plus we do a lot of like cosplaying you know at like comic cons and

02:15:14 - 02:15:19 | Speaker 3:

stuff so we always share each other's clothing wait what cosplay oh i thought oh i thought she

02:15:19 - 02:15:23 | Speaker 1:

said something very different and yeah i was like excited about it i was like getting like

02:15:23 - 02:15:33 | Speaker 3:

really pumped up for this relationship that you guys have uh you can't by the way when you're in a new relationship share clothing like that. Hoodies. That's too romantic. Brittany, what's up?

02:15:34 - 02:15:46 | Speaker 5:

This a-hole don't kick me off of a Costco account. No! Really? Not the Costco account. He got the balls. I get him 2% back on all my groceries and gas.

02:15:47 - 02:15:56 | Speaker 3:

Wow. So your ex kicked you off his Costco account. What was the reasoning? Did he get into a relationship and his new lady told him that?

02:15:56 - 02:15:59 | Speaker 5:

No, we got a divorce, and he just being a petty betty.

02:16:01 - 02:16:08 | Speaker 3:

You know what you need to do? You got kids, right? Yeah. You need to fight for some more money.

02:16:10 - 02:16:12 | Speaker 5:

Man, screw him. I don't care. Oh, my gosh.

02:16:12 - 02:16:24 | Speaker 3:

I'm my favorite caller today. Yeah. Why don't you do this? What about this idea? Why doesn't Shannon share her Costco account with you? I do have one, yeah. And then you share the Netflix account since she's getting kicked off by her ex-husband.

02:16:25 - 02:16:27 | Speaker 5:

Man, Shannon is just as cheap as me, man.

02:16:27 - 02:16:32 | Speaker 2:

Shut up. I love you, Brittany. I love you, Shannon.

02:16:33 - 02:16:35 | Speaker 3:

All right. What's going on, Dawn?

02:16:35 - 02:16:36 | Speaker 4:

Hey, how are you?

02:16:37 - 02:16:41 | Speaker 3:

Good. What's going on? We're talking about how Shannon's getting kicked off the Netflix account by her ex.

02:16:42 - 02:16:54 | Speaker 4:

We share, I still share a phone plan with my ex-cousin after eight years, and I'm remarried. Oh, my gosh. No way. It was cheaper to do it that way. Yeah.

02:16:54 - 02:16:57 | Speaker 3:

phones out of our plan. So obviously he must like you.

02:16:59 - 02:17:14 | Speaker 4:

We're very good friends. I mean, and we're raising two kids who are now in their 20s, but you got to keep it going for the kids. And I'd rather pay half a phone bill than double a phone bill just by... Oh, absolutely. Can you see his text?

02:17:15 - 02:17:16 | Speaker 3:

Like, can you see who he calls and who he texts

02:17:16 - 02:17:18 | Speaker 4:

and all that stuff? No, not at all.

02:17:19 - 02:17:28 | Speaker 3:

See, I would never do it for that reason if If, like, my ex was reading my messages and stuff and saw where I was going, you know?

02:17:29 - 02:17:36 | Speaker 4:

You can't read any of that because texts are private. Yeah. I mean, if I really wanted to, and he could, too, look up and see who we're calling.

02:17:37 - 02:17:37 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:17:37 - 02:17:38 | Speaker 4:

But who cares?

02:17:38 - 02:17:39 | Speaker 3:

Who uses more data?

02:17:40 - 02:17:41 | Speaker 4:

Oh, me.

02:17:42 - 02:17:45 | Speaker 3:

Yeah? You're always on it, looking at TikTok and everything?

02:17:46 - 02:17:54 | Speaker 4:

I am, but who is he? That's the funny thing. And we all are pretty close in data, including his mother, who's on our phone.

02:17:54 - 02:17:54 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God.

02:17:54 - 02:17:55 | Speaker 4:

It's a family affair.

02:17:56 - 02:17:57 | Speaker 3:

Your ex-mother-in-law is on there.

02:17:58 - 02:18:02 | Speaker 4:

It's my dad, his mom, the two kids, and us.

02:18:02 - 02:18:16 | Speaker 3:

Wow. That's wild. It works, though. Yeah. No, that's nice. That's nice that you do that. I wonder if that would be something smart to do, like, with your friends. Like, get together with a group of friends, and you guys all just split everything. Like, could they catch you doing that?

02:18:16 - 02:18:28 | Speaker 1:

Well, because it is cheaper, I think, to just, like in Netflix's case, you get the account, but then you only pay like a few bucks extra for the password share for another household versus getting an entirely different account.

02:18:28 - 02:18:49 | Speaker 3:

In this case of all the different, you know, subscriptions and all that stuff, it's not cheaper to keep her. Keep her on, it's probably not cheaper. What's going on, Melina?

02:18:50 - 02:18:51 | Speaker 6:

Nothing. How are you?

02:18:51 - 02:18:53 | Speaker 3:

I'm all right. Are you ready for Six on Sex?

02:18:54 - 02:18:55 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, I am.

02:18:56 - 02:19:02 | Speaker 3:

Do you think your mom is going to react like a maniac in this one? Will she be upset?

02:19:03 - 02:19:09 | Speaker 6:

I don't think she'll be upset. Me and her have a pretty close relationship, so I think she'll just think it's kind of funny.

02:19:10 - 02:19:12 | Speaker 3:

So, Melina, how old are you?

02:19:12 - 02:19:13 | Speaker 6:

I am 23.

02:19:14 - 02:19:15 | Speaker 3:

And what do you do?

02:19:17 - 02:19:19 | Speaker 6:

I'm a receptionist.

02:19:19 - 02:19:21 | Speaker 3:

And do you have a boyfriend, a girlfriend?

02:19:22 - 02:19:23 | Speaker 6:

I have a boyfriend.

02:19:24 - 02:19:28 | Speaker 3:

And we're going to call your mom up to tell her a little bit about your sex life.

02:19:29 - 02:19:30 | Speaker 6:

All righty.

02:19:31 - 02:19:32 | Speaker 3:

Is this Milena's mom?

02:19:34 - 02:19:34 | Speaker 6:

Yes.

02:19:34 - 02:19:36 | Speaker 3:

How are you? It's Mojo in the morning.

02:19:38 - 02:19:38 | Speaker 4:

02:19:39 - 02:19:43 | Speaker 3:

Milena is on the phone with us right now. Are you okay to go on the radio?

02:19:44 - 02:19:44 | Speaker 6:

in cyber flashing more than than men uh cyber flashing tend to send unsolicited sex images in an attempt to flirt and receive similar images in return. Of the entire sample, nearly 42%, it's actually 41.8% report, that they had sent at least one unsolicited nude or sexual image to someone else.

02:29:01 - 02:29:05 | Speaker 2:

Oh, so this is just people admitting to it? Of course men are lying.

02:29:05 - 02:29:24 | Speaker 1:

Well, 30% of men, only 30% of men say that they've done it, while 46.4% of women have done this. so more women send unsolicited so you're in which is I would agree with you in saying this because I would think that more guys send these unsolicited defects

02:29:24 - 02:29:46 | Speaker 2:

absolutely this is just asking people to admit it and news slash men lie about this this is not shocking whatsoever open up any girls DMs any girls and your science will be shown that dudes do away more often period that was English so you're

Hell yeah.

02:30:44 - 02:30:46 | Speaker 1:

How old are your three kids?

02:30:47 - 02:30:49 | Speaker 6:

18, 16, and 14.

02:30:50 - 02:30:56 | Speaker 1:

Wow. I thought, you know, what's funny is, I mean, I guess you got an 18-year-old, but you sound very young. So I did not, not that you don't have to be young to have an 18-year-old.

02:30:56 - 02:31:01 | Speaker 4:

But I bet all those teenagers are giving you a headache and you could use a night out. My daughter crashed my car this morning.

02:31:02 - 02:31:03 | Speaker 1:

Oh, no. Oh, no.

02:31:04 - 02:31:05 | Unknown:

Totaled it.

02:31:05 - 02:31:08 | Speaker 1:

Oh, that poor girl. Oh, shame. Is she okay? Is she safe? Is she all right?

02:31:08 - 02:31:09 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, she's safe.

02:31:10 - 02:31:12 | Speaker 1:

No, I'm not worried about her from the car. Is she safe from you?

02:31:13 - 02:31:17 | Speaker 6:

Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I get it. Stuff happens.

02:31:17 - 02:31:32 | Speaker 1:

You know what? You are a nice mom. Well, you're going to be going to Naughty Mom's Night Out. What do you think about this real quick? Let's ask you this question about this cyber flashing, otherwise known as sending a nude. Have you ever sent an unsolicited nude?

02:31:33 - 02:31:34 | Speaker 6:

No, never.

02:31:35 - 02:31:37 | Speaker 1:

Have you gotten unsolicited nudes?

02:31:37 - 02:31:46 | Speaker 6:

Oh, yeah. One time I was in Vegas, and this guy FaceTimed me on Messenger and showed everything. It startled me out of my slip.

02:31:47 - 02:32:00 | Speaker 1:

Wait. So that's not even sending a nude. That's, like, that's, you know, calling you with the nude. What is that called, by the way? If it's cyber flashing, that sounds like Puron showing off your junk.

02:32:00 - 02:32:02 | Speaker 4:

That happened to somebody in our sales department, by the way.

02:32:02 - 02:32:02 | Speaker 1:

Really?

02:32:02 - 02:32:14 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, they got a phone call and picked up the number, and it was just, she was painting her toenails, and she looked up onto the phone, and there was just a guy and his junk hanging out. What is the thought process?

02:32:15 - 02:32:24 | Speaker 2:

I don't know, Mike. What is the thought process? So we were like, you know what? I'm naked. I'm kind of feeling myself. I'm just going to call a random number and see who picks up as I'm butt naked.

02:32:25 - 02:32:38 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't know. I've never been confident enough with myself to ever want to do that. Yeah, that's pretty bold. What did you do, by the way? Did you stay on the phone with him or stay on Messenger with him?

02:32:38 - 02:32:45 | Speaker 6:

No, I hung up. It was like 3 o'clock in the morning. We just came out from kicking in Vegas, so no.

02:32:45 - 02:32:50 | Speaker 1:

Did you guys ever have any kind of thing happen between the two of you guys, like when you met up in Vegas?

02:32:51 - 02:32:52 | Speaker 6:

No.

02:32:52 - 02:32:57 | Speaker 1:

Were you not happy with what you saw? Did you get a chance to actually see it?

02:32:58 - 02:33:04 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, it startled me. The car woke me up out of my sleep, and so when I answered it, it was just like, whoa, yeah.

02:33:04 - 02:33:09 | Speaker 2:

If you would have liked what you saw, would that have changed the way you received it, so to speak?

02:33:09 - 02:33:10 | Speaker 4:

No.

02:33:10 - 02:33:11 | Speaker 2:

No?

02:33:12 - 02:33:21 | Speaker 4:

No. It's interesting. The only person I think that I've ever received an unsolicited pick from is a member of the Mojo in the Morning Show.

02:33:21 - 02:33:22 | Speaker 1:

Wait, now.

02:33:23 - 02:33:24 | Speaker 3:

How dare you.

02:33:25 - 02:33:27 | Speaker 1:

Oh, all right. I was like, wow.

02:33:29 - 02:33:46 | Speaker 3:

How dare you. I was like, who did immediately? I'm sorry, Fletch. I went, Fletch, how dare you? And then I went, oh, wait, it's me. that is that would be also to the people who heard that i was not nude okay well practically

02:33:46 - 02:33:54 | Speaker 4:

parts of your and it was an accident shay we'll see you at naughty mom's night out

02:33:54 - 02:34:12 | Speaker 1:

all righty thank you hang on one second let me grab john on this one here the texters are coming in by the way 95500 and the texters are all saying that uh this is bs Men send more unsolicited nudes than women, even though this survey says differently. John, thoughts on this one?

02:34:14 - 02:34:16 | Speaker 5:

I have to say men do it more than women.

02:34:17 - 02:34:27 | Speaker 1:

Huh? Men do it more than women? Is that what you said? Yes. Yeah. So men show off the D more than women are showing off the Bs. Is this your strategy?

02:34:29 - 02:34:34 | Speaker 4:

I'm sorry? Is that your strategy to just send away, ask for forgiveness, not for permission?

02:34:34 - 02:34:59 | Speaker 1:

I don't get it. I really don't. And I don't get this one here. You got to find out if you can get this person on the phone. 419. I would love.

02:35:00 - 02:35:07 | Speaker 7:

to know what their demographic is 419 says i get at least three a day what the hell are you

02:35:07 - 02:35:38 | Speaker 1:

like where is your number i wonder if it's on dating app oh okay yeah but are not at least three a day like i bro welcome to online dating in 2023 it's wild out here how much do you get how many do you get from people depicts a week i'm not on dating sites just a week i get at least one. Are you on any dating sites right now, Megan? Um, no. But I would say, like, to my Instagram I get one. Or my Snapchat I get a lot. I would like to play a game

02:35:38 - 02:35:44 | Speaker 6:

where you talk to a random guy online and we see how many messages it takes for them to send a random

02:35:44 - 02:35:46 | Speaker 1:

d-pick. Oh my god, I would love

02:35:46 - 02:35:48 | Speaker 6:

to do that. And then call them out

02:35:48 - 02:35:59 | Speaker 7:

obviously. How soon do they start sending you the nudes? Are they usually like the first time you're talking to them? will send it to you? Me? Yeah.

02:36:00 - 02:36:12 | Speaker 1:

They'll send it before even talking. Really? They'll just be like, hey, girl, this is a tube of toothpaste. You're welcome. Or look at it next to a toothpaste. It's always dental supplies. I'm not entirely sure as to why.

02:36:12 - 02:36:16 | Speaker 7:

Marlene's the three-day texter. Marlene?

02:36:16 - 02:36:18 | Speaker 3:

Good morning, y'all.

02:36:18 - 02:36:23 | Speaker 7:

Good morning. Is that similar to you with what Megan said? They always end up sending it right away?

02:36:23 - 02:36:31 | Speaker 3:

What they do is they say, hi good morning beautiful i'm like hey what's up my name's brett here's my d

02:36:31 - 02:36:37 | Speaker 7:

and do they always send that picture next to their dental products

02:36:37 - 02:36:51 | Speaker 3:

no no but my thing is when i ask them i'm like what about because i want to know it must be something i'm doing because you know i am kind of can be kind of um nasty time sometimes so

02:36:51 - 02:36:55 | Speaker 5:

Over to the right Get over to the right Hold on a second

02:36:55 - 02:37:12 | Speaker 3:

I want to know what it is I do And they're like Oh well girls love this They send me them And I send them So the girls must be doing it Or They can't just keep getting shot down And still keep doing it So these little young girls coming up It must be the new thing

02:37:12 - 02:37:20 | Speaker 7:

I don't understand though I don't think that it is I really don't think that there's A woman that sits there and goes Oh great I got a D-pick from him

02:37:20 - 02:37:27 | Speaker 3:

he's the love of my life there must be at least one i love them but those things are not attractive

02:37:27 - 02:37:36 | Speaker 7:

looking they're not yeah at all i get it uh comment from mikayla mikayla unsolicited d-pick

02:37:36 - 02:37:54 | Speaker 2:

at starbucks um yeah so i actually i work at one of the hospitals and there's a starbucks when you go in and i was just grabbing a coffee before i started my shift and i got an airdrop and then i was curious so i accepted it and it was a penis with a phone number oh my god

02:37:54 - 02:38:01 | Speaker 7:

that to me is an offense that should be like you could get arrested for stuff like that right i

02:38:01 - 02:38:19 | Speaker 5:

know and like i'm at the hospital like what someone was dying yeah well it's it's indecent exposure yeah honest to god what's the difference what is the difference about it happening i mean I guess it's not you know it's actually I think worse but I think that if you show it off in

02:38:19 - 02:38:24 | Speaker 7:

person it's a it's a sexual crime but I think cyber or uh through phone or cellular is even

02:38:24 - 02:38:42 | Speaker 2:

worse yeah I think that the charges casually looked around like who just did this and you couldn't find who the person was no there was one sketchy guy standing somewhat close but I wasn't sure it was him I didn't want to act like I was the victim so I was trying not to act suspicious

02:38:42 - 02:38:48 | Speaker 6:

Wow. I feel like you can always point out in a room who's going to send the D-pic first. Really? Just look at it.

02:38:48 - 02:39:11 | Speaker 7:

Don't do that, because they would look at me and say I would be the one. I remember when Jed from our show said that he would Google image a really perfected-looking D, and that would be the D that he would send if a girl asked him for it. Hannah is an OnlyFans model. Oh, my God, you must get a ton of these guys on OnlyFans sending you their unsolicited nudes.

02:39:12 - 02:39:24 | Speaker 4:

I feel like at least 20 a day at the minimum. And then, I mean, they add me on Snapchat, and immediately, as soon as they add me, it's pictures. You don't even get to get a word out, and it's pictures.

02:39:25 - 02:39:37 | Speaker 7:

It's crazy. And it's funny that they're going to OnlyFans basically to see you nude, and they're showing them nude. And to be quite honest with you, is there any guy that thinks he's going to pick up an OnlyFans model? You know?

02:39:38 - 02:39:40 | Speaker 4:

I hope not, because he ain't picking me up.

02:39:41 - 02:39:42 | Speaker 7:

Right. There's no way.

02:39:43 - 02:39:52 | Speaker 4:

And the other thing is, is like, they even will ask you, like, do you mind if I send you a photo? And I will either ignore it or say no. And they still send them.

02:39:52 - 02:40:00 | Speaker 7:

You know what you need to do? Charge them extra to have them send you a photo. Say to them, yeah, you can send me a photo, but that's $150 that you have to, you know.

02:40:00 - 02:40:08 | Speaker 2:

know for handling so smart yeah uh what's up rebecca hi good morning hey what's up

02:40:08 - 02:40:28 | Speaker 5:

so i'm the weird one that actually likes unsolicited defects oh my god from people you don't know always one so the reason is behind it is i'm a curious person so i'm curious and i mean then you can kind of like match it to the face you know what you're working with

02:40:28 - 02:40:37 | Speaker 2:

You know what? That would be a great game. That would be a great game to have a penis and a guy, and you have to match the penis to the guy like a little contest.

02:40:37 - 02:40:43 | Speaker 3:

For Naughty Mom's Night Out, let's do that. You know how in elementary school you had to draw the line to go where it goes?

02:40:43 - 02:40:51 | Speaker 5:

My new favorite thing to do is when they send one is you rate it out of 10. You just respond back 4 out of 10 or, you know, 7 out of 10. Oh, my gosh.

02:40:51 - 02:40:55 | Speaker 2:

I'd be devastated with that. What's the lowest score you've ever given?

02:40:56 - 02:40:58 | Speaker 5:

2.5. Oh, man.

02:40:58 - 02:41:00 | Speaker 2:

What makes a penis a 10 out of 10?

02:41:02 - 02:41:09 | Speaker 5:

I mean, I feel like it's not all about the length, but it's about how it looks, too. You don't want...

02:41:09 - 02:41:13 | Speaker 2:

The lighting is usually it, right? Presentation. I put it in portrait mode.

02:41:13 - 02:41:17 | Speaker 3:

Oh, do you use a ring cam? No, I... Or a ring light?

02:41:17 - 02:41:21 | Speaker 2:

I take... I think I look better in portrait mode pictures, so I portrait mode my...

02:41:21 - 02:41:22 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay.

02:41:22 - 02:41:46 | Speaker 2:

You know? It just looks wonderful that way. um Rebecca that's amazing story uh Megan you talked about how you should you know see the guys that are sending you then you know the d-picks and they're always next to their toothpaste or toothbrushes or stuff Maddie yeah hello Maddie you say that for some reason what is it the Nintendo

02:41:46 - 02:42:18 | Speaker 4:

switch is the is the way that people it's like their game controller or their nintendo switch and for some reason lately it's been like febreze bottle or the lysol cans like i'm glad that you're disinfecting but bro spray it down in your nether regions and in my eyeballs i don't want to see this yeah no those are huge by the way they'll send me a text be like want to play a game and And then it's next to their game controller. And I'm like, what is.

02:42:19 - 02:42:25 | Speaker 1:

They're packing because I was thinking like a chapstick, something that makes it look big. Not next to a Febreze bottle.

02:42:26 - 02:42:33 | Speaker 4:

No, and it's always bigger. I don't know what they're editing or what's happening, but it's horrible. I've got Facetune too.

02:42:34 - 02:42:37 | Speaker 2:

What if his penis looks like Mario? Is there something to that?

02:42:40 - 02:42:41 | Speaker 4:

I'm not sure.

02:42:42 - 02:42:44 | Speaker 2:

Thank you for the call. Take care of yourself.

02:42:44 - 02:42:44 | Speaker 4:

Of course.

02:42:45 - 02:42:52 | Speaker 2:

It's Mojo on the morning show. So Mike feels like he's being punked. Why is that, and who is it that you think is punking you?

02:42:52 - 02:43:28 | Speaker 1:

Well, so I moved into a newer neighborhood, or a new neighborhood a couple years ago, but I'm still kind of new to it. And a little background is I always lived in an apartment or just not, like, the greatest of neighborhoods. So this is, like, a nicer neighborhood in Hudsonville. So this is all brand-new stuff to me. And so when I moved in the first year, the neighbor came up and they start talking to you or whatever and I'm like how you doing? Your lawn looks great. We start talking about random stuff. He's like yeah yeah thanks. If you ever need to use my vacuum to vacuum your lawn go ahead. And I went okay. I see what's and I don't know if neighborhood pranks like if that's a rite of passage.

02:43:29 - 02:43:37 | Speaker 2:

Wait stop for saying. If you want to use my vacuum to vacuum your lawn why would you? Who vacuums a lawn?

02:43:37 - 02:44:02 | Speaker 1:

I don't. So I thought he was messing with me. So I was like, all right, man. I just kind of laughed and said, yeah, okay, okay. And then I assumed he was like, it's a rite of passage. They just mess with you when it's a new guy in the neighborhood. You're just pranking me. And he would give me a vacuum, and I would look stupid trying to vacuum my lawn. Have you ever seen him vacuuming his lawn then? No, but he offered it again the other day. What do you vacuum, like leaves?

02:44:02 - 02:44:08 | Speaker 2:

I have no idea. I didn't know it was a thing. That's interesting that he would ask you if you want to borrow it,

02:44:08 - 02:44:40 | Speaker 1:

but you've never seen him use it uh-uh i have no idea like he was he was getting his stuff i think i was unloading the first year i was unloading my lawnmower and he's like if you need any help you know because there was like sticks and stuff because the guy who moved out before me just didn't take care of the lawn right away so i was going in and taking care of everything so he offered that right away and he offered some other things too but i thought he was messing with me until he did it again and then i still haven't seen him use any sort of vac like like a shop vac or anything i don't even know what you would use to vacuum your

02:44:40 - 02:44:48 | Speaker 2:

lawn. Shannon, didn't you at one point have a neighbor that had like some weird thing that he would do? Vacuum? Was it vacuum? Well, he vacuumed

02:44:48 - 02:44:56 | Speaker 3:

his bedsheets. He still does this and he's not a neighbor. It's somebody that I know and I will not say his name. He vacuums his bedsheets every single night before he gets into bed.

02:44:56 - 02:45:01 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay. Oh, I thought it was, I'm sorry. I thought it was somebody that did something with their lawn. that you actually visually saw.

02:45:01 - 02:45:04 | Speaker 7:

No, I mean, I'm trying to think if there's another story.

02:45:04 - 02:45:07 | Speaker 2:

No, so this guy actually vacuums his bed sheets.

02:45:07 - 02:45:27 | Speaker 7:

So I'm trying to think about this, Mike, because I have that little mini leaf blower that I use, but really now Smith has laid claim on it, and it has a vacuum function on it, or I can, like, reverse it. Do you know what I mean? And there's a bag that comes with it. But even that, I'm like, what do I use this for?

02:45:27 - 02:45:28 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, are you vacuuming up trash out of the yard?

02:45:28 - 02:45:30 | Speaker 7:

I don't, yeah, I don't know.

02:45:31 - 02:46:00 | Speaker 2:

I watch, you know, people who are very good with their lawns. We have a very good friend of ours, Steve, who is amazing with his lawn. Like, his lawn is cleaner than my living room is. Like, it's so perfectly manicured. It looks like the, you know, the grass at, you know, Comerica Park where the Tigers play. But I think he just goes through and cuts it but bags it. Like, he bags it in his lawnmower. What's up, Jake?

02:46:02 - 02:46:11 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, my parents' neighbor does that in their neighborhood. It's been a few years since I've seen her do it. But, yeah, I was coming home from high school, and she was just out there with a vacuum, like, straight up.

02:46:12 - 02:46:13 | Speaker 3:

So, actual vacuum?

02:46:13 - 02:46:19 | Speaker 7:

Okay, so I'm looking this up. You can buy one at Lowe's, Home Depot. Like, this is an actual thing.

02:46:20 - 02:46:27 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, no, this is just like a shop vac, though. Not even like a vacuum vacuum. Not even special. Just like a shop vac. It was just like plain Jane, just a vacuum.

02:46:27 - 02:46:30 | Speaker 7:

Okay. I mean, that's kind of what these look like.

02:46:31 - 02:46:33 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was wild. How good does her lawn look?

02:46:34 - 02:46:36 | Speaker 6:

It looks like any other lawn.

02:46:36 - 02:46:39 | Speaker 2:

Really? So you can't even tell that it's been vacuumed?

02:46:40 - 02:46:41 | Speaker 6:

No, no idea.

02:46:41 - 02:46:42 | Speaker 2:

Spends all the time doing it.

02:46:43 - 02:46:45 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, I have no idea.

02:46:45 - 02:46:47 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. What's going on, Frank?

02:46:49 - 02:46:52 | Speaker 1:

Hi, how you doing, guys? It's a long-time listener, first-time caller.

02:46:53 - 02:46:54 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Frank.

02:46:55 - 02:47:10 | Speaker 1:

Hi. Hi. I think what the gentleman is talking about is a blower vac. You can either blow the leaves or vac them up, and they'll mulch your leaves so you can make it easier to put them in a bag. I think that's what he's talking about.

02:47:10 - 02:47:15 | Speaker 2:

So when you say gentleman, you're talking about Mike because he's no gentleman. And a scholar.

02:47:17 - 02:47:22 | Speaker 1:

Well, I'm not going to make a comment on that. He seems to be a pretty great guy. But, no, I'm talking about his neighbor.

02:47:22 - 02:47:22 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:47:22 - 02:47:28 | Speaker 1:

I can't see him out there with a Hoover vacuum trying to vacuum up his lawn. That would be ridiculous.

02:47:29 - 02:47:32 | Speaker 3:

He was messing with me. It's a real thing.

02:47:34 - 02:47:58 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. It quite possibly could be a real thing, but I know him to be a vacuum blower vac, which is like, you know, sometimes they have the backpacks, so they'll have little blowers. You can either blow the leaves or you can mulch them up. It'll suck the leaves up into the same blower, and it'll reduce the amount of leaves that you have to put into a bag.

02:47:58 - 02:48:00 | Speaker 2:

Thank you, Frank, for listening. Take care of yourself.

02:48:01 - 02:48:08 | Speaker 7:

I feel comforted by this. Thank you. I appreciate it, Mojo. I know. I just want to get your number and ask you questions when I need advice.

02:48:10 - 02:48:10 | Speaker 2:

Miles, what's up?

02:48:11 - 02:48:12 | Speaker 4:

Hey, how you doing?

02:48:13 - 02:48:14 | Speaker 2:

Good. What's going on?

02:48:15 - 02:48:27 | Speaker 4:

There actually is a vacuum. It goes on, like, right on lawnmowers. So after you, you know, you're mowing everything up and it makes your pile, it goes through and it sucks it up. It puts it in a big container, and then you go and dump it in, like, a mulch pile.

02:48:27 - 02:48:32 | Speaker 2:

Oh, so maybe Mike's neighbor has been doing it, but Mike thinks he's just cutting his grass, but he's actually picking it up.

02:48:32 - 02:48:36 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, he's picking it up so it doesn't leave, you know, like the grass lines and whatnot. Yep.

02:48:37 - 02:49:07 | Speaker 2:

Very cool. That's why his lawn looks great and mine looks like crap. That's the thing, you know. Is this bad to say? If you go out on a vacation, like you're going away for a week, right? is it you know i know you have people that will watch your house is it bad to ask a neighbor to cut your lawn has anybody ever done that before like where you've said all right i'm you know we're going away on a summer family vacation mike's going away is there somebody by the way that would you know could you imagine mike you should ask that guy i would 100 he asked me to

02:49:07 - 02:49:22 | Speaker 3:

watch his house uh like two months ago and i had no idea what i was doing i had no idea what what the rules are on that i saw somebody pull into his driveway and i'm like do i call the cops do i call him what do i do i have no idea this is all brand new information or brand new stuff to me

02:49:22 - 02:49:27 | Speaker 2:

did you go outside and like pretend like you're like neighborhood watch or paul blart mall cop

02:49:27 - 02:49:37 | Speaker 3:

or something or i walked to the uh the mailbox and i just kind of looked it just kind of peeked over i think it was his kids and i think they were just getting something out of the garage at least i

02:49:37 - 02:49:59 | Speaker 2:

hope otherwise he was robbed and i have no idea you seem like you'd be the person that would be bad to have watch in the house because you're, I don't know, you're very good at some things, but some things you kind of like, you know, kind of like pass you by a little bit. You second guess yourself a lot. Okay. All right. That's fair. I mean, I don't know. So, did you go and like walk through, do house walkthroughs or anything like that?

02:50:00 - 02:50:01 | Speaker 5:

For the neighborhood?

02:50:01 - 02:50:03 | Speaker 6:

Did he give you the key to the house to go in?

02:50:03 - 02:50:14 | Speaker 5:

No, he just said, hey, if you see anything weird, just let me know. Again, I'm new to the neighborhood, so I think he gave me a little bit of a little bit. He trusted me a little bit, but I don't think he fully trusted me. What if he was testing you?

02:50:15 - 02:50:21 | Speaker 6:

He could have been. Testing to make sure that you were doing a good job by having people come and drive through the driveway.

02:50:21 - 02:50:35 | Speaker 5:

Then I failed miserably because I never called anybody. I didn't say anything to them. I assumed it was his kids. I've seen the car before after that, but at the time, I didn't know who it was. So it probably could have been something bad. I wouldn't have known. All right. That does it for today.

02:50:35 - 02:51:31 | Speaker 6:
