good morning and welcome to the mojo in the morning show how are you it's gonna be a fun show today it's gonna be a great day too the weather looks really really good i uh didn't know how to dress though for today because yesterday the temperatures were nice not as warm though it didn't seem like as it will probably be today because we're gonna get into the 70s but in our studio the official thermostat read that it was 81 degrees and it uh is not a good week because the best guy in the world mark our engineer took the week off and he's the only guy i know that knows the true fix which is he has to go on the roof of the building and actually like kick our hvac system that we have it goes up there i think he really does i don't that's the fix i don't know specifically if it's kick or if it's like take a screwdriver and just start beating the thing but um he does some kind of a fix with it and so this morning as i was getting up i'm like you know getting dressed i'm going oh i can't wear this i can't wear this i can't wear this and then i chose a shirt today that uh is uh blue but that means that the pit stains are going to show so i'm going to have if i start sweating you will see the sweat that will be pouring down from my armpits that's so hot yeah glistening glist you know that makes it even better but um yeah

00:05:00 - 00:05:03 | Speaker 2:

So I, uh, so I will have the, uh, the pit stains going.

00:05:04 - 00:05:05 | Speaker 4:

So thank you for the word.

00:05:05 - 00:05:27 | Speaker 2:

I'm trying what I'm, so if I stand, so if I stand like this or if I'm in videos like this, all I'm doing is I'm trying to keep it at a point where my shirt doesn't ever get touched by it. So good morning. Welcome to the show. I, Shannon was discussing her frustrations of trying to go get, uh, Tim Hortons, a little

00:05:27 - 00:05:30 | Speaker 4:

Oh, I didn't know if I was going to say the place. Oh, no, you can say it. Is that okay?

00:05:30 - 00:05:34 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, you want to know why you can say it is because it's happening everywhere.

00:05:34 - 00:05:35 | Speaker 4:

What's going on?

00:05:35 - 00:05:38 | Speaker 2:

But somebody needs to specifically tell us why this is happening at Timmy's right now.

00:05:38 - 00:06:28 | Speaker 4:

So there are several Timmy's on my way into work, and so I have the option of three. And the one that I chose this morning was having some sort of little issue because everything I tried to order, they were out of. I thought I was being pranked, actually. They did not have bagels. They did not have English muffins. No vanilla donut with sprinkles. It's called the vanilla dip at Tim Hortons. No hot chocolate, which I was in the mood for clearly a little sugar today because I wanted a donut. The only thing they had was the medium black coffee that is in front of me. That's it. Nothing else. Finally, as I was ordering all the food, she goes, we have no food. What? I go, okay. I don't know what happened

00:06:28 - 00:06:29 | Speaker 2:

Did they explain to you

00:06:29 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 4:

They also had no hot chocolate So something didn't get shipped

00:06:32 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 2:

I don't know Did they explain to you Like was it that they didn't get there early enough to make it Or is it still like the whole supply chain type thing I don't know Or there wasn't people Because I'm often wondering with this When you go to places And they have not the item that they normally are known for

00:06:51 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 4:

Right

00:06:52 - 00:07:00 | Speaker 2:

Like how do you go So like I think when I think of Tim Hortons, I think Tim Bits and donuts and things like that and bagels and things.

00:07:00 - 00:07:01 | Speaker 4:

Right.

00:07:01 - 00:07:07 | Speaker 2:

I mean, I think their coffee obviously is memorable, but maybe not memorable to children that are going to go in there and have something.

00:07:07 - 00:07:16 | Speaker 4:

And here's the thing. Like I said, there are three on my way in. I didn't go to the first one. I didn't go to the second one. I went to the third one. So there were no more chances for Timmy's on my way in.

00:07:16 - 00:07:17 | Speaker 2:

Oh, you made that mistake.

00:07:17 - 00:07:19 | Speaker 4:

I went to the one right over here on 12 Mile.

00:07:19 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 2:

So are you the type of person that if you go to one of them and they don't have it, you'll go to the others, like you'll give the others a chance, or do you ask them behind the counter? Can you see if the store 145 has it?

00:07:31 - 00:07:36 | Speaker 4:

No. Honestly, if they're out of it, I'm like, this is God telling me I don't need this today.

00:07:36 - 00:08:34 | Speaker 2:

It's a sign. After I sit in line, like in the drive-thru for a period of time, I feel like I need something so i will go believe it or not and stick in line and go through the drive-thru again so i get frustration when i go two places one is with my app i try to order something on instacart you know and they say something like choose items that you want as like a replacement item yeah i know immediately i'm not going to get the right item so i just cancel whatever the product is you know and that's why i started doing like the kroger delivery because they never actually run out of stuff right the other one is when you order starbucks on your app do you guys ever have this happen the only thing that you like from the starbucks is out like they don't have the whatever the and you don't understand why is it because you can order anything else you want but that one thing and it usually is honestly if you want a caramel macchiato for some reason they don't have

00:08:34 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 3:

caramel or something yeah no the oat milk kills me because us stomach girlies know that if you don't have oat milk well then i can't drink anything there you can't do you can't do almond milk or coconut milk or anything i coconut milk to me is so gross and almond milk makes the coffee taste like almonds like it tastes like nutty agree you don't like nuts i do but i'm not looking for

00:08:56 - 00:09:18 | Speaker 2:

no no no i just don't like i'm just just wondering i like the taste of nuts did you like that answer hey now uh what's going on crystal good morning how are you good what's happening actually i don't know how good shannon is today it was a struggle today so i work for a daycare and i help with the

00:09:18 - 00:09:24 | Speaker 1:

food order and of course the little kids like cereal they were out of cereal we had to go

00:09:24 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 2:

through walmart to order cereal who do you guys normal normally order cereal from u.s foods okay Okay, so they actually deliver, like, big things of cereal to you guys?

00:09:36 - 00:09:51 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, like, the big, like, packages, but, yeah. There's times that they didn't have milk, and they gave us, like, little cartons of mouth that you see, like, in elementary school, but usually we have, like, the big jugs that we order.

00:09:51 - 00:09:54 | Speaker 2:

Oh, so you have to pour each little bowl of cereal with a little thing of milk.

00:09:55 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 1:

Correct.

00:09:56 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. That's, you know what? It's got to be still a supply. I don't know how, Tanya, you can call yourself this if you don't have this, but will you tell your story for us?

00:10:07 - 00:10:26 | Speaker 4:

Yes. I went to KFC, and it was probably about 7 o'clock at night, and waiting in line, waiting in line, get up to the speaker, and she's like, I'm sorry, but we're out of chicken. I'm like, out of chicken? I'm like, that's in your, like, billboard.

00:10:26 - 00:10:38 | Speaker 2:

That's your name. Out of chicken. That's the C I don't know if you know this But that's the C in your name I don't know if anybody ever told you this lady But that is the C I'm so dumb

00:10:38 - 00:10:43 | Speaker 4:

I was like that's the C So that was a big Okay

00:10:43 - 00:10:48 | Speaker 2:

Wow So what did you do? Did you go somewhere else then?

00:10:49 - 00:11:04 | Speaker 4:

Well I pulled around Because they were still letting people Like wait in line So I pulled around And I said just to let you know They're out of chicken So I get there and just let the people know And I'm like but you know Taco Bell has chicken quesadillas if you want

00:11:04 - 00:11:09 | Speaker 2:

Oh my Oh is it one of those KFC Taco Bell Places together

00:11:09 - 00:11:13 | Speaker 4:

No but there was a Taco Bell right in the same Parking lot

00:11:13 - 00:11:23 | Speaker 2:

Because I've often wondered about the ones that are like The combo places You know like where it's like It's usually what is it like Wendy's And Tim Hortons sometimes

00:11:23 - 00:11:27 | Speaker 3:

No it's Tim Hortons and Cold Stone Is that what it is? It's the one that I see a lot.

00:11:27 - 00:11:47 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Or the Taco Hut. Yeah. KFC Taco Bell Pizza Hut. Do they ever just go and borrow each other's food? Like, for instance, if you go somewhere, like, say, to, you know, the Taco Bell KFC thing, maybe the Taco Bell has a little bit of chicken that they can actually throw in there for you. It'd be kind of interesting, wouldn't it?

00:11:48 - 00:11:53 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, but I have to give a shout out to my friend Katie who's listening right now.

00:11:53 - 00:11:53 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

00:11:53 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 4:

um and so mojo you can't be late on certain things because she timed her morning by your show oh geez okay ready for work i always laugh when you're like oh i'm really late for this we gotta get going i'm like but you're making my friend katie late oh my god i'm telling her i apologize

00:12:11 - 00:12:17 | Speaker 2:

for the five at six fifty eight that usually happens every single morning well you can

00:12:17 - 00:12:22 | Speaker 4:

apologize to her because we will be seeing you on friday oh my god you're coming to naughty moms

00:12:22 - 00:12:22 | Speaker 2:

I love it.

00:12:23 - 00:12:24 | Unknown:

Yes. Yay.

00:12:24 - 00:12:27 | Speaker 2:

We can't wait to meet you guys. We're going to have some fun.

00:12:28 - 00:12:30 | Speaker 4:

All right, Duncan. You guys have a great day.

00:12:30 - 00:12:34 | Speaker 2:

Happy, yeah, you too. Have a happy early Mother's Day to you. What's up, Kenny?

00:12:35 - 00:12:36 | Speaker 1:

Hey, how's it going?

00:12:36 - 00:12:37 | Speaker 2:

Good, man. What's going on?

00:12:38 - 00:12:49 | Speaker 1:

So, yeah, actually, I just got off work, and I stopped at a Tim Hortons, and I normally get like an everything ham and cheese bagel, and the only one they had in the store, they ended up dropping it on the floor.

00:12:50 - 00:12:54 | Speaker 3:

The only bagel they had. That's what they told me. The one single bagel.

00:12:54 - 00:12:57 | Speaker 2:

I would say five-second rule applies to that one.

00:12:57 - 00:12:58 | Speaker 3:

At that point, you want it bad.

00:12:58 - 00:13:03 | Speaker 1:

Honestly, I would have, but apparently health codes with policies, so they ended up having to go right out.

00:13:03 - 00:13:09 | Speaker 2:

Wait a second. They told you, sorry, we can't get you this. The only bagel that we have, we just fumbled onto the floor.

00:13:10 - 00:13:21 | Speaker 1:

Well, no. I ordered the everything bagel with ham and cheese, and they were like, all right, that's our last one. I said, all right, that's whatever. Yeah, I'll take it. And then the lady ended up coming to the drive-thru window, and she was like, my employee actually just dropped it on the floor.

00:13:21 - 00:13:38 | Speaker 2:

i would be like i promise you i won't turn you in give me the gd bagel right now i don't care i know right yeah that's awful uh amy what's happening hi good morning guys good morning one time i was

00:13:38 - 00:14:03 | Speaker 4:

at b-dubs and like the adult i am i was trying to order chicken tenders and they told me they were out of chicken tenders but i could order the chicken tender salad and i was like what are you what did they say she like looked at me baffled i was like why is this so hard i don't want the

00:14:03 - 00:14:17 | Speaker 2:

lettuce just give me the salad or just give me the tender it doesn't seriously good seem like it's uh out of the question right just take it right off and give it to me i was like okay i'll

00:14:17 - 00:14:21 | Speaker 4:

We'll just have plain wings, then, please, with ranch. That's the closest I'm going to get out of here.

00:14:22 - 00:14:30 | Speaker 2:

We'll just have to figure out here. Oh, my God. That might be the funniest story of them all. Cindy, hi. Welcome to Mojo in the Morning. What's happening?

00:14:31 - 00:14:48 | Speaker 5:

Not much. Shannon's talking about Tim Hortons. I'm calling from Windsor, and I'm a school bus driver here, and I go through Tim Hortons by my place every morning. Yeah. I went through one morning to get my coffee, and I got told they were out of dark roast. Oh, no coffee at Tim Hortons.

00:14:48 - 00:14:52 | Speaker 2:

Really? Yeah. So what did you do? Did you get like a Pepsi?

00:14:54 - 00:15:12 | Speaker 5:

No, I had to get the regular, but I prefer dark roast. Oh, okay. Oh, okay. By the way, Tim... Tim Hortons coffee in Canada tastes so different, and it is 10 million percent better. Why? And I love it here. It's just, I don't know. There's something magical about the Tim Hortons coffee in Canada, but it is so good. What is it?

00:15:12 - 00:15:16 | Speaker 2:

Bus driver Cindy, what is it, do you think? No clue. It's you Canadians.

00:15:17 - 00:15:24 | Speaker 4:

They probably send all the good beans to their stores there because it's their flagship, right? Mm-hmm. Yeah. Flagship country, does that work?

00:15:24 - 00:15:28 | Speaker 5:

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yeah, because Tim Hortons originally started in Canada. Yeah.

00:15:28 - 00:15:36 | Speaker 2:

Can I ask you a question? As a bus driver, what's it like to be in Canada and drive on the opposite side of the road than we drive in over here?

00:15:36 - 00:15:39 | Speaker 5:

We drive on the same side you do.

00:15:39 - 00:15:41 | Speaker 2:

Oh, you do? Oh, okay, I didn't know that. I'm sorry.

00:15:41 - 00:15:42 | Speaker 5:

Nice try.

00:15:43 - 00:15:48 | Speaker 2:

I just got scolded by a bus driver. I felt like I was back in school all over again.

00:15:49 - 00:15:51 | Speaker 5:

I give you aid for effort, Mojo.

00:15:51 - 00:15:54 | Speaker 2:

I appreciate that so much, Cindy. Have a great day. Be safe.

00:15:54 - 00:15:55 | Speaker 5:

You too.

00:15:55 - 00:15:58 | Speaker 2:

Love you. Bye-bye. How smart are you?

00:15:58 - 00:16:05 | Speaker 3:

It's mojo in the mornings back in the day. We have to go back in time. Where we give you a bunch of events and you tell us what year it happened.

00:16:05 - 00:16:13 | Speaker 2:

All right, this was the year that Jesse Smollett faked the attack that happened in Chicago. I'm pissed off.

00:16:14 - 00:16:23 | Speaker 1:

What is it that has you so angry? Is it the attackers? It's the attackers, but it's also the attacks.

00:16:24 - 00:16:28 | Speaker 2:

Kylie Jenner sold Kylie Cosmetics to Cody Incorporation.

00:16:28 - 00:16:42 | Speaker 4:

Cody acquired 51% of Kylie's brands, and all for a whopping price of $600 million. This also means Kylie is no longer the majority shareholder of her own company.

00:16:42 - 00:16:55 | Speaker 2:

And the big song from Post Malone. So all three of these things happen in the same year. If you know it, we'll set you up with Motor City Comic Con passes. What year was it? It's our Mojo in the Morning back in the day.

00:16:55 - 00:17:06 | Speaker 3:

What year did these things happen? Call us at 844-MOJO-LIVE to tell us. 844-665-6548. Mojo in the morning.

00:17:06 - 00:17:07 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the morning.

00:17:07 - 00:17:13 | Speaker 3:

Testing your memory this early in the morning. This is Mojo's Back in the Day. What year did this stuff happen?

00:17:13 - 00:17:18 | Speaker 2:

It was the year that the Juicy Smuley story came into play. I'm pissed off.

00:17:19 - 00:17:28 | Speaker 1:

What is it that has you so angry? Is it the attackers? It's the attackers, but it's also the attacks.

00:17:29 - 00:17:33 | Speaker 2:

Kylie Jenner, yay, became richer in this year when she sold her cosmetics company.

00:17:33 - 00:17:42 | Speaker 4:

Cody acquired 51% of Kylie's brands, and all for a whopping price of $600 million.

00:17:42 - 00:17:50 | Speaker 2:

Wow. All right. And the big song from Post Malone. Brad, what year was that?

00:17:52 - 00:17:53 | Speaker 3:

Was it 2019?

00:17:53 - 00:17:58 | Speaker 2:

It was. Congratulations. What gave it away? Thank you.

00:17:59 - 00:18:00 | Speaker 3:

It was the Jesse Smollett thing.

00:18:01 - 00:18:04 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah. We don't know him as Jesse Smollett anymore.

00:18:06 - 00:18:09 | Speaker 3:

What is it? Oh, I'm sorry. Juicy. What was it?

00:18:09 - 00:18:10 | Speaker 2:

Juicy Smollett.

00:18:10 - 00:18:11 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah, yeah. Juicy Smollett.

00:18:11 - 00:18:50 | Speaker 2:

There you go. Hey, you're going to Motor City Comic Con happening May the 19th through the 21st. It's Suburban Collection Showplace. Tickets are on sale right now. MotorCityComicCon.com. Maybe Juicy Smoulet will be appearing At Motor City Comic Con It's funny whenever you go there Sometimes you'll walk by and you'll go Oh my god that was the person From the whatever story it was Because they do that you know instead of just having TV stars movie stars and stuff like that They'll have like whoever the big You know trending icon was at the time I think that who was the one person It wasn't Antoine Dobson Or something like that it was like one of those ones Like the where it was like

00:18:50 - 00:18:52 | Speaker 5:

Was it like the double rainbow guy or something

00:18:52 - 00:18:57 | Speaker 2:

It might have been Double Rainbow Guy. Yeah. I think Double Rainbow Guy was signing autographs one time.

00:18:57 - 00:19:01 | Speaker 3:

Well, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has filed for divorce from former NFL star Croy Bierman. They were married for 11 years. They have four kids together. Kim said she's filing because the marriage is quote-unquote...

00:20:00 - 00:20:41 | Speaker 4:

quote, irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation. Now, if you follow the Real Housewives dirty, Kim and Croy have been dealing with some pretty major financial issues. They owe like over a million dollars to the IRS in unpaid taxes and interest and penalties. They also owe the state of Georgia 15 grand for unpaid taxes. In February, their home entered foreclosure. But Kim and her daughters, you know, whenever they were asked by the paparazzi, denied that that was the story. Her fellow real housewife, I don't believe they are friends, Bethany Frankel, commenting on this yesterday.

00:20:41 - 00:21:32 | Speaker 1:

My producers told me that Kim and Croy, Kim Zolciak and Croy are getting divorced. And I've heard all the rumors about the foreclosure. And I thought to myself, marriage is hard enough. Bringing other people into your life and highlighting it for years on TV. I did it for a short time, and I paid the price. They've always been people who seem like they're spending more than they have. He's on a football salary, she's on a housewife's salary, and they're spending like the f***ing plane's going down. And the thing is, you can't spend more than you make. And it's the old housewife's model to get on the show, make no money, Spend, spend, logo, logo, car, car, house, house, bankruptcy, foreclosure, because you can't f***ing keep up. You're writing checks. You can't cash. I've wondered that.

00:21:33 - 00:21:35 | Speaker 2:

I mean, you look at the show and you see what these-

00:21:35 - 00:21:36 | Speaker 1:

They don't make a ton of money.

00:21:36 - 00:21:43 | Speaker 2:

Well, and you see the lifestyle that they're living, and you wonder to yourself, they don't ever seem like they go to a job.

00:21:43 - 00:21:48 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, and I should say, they do make a ton of money, but it's not what they're, you know,

00:21:48 - 00:21:54 | Speaker 2:

She made hers on the Skinny Girl brand, but that's amazing.

00:21:54 - 00:21:57 | Speaker 4:

You know it's bad when I agree with Bethany Franklin.

00:21:57 - 00:21:58 | Speaker 2:

I mean, yeah.

00:21:59 - 00:23:32 | Speaker 4:

So we talked about this story very briefly at the end of the show yesterday, and I promised you that I would tell it in the first 30 of the morning. So Usher and Chris Brown got into this very heated argument on Friday night, which apparently led to some sore fight. There is video footage from early Saturday morning, like overnight Friday to Saturday, at the Skate Rock City Roller Rink in Vegas. where Chris was celebrating his 34th birthday. This is kind of funny to me because I had my sixth birthday party at Skateland downriver. He's 34 and he's having it at a roller rink. Okay, whatever. So he had a lot of his celebrity friends helping him celebrate, including Usher. Well, earlier in the night, everything was fine. In fact, Usher sang to Chris. They were good. Things turned ugly, I'm told, when Chris attempted to talk to Tana Taylor. She was ignoring him for some reason. Chris got pissed off. he started yelling at her and that's when usher intervened and tried to calm down chris who was not having it started swearing and going off on usher and tayana but then kind of started focusing his anger directly at usher eventually chris told his his little crew that he was with that they were leaving and they left usher takes off his skates and went out after them and people who were there say they saw usher go behind this string of party buses where chris and his crew were at little while later usher comes out of that area with what appears to be a bloody nose again i don't know what happened but very obviously something happened they had to perform

00:23:32 - 00:23:41 | Speaker 2:

that next night saturday night yeah at a big show that a bunch of artists were at so i heard that That was actually a very cold experience.

00:23:41 - 00:23:46 | Speaker 4:

And you can see pictures and videos from the roller rink on the dirty page right now at MojoInTheMorning.com.

00:23:46 - 00:23:51 | Speaker 3:

In my mind, they're fighting while wearing roller skates. It's the funniest thing in the entire world.

00:23:52 - 00:23:57 | Speaker 2:

Wouldn't it have been great if, instead of Usher taking the skates off, if he went after him on the skates?

00:23:57 - 00:23:58 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, he slides by.

00:23:58 - 00:23:59 | Speaker 2:

Where'd you go with?

00:24:00 - 00:24:26 | Speaker 4:

Kanye West has opened a new Yeezy office in L.A. that just so happens to be right next door to a building owned by Adidas. And if you remember the story, last year, Adidas ended its partnership with Ye after he started making all of those anti-Semitic comments. A post from the fan site Donda Times shows Kanye's new Yeezy office on Melrose Avenue. And the only building that separates his new office from the Adidas building is a little teeny tiny hair salon.

00:24:26 - 00:24:30 | Speaker 2:

It's got a history of doing this, right? He bought the house right next to Kim. Yeah. To Kim.

00:24:31 - 00:25:00 | Speaker 4:

And lastly, I'll leave you with this. Alicia Keys releasing a video for a new version of her song, If I Ain't Got You Yesterday. The new version features an all-female orchestra made up of more than 70 women of color from all around the world, and it was done for the Netflix series Queen Starlet, which is a spinoff of Bridger 10. The video is beautiful, by the way. All of the ladies are wearing these, like, 1700s.

00:25:00 - 00:25:20 | Speaker 3:

inspired gowns can see it along with everything else we've been talking about today on the dirty

00:25:20 - 00:25:21 | Speaker 4:

page at mojointhemorning.com.

00:25:30 - 00:25:40 | Speaker 2:

Miss something in the dirty on the 30? Listen on our podcast now at mojointhemorning.com. This is Mojo in the Morning.

00:25:47 - 00:26:32 | Speaker 1:

Mojo in the Morning show. So it's week three of our Mojo in the Morning Only Fans Challenge. It's a challenge to be able to give you some money, but also to get us some new misfits. So far, we've gotten two new misfits out of our OnlyFans challenge. And you might have seen the task that they've taken on, and you might have said to yourself, I could have done that. I mean, just sitting on a toilet, reading the book, Everybody Poops. All right, that's easy enough. Well, last week's driving through the car wash and doing it with your windows down, that challenge, honestly, is something I would never want to do until I saw it being done.

00:26:32 - 00:26:33 | Speaker 4:

It did look so fun.

00:26:33 - 00:26:39 | Speaker 1:

I mean, when you see topless Tanya going through the car wash.

00:26:39 - 00:26:39 | Speaker 4:

Tara.

00:26:40 - 00:26:55 | Speaker 1:

Why do I always call her Tina or Tanya or Tara? Oh, my God. She's going to hate me for that. Topless Tara. Can we just change her name to whatever I call her that day? The Topless T, maybe, no?

00:26:55 - 00:26:56 | Speaker 2:

Topless Triple T.

00:26:56 - 00:28:13 | Speaker 1:

Topless, you know what? That's it, because I always come up with a T name. So Topless Tara, who, by the way, is a stand-up comedian, and I want to go see her do her stand-up comedy, because she is so freaking funny. I mean, if she was as funny on stage as she was just hanging out with us in the studio, she's got to be good. So we've got two great new misfits, and we've given them cash. They've all had fun doing it. Now here is week number three of the Mojo in the Morning Only Fans Challenge. And here's the challenge. The Mojo in the Morning show has always wanted to have our very own petting zoo. So the challenge is this. And we know that this works because people in Toledo, Grand Rapids, and Detroit are always freaky about this. We want the most exotic animals that you call your pets to come down here to the radio station. And one of the people that brings one of these pets is going to end up winning cash for being part of our OnlyFans challenge. The challenge is take your pet, bring your pet to the studio, and let us have an opportunity to have a petting zoo for a day.

00:28:13 - 00:28:20 | Speaker 4:

The Mojo Winning Petting Zoo. I'm so excited for this. Unless it's a snake. Then I'm not excited. But everything else is welcome.

00:28:20 - 00:28:21 | Speaker 1:

But we will not turn away snakes, right?

00:28:21 - 00:28:23 | Speaker 4:

Absolutely not. I just won't be petting that one.

00:28:23 - 00:28:35 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. So the idea of the petting zoo that we are going to do is we hear these stories all the time about people who have like alligators for pets.

00:28:35 - 00:28:42 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, or peacocks. There was a family on Grosse Hill where I grew up that had a peacock in their backyard. Tiger cubs.

00:28:43 - 00:28:45 | Speaker 3:

Tiger cubs. There's a lot of them, aren't there?

00:28:45 - 00:29:05 | Speaker 1:

Aren't there a lot of people that you hear these stories all the time? I want to, like, what I want it to be is I want it to be like the news story that you see on, you know, the 11 o'clock news where they go, you know, a Sterling Heights home today. They found a person with, you know, and then they come out with, you know, person has a giraffe.

00:29:05 - 00:29:07 | Speaker 4:

I love it, monkeys. Yeah.

00:29:07 - 00:29:10 | Speaker 1:

You know what I mean? Like, I always love that. And monkeys are a big one, too.

00:29:10 - 00:29:15 | Speaker 4:

Monkeys are a big one. I would love to play with a monkey. Animal monkey.

00:29:15 - 00:30:27 | Speaker 1:

I got it. Yes. so so here's the thing if you have one of these exotic animals will you call us up 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 and what we're going to require of this is we're going to require you actually to show proof to us that you have it so we'll ask you to like maybe take a picture with it or something or a video just to say hi to us so that we know ahead of time that you're not just you know trying to fool us a little bit but um then what we'll do is at the end of the week we'll have you all show up here at the radio station and we'll do our little petting zoo and then somebody's going to win cash and we'll end up giving you i i think it's uh what 500 bucks or something like that is that what we're doing i think so because i think that's all we the money we have left unless we can you know scrounge up a little bit more money who knows maybe i know that the detroit zoo wants to be a sponsor on the mojo in the morning show because they hear us talk about the toledo zoo so often maybe we get to delete the detroit zoo for a mention to throw us a little uh a little funding for this and we make it brought to you by mojo's petting zoo brought to you by we're opening it up right now i'm throwing it out there to any client that wants to sponsor or our OnlyFans challenge this time.

00:30:27 - 00:30:34 | Speaker 3:

Just going to ask if I could get John Ball Zoo in on it, and if I go get a picture with the red panda, can I be in on this?

00:30:34 - 00:30:54 | Speaker 1:

You know what, Mike, if you could get a sponsor for this and you can actually get somebody to bring a panda to this whole thing, Michael, we will call it the Michael Petting Zoo, all right? Or Mike. I don't know, you don't like Michael. Michael is whatever. But we'll figure it out. We don't have to call it that.

00:30:54 - 00:30:55 | Speaker 3:

I just want the money.

00:30:55 - 00:31:04 | Speaker 1:

No, okay. Listen to this. People say that their neighbors have chickens. Some people are saying that somebody has a saber tooth.

00:31:05 - 00:31:05 | Speaker 2:

What?

00:31:05 - 00:31:06 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. What?

00:31:06 - 00:31:06 | Speaker 2:

A cat?

00:31:06 - 00:31:28 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, or maybe just a saber tooth. I'm looking at some of these ones. Some people are also, oh, interesting. Texter here, 616 says, remember that story that happened about the guy that was raising alligators on the east side of town? He's my neighbor. I'm going to go over to his house today. Be careful, by the way, when you do. And I'm going to see if he wants to be part of your petting zoo.

00:31:29 - 00:31:36 | Speaker 2:

Okay, if you have an alpaca or a llama, please bring them in. I love them so much.

00:31:36 - 00:31:39 | Speaker 1:

What was it? Was it llamas that you were so obsessed with?

00:31:40 - 00:32:05 | Speaker 2:

Well, I love llamas and alpacas. I always say if I won the lottery. And Highland cows. I love Highland cows. If anybody has a Highland cow, I will die. What does a Highland cow look like? A Highland cow, let me show you. They have long hair They're so sweet My friend who lives in Indiana has them on her farm Look at how cute they are When you guys come to my house on Friday You're going to see I have pictures of them all over my house

00:32:05 - 00:32:19 | Speaker 1:

I would think I was in Wyoming Aren't they beautiful? They're beautiful It looks like one of those What the hell are those things? A cow with a wig is probably the best description Yeah it does It's kind of wild Wow.

00:32:20 - 00:32:23 | Speaker 2:

It's all happening at the same time. Oh, my God. I want one so bad.

00:32:24 - 00:32:29 | Speaker 1:

00:33:25 - 00:33:30 | Speaker 1:

00:38:31 - 00:38:33 | Speaker 2:

It's Mojo in the Mornings. 5 is 6.55.

00:38:37 - 00:38:40 | Speaker 1:

Mojo in the Morning. Hi. Who is this?

00:38:41 - 00:38:41 | Speaker 2:

Me?

00:38:42 - 00:38:42 | Speaker 1:

Yes.

00:38:44 - 00:38:45 | Speaker 2:

This is Crystal.

00:38:45 - 00:38:58 | Speaker 1:

Hi, Crystal. Crystal, we're talking about our Mojo in the Morning Only Fans Challenge. And this week, it's the challenge to bring in the most exotic pet to our studios, and you can win cash. What do we have?

00:38:59 - 00:39:01 | Speaker 2:

I have a stingray. Oh, no way.

00:39:02 - 00:39:05 | Speaker 1:

How would we do that, though? How would we bring that in?

00:39:05 - 00:39:11 | Speaker 2:

Right, because you can't bring— I could bring in a tote of water and bring my little air bubbler with me and plug it in there.

00:39:12 - 00:39:12 | Speaker 1:

Oh, really?

00:39:12 - 00:39:19 | Speaker 2:

It can do without a filter for a little bit. Okay, I just don't—I want to make sure that the stingray is going to be okay and travel. We don't want to hurt.

00:39:19 - 00:39:21 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, how far of a drive would you have coming in here?

00:39:21 - 00:39:23 | Speaker 2:

Where are you guys at? I'm in Roosevelt.

00:39:23 - 00:39:25 | Speaker 1:

Okay, we're Farmington Hills, so that's not bad.

00:39:25 - 00:39:26 | Speaker 2:

Oh, so that's not that far.

00:39:27 - 00:39:40 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, here's the biggest thing. We cannot kill any animals during this whole thing by the movement of them coming to the studios. Otherwise, we'll have protesters out in front of the building protesting our mojo in the morning.

00:39:40 - 00:39:44 | Speaker 2:

We don't die in the movement. People ship them from other states.

00:39:45 - 00:39:47 | Speaker 1:

Why do you have a stingray? How did you get one of those?

00:39:47 - 00:40:10 | Speaker 2:

I went to Florida a few years ago and we went to the aquarium and they had the stingrays and the big thing and they would like go around in the circle. and you can reach your hand in there and pet them. So I fell in love with them then. So I looked them up to see if you can actually keep one as a pet, and you could. Why do you hate Steve Irwin?

00:40:11 - 00:40:12 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

00:40:14 - 00:40:15 | Speaker 2:

I thought that was great. That was.

00:40:16 - 00:40:24 | Speaker 1:

No, no, no, no. Actually, Megan, you should have taken that as a serious comment. That was a serious question. Why do you hate Steve Irwin, Crystal?

00:40:25 - 00:40:26 | Speaker 2:

I don't.

00:40:26 - 00:40:34 | Speaker 1:

The Crocodile Hunter, who those, if you don't remember, was killed by one of those. No, not the Crocodile Hunter. Oh, no. Or the shark, what is his name?

00:40:35 - 00:40:38 | Speaker 2:

Wait, what was he? Steve Irwin. Steve Irwin, like, ran the Australia Zoo.

00:40:39 - 00:40:40 | Speaker 1:

No, I know, but he wasn't he.

00:40:40 - 00:40:41 | Speaker 2:

No, wasn't he the Crocodile Hunter?

00:40:41 - 00:40:43 | Speaker 1:

He was the Crocodile Hunter. Yeah. Yeah, why are you saying no?

00:40:43 - 00:40:47 | Speaker 2:

He was the Crocodile Hunter. That was his nickname. I thought that was the movie with the guy.

00:40:47 - 00:40:49 | Speaker 1:

No, Crocodile Hunter. Yeah, he's the guy.

00:40:49 - 00:40:53 | Speaker 2:

Steve Irwin. Crocodile Dundee, you guys. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

00:40:53 - 00:41:10 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my Lord. Did you also go to Tim Hortons and try to get yourself something this morning and they didn't have it in? Back to you, Crystal, and your Stingray hair. So you went on a vacation, you saw a Stingray, and then where do you go buy that at? Do they have that thing at local stores here?

00:41:11 - 00:41:16 | Speaker 2:

They do have one at a local store near me. They have it at Stingray Bay. They have little babies.

00:41:18 - 00:41:31 | Speaker 1:

Wow. I would never think that you could go into a pet store and buy a Stingray. All right. Well, hang on one second. We're going to get some information. You're in for our petting zoo. I don't know if I want to pet it, though.

00:41:31 - 00:41:31 | Speaker 4:

Oh, I do.

00:41:33 - 00:41:38 | Speaker 1:

Shannon, real quick, we've got somebody here with an alpaca. Jim, are you there?

00:41:38 - 00:41:39 | Speaker 4:

I'm here.

00:41:39 - 00:41:43 | Speaker 1:

Not only does Jim have an alpaca, but how many do you have, Jim?

00:41:44 - 00:41:51 | Speaker 4:

There are five alpaca on our property. I met you at the Planet Fitness a couple weeks ago. I was the guy that gave you the 50 bucks.

00:41:52 - 00:42:02 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. That's right, Jim. That was really nice. He donated $50 to the Make-A-Wish program, and you're also, Jim, doing some great things, aren't you, for charities these days?

00:42:02 - 00:42:21 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, so on our property, which is the old Don Massey Estate at 8 Mile and Griswold, we have five alpaca, we have rampants, we have chickens. So I would have to see how we might transport. I'd love to see you guys come there. You're not far from Farmington Hills, but you can't. I know. I know that's not possible.

00:42:21 - 00:42:29 | Speaker 1:

They bought the old Don Massey, the big auto dealer guy, estate, and tell everybody what you guys use it for now.

00:42:30 - 00:42:49 | Speaker 4:

Okay, so it's a living and learning enrichment center. We offer enrichment and vocational programs for young adults through seniors who are either autistic or developmentally disabled. Isn't that cool? Our members sell eggs and honey on the front porch every day, and that comes from our bees and our chickens.

00:42:49 - 00:42:50 | Speaker 1:

Wow.

00:42:50 - 00:42:55 | Speaker 4:

That is very, very cool. Very cool, Jim. And we're selling socks now from our alpaca. Okay.

00:42:55 - 00:43:06 | Speaker 1:

Jim, this is beautiful. And we can actually, if you do this, not only can we make a donation to you with the Only Fans Challenge, but we can also plug your big shindig that you got going on. That really fancy.

00:43:06 - 00:43:10 | Speaker 4:

Oh, the shindig coming up June 2nd, yes. So let me, so how do I.

00:43:10 - 00:43:16 | Speaker 1:

Hold on, Lydia, we'll talk to you off the air, okay? What else do you got? You said, hold on, you got bees. That's an interesting bet.

00:43:16 - 00:43:18 | Speaker 4:

We got chickens, rabbits, and alpaca.

00:43:18 - 00:43:28 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. I just want the alpacas. You know what, though? I'm telling you, the other ones could actually put them over the top. I think you bring five alpaca, a couple of things of bees.

00:43:28 - 00:43:30 | Speaker 4:

Have you ever pet an alpaca?

00:43:30 - 00:43:35 | Speaker 1:

I have never, but if I say yes to that, would it make me sound weird? I'll say no to that.

00:43:35 - 00:43:36 | Speaker 2:

No, no, no. No, I have never. That's so sweet.

00:43:36 - 00:43:42 | Speaker 1:

Never pet, no. Here's the one that I really want, too. Jacob?

00:43:44 - 00:43:45 | Speaker 3:

How are you doing, Mojo?

00:43:45 - 00:43:57 | Speaker 1:

I'm doing good, Jacob. You're the guy I was talking about. The reason why we're doing this, Mojo's Petting Zoo for the OnlyFans Challenge. The people who have exotic pets. Tell everybody what you have.

00:43:58 - 00:44:00 | Speaker 3:

I have a two-and-a-half-foot alligator.

00:44:01 - 00:44:04 | Speaker 1:

Holy Christ. What the hell do you have a two-and-a-half-foot alligator for?

00:44:06 - 00:44:17 | Speaker 3:

I just grew attached to it since it's been a baby. So it's just something that, you know, I enjoy. I guess I'm a Florida boy at heart. Didn't it eat you? Like when it gets bigger, couldn't it eat you?

00:44:18 - 00:44:36 | Speaker 1:

Oh, yeah, for sure. Oh, yeah, okay. So then what are you going to do with it when it gets bigger? He's going to be eaten. Why does he care? All right. At that point, Mike, he's already probably eaten by the thing. He's not going to do anything. It's going to be everybody else discarding it in his body probably. Yep.

00:44:36 - 00:44:37 | Speaker 3:

Won't be my problem.

00:44:38 - 00:44:40 | Speaker 1:

Has it ever tried to bite you?

00:44:40 - 00:44:56 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. You've got to read its body language. It's definitely an animal that's not, you know, for everybody. You kind of got to, you know, like I said, read his body language and see when it's going to actually, you know, try to snap at you. And you can't, you can't, you know, give him the inch.

00:44:57 - 00:45:00 | Speaker 1:

These guys, by the way, have to read my body language all the time.

00:45:00 - 00:45:04 | Speaker 4:

time to see if i'm in a bad mood or not true i know within the first 50 seconds of when he opens

00:45:04 - 00:46:21 | Speaker 1:

this studio door i wonder if we have the same body language i wonder if there's the same thing too a little snappy in the morning a little snappy every now and again yeah um all right well listen you hang on the phone for just one second please please promise us this though if you bring your alligator down here to the studio it's not going to eat any alpacas because could you imagine I promise. Well, the animals get along with each other. That's the thing I'm wondering about. I actually don't think about that part. Yeah. We got to make sure that we, Mike, that's your job. Mike, you got to separate the animals. How am I going to do that? You figure it out. You've been pretty good about doing security before for, you know, things kind of calming people down. You're always good at that. Let's see if you do that with animals. All right. All right. Mojo's Only Fan Challenge. If you got a good exotic animal, get in touch with us and we'll get you on the air here. It's Mojo in the morning. mojo and shannon megan mike kp lydia all the great support staff here phone number is 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 the text is 95500 mike you had an awkward situation happen to you yesterday when when you were out with the kids i didn't know that people actually still do this but i did not know that there are guys that will cat call girls while they're out in public ah yeah and i it

00:46:21 - 00:47:17 | Speaker 2:

doesn't happen to me ever like so i'm when it happens i'm like okay this is a little flattering but i gotta imagine for like women uh when guys do it it's all the time it's probably the most annoying thing in the entire world i was uh i was at the gas station with with the kids or whatever getting gas and my daughter as i'm pumping gas rolls down her window and she goes daddy because my window my front windows were rolled down daddy why is uh that guy calling you daddy and i'm like Oh, no. What are you talking about? And so I see this, like, it was like an old school Bronco circle around, and I hear something really quick, but I don't really know what it is. And then it does it again to the point where I'm, like, now noticing it. And it's this guy, and I'm not going to do it justice, but he goes, Hey, Daddy. And I went, Are you talking to me? And I'm like, Oh, my God, he is. And then, like, people look from, like, his passenger seat, turn around and look and start laughing, and they drive off. And I'm like, did they just hit on me?

00:47:18 - 00:47:26 | Speaker 1:

You just got flirted with. I think so. I didn't know that guys have ever gotten catcalled before. I always thought that that was just girls that got catcalled.

00:47:27 - 00:47:44 | Speaker 2:

I don't think it's ever happened to me from a car, especially. I don't think it's ever happened at all. And my daughter's like, why is he calling you daddy? And I was like, well, it's a compliment. And she's like, okay, so is it a compliment when I call you daddy? I'm like, no, that's just what you're supposed to. You know what? We'll talk to your mom later about it.

00:47:44 - 00:47:46 | Speaker 1:

You don't know exactly what to say?

00:47:46 - 00:47:49 | Speaker 2:

I still haven't explained it to her yet because I'm not really sure what to say.

00:47:49 - 00:48:18 | Speaker 1:

The funniest thing is when somebody says something and you don't know how to explain it to your kids, what's the first thing that you always do? You can talk to your mom about it. Well, the mom will explain that to you a little bit later. You just kind of pawn it off right on to Allie. That's funny. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I have never known of a guy catcalling another guy. But I could see where it would happen.

00:48:18 - 00:48:22 | Speaker 4:

Oh, for sure. I don't know that I've known of a catcall that actually worked.

00:48:23 - 00:48:23 | Speaker 1:

Yes.

00:48:23 - 00:48:24 | Speaker 3:

I mean, good point.

00:48:25 - 00:48:30 | Speaker 1:

Have you ever had somebody catcall you? I bet you and Megan and Shannon have.

00:48:30 - 00:48:40 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, maybe. But it's, I have to say, it's not, it's like, it's kind of a compliment, but also you internally are rolling your eyes.

00:48:40 - 00:48:41 | Speaker 3:

No, it's a compliment.

00:48:41 - 00:48:42 | Speaker 4:

Okay. Really?

00:48:42 - 00:48:45 | Speaker 3:

I don't have to follow through, but I still, I got it.

00:48:45 - 00:48:51 | Speaker 1:

So you actually like it. I would have never in a million years thought that Megan would like that. I kind of like to hear this.

00:48:51 - 00:48:59 | Speaker 3:

But the look on the outside of my face is, don't you dare talk to me. But on the inside, I'm like, I get it. I get it. You know what's so funny?

00:48:59 - 00:49:15 | Speaker 4:

I think mine's the opposite. it i think just like my natural reaction is to just like smile like as a thank you inside i'm like okay go to hell go to hell does it honestly i don't know i don't i don't like it but i don't

00:49:15 - 00:49:26 | Speaker 3:

outwardly want to be rude yeah and then sometimes i'm like oh my god he has nice shoes he probably has a good job and he still thinks they're cute have you either one of you ever followed through

00:49:26 - 00:49:49 | Speaker 1:

on it no no what is the follow-through just to flirt with them again and yeah like to turn around yeah and give them attention yeah you just kind of ignore them and keep going do you when you ignore them keep going did your strut all of a sudden look a little sexier like mike when that guy called you daddy did it put a little thing into you or what did it do okay so at first i'm

00:49:49 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 2:

like i'm like man i don't really know how to take this because it doesn't it doesn't happen it's never happened with a guy and i'm like you know what from a gay guy that's kind of flattering

00:50:00 - 00:50:14 | Speaker 1:

That's pretty flattering. Oh, I agree with you. And I'm like, man, okay. I told Ellie, I was like, I still got it. I still got it. So long, gay boy. You know, the most annoying cat call is the cat call when you're parked at a red light and it's the rev of the engine.

00:50:14 - 00:50:15 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah.

00:50:15 - 00:50:18 | Speaker 1:

Not even a cat call, but you know that they're trying to get some attention.

00:50:19 - 00:50:24 | Speaker 3:

He's trying to make it all tingly inside. What's going on, Claire?

00:50:24 - 00:50:34 | Speaker 2:

My husband is a corrections officer And he gets catcalled all the time By the prisoners My favorite one to date is when they called him Big Daddy

00:50:34 - 00:50:46 | Speaker 3:

So the prisoners Actually do that to your husband Yes Wow, do you think that this guy that was catcalling Mike calling him daddy might have just gotten Out of prison

00:50:46 - 00:50:50 | Speaker 2:

It's possible, who knows

00:50:50 - 00:50:57 | Speaker 3:

Wow, so your husband comes Home and shares with you that he got flirted on by the prisoners.

00:50:58 - 00:51:05 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, one time a prisoner asked him to feed them his spaghetti while he was eating, and he looked at them like they were on drugs.

00:51:08 - 00:51:14 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God, that's wild. Is your husband the type of guy, like, is he like a big burly guy, or what does he look like?

00:51:15 - 00:51:23 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, he's slightly smaller than his dad, so his dad's like 6'2", 250, and my husband's like 5'11", 230.

00:51:24 - 00:51:35 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay. That's great. I love it. Do you ever notice that he spends extra time doing his hair and putting on a little cologne before he goes to work? Would that be weird if a prison guard put cologne on before he went to work?

00:51:36 - 00:51:43 | Speaker 2:

No, because he actually puts cologne on. He asked for cologne for Christmas so that he had several different colognes to put on for work.

00:51:44 - 00:51:47 | Speaker 3:

Wow. But why, though? Rich leg. But why, though?

00:51:48 - 00:51:49 | Speaker 2:

Rich leg, baby.

00:51:49 - 00:51:53 | Speaker 3:

Well, there's other people he works with, right? There's fellow prison guards that are there probably, right?

00:51:53 - 00:52:05 | Speaker 2:

visitors and things like that yeah and he's got a little bit higher of a position so he really has to be presentable like you have to have a clean shaven face sure yeah like yeah manscaped

00:52:05 - 00:52:29 | Speaker 3:

you know all the i love it well thank you for the call take care of yourself of course you do um texters here texting that they're happy to know that megan actually likes cat calls I'm a guy calling from Grand Rapids. Next time I see Megan, I'm going to give her the whole whistle thing with the fingers. Is that the whole, like, put the two fingers in there?

00:52:30 - 00:52:32 | Speaker 1:

I don't know, but you'll get some fingers in response.

00:52:33 - 00:52:35 | Speaker 3:

Come on, you would like it, though.

00:52:35 - 00:52:36 | Speaker 1:

But on the inside, I'd go, thank you.

00:52:37 - 00:52:46 | Speaker 3:

Would you guys have guessed that Megan actually was a catcall type girl? Not at all. Not at all. I would have thought that, Megan, you would have been appalled by that. Now I'm happy to know that.

00:52:46 - 00:52:47 | Speaker 2:

I want to be objectified.

00:52:48 - 00:53:05 | Speaker 3:

Please. You know what's funny is as long as they're doing it to me, don't do it to anybody else. Just do it to me. And I'm completely happy with that. Other texters here. I'm a mail carrier and people have actually come out on their porch to come catcall me as I'm walking through the neighborhood.

00:53:05 - 00:53:06 | Speaker 1:

Wow.

00:53:07 - 00:53:07 | Speaker 3:

I wonder.

00:53:08 - 00:53:08 | Speaker 1:

Send us a picture.

00:53:08 - 00:53:31 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. I wonder how that goes. Oh, my gosh. I was catcalled when I was pregnant, stepped in front of the car in the parking lot. They slammed on the brakes. I said, I'm sorry, and the guy says, you're sexy. Oh, all right. That's a good one. But somebody has to have done it, and it worked. You know what I mean? Otherwise, people wouldn't continue to do it. Cassie, who is catcalling you?

00:53:33 - 00:53:41 | Speaker 2:

It's not myself. I work at an adult daycare with seniors, and the ladies go crazy for the Elvis impersonators.

00:53:43 - 00:53:46 | Speaker 3:

Wait, so you guys have people come in to entertain these old people?

00:53:47 - 00:53:55 | Speaker 2:

Yes, we have live entertainment almost every other day. And if the Elvis impersonators showing a little chest hair, they're going crazy.

00:53:57 - 00:54:12 | Speaker 3:

Man, that's awesome. You know what? That's what they need to do. Have they ever brought in like male strippers for these guys or entertainment like that? Do you remember the story that was that was big in the news where they actually had a local strip club come in and perform for the old people?

00:54:12 - 00:54:12 | Speaker 1:

No.

00:54:12 - 00:54:22 | Speaker 3:

And people were very upset by the whole thing, but the old people that worked at the Senior Center, Cassie, were like, this was the greatest day of our lives, you know?

00:54:23 - 00:54:31 | Speaker 2:

Yes. We have, like, Virgin, like Cinco de Mayo, we had Virgin margaritas, and some of them even acted like they were drunk.

00:54:33 - 00:54:40 | Speaker 3:

You know what? Hopefully they felt it. You know, they felt the enjoyment of that. What's up, Chelsea? How you doing? Oh, you're the— Good.

00:54:40 - 00:54:40 | Speaker 2:

How are you?

00:54:40 - 00:54:42 | Speaker 3:

Good. You're the mail carrier, huh?

00:54:43 - 00:54:43 | Speaker 2:

I am.

00:54:44 - 00:54:44 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:54:44 - 00:54:46 | Speaker 2:

Shout out to South Toledo.

00:54:46 - 00:54:53 | Speaker 3:

what's happening uh male lady you got you get some whistles every now and again

00:54:53 - 00:55:05 | Speaker 2:

yeah some of the females and other guys will be walking down the streets and we'll have one of our customers come out on the porch and they'll just catcall us. And it's crazy because we'll be like four houses down and they're yelling at us.

00:55:06 - 00:55:18 | Speaker 1:

To be fair, I have like six male people that come to my house in the South End and all of them are incredibly attractive. I don't know what's in the water, but y'all be doing it. It's all the walking. We walk all day long.

00:55:18 - 00:55:25 | Speaker 4:

That's it. You got great calves. Do you ever judge people based on their mail that they get?

00:55:26 - 00:55:27 | Speaker 1:

No.

00:55:27 - 00:55:33 | Speaker 3:

Yes, you do. You liar. I have never thought about this. You do. What gets judgment?

00:55:38 - 00:55:42 | Speaker 2:

Some of the packages that will come through, we'll be like, we know what this is.

00:55:42 - 00:55:45 | Speaker 4:

Yes. Do you guys shake it a little bit?

00:55:45 - 00:55:50 | Speaker 2:

Like self-care devices? Yeah, definitely we'll get self-care devices.

00:55:50 - 00:55:50 | Speaker 4:

I like that.

00:55:50 - 00:55:55 | Speaker 2:

And they'll come in those packages where it's like, this is not what this is. Right, but it is so very obvious.

00:55:56 - 00:56:29 | Speaker 4:

Listen to this story. Letter carriers are demanding action to stop robberies. Postal workers, U.S. postal workers, have been held up while they're out doing their jobs. And they said that they want, like, the police to do more patrolling in the areas around some of these homes where they're getting robbed. And this has happened, and they said, not just in major cities. This has happened in rural communities. As a matter of fact, they said that there's some areas that are within the Midwest, suburban communities, where this happens. Have you ever had that happen where you've been worried about that?

00:56:30 - 00:56:42 | Speaker 2:

I personally have not because I work in a pretty decent area. But, yeah, some of the stations in Toledo, they do. They'll get held up for our car keys or just other people's mail.

00:56:43 - 00:56:52 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, because a lot of people assume that there must be something inside of the mail that might be valuable, like that adult box that you were delivering to whoever the person was.

00:56:52 - 00:56:56 | Speaker 1:

Joke's on you. The University of Toledo is just asking me for more money.

00:56:56 - 00:57:10 | Speaker 4:

Is that what it is? Yeah, it's always that. And then it's the local, like, bad newspaper that, you know, has nothing in it, right? It's always the bad flyers and stuff like that. All right, thank you for the call, Chels. Take care of yourself.

00:57:11 - 00:57:15 | Speaker 2:

Thanks. You too, guys. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:57:15 - 00:57:18 | Speaker 4:

All right, Shannon, what's going on in this hour's Dirty on the 30?

Getting some more info about what happened with Kevin Costner's marriage. His estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, was not thrilled with his work schedule prior to her filing for divorce last week. There was not enough family time in her eyes. I mean, this is an issue that normal people, not just celebrities, have as well. But during filming, Kevin's not around much. That's been very hard for her to be solo with the kids at their Santa Barbara home. And despite knowing that his wife was unhappy, I believe I did a story a couple of months ago about her saying to him, I'm like, enough is enough already with all of the work for Yellowstone. But sources tell me that Kevin does get obsessed with directing and producing and starring in his project, his upcoming film Horizon, a great example. That took place in southern Utah last summer, fall, and he was gone for that stretch of time from like August until November. And I'm hearing this a lot. He loves working. In fact, some sources saying his career has definitely taken precedence over his home life on more than one occasion. He was gone a lot filming Yellowstone, plus the time necessary for his other projects. He's been in very high demand lately. That same source telling me success and excitement over this new project, this Horizon project we've been hearing so much about, probably took his attention away from his family more than he even realized. And since it didn't look like that would change And likely could get worse It caused tension at home And finally Christine said Enough is enough again The story is that Kevin was very, very surprised When learning that she had filed last week

00:58:57 - 00:59:09 | Speaker 4:

Do you know what they did during the pandemic For Yellowstone And the reason why they had new episodes Was he bought places where they were filming For everybody that was on the staff and crew You know, all the cast and crew, excuse me

00:59:09 - 00:59:10 | Speaker 3:

To live

00:59:10 - 00:59:41 | Speaker 4:

And to live And so everybody was there So the families were there while they were filming. And then once the pandemic ended and people started going back to their homes, he still stayed there. And supposedly, you know, her, you know, you know, life was back where they normally live. Little kids. Yeah. So I think that that's happened to a lot of people. Have you noticed this at all from any of like your friends and stuff where you start working at home? You start spending a lot of time with each other. Things kind of get good with your family life. And then all of a sudden now you have to go back out to work and it causes for some issues.

00:59:41 - 00:59:59 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, and you're trying to catch up, you know, and make up for all that last time. So members of the royal family are slightly baffled as to why Prince Harry even bothered showing up to King Charles' coronation. The Duke of Sussex spent less than 28 total hours in the UK. Got there on Friday afternoon, again, by commercial flight.

01:00:00 - 01:00:43 | Speaker 2:

Headed back to London's Heathrow Airport literally as soon as he stepped foot outside of Westminster Abbey on Saturday following his dad's coronation. Spent the night at Frogmore Cottage. And remember that story. He got kicked out earlier this year by his dad so the home could go to Prince Andrew. But what's more is that it's reported Harry didn't see or even speak to any of his family members, his estranged family members, outside of the coronation ceremony. despite briefly walking through Buckingham Palace during his quick visit. And just over 24 hours after arriving on his home soil, Harry was already back home, headed home to L.A. to make it to his son Archie's fourth birthday party.

01:00:44 - 01:00:56 | Speaker 3:

And you think that you have a very busy life trying to work and deal with the family stuff. That's a hell of a travel schedule right there. 28 hours in and out.

01:00:56 - 01:01:08 | Speaker 2:

Real quick, New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter and his wife Hannah have announced the arrival of their fourth child and first son. I think you say his name, Caius Green Jeter. I could be mispronouncing that. I'm not sure.

01:01:08 - 01:01:13 | Speaker 3:

Zero idea. You're asking the guy that mispronounces every caller's name. That is true. Why am I asking you?

01:01:13 - 01:02:03 | Speaker 2:

But I noticed he tweaked his Instagram bio to read, sleep-deprived father of four. So three girls, and now they've been blessed with a little guy. One week after Snoop Dogg joined Ryan Reynolds in competing bids to purchase the Ottawa Senators, The Weeknd has thrown his hat into the ring. The Weeknd grew up in Toronto, if you didn't know that. He's a big, big hockey fan, so this makes total sense to me. But he's been joined by a group. He joined a group, excuse me, led by some Toronto billionaires, Jeffrey and Michael Kimmel, hoping to make this purchase. So the three celebs are now part of three opposing purchasing groups, all really crossing their fingers in the hopes to buy the Senators, who are currently up for sale with a price tag that reportedly may eclipse $1 billion, the most expensive sale in the league's history.

01:02:03 - 01:02:06 | Speaker 3:

I also saw that The Weeknd is talking about changing his name.

01:02:07 - 01:02:12 | Speaker 2:

I have that story. You got that story coming up later? That would be a career killer if he did it. I didn't answer mistakes. Yeah.

01:02:12 - 01:02:55 | Speaker 3:

I mean, when Prince did it, we all thought he was crazy for doing it. And we thought that was going to be career suicide. But I don't know. By the way, the whole buying of the franchises and stuff, it's kind of nice to see that celebrities want to get into the NHL. Because the NHL is not the league that has, you know, the most notoriety out of all the different leagues. Yeah. So maybe it will help the NHL. I was watching yesterday that the Red Wings, unfortunately, they're in the top 10 as far as drafts are concerned. but they didn't get a chance to get any closer to trying to get one of the top two picks, which they say that these top two picks could be some of the better NHL players that have ever played. But I feel like the NHL being a hockey town, I feel like it needs something like this.

01:02:55 - 01:02:55 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:02:55 - 01:03:00 | Speaker 3:

It needs celebrity ownership and not just former NHL stars, but celebrities like the Snoop Dogs of the world.

01:03:01 - 01:03:15 | Speaker 1:

I would just like to go to the Stanley Cup finals. Just again, anytime soon would be nice. I hope Brian Reynolds gets it because I like the documentary he did with Wrexham and how And how successful that has been. So I think it'll be fun to see if he can do it again with a different.

01:03:16 - 01:03:53 | Speaker 2:

And lastly, this is a big, big story this morning. A TSA agent who works at, I should say, worked at Detroit Metro Airport. No, he still works there. Well, okay. I'm going to get to that part of the story. But yeah. He's under investigation after a video of his aggressive handling of a bomb-sniffing dog went around the internet. I believe it was Sunday. The person filming this was inside the airport's Delta Sky Club. The original video was shared on Reddit And in it, the TSA agent in question here Appears to be training the dog in the McNamara terminal And the agent, I'll be honest with you Once I heard about the content of the video I could not watch it

01:03:53 - 01:04:02 | Speaker 3:

He is pulling on the dog's leash so hard Forcing the dog to come towards him And it's the most abusive thing I've ever seen

01:04:02 - 01:04:19 | Speaker 2:

And somebody told me that he does it so hard several times that the dog's front paws, like, are lifted from the floor. That agent has been removed from his duties for now until the investigation is complete. At least he's been removed from his duties as a TSA agent.

01:04:19 - 01:04:24 | Speaker 3:

How do they need an investigation? Watch the video. Watch the video is what I, yes. And see what this guy's doing.

01:04:24 - 01:04:39 | Speaker 2:

Now, if you're like me and you are wondering how the dog is doing, the dog was sent to a veterinarian for a wellness exam and found to be in good health. A statement from the TSA reads in part, The behavior displayed by this handler is unacceptable and not within the high standards we hold our officers to.

01:04:39 - 01:04:53 | Speaker 3:

Oh, it's I mean, it's really, really bad. And I commend you for not watching it because I sit there and I watch all these videos. But I'm glad I did because it made me realize just how abusive this guy was. Because if I heard the story on the news, I'd go, oh, whatever.

01:04:53 - 01:04:56 | Speaker 2:

Well, they say he was yanking, yanking the neck over and over again.

01:04:56 - 01:04:59 | Speaker 3:

And you see people that are walking to go, you know, to go to their.

01:05:00 - 01:05:08 | Speaker 1:

baggage claim or wherever to their gates you see them kind of like turn around going what in the hell is happening here because it was just so crazy for all of today's dirty you check out the

01:05:08 - 01:05:20 | Speaker 2:

01:05:25 - 01:05:35 | Speaker 4:

you found? I found a second phone that he claims was a work phone. And you never knew about this?

01:05:35 - 01:05:40 | Speaker 1:

I never knew about it. It's news to me. He claims that he's had this thing for a while?

01:05:41 - 01:06:05 | Speaker 4:

Yep. And I decided to be a little bit nosy as I have the right to be as his wife. And I went through the phone and there's only one phone number on it. Oh, wow. And texts or just calls? um yeah there's text too it seems but if you try to open them up there's nothing there so like they've been deleted yeah i'm assuming they've been deleted and i really don't i mean

01:06:05 - 01:06:31 | Speaker 1:

i want to know what they say but i don't well you're gonna figure out what they say when we do a three-way call that's what you wanted to do is a three-way war of the roses yeah a three-way call not a three-way just to be clear well that of course um we're gonna call him and we're gonna call this number and we'll just see who answers the phone mute your phone okay

01:06:31 - 01:06:44 | Speaker 3:

01:06:44 - 01:06:54 | Speaker 5:

01:06:54 - 01:07:04 | Speaker 3:

01:08:23 - 01:08:28 | Speaker 5:

yeah i can do that you just call me but make sure you call from your phone so that way i know it's

01:08:28 - 01:09:10 | Speaker 1:

you yeah before you hang up the phone i want to interrupt this conversation between you guys dalton while you've been having a conversation with this this woman on the phone it got us wondering who is she who's this dalton this is the mojo in the morning show And while you've been talking to this woman on the phone, your wife has been listening in and just heard you guys having a conversation with each other.

01:09:11 - 01:09:13 | Speaker 3:

Is this for real?

01:09:15 - 01:09:16 | Speaker 4:

Pretty real.

01:09:23 - 01:09:25 | Speaker 3:

How in the... How...

01:09:25 - 01:09:29 | Speaker 1:

Carissa, what do you want to say?

01:09:31 - 01:09:33 | Speaker 4:

I don't know if I can say it on the air.

01:09:37 - 01:09:39 | Speaker 1:

Carissa, say it. You can say it.

01:09:41 - 01:09:51 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I don't even want to dignify it. Do you recognize this woman at all? No.

01:09:52 - 01:10:14 | Speaker 1:

Who is this person? Who are you that's on the phone with us? Who is that person that you were talking to? It's a work thing. So it's an actual work thing, or it's somebody from work that you're having a thing with?

01:10:18 - 01:10:20 | Speaker 5:

It's an actual work thing.

01:10:21 - 01:10:24 | Speaker 4:

But you're only allowed to use a certain phone to contact her.

01:10:26 - 01:10:29 | Speaker 5:

Well, it's a work phone, so that's what I'm using it for.

01:10:30 - 01:10:36 | Speaker 4:

Is she the only person you contact with that work phone? Because it looks that way.

01:10:37 - 01:10:40 | Speaker 5:

She's on her work phone, too. I mean.

01:10:46 - 01:10:47 | Speaker 4:

What was the laugh for?

01:10:51 - 01:11:00 | Speaker 5:

It just, I mean, it's my work phone. And she's got a work phone. Other people use it, too. So, like, I don't see what the big deal is here.

01:11:02 - 01:11:08 | Speaker 1:

So you're saying that you guys are doing business together and there's nothing more than that.

01:11:11 - 01:11:15 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. And so that's what I'm calling about.

01:11:18 - 01:11:27 | Speaker 1:

Carissa, has this ever been something that he's had to do, like where he's had to do business at work and he doesn't do business while he's at home?

01:11:28 - 01:11:36 | Speaker 7:

Not to my knowledge. It just all seems very strange to me. Kind of sounded like they had something else going on.

01:11:40 - 01:11:45 | Speaker 1:

How long have you had this secret phone before you said anything to him? How long did you know about it?

01:11:47 - 01:11:48 | Speaker 7:

It's been a couple months.

01:11:50 - 01:11:55 | Speaker 1:

So why did you not tell your wife about a work phone that you have? Why would you keep that quiet?

01:11:55 - 01:12:09 | Speaker 5:

I mean, I don't tell her everything I'm working on at work and everything that's going on is just a new thing. And so I don't know. I didn't think it was that big of a deal.

01:12:09 - 01:12:22 | Speaker 4:

But you understand how that would look if your wife finds this phone that she knows nothing about and there's only one number in there that there are calls placed to and from? Like, put yourself in her shoes for a second. That looks super, super shady.

01:12:22 - 01:12:36 | Speaker 5:

yeah sure uh i guess like putting myself in those shoes like i can see how that would be but like really this is something that we should talk about probably in person okay why don't we do this why

01:12:36 - 01:12:48 | Speaker 1:

don't we let you guys talk where we're not listening and uh we'll get off this line so hang on one second i don't even know if i want to bust it again

01:12:48 - 01:12:56 | Speaker 5:

It's your home for War of the Roses, Mojo in the Morning.

01:13:03 - 01:13:09 | Speaker 2:

Call Mojo in the Morning, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548.

01:13:09 - 01:13:39 | Speaker 1:

just a couple questions and then i want to hear thoughts and theories on this one question anybody listen that has a work phone that their spouse doesn't know about i just want to put that out there just to throw out that come on your spouse would know your wife girlfriend boyfriend you know husband would know if you had a work phone

01:13:39 - 01:13:40 | Speaker 3:

and we'll voice disguise you

01:13:40 - 01:13:45 | Speaker 1:

well in that case you don't need to be voice disguised I'm saying just have the work phone okay

01:13:45 - 01:13:52 | Speaker 3:

no I'm saying if you have one and it's not known in the relationship and you want to talk to us about it

01:13:52 - 01:14:38 | Speaker 1:

no that's the other question I want to ask then we'll voice disguise you on that one too who has a secret phone that their spouse doesn't know about and why What's the reasoning? And then who has busted somebody with the secret phone? I'd like to know that. Have you seen some of the texts that are coming in right now, guys, of the theories that people have on this one? Everybody has a theory that this is a professional that he's on the phone with. Not a work professional, but like somebody, like an escort or somebody from another, you know, OnlyFans possibility, prostitute, something like that. Kristen wants to make a comment. War of the Roses. Hi.

01:14:39 - 01:14:40 | Speaker 6:

Hi, how are you?

01:14:40 - 01:14:42 | Speaker 1:

Good, Kristen. Welcome to the show. It's Mojo in the Morning. What's going on?

01:14:44 - 01:14:59 | Speaker 6:

So I just want to give Kressa credit because she stayed quiet much longer than I would have. The fact that they said it's been a while and we should hang out and he can't because she'll be home tonight. I would have said his schedule just cleared up because I won't be with him anymore.

01:15:00 - 01:15:13 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, she was actually in we ask people to mute their phones, but she was good about not jumping on just to hear if we can get more information. But you're right. That would have definitely gotten you to go through the phone and grab that guy by the throat.

01:15:13 - 01:15:39 | Speaker 4:

What's up, JC? Hey, oh, my gosh. Unless you're working for the government, like, why would you have a secret phone for work? Like, that's just not a thing. And I just wish she would reach out to his boss if she cared enough. I would just dump his ass. But I said that on the radio. That word's allowed. I would just leave him. Oh, okay. I would just leave him. You'd be done. You can have whatever that whole thing is. And he's not even, like, owning up to it. What a sleep ball.

01:15:39 - 01:15:55 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, the whole idea that there was just one number in the phone or one call that he was, you know, using was also another dead one. Because if the guy's only got one person that he talks to for work, that just seems like it's something going on. Nicole, what's up?

01:15:55 - 01:16:13 | Speaker 4:

oh no i just wanted to comment the same thing she commented because he was saying to her about how she he can't hang out with her tonight because his wife is going to be home well if it's just a work thing then why can't you hang out with your wife at the house

01:16:13 - 01:16:27 | Speaker 2:

I feel like I'm going to finish it. Erica, good morning. What's going on? Where are the roses?

01:16:28 - 01:16:29 | Speaker 4:

Not Mike, how are you?

01:16:30 - 01:16:37 | Speaker 2:

Doing all right. So real quick, I want to go back to the text that people are saying. People are thinking it's a prostitute. What do you think?

01:16:38 - 01:17:05 | Speaker 4:

I mean, it almost sounded like that was my gut reaction. Maybe it was, like, an escort or, like, a prostitute or something like that. But, I mean, my husband has a cell phone, and he uses it so much for – he has a personal phone and a work phone. He uses it so much for work that it's become his primary phone. Like, his personal phone is almost always dead. So I find it really hard to believe that, like, this has never come up before in a relationship. And if it was so innocent, there's no reason why it would have been a secret to begin with.

01:17:05 - 01:17:06 | Speaker 1:

That's exactly right.

01:17:06 - 01:17:06 | Unknown:

Yeah.

01:17:07 - 01:17:21 | Speaker 2:

It's a good point. You know, the idea that you keep something like this secret, I mean, I think that unless they are complete newlyweds, which these guys are not, I mean, they've been married for a while, they've got kids. Tina, thoughts?

01:17:23 - 01:17:23 | Speaker 4:

Hello?

01:17:23 - 01:17:30 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Tina. We're talking about the phones, the extra phones. Your husband has two extra phones, is that right?

01:17:31 - 01:17:40 | Speaker 4:

He did have an extra phone, yeah, for work. And if I didn't know about it, I would totally think something was going on. I mean, my husband even gave me the number to the other phone.

01:17:41 - 01:17:43 | Speaker 2:

Why did he need two extra phones?

01:17:44 - 01:18:03 | Speaker 4:

My husband does a lot of personal stuff for work. And so, like, with clients' personal information. So they wanted, for security reasons, not to have it on their personal phone. Like, he can access his work emails. So it would have customers' personal information that they didn't want breached anyway.

01:18:03 - 01:18:05 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Yeah.

01:18:05 - 01:18:09 | Speaker 1:

But he was forthcoming with the fact that he had this.

01:18:10 - 01:18:25 | Speaker 4:

Correct. I mean, I knew right away because he complained about it, first of all, because he didn't want to keep track of two phones. Yeah. You know, I mean, think about it. If you have two phones, I would assume you'd be complaining about it instead of, you know, hiding it because you've got to monitor both.

01:18:25 - 01:18:39 | Speaker 1:

Right. Well, not even the complaining part. I mean, and I said this to him, put yourself in her shoes. It's like, just nip it in the bud right away of like, I have this other phone. I just want to let you know so you don't think I'm doing something. J.D., this is for work. That's all the conversation has to be.

01:18:40 - 01:18:42 | Speaker 2:

Thanks for the call, Tina. We appreciate it. Ryan, what's up?

01:18:43 - 01:18:48 | Speaker 5:

Hey, I have four phones, and I work for the government, and my partner knows.

01:18:48 - 01:18:52 | Speaker 2:

So your partner knows of all four of the phones? Yes.

01:18:53 - 01:18:59 | Speaker 1:

God, that's a lot of phones to have to snoop through. Are you in suspicious pharmaceuticals? Why do you need four phones?

01:18:59 - 01:18:59 | Speaker 2:

Governmental.

01:19:01 - 01:19:02 | Speaker 5:

I'm a security analyst.

01:19:03 - 01:19:12 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay. Do you have a direct line to the president? You have to with four phones. Do you get robo-calls on all four of those phones? Like, I get the same robo-calls all the time.

01:19:12 - 01:19:17 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah, all the time. That's all I get. That's all the phones. That's all the calls that I get. It's all robo-calls.

01:19:18 - 01:19:25 | Speaker 1:

But your partner is aware you don't hide them away. Like, I'm sure, like, they're out in the open. You're not stashing them.

01:19:25 - 01:19:32 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah, they're all out in the open. They're, like, stacked on my desk all the road. Yes. It's part of my job. I'm required to have them. I work on them every day.

01:19:33 - 01:19:33 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:19:33 - 01:19:42 | Speaker 5:

You know, I get the occasional, like, glance over my shoulder, like, watching what I'm doing, and it's like, I'm just, like, doing some testing. That's all I'm doing.

01:19:42 - 01:19:47 | Speaker 4:

Are they all the same kind of phone, or are they different kinds of phone? Why would you need four?

01:19:47 - 01:19:48 | Speaker 5:

Mm-hmm.

01:19:49 - 01:19:50 | Speaker 3:

I can't tell you. You guys.

01:19:52 - 01:20:02 | Speaker 2:

Um, do you imagine, though, if he's one of those guys that wears them, you know, the guys that wear them on their belt loop and stuff? Oh, actually. He's got four of them there. Looking like Batman walking around with his utility belt.

01:20:03 - 01:20:13 | Speaker 5:

Jasmine brings up a great, great thing here. Jasmine, are you there? Hi, Jasmine. Oh, I didn't have one. You're there. Right there. Hi. I'm wondering.

01:20:14 - 01:20:24 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Yeah. He said, you know, his wife is going to be home. That makes me think, like, have you brought this woman to your house? Like, what does it matter if she's going to be home?

01:20:24 - 01:20:24 | Speaker 5:

Right.

01:20:24 - 01:20:26 | Speaker 3:

You could meet her out anywhere else.

01:20:26 - 01:20:44 | Speaker 5:

Well, it could be that or the fact that the other thing, too, is who goes on Zoom to do any kind of dirty stuff? Like, honestly, I think Zoom is a valuable thing for business purposes or to catch up with family in long places. Do people really go on Zoom to do their dirty business?

01:20:44 - 01:20:45 | Speaker 2:

That's a great point.

01:20:46 - 01:21:04 | Speaker 5:

With a blurry background and some slow music. Yeah, what do you think his background is on Zoom when he's doing it? Palm trees. That part to me, you know, was like, what? Hope? Yes. What do you think?

01:21:05 - 01:21:21 | Speaker 2:

I think that you guys are totally missing the point. There is a song. I got two phones, one for my girl and one for my professional in this situation because she totally sounds like she's got a back page.

01:21:21 - 01:21:22 | Speaker 5:

Hold on. Hold on real quick.

01:21:22 - 01:21:24 | Speaker 2:

I got two phones.

01:21:25 - 01:21:27 | Speaker 5:

Kevin Gates. Who is it? Is that who it is?

01:21:27 - 01:21:28 | Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

01:21:28 - 01:21:38 | Speaker 5:

Throwback throwdown. Mike gets the point. Congratulations to you. Wow. Okay, so that is, I thought it was a country song. I was going to go to KP and say, KP, what country artist does that?

01:21:38 - 01:21:40 | Speaker 4:

I'm sure there's some artist that sings about cheating.

01:21:41 - 01:21:47 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Wait, what's the word that they bleep out? Is it a dirty word? One from my? Yeah.

01:21:48 - 01:21:48 | Speaker 2:

Hose.

01:21:48 - 01:21:51 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, hose. Oh, okay. Thank you.

01:21:51 - 01:21:52 | Speaker 2:

I love how you said it.

01:21:52 - 01:21:54 | Speaker 5:

Just out of the blue.

01:21:54 - 01:21:54 | Speaker 2:

Hose.

01:21:55 - 01:22:02 | Speaker 5:

Anthony, you there? Yeah, I'm here. Anthony, you say this guy's cheating, and why do you say that?

01:22:04 - 01:22:38 | Speaker 4:

Unfortunately, I cheated on my wife years ago. By God's grace, we worked it out, and we're back together, and we're stronger than ever. But just this guy's demeanor, the way he's reacting, you guys actually suggested, is this a work phone? So you guys kind of gave him that leg out of saying, yes, it is. But just the way he was talking to this female, are you available in an hour? Are you, you know, I can't meet tonight. How about tomorrow? You're not available in an hour if you're already working together. You would already kind of know each other's schedule. Great point. He better get on his knees and beg for forgiveness with his wife is all I understand.

01:22:38 - 01:22:45 | Speaker 1:

So was your situation, you had a phone that you were hiding as well? Is that how you were contacting the other person?

01:22:46 - 01:23:09 | Speaker 4:

No, I didn't have a second phone. I was just plain stupid, and, you know, at that point I was unhappy in my marriage and didn't really care. So I just kind of went about my business, and, you know, it was just a huge mistake. And hopefully this guy sees it that way, too, for the grace of his kids and his wife. And I really feel bad for her.

01:23:10 - 01:23:20 | Speaker 5:

You know what? I can hear the remorse in your voice. I mean, I really can tell that you have realized what you did. but I'm sure it took a long time for you to wake up to that.

01:23:22 - 01:23:34 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, and it takes a long time for your wife to forgive you and earn that trust back, too. So, you know, not all guys are dirtbags. I was a dirtbag when I did that, but, you know, guys can change, and hopefully he will for his family.

01:23:34 - 01:23:35 | Speaker 1:

Thanks for sharing.

01:23:37 - 01:23:39 | Speaker 5:

Appreciate you, buddy. Take care. mojo

01:23:39 - 01:23:52 | Speaker 4:

We'll find out coming up here in just a couple of minutes There ain't nothing wrong with buying a fake When it comes to a Mother's Day gift And where to find the best fake handbags, purses Because I guess if they're an expensive brand, I was told, they're not called purses. They're called handbags. That's when you know. When you call it a purse, you are not a person that has nice purses. I don't know what it is. I never know what to call it. I always call them purses. And I'm always being corrected by people. No, that's a handbag.

01:25:00 - 01:27:35 | Speaker 4:

So we'll talk about that. And coming up later this hour on the Mojo in the Morning show, Shannon is baby birding her dog. Oh, my Lord. Shut up. By the way, I talk about some things on this show that I know are quite disgusting and cause for people to actually turn away from the radio when they're eating something. This thing is going to make you turn away from the radio and be disgusted. All right, Mojo in the Morning show. So our Naughty Moms Night Out is Friday at the Daxon Hotel. We've got tickets to give away. Here's what I want to do, though. I saw this on, oh, God, was it Reddit or BuzzFeed? I can't remember which one it was. Reddit. So I saw this on Reddit, and I thought this would be a great topic to get Naughty Moms Night Out passes in. And we'll get multiple winners, so we won't just do one winner here right now. what's the biggest secret about you that your mom doesn't know and you hope as a mom your kids never find out about what's the biggest secret about you that your mom doesn't know and that you hope that your kids don't ever find out about all right I throw this out there because I want those people partying with us on Friday at the Daxton Hotel in Birmingham. By the way, Naughty Mom's night out. It's going to be fun on Friday. If you already got your passes and tickets, we can't wait to see you. Do you see what the weather's going to be? It's going to be absolutely freaking gorgeous. It's going to be like the nicest weather that we've had in 2023. Here are some of the Reddit ones, the comments that were made up here. These are the wildest secrets that mom doesn't know about. Um, while the secret from the past, I met my son's dad through a post on casual encounter section of Craigslist. All my family think that we met at a sports bar. Another one here. My mom used to be a stripper. She would pick me up after school, but she said that she had to go to work, which was the next town over about 20 minutes from where she picked me up. she would put me in a private room with my homework and a Game Boy, and I would be there for a few hours a week. It wasn't until I was older that I realized that my mom was actually working at the time as a dancer. Now, that's a story. That's like a movie, like a made-for-movie type of a situation. What do they call the stripper bosses, like the ladies who take care of the strippers?

01:27:36 - 01:27:37 | Speaker 1:

Like the house moms?

01:27:37 - 01:27:45 | Speaker 4:

The house moms. Does the house mom also help you with your math work? Does the house mom come in there and go, hey?

01:27:45 - 01:27:49 | Speaker 1:

That's a very popular one, by the way. Because, yeah.

01:27:49 - 01:27:51 | Speaker 2:

My dream job is to be a house mom.

01:27:52 - 01:28:40 | Speaker 4:

You would be a great house mom. I would love that. Another one here. Okay, here's one. My mom does not know that when I was in college, I actually stripped in East Lansing. Wow, this is actually a local one to Reddit. So I was actually a stripper in East Lansing while I was going to Michigan State. My mom had no idea that I was doing this at the time, but this was my way to get spending cash, and also I was paying for part of my education. What's the strip club in East Lansing? Find out who that is. Oh, here you go. I was a sugar baby in college. I made lots of money but blew it on dumb stuff. Also, my best friends from college and my roommate had this same sugar daddy. Wow, they shared sugar daddies.

01:28:41 - 01:28:41 | Speaker 3:

Hell yeah.

01:28:42 - 01:28:42 | Speaker 4:

All right.

01:28:42 - 01:28:47 | Speaker 3:

Why not have a partner in crime? It's not like you want to spend time with this guy. He's just footing the bill.

01:28:48 - 01:28:48 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

01:28:49 - 01:28:51 | Speaker 3:

If people wanted to spend time with him, he wouldn't have to pay for company.

01:28:53 - 01:28:53 | Speaker 4:

Right.

01:28:54 - 01:28:56 | Speaker 3:

Tell me I'm wrong. Tell me I'm wrong.

01:28:56 - 01:29:01 | Speaker 4:

This has been your PSA for sugar. Yes, that's a public service message from iHeartRadio.

01:29:01 - 01:29:02 | Speaker 3:

Tag team if you can.

01:29:02 - 01:29:08 | Speaker 4:

Just so you know, we live in lonely times. Everybody needs company, all right? So we're not going to...

01:29:08 - 01:29:11 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but some people are unbearable and have to pay for that time.

01:29:12 - 01:29:18 | Speaker 1:

Yes. And some people can get a dog and be just fine, and others can't. Exactly. There are two different types of people here.

01:29:18 - 01:29:23 | Speaker 4:

Says the baby birder to her dog. Rosa, are you there?

01:29:24 - 01:29:25 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

01:29:25 - 01:29:27 | Speaker 4:

Hi, Rosa. What's going on?

01:29:27 - 01:29:30 | Speaker 2:

Hi, how are you, by the way? Hey, it's nice. Long-time listener.

01:29:30 - 01:29:38 | Speaker 4:

When you said you're yes, I thought you were like an 80-year-old Mexican grandma. I hope so.

01:29:39 - 01:29:44 | Speaker 2:

More like a 29-year-old Arab from Mount Clemens.

01:29:44 - 01:29:50 | Speaker 4:

Oh, nice. Okay. All right, so here we go. Question for you. What is something about you? And you're a mom, too, right?

01:29:50 - 01:29:52 | Speaker 2:

Yes, I am. I'm a newly mom.

01:29:52 - 01:29:56 | Speaker 4:

What's something about you that you hope that that new baby of yours never finds out about?

01:29:57 - 01:30:30 | Speaker 2:

Well, so it was more like my mom. I don't want to try anything out. Okay. Back in 2019, I was helping my now husband, then boyfriend. His mom was dying. So instead of me saying, hey, I'm going to go spend the night at my boyfriend's house, I told her that I spent the night at my husband's house. So for me to leave the house, because I married him because of traditions and all that stuff, and spending the night at a man's house, I had to be married. Well, my mom thought I was married for about two years until we recently got married within the last two years.

01:30:30 - 01:30:37 | Speaker 1:

So did you just say that you eloped or got married at the courthouse or something? Because I'm sure she had to ask, well, when's the wedding or when was the wedding?

01:30:38 - 01:31:04 | Speaker 2:

Yes. So we told her we got a courthouse wedding. I'm the black sheep of the family. My parents, I am nothing like my family. My parents and everybody are typical Arabs, 100%, like off the boat. But me, I'm more of, I'm a tiger-loving, football, whole-heart American, down-earth person. I love it. So it's like, it's kind of funny.

01:31:04 - 01:31:05 | Speaker 5:

But naughty inside.

01:31:06 - 01:31:07 | Speaker 2:

Oh, 100%.

01:31:07 - 01:31:13 | Speaker 5:

I love it. That's awesome. You got to come to the party. You got to come to our naughty moms now.

01:31:13 - 01:31:30 | Speaker 2:

I would love to. All right. I would love to, honestly. And I already know exactly who I'm bringing with me, my boss, who is an absolute amazing mom. She's actually helping raising her daughter's son. He's three years old, so I know she needs a night out. Honestly, the main reason why I want to do this is because of her.

01:31:31 - 01:31:33 | Speaker 5:

Good. That's awesome. All right, hang on one second, okay?

01:31:34 - 01:31:34 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

01:31:34 - 01:31:48 | Speaker 5:

All right, hold on a second here. We got one of the good ones here on the phone line, too. What is it about you? These are for Naughty Moms Night Outpasses. What is it about you, Melissa, that you hope that your kids never find out about one day?

01:31:49 - 01:31:51 | Speaker 3:

That, oh, my gosh.

01:31:51 - 01:31:53 | Speaker 5:

Your voice is guys, by the way, just so you know that, okay?

01:31:53 - 01:32:17 | Speaker 3:

Thank God. Because I have a distinct voice, as it is. Everybody would know it was me. That my husband and that her father, that my mother and my entire family thinks that I met at MSU, who is now a physician, was actually my customer when I was stripping to make ends meet in my freshman and sophomore year.

01:32:17 - 01:32:24 | Speaker 1:

Wow. Oh, wow. Okay, so are there two lies in there? One that you used to be a stripper, and two that that's how you met your husband?

01:32:24 - 01:33:06 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, exactly. When I first brought him home, this would have been towards the end of my freshman year. Everybody was so excited. My mom left and called my grandma. Oh, my God, she's a med school undergrad, you know, in med school, and he's got so much going for him. In actuality, he was one of my regulars at the strip club. and I had just moved out of my dorm and it's an expense of getting an apartment and trying to make ends meet and I was dancing so they didn't know I was dancing and it wasn't a lie, he was, he was, you know.

01:33:06 - 01:33:18 | Speaker 5:

Listen, you can meet at the union or you can meet at, what's the strip club in East Lansing? Okay, you can meet there. Wow. What was your stripper name?

01:33:20 - 01:33:23 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God. Come on.

01:33:27 - 01:33:27 | Speaker 5:

Huh?

01:33:28 - 01:33:29 | Speaker 3:

I can't.

01:33:30 - 01:33:31 | Speaker 5:

Why? Because people will know who you are?

01:33:32 - 01:33:36 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah. If there's a couple people on here that listen every morning, that would probably know why.

01:33:36 - 01:33:46 | Speaker 5:

Oh, geez. All right. All right. Hold on one second. You're going to Naughty Moms Night Out. We'll see you there. Tell me Friday, okay? Tell me Friday. I love the excitement

01:33:46 - 01:33:51 | Speaker 3:

The squeak I can't hear myself on the radio So I don't know how crazy I sound with a voice recognition

01:34:15 - 01:35:00 | Speaker 4:

and these are moms now yeah so um i was a teen mom i had my son when i was 17 so he's 16 now um he recently asked me about os um because that's a discussion amongst young men right now apparently um but i i was a cam girl so my mom never knew about that she i i worked from home obviously i was i was on the internet um so she would take my son and she would come home and i would just be in my pajamas and she's like where did you where did you even go like what did you like she never

01:35:00 - 01:35:35 | Speaker 2:

I think I can do one more call. Which one do you like out of the ones that are up here? Because we got a person that says that they used to do porn. We also have a sugar daddy. Well, I think we've talked to the stripper, the cam girl. Do we need to talk to the porn person or should we go to the sugar daddy person? Which one do you guys like better?

01:36:46 - 01:36:46 | Speaker 4:

Go to the porn girl.

01:36:47 - 01:36:48 | Speaker 1:

You like the porn girl better than the shirt you do?

01:36:49 - 01:36:49 | Speaker 4:

All right.

01:36:50 - 01:36:57 | Speaker 1:

We're going to wrap it up with you. Lindsay does not want to be voice disguised. Lindsay.

01:36:57 - 01:38:04 | Speaker 3:

I do not want to be voice disguised, but I'm sure people may know my voice, but I mean, it is what it is. It's already out there. So I kind of have like three secrets, but the biggest one is being in the porn industry which i had a friend out in like new york i was stripping at the time um i had a friend in new york she's like hey like i'm with my friend like we're staying at you know like this guy's like apartment in like downtown manhattan she's like book a ticket come out i said stay left i ended up flying out i think like the next day um to new york and i thought it was just gonna be like adventuring like having fun like trying out maybe like strip clubs things like that Nope, I ended up getting myself into the porn industry where I went to some, like, surrounding states to do some porn work, and I tried out some strip clubs there, and I was also a sugar baby on the side.

01:38:04 - 01:38:06 | Speaker 1:

Oh, man. How many kids do you have?

01:38:07 - 01:38:10 | Speaker 3:

I have one. She'll be five on the 30th.

01:38:10 - 01:38:15 | Speaker 1:

Who's babysitting your children on Friday if you go to Naughty Moms Night Out?

01:38:16 - 01:38:18 | Speaker 3:

She will be with her dad.

01:38:18 - 01:38:18 | Speaker 1:

Oh, okay, good.

01:38:18 - 01:38:23 | Speaker 3:

That I actually recently separated. Okay.

01:38:24 - 01:38:25 | Speaker 1:

Oh, okay. So it will be his turn?

01:38:26 - 01:38:33 | Speaker 3:

It's his turn, yeah. Okay. He was out up north all last weekend, so this is his weekend. This is your payback. So I can have some fun.

01:38:34 - 01:38:41 | Speaker 1:

Do you guys want to – first off, we're going to get your Naughty Moms Night Out tickets. Do you guys want to know? Maybe she can tell us some of the titles of the episode.

01:38:41 - 01:38:52 | Speaker 4:

So my question, though, before you get titles is, did anybody who was not aware that you were doing this watch one of your videos and then reach out to you?

01:38:54 - 01:39:23 | Speaker 3:

No, I have not had that happen. And it's always, like, a big fear of mine. The friend that I was with knows about it. She didn't want to, like, partake. and, like, getting into, like, those films, but she, like, she knows about it all, and she's, like, the only one that's, like, kept, like, the secret, but, like, nobody else knows. Okay. Like, my mom didn't know I was a dancer, like, a sugar baby, like, nothing.

01:39:24 - 01:39:28 | Speaker 1:

Do you want to say the names of yours or wait till Friday to tell us?

01:39:29 - 01:39:31 | Speaker 3:

The names of?

01:39:31 - 01:39:33 | Speaker 1:

The movies that you were in, like, you know?

01:39:33 - 01:39:41 | Speaker 3:

You know, I don't really have, like, the exact, like, titles on hand. But, I mean, my dancing name, I was called Lydia.

01:39:42 - 01:39:49 | Speaker 1:

Lydia. We laugh because we have Lydia's who answered your phone call.

01:39:49 - 01:39:50 | Speaker 3:

I know. I know.

01:39:50 - 01:39:51 | Speaker 1:

Oh, poor Lydia.

01:39:51 - 01:39:54 | Speaker 3:

Every time I hear that name, I crack up. It's just deja vu.

01:39:54 - 01:40:40 | Speaker 1:

That's too much work right now. And she, I didn't realize this at the time, asked me, did you get your drink yet? And I just went, I love you too. It was so, so embarrassed that this had just come out of me and I didn't mean for

01:42:03 - 01:42:07 | Speaker 1:

it to. Wait, it wasn't even the appropriate response. No, not even

01:42:07 - 01:42:22 | Speaker 2:

a little bit. She didn't say anything about it. I don't even know why I said it. It wasn't like a funny joke of like oh you handed me my food i love you is she asked me a question i responded with i love you too and i was so embarrassed i drove away and i didn't get my

01:42:22 - 01:42:37 | Speaker 1:

drink you know what's funny is that i do the accidental i love you's all the time to people just because of maybe i just say it too much that one's even better because it didn't require it and you were too embarrassed to actually face her afterwards honestly i don't know what's worse

01:42:37 - 01:42:46 | Speaker 2:

Telling the girl at the drive-thru I love you Or when you go buy a movie ticket And they say enjoy your movie And you say thanks you too I don't know what's worse

01:42:46 - 01:43:52 | Speaker 1:

Or when you were younger And you called your teacher mom or dad I don't know why that was so embarrassing But it was I remember calling our old boss Till way back when I said I love you to her I remember she called me up about something She had to ask me a question in the middle of the day We had this conversation for a while It was a very intense conversation because it was something that happened on the show where we offended a client. And she was like, okay, don't – she did the whole motherly thing at the end. Don't worry about it. We'll get it taken care of. And I said, thank you, Till. I appreciate it. I love you. I'll talk to you later. And I hung up the phone, and I sat there for the longest time. And if you knew Till – like, I would say I love you to Colleen because I feel like I'm, you know, Colleen's like – Our boss now. Yeah, she's kind of an I love you lady. When I said that to Till, I thought, oh, my God. She's going to think I have like the secret thing for her or something like that. My phone rings back and it's Till and she picks up the phone in the entire office. I didn't realize I was on the speaker. The entire office of sales managers and our program director and everybody were in the office at the time. And we're dying laughing when I did the I love you.

01:43:53 - 01:43:54 | Speaker 2:

So embarrassing.

01:43:55 - 01:44:02 | Speaker 1:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is the telephone number. What's going on? How you doing, Helena?

01:44:03 - 01:44:12 | Speaker 3:

Hi. So at my previous job, I was on the phone with a coworker, and I went to go hang up, and I said, okay, I love you. Bye.

01:44:14 - 01:44:16 | Speaker 1:

Uh-oh. And what did he say?

01:44:17 - 01:44:28 | Speaker 3:

It was a she. She. After I hung up the phone, I didn't give her a chance to say bye. I texted her saying, I did not mean to say I love you. I totally apologize.

01:44:28 - 01:44:32 | Speaker 1:

But isn't it kind of sweet, though, that you did? Like, isn't it kind of nice?

01:44:34 - 01:44:35 | Speaker 3:

I mean, I was a little embarrassed.

01:44:36 - 01:44:51 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, it made her day. Probably made her feel good. What are some of the responses or things that you've said? Like, Mike bringing up the school one brings back so many memories. Or even Megan with the movie one, too. Where you're just out of the blue and you just don't even realize it.

01:44:51 - 01:44:57 | Speaker 2:

Well, because it's just, like, it's involuntary at that point, right? It's your automatic response.

01:44:57 - 01:45:05 | Speaker 1:

Well, it just shows you also, too, that you're... what kind of day you're having and how busy you know and craziness yeah aubrey what's going on

01:45:05 - 01:45:20 | Speaker 5:

hi uh i am a debt collector i work for an attorney's office from home i was arguing with an attorney and before i hung up the phone i told them that i loved them oh that's so nice

01:45:20 - 01:45:40 | Speaker 1:

do you have do you ever have people that you're trying to collect debt from tell you that oh my gone. Holy cow. You got your hands full, don't you, Aubrey? Yeah, my son is in the back screaming for his breakfast. Sorry. What are we doing? What kind of breakfast are we serving? He

01:45:40 - 01:45:57 | Speaker 5:

has a hash brown. He's two and he screams for browns. Are they the McDonald's hash browns or the greatest hash browns? They are. He likes the Burger King ones, the little round one. How dare you? Those are good ones. They are. I approve.

01:45:57 - 01:46:11 | Speaker 1:

I've never done Burger King breakfast in the history of me being on this planet. Should we doordash? Wait, no. I refuse to. I refuse to. I refuse to do it. No, I'm sorry.

01:46:11 - 01:46:15 | Speaker 5:

I can't. No, when the doordasher comes, will you tell him that you love him?

01:46:17 - 01:46:19 | Speaker 1:

Honestly, I probably would. Wait, you can't have them,

01:46:19 - 01:46:21 | Speaker 6:

can you? Huh? Can you have them?

01:46:21 - 01:46:27 | Speaker 1:

I don't know if I can, but I will say this to you. I will not cheat on my McDonald's. What's going on, Sarah?

01:46:29 - 01:47:00 | Speaker 4:

Hi. So it's not necessarily when I told someone I love them, but right after we got out of the whole COVID pandemic and everything and we were able to see everybody a lot more and everything, I was telling my mom goodbye. And I literally gave her a hug, and I was like, I love you, and I gave her a kiss right on the lips. because I was so used to doing it to my husband because we never went and saw anybody. And we just looked at each other like, did that really just happen? Awkward.

01:47:01 - 01:47:02 | Speaker 3:

And then what happened?

01:47:02 - 01:47:08 | Speaker 4:

And it was like the most embarrassing thing ever. And then I just kind of laughed awkwardly. I was like, I'm so sorry, Mom. I just laughed.

01:47:08 - 01:47:09 | Speaker 1:

You don't kiss your mom on the lips?

01:47:10 - 01:47:11 | Speaker 4:

No.

01:47:12 - 01:47:14 | Speaker 6:

I don't either, but I wouldn't think anything.

01:47:15 - 01:47:21 | Speaker 4:

It wouldn't make me feel weird. Like on the deacon stuff, I'll kiss her or something like that, but I don't kiss her on the lips. No. Wow.

01:47:21 - 01:47:23 | Speaker 1:

Okay. All right.

01:47:23 - 01:47:24 | Speaker 6:

Your dad was a lip kisser, wasn't he?

01:47:24 - 01:47:26 | Speaker 1:

My dad was from Cuba.

01:47:26 - 01:47:26 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

01:47:26 - 01:48:04 | Speaker 1:

And he was always kissing on the lips. And he used to embarrass me as a kid because my friends would be over and my dad would do that. And my friends would kind of like chuckle a little bit. But now that he has passed, I would love to kiss my dad on the lips. I don't know. I kind of miss it. Do you do it with your boys? You know, first off, I can barely get them to give me a hug these days. Luke especially. Luke used to be a great hugger, and now Luke does the whole, you know, bro hug, you know? Like the half shoulder type thing. Like the one arm, pound on the back. Exactly. Or he does this. He's like a unicorn that sticks his head right into my chest.

01:48:04 - 01:48:11 | Speaker 5:

Thank you, Shannon, because that was gold, and I'm glad you caught it. I didn't hear it. What did she say? I said, what are you, a dugger? Oh, come on.

01:48:12 - 01:48:12 | Speaker 1:

That's not nice.

01:48:13 - 01:48:14 | Speaker 5:

Oh, it was so funny.

01:48:14 - 01:48:15 | Speaker 3:

I don't care.

01:48:16 - 01:48:17 | Speaker 1:

What's going on, Marie?

01:48:18 - 01:48:38 | Speaker 3:

Hi. So actually, a few weeks ago, I called my boss mom. I was in a huge rush at work, and I had something that I had to tell my mom. Well, my mom and my boss kind of look the same, so I was like, oh, mom. So then I was just talking to her, and it slipped out my mistake.

01:48:40 - 01:48:43 | Speaker 1:

How wild is that that your mom and your boss look like each other?

01:48:44 - 01:48:50 | Speaker 3:

I know, but I'm also, like, close with my bosses, too, so I'm like, eh, whatever, it's fine.

01:48:50 - 01:48:53 | Speaker 1:

Is it the haircut that makes them look like each other, or what's the story?

01:48:54 - 01:48:57 | Speaker 3:

It's just, I think it's their personality, just, like, how they talk.

01:48:58 - 01:48:58 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:48:58 - 01:49:00 | Speaker 3:

So, yeah.

01:49:00 - 01:49:02 | Speaker 1:

Very motherly. What did you do, Melissa?

01:49:04 - 01:49:32 | Speaker 2:

First off, I want to say I love you guys. Oh, we love you, too. We love you, too. Thank you. I totally understand, Megan, where you're coming from. I was in fifth grade, and because I'm, you know, Catholic, and I had to go to catechism all my life, we were in the middle of the Pledge of Allegiance, and at the end, I stood up and I finished it with amen, and the class team that was catechism goers clapped at me, but yeah, I had to sit through the rest of the class humiliated after saying amen after the Pledge of Allegiance. That's funny.

01:49:32 - 01:49:33 | Speaker 6:

Don't say amen at the end.

01:49:34 - 01:49:37 | Speaker 1:

No, not the Pledge of Allegiance. Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. I had to think about it. I had to think about it.

01:49:37 - 01:49:41 | Speaker 6:

To the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, an individual with liberty and justice for all. Amen.

01:49:41 - 01:49:44 | Speaker 1:

You say amen at the end. I agree. You say amen at the end.

01:49:44 - 01:49:45 | Speaker 6:

It's not a prayer. What are you talking about?

01:49:45 - 01:49:55 | Speaker 1:

In my whole entire life, 40 years, I've said amen at the end. I have to. You don't. Justice is for you. No. No. Justice for all. Justice is for all. You don't.

01:49:55 - 01:49:57 | Speaker 6:

I've always been taught you do. You got it.

01:49:57 - 01:49:57 | Speaker 1:

Sit down.

01:49:58 - 01:49:59 | Speaker 6:

What? She says catechism like people.

01:50:00 - 01:50:10 | Speaker 1:

I mean, I learned it in kindergarten, to be fair, and it was a religious kindergarten, St. Cyprian in Riverview. You don't say amen at the end. Honest to God, I'm learning this today. It's not a prayer.

01:50:10 - 01:50:13 | Speaker 2:

You say amen. I think you say amen. You can say whatever you want to say.

01:50:13 - 01:50:16 | Speaker 3:

Us public school kids did not say amen at the end of Pledge of Allegiance.

01:50:16 - 01:50:20 | Speaker 2:

I went to public school, and I absolutely said amen. You did? Yes.

01:50:20 - 01:50:24 | Speaker 3:

I think the most American thing to do would be like a yeehaw. A pee-pee-pee.

01:50:26 - 01:50:27 | Speaker 2:

What's up, Cam?

01:50:27 - 01:50:50 | Speaker 4:

hi yeah so i had to bail my niece out of jail and i was on the phone with the bondsman and when i hung up i was like okay yeah thanks i love you bye and i had to meet him at the jail 10 minutes later oh my goodness and he was so attractive too it was so embarrassing you know

01:50:50 - 01:50:58 | Speaker 2:

what though that's actually very nice it probably made his day think about it being a bondsman all day and having to deal with all the anger that people will have.

01:50:59 - 01:51:02 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it was a good laugh for all, but it's still embarrassing for me.

01:51:02 - 01:51:10 | Speaker 2:

That's good. Thank you for the call. Amen. Hi, Shannon. What do you got in this hour?

01:51:10 - 01:51:55 | Speaker 1:

It's Dirty on the 30. Okay, so we mentioned this last hour. I want to give you the full story. The weekend might be up for a little name change. His real name is Abel Tesfaye, if you didn't know that, and he said he is getting ready to kiss his stage name goodbye he told w magazine in an interview that he's going through a very cathartic path he's on a cathartic path right now and he said it's getting to a time and a place where i'm getting ready to close the weekend chapter i'll still make music maybe as able maybe as the weekend but i still want to kill the weekend and i will eventually i am definitely trying to shed that skin and be reborn so be on the lookout i don't think it's a good branding move on his part i

01:51:55 - 01:52:09 | Speaker 2:

agree with i mean obviously he makes great music and he's given us a lot of good songs i don't know i just don't think it's a good idea yeah the whole name change type thing i mean the only people that have been truly successful i feel like puff daddy you know p diddy diddy what in

01:52:09 - 01:52:14 | Speaker 1:

that went through it's up and downs yeah and honestly i still don't know what does he go by

01:52:14 - 01:52:28 | Speaker 2:

now did he love did he is that what it is love now is it love um but prince is another one too when prince changed his name like he was iconic when he before he was prince and then he became that symbol and that's the problem you pick a name that you can't say or they you can't talk

01:52:28 - 01:52:42 | Speaker 3:

about or people can't bring up in conversation you're also asking they're acting like we don't know jvz's name is sean or we don't know 50 cents name is curtis like or eminem's name is marshall I feel like you can learn these

01:52:42 - 01:52:48 | Speaker 2:

But everybody doesn't refer to them By that when they're saying that's my favorite song From that person

01:52:48 - 01:52:54 | Speaker 3:

Which I agree But when we talk about movie credits or brands We usually use

01:52:54 - 01:53:11 | Speaker 1:

I guess I just look at Taylor Swift He's saying he wants to Shed that skin, be reborn or whatever And just perhaps change his music I look at her, and not to be cheesy But she was still Taylor Swift Through all of the different changes And eras of her music And that's the same.

01:53:11 - 01:53:13 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, maybe you don't need to brand it with a name thing. I don't know.

01:53:14 - 01:54:18 | Speaker 1:

Britney Spears is working on an autobiography. We know this. We've been talking about this. But I just heard the book has been delayed over some concerns among the A-list stars whom Britney spills tea about in said book. The publisher, Simon & Schuster, has put the tell-all on hold after getting letters from two of Britney's famous exes. Okay? Now, I'm told Brittany is brutally honest in this book, so there are a lot of nervous celebrities. Strongly worded legal letters have been sent to the publisher who fear what she's, you know, from celebrities who fear what she's written about them. But it's two exes. That's the only detail I have about who these people are. So let's go over the list, okay? Her exes include Jason Alexander, her husband of, like, a couple of hours, Kevin Federline, Justin Timberlake, Fred Durst, Howie Day, remember him. I have PTSD over Howie Day She was also rumored to have dated Jared Leto Colin Farrell, Chris Angel But those alleged relationships were never confirmed Who are the letters from?

01:54:19 - 01:54:20 | Speaker 2:

I think it's one of the first two

01:54:20 - 01:54:28 | Speaker 1:

Justin Timberlake, for sure Right? And Kevin Federline Jason Alexander doesn't care Do you think he cares?

01:54:28 - 01:54:34 | Speaker 2:

I feel like Howie Day might be the guy Howie Day is so random What else is he doing? Just writing letters, I'm sure

01:54:34 - 01:54:59 | Speaker 1:

The book was supposed to come out this past February. It's now postponed to an unannounced date at the very end of 2023. Francia Reza is asking fans of Selena Gomez to please stop bullying her online. And now, if you're not recalling who this girl is, she was was Selena's BFF who donated one of her kidneys to her back in 2017. I don't think they.

01:55:00 - 01:55:06 | Speaker 4:

are friends anymore but she said the bullying has got to stop one fan threatened to rip out her

01:55:06 - 01:55:31 | Speaker 5:

other kidney among other things in no way shape or form does anyone condone bullying especially selena literally as a whole non-profit dedicated to mental health but the fact that now i'm being bullied as i am and it's is meant messing with me mentally to me it's not what anyone wants for someone. I would say not just with me but with anyone.

01:55:32 - 01:55:36 | Speaker 2:

Can you stop being friends with somebody that actually gave you a part of their body like that?

01:55:36 - 01:55:37 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

01:55:37 - 01:55:40 | Speaker 2:

Really? No, that's terrible. No, you cannot do that.

01:55:41 - 01:56:15 | Speaker 4:

And she even pointed out, she's like, Selena has a huge anti-bullying campaign so if you're a fan of Selena, please don't do it. You shouldn't be doing it anyway. And lastly, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has filed for divorce from former NFL star Croy Bierman. They were married for 11 years. Kim said she is filing because the marriage is, quote-unquote, irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation. And if you've been following their story over the years, lots of financial troubles, and everybody's saying that definitely is playing a big role here. Fellow housewife Bethany Frankel making some comments online.

01:56:15 - 01:57:06 | Speaker 3:

My producers told me that Kim and Croy, Kim Zolciak and Croy are getting divorced. And I've heard all the rumors about the foreclosure, and I thought to myself, marriage is hard enough bringing other people into your life and highlighting it for years on tv i did it for a short time and i paid the price they've always been people who seem like they're spending more than they have he's on a football salary she's on a housewife's salary and they're spending like the planes going down and the thing is you can't spend more than you make and it's the old housewives model to get on the show make no money spend spend logo logo car car house house bankruptcy foreclosure because you can't keep up you're writing checks you can't cash and it's

01:57:06 - 01:57:12 | Speaker 2:

gross interesting i've always wondered how these people get this much money you know and how they

01:57:12 - 01:57:24 | Speaker 4:

are able to maintain it i mean some of them you know they're they're in a partner they're celebrities Right, they come from a lot of money Or their husbands are like The Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Whatever

01:57:24 - 01:57:28 | Speaker 2:

But they live way over the top

01:57:28 - 01:57:29 | Speaker 4:

Oh, they all do

01:57:29 - 01:57:35 | Speaker 2:

And you wonder if they rent half the stuff That they have or are giving it Just to look that rich

01:57:35 - 01:57:47 | Speaker 6:

I think I'd actually appreciate and respect them more If they rented it Like live your life but still live within your means But I don't understand what it is With the real housewives and taxes Why do none of them pay their taxes?

01:57:47 - 01:57:51 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that is a thing. Seems like a thing not to do when you're on television, you know?

01:57:51 - 01:57:58 | Speaker 6:

And too many of them have gotten, I don't know, kicked out of the country, put in jail for a long time. Like, you know the consequences.

01:57:58 - 01:58:01 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. It seems to me that the IRS watches Real Housewives when you hear that story.

01:58:02 - 01:58:05 | Speaker 4:

01:58:17 - 01:59:14 | Speaker 2:

mojo on the morning show uh we're gonna do am i the a-hole if you have something that you want to bring up on am i the a-hole uh maybe you're doing something that you're kind of worried that might be kind of a a-hole-y type thing or maybe your friends have told you what you're doing is not so good and you think that what you're doing is completely right and you want to be able to get some people in your corner uh you can text us text ahole to 95500 and you can be on the the show with us uh we'll give you fair judgment on this one i think we're good about it carly is on with us it's an alias by the way voice disguised because of something that she's doing that she's worried people are going to look differently at her for doing. Carly?

01:59:15 - 01:59:16 | Speaker 1:

Hi.

01:59:16 - 01:59:19 | Speaker 2:

Hi. Carly, you're a married woman?

01:59:20 - 01:59:21 | Speaker 1:

Yes, I am.

01:59:22 - 01:59:32 | Speaker 2:

And I understand from talking to our producers that you're going through a little bit of stuff with your spouse right now?

01:59:33 - 01:59:59 | Speaker 1:

Yes. So we've been married about five years, and a little less than two years ago I caught him cheating and it was a really hard time for us but he did agree to go to therapy which has been going well things have improved and part of his you know therapy is and part of his recovery is that he has to keep a journal

02:00:00 - 02:00:35 | Speaker 3:

Well, I couldn't really help myself recently, and I ended up reading a little bit of his journal, and I saw a passage about him talking about cheating on me again since, you know, the first incident or what I assumed was the first incident that started this whole recovery journey. and I want to know if I'm the a-hole for, you know, I mean, betraying that trust and did I cross a line? Am I an a-hole for reading his journal?

02:00:35 - 02:01:03 | Speaker 2:

For reading his journal. Yeah. Wow. Okay. Well, you crossed the line. You did, but rightfully so, I feel like. I mean, I think that once you find out that you're being cheated on, it's going to be tough to gain trust back in somebody after that. And so I could see that you were probably wondering how things are going.

02:01:03 - 02:01:33 | Speaker 1:

But I think that after she read the journal, you ruined the relationship no matter what you found in it because you destroyed all trust that was left after what you had rebuilt. so does it work in your almost favor and that's a weird choice of words i understand but almost work in your favor that you found out that there was proof of cheating or admission of cheating so it kind of justified what you did yes but i think you you broke the trust first

02:01:33 - 02:01:42 | Speaker 4:

oh god that's i know okay if we take out that so so he has cheated again since he first disclosed

02:01:42 - 02:01:49 | Speaker 3:

to you that that he did yeah or he's alluding to that in the journal okay I feel like we have to

02:01:49 - 02:02:29 | Speaker 4:

take that out of it for a second because you reading the journal to me is I hate saying yes you're an a-hole because this is such a sensitive situation but I think that you know he he and going to therapy and trying to redeem himself and and work on himself you know and put in that work and this being an assignment that the therapist gave him to kind of work through some of the things that he's thinking and feeling and I'm assuming then he talks to the therapist about whatever he's writing like what goes into that journal is his like raw unprocessed thoughts right are you talking I'm sorry

02:02:29 - 02:02:30 | Speaker 2:

no I think you're going back

02:02:30 - 02:02:59 | Speaker 4:

to the voice so it's like like I feel like I talk to my therapist about stuff that I would not want anybody else to know until I have processed it with her and then I'm like ready to put it out into the open with that person okay so see I I think that you should not have read his journal I'm super upset that you found out I'm super upset at him that he you know cheated again and you found it out that way it's like there's two different

02:02:59 - 02:03:25 | Speaker 2:

discussions here I think that I think that there's self-preservation that has to go on when you find yourself put in a situation like you were put in and I think your self-preservation is to look out for yourself. Now, with that said, did you guys not go to therapy together? Because is he just doing the therapy and you're, you're not doing therapy with him? Because I'm like shocked that finding out that your husband's cheating on you doesn't require both of you guys to be in therapy

02:03:25 - 02:04:00 | Speaker 3:

together. Well, when we, you know, decided to salvage the relationship, we did start with a couples therapy okay and you know it was discussed that you know he still has un you know resolved issues that likely led to him cheating you know the first time and so it was advised that he you know be more serious and more accountable by taking on a more substantial you know solo therapy you know recovery journey so you know sometimes we we schedule for for me to you know to do a couple's

02:04:00 - 02:04:13 | Speaker 2:

appointment but essentially this is his this is him so where does he he doesn't hide his his journal i mean i'm going to say this yeah did you go searching for it no it was it was left out and

02:04:13 - 02:04:29 | Speaker 3:

it has been left out and i feel like there is something like i'm i'm sensing almost like a change that has not been addressed you know because i feel like he would come back from his therapy appointments and um and and you know talk to me more openly about what he discussed because he

02:04:29 - 02:04:45 | Speaker 4:

was able to process it though and that's my point like you you opening up that journal is like you having a spy camera in his therapy sessions it's wrong but here's it's really really wrong because he hasn't been able to work through it yet and that's why he's putting his

02:04:45 - 02:04:53 | Speaker 2:

raw thoughts there Shannon if he's leaving it out you don't and he's writing in there that he's cheating still on his wife you don't think that he wants to be caught

02:04:53 - 02:04:57 | Speaker 4:

I don't know I'm just I mean I'm kind of breaking it down to like the very bare basic like

02:04:57 - 02:04:59 | Speaker 2:

hold on we're gonna we're going to grab

02:05:00 - 02:05:16 | Speaker 6:

couple calls we'll see what people say about this because it sounds to me like you say a-hole Megan says a-hole Mike are you a-hole uh yeah yeah no no I think she has the right to know and I think also the same thing I think that she has the right to know on this one Aisha

02:05:16 - 02:06:08 | Speaker 1:

yeah um I feel like she's definitely the a-hole and I mean she kind of knows that too you're disguising your voice but my thing is also like you know that was his place to be able to be open and honest and the fact that he's already going to therapy for the cheating that's showing that he's making steps to try to change his actions and my thing is change doesn't happen overnight and that's for anything that anybody ever does in this world so i think it's not like he come to you and be like hey you know i'm thinking about cheating again that wouldn't go over right but you're so um thinking about yourself and your own selfish aspects you need to be worried about why you haven't worked on your trust as well to trust this process too so it sucks that you did find out a certain way but from this point moving forward if you don't leave i mean what what was the point of going to therapy what's the point of any of it honestly so she doesn't check it if she doesn't

02:06:08 - 02:06:13 | Speaker 7:

check it then the cheating just continues right and then it's not any better than it was before

02:06:13 - 02:06:19 | Speaker 3:

but then the blame's on him not her but right now i think the blame's on both but wouldn't you want

02:06:19 - 02:06:24 | Speaker 1:

to know is he actively cheating is he actively cheating or he was talking about possibly doing

02:06:24 - 02:06:42 | Speaker 6:

it again because that's the i'm confused let me ask that question so is he still actively uh cheating did he say in the the journal hello uh oh i picked up the wrong line no no no no that that was a wrong line there carly

02:06:42 - 02:07:01 | Speaker 2:

oh yeah yes um i mean i i didn't continue to read you know the journal to see if it was an ongoing thing i just saw a passage of a clear incidence of adultery that he has committed that he's partaken in since you know the initial thing that put him into therapy okay i didn't keep

02:07:01 - 02:07:11 | Speaker 6:

reading to see if it was an ongoing thing wow you you you had control to not keep reading it i would have read cover to cover that would have been the only book i've ever read in my life but also if

02:07:11 - 02:07:22 | Speaker 3:

you don't read it from cover to cover how do you know the context of it i mean that's like what if he was talking about the situation way back when what if it was a dream what if it was a a aspiration

02:07:22 - 02:07:53 | Speaker 2:

what if like i i this is weird he definitely was talking about being another uh with another woman in the current you know talking about it in present tense you know uh and the date entry was long past when he started therapy so and this is not something that he's brought up i don't know if this is what that change and his openness and talking to me about his recovery has been, you know, cause he's kind of, it's just keeping more stuff to himself nowadays. It's kind of,

02:07:53 - 02:08:09 | Speaker 6:

I don't know if he's regressing or what, but let me grab a person that says you're not an a-hole. Cause I want to hear their reasoning behind this. Cause I feel like, you know, thinking that you're not an a-hole, I'm wondering if I'm just sympathetic to the fact that I feel bad that you got I cheated on him before. Daisy, why?

02:08:11 - 02:08:12 | Speaker 4:

Because he cheated first.

02:08:13 - 02:08:18 | Speaker 6:

So he's the one that caused for the fact that you can lie?

02:08:18 - 02:08:34 | Speaker 4:

Just like, yeah, just like if it was to be a girl thinking her boyfriend's cheating and she went through his phone, a journal's the same thing. You could have text messages. You could have all your emails. Any thoughts you could put in your phone to other people, just a journal. See, I disagree.

02:08:35 - 02:08:47 | Speaker 3:

I wouldn't put those on the same playing field. I wouldn't say a journal is the same thing as a phone Because my answer with the phone is You have every right to snoop through that phone The journal is him working through this With a therapist privately

02:08:47 - 02:08:52 | Speaker 6:

But what if you went through his phone And that's where he put his notes And you happened upon it

02:08:52 - 02:08:53 | Speaker 3:

Well god darn it

02:08:53 - 02:08:56 | Speaker 6:

Sandra what do you think?

02:08:57 - 02:09:12 | Speaker 5:

I think that if he is To cheat at first And then to continue to say That you're going through therapy To work on yourself but then you're continuing to cheat while you're in therapy. You're not really getting help if you're continuing to lie. That's what I'm thinking.

02:09:13 - 02:09:19 | Speaker 6:

The first caller that I picked up that was like, he's working on himself. Listen, if you're still cheating, you're not working on yourself.

02:09:19 - 02:09:20 | Speaker 3:

Absolutely.

02:09:20 - 02:09:22 | Speaker 6:

You are not. No, no, no, no.

02:09:22 - 02:09:23 | Speaker 3:

No, I'm agreeing with you.

02:09:23 - 02:09:25 | Speaker 6:

Oh, okay, okay. Thank you.

02:09:25 - 02:09:28 | Speaker 3:

Literally nodding and going absolutely, and you go, no, Megan, no.

02:09:28 - 02:09:32 | Speaker 6:

Oh, I thought you were saying absolutely you're working on yourself. That's what I was thinking you were saying.

02:09:32 - 02:09:48 | Speaker 3:

No, no, no, no. But that's what I'm saying. There's like two different stories here. Like, it's two different layers to the story. Shannon, don't you think they're both in the wrong? I feel like people are hearing me say... A hundred percent. People are hearing me say she's in the wrong and going, but he's cheating. No, no, no. They're both in the wrong. Yes.

02:09:48 - 02:09:48 | Speaker 6:

Lisa?

02:09:50 - 02:09:50 | Speaker 5:

Hey.

02:09:51 - 02:09:51 | Speaker 6:

Am I the a-hole?

02:09:51 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 5:

I think this is the wrong episode. No, you know, I think it's the wrong episode. I think this should be make-up or break-up, and this is just break-up. There's no trust on either side.

02:10:00 - 02:10:06 | Speaker 2:

Or maybe it's War of the Roses. Or what do you think about that? It could be. Lisa, maybe it's War of the Roses. Maybe that's what.

02:10:06 - 02:10:10 | Speaker 1:

It could be. Honestly, I. There's just no trust on either side.

02:10:10 - 02:10:21 | Speaker 2:

I think that that's the case. I mean, I really do think. You want to fully see if this guy's right with you? Therapy aside, let's see what he's all about with War of the Roses. Christina, thoughts on this?

02:10:22 - 02:10:39 | Speaker 1:

Yes, there was already trust issues there. You don't leave something as sacred as a journal where you put your deepest, darkest secrets. You don't leave it out in the open and then not expect your wife, who already has trust issues, to not read it.

02:10:39 - 02:10:47 | Speaker 2:

Exactly. That's honestly the thought that I had. He wants to be caught. Liz, am I the a-hole? Do you believe that Carly's an a-hole?

02:10:48 - 02:11:26 | Speaker 1:

I think Shannon's the a-hole. No, I'm just kidding. Me? What the heck did I do? I like the curveball, though. Wait, I just jumped out of my seat. Why am I the a-hole? Because you're saying that only she sucks, and I think the answer is yes. You didn't hear what Megan and I just said. Dickhead. A-hole. Liz. Sorry, sorry. Everybody sucks here is what I mean to say, because he sucks because he broke the trust first by cheating on her. Yes. She sucks because she went and snooped on his journal. Liz. And then, you know. That's what I just said. I know, I know, I know. Get her, Liz. Get her. I was just giving you a hard time. I was just giving you a hard time.

02:11:26 - 02:12:02 | Speaker 2:

We're all jumpy. I jumped at Megan. You're jumping at Shannon. I'm sorry. We're very jumpy on this one. This one makes me feel really uncomfortable only because it scares me to see that this guy is allegedly getting therapeutic help, but yet he's still doing what he's getting therapeutic help for. And I understand that that happens a lot You know, in relationships Where you gotta work things through And it takes sometimes your ugliness To come out in therapy To eventually get better But the fact that he's still out there cheating And he's doing that to this wife I don't know

02:12:02 - 02:12:25 | Speaker 1:

Two little curveballs First of all, if he's possibly Exposing her to an SPD You know, sometimes people Unfortunately do that But also, what if it's a trap? Like, what if he You know, I'm just putting it out there like he decided to say he's cheating to see if she's snooping.

02:12:26 - 02:12:28 | Speaker 2:

Let's ask that question, Carly. What if he's trapping you?

02:12:30 - 02:12:43 | Speaker 3:

I mean, I have no idea. I don't even know. I can't imagine that he would. But also I couldn't imagine that he would, you know, say that he's doing all this work and what seems like he really is putting in the work.

02:12:43 - 02:12:47 | Speaker 2:

Is he smart enough to come up with a plan like this?

02:12:49 - 02:13:31 | Speaker 3:

I mean, he's smart. I don't know if, you know, I would think it would have to be a major motivation behind it. And either that's because, you know, he thinks that I can't be trusted or maybe he's talking about, you know, something that I did that caused him to cheat the first time. All I know is that I'm in the dark and I did not anticipate finding out like this. I'm not usually, I've never even gone through his phone ever, and we've been married for five years, you know, this is, everything is out of character, I'm not saying that it's not a possibility that he's trying to trap me in something, but, I mean, that's another reason why I'm calling you, is I can't go to his doctor and say, hey, I read his journal, this is happening, you know, this is happening, you know, and they can't disclose anything.

02:13:32 - 02:13:39 | Speaker 2:

I have to wrap this up right now, but I want to wrap it up with this, would you think about doing War of the Roses with us?

02:13:41 - 02:13:45 | Speaker 3:

I mean, if it will get to the bottom of it, yeah, I will.

02:13:46 - 02:14:07 | Speaker 2:

I mean, everything aside, would you think about unvoiced disguising yourself and calling him up to see where he'd send a dozen free roses and we go from there? Think about it. Talk to us, you know, when you're not on the air and you feel like 100%. And then maybe we come back and try that in like the next couple of days, okay?

02:14:09 - 02:14:12 | Speaker 3:

Okay. And I'd have to not, I wouldn't have my voice disguised for that.

02:14:12 - 02:15:00 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, you'd have to have your voice on disguise because he would have to be able to know who the heck it was that was calling him. So you got to think about that and we'll give you an opportunity to talk with our producers off the air about it. Man, oh man, do we have a busy show today because Six on Sex is also coming up this morning. And a mom here in a couple of minutes is going to find out her son's deepest, darkest secrets like days before Mother's Day. uh she by the way is a character holy god she is like uh she's an interesting one so you'll hear that coming up i'm looking back through text messages to see what kind of text we got about 40 minutes ago when i said that we're uh doing this only fans challenge uh we've had so far this morning since we announced that we're going to be doing a mojo in the morning in

02:15:00 - 02:15:55 | Speaker 1:

impromptu petting zoo so we'll give you a chance to win money only fans only fans of the mojo in the morning show and you could become a misfit of the show if you bring the most exotic or the craziest looking animal to our only uh fans petting zoo that we're doing friday morning look at some of these textures first off earlier this morning every single animal that we had was crazy uh llamas alpacas uh alligators uh god there's look at texters here now that are saying this stingray oh yeah i forgot about the stingray the person's actually going to bring a stingray um here's one right here i have what is a russian tortoise is that just uh does it is it's a tortoise is that what it is so i have an otter i have an otter Otter's a great one. An otter's a good one.

02:15:55 - 02:16:04 | Speaker 4:

I said highland cow, and somebody just reached out to me and said that she has a highland cow named Carlita, and I really am trying to ... I know. I just did.

02:16:05 - 02:16:12 | Speaker 1:

What do we got here? Sarah on line number 11. Sarah, what is it that you have for an animal, an exotic animal?

02:16:13 - 02:16:20 | Speaker 7:

Hi there. So, we have a pet hedgehog. His name is Prickles Malone. Prickles Malone.

02:16:20 - 02:16:25 | Speaker 4:

Oh, that's funny. So, my girlfriend has one. Does yours smell real bad? They stink.

02:16:26 - 02:16:40 | Speaker 7:

Well, a little bit. I mean, you have to keep on top of keeping his cage clean and his wheel clean every day. They're so cute, though. They are super cute, and he's, you know, prickly, but he's cute. He's got some personality.

02:16:41 - 02:16:50 | Speaker 1:

Wow. And did this come by accident? Like, did your kids all of a sudden, like, talk you into this? Because I don't think sane mothers all of a sudden just go out and get hedgehogs.

02:16:50 - 02:16:51 | Speaker 7:

This mother did.

02:16:51 - 02:16:52 | Speaker 1:

You did?

02:16:53 - 02:17:14 | Speaker 7:

Yeah. So my son is allergic to cats and, you know, this, that, and the other thing. And my husband wanted an exotic pet, and we went through the list. And it's sad to say, but we tried to find something that didn't live so long because they only lived until about five to seven years. Oh, see, that's my kind of pet. I hate to say it. He'll be stuck with him when he goes to college, you know?

02:17:15 - 02:17:25 | Speaker 1:

It's all about time management. Well, no, here's honestly the thing. Once you get past five years, then it becomes heartbreaking when they die. Pre-five years, you're like, eh, okay.

02:17:25 - 02:17:40 | Speaker 7:

No. I know. So far, it's been four, and he's really kind of cool. My son kind of gave up on it and kind of lost interest. He's 14 now, my son is. And so now the hedgehog has become pretty much mine, which I don't mind.

02:17:40 - 02:17:45 | Speaker 2:

That thing's going to live to, like, 30 now. You know that, right? Because you're planning on it dying after five years, and it's going to live forever.

02:17:46 - 02:17:54 | Speaker 7:

For real, for real. Yeah, but, hey, once we get an animal, we tend to keep it until, you know, until it passes. So, we're committed.

02:17:54 - 02:18:03 | Speaker 1:

All right, you're into this contest. Hold on one second, okay? Some people have, oh, here we go. Nadia, you have pet tarantulas. Is that right?

02:18:03 - 02:18:17 | Speaker 5:

No. I do. I have about seven or eight of them right now. I own a business called Bugs on Wheels, and I bring tarantulas, scorpions, the world's largest millipede, to people's houses for birthday parties and schools.

02:18:17 - 02:18:36 | Speaker 3:

it's become like my full-time job i love it nadia you reached out to me on instagram i did it was about a year ago yes talking about your son's cicada shells that he collected yes i remember yeah you should bring in the tarantulas i would love to do that you guys can hold them and

02:18:36 - 02:18:52 | Speaker 5:

face your fears or actually i've got some people who are really afraid of them and i love being able to introduce them to them and i hear them say wow i used to hate these things but they're actually kind of cute and fluffy and i'm not so scared anymore so i love that wow all right people

02:18:52 - 02:19:03 | Speaker 1:

that don't have a phobia how about this one marisha yes hi what is it that you have as a pet

02:19:03 - 02:19:10 | Speaker 7:

a skunk all right that's amazing wait did you did you remove the glands and their booty

02:19:11 - 02:19:16 | Speaker 6:

No. Got it as a little baby and still has a skunk. Wait.

02:19:16 - 02:19:18 | Speaker 4:

How did you come about to get a skunk?

02:19:20 - 02:19:26 | Speaker 6:

Found it. I just wanted to make sure that it, you know, didn't live. I love animals. Oh, okay. This lady. I love her.

02:19:26 - 02:19:32 | Speaker 1:

So wait, are you also the lady that's going to keep us from getting sprayed by this skunk?

02:19:33 - 02:19:38 | Speaker 6:

It's very friendly. I have a dog and the dog loves the skunk. So it's not.

02:19:38 - 02:19:41 | Speaker 1:

Yes, but you don't know us. Who knows?

02:19:41 - 02:19:50 | Speaker 4:

Do you take it to the vet and stuff? Marisha, do you take it to the vet for appointments and stuff? Or how do you care for it? No, I have not.

02:19:50 - 02:19:51 | Unknown:

Okay.

02:19:51 - 02:19:55 | Speaker 2:

Are they cuddly? So a wild skunk. You want to bring a wild skunk?

02:19:55 - 02:19:56 | Speaker 6:

It's a big, fat skunk.

02:19:57 - 02:19:58 | Speaker 2:

All right, well, listen.

02:19:59 - 02:20:00 | Speaker 1:

02:21:37 - 02:21:40 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Mason. Megan, Mike, Shannon.

02:21:40 - 02:21:44 | Speaker 3:

Hey, guys. Hey, hey. My chest is like beating on my chest right now.

02:21:44 - 02:21:50 | Speaker 4:

Wait, is that your dog?

02:21:51 - 02:21:54 | Speaker 3:

No, that's my neighbor's dog.

02:21:54 - 02:21:57 | Speaker 2:

Wait, you're outside? You're going to do this outside when your neighbors are out?

02:21:59 - 02:22:08 | Speaker 3:

Mason, you're crazy. I need an air. Her reaction is going to blow me, so I need an air.

02:22:08 - 02:22:14 | Speaker 2:

All right, Mason's mom's on with us. Her name is Leah. Leah, it's Mojo in the morning. Are you okay with being on the radio with us?

02:22:14 - 02:22:16 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God, yes.

02:22:17 - 02:22:21 | Speaker 2:

Leah, your son Mason is on the phone. Say hello to him.

02:22:22 - 02:22:23 | Speaker 4:

Hello, Mason.

02:22:24 - 02:22:25 | Speaker 2:

Hey, Mom.

02:22:26 - 02:22:28 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God, what's going on?

02:22:28 - 02:22:39 | Speaker 5:

Oh, no. Mom, do you listen to the Mojo in the Morning show? Yeah, I do. Okay, is there one contest that you would not want to be on, never in a million years? No.

02:22:40 - 02:22:46 | Speaker 2:

Okay. I want it out. Every one of them. They're all good. I agree. Fair. Mason, tell your mom the name of the contest that you're going to be on.

02:22:48 - 02:22:50 | Speaker 3:

It's called Six Orange Sakes.

02:22:51 - 02:23:01 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. Oh, God. Okay, okay, okay. I'm sorry. Okay, okay. Ooh, I really got to take my blood pressure now. Okay.

02:23:02 - 02:23:25 | Speaker 2:

He's doing this for a pair of tickets. We are going to ask him questions. If at any point you don't like the questions or what the potential answer could be, Hang up the phone, but he loses the prize, all right? Okay. Mason, question number one in Six on Sex. How old were you when you lost your virginity?

02:23:28 - 02:23:30 | Speaker 3:

15. Be very careful.

02:23:32 - 02:23:34 | Speaker 5:

Oh, he answered. Did you hear his answer?

02:23:36 - 02:23:37 | Speaker 2:

Mom, did you know that?

02:23:38 - 02:23:42 | Speaker 4:

No, I did not know that. I said be careful before he answered.

02:23:42 - 02:23:44 | Speaker 3:

That's going to give me a semblance.

02:23:45 - 02:23:53 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah. You never told him to get a whooping. Oh, no. Come on with it. I'm serious now. I'm liking this. Question number two.

02:23:54 - 02:24:02 | Speaker 2:

Question number two in Six on Sex. Mason, have you ever had sex in your mom's house?

02:24:04 - 02:24:07 | Speaker 3:

**** is **** up. Yeah, I have.

02:24:08 - 02:24:13 | Speaker 2:

Boy? Oh, Lord. Where have you had sex?

02:24:16 - 02:24:20 | Speaker 3:

My room, in the garage, and in the backyard.

02:24:20 - 02:24:21 | Speaker 4:

Oh, where's my belt? Where's my damn belt?

02:24:24 - 02:24:26 | Speaker 2:

Guess who's going to church on Sunday with Mom?

02:24:28 - 02:24:30 | Speaker 4:

We can meet the pastor there.

02:24:31 - 02:24:39 | Speaker 2:

Question number three in Six on Sex. We're going to get a little crazier. Have you ever had sex in a public place?

02:24:42 - 02:24:43 | Speaker 3:

Yes. Where?

02:24:43 - 02:24:45 | Speaker 4:

Oh, Lord, I'm grabbing my chest, Jesus.

02:24:47 - 02:24:55 | Speaker 3:

You're nasty. I've done it in a hospital, in a church van, and in a park.

02:24:55 - 02:24:59 | Speaker 2:

Whoa. Oh, my gosh. Wait, you had sex in a hospital?

02:25:00 - 02:25:00 | Speaker 1:

What hospital?

02:25:02 - 02:25:06 | Speaker 2:

Sir, you're talking about that hospital. Tell me about the church damn van.

02:25:07 - 02:25:15 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I'm sorry. Yes. Your mom brings up a very good point. And yes, thank you for calling me, sir. Talk about, what about the church van?

02:25:16 - 02:25:20 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, my dad used to own the church van. Oh, okay.

02:25:20 - 02:25:28 | Speaker 1:

Okay. I'm telling. Question. By the way, you doing okay there, mom? We've got Mason on with us right now. We got mom.

02:25:28 - 02:25:29 | Speaker 2:

Yes, I'm okay.

02:25:30 - 02:25:35 | Speaker 3:

Oh, Lord. I'm fanning myself, but I'm okay. Come on. Okay, deep breaths.

02:25:35 - 02:25:42 | Speaker 1:

Question number four in Six on Sex. Mason, how many people have you had sex with?

02:25:43 - 02:25:47 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. How many? Yes. According to my whole life?

02:25:47 - 02:25:55 | Speaker 1:

Yes. You're 27 years old. How many have you had sex with? If you have to guesstimate, that means you've had it with a lot. Go ahead.

02:25:55 - 02:26:02 | Speaker 2:

if i can recall the top of my head i want to say 20

02:26:02 - 02:26:09 | Speaker 3:

okay and how many of those were in the church van

02:26:09 - 02:26:25 | Speaker 1:

one question number five and six on sex mom we always end up getting moms on this one And Mason, have you ever had a threesome?

02:26:27 - 02:26:48 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my Lord. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, yeah. Come on. Come on. Come on with it. Yes, I have. You're nasty. Oh, my God. It's not really a threesome. I mean, two guys and one girl. That's three people.

02:26:48 - 02:27:01 | Speaker 1:

What is that called? Two guys and one girl is still a threesome, Mason. What do you call it? Let's call it. Okay.

02:27:03 - 02:27:06 | Speaker 2:

Oh, Lord. I'm here, dude. I'm here.

02:27:09 - 02:27:13 | Speaker 1:

And question number six in six, nine, sex. Are you ready for the last question?

02:27:15 - 02:27:16 | Speaker 2:

No. Yes, I'm here.

02:27:16 - 02:27:25 | Speaker 1:

Mason, what is the kinkiest thing that you've ever done in the bedroom?

02:27:26 - 02:27:39 | Speaker 2:

F*** the f***. Oh, yeah. I'm scratching my head. My girlfriend, she likes to role-play pornos.

02:27:39 - 02:27:42 | Speaker 1:

She likes to role-play pornos.

02:27:43 - 02:27:46 | Speaker 2:

Yes, like to reenact.

02:27:46 - 02:27:52 | Speaker 1:

And what is your favorite theme that you guys go with?

02:27:55 - 02:28:15 | Speaker 2:

Well, she likes to play like a chef. And I'm the one who, like, you know, I'm trying to see how to explain it. She's a chef and she comes in and asks if I'm hungry, I drop the meat, and then, you know, go from there.

02:28:16 - 02:28:21 | Speaker 1:

Are you using real props, like real meat?

02:28:24 - 02:28:32 | Speaker 2:

No, that would be from me. We don't use it. Oh! No, I don't use that.

02:28:33 - 02:28:38 | Speaker 1:

Our mom's going to have a heart attack. That has been Six on Sex.

02:28:41 - 02:28:51 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God, this was awesome. Awesome. What? Yes, it's awesome because I'm going to kick your ass.

02:28:53 - 02:28:55 | Speaker 1:

Six on...

02:28:55 - 02:29:03 | Speaker 2:

Six, six. Mojo in the Morning's Six on Sex. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

02:29:03 - 02:29:08 | Speaker 1:

Get you caught up on what's trending right now in the Dirty on the 30. Shannon, hello.

02:29:09 - 02:29:17 | Speaker 3:

Hello. Well, King Charles actually did a little toast for his grandson, Archie, as he wished him a very happy fourth birthday. Aw.

02:29:17 - 02:29:21 | Speaker 1:

Quote, unquote. See? What a nice grandpa. Wherever he was.

02:29:21 - 02:29:29 | Speaker 3:

That's what he said during a family gathering of the weekend. Petty. You are a grown-ass man. Stop being petty. How is that petty?

02:29:29 - 02:29:31 | Speaker 1:

He cares about his grandchild.

02:29:31 - 02:30:00 | Speaker 3:

No, it was a cheers to him wherever he may be. Wherever he may be. He's a petty little man. Are you kidding me? So Prince William kicks off this buffet style, I don't know if it was lunch or dinner, congratulating his dad on the very historic day. This was Saturday. Well, soon after that, Charles stood to address the crowd, thanked them for making the day so successful, and then paid tribute to the birthday boy as well as, quote unquote, those that were not there at Buckingham Palace. So, oh my God.

02:30:00 - 02:30:03 | Speaker 4:

So I can imagine who is leaking this story.

02:30:05 - 02:30:07 | Speaker 5:

Does it rhyme with Camilla?

02:30:07 - 02:30:08 | Unknown:

Right.

02:30:08 - 02:30:48 | Speaker 4:

Side note, while we're talking about the coronation, members of the royal family are still raising an eyebrow as to why Prince Harry even bothered showing up in the first place because he was in and out, spent less than 28 hours in the U.K., got there Friday afternoon via a commercial flight, and as soon as his dad's coronation was over, as soon as he walked out of Westminster Abbey, went right into a car back to London Heathrow Airport and home to California to celebrate his son's birthday. And people are saying he did not see or speak to his estranged family outside of the ceremony, despite popping around Buckingham Palace for a bit during his trip. Do you see what

02:30:48 - 02:31:09 | Speaker 2:

I bought Megan for her birthday, which is not until July? I did not. I got her this mug that The listener turned me on to, it says, to all the side chicks, and then it's Charles and Camilla, and it says, there's always hope. So, I got you that, Megan, so that you can have that. I know that you're a big fan of the Royals, especially Camilla.

02:31:09 - 02:31:10 | Speaker 4:

I hate the Royals.

02:31:11 - 02:31:14 | Speaker 2:

Every time you have a drink of coffee in the morning, you can enjoy that.

02:31:14 - 02:31:23 | Speaker 4:

At Sheeran, hanging out on Good Morning America with Robin Roberts a little bit earlier this morning to talk about that copyright trial that he won last week.

02:31:23 - 02:31:27 | Speaker 6:

What do you think that that stood out to the jury that helped them rule in your favor?

02:31:28 - 02:31:39 | Speaker 3:

101 songs with the same chord sequence, and that was just like scratching the surface So I think it was basically that was yeah It was very quick to see that and be like oh, yeah, it's not original

02:31:39 - 02:31:49 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, we did we did a piece yet last week explaining that about the basic chords that are used throughout I got to ask you this whose idea was it to bring your guitar there on stand?

02:31:50 - 02:32:02 | Speaker 3:

It was something like I've been wanting to do it for ages since it came out. But you have to like do due diligence in court. So I just waited and knew that I would have my day to explain it and didn't rush anything.

02:32:03 - 02:32:14 | Speaker 2:

That was the smartest movie you could ever have done. That was like the O.J. Simpson trial when they pulled the glove out and tried to get him to put it on. And if it didn't fit, they must have quit. That was that moment.

02:32:14 - 02:33:24 | Speaker 4:

Real quick, Lizzo hopped on social media yesterday to let fans know that she's battling a real nasty case of strep throat. Last week, she had left a video for fans talking about how she was having flu-like symptoms, but she tested for COVID. That was negative, but she did test positive for strep. So she reiterated that all of the shows she has canceled because of this will be made up to her fans. Buffalo Bills safety DeMar Hamlin going to use the $10 million raised through his online fundraising campaigns to fund his own nonprofit. It's called the Chasing Ems Foundation. That decision kicks off DeMar's plan for all of the support that he received after his heart stopped following that tackle during a Monday night football game back in January. So far, people have given more than $9 million to a GoFundMe campaign and nearly a million to a second online fundraiser set up by the Giving Back Fund, a nonprofit that helps athletes and celebrities manage their charitable giving. And lastly, Chris Pratt says he has been criticized heavily for being bold about his faith in the spotlight. The haters are on him about sharing his love for Jesus publicly all the time, and he says it's not going to stop him.

02:33:24 - 02:33:38 | Speaker 1:

It's the way it is. It ain't nothing new. 2,000 years ago, they hated him, too. Oh, just how you deal with anything, just like a rhino. You know, you stick your head down, you keep driving forward, you have thick skin, and if anyone gets in your way, you stick the horn right up their ass.

02:33:38 - 02:34:01 | Speaker 5:

I also think it's very interesting that there are lots of people who are open about their faith, including one of our favorites, Dolly Parton, who doesn't get backlash. So maybe it's something else, Chris Pratt. Maybe it's you. You hate him. I don't like him. I really don't like him. But to the point, though, it's not about his faith. It's him But he's saying People don't like my faith No Chris People don't like you

02:34:01 - 02:34:04 | Speaker 1:

02:35:27 - 02:35:37 | Speaker 3:

you found i found a second phone that he claims was a work phone and you never knew about this

02:35:37 - 02:35:42 | Speaker 4:

i never knew about it that's news to me he claims that he's had this thing for a while

02:35:42 - 02:36:08 | Speaker 3:

and i decided to be a little bit nosy as i have the right to be as his wife and i went through the phone and there's only one phone number on it oh wow and texts or just calls um yeah there's text too it seems but if you try to open them up there's nothing there so like they've been deleted yeah i'm assuming they've been deleted and i really don't i mean i want to know what they say

02:36:08 - 02:36:33 | Speaker 4:

but i don't well you're gonna figure out what they say when we do a three-way call that's what you wanted to do is a three-way war of the roses yeah a three-way call not a three-way just to be clear well that of course um we're gonna call him and we're gonna call this number and we'll just see who answers the phone mute your phone okay

02:36:33 - 02:37:05 | Speaker 2:

02:38:05 - 02:38:09 | Speaker 2:

so I can't do it tonight, but I can give you a call while I'm at work.

02:38:11 - 02:38:12 | Speaker 3:

Like, this afternoon?

02:38:14 - 02:38:23 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. What are you doing? You free in, like, an hour or so?

02:38:25 - 02:38:31 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I can do that. You just call me, but make sure you call from your phone so that way I know it's you.

02:38:32 - 02:38:48 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Before you hang up the phone, I want to interrupt this conversation between you guys. Dalton, while you've been having a conversation with this woman on the phone, it got us wondering, who is she?

02:38:55 - 02:38:56 | Speaker 2:

Who is this?

02:38:58 - 02:39:12 | Speaker 4:

Dalton, this is the Mojo in the Morning show. And while you've been talking to this woman on the phone, your wife has been listening in and just heard you guys having a conversation with each other.

02:39:13 - 02:39:18 | Speaker 2:

Is this for real? Pretty real.

02:39:18 - 02:39:31 | Speaker 4:

Carissa, what do you want to say?

02:39:33 - 02:39:34 | Speaker 3:

I don't know if I can say it on the air.

02:39:39 - 02:39:40 | Speaker 4:

Carissa, say it. You can say it.

02:39:43 - 02:39:45 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I don't even want to dignify it.

02:39:48 - 02:39:58 | Speaker 4:

do you recognize this woman at all no who is this person who are you that's on the phone with us

02:40:00 - 02:40:06 | Speaker 1:

Who is that person that you were talking to?

02:40:08 - 02:40:10 | Speaker 4:

It's a work thing.

02:40:11 - 02:40:16 | Speaker 1:

So it's an actual work thing, or it's somebody from work that you're having a thing with?

02:40:20 - 02:40:22 | Speaker 4:

It's an actual work thing.

02:40:23 - 02:40:26 | Speaker 3:

But you're only allowed to use a certain phone to contact her.

02:40:28 - 02:40:29 | Speaker 4:

Well, it's a work phone.

02:40:30 - 02:40:34 | Speaker 3:

so that's what i'm using it for is she the only person you contact with that work phone

02:40:36 - 02:40:42 | Speaker 4:

because it looks that way well she's on her work phone too i mean

02:40:48 - 02:40:49 | Speaker 3:

what was the laugh for

02:40:54 - 02:41:02 | Speaker 4:

i mean it's my work phone and she's got a work phone other people use it too so like I don't see what the big deal is here.

02:41:04 - 02:41:10 | Speaker 1:

So you're saying that you guys are doing business together and there's nothing more than that?

02:41:13 - 02:41:17 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, and so that's what I'm calling about.

02:41:19 - 02:41:29 | Speaker 1:

Carissa, has this ever been something that he's had to do, like where he's had to do business at work and he doesn't do business while he's at home?

02:41:30 - 02:41:38 | Speaker 2:

Not to my knowledge. It just all seems very strange to me. Kind of sounded like they had something else going on.

02:41:41 - 02:41:47 | Speaker 1:

How long have you had this secret phone before you said anything to him? How long did you know about it?

02:41:49 - 02:41:50 | Speaker 2:

It's been a couple months.

02:41:51 - 02:41:56 | Speaker 1:

So why did you not tell your wife about a work phone that you have? Why would you keep that quiet?

02:41:56 - 02:42:10 | Speaker 4:

I mean, I don't tell her everything I'm working on at work and everything that's going on. It was just a new thing. And so I don't know. I didn't think it was that big of a deal.

02:42:11 - 02:42:24 | Speaker 3:

But you understand how that would look if your wife finds this phone that she knows nothing about and there's only one number in there that there are calls placed to and from. Put yourself in her shoes for a second. That looks super, super shady.

02:42:24 - 02:42:37 | Speaker 4:

yeah sure uh i guess like putting myself in those shoes like i can see how that would be but like really this is something that we should talk about probably in person okay why don't we

02:42:37 - 02:42:50 | Speaker 1:

do this why don't we let you guys talk where we're not listening and uh we'll get off this line so hang on one second i don't even know Ha ha, bust it again

02:42:50 - 02:43:04 | Speaker 4:

We'll come back with an update on that War of the Roses in a second

02:43:04 - 02:45:09 | Speaker 1:

And who is your significant other most likely to cheat with? We'll tell you, according to War of the Roses statistics I know that's a hard word for me to say. Next. This is the home of the War of the Roses. Mojo in the morning. With War of the Roses here on this show, I'm catching cheaters. I always find it really interesting to go back and look at past War of the Roses that we've had and just see kind of how these people ended up together and we've done this in the past where we kind of went through war of the roses and found out that majority of the people that are cheating are usually cheating with somebody from their work there is a study that was just recently done and it was a study about statistically this is who your person that you're in a relationship with will probably have an affair with. Okay, so statistically, who would be the person that they would have an affair with? And I actually was way off on some of these. I was actually kind of shocked by these. And actually, one of them was almost kind of disgustingly crazy of where they would cheat or who they would meet with. Coworkers is the most popular, okay? Okay, 36% of affairs have a coworker as a mistress or the other man or other woman. More likely, you cheat when you are with a coworker that you do travel with. So if they do business travel, they're more likely to actually cheat in that situation. Also, the further the distance that you work from your home, the more likelihood that you have that you could cheat.

02:45:09 - 02:45:13 | Speaker 2:

Is that just because you may be staying at a hotel or something instead of going home after a long day or what?

02:45:13 - 02:46:44 | Speaker 1:

Well, I think that part of it might be, I'm just guessing on this because they don't go through the reasonings why on this. I'm guessing that the further that you're away, the more places you have opportunities to. So not so much necessarily is it because you stay at places, like hotels. But it just means that you got less likelihood of bumping into, you know, your your wife or or husband. This was a kind of a wild one. Beware of your ex. Twenty one percent of men, 32 percent of women who have had affairs ran into an old relationship that sparked something back up. So it's the past relationships. That was a high number of cheaters that would happen. So beware of an ex. Coworkers aside, the next most likely affair partners have, a complete stranger. 18% of affairs started as the people met as complete strangers, with many of them just meeting at a local establishment that will be an establishment that you would go to with your relationship. So it would be that you met somebody in a place that not necessarily do they go to by themselves, but they probably have been with you. Here's one. 17% of all affairs happen with a brother-in-law or sister-in-law.

02:46:45 - 02:46:45 | Speaker 2:

Oh, what?

02:46:46 - 02:48:43 | Speaker 1:

That was the part that kind of got me. It might be due to something called the proximity effect. The more that you are around the person, the more likable and attractive they are to you. Additionally, since they are siblings to the person that they married, they also might have a taboo side about them, and you might find that kind of a sexy thing to get together. Okay, who has cheated with a brother-in-law or sister-in-law or somebody in the family like that? You've got to call us up. I want to hear those stories because those stories will be crazy. Only 10% of men have had an affair with partners online. Online affairs you would think would be higher than that. I'm kind of surprised by that. Of the online affairs, around 40% of them have turned into real-life affairs. So online affairs meaning that you're just talking to them or flirting with them electronically, but then all of a sudden you end up going face-to-face. And 14% of all men in America have paid for sex. That's the person that they've had sex with. Because everybody thought that this last War of the Roses, the guy was, that this person is a prostitute. An escort, yeah. Yeah, whoever that person is. And here's a big one, all right? 42% of all people caught in affairs would call the affair partner a good friend. So they would actually say that the person was a platonic friend at first, somebody that they actually just had as a friendship base. And then next thing you know, they were naked from the waist down and actually doing some sort of thing that they shouldn't be doing in front of somebody. Wow. Which one is the most surprising to you? Is it the brother-in-law, sister-in-law?

02:48:43 - 02:48:44 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Yeah.

02:48:44 - 02:49:09 | Speaker 1:

When I heard that one out of all of them, all I kept thinking to myself the entire time was we've done War of the Roses in the past where it was cheated with the sisters and stuff like that. We didn't do a lot of cheated with the brothers. It was kind of like he cheated with her sister. So watch your sisters. Daisy.

02:49:10 - 02:49:11 | Speaker 3:

Hello.

02:49:11 - 02:49:12 | Speaker 1:

How are you doing?

02:49:12 - 02:49:14 | Speaker 3:

I'm good. How are you guys?

02:49:14 - 02:49:16 | Speaker 1:

Good. What's going on? It's not what?

02:49:18 - 02:49:27 | Speaker 3:

It's not me who did the cheating. So we're just going to put that out there. It was one of my friends. She cheated on her boyfriend, not with a brother, but with the dad.

02:49:27 - 02:49:31 | Speaker 1:

Oh, geez. Wow, that's even bigger than a brother-in-law, sister-in-law.

02:49:31 - 02:49:32 | Speaker 2:

How did you guys find out about that?

02:49:33 - 02:49:54 | Speaker 3:

She told me. She was kind of like a little bit proud of it. I don't know how. But she was like, yeah, so me and the father, I'm like, oh, no, you didn't. He's like, yeah, we did. And went on for, she was with him for five years before that happened, and then with both of them for like a year and a half, and then now with none of them. Oh, no!

02:49:55 - 02:49:55 | Speaker 1:

Wow.

02:49:57 - 02:50:02 | Speaker 3:

I don't know if it was a phase or just like you said. Was it that attraction just because they were around each other a lot?

02:50:02 - 02:50:03 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:50:03 - 02:50:04 | Speaker 3:

I have no clue.

02:50:04 - 02:50:09 | Speaker 2:

Did you ever get a chance to see what the father-in-law looked like, to see if he was actually a good-looking guy?

02:50:10 - 02:50:15 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I've been around both of them, and the father is a little bit better looking.

02:50:15 - 02:50:17 | Speaker 2:

Than the son?

02:50:18 - 02:50:18 | Speaker 3:

Yes.

02:50:19 - 02:50:29 | Speaker 2:

Wow. That's wild. Watch your dad. Angie, what's happening? Hi. Hi. Angie lived this. Angie, what happened?

02:50:30 - 02:50:56 | Speaker 5:

in your past relationship well my ex-husband is now married to my sister stop it how did that how did that start well to be honest i think it started long before i realized it because i possibly have a nephew that um is his son and that was four years before i even had any clue

02:50:56 - 02:51:01 | Speaker 2:

So you say you possibly, you've never asked for DNA proof or any of that?

02:51:02 - 02:51:08 | Speaker 5:

No, it's not even, at this point in time, I don't even care anymore. How did you discover it?

02:51:08 - 02:51:11 | Speaker 3:

No, they've never wanted, what's that? How did you discover it?

02:51:13 - 02:51:28 | Speaker 5:

Well, honestly, there was a weekend, and it's been 13 years ago now, but there was a weekend, things just seemed kind of funny. And so I finally asked him about it, and he told me that he doesn't love me anymore, and he has feelings for my sister.

02:51:29 - 02:51:32 | Speaker 2:

Oh, jeez. Holy cow. Wow.

02:51:33 - 02:51:38 | Speaker 5:

That's not even the best part. He also cheated with my dad's wife at the time. Oh, my God. My stepmom.

02:51:39 - 02:51:44 | Speaker 2:

Where do you guys live? I've always just had assumptions. Fostoria.

02:51:45 - 02:51:45 | Speaker 4:

No way.

02:51:45 - 02:51:49 | Speaker 2:

Ohio. Okay. Megan, can you tell us about Fostoria?

02:51:49 - 02:51:53 | Speaker 4:

Fostoria is too small for somebody to be playing that many games with one family.

02:51:53 - 02:51:57 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, he played games with everybody in the town, apparently. I was going to say, did everybody know?

02:51:58 - 02:52:11 | Speaker 5:

I don't know. There was an incident at a family get-together that I should have made, you know. I mean, I was so stupid and so naive that I just didn't know it at all.

02:52:13 - 02:52:22 | Speaker 2:

That sucks. So the family, you know, get-togethers are never the same anymore, right? You guys don't get together?

02:52:23 - 02:52:43 | Speaker 5:

We, well, the funny thing is, is I'm very close to my nieces and nephews. I have five of them. And so when they were younger, we got together for the holidays because I wanted to be with them. Now that everybody's a little older in that, it's more I spend time with the kids and not the adults.

02:52:43 - 02:52:49 | Speaker 2:

Wow, so you guys still get together with your sister who's with your ex?

02:52:50 - 02:52:51 | Speaker 5:

Not anymore.

02:52:52 - 02:53:01 | Speaker 2:

Okay. But you see her kids every now and again? Yes. Okay. Well, that's nice. You're a nice aunt. That's big of you to do that and not take it out on the kids. Tiffany?

02:53:03 - 02:53:11 | Speaker 4:

Hi. Actually, the funny thing about this is this story comes out of Fostoria, Ohio, too. Stop it. What?

02:53:11 - 02:53:15 | Speaker 2:

I mean, I want to do a town tour in Fostoria, Ohio.

02:53:15 - 02:53:19 | Speaker 4:

It's a black hole full of trains and junkies. Okay.

02:53:20 - 02:53:20 | Speaker 2:

All right.

02:53:20 - 02:53:37 | Speaker 4:

But anyway, right, it's a small little town. It's nothing. What's your story? This isn't me personally, but I have kids with somebody who, he had kids with someone else. And for 12 years, he dated his daughter's grandma.

02:53:38 - 02:53:44 | Speaker 2:

12 years, daughter's grandma. And they all lived in Fostoria together?

02:53:45 - 02:54:06 | Speaker 4:

They all lived in Fostoria. They used to hang out and do family things together the whole nine. And when her mom would get drunk, she would say stupid stuff like, you're just mad that he loves me more than you. And that was truth. It was true. It was true. But, yeah, it was a mess.

02:54:06 - 02:54:07 | Speaker 2:

Wow.

02:54:07 - 02:54:13 | Speaker 4:

And I had no parts of it. My kids weren't parts of that. But she chose to do that. My kids stayed away.

02:54:14 - 02:54:16 | Speaker 2:

Welcome to Fostoria, Ohio.

02:54:17 - 02:54:20 | Speaker 3:

Wait, there's got to be a TV show named Fostoria. It's just too perfect.

02:54:21 - 02:54:23 | Speaker 2:

I've never wanted to go somewhere more than I do right now.

02:54:23 - 02:54:25 | Speaker 3:

So middle of nowhere.

02:54:26 - 02:54:29 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but a lot of stuff is happening there. Everything's happening there.

02:54:29 - 02:54:37 | Speaker 1:

This is the Midwest's number one morning show. And that's kind of sad. Mojo in the morning. More Mojo in minutes.

02:54:40 - 02:55:00 | Speaker 2:

mojo in the morning celebrating moms moms moms naughty mom's night out uh we had that on friday we're gonna actually talk more about that and give away some passes coming up here in a second i got a couple of things i wanted to uh to get to one of which i remember when you brought this

02:55:00 - 02:56:42 | Speaker 1:

up Shannon as a topic about a friend and it ended up happening to me or it's about to happen to me so I did not know what to get Chelsea for Mother's Day and I mentioned that on the air that I'm like God I still haven't even gotten her something for Mother's Day and I'm buying for Luke you know for his Mother's Day gift and then yesterday I got contacted by somebody who actually is a friend to chelsea's and said i know something that she would like and i said what's that and they said why don't you get her a purse and i said okay stop this for a second oh yeah first off i get the idea person i don't understand by the way how many purses does a does one need how many sneakers do you have i have that's a bad question to ask me okay because right how many black t-shirts do you have okay you're right that's a that's a good question there but black t-shirts compared to get it purses or as as women call them handbags because handbags just means you're paying way too much money for something that you could actually be putting everything into you know a purse or something a little less expensive well this person said don't worry it doesn't cost you very much matter of fact she won't even know the difference and I go oh now you're talking It's a fake. So I was offered a fake designer handbag of a bag that Chelsea is like obsessed with that would be a Mother's Day gift for Chelsea. Now, I will say this off the bat. I think some of these fakes, like the ones that people like will go off to New York and go by, like was a Canal Street or whatever it is. I think some of those things look like just fakes.

02:56:42 - 02:56:43 | Speaker 2:

They do.

02:56:43 - 02:56:47 | Speaker 1:

Like anytime I look at somebody that wears like a fake watch that's supposedly a real

02:56:47 - 02:56:51 | Speaker 2:

watch i can see that it's fake right away but there are there are oh yeah really good fakies

02:56:51 - 02:57:47 | Speaker 1:

you know i really really legit ones you know i can see it it's like not even gold in a lot of the cases it's like it's like green gold it's glowed but um and it looks fake this one when she showed me a picture i was like holy crap i couldn't believe it because it was actually made of real leather the real the fakes that are out there nowadays and maybe you can tell me more about this are actually made of leather these days they actually make they'll in it's a little bit more expensive it was like over 500 bucks for this thing oh okay oh so it was over 500 bucks and so it's a legit fake so it was like a legit fake the only way that she was able to point it out to me was the stitching was a little different and then the the clasp or clamps or whatever the heck they were she said and which i couldn't tell the difference but she said that people would be able to tell the difference if they looked up close but if they were chelsea was just using it

02:57:47 - 02:57:53 | Speaker 2:

but you said that this friend said she knows chelsea would like this so it would chelsea be

02:57:53 - 02:58:10 | Speaker 1:

expecting the real thing well here's the thing chelsea has fate has you know fake purses uh-huh and um and matter of fact she has like one fake purse that anytime that she's ever used it people will ask for it because remember when she was doing her little fashion thing where she was

02:58:10 - 02:58:14 | Speaker 2:

doing that booty call business that she had a little business that was well she was a lot of

02:58:14 - 02:58:19 | Speaker 1:

work she used to do it where she would designs put designs on the purse and she has one that

02:58:19 - 02:58:24 | Speaker 2:

has a design on it I know which one it is and I love that purse anytime that we are out somewhere

02:58:24 - 02:58:40 | Speaker 1:

somebody will walk up and say where did you buy it and she'll say no I made it and they'll be like would you sell it like people have asked her to buy it and it's um but you brought up a topic on our show maybe in the last six months about a friend who got a louis a fake louis what do we

02:58:40 - 02:59:33 | Speaker 2:

call it the um someone came up with a funny name for it i can't remember but he he gave it to her in like a gift bag not in the box and normally these designer bags have like a dust bag and then they're in a box and tried to kind of tried to lie about it and she was like if you would have just told me it would have been totally fine she didn't care but it was the fact that he tried to continuously lie about it she was like why lie about it just tell me it doesn't matter it doesn't matter but don't try to pawn it off like it's real when it's not so do you say something then i think to chelsea say something okay but i think like if it were me like if west were giving it to me and if he said to me i found the best fake whatever i don't know kind of bag whatever kind a bag and like i i would be totally equal with that see i think chelsea would too i think chelsea

02:59:33 - 02:59:44 | Speaker 3:

would applaud me that's what i was gonna say yeah exactly like i think i would be more mad that you spent that much money on a fake like i'm fine with a fake but don't you dare spend that much

02:59:44 - 02:59:49 | Speaker 1:

money on it well what is typically a fake because this is a purse that is a very expensive good

02:59:49 - 03:00:00 | Speaker 3:

fakes are are more money yeah right but why buy a fake at that point when you can just buy another designer back well again it depends like if it's if it's uh yeah

03:00:00 - 03:00:43 | Speaker 4:

know a fake you can't buy you can't buy what's considered to be a designer bag for 500 bucks yeah you can unless it's a very small bag like this is a bigger bag not necessarily really yeah i don't think coach purses are that much yeah but i'm talking like i'm talking like coach i'm talking like boutique-y purses like the hermes purses the hermes right you know i'm talking like the the lewis lewis vatons vatten the vatons ken what's going on yo mojo what's going on man y'all all right i'm all right man what's going on yeah nah man i wanted to tap in

03:00:43 - 03:01:26 | Speaker 2:

i'm listening to the you know listening to the show uh i ain't never called in but i had to weigh in on this uh this topic right here okay um so i'm i'm into the sneakers you know uh huge market same with the bags uh huge market in the resale mark you know area yes um a lot of times these days the same factories that are making these authentic real bags and sneakers are also making the fake stuff you know it's coming straight out of the same location the difference is they're not authorized by um whatever the brand is jory nike or uh louis vuitton or whoever

03:01:26 - 03:01:54 | Speaker 4:

you know i heard that story so somebody was telling me a story uh about two weeks ago and i actually was telling chelsea's friend about this about how over in uh china or wherever it is that they're making these things that they are making a mint by putting these non considered non-authorized they don't call them fake they're just non-authorized and they'll change they just won't put the name in certain spots or they actually just will move one stitch over and it's

03:01:54 - 03:02:18 | Speaker 2:

actually the same purse yeah no it's the exact same bag exact same quality exactly you know you're saying and that's how that's how a lot of people are getting around it so technically you know it ain't fake but you know when you hear unauthorized or fake if you if you true to you know whatever game you win sneakers or bags or you know

03:02:18 - 03:02:18 | Speaker 4:

yeah

03:02:18 - 03:02:36 | Speaker 3:

I like that but it's hard for me especially when I put some money into it to go out and buy a pair of Jordans and then find out they're fake it would be hard for me as somebody who spent a bunch of money saved my money to get those To get the fake I want the authentic I'm not saying I wouldn't

03:02:36 - 03:02:47 | Speaker 2:

Oh yeah yeah yeah yeah No I'm not wearing no fakes I'm not doing that At all You're just giving them away To your wife Nah nah Man that's crazy Nah you can't do that

03:02:47 - 03:02:50 | Speaker 4:

You gotta wear the real She's gotta wear the fake

03:02:50 - 03:02:53 | Speaker 2:

Nah man look She gonna kill you

03:02:53 - 03:03:34 | Speaker 4:

So But I would have no problem Wearing a pair of fake Jordans As long as I knew That I wasn't paying That much money for them I mean it's like Buying somebody's used Jordans I mean, sometimes you go on StockX and stuff, not necessarily, you know, or any was a goat or whatever the heck the other site was. Somebody, my son bought me a pair of shoes and I'm telling you, I knew the shoes were just reconditioned. They weren't like authentic, you know, authentic or whatever. I've never bought those. Are those good still? I actually, I wore a pair of Jordan 4s that were nicest shoes I've had and people would compliment me all the time for those shoes. and they were worn by somebody else before?

03:03:35 - 03:03:48 | Speaker 2:

Not yet. I wear lightly used. I buy off gold. I don't use StockX much. But Facebook Marketplace. Poshmark, the real, real. All of those.

03:03:49 - 03:03:49 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it's okay.

03:03:49 - 03:04:01 | Speaker 2:

Real, real, all of those sites. But, yeah, I won't do a fake. If I'm aware that it's fake or even have any concern, I'll pass.

03:04:02 - 03:04:08 | Speaker 4:

Listen, if you're faking orgasms, you can get a fake purse. You're okay with that, right?

03:04:09 - 03:04:13 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to politely bow out of the rest of this conversation. I'm just saying.

03:04:14 - 03:04:15 | Speaker 4:

Irene, what's going on?

03:04:15 - 03:04:24 | Speaker 3:

That's the best thing I've ever said. Yeah, they're called knockoffs. Whether it's not the original ones, they're called knockoffs. They're called not authenticated.

03:04:25 - 03:04:40 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. By the way, let me just say this, Irene. They're called smart. Why would you spend the real money when you can buy them for, you know, less? Isn't the point of it that you're buying them so other people can see them? You're not buying them for any other reason.

03:04:41 - 03:04:42 | Speaker 1:

No, no.

03:04:42 - 03:04:53 | Speaker 4:

Oh, no. Hold on a second. I get disconnected. What happened? Are you there? Oh, she is gone. No, no. That's not you. Hold on. Oh, I got to voice disguise you, right? Hold on. Marie there?

03:04:54 - 03:04:54 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

03:04:55 - 03:04:56 | Speaker 4:

Hi. What's going on?

03:04:56 - 03:04:59 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so I have a real Louis Vuitton person.

03:05:00 - 03:05:26 | Speaker 1:

and I have the fake ones. I took a fake one to the Louis Vuitton store and they actually thought it was real. Like the leather, the stitching and everything. The only thing that was missing was that little authentic number and their leather specialist said it came from the same factory or company wherever they made it from. They just accidentally, I don't know what they did, they must have sent out a real one instead of a fake one.

03:05:26 - 03:05:37 | Speaker 2:

I'm telling you The people at the Louis Vuitton store Don't even realize it That's a good fake Where did you get your fake? Did you get it from like an individual?

03:05:38 - 03:05:41 | Speaker 1:

No, DHgate People need to go on there

03:05:41 - 03:05:42 | Speaker 5:

DHgate, yeah

03:05:42 - 03:05:48 | Speaker 2:

Is that one of those sites that all of a sudden Gets shut down like in a second And then they open back up as something else?

03:05:48 - 03:05:50 | Speaker 5:

Everybody's going to DHgate right now

03:05:50 - 03:06:05 | Speaker 1:

Oh my god, their bags are so real It's not even oh my god you need to go get a bag for your wife on that website and they give you the box and everything she would not even know see i'm always scared though like once you put your information

03:06:05 - 03:06:10 | Speaker 5:

into a site like that because it is illegal to buy counterfeit designer and then they just have

03:06:10 - 03:06:32 | Speaker 1:

all your information right there i don't know but i've had bags that people don't even know like Where'd you get this from? I'm like, oh, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tata. They don't even know. The material is probably 98% the same as what they have at a Louis Vuitton store. Also, the Louis Vuitton store here in Michigan gets their supplies.

03:06:32 - 03:06:57 | Speaker 2:

So you cannot say that word. But you're saying that Michigan gets different than Dubai. I've heard Dubai. I want to go to Dubai. I do, too. I've always wanted to be, I don't know, somebody that I want to. And I want to fly on one of those United Arab Emirates flights. Where they have, like, this beautiful, like, it looks, like, nicer than some people's, you know, homes. Izzy.

03:06:58 - 03:06:59 | Speaker 3:

Hi.

03:06:59 - 03:07:03 | Speaker 2:

You're in a Facebook group that is for fake.

03:07:03 - 03:07:20 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I'm in about several. They sell everything from shoes, jewelry, belts, bags, even Hermes Birkins. But I would never do that just because I'm not in that tax bracket, and it would look really goofy. Everyone would know it's fake.

03:07:20 - 03:07:28 | Speaker 2:

That's interesting. So you won't buy a particular brand because you feel like people would automatically know that it was fake.

03:07:28 - 03:07:30 | Speaker 5:

They know you're not dropping $20,000 for a purse.

03:07:31 - 03:08:11 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, exactly. I don't look that. I drive a Volkswagen. I don't look like I could have a Birkin. But these Facebook groups, they list, you know, what they're selling, what's new, and it'd be, like, the newest things that the brands are still releasing, too. For, like, say, like, hundreds of dollars for a Louis Vuitton bag, a decent-sized one. But when you go on AliExpress to purchase it, they give you instructions so it looks like you're not even buying a bag. it looks like you're buying like earrings or you know some random hats um this is like when i bought

03:08:11 - 03:08:24 | Speaker 5:

my fake id as a kid and that's to prevent you from from like what i said because it is truly illegal to to purchase counterfeit items yeah yeah wow that's i mean that's sophistication

03:08:24 - 03:08:31 | Speaker 2:

right there uh rachel works at the louis vuitton store is that right hi yes it's actually raquel

03:08:31 - 03:09:26 | Speaker 4:

but hi good morning i'm sorry raquel what's happening so i actually work at the one of the louis vuitton stores in somerset mall and i was kind of calling about i heard some of your guests talking about like the fakes being produced in the same um uh manufacturer warehouses as the real ones totally totally not true anything that we do and make is specifically at our louis vuitton warehouses not true that the stuff in dubai is different than the stuff that comes from michigan um and it's just not worth it to buy a fake because you buy the real stuff you spend a little bit more and if anything happens to your bag if you get threading coming down or the strap you know it starts to wear off you can bring it back to us and fix it for you you know we stand behind our product and it just feels good knowing you've got like the real stuff that's made by hand that's 100% authentic. Don't do it. Don't buy the fake.

03:09:26 - 03:09:30 | Speaker 2:

Raquel, what do you got on special for Mother's Day week? Anything on special there?

03:09:31 - 03:09:33 | Speaker 4:

I got no specials for you. I don't even get a discount.

03:09:33 - 03:09:34 | Speaker 2:

No specials?

03:09:34 - 03:09:55 | Speaker 4:

You say you don't get a discount. I mean, it's very, very minimal, but, you know. Listen, when everything is made by hand and our product only goes up in price, there's no discount. Plus, you know what? You buy your wife the real one, and in a few years when she goes to resell it, you're going to get most likely what you guys paid for. You know, the resale value is still there.

03:09:56 - 03:09:59 | Speaker 2:

You guarantee if I buy my wife one of the real ones?

03:10:00 - 03:10:03 | Speaker 5:

that we actually might be able to have a little fun?

03:10:05 - 03:10:16 | Speaker 3:

Listen, listen, I'm not saying that, but Louis Chanel, we hold our value in the retail market. That I can stand, you know? You are a fabulous salesperson, by the way.

03:10:16 - 03:10:21 | Speaker 5:

All right, Raquel, thank you so much. Appreciate it. You are. And she stands by her products. All right, take care of yourself.

03:10:21 - 03:10:21 | Speaker 2:

We'll do.

03:10:21 - 03:10:22 | Speaker 5:

Bye.

03:10:22 - 03:10:22 | Speaker 2:

Bye.

03:10:24 - 03:10:26 | Speaker 5:

I didn't get to your baby bird topic.

03:10:26 - 03:10:26 | Speaker 1:

That's okay.

03:10:27 - 03:10:32 | Speaker 5:

Can I do it tomorrow? Yeah. I know I teased it all morning, but we had so much stuff today. We did War of the Roses. We did all this stuff.

03:10:32 - 03:10:39 | Speaker 1:

In fact, you know what? I'll videotape myself doing it today so you can use the video. All right, here's the deal. No, no. You have to do it. But here's the deal. All right.

03:10:39 - 03:10:44 | Speaker 5:

But do not send it in the group text. You've got to just surprise us with this tomorrow. We've got to post it then.

03:10:44 - 03:10:44 | Speaker 1:

Okay.

03:10:45 - 03:10:45 | Speaker 5:

All right? All right.

03:10:47 - 03:10:48 | Speaker 1:

I'll have Lucy tape me.

03:10:48 - 03:10:51 | Speaker 5:

She baby birds her little puppy, Charlie.

03:10:52 - 03:10:54 | Speaker 3:

He's not a puppy. He's an old man.

03:10:54 - 03:11:06 | Speaker 5:

But I know, but he's still a puppy. He's a little guy. He's a little teeny, teeny guy. I got two stories or a couple stories I just need to get to because they're going to be old by the time that we're done. Is it okay or no? Trendy news? I can think so.

03:11:07 - 03:11:13 | Speaker 3:

I didn't even wait for a response. Also, he wasn't going to listen to us. No, I know. I was like, no, it's 10.30. We're good.

03:11:14 - 03:13:16 | Speaker 5:

No, because these stories honestly are pretty wild, and I wanted to do it. I saw this story, and I thought, oh, my God, this is the greatest thing ever. Did you hear the story about the college dropout who faked being kidnapped to avoid the graduation ceremony because she knew that if she went to graduation, her parents would realize that she hadn't been in school for this. Listen to this. Oh, God. Her parents thought that she was supposed to graduate from Penn State, and she had not been enrolled for a year and a half. So what did she do? She actually faked being kidnapped. A woman was reported missing Monday night after leaving her job at Sonic. Let me get some pomp and circumstance music here so that I can play this behind us here for better production effects. She texted her boyfriend that the police had pulled her over and then she went missing for the next 20 hours. Police received a tip that the woman was at a friend's house. When she was taken into questioning, she said that someone robbed her at gunpoint before admitting the whole made-up story about the fact that she didn't want her parents to realize that she had been faking that she had been going to school. Honestly, she deserves like a master's degree in lying there for a second. Because could you imagine that, pulling that whole thing off? I mean, obviously, she got busted. But we've done that as a topic before, and I cannot believe how many times we've had people that have said to us, oh, yeah, my parents don't know, but I dropped out a while ago, and I'll just let them know, like, you know, in a couple of months or so. This is an interesting story. The president is going after the airlines to say, you guys got to stop screwing over the customers. Finally, this is exactly what we need. The White House is cracking down on airline cancellations and the fact that the prices of those cancellations falls on you.

03:13:16 - 03:13:20 | Speaker 4:

This morning, the Biden administration taking a closer look at airline accountability.

03:13:21 - 03:13:30 | Speaker 2:

You deserve more than just being, getting the price of your ticket. You deserve to be fully compensated. Your time matters. Impact on your life matters.

03:13:30 - 03:13:45 | Speaker 4:

Airfare refunds are already required for long flight delays or cancellations when there's a mechanical or computer problem or crew issue. But now the president wants cash, meals, hotel, and transportation vouchers to be included as mandatory compensation.

03:13:45 - 03:13:51 | Speaker 1:

I've always wondered, like, why am I having to pay for this when I already paid for one, you know?

03:13:51 - 03:13:58 | Speaker 3:

There's some gray area with weather sometimes, but if it's clearly the airline's fault, I would say they're responsible for putting you up.

03:13:58 - 03:14:12 | Speaker 4:

The proposed new compensation rules are aimed at avoiding the chaos of last summer when 20% of flights were delayed and the chaos of the winter meltdown at Southwest Airlines. The president says similar compensation rules are already in effect in Canada and Europe.

03:14:12 - 03:14:22 | Speaker 2:

And guess what? It works. One study found that the European Union required airlines to compensate passengers for flight delays. The number of flight delays went down.

03:14:22 - 03:14:45 | Speaker 4:

But the industry group Airlines for America warns the proposed rules will hurt customers by forcing airlines to raise fares. This all coming as the cost of summer travel is expected to be down 20 percent domestically compared to last year. Rental cars, down 17%. But if you're flying internationally, expect to pay about 36% more this summer, the highest in five years.

03:14:45 - 03:14:59 | Speaker 5:

I don't know. It's funny they say that. It's going to be down. How is the price going to be down? I look at the prices right now. They're so high. Skyrocketing. A couple of local stories for you. Speaking of travel, did you see the TSA worker that is under fire this morning for?

03:15:00 - 03:16:19 | Speaker 4:

what he was doing to a bomb-sniffing dog at Detroit Metro Airport, video surfaced from Sunday. Thank God a passenger took this video of a TSA worker supposedly training one of their bomb-sniffing dogs by yanking on the dog's leash so hard that the dog was like skidding across the floor on its paws. And actually you could see at times The dog looked like it was in pain. The video, which went viral, and you can check out it. I think it was released by, was it Reddit or BuzzFeed or somebody? It was Reddit. Reddit. The video, thank God, surfaced causing for TSA to have to get this guy out of that department of dealing with the animals. Now, I can't believe he wasn't immediately fired, but they say that he's under investigation right now. But the big old oaf of a dude was like being so abusive to that animal. Another local story that's crazy. Did you guys hear the story about the husband, the estranged husband, who waited outside of a hotel in Southfield, Michigan, for his wife and her mister to walk out of the hotel after they were there?

03:16:19 - 03:16:21 | Speaker 5:

I don't think they were married. I think they were boyfriend and girlfriend.

03:16:21 - 03:16:22 | Speaker 4:

Were they boyfriend and girlfriend?

03:16:22 - 03:16:24 | Speaker 5:

Not that it matters.

03:16:24 - 03:16:33 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah, yeah, right. So ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend, he tracked them down to a Southfield hotel and then murdered her.

03:16:33 - 03:16:37 | Speaker 2:

Sad to see that a domestic violence situation could lead to this.

03:16:37 - 03:16:58 | Speaker 1:

This witness says it perfectly. The day started six miles north of here at the Southfield Marriott after 9 o'clock. Evidence markers trail a spray of gunfire where a 49-year-old man used an assault rifle and shot his child's mother and her new boyfriend. she was killed he is in critical condition it appears that he waited in the parking lot until

03:16:58 - 03:17:03 | Speaker 3:

they exited the hotel at which time he used an assault rifle and did shoot both of them police

03:17:03 - 03:17:24 | Speaker 1:

sources say after the double shooting the 49-year-old suspect went to his warrant home switched out cars into this now shot up black camaro he then picked up the couple's kids from school gave them money and said his goodbyes before dropping them off at a friend's house near the lodge and Seven Mile. Nearby is ultimately where Southfield police tracked him

03:17:24 - 03:17:43 | Speaker 3:

trying to pull him over. He lowered the top of the Camaro just prior to us making that traffic stop at which time our officers tried to engage him. He didn't reach for that assault rifle and our officers did use deadly force and shot the suspect fatally wounded him. Wow. I saw this

03:17:43 - 03:18:33 | Speaker 4:

story and then I was watching one of the news stations and they talked about the percentage of domestic cases that are up right now right now because of everybody's all like pent up and going through some issues a lot of relationships going through some problems but honestly I just think that people are just like it seems like there's shootings every single day all over the place and finally final story here for you and then I will finally end and you guys will be able to go with regular programming a pest control worker was caught doing something in a family's living room and this is reason why if you live in an apartment complex and you have to work during the day and they say hey we'll let them in to go do the work at your place you should probably never do it or you should at least have nest cams the pest control worker was caught on camera urinating on the family's furniture

03:18:33 - 03:18:54 | Speaker 6:

the family says after entering the apartment Roger Young chases one of the family's cats into the kitchen before coming back into the living room The family described it as, quote, terrorizing their cat. Young sets his pesticides down and instead starts spraying urine.

03:18:55 - 03:18:57 | Speaker 5:

Wait, that's the most terrible reporter ever.

03:18:57 - 03:19:01 | Speaker 4:

This is actually a small market in, I believe, Pennsylvania where this happened.

03:19:01 - 03:19:01 | Speaker 5:

Oh, okay.

03:19:02 - 03:19:07 | Speaker 4:

So this is at Yale. He's kind of an up-and-coming guy. He'll probably be hired by one of our local affiliates soon.

03:19:07 - 03:19:40 | Speaker 7:

My cat was sitting at the corner while he was urinating. and you can't really tell from the video but we're pretty sure that it splashed onto the cat they say young also urinated on a child's toy box the main thing that upsets me is that he urinated on my daughter's toys it's just lordy it's a little girl you know and she played with it for in his pee for two days before we seen the video i'm telling you i used to let and i still

03:19:40 - 03:19:48 | Speaker 4:

Sometimes do it with people that I know I'll let them go work in my house Or when I was living in an apartment complex I'd let the apartment complexes Let these people come into my place

03:19:48 - 03:19:54 | Speaker 5:

I do it all the time I do it all the time because they all want to come in the morning And we're here, nobody's at my house

03:19:54 - 03:19:57 | Speaker 4:

And I never think that they're going to be peeing on my couch

03:19:57 - 03:19:57 | Speaker 5:

I mean

03:19:57 - 03:19:59 | Speaker 4:

Who would have thought

03:20:00 - 03:20:08 | Speaker 5:

Poor kids playing in the toys. And by the way, can you guess how old or young that particular pest control worker was?

03:20:09 - 03:20:10 | Speaker 7:

Oh, 55.

03:20:11 - 03:20:23 | Speaker 5:

No. Looked like he was over 60 years old. He was like an old, old dude. Pervy. Yeah. Isn't that crazy? All right. Have a great day. I thought you were calling me Pervy. Oh, I am Pervy. Have a great day. We'll see you tomorrow.

03:20:23 - 03:20:32 | Speaker 3:
