00:02:59 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 6:

good morning welcome to the mojo in the morning show good to have you with us today for thursday edition of the show following up this morning on something that we did earlier in the week with tuesday's am i the a-hole which happens at 8 50 tuesday mornings here on the show it has taken the place of breakup or makeup not like with that breakup or makeup could never come back again but to be perfectly honest with you we were finding that and it's very interesting to say this but we were finding that there were a lot of people that weren't giving like true advice for some reason the idea that you should split up and divorce somebody did not go over well with people which is nice it just shows you that people have like a i really want to see a marriage last or i want to see a relationship kind of last and then they were given like i don't know i guess unfound or not good advice let's put it that way but you are willing to call somebody an a-hole It's funny how that works. You will not tell them that they should break up, but you will say, you know what, you're an a-hole, which is fine. That's good. I'm happy that we feel that comfortable to do that. So needless to say, on Tuesday morning, a wife was on with us to talk about how her husband had cheated before, and they were going through some pretty intensive therapy. and part of his own personal therapy was to journal and to talk about what really is going on in his mind and, of course, in his life. Well, she found that journal.

00:05:00 - 00:06:35 | Speaker 1:

read it only to see that he is still cheating on her. Listeners were not happy that she did this. Many listeners said, you know what? If I was in that situation, I'd read it too. It's no different than reading somebody's phone and seeing what they're doing on their phone. Well, this morning, we do a War of the Roses that will probably make a lot of people realize it was good for her to read this thing. You've got to listen to what happens when we call her husband up to offer him a dozen free roses. You'll hear that just after seven o'clock in the old mojo in the morning, old fashioned time, because we now do War of the Roses on two days. So sometimes people get kind of confused. It's funny how people, you know, adjusting to different changes is very difficult. I'm like that too. I'm one of those people that when they did the two lanes at a drive-thru could not understand that that was actually a good thing. Like I just looked at that as that is the dumbest thing ever that person's getting their food before i'm getting my food yeah how are they gonna make all these orders work how are they keeping track and i also hated that back in the day and it was a while ago i don't know how long ago it was maybe what 15 years ago or something like that maybe something like that well i always picked the line that had the person that was ordering for their entire you know baseball team or something it's like never feels how much is that person going to be ordering but all right it's mojo in the morning show uh hi guys how's everybody doing how's everybody feeling nice good morning the weather has me in

00:06:35 - 00:06:39 | Speaker 2:

such a good mood we are literally three minutes into the show and he has already started mocking

00:06:39 - 00:06:44 | Speaker 1:

me well i you know sometimes i just want to see what your first reaction is going to be just to

00:06:44 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 2:

judge by what kind of day you will have i want to poke your buttons and see if you react no i'm in

00:06:49 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 1:

a great mood. I know. You sound like it.

00:06:51 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 2:

I watched Beyoncé's first night of her Renaissance tour in Stockholm, Sweden yesterday. How was it? It was amazing. I am so upset I don't have tickets because I was blown away by how good it was. Really?

00:07:05 - 00:07:51 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's amazing. Well, there's still a chance. You never know. Tony Travato gets nice. He's been very good, hasn't he? Wouldn't you guys say that? Trying to get us tickets whenever we need tickets. You should put your requests in now if you already haven't dear tony it's by the way what time of the morning dear tony he's like why is she contacting me this early in the morning i need beyonce tickets um so i gotta tell you guys something uh i found out this weekend we're having some people over which is nice because um i'm excited to have like people out and the weather is going to be nice and everything's good i'm not excited about the fact that i've got to like take the patio furniture out, because that's a pain in the ass. Have you guys done that yet? Have you put the patio furniture stuff out?

00:07:51 - 00:07:54 | Speaker 2:

I put it out, but I didn't put any of the cushions or anything on it.

00:07:54 - 00:08:06 | Speaker 1:

Oh, well, I did not put any of that out yet, so I got to do all the lifting of, you know, taking the stuff out and get it, you know, positioned and make sure everything's okay and then ding a couple doors and, you know, how that works.

00:08:06 - 00:08:07 | Speaker 2:

To be fair, I just leave mine out all winter.

00:08:07 - 00:08:10 | Speaker 1:

Do you? Yeah. And it just gets snowed on and whatever?

00:08:11 - 00:08:11 | Speaker 2:

It's not, you know.

00:08:11 - 00:08:11 | Speaker 1:

It's like plastic.

00:08:11 - 00:08:13 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah. It's not wood.

00:08:13 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

That's the good stuff. You want that. That's the year-round, I-don't-have-to-do-anything stuff. Well, we're having a bunch of people over, and the reason why I bring this up at this time is hopefully they're not listening. One of the couples that we're having over is a couple that never leaves whenever we have one of these parties. And I think I might have talked about this before on the show. They're the couple that when everybody is getting up and leaving, they will walk towards the door as if they're leaving and then they will say goodbye to everybody else that's leaving like it's their home and then turn around and look at chelsea my wife and myself and go i'll say so you know what i was going to talk and they'll start a conversation again or they're the type of people that will open up a bottle of wine or start making themselves a drink well into what probably should be the time that they're drinking water and trying to sober up a little bit they are the never ending never leaving family okay and this happens from time to time with them so I told Chels I said hey when you sent out the what time you know you guys want to come over what time did you say and she chose like a really late time like she said anytime between 6 30 and 7 I'm like oh my god 6 30 and 7 because Sunday is a big day And these people, I guarantee you they're not going to leave until 1 o'clock in the morning. Like, they've had this before. Their kids, they have had their kids, like, literally on the floor, sleeping on our, like, you know, living room floor, wanting to go home. And they're still going. They're still, like, raging. So I said to Chelsea, and you guys tell me if I should do this. And I want advice.

00:10:00 - 00:10:24 | Speaker 3:

whatever our phone number is, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I told Chelsea where she said, anytime between 6.30 and 7, but I think she needs to say to them, anytime between 6.30 and 7, you can show up and then we'll have everybody over until 11 o'clock and she's got to put an end time on it. It's like a kid's birthday party invitation. Exactly.

00:10:24 - 00:10:30 | Speaker 1:

That end time, which I just did for Smith yesterday, That end time is imperative to have on that invitation.

00:10:30 - 00:10:43 | Speaker 3:

Well, and kids' birthday parties, especially if you're having it at a place, don't you rent out that place? Like if you have it at a family fun land or one of those places that, you know, you get your kids to break their arms in, the trampoline places.

00:10:43 - 00:10:52 | Speaker 2:

That's what we're worried about. We're having one for Seth at launch, the trampoline. I'm not worried worried about it, but we just talked about that. Like what do we do if somebody gets hurt at one of those things?

00:10:52 - 00:11:27 | Speaker 1:

Here's the best part for us Because I always worry about that too It's kind of like I love having people over But at the same time like you said There are like I'm not going to name them But I have several friends that love staying late It's their chance to get away from You know their husbands or their kids or whatever Thankfully I just fall asleep sitting there So they know It's time to go She's doing the head bob back and forth You know But I do think That in end time It's not a terrible idea Because what'd she do Just send a text

00:11:27 - 00:12:21 | Speaker 3:

Inviting everybody over She invited everybody on a group text And then said the time Which was I think way too late I think she should have said Come over at 2 in the afternoon Although they would come over At 2 in the afternoon And they would still leave At like 1 o'clock in the morning But she sent that text And I said you gotta send another text And another text has to be Why don't you come over a little earlier Like come over Let's do between 6 and 6.30 and then you guys can all stay till 11 and put 11 and you know how you can do this on your text if you have uh your iphone you can uh bold certain things so and make it bold it and then make it blow up like you know how you know how things like blow up when you want to say congratulations like do it is that what it's called what is it called that when it does that uh i don't know it automatically something or whatever but make it so that they cannot not see it so would it be

00:12:21 - 00:12:31 | Speaker 1:

bad if you didn't even name a time and just said and chel's just said hey actually come over a little bit earlier because you know tom has a busy morning or something and he does want to get some

00:12:31 - 00:13:07 | Speaker 3:

sleep you gotta be real specific well and sunday is kind of a big day so there i mean it is a big day but sunday is a big day that i don't want to necessarily want to have it be that a we sleep in really late for um in uh or at least myself and luke and everybody because we want to try to take care of Chelsea or I don't want it to become a thing where we ruin that day and then it's these people are the reason why it completely screws me up for the whole weekend but Carrie your thoughts on this is it okay to have a time limit on people that come over to your house so I for sure like

00:13:07 - 00:13:25 | Speaker 4:

if it's like a kid party I usually do but usually when I just have a good group of friends as soon as like the first one stands up and they're like yeah I think we're gonna get going I'm like oh Yeah, I think it's time to kick everyone out anyways. And I just lay it straight out there because I love my bed.

00:13:26 - 00:13:30 | Speaker 3:

I like that. I like the idea of that. Don't let the door hit you in the ass, right?

00:13:30 - 00:13:37 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I just automatically was like, okay, well, yeah, everybody's going to be rolling out. And I just throw, I kick them out.

00:13:37 - 00:13:41 | Speaker 2:

A good Midwest, well, and then you hit your thighs and stand up.

00:13:41 - 00:14:03 | Speaker 3:

You know what I've done before, Carrie? I've done this where when somebody starts leaving, I go grab everybody's coats. Well, you know, try to get them all ready for everybody. Start handing them out. But these people have taken their coat, put it down on the side like of the couch, and then just continue to keep talking. They're oblivious to it. What's up, Mary?

00:14:04 - 00:14:14 | Speaker 5:

Hey, excuse me. My dad was a firefighter, and we had people like that come over. And he finally just started going, hey, I got to work tomorrow. I'm going to bed. Good night.

00:14:15 - 00:14:20 | Speaker 1:

I know. Why is it so hard to say that, though? It's tough. Like, to just come right out and tell it like it is.

00:14:20 - 00:14:22 | Speaker 5:

I don't know. I don't know.

00:14:22 - 00:15:00 | Speaker 3:

My trouble is this. I got the radio thing to do, but when I'm having them over over the weekends, everybody just assumes, well, you get to sleep in tomorrow. You don't have to get up and work. So, having people over, like, on a Thursday night or a Wednesday night is one thing, but having people over on a Saturday night is another. So, it's kind of tough. It's funny because one of the worst feelings ever of these guys having been over at our house is you know how you like serve food and then you kind of like leave it all out all the time and then there's always like the couple or couple couples that will go.

00:15:00 - 00:15:02 | Speaker 4:

and help you like wrap up what you want to wrap up and do all that stuff.

00:15:03 - 00:15:04 | Speaker 6:

I so appreciate those.

00:15:04 - 00:15:39 | Speaker 4:

This shows you how late that they have stayed at our house before. We wrapped everything up. Anything that anybody wanted, they took. Any of the other stuff that you wanted to keep goes in the refrigerator. They went into the refrigerator and took out the leftovers to eat the leftovers. That's how late they were at the house. Oh my gosh. So we wrapped it up, put it in, and then they took it back out and they were still sitting there with big smiles on their faces. I often said, why don't we just have it at their house? but they never have us come over to their house. And I wonder what the story is with that. Something they don't want you to see. That or they know they can't leave their house.

00:15:39 - 00:15:45 | Speaker 3:

I don't know what the story is. Mojo in the mornings, back in the day. Let's go! Back in the day. What year did this stuff happen?

00:15:45 - 00:15:58 | Speaker 4:

All right, we're going to do three clues. And if you know the year, you can win tickets to go to Motor City Comic Con. This was the year that Justin and Haley Bieber got married.

00:15:58 - 00:16:10 | Speaker 5:

Everything happened the exact way it was supposed to. I really believe that. Even all the little mishaps that might have happened and us stumbling over our words and whatever it was, I think that it was so meant to be.

00:16:10 - 00:16:17 | Speaker 4:

Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper starred in the movie A Star is Born. Come sing that song that I love.

00:16:17 - 00:16:19 | Speaker 1:

No, I can't do that. Here we go.

00:16:21 - 00:16:26 | Speaker 2:

All you got to do is trust me. That's all you got to do.

00:16:26 - 00:16:31 | Speaker 4:

And Drake had the big song on the radio. What year was this?

00:16:35 - 00:16:36 | Speaker 2:

You're smart.

00:16:37 - 00:16:46 | Speaker 3:

You remember the year this stuff happened. 844-MOJO-LIVE. It's Mojo in the mornings, back in the day. What year was this?

00:16:46 - 00:16:49 | Speaker 4:

The Beavers got together in this year. This is when they got married.

00:16:49 - 00:17:02 | Speaker 5:

Everything happened the exact way it was supposed to. I really believe that. Even all the little mishaps that might have happened and us stumbling over our words and whatever it was, I think that it was so meant to be.

00:17:02 - 00:17:08 | Speaker 4:

Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, I will go on record, they should have dated after they did A Star is Born.

00:17:08 - 00:17:11 | Speaker 3:

Here's what we're going to do. Come sing that song that I love.

00:17:11 - 00:17:16 | Speaker 1:

No, I can't do that. Here we go. Here she's going to be. Look at me.

00:17:16 - 00:17:18 | Speaker 2:

All you got to do is trust me.

00:17:19 - 00:17:26 | Speaker 4:

That's all you got to do. Such a good movie. And Drake's Nice for What? Misty was the big song. What year was that?

00:17:27 - 00:17:27 | Speaker 3:

2018.

00:17:28 - 00:17:31 | Speaker 4:

There you go. Congratulations. What gave it away?

00:17:32 - 00:17:33 | Speaker 3:

A Star is Born.

00:17:34 - 00:17:34 | Speaker 4:

Great movie, isn't it?

00:17:35 - 00:17:37 | Speaker 3:

It is. I love that movie.

00:17:37 - 00:18:57 | Speaker 4:

00:18:57 - 00:19:59 | Speaker 6:

you have in this hour's dirty on 30 well fans are becoming more and more concerned about britney spears's well-being and it all has to do with her consumption of quote-unquote gallons of highly decaffeinated beverages that allow her to stay awake for days at a time or so it seems if you follow her on social media. The story, at least that fans have created in their heads, is that Britney chugs a variety of energy drinks, Red Bull, Monster, Celsius, coffee, dandelion tea, all day long. Sounds like Megan. What are you talking about there? No concerns. Well, are you getting on Instagram and dancing very manically because that's what fans are noticing? Although, I mean, fans also say she's slurring her words to the point that they can't understand her lately. Others, like I just said, have taken note of her very energized dances and endless spinning while she's on camera saying, not normal, though. This is like an amped up version of what we've seen in the past from her. And they're worried that something's going.

00:20:00 - 00:20:29 | Speaker 1:

on. Dr. Drew Pinsky, Dr. Drew, commenting on this, and he says, yeah, people struggling with mental illness often crave the high that results from the consumption of these types of drinks despite the fact that they have negative effects on the body. So I don't really know what's going on there. I do know, though, that fans are very, very concerned. Can I just respond to Dr. Drew really fast? Yeah. Shut up. Very eloquently.

00:20:30 - 00:20:33 | Speaker 2:

Thank you, by the way, for saying it, because if you didn't, I would have, right?

00:20:34 - 00:22:23 | Speaker 1:

Shut the f**k up! Emily and Paris star Lily Collins' wedding and engagement rings were stolen over the weekend in L.A. She left her jewelry locked up at the spa located inside of the West Hollywood Edition Hotel before going in for some treatment. She was doing a little self-care. Well, when she returned to her locker, her jewelry was gone. The L.A. County Sheriff's Department is currently investigating the theft and combing through security footage for any leads. There was no forced entry in the locker where she locked up her stuff, which is really weird. However, they've got this. A woman had been spotted at the spa several times in the days before this theft, prompting staff to look her up in the registration system to see if she knew anything about this robbery, the absent bling. because they were like, oh, okay, she's been here many, many times. We're just going to call her and see if she has any info. Well, they tried calling the number on this random woman's file. It was disconnected, very suspicious. So they're now thinking it's her. She checked in under a fake name, and they're trying to figure out who she is. Liam Payne finds himself single again. He has split from his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, after 10 months. They'd been living together at his home in London. Kate has now moved out. She is back in her home right here in the States. And the story I'm getting, there's no bad blood there. Nothing happened. There was no cheating. They just mutually decided to end things. And Donald Trump came out swinging during a town hall chat with CNN's Caitlin Collins yesterday. The former president said the 2020 election was rigged. He defended his supporters' actions on January 6th. He also talked about the case that was just heard this week in court against a woman named E. Jean Carroll, who Trump called a, quote-unquote, whack-dob.

00:22:23 - 00:23:11 | Speaker 4:

What kind of a woman meets somebody and brings them up, and within minutes, you're playing hanky-panky in a dressing room, okay? I don't know if she was married then or not. John Johnson, I feel sorry for you, John Johnson. Mr. President, can I answer this? Think of it. I know you're recounting what she said, but Mr. President. Let me just, if I could, could you ask the question? Just so you understand, if I was walking in at the park, because I was very famous then, and I owned the Plaza Hotel right next to it, and I own buildings around it, I'm not going into a dressing room of a crowded department. Then I say, if she was being raped, and by the way, they said she wasn't raped, okay? That was her charge. They found that you sexually abused her. Say what? They said he didn't rape her. And I didn't do anything else either, you know what? Because I have no idea who the hell she is.

00:23:11 - 00:23:18 | Speaker 1:

And when I say that CNN's Caitlin Collins tried, attempted to host this town hall, I mean, there was a whole lot of butting heads.

00:23:18 - 00:23:27 | Speaker 4:

What's the answer? Do you mind? I would like for you to answer the question. Okay, it's very simple to answer. That's why I asked it. It's very simple to answer. You're a nasty person, I'll tell you.

00:23:29 - 00:23:33 | Speaker 2:

By the way, I got some more Donald Trump drops from Eric.

00:23:34 - 00:23:34 | Speaker 1:

Oh, you did?

00:23:34 - 00:23:46 | Speaker 2:

Yes. Are you playing it right now? Well, I haven't loaded and fully loaded them into the system here, but I've got a couple of them to play for you. Would you like to hear some of your thoughts? This is Donald Trump. This is the Donald Trump here. Hold on.

00:23:46 - 00:24:22 | Speaker 3:

Shannon, is there a point to this story? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I'm sorry. What were you saying? Megan, you're a real disappointment. You're not Meghan Markle disappointing, but you're close. Oh, wow. Wow. I like that. Maybe there's more about me. Oh, yeah. He's got some in there, yeah. Megan, you're a huge tease. Huge tease. Shannon, is there a point to this story? Oh, what did Wes do this time? Okay, Shannon. All right, Shannon, spill it. Where did the Canuck take you this weekend? The perfect man, Mr. Canadian. Shannon, are you going to become a Canadian citizen? Yes or no?

00:24:22 - 00:24:31 | Speaker 2:

I like it. I got a few of those. I'm going to have to go through it because I think there might be some Mike ones in here, too, that I'll check out. So we'll get some on it.

And we got a phone call from what I thought was alias Carly. Turns out she gave us her real name when we said, what alias would you like? She said Carly.

00:30:53 - 00:30:54 | Speaker 2:

But she did want her voice to be disguised.

00:30:54 - 00:30:58 | Speaker 1:

She did. So she told us this, okay? This was Am I the A-Hole?

00:30:59 - 00:32:02 | Speaker 3:

We've been married about five years, and a little less than two years ago, I caught him cheating, and it was a really hard time for us, but he did agree to go to therapy, which has been going well. Things have improved, and part of his therapy is, and part of his recovery is that he has to keep a journal. well i couldn't really help myself recently um and i ended up um i ended up reading a little bit of his journal and i saw a passage about him talking about cheating on me again since you know the the first incident or what i assumed was the first incident that started this whole recovery journey and i want to know if i'm the a-hole for you know i mean betraying that trust and and did i cross a line am i am i able for reading yeah so that was the other morning

00:32:02 - 00:32:24 | Speaker 1:

listeners were not happy about her doing that and you may be one of those well now a follow-up because we're going to have her do War of the Roses this morning. Give a chance for her to find out who this person is and is he still doing this. We're going to take her off voice disguise.

00:32:25 - 00:32:31 | Speaker 4:

Catching cheaters and proud of it. Ow, I'm sorry. It's your home for War of the Roses on Mojo in the Morning.

00:32:31 - 00:32:32 | Speaker 1:

Carly?

00:32:33 - 00:32:33 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

00:32:34 - 00:32:37 | Speaker 1:

All right, this is big because obviously we're saying names.

00:32:38 - 00:32:39 | Speaker 2:

You're not voice disguised.

00:32:39 - 00:32:47 | Speaker 1:

And you're hearing voices. Carly Thoughts on this before we do make the phone call

00:32:47 - 00:33:02 | Speaker 5:

I mean I'm ready to know If what I Read in his journal is true And that he has cheated on me Since he's been in therapy

00:33:02 - 00:33:34 | Speaker 1:

I know that you got a lot of people That were making comments about how you shouldn't have Gone through his journal What you did was – some people even equated it to what he did, which I don't know if I'd buy it. But you also had a lot of people that said you had every right to read it and a lot of people that felt like if they were in a situation like yours, they would have done it too. But the fact that you could live with knowing that he wrote that. And not say anything. That's the hardest.

00:33:36 - 00:33:37 | Speaker 5:

It's been hard, yeah.

00:33:38 - 00:33:40 | Speaker 1:

So let's see what we got here, okay?

00:33:41 - 00:33:42 | Unknown:

Okay.

00:33:42 - 00:33:51 | Speaker 1:

We're going to make a phone call to him, offer him a dozen free roses, mute your phone, and we'll see who he sends the flowers to.

00:33:52 - 00:33:53 | Unknown:

Okay.

00:34:05 - 00:35:28 | Speaker 2:

Hello? Hi, I'm looking for John. Please. This is John. Hi, John. My name is Nicole, and I'm calling from a brand-new internet floral company called rosesbloom.com. And before you hang up on me, I just want to let you know that I'm calling for an offer for some free flowers for you. If you have 30 seconds to answer two very short survey questions, I'm not going to ask you for credit card information or anything else like that. We're just trying to get our name out there and hope that you'll order flowers from us in the future. are? Okay. Okay. Have you purchased flowers in the last six months, John? No. Okay. Do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next six months? Maybe, I guess. Okay. As a thank you for participating in that rosesbloom.com survey, now authorized to provide you with one dozen lung-stemmed red roses, just so you know what you're getting. And kind of unique how this works. I'm going to go ahead and get the first and the last name of who you want these flowers to go out to. They can actually go out as early as today, and then we'll go from there. How do the flowers get delivered? We're just going to send that person a text message, and then they can go ahead and arrange for everything else. Okay, yeah, because I don't have their address. Okay, yep, no worries there. You do have a phone number, though, right? Mm-hmm. Okay. Okay, so I just need the first and the last name.

00:35:30 - 00:35:32 | Speaker 3:

I don't know. One second.

00:35:34 - 00:36:04 | Speaker 2:

Rachel. Okay. And I'm going to actually start an account for you on here on rosesbloom.com, John. So the next time, hopefully you order flowers, you'll order them from us. We'll already have all of your information and Rachel's information on here. What is your relationship to her? We're close. Nothing. Yeah. We're close. Okay, so romantic, family, you're just giving me categories I have to click.

00:36:06 - 00:36:07 | Speaker 1:

Romantic, I guess.

00:36:07 - 00:36:16 | Speaker 2:

Okay. And we also offer a digital voice card where you can leave your own message that will get played via that text message I was talking about when the flowers get delivered. Did you want to go ahead and record that?

00:36:18 - 00:36:19 | Speaker 3:

Sure.

00:36:20 - 00:36:39 | Speaker 2:

Okay. I'm going to count you down. Just leave something short and sweet. Here we go. Three, two, one. Enjoy the flowers. John. Awesome. And, Don, I also have to let you know that this call is being recorded for quality and training purposes. Are you okay with that?

00:36:42 - 00:36:44 | Speaker 1:

I mean, I guess I have to be now, right?

00:36:45 - 00:36:47 | Speaker 2:

I just need a yes or a no.

00:36:48 - 00:36:49 | Speaker 1:

Yes.

00:36:49 - 00:36:49 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

00:36:50 - 00:37:33 | Speaker 1:

John, I also need to grab some more information from you, and then we're going to let you go and send that text to Rachel. Can I get her phone number to send the text? Yeah, 616... Okay, great. We'll send that off. I need to tell you one last thing too, John, that while we've been talking to you and you were getting this offer of the free flowers, your wife has been listening in to the conversation that you just had and heard you send them to another woman.

00:37:36 - 00:37:39 | Speaker 3:

Again, John? Who the f*** is Rachel?

00:37:45 - 00:38:06 | Speaker 1:

John Carly is on the phone with us. And this is the Mojo in the Morning Show. And you don't recognize that number at all?

00:38:08 - 00:38:15 | Speaker 3:

I don't recognize that number, no. Do you recognize that name? Rachel F***. Rachel F***. Rachel, no.

00:38:16 - 00:38:19 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so he didn't write a name in the journal? No. Okay.

00:38:21 - 00:38:38 | Speaker 3:

He just mentioned another woman, clearly who he's having intimate relations with, and definitely in more recent times than, you know, the original act of infidelity that sent him on this therapy journey.

00:38:39 - 00:38:49 | Speaker 1:

I want you to know that our producers have been trying to call that number since he gave us that number, so we're not getting an answer. But I want you to hang on the phone, okay?

00:38:50 - 00:38:53 | Speaker 3:

Okay. This is the home of War of the Roses.

00:38:53 - 00:39:16 | Speaker 1:

I absolutely love it. Mojo in the Morning. carly any response from him at all have you heard from him no so not a

00:39:16 - 00:39:23 | Speaker 3:

He hasn't sent any, no, not a text message, not a call, not a apology, no.

00:39:24 - 00:39:56 | Speaker 1:

All right, stay here, and we'll talk more, okay? Okay. Mojo in the morning. Amber, comment from you, War of the Roses, just to recap, if you were listening to the show when we did Am I the A-Hole, this is the woman who read her husband's journal. And he talked about cheating. And then we just found out that he is cheating. What's going on? Amber?

00:39:57 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 3:

Oh, hi. Sorry. No, that's you. Good morning. Good morning.

00:40:00 - 00:40:01 | Speaker 2:

It was a dramatic pause, though.

00:40:04 - 00:40:25 | Speaker 5:

I was just saying in my text, like, I don't totally condemn the woman. Like, you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. She played the stupid game of opening the journal, and she won the stupid prize of finding out that her husband is a cheater for sure. So I think that's honestly punishment enough, and now she has the chance to make an informed decision on what to do next. So good luck to you, Carly.

00:40:26 - 00:40:30 | Speaker 2:

Wow. Can I be honest with you? I thought that was a little harsh. That kind of hurt me.

00:40:30 - 00:40:38 | Speaker 6:

I liked it. I liked it. You did? Yeah, I thought you were straight to the point. You're the kind of friend that is just going to tell you how it is. These are the facts. Make your decisions.

00:40:38 - 00:40:43 | Speaker 2:

But it makes her look like she's done something wrong. She hasn't done anything wrong except for keeping him around.

00:40:43 - 00:40:44 | Speaker 6:

But she broke the trust.

00:40:44 - 00:40:46 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. He broke the trust.

00:40:47 - 00:40:48 | Speaker 6:

They both broke the trust.

00:40:48 - 00:40:57 | Speaker 2:

What trust is worth breaking more? The guy actually doing things with another person or her reading?

00:40:57 - 00:40:59 | Speaker 1:

It's okay that the answer is both.

00:40:59 - 00:41:06 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, and I feel like when I say she broke the trust, people go, but he cheated. Yes, they're both in the wrong. Yep, yep, yep, yep.

00:41:06 - 00:41:11 | Speaker 5:

Both are totally in the wrong. Been there, done that. I learned my lesson, learned some things I didn't really want to know.

00:41:12 - 00:41:17 | Speaker 2:

Okay, now that's why I know you're saying this. You speak from experience. What's the experience?

00:41:18 - 00:41:36 | Speaker 5:

I had a boyfriend that was using his work phone to Snapchat girls while he was at work. He worked for Comcast, so he was in other girls' homes all the time. and I just so happened to see a Snapchat pop up on his work phone and was like, that's weird, it's your work phone. And, yeah. It's always Snapchat.

00:41:37 - 00:41:42 | Speaker 2:

Well, Snapchat, yeah. We have good internet, so, I mean. Yeah.

00:41:42 - 00:41:43 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my gosh.

00:41:43 - 00:41:49 | Speaker 2:

It was easier to do it. I don't know. That wasn't funny. I'm sorry. How long ago was this, Amber?

00:41:51 - 00:41:53 | Speaker 5:

It's been four or five years now.

00:41:53 - 00:41:54 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but still hurts?

00:41:56 - 00:41:56 | Speaker 5:

No.

00:41:57 - 00:41:58 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay.

00:41:58 - 00:41:58 | Speaker 5:

Good for you.

00:41:59 - 00:42:07 | Speaker 2:

Megan wants you as a friend. I don't want anything to do with you. But thank you for the call. I know I appreciate you for calling. What's up, Kate?

00:42:08 - 00:42:48 | Speaker 3:

Well, I have to completely disagree with Amber. First of all, she didn't know her boyfriend was cheating on her, so she might be stupid for looking. However, Carly already had an intuition, and I don't think it was wrong for her to look. I think that once you're cheated on, trust takes time to build back up, and until it's built back up, I mean, those are the things you do. And really, he should have been open enough to be like, hey, no, read my journal. Look at my phone. Do whatever you need. I cheated on you, and I was wrong, and he didn't do that. And I don't think she was stupid for finding out what she found. I think she was real smart because she knew something was wrong.

00:42:48 - 00:43:34 | Speaker 2:

She needs to protect herself. 100%. I mean, you've got to be able to – you've got to protect yourself emotionally. You've got to protect yourself physically with diseases and stuff. But the one thing that I learned from this in her situation of what she just did is it takes a long time to build back trust. And sometimes you may never, ever get that trust back. But initially – So much. Theirs has been two years of this, okay? Okay. Initially, you would think two years is enough time that you could probably say, I'm not going to look at the journal. But if it's not, if that were me in that case, I would have to read that journal. I would have to at least browse. Right. No.

00:43:34 - 00:44:08 | Speaker 1:

But see, I go back to what I said when we did this on Tuesday. It sucks that this was the outcome. But reading that journal that his therapist was having him use to process the stuff that was going on in his brain with him or her is like having a spy camera inside of that therapist's office. So I still maintain she was wrong for reading the journal. Again, the outcome. It's awful that it came out this way. But you know what? it would probably come out anyway because these things always do they always get found out

00:44:08 - 00:44:19 | Speaker 3:

what were you going to say i have to politely disagree that's okay i feel like if he was using his journal for therapeutic reasons he wouldn't still be cheating and writing about it in his

00:44:19 - 00:44:27 | Speaker 2:

journal yeah that's not very therapeutic thank you for the call i appreciate you uh anna mojo

00:44:27 - 00:44:48 | Speaker 4:

on the morning show what's up um i just wanted to say like i agree with the one caller that was saying you know she was in the right for looking because once trust is broken it's so hard to get back so like i feel like that person loses privacy in some ways so so you lose your privacy when you

00:44:48 - 00:44:59 | Speaker 2:

lost your commitment to the relationship you're saying what's up tom hey what's up man how's We're doing all right, buddy. What's going on? What were your comments on this War of the Roses?

00:45:00 - 00:45:25 | Speaker 4:

Hey, I just wanted to say, you know, I think the journal's kind of null and void at this point. Like, it's irrelevant. You know, he's a dirtbag. And she already gave him one chance. The second time, you know, the first time she should have left him. This time, definitely. Forget the journal. Yeah, she was wrong. Okay, great. But then we're going to break up over her reading the journal. They definitely should break up now. She should move on, hit up another guy. I don't even have Snapchat. I got a phone number. Hit me up.

00:45:27 - 00:45:40 | Speaker 3:

Well, that's a good – and you know what? That's an interesting question. So she gave him a second chance. Is she going to give him a third chance? Carly, could you see yourself giving him another chance after you've already done it and he's broken it again?

00:45:41 - 00:45:47 | Speaker 5:

I don't think so. I think I'm at the end of my line here.

00:45:48 - 00:45:58 | Speaker 3:

Honestly. You've already given him another chance. There was never anything before his last cheating that he did that sent you guys to therapy?

00:45:59 - 00:46:05 | Speaker 5:

I mean, not that I knew of, not that I'm aware of, no.

00:46:05 - 00:46:08 | Speaker 1:

What about when you guys were dating? Did you have this issue when you were dating?

00:46:09 - 00:46:22 | Speaker 5:

No, he was really attentive. You know, we, like, went from just getting to know each other to spending all the time together. So I can't even imagine when he would have had an opportunity to see someone else, honestly.

00:46:24 - 00:47:09 | Speaker 3:

Well, I appreciate you staying on hold with us and listening to some of these callers. And I think that this is one of those were the roses where nobody's going to agree on why you did what you did or we did what we did. But they will definitely agree that the outcome is something that I think she should know about. And I think, you know, if anybody says she should not know that he's cheating this time and she should have never read that thing, then I think that you're crazy because you would never in a million years want that to happen to you. Will? Will, are you talking on a phone or are you talking on a megaphone? What is that you got there?

00:47:10 - 00:47:11 | Speaker 6:

I'm a truck driver.

00:47:11 - 00:47:12 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay.

00:47:12 - 00:47:13 | Speaker 6:

It's kind of hard.

00:47:13 - 00:47:15 | Speaker 3:

All right. Get close to the speaker.

00:47:16 - 00:47:47 | Speaker 6:

I'm sorry. There you go. She's not wrong for giving him a second chance at love. You know, she's not wrong for reading his diary. That was her intuition. It was spot on. A woman's intuition is never wrong. Only a-hole in this situation is the husband for cheating multiple times. He does not respect his marriage at all. She does. She should just kick him to the curb and just let it go. That's it. No more chances. Just get rid of the bomb.

00:47:48 - 00:48:02 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, the scary thing, too, is she was hesitant when you asked her if there was a chance she would go back. It should be an immediate now. And there was a, well, I don't think so, and it should just be an immediate no at this point. There should be no more chances.

00:48:03 - 00:49:55 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, no more chances. Fair, but also fair to say that it's the initial shock of just finding this out, so I don't know how I would. Yeah, it's very hard for you. But thank you for the call. I appreciate it, Will. Will, the truck driver, we got, man, we are the number one show for truckers checking out this show. Let me tell you guys this. I thought this was a wild one because we talk about this journal and not everybody keeps journals, right? I mean, I don't, I never, the rarity of a guy keeping a journal, that's, that's pretty amazing. And we've, we've talked about, I think it's wonderful that they do, but your phone is kind of your journal and think about what you have in your phone. You may not journal, but you probably text message people, right? 82% of people admit to snooping through someone else's devices. So more than four in five people admit to snooping through another person's digital devices. Now, think of this with the journal because everybody thinks she's in the wrong for doing this. Yet, majority of people would go through the digital device, right? You'd go through their iPhone or whatever you have. 53% claim that they've found something incriminating or concerning while going through someone's device. 70% say that they've discovered evidence of digital flirting or in-person cheating after going through someone's digital device. So if you're one of those people that didn't go through a device, there's probably something there that you can actually go check out. Here's the part that's interesting. More than one in three people have no regrets about snooping through another person's digital device. Now, go back to that journal thing and what we talked about with that. That's all those people that have been calling up, going, including who's your best friend that was the first caller? What was her name? Amber or whatever, right?

00:49:55 - 00:49:57 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, something like that. I can't remember.

00:49:57 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 3:

She's going through digital devices. I'm telling you.

00:50:00 - 00:50:18 | Speaker 2:

Probably, but don't we always say that there's a difference between emails and handwritten letters? I feel like there's a vulnerability. Hear me out, hear me out. This is a stretch. We're doing yoga this morning, but hear me out. I think I'm going to agree with you what you're going to say, though. But I think there is something more private and personal about a journal than a phone.

00:50:18 - 00:50:57 | Speaker 1:

But a journal that is specifically used for therapy. You are working through all of the junk in that journal. And this is what I feel like I was not making a good point on Tuesday. You have to take the fact out that he was cheating in it. Because now we know the outcome and it's like messing up. It's two very different arguments here. But the fact that she read his therapy journal, like I said, I wouldn't want anybody to be sitting in on my therapy sessions. Because the stuff I'm working through is screwed up. Right? And that's what this was in this case. Snooping through somebody's phone who's already cheated is a totally different, it's apples and oranges to me. Yeah.

00:50:58 - 00:51:01 | Speaker 3:

Call it what you want. You are the guys that change the rules all the time.

00:51:01 - 00:51:02 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, right.

00:51:02 - 00:51:02 | Speaker 3:

Amazing.

00:51:02 - 00:51:05 | Speaker 4:

You know, if it's written in a ballpoint pen, it's okay. Right, exactly.

00:51:06 - 00:51:07 | Speaker 3:

Unreal.

00:51:07 - 00:51:14 | Speaker 4:

See, you could have been listening to the crap the other morning shows are talking about. But you heard that on Mojo in the Morning. Happy.

00:51:15 - 00:51:17 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:51:18 - 00:51:22 | Speaker 3:

Shannon, what do you have for us in this hour's Dirty on the 30?

00:51:22 - 00:52:06 | Speaker 1:

Well, I first want to address this. there are a few different media outlets like Radar Online and the Daily Loud. I will go on the record to say both of those not good sources. But they are reporting that Jamie Foxx's family and loved ones are reportedly preparing for the worst as he enters week four of hospitalization following this mysterious medical complication that he has suffered his family, keeping quiet about what exactly that medical complication is. But a lot of my very good sources I know People Magazine was reporting this morning That he is in stable condition and doing okay So it's not like he's nearing the end of his life here If you've heard that

00:52:06 - 00:52:11 | Speaker 3:

So they both are saying And they both have the same source or something

00:52:11 - 00:52:23 | Speaker 1:

No, I'm just saying there are some of the There are some tabloids that are saying He's in real bad shape He's not going to make it And that's not the story I'm getting from legitimate sources of mine.

00:52:23 - 00:52:43 | Speaker 2:

HIPAA and privacy is important. Very important. I'm just saying I'm a little bit shocked he's filming a movie right now and all this kind of happened right when he was on set. I'm surprised the story hasn't leaked. I'm shocked with that many people probably knowing what's going on that this isn't knowledge which I'm grateful because he

00:52:43 - 00:53:09 | Speaker 1:

deserves privacy. I'm just shocked. I wonder if even those people know because even his close friends like Kevin Hart, Nick Cannon, They're making statements, but they don't really know what's going on. But do you think they don't really know what's going on, or are they just trying to give them privacy? I don't know, because when Nick Cannon, I believe it was when Nick Cannon made his statement, he said something like, oh, I heard from. It wasn't even like he had any sort of direct information. Yeah.

00:53:09 - 00:53:14 | Speaker 2:

I'll be worried if I see Katie Holmes there. If you see her coming in and out of the hospital. Yeah.

00:53:14 - 00:53:40 | Speaker 1:

I forgot that those guys were together. Yeah, for a while. We have a name, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky. have named their first child after a famous member of the Wu-Tang Clan. A little guy's name, full name, is RZA Athelstan Mayers. The birth certificate also says he was born on May 13th at 10.58 a.m. at Teter-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. And of course, we're on Baby Watch right now because Rihanna is currently expecting another baby

00:53:40 - 00:53:48 | Speaker 5:

with a step. Such a cool name. I know. Mike, you got one there then. I can't use RZA. You're going to know where I got

00:53:48 - 00:53:56 | Speaker 3:

No, a lot of people, though, you know, they tend to find baby names from celebrities who use the baby names. You can do it.

00:53:56 - 00:54:01 | Speaker 4:

I can't immediately go, like, three weeks later. RZA, I just, I came up with it. I really like it.

00:54:02 - 00:54:08 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, but it's okay to say I'm taking it from one of my favorite artists. Okay. I'll put that on the list.

00:54:09 - 00:55:00 | Speaker 1:

Real quick, Kenny Tesney is stepping in for Morgan Wallen at a pair of country festivals that Morgan pulled out of earlier this week. Kenny now going to be performing at Gulf Coast Jam and Carolina Country Music Fest next month. Now Morgan Wallen, of course, is on vocal rest for at least the next six weeks. He promised to reschedule many of the tour dates that he's going to be missing because of that. But the festival appearances were non-negotiable. So, Kenny stepping in for him. You're in Vander Sloot. One of the last people to see high school student Natalie Holloway alive in Aruba in 2005 before she disappeared. will be extradited to the U.S., according to a statement from the Holloway family. Do you guys remember this huge, huge story? How long ago was that, though? 2005, that has lived on all of these years. Natalie was in Aruba. She was attending her high school graduation trip, and she was never seen.

00:55:00 - 00:55:01 | Speaker 4:

And again, she was last seen.

00:55:01 - 00:55:07 | Speaker 2:

Was she in a cruise? I don't believe it was a cruise. She was just in Aruba for this high school graduation trip with friends.

00:55:07 - 00:55:16 | Speaker 4:

Very popular place for some of the locals from West Bloomfield and Bloomfield Hills schools to go on their breaks.

00:55:16 - 00:55:24 | Speaker 2:

And the last place she was seen was leaving a club with this Joran Vandersloot and two other men. Nobody was charged in her disappearance. Her body has never been found.

00:55:24 - 00:55:28 | Speaker 4:

So this guy, by the way, I always felt like he was a sleazeball.

00:55:28 - 00:55:37 | Speaker 2:

Oh, for sure. I mean, he ended up getting convicted a couple of years later in Peru of murdering a different woman, and that's how he was sentenced to 28 years in prison.

00:55:37 - 00:55:42 | Speaker 4:

What are they doing? So they're bringing him here to, like, possibly charge him with that crime here?

00:55:42 - 00:56:09 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, so I kind of don't understand the legalities behind it. I do know that Peru has an extradition treaty with the United States, and they had previously agreed to extradite him, but only after he finished serving the murder sentence, which technically hasn't been finished. but he's coming here and I don't I saw that Natalie's mom made a statement yesterday um and she said that this feels like that the family is finally getting justice for Natalie

00:56:09 - 00:56:32 | Speaker 4:

do you guys know who this brought to fame this particular uh case Nancy Grace oh that's right this is where Nancy Grace kind of became a household name because she was one of the people that stayed on this case the longest and then all of a sudden people are like, who is this crazy person that's doing this, this legal lady?

00:56:33 - 00:57:30 | Speaker 2:

And lastly, a lawsuit over a very hot chicken McNugget. The parents of a four-year-old little girl is blaming McDonald's and the operator of a Florida franchise for causing their daughter to suffer second-degree burns from an extra hot nuggy. Oh, my God. Alana Holmes and Humberto Caraballo Estevez say their daughter Olivia suffered burns to her thigh in 2019 after a 200-degree McNugget fell in her lap from a Happy Meal box. Their attorney said the reasonable foreseeable intended use is for a child to handle this box. The law implies a promise from a corporation to a child, and if it's preventable, it's warnable. You should warn somebody about it, and if you don't do that, then you're liable. So the family is seeking $15,000 in damages from McDonald's and its franchisee of Church Foods for negligence and poor training. That's horrific.

00:57:31 - 00:57:42 | Speaker 4:

Interesting of this is that remember how the coffee turned out to burn that lady, and then they had to put on the cup how it was hot. I wonder if they'll have to do that on nuggets.

00:57:42 - 00:58:10 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, but did you follow that coffee case at all and what happened with that woman? Because that McDonald's was intentionally serving hot coffee at an extreme and dangerous rate. And they had broken the code like over and over again. It was documented. And that woman was so severely burned. She had to have cosmetic reconstruction surgery on her lady bits. Like it was not a little hot. They mutilated that woman. Absolutely mutilated her.

00:58:10 - 00:58:13 | Speaker 4:

And what was the name of the documentary that you got that info from?

00:58:14 - 00:58:29 | Speaker 3:

I just followed the court case. Because I think a lot of people were like, this woman didn't know coffee was hot. And didn't realize that essentially parts of her body were melted off. Like, that's not a little hot. That's extreme. That's how I like my coffee, by the way.

00:58:29 - 00:58:44 | Speaker 4:

When they tell you that they don't have fries ready and they're going to make you new ones, do you guys get depressed like I do that you can't eat them right away because they're going to be so hot? But I'm going to anyways and go, yeah. And numb your tongue while it's open.

00:58:45 - 00:58:50 | Speaker 3:

Y'all, a child was burned. A child was burned and y'all were like, you didn't know food was hot?

00:58:51 - 00:58:54 | Speaker 4:

We didn't really say that. We didn't.

00:58:54 - 00:59:00 | Speaker 2:

We got off on a tangent about the coffee, though. All right, for all of today's Dirty, check out the Dirty page on themojointhemorning.com.

So we've got to give away that last hotel, and then we'll just give away passes, and then unfortunately you will have to pay for your own hotel at the Daxton Hotel, but it will be in just a second. First, let me grab Kelly. Are you there, Kelly?

Never before. No, no. This is the first time, so I'm very excited.

00:59:58 - 01:00:11 | Speaker 4:

It's honestly spectacular. Spectacular. He's such a performer, and he does such an amazing job with just a guitar. And I know he's going to be doing these big old stadiums like Ford Field, but he'll make it as intimate as possible. So you'll enjoy it, okay?

01:00:12 - 01:00:17 | Speaker 3:

I'm so excited. Thank you so much. This is amazing. This just made my day, so thank you.

01:00:17 - 01:00:20 | Speaker 4:

Appreciate you for listening. And where are you listening? Where do you call home?

01:00:22 - 01:00:23 | Speaker 3:

01:00:23 - 01:00:25 | Speaker 4:

Oh, beautiful place. Thank you for listening.

01:00:25 - 01:00:25 | Speaker 3:

Amazing.

01:00:26 - 01:00:27 | Speaker 4:

Appreciate you.

01:00:27 - 01:00:28 | Speaker 3:

Thank you so much. Yeah.

01:00:28 - 01:00:29 | Speaker 4:

Good song, by the way.

01:00:30 - 01:00:33 | Speaker 3:

Tonight And in a pipe She flies to the motherland

01:00:33 - 01:00:43 | Speaker 4:

Man, this is going back. This is young Ed. This is when he was pure red. Now he's got a little tad of gray in his red. Right?

01:00:43 - 01:00:44 | Speaker 3:

I think he does.

01:00:44 - 01:00:45 | Speaker 4:

Kind of, yeah.

01:00:45 - 01:00:47 | Speaker 3:

Stupid red-haired freak. No, come on now.

01:00:47 - 01:02:28 | Speaker 4:

Love him. We love him. He's such a good guy. Good friend to iHeartRadio and a good friend of Mojo on the Moon. He's been on our show. Actually, I understand Tony Travato has told us that he will be on the show before July. So we will be making an appearance on this radio program before July. It's actually one of my favorite interviews. Yeah, so we'll have them on again. So I don't know if it's in person or if it will be over the phone but whatever it is, we will take it. Want to give away these passes so here we go. So Naughty Mom's Night Out is tomorrow night. It's at the Daxton Hotel in Birmingham. I'm not going to lie. I'm kind of surprised how excited people are to go to the Naughty Mom's Night Out. Really? Not because I ever thought that Naughty Moms Night Out wasn't a spectacular event, but we haven't had it in a couple of years, and I worried that people would be like, why are you guys doing that thing? You guys have done that too long, you know, stuff like that, you know, people get kind of like a little, you know, mouthy sometimes on social media and stuff, but people are excited about this, like excited about the fact that they can go to our Naughty Moms Night Out, so we're giving you a chance to win tickets, and here's what we got for you. be the 95th caller right now win tickets and a hotel stay at the daxton hotel it's our last chance to win a hotel stay not the last chance to win tickets we'll have more tickets coming up but the last chance to win the hotel stay and then we got to pick a grand prize winner before eight o'clock for that mojo in the morning shelby oh my god hi how you doing good how are you we're Great. We're excited for tomorrow night for Naughty Moms Night Out. Even more excited that we get a chance to meet you. Congratulations. You're in.

Thank you. Oh, my God. I am so excited. I never win anything on your guys' show. I try every morning.

01:02:35 - 01:02:44 | Speaker 4:

You know what? This is the perfect thing to win, too, because we're going to honor you as being a mom, and I understand you got a cutie pie. What's your baby's name?

01:02:45 - 01:02:48 | Speaker 2:

Her name's Addison. She's in the backseat.

01:02:48 - 01:02:49 | Speaker 4:

What's up, Addison?

01:02:49 - 01:02:52 | Speaker 2:

You're going to say hi? Hi.

01:02:52 - 01:02:56 | Speaker 4:

Hi, Addison. Addison, you sound younger than a baby. How old are you?

01:02:57 - 01:02:58 | Speaker 2:

I'm 14.

01:02:59 - 01:03:09 | Speaker 4:

Aww. Now, when we say, Addison, when we say naughty mom's night out, what does that mean to you as a 14-year-old?

01:03:11 - 01:03:15 | Speaker 2:

Probably my mom going out and getting crazy. Oh, okay.

01:03:15 - 01:03:22 | Speaker 4:

Yes. Your mom does have a side that she can show from time to time, but you are not to ever use that against her, okay?

01:03:24 - 01:03:25 | Unknown:

Okay.

01:03:25 - 01:03:30 | Speaker 4:

All right, we're going to take care of your mom, I promise you. We'll make sure that she's in good hands.

01:03:31 - 01:03:32 | Speaker 2:

Okay, I trust you guys.

01:03:32 - 01:03:37 | Speaker 4:

Stay away from Shannon, by the way. She gets a little nutty when she's got a couple of cocktails in her and stuff.

01:03:37 - 01:03:42 | Speaker 1:

I'm hanging out with Shannon all night. I get way more fun with a cocktail or five in me.

01:03:42 - 01:03:50 | Speaker 4:

Addison, are you okay with your mom having drinks with Shannon and Megan and Mojo and Mike and KP and Lydia?

01:03:51 - 01:03:52 | Unknown:

Yeah, I guess.

01:03:53 - 01:04:00 | Speaker 4:

Okay. What will you be doing? Will mom just order you a Jets pizza and just tell you to go to bed at a good hour?

01:04:01 - 01:04:02 | Speaker 2:

She's staying with Dad.

01:04:02 - 01:04:28 | Speaker 4:

Oh, good. All right, perfect. Congrats to you guys on this. Shelby, you're also qualified for the hotel stay at the Daxton Hotel. Anybody that gets passes to this, go to daxtonhotel.com. While it lasts, the Mojo code is still there for a better rate on the room. But we're going to pick the grand prize winner for this coming up here in just a few. So before 8 o'clock, so you've got like 13 minutes, all right?

01:04:29 - 01:04:31 | Speaker 2:

Okay, thank you so much.

01:04:31 - 01:04:43 | Speaker 4:

All right, keep your phone on if you've got to get out of your car. So don't go anywhere. Lydia will grab your information. It's Mojo on the Morning Show. So Smith did something yesterday that is an honest mistake, but it's so cute, by the way.

01:04:43 - 01:06:30 | Speaker 1:

It was so cute. It was one of those sweet, very proud mom moments. The kids are obsessed with this little pizza place by my house. And so we'll ride our bikes up there. And it's kind of cool. When it's nice outside, they have this counter that you can sit at and you can eat outside. So the kids, by the way, my kids can like take down some pizza. They literally eat more than me. So Smith didn't eat his, I don't even know if it was like his second or third piece of pizza. So we boxed it up to take home. Lucy and I were still finishing. And so he wanted to take his bike and ride it up and down the sidewalk, you know, right there by where we were sitting, which I always let him do. So at one point he came running over to me and he asked me if he could give his pizza to a homeless man that he saw. And I love that so much. He has such a sweetheart, this little boy. And so he said, but can you come with me to give it to him? Well, of course. So I get up and I grab the pizza box and we walk over to he shows me, you know, where this man is kind of like on the corner of the street. And he's sitting on a little staircase. But as soon as I saw this man I knew He was not a homeless man He was not homeless He was just a sweet old man Who was taking a little break from working He was just tired And he was wearing a face mask And he was doing something on his phone And just enjoying the sunshine And I thought I want to commend Smith Who's almost 6 by the way He turns 6 in a couple of weeks I want to commend him for You know having a good kind heart But I also had to explain to him We can't you know I said He's not homeless Bubby And he goes well can we still give him the pizza And I'm like well

01:06:30 - 01:06:34 | Speaker 4:

Absolutely you can it's free pizza Mike if you were sitting on that

01:06:34 - 01:06:36 | Speaker 1:

Actually we didn't give him the pizza

01:06:36 - 01:06:48 | Speaker 3:

I would have been offended for like Three seconds like you think I'm homeless But then you would have showed me the pizza And I would have went ah whatever You know what I would have done

01:06:48 - 01:07:13 | Speaker 4:

Honestly if a kid just came up to me and have offered a pizza, I'd be like, this kid's the greatest kid in the world. I'd be like, this is better than those kids that try to sell their candy bars to you for what they say is some kind of a school thing, but you know it's a bunch of BS. Oh, that's funny. That's the greatest. It's funny when your kids make an honest mistake like that. If you as an adult make an honest mistake like that, then, you know, everybody turns.

01:07:13 - 01:07:13 | Speaker 1:

I would have gotten screamed at.

01:07:13 - 01:08:30 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, everybody turns. How dare you? There have been moments, I'm sure, There have been moments, I'm sure, where we've all, you know, kind of had this happen to us with our kids. And we used to have with Luke, poor Luke used to be the vocal one, too. And he would say things out loud, like where you're like, oh, crap, did they hear that, you know? And you never wanted it to ever be heard. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is our telephone number. You know what? Kids embarrass parents. They do. That happens. Have your kids ever done that to you? You'll have to call us up. Do we have a grand prize winner in this? Do you want to do that? She's giving you the thumbs up. She's going in and she's picking the, and we'll have more tickets, by the way, passes for the Naughty Moms Night Out. But we're going to also grab the grand prize winner here in just a second. Mojo in the morning. The grand prize winner Of the hotel stay At the Daxton Hotel The last one that we're giving away Before tomorrow night's Naughty Moms Night Out Goes to Bridget Bridget, you're a winner, congratulations

01:08:30 - 01:08:36 | Speaker 3:

Alright Bridget Bridget Okay

01:08:36 - 01:08:41 | Speaker 4:

Alright A five star hotel room Congratulations to you

01:08:42 - 01:08:44 | Speaker 2:

All right. I got to get my shoe bag packed.

01:08:46 - 01:08:50 | Speaker 4:

Wait, how many are you going to bring with you? It's just one night of party and you don't need anything else.

01:08:50 - 01:08:57 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no, no, no, no. You need flat shoes. You need high shoes. You need two shoes. Yes, ma'am.

01:08:57 - 01:08:59 | Speaker 1:

Yes, ma'am. Yep. Get them packed.

01:09:00 - 01:09:07 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my goodness. Oh, wow. Oh, I needed this. This is so freaking cool. I am, like, over the moon.

01:09:08 - 01:09:16 | Speaker 4:

Bridget, I want you to know this. we went away for one night, okay? And Megan had a suitcase that could fit a small family in.

01:09:16 - 01:09:17 | Speaker 1:

Well, that's her makeup suitcase.

01:09:18 - 01:09:21 | Speaker 4:

And that's just for the makeup that she was bringing for this thing.

01:09:21 - 01:09:22 | Speaker 1:

And she's not a...

01:09:22 - 01:09:23 | Speaker 2:

Megan knows.

01:09:24 - 01:09:25 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, she knows the packing.

01:09:26 - 01:09:28 | Speaker 2:

Tell them what I did when we went to Vegas for two nights.

01:09:28 - 01:09:38 | Speaker 4:

I literally packed... First off, she checked so much luggage that they had to kick like three people off the plane just for the weight of the plane. You know how they always do that?

01:09:38 - 01:09:44 | Speaker 1:

It was kind of amazing to have her as my roommate, though, because it was like having an Ulta in my bathrobe.

01:09:44 - 01:09:47 | Speaker 2:

I was going to say, who had everything you did? You did.

01:09:47 - 01:09:48 | Speaker 4:

It's insane. Seriously.

01:09:49 - 01:09:57 | Speaker 2:

Well, that's okay. When you're a 140-pound person and you wear eight layers and you look like you weighed 200 pounds to get on the plane. Right.

01:09:57 - 01:09:59 | Speaker 4:

You know how people do that?

01:10:00 - 01:10:03 | Speaker 2:

When people do that, I'm always amazed that they don't pass out on the plane.

01:10:04 - 01:10:04 | Speaker 3:

No.

01:10:05 - 01:10:14 | Speaker 2:

If you have to ask for the lap extender, the lap belt extender, just because you have all of your clothes that you're going to wear on your vacation, just to save, what is it?

01:10:14 - 01:10:27 | Speaker 3:

It's a lot of money for a checked bag, to be fair. It is. Yeah, it's over $100. Yeah. You know, you could buy new outfits when you get there, you know? That's money.

01:10:27 - 01:10:41 | Speaker 2:

money what do you what do you think you're going to enjoy the most will it be getting to just roll right up into your elevator and go up to your room after drinking a little bit or will be the next morning when you realize you don't have to have your kids wake you up i'm going to enjoy

01:10:41 - 01:10:53 | Speaker 3:

meeting every one of you and having fun with you guys that's that's very that is so sweet yes gonna be a good night thank you enjoy getting to know every one of you we're gonna have so much

01:10:53 - 01:10:58 | Speaker 2:

fun we'll see you tomorrow night at naughty mom's night out uh riley what's going on it's mojo in

01:10:58 - 01:12:14 | Speaker 5:

the morning hi i have a very mortifying subject or conversation i had with my son in public yeah what happened um so i am from spring lake and i don't know if you guys are familiar with like the coast guard festival that happens in green haven yes and so i took my son and we were at the carnival and an employee was talking with the kids and all this kind of stuff and it was busy and he looked at me and goes mom why doesn't he have any teeth in his mouth oh no and he said it allowed enough for them there oh allowed enough for literally every parent and the employee to hear and i thought to myself okay this could be a learning experience or this could be a we'll talk about it later and just let's pretend like it didn't happen but my son is like he he has word vomit all the time like as anything he thinks comes out um so i said well it could be one of two things if we don't brush our teeth oh no like that that's what could happen or not like at that point

01:12:14 - 01:12:20 | Speaker 2:

i'm like it's drugs like oh no wait you didn't say that in front of him did you i mean i i did

01:12:20 - 01:12:34 | Speaker 5:

not have the conversation with with him that loud for people to hear around me it was like a bend on one knee kind of you know because kids my son's old enough to like know that there's

01:12:34 - 01:12:50 | Speaker 2:

yeah bad things that happen in the world and see i probably would honestly i would have walked away i would have walked away and i would have had a conversation with him later uh i don't know if i would have done that in the proximity that could be very hurtful he didn't know the carnival person

01:12:50 - 01:13:07 | Speaker 5:

didn't hear me at all. Didn't realize that? Yeah. No, no, no, no, no, no. I've been down and had a conversation with him privately. Um, and all the parents looked at me and they were like, we were so scared that our kid was going to say the same thing. You know, you know what

01:13:07 - 01:13:24 | Speaker 2:

the worst is? The worst is when your kids will do the comment that they made and then be like, I want my teeth to look just like that. And you're like going, Oh, okay. But you know what? But if it gets you to the front of the ride and gets you on there, I'm fine with it.

01:13:24 - 01:13:40 | Speaker 1:

But now I feel like, and Mike, I don't know if you agree with me here, you can kind of anticipate it coming. So, like, if I'm in a situation and I see something, you know, like the man with no teeth, I will literally look at Lucian Smith and be like, say nothing. Just say nothing because I know they're thinking it and it's about to come out.

01:13:40 - 01:13:41 | Speaker 2:

What's up, Lisa?

01:13:42 - 01:13:43 | Speaker 4:

Hey, how are you?

01:13:44 - 01:13:44 | Speaker 2:

Good. What's going on?

01:13:44 - 01:14:13 | Speaker 4:

um so this man came in on my restaurant and the bartender was like he's in a wheelchair and he was a little scruffly you know a long beard and everything and he said um do you um you know can you know i was gonna get a menu he's like oh yeah we can get you everything you want my manager can comp your food for you and he's like i'm not i'm not homeless i'm a vet i'm offended i want to see your manager now and so he was pretty yeah he was pretty mad so you were just trying to do

01:14:13 - 01:14:21 | Speaker 2:

something nice thinking well you know you can then you turn it around and just say to him well you're a vet that let me let me get your uh your food for you what he got really offended he got

01:14:21 - 01:14:41 | Speaker 4:

really offended we also have another guy that comes in and he does look a little homeless and there's customers that will come in to his table and just give him five dollars you know yeah and and he's like i'm not homeless you know but people just assume because you know i don't know you look scruffily you know beard and don't get kept i don't know you know what's weird um was i remember

01:14:41 - 01:14:59 | Speaker 2:

one with luke and it wasn't a homeless one but i remember where they thought somebody was homeless it was the um oh uh that daddy's being so nice to uh to his daughter and i look over and the daddy was not the daddy it was oh god it was the daddy it was

01:15:00 - 01:15:27 | Speaker 3:

the daddy and he had his arm like a rounder and stuff like that and he was kind of like you know different ways like that is so nice like go doing it and he was so young he was kind of like probably like Cecily or Lucy's age and he said it in such a cute way that honestly it made everybody that was around laugh because they all kind of knew that that was not a good situation alright so are we happy with Rihanna's choice of name do we think that that's actually a good

01:15:27 - 01:15:29 | Speaker 4:

choice you're gonna use it Mike

01:15:29 - 01:15:44 | Speaker 2:

Am I going to use it? No, probably not. But I do like it. I think it's really cool, and I wish I could pull off Arisa. I couldn't pull off Arisa, but I think they're cool enough to pull off Arisa. I think it's kind of cool, and I like the idea of why she's doing it, too.

01:15:46 - 01:15:46 | Speaker 3:

Have you guys heard of baby stalking?

01:17:33 - 01:17:35 | Speaker 4:

No, but that sounds terrifying.

01:17:35 - 01:19:11 | Speaker 3:

It does, but it doesn't sound as terrifying when you know that it's not you stalking a baby. Baby stalking is a term that is used to describe the way men will often use their own kids to try to get a woman's number. Maybe still terrifying. The tactic, and I'm going to read it verbatim. The tactic is used by men who are actually single. Rather, it isn't used by men who are actually single. Rather, it's used by married men who want to have a very naive side piece. The idea is that women love kids and that they really want kids of their own. Men assume that women will see them as taking care of a child, somebody that is responsible, a good dad. The attractiveness scale, they say, on men when they are around their kids goes up. This is interesting because that's like I've always said with when women wear sunglasses or a old English D Detroit Tigers hat, I always feel like their attractiveness scale goes up. Men with their children, their attractiveness scale goes up. However, it is clearly a married man's tactic for a side chick. A single man would be much more careful about vetting those he goes near if the woman is not really into him, too, when he is with the child. So he'll know that it's not a good idea for him to actually be around her.

01:19:11 - 01:19:15 | Speaker 4:

This is so slimy. So it's basically married guys using their kids to help them cheat.

01:19:16 - 01:19:20 | Speaker 3:

Yes. Where are these guys going? So where are they going? That's the other thing I want to know.

01:19:21 - 01:19:21 | Speaker 4:

Grocery store?

01:19:22 - 01:19:26 | Speaker 3:

Well, and I think that malls, Abby's a big one. Grocery store's a good one.

01:19:26 - 01:19:30 | Speaker 1:

Don't say that because I take my kids to those places all the time, and you're going to get me yelled at by my wife.

01:19:30 - 01:19:34 | Speaker 4:

Well, of course you do because you're a good dad and a good husband.

01:19:34 - 01:19:48 | Speaker 3:

How about now? He's not. He's baby stalking, and we just found out about it. The truth behind Mike Aguilar is out right now, Allie.

01:19:49 - 01:19:54 | Speaker 2:

I want you to know this. I'm passed out at that tree at Rivertown Crossings Mall while my kids jump all over. Here's the weird part to me.

01:19:54 - 01:20:00 | Speaker 4:

First off, this whole thing is weird. But second, if you have, if you're a dad, okay, and mom isn't.

01:20:00 - 01:20:15 | Speaker 3:

the picture and you have kids that are of age to go when they get home hey mom dad met a lady at the mall and got her phone number like you're gonna get outed by your kids that you were using

01:20:15 - 01:20:26 | Speaker 1:

to do this in the first place that's a great boy right well no you hope that you have kids that aren't like your kids and they just keep quiet they know their place you hope don't do this

01:20:26 - 01:20:28 | Speaker 3:

They are on their iPads not even paying attention.

01:20:28 - 01:20:41 | Speaker 1:

Don't do this with, Mike, don't do it with Cecily because Cecily will tell your life story. We already know that she's one of those, I got to tell everybody every info. Remember you had to actually like not tell Cecily to say your address because she would tell people?

01:20:41 - 01:20:53 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Then it's immediately when she would, she's very much like me. Immediately when she meets people, she's just sharing her whole life story with them. And I had to go, no, no, no, no. We don't tell people where we live. Ah, baby stalking.

01:20:53 - 01:21:02 | Speaker 3:

I know this is a thing for single guys because, remember, we had somebody on this show that asked if they could use my daughter and my dog to pick up girls.

01:21:02 - 01:21:05 | Speaker 1:

You can say who it was. Slim. It was Slim. Oh, really?

01:21:06 - 01:21:06 | Unknown:

Yes.

01:21:06 - 01:21:08 | Speaker 3:

Back in the day, this was not recent.

01:21:08 - 01:21:13 | Speaker 1:

He was actually, honestly, very smart in the idea of doing this. He wanted to go to-

01:21:13 - 01:21:14 | Speaker 3:

He wanted to push the stroller.

01:21:14 - 01:22:44 | Speaker 1:

Go through parks in downtown areas like Northville or Novi or Birmingham. Yep. And he wanted to just sit there and have the kids hang out and then go to have moms, like, kind of flirt with them and stuff. I want to know if there's anybody that has ever either done this or busted somebody doing this. Oh, here you go. A couple of people say that they actually know guy friends of theirs that will go to Target. And they'll do this at Target with their kids. They take their kids for play dates at Target. But I, so I have like a couple of friends, like I have some, we, Chelsea and I have friends that have young kids now and it's weird because we're in, it's a total transition of our lives with our kids, you know, getting older, you know, and, and kind of being off doing their thing and our friends have these really, really young kids and these, these guys, I'm telling you, I know that not that they would cheat, but they love the idea of women seeing them doing the whole you know how you hold your kid kind of like you're like a big strong man with kid in your arm you're just being a dad you're no no no they're full they kind of like have that little thing going my buddy will you should see him you turned him yesterday on the air you know although he wasn't doing it while he was in the party city bathroom with the pants around his ankles but he does look at the opportunity in his hand yeah yeah oh it's a great story that was he He was a very good storyteller, too, telling that story.

01:22:44 - 01:22:46 | Speaker 3:

Please go back and listen to the podcast if you missed it.

01:22:46 - 01:23:21 | Speaker 1:

But no, but honestly, I'm not going to lie to you guys. I remember the days, and the malls were more popular when Joe Jacob and Luke were younger for me. I remember the days where I would walk around Somerset Collection, and I would have that stroller growing around, and you'd have the kids there. And you would walk around And all I wanted was to have people Not just women But I wanted like even people That were listeners of the show To see me in my dad mode Because I thought I look good It's very endearing I'll be honest

01:23:21 - 01:23:42 | Speaker 2:

I'm literally chasing Milo As I'm trying to get Cecily to stop Picking up every piece of candy That she possibly can I've never in my life thought that that, oh, hey, I hope somebody's watching me do this. I hope somebody's watching my kids almost steal things, and I'm chasing Milo up an escalator. Well, it's never that scenario.

01:23:42 - 01:23:44 | Speaker 3:

Right. Not a pretty picture.

01:23:44 - 01:23:44 | Speaker 2:

Ever.

01:23:45 - 01:24:34 | Speaker 1:

I want, okay, Lydia, this is what I want on phone lines. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I want women to call up right now and admit to us, because I know no guy's going to call up and say that they use their kids as bait to try to pick up girls women to call up and tell us how hot your guy looks when he's with your kids like how hot does he look and then we will judge whether or not that bastard is uh is doing things listen how many times you see Wes your uh Wesley your or Wesley as your son calls him how many times do you see him coaching that uh track team when he and he's out there with those kids you said that before just take me now you know it's hotter than a guy with kids though

01:24:34 - 01:24:40 | Speaker 3:

uh what's that where's this going oh just a guy with a dog i think is hot too

01:24:40 - 01:24:45 | Speaker 1:

i was waiting for a joke coming out of here i thought you were gonna say a guy with no kids

01:24:45 - 01:24:50 | Speaker 3:

because f them babies oh well that's right that you were going i thought you were gonna say we

01:24:50 - 01:25:00 | Speaker 1:

know it's hotter than a guy with kids a guy with somebody else's kids like you've heard it's not your kids but i but a guy with the dogs at all another one too come on think of these guys but think of it, he takes it one

01:25:00 - 01:25:08 | Speaker 2:

step further with the kids than he does with the dog it's like one step up on that scale yeah i

01:25:08 - 01:25:22 | Speaker 3:

guess there is something hot about a dad who's engaged like if you're just sitting um on a park bench on your phone not hot you're actually like in the slide with him yeah hot yeah yeah uh suzanne

01:25:22 - 01:25:27 | Speaker 2:

what's going on it's mojo in the morning this is called baby stalking what's happening good morning

01:25:27 - 01:25:50 | Speaker 5:

So one time I was at work, and my husband was taking care of our kid, and something happened to him, so he had to take him to the emergency room. And the nurse was all up over him, how good of a dad he was. Oh, my God, is it your good dad? You're taking care of your son? Where's your wife? And all that stuff. And he called me. He was like, come get your kid right now. This nurse woke up, talking to me, flirting with me because of how good of a dad I am.

01:25:51 - 01:25:55 | Speaker 2:

Wait, he was actually not into it. He was worried about it. It made him feel uncomfortable?

01:25:55 - 01:26:01 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, because my son had to get his appendix out And he was in a lot of pain And my son was like, I'm just trying to take care of my kid

01:26:01 - 01:26:10 | Speaker 2:

Wow, to me that's amazing That's an honest guy That he doesn't like when girls flirt with him I would have been eating that crap up

01:26:10 - 01:26:15 | Speaker 5:

But he kind of knew he was going to get in trouble Because my son was there He was nine at the time

01:26:15 - 01:26:18 | Speaker 2:

So he thought your son was going to tell on him

01:26:18 - 01:26:19 | Speaker 5:

Well, yeah

01:26:19 - 01:26:28 | Speaker 2:

Do you find him hot? Do you ever worry with him out and about with your son because he looks extra hot when he's walking around with him?

01:26:28 - 01:26:40 | Speaker 5:

I mean, he is 6'3", tall and dark and handsome, so yes. I do worry. I feel like every woman worries, but it's just about the guy, if he's honest or not.

01:26:41 - 01:27:05 | Speaker 2:

Picture the guy. This is what I picture. I picture the guy with a kid who's probably like Milo's age, Mike's son's age, or maybe even younger, a baby. Stroller, baseball hat on, Wearing his yoga shirts You know The clothes I can't fit into With the joggers With his Starbucks or Tim Hortons cup Walking around

01:27:05 - 01:27:15 | Speaker 6:

Sub out the stroller for one of those baby Bjorns If he's got the baby strapped Right on his chest You know what, you're right Just does it to you

01:27:15 - 01:27:18 | Speaker 2:

Jasmine, what's going on It's Mojo in the morning

01:27:18 - 01:27:20 | Speaker 3:

Mike, do you have one of those?

01:27:20 - 01:27:27 | Speaker 2:

I do, yes How you doing, Jasmine? We're talking about this baby stalking, the guys that actually will use their babies to go cheat.

01:27:29 - 01:27:35 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, my boyfriend has nephews, so I think that's just the cutest thing in the world. Oh, yeah.

01:27:35 - 01:28:10 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. By the way, nephews are a great way to do it because you can pretend that they're your kids because there's something naughty. I think women, honestly, don't get me wrong, not all women are like this, but women like to be with guys that are some other girl's guy. um i do think that i think people like what they can't have and they actually make it makes it more attractive when they think that instead of saying oh that's that's the guy's uncle no that's not as attractive uncle is not attractive oh look at that guy's dad you're that little kid's dad you

01:28:10 - 01:28:14 | Speaker 3:

know yeah but you know what the best part about being an uncle is yeah you get to give the kids

01:28:14 - 01:28:30 | Speaker 2:

back that's true well it is good when you guys are fooling around after you met at the mall or park or where do you go meet girls, Mike, with your kids? I just got a text from my wife. I'm never going to the mall again alone. Michelle, what's happening?

01:28:31 - 01:28:50 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Mojo. I love you guys. Thanks for having me on. We love you, too. You guys are the best. Megan, I know you said that there's nothing hotter than a dog dad, but I love those cat daddies. Meow. Oh, God. I love you. I love you. You committed. You said meow.

01:28:51 - 01:28:55 | Speaker 2:

That's Mike. Stop it. Mike's a cat dad. Did you know that?

01:28:56 - 01:29:02 | Speaker 4:

I love that. You need to tell us while you have a beautiful wife. But, yeah, cat daddies are where it's at.

01:29:02 - 01:29:10 | Speaker 2:

The sexy Mexie walking around with Saweetie. I hate you so much right now. Saweetie. Saweetie. Kevin, what's going on?

01:29:11 - 01:29:13 | Speaker 1:

Hey, good morning, guys.

01:29:13 - 01:29:13 | Speaker 2:

Morning.

01:29:14 - 01:29:18 | Speaker 1:

So I've gone out with my kids before. I could never, ever pull it off.

01:29:18 - 01:29:26 | Speaker 2:

start all over again your phone cut up you go out with your kids and what's that

01:29:26 - 01:29:47 | Speaker 1:

and i would never attempt to do that but it would never happen because my three-year-old daughter tells everybody that i'm married but i've gone out with my kids before and you've got to watch out for the ladies that come over talk about how cute your kids are and then their First question after that is, well, where's mommy? Yeah.

01:29:47 - 01:29:48 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God.

01:29:48 - 01:29:49 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:29:50 - 01:30:00 | Speaker 2:

She's just fishing. By the way, mommy told her to say that. Mike just sent in our group chat Ali's text, you're never going to the mall alone again. That is so odd.

01:30:00 - 01:30:02 | Speaker 3:

No, he's saying the women will say that to the kids. No, no, no.

01:30:02 - 01:30:04 | Speaker 2:

Mike, just in our group text. No, I know.

01:30:04 - 01:30:05 | Speaker 3:

I'm saying this guy.

01:30:06 - 01:30:10 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Oh, the women say that? I thought your kids say, where's mommy?

01:30:11 - 01:30:27 | Speaker 5:

No, the women. You got to watch out for those. Dude, I wasn't listening to that. Yes. About how cute your kid is and everything. And then they look at you while they're asking the kids, where's mommy? You've got to turn around. You're running home with the kids in the car. You're not even getting in the car.

01:30:28 - 01:30:28 | Speaker 2:

Really?

01:30:28 - 01:30:36 | Speaker 5:

you're not like even just slightly turned on by that no my wife would stab me yes it would be an

01:30:36 - 01:30:50 | Speaker 2:

hbo special in 20 years starring elizabeth olsen mommy like it oh that's hysterical kevin that is awesome i'm sorry i was looking at mike's text message which is from ali which is great and i

01:30:50 - 01:31:32 | Speaker 4:

didn't uh catch that lexi what's up hi so i used to work before i had my third child and every monday my husband had off so he would take the kids to the park right by our house my two are 15 months apart so he would push a double stroller walk through the park and he would tell me that there was this lady who was always like oh hey and then she asked where's your mom my husband's like oh she's at work you know whatever but then he was like yeah we come here every monday after that she started showing up and she kept on like trying to like follow my husband and ask him questions and he's like i don't know if i can come to this park anymore on monday for this lady literally followed me around and i'm like well do what you gotta do like as long as the kids are having fun just mind your business and whatever but it was kind of really funny because he's like

01:31:32 - 01:31:38 | Speaker 2:

watch out what town was this in yeah it was in waterford watch out for the waterford ladies

01:31:38 - 01:31:44 | Speaker 4:

those ladies moms at the parks are kind of crazy gotta be careful what's up rob

01:31:44 - 01:32:15 | Speaker 6:

what's going on mojo good morning everybody how are you good morning what's happening Nothing but good to speak with you guys again. So my case, I was blessed to have, like, a younger sister. Like, I'm actually old enough to be her dad. So I used to use the screensaver. I used to use a picture of her as my phone screensaver, and it was an absolute magnet. So I know how good it works. Now that I'm married with a few children, I wouldn't even put myself in that position. So until they get to talking, I'm like, we got to go.

01:32:16 - 01:32:21 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Yeah, and is it also because your wife is just like Kevin's wife, where she would stab you?

01:32:22 - 01:32:28 | Speaker 6:

Absolutely, absolutely. I would definitely get stabbed. Well, she'll probably, you know, I don't know, maybe something a little worse. I don't know if my body will be discovered.

01:32:29 - 01:32:34 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Same. Absolute same. Sam, what did your brother do?

01:32:35 - 01:32:43 | Speaker 3:

So, I used to live in Huntington, West Virginia. So sorry. When my oldest son, can you hear me?

01:32:43 - 01:32:44 | Speaker 1:

Yes.

01:32:44 - 01:32:58 | Speaker 3:

Okay, when my oldest son was about, like, one or two, he would go to, like, the bus stop to go to the mall and stuff. And he would tell people that he was his dad and the mom died in a horrible accident.

01:32:58 - 01:33:02 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my goodness. And would it ever work? Did he ever get to pick up girls?

01:33:02 - 01:33:19 | Speaker 3:

He picked up a few girls, a few. And there was one time I was at the bus station and somebody was giving me a dirty look. And I'm like, why are you looking at me like that? And she was like, I heard you were a horrible mom. It wasn't just the train. He was telling people that I had left.

01:33:20 - 01:33:22 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no. Oh, my God.

01:33:23 - 01:33:23 | Speaker 1:

That's funny.

01:33:24 - 01:33:43 | Speaker 2:

It's Mojo in the Morning Show. So quickly here, just for a second, I was thinking about this, that yesterday we were talking with kids to send shout-outs to their moms for Mother's Day, Which, by the way, our most downloaded podcast yesterday.

01:33:43 - 01:33:44 | Speaker 1:

Oh, was it really?

01:33:44 - 01:34:00 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I think it was a lot of families and stuff that were downloading that podcast. Which, if your kid was on that, you got to go check that out. It's on our podcast page, Mojo in the Morning. But this is going to be Chelsea's last Mother's Day with Luke at home.

01:34:01 - 01:34:03 | Speaker 3:

Oh, gosh.

01:34:03 - 01:34:04 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, because Luke's going away to college.

01:34:05 - 01:34:05 | Speaker 3:

I didn't even think about that.

01:34:05 - 01:34:31 | Speaker 2:

So he's going away to college, you know, this fall, and so this will be her last Mother's Day where he's, like, officially at home and there because of, you know, more than likely, I mean, I know school will let out, but he's not going to necessarily be home for Mother's Day. So it's her last child at home. And I was kind of, like, thinking about how it is really sad, and I know that she's been going through.

01:34:31 - 01:34:33 | Speaker 3:

Sorry, your call did not go through.

01:34:33 - 01:34:36 | Speaker 2:

Oh, she's not, maybe she changed her phone number on me.

01:34:36 - 01:34:38 | Speaker 5:

Maybe she's at the mall.

01:34:38 - 01:34:41 | Speaker 3:

Yes, with the kids. You need to make it extra, extra special.

01:34:42 - 01:34:44 | Speaker 2:

Well, can I tell you, can I be honest with you?

01:34:44 - 01:34:45 | Speaker 3:

Huh?

01:34:46 - 01:34:52 | Speaker 2:

I have something planned for her aside from Mother's Day that I'll talk about later of what I'm going to do for her. Okay. Chelsea.

01:34:53 - 01:34:53 | Unknown:

Yes?

01:34:54 - 01:34:59 | Speaker 2:

I don't want to, you're driving right now, so don't veer off the road when I say this to you.

01:35:00 - 01:35:07 | Speaker 1:

But I was thinking about this, and I didn't want to say it to you, but then I thought, you know what? This is too good for potential radio content.

01:35:08 - 01:35:08 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

01:35:09 - 01:35:14 | Speaker 1:

This is your last Mother's Day with a child at home.

01:35:19 - 01:35:21 | Speaker 2:

Well, I think he'll be home.

01:35:22 - 01:35:25 | Speaker 1:

I understand, but this is the last one. He's going away to college.

01:35:25 - 01:35:30 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's true. I mean, hopefully. We haven't graduated yet.

01:35:30 - 01:36:05 | Speaker 1:

He's got a week till graduation, so he graduates next year. But the reason why I wanted to call and talk to you on the radio just for a second here is I wanted to ask you a question as a mom who's raised three sons, and I wanted to ask specifically about Luke. But kids make things for their moms or they do things for their moms. You know, they might, you know, say something to you that becomes memorable. I wanted to ask you, what's the most memorable thing about Luke growing up over these last years?

01:36:08 - 01:36:34 | Speaker 2:

Well, I think out of all three boys, he definitely is the sweetest. like he'll always say mom you're so pretty today or you look pretty he's very attentive like that very very sweet and kind they're all sweet and kind but he is definitely female instead of all three

01:36:34 - 01:36:42 | Speaker 1:

and do you remember when he was a little boy do you remember like reading books to him do you remember like what book you would read when he was a little kid

01:36:42 - 01:36:45 | Speaker 2:

his favorite book

01:36:45 - 01:36:45 | Speaker 1:

yeah

01:36:46 - 01:36:47 | Speaker 2:

He likes everyone poop.

01:36:48 - 01:36:50 | Speaker 1:

That was his favorite? Of course.

01:36:50 - 01:36:54 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. And the giving tree. He likes the giving tree.

01:36:55 - 01:36:55 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:36:56 - 01:36:59 | Speaker 2:

So I'm not going to cry. Is that what you're trying to get me to do? No.

01:37:00 - 01:37:18 | Speaker 1:

It's not that I want you to cry. But I think about this because I can't remember. I remember going into his room at night and reading to him. But moms remember specifically the books that they read, which order that they would do him in, how he wanted to go to bed, like all those things.

01:37:18 - 01:37:23 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. The President, that was another one. He loved the book about the President. He'd have to read that one every night.

01:37:23 - 01:37:35 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. And with being a mom to him over these years, and of course Joe and Jacob too, what's been your best part of being a mom? Like what's been the best thing about being their mom?

01:37:35 - 01:37:54 | Speaker 2:

i guess that knowing that they're mine i mean i and seeing how they treat other people and when they're nice you know hoping that that's a reflection of the stuff that we've given them

01:37:54 - 01:40:47 | Speaker 1:

we've taught them yeah well you're not gonna get me to cry i don't know i'm not trying to get you to cry i kind of am but i'm trying not trying to get you right through you no but i know that this has been like a really really rough time for you i think you're gonna be the one that's gonna end up crying in the film well no no but i'm talking about mother's day this weekend and i just want you and i just wanted to say to you that i thank you for what you gave me but i thank you for what you gave everybody that has ever met and i know more probably i've met joe than they've met anybody else especially with this radio station with him working here and stuff yeah but i thank you what you gave matt gave you know everybody with jacob and luke too um because it truly is a reflection on you as what you've done as a mom thank you and i think that that's incredible so and shannon asked me what i'm getting you from mother's day and i was kind of hoping you're going to cry because i was going to give you the audio of this but i have actually something other than that plan that kind of involves this that I'm going to I'm going to give it to you and then Monday I'll come back and I'll talk about it on the air so and then we're also doing something special for Chelsea and I kind of hinted it to her yesterday but we're having a retirement party for Chelsea oh my gosh that is the cutest idea so we're going to throw a retirement party for her because she's officially retiring from being a uh being mom getting her kids off to school and all the rest of that stuff yeah I love you so much and thank you for what you you do you know for for me too so you mother me in a lot of ways all right love you I'll talk to you later be safe driving I don't know where you're going but please let it be somewhere that's not going to cost money But I thought about this yesterday a lot Because honestly, I was trying to figure Those kids that were speaking to their moms and saying what they love about them that's like pure heart you know when a kid sits there and says like the little the little boy that called up yesterday and just said i just think she's pretty like to hear that out of him and then hear chelsea just say that um was amazing but the thing and this is the part that is is so tough the thing that is to me the most emotional and she's right I'll cry more than she will cry, is that all three of the boys got to have and still have Chelsea longer than I've had my mom because my mom passed when she was 14, or when I was 14.

01:40:47 - 01:41:16 | Speaker 1:

And I think about how I truly believe that in certain respects, God blesses you because of what you feel like you had taken away from you. And I think that that, because he blessed me with somebody who, Chelsea's like my, she's, I would kill to have had Chelsea as my mom. And I know that my mom handpicked her for that reason.

01:41:16 - 01:41:24 | Speaker 4:

so you should play this that's beautiful what you just said well I hope she's listening but I kind

01:41:24 - 01:42:24 | Speaker 1:

of doubt it I think she probably picked up another phone call or something but and I love and I love honestly I will say this I the one thing that I do love the most about our listeners is I've had listeners literally over the course of the last couple of days who know that I lost my mom when i was younger sending me messages of hey i know this weekend's gonna be a tough weekend for you yeah and and i i appreciate that that means that means the the absolute most to me and kp's taking a goddamn picture of me right now because she wants to post it on so kp you need some toilet paper i do because we don't have kleenex no i do um all right 844-MOJO-LIVE 844-665-6548 is our telephone number. Any comic relief from anybody else here? I do need toilet paper because I'm literally wiping snot. I don't have any.

01:42:24 - 01:42:26 | Speaker 4:

So somebody's got to go to the bathroom and get it free.

01:42:26 - 01:42:33 | Speaker 1:

I have khaki pants on and I'm literally wiping snot on my khaki pants. Cute. What's going on? How you doing, Jen?

01:42:34 - 01:42:58 | Speaker 3:

I'm doing okay. Got me emotional this morning. My youngest is going off to the military, so it'll be my last Mother's Day. And also it will be my first Mother's Day without my mother. Oh, gosh, Jen. Yeah, she passed away. Actually, it will be two months Mother's Day.

01:42:58 - 01:43:08 | Speaker 4:

Okay. Wow. Are you going to do anything special just to kind of go back and reflect on the memories you have of her or to honor her on Sunday?

01:43:08 - 01:43:17 | Speaker 3:

i'm gonna try um my kids you know want to go to her grave site and i don't know it's just

01:43:17 - 01:43:44 | Speaker 1:

it's very emotional yeah well so we'll see i want you to know i want you to know that a thank you for giving us a hero an american hero um and my other son is a state trooper oh man Thank you for that, too. And I want you to know that it's going to be a tough day, I'm sure, on Sunday. And I know that, you know, there's nothing we can say that make it better. But, man, it's so nice to know that she's always going to be with you.

01:43:45 - 01:43:46 | Speaker 3:

Yes.

01:43:46 - 01:43:47 | Speaker 1:

Thank you.

01:43:47 - 01:43:49 | Speaker 3:

And little signs, you know.

01:43:50 - 01:43:50 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:43:50 - 01:43:51 | Speaker 3:

I know she's still around.

01:43:52 - 01:43:53 | Speaker 1:

Thank you for calling. I appreciate you so much.

01:43:54 - 01:43:56 | Speaker 3:

Well, thank you. I love you guys.

01:43:56 - 01:43:58 | Speaker 1:

We love you. Love you, too. What's up, Jacob?

01:43:59 - 01:44:27 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I just wanted to say that I totally feel for you, Mojo. You know, my mom passed when I was 11, and I have a fiancé, two kids, and I wouldn't be the person that I am today without her. And I know that my kids aren't going to be the kids that they're going to be without her either because she's a strong, powerful, loving, amazing woman. And, you know, Mojo, I totally agree that my mom definitely has things going to be in my life. And that's just something that moms do when they're not here. They still look after us, you know.

01:44:27 - 01:44:45 | Speaker 1:

Don't you think that that's the most special thing in the world to know that? that out of every, every person in this world, you got this woman who probably has all the qualities that your mom wanted in, uh, in your wife. And it's funny because I feel like I hear

01:44:45 - 01:44:56 | Speaker 2:

my mom speak through my fiance on a daily basis. I just, I, I thank my fiance every day for being the woman that she is and being the woman that she is for me and my kids. That's awesome. Thank

01:44:56 - 01:45:02 | Speaker 1:

you, buddy. I appreciate you, Jacob. We'll be thinking of you this weekend. Happy Mother's Day to your fiancé. What's going on, Ben?

01:45:03 - 01:45:08 | Speaker 3:

What's up, Mojo? Longtime listener. First time ever getting through. Awesome. Love that.

01:45:08 - 01:45:10 | Speaker 1:

Thank you. What's going on?

01:45:11 - 01:45:33 | Speaker 3:

Not too much. Just driving my daughter to school. We listen to you every morning. I was going to say, you know, I did not lose my mom when I was young. I did lose my dad, which really sucked. And I just wanted to call him. But, you know, man, it does get easier. You know, I know you're a lot older. But, you know, it does get easier with time. I know you always talk about your kids. That's what really helps me. I mean, you can say hi, Zoe. Say hi. Hi.

01:45:33 - 01:45:34 | Speaker 1:

Hi.

01:45:34 - 01:45:40 | Speaker 3:

Right there just melts your heart, you know, and makes, like, the bad times better, if that makes sense.

01:45:40 - 01:46:09 | Speaker 1:

Isn't it amazing, though, that it does get easier with time? It really does. But then there's a moment that all of a sudden comes to you that makes you then have, like, a moment like I just had just a second ago. You know? Yeah, where you get kind of a little bit emotional. But I do know this. I know that your dad is another one of those ones that's there with you all the time, and you've got to almost love the fact that you know you have that angel with you. What's up, Lindsay?

01:46:11 - 01:46:12 | Speaker 4:

Hi, morning. Morning.

01:46:13 - 01:46:19 | Speaker 1:

What's going on? We got deep. We got too deep. I should have stayed on dad's cheating at the malls and stuff.

01:46:21 - 01:46:53 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, you guys are going real deep. Real quick, you know, obviously, Mojo, you're a great man. You made it a long way. You have a wonderful wife. Happy Mother's Day to everybody in your life. I'm calling because me and my husband had been through hell and back, you guys, and we got blessed with a beautiful baby. It is my second Mother's Day. Her name is Frida, and she is, oh, my God, sassy, a little, you know, got a little attitude nowadays. She's one, but it's just so amazing, this ride we're on.

01:46:53 - 01:46:53 | Unknown:

Yeah.

01:46:54 - 01:46:55 | Speaker 4:

Congratulations to you, by the way.

01:46:56 - 01:46:57 | Speaker 1:

Well, happy Mother's Day to you.

01:46:57 - 01:47:07 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Yeah, you guys, just, you know, celebrate these moms here with us, not with us, whatever it is. Like, we went through hell and back, like, growing these babies.

01:47:07 - 01:47:15 | Speaker 1:

And now we're here, like, supporting life, you know? Stop crying on the radio and celebrate the fact that we put a baby through our vagina.

01:47:17 - 01:47:18 | Speaker 4:

Literally through our vagina.

01:47:19 - 01:47:22 | Speaker 1:

It's unbelievable. Well, we love you. Take care of yourself, okay?

01:47:23 - 01:47:25 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, love you guys. Have a good one.

01:47:25 - 01:47:32 | Speaker 1:

mojo in the morning's dirty on the 30 um let's do the dirty and more of the mojo in the morning

01:47:32 - 01:48:59 | Speaker 2:

show coming up including the war of the roses so fans are kind of not super happy with doja cat right now because she said that her last two albums were just cash grabs that her fans fell for so you can imagine that people are like oh okay well here's exactly what she tweeted she wrote, Planet Her and Hot Pink were cash grabs and y'all fell for it. Now I can go disappear somewhere and touch grass with my loved ones on an island while y'all weep for mediocre pops. If they were cash grabs, why wouldn't she do the tour? That's where you make your money. Great, great point, Megan. And just one tweet, for example, in response to this, somebody wrote, I'm sorry, but when artists do this, it's so annoying. Then their passion project that they follow it up with sounds like ass and they act like it didn't exist a year after it underperforms like, come on, LOL. Doja, by the way, did announce a new album called First of All after she said that. Speaking of albums, Ed Sheeran's latest, Subtract, has become the fastest selling album of 2023, meaning it may mark a sixth consecutive number one album for him. The lead single from the album, this one right here, Eyes Closed, is Ed's 14th number one on the Billboard chart. And remember, he's got that documentary, that four-part Disney Plus documentary, the sum of it all that goes with the album as well.

01:49:00 - 01:49:04 | Speaker 1:

How did it sell that fast, that quick? Because didn't it just come out? Like, it literally just came out?

01:49:04 - 01:49:22 | Speaker 2:

Well, yeah, and so I'm looking at, like, the number of units is how they market. And I don't know if this is right or not, because it says 56,000, which doesn't seem like that much to me. Wow. I don't know if everything else that has been released so far this year just hasn't been selling a ton. And that's it. But, yeah.

01:49:22 - 01:49:22 | Speaker 1:

That's amazing.

01:49:23 - 01:50:00 | Speaker 2:

Fans are growing more and more concerned about Britney Spears' well-being. And it all has to do with how much Red Bull she's consuming on a daily basis. Red Bull, Celsius, Monster Coffee, Dandelion Tea. She's chugging them all day long. Or so it seems if you follow her on social media. And so Britney fans are commenting about her manic behavior online with many saying, I mean, not only has her dancing gotten a little crazier, the spins have gotten crazier, but she's also slurring her words in the videos to the point where they can't understand her. Megan's favorite doctor, Dr. Drew.

01:50:00 - 01:50:15 | Speaker 4:

commenting on this and he confirmed that people struggling with mental illness often crave the high that results from the consumption of energy drinks despite the fact that they can have really negative effects on your body so that that might be the case here

01:50:15 - 01:50:23 | Speaker 1:

megan only says that because she drinks more than uh britney spears does of energy drinks

01:50:23 - 01:50:39 | Speaker 3:

do you have two on the way to work or what do you have no because my dentist is listening so i would never drink energy drinks because they are so bad for my teeth and I have been scolded enough for that but I you know what I can honestly say I have not had one today wow look at me go

01:50:39 - 01:50:47 | Speaker 1:

wow Megan is gone energy drink free you know why because she was running late to our show meeting today and she couldn't stop off at Speedway to go get it

01:50:47 - 01:51:00 | Speaker 3:

that is correct I will also say though that the reason I don't like Dr. Drew I don't like and this might just be me I wonder if anybody else agrees I'm not a huge fan of therapists who make their money off of exploiting people on television.

01:51:01 - 01:51:04 | Speaker 1:

I can't say that because I watch Dr. Phil still.

01:51:04 - 01:51:08 | Speaker 3:

I was going to say, Dr. Phil is worse. Dr. Phil is so much worse.

01:51:08 - 01:51:20 | Speaker 4:

And lastly, I am just fascinated by this story. I swear it's going to be a dateline, the mysterious death of that beloved Detroit neurosurgeon who was found dead inside of his home last month. Are you following this?

01:51:20 - 01:51:25 | Speaker 1:

I saw the news story on that initially, and then I just read this report this morning that you're about to say.

01:51:25 - 01:52:38 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, so the autopsy report. was revealed yesterday he'd been shot twice in the back of the head then dragged naked into his attic he was found wearing only a single black sock 53 year old dr devon hoover he was a doctor at ascension michigan hospital was shot behind his right ear and then again in the back of the head his body was discovered wrapped in plastic in a crawl space inside of his 1.2 million dollar home in Detroit's very fancy Boston Edison neighborhood. He was single. He lived alone in that home and police grew concerned and had to do a wellness check after the doctor who very highly respected in the medical community failed to show up at a family gathering in Indiana. So they're treating his death as a homicide and Detroit police are asking the community for any tips that they can offer. Detroit Police Chief James White has said it is clear to investigators that Dr. Hoover's death was not a random act. They initially believed the killing was the result of a domestic dispute. However, I think there's another story, a backstory that's emerging here, although I don't know what that is, but definitely we're going to keep our eyes on

01:52:38 - 01:53:22 | Speaker 1:

that one. Can I interrupt programming for this special message? Sure. The Detroit Lions schedule just announced the detroit lions will reportedly open the 2023 season against the defending super bowl champion kansas city chiefs on national television the nfl confirmed that detroit will head to arrowhead stadium for thursday night football thursday night september the 7th opening up against them uh this season you can see them play the Bears, Green Bay, Minnesota, Atlanta, Carolina, Denver, Las Vegas, and Seattle at Ford Field.

01:53:22 - 01:53:33 | Speaker 2:

I like the Super Bowl champ game because even if they lose that game, let's say they lose, but even if they lose and it's close, you're like, well, that was the Super Bowl champs. We can do anything.

01:53:33 - 01:53:39 | Speaker 1:

We got to win. We got to win that game. That'll be a test. That'll be a good one. They can't start off 0-6. They can't do that.

01:53:39 - 01:53:43 | Speaker 4:

01:53:51 - 01:54:12 | Speaker 1:

It's a Mojo in the Morning show. We joke, we tease, we poke fun. Matter of fact, people think that Megan and I actually don't like each other. And the truth of this is we do like each other. Like Tuesdays, Thursdays usually, right?

01:54:13 - 01:54:13 | Speaker 3:

Some days.

01:54:13 - 01:54:16 | Speaker 1:

Some days or some days Some Some days

01:54:16 - 01:54:17 | Speaker 3:

Yeah

01:54:17 - 01:54:24 | Speaker 1:

Actually honestly Megan and I are very very similar type people But you know who I feel like I'm even more similar to Your dad

01:54:24 - 01:54:25 | Speaker 3:

You are

01:54:25 - 01:54:35 | Speaker 1:

I love that guy He's such a good dad And I will say this about Scott Mick One of the things about him is I usually side 100% with him Until right now

01:54:35 - 01:54:42 | Speaker 3:

Which is shocking to me Because for you to take my side on anything Is like put it down in the history books

01:54:42 - 01:54:48 | Speaker 1:

this is by the way mark mark this is a show archive date yeah write it down mark it down

01:54:48 - 01:54:59 | Speaker 3:

um so my dad is testing me and it's in the most um rude way possible because i don't know how many times i need to make this clear

01:55:00 - 01:55:46 | Speaker 2:

I am my father's favorite child. You can ask my brother. You can ask my aunts and uncles. I am the favorite. So just so we're all on the same page, his favorite bar, very, very low. And he has now decided that this is the time to test me because apparently I don't text him back quick enough. Oh, really? It's not just us. Okay, cool. Thank you. No, you're making my point. I know you think you're calling me out, but you're actually defending me and making my point for me. So he was really upset with the fact that I don't text him back quickly enough, so he sent me a text yesterday telling me that my uncle had gotten in this really horrific accident and that he went to the ER and all of this stuff and that he would be sending me updates throughout the day to see what the plan was, but things didn't look good.

01:55:47 - 01:55:47 | Unknown:

Whoa.

01:55:48 - 01:56:08 | Speaker 2:

Yes. Correct response, Mike, because my heart went to my booty hole, and I was very panicked, and I didn't know what was going on, and my phone was in my hand. And what he doesn't know is that I was actually in a very important meeting yesterday when I got this text. And I had to excuse myself from the meeting so that I could try to get more information.

01:56:09 - 01:56:18 | Speaker 1:

And you need to say this because the woe that Mike is saying, because some people are going, whoa, whoa, whoa. And Megan seems like this. Tell everybody the truth of the whole thing.

01:56:19 - 01:56:29 | Speaker 2:

He was not actually in any sort of harm or trouble. Not in the ER. Was absolutely fine. and my dad just wanted to see if I would respond quickly to that to see if I was ignoring him.

01:56:30 - 01:56:35 | Speaker 1:

Scott. Oh, that's bad. Hold on a second here. That's bad. Scott.

01:56:37 - 01:56:50 | Speaker 3:

All right. Let's be clear. How important is the meeting if Megan is in it? Now I love him again. Let's set the table here. Now. Let's just set the table.

01:56:50 - 01:56:52 | Speaker 1:

I'm back on your team again, Scott.

01:56:52 - 01:57:06 | Speaker 3:

Team Scott. Team Scott. Yeah, let's kind of, you know, they weren't talking immigration policy. It wasn't, you know, we're going to end world hunger or how do we upgrade the electric grid. Megan was in the meeting.

01:57:06 - 01:57:06 | Speaker 1:

Yes.

01:57:07 - 01:57:09 | Speaker 3:

But proceed from there.

01:57:09 - 01:57:31 | Speaker 1:

But wait, hold on. I do have to say this. So Megan's dad's on with us right now. We know him. We love him. But we do have to chastise him because you learned, hopefully, when you were a young boy, when you were little Scott, you don't kill off family members. And by doing what you just did, I feel – if any uncles are out there, I'd be worried right now of what's going on.

01:57:32 - 01:57:58 | Speaker 3:

And in my defense, that actually was a text that I received from my brother. And if you knew my brother, Pat, he's a little off color sometimes. So he actually sent that text to his siblings and then about 10 minutes later sent a follow-up text to it. so i'm only forwarding what my brother had oh okay this is essentially one of those boomer

01:57:58 - 01:58:08 | Speaker 2:

forward forward forward forward forward forward forward emails but he didn't put that in the beginning of the text it was just your uncle's in the er you know if you'd read it i above it

01:58:08 - 01:58:47 | Speaker 3:

it said this came from up so i mean i i was yeah this came from the man who's in the hospital so claims you okay oh my god if you read it and you considered the source you knew where it was coming from but again you know if it takes a couple of days to respond to my text but you think that my brother has been injured and it takes you 30 seconds i was gonna ask so what what's the official time that it took her to respond oh it was it was um before i could send the follow-up text she responded so it was within you know yeah yeah exactly was that the earliest that your

01:58:47 - 01:58:52 | Speaker 1:

that your daughter has ever responded to you because we know that she takes like

01:58:52 - 01:59:19 | Speaker 3:

weeks before she responds to our text yeah that is she the a-hole yes she is yeah i thought the segment was named after her to be honest and as it turns out you actually bring other people in and it makes you feel a little better as a parent that it's not just your kid that's the a-hole. But, yeah, her response time is horrific.

01:59:19 - 01:59:54 | Speaker 1:

All right, so I want to throw this out there. I want to ask listeners, who is the person that never answers your text? Will you call us up and will you call them out right now, the person that will never answer you at all when you're trying to, you know, get them, you know, during whatever? And what was, like, the message that you sent? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Have there ever been, like, really important ones that have come the way of you sending them and she didn't, you know, respond? Like, it was too late for her to respond? Like, were you ever, like, stranded on the side of a road or at the airport with no ride?

01:59:56 - 02:00:00 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. Yeah. And, again, I think.

02:00:00 - 02:00:29 | Speaker 9:

I think they're important, but apparently I'm the only one in the text that thinks it's important. And to be fair, we're singling out Megan here, but her brother is equally bad. But the difference is, quite honestly, when I'm spending time with them, one of them is on the phone the whole time. The other one doesn't even know he has a phone. So, you know, the expectation of a response, I'm sure Sean has a phone somewhere. He just doesn't know where it is, and it hasn't been charged. I don't expect a response from him.

02:00:30 - 02:00:43 | Speaker 6:

This is, okay, this is coming from the same man who got in a severe car accident, sent me a photo of the car accident, and then didn't respond to my calls or texts for an hour and a half.

02:00:43 - 02:00:44 | Speaker 1:

Because?

02:00:44 - 02:00:46 | Speaker 9:

It wasn't that bad. You could still drive the vehicle.

02:00:47 - 02:00:47 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

02:00:47 - 02:00:49 | Speaker 9:

You could still drive it. It's not that bad now.

02:00:49 - 02:00:50 | Speaker 6:

Which, by the way, you shouldn't have been driving the vehicle.

02:00:51 - 02:00:57 | Speaker 1:

You had a metal pole go through your windshield. Hold on. That was bad. Amberlee, what's up?

02:00:58 - 02:01:24 | Speaker 7:

Hi. my dad never texts me back ever like I could send him probably like I'm dying over here and he would like message me back three days later or I'll just go and see him and he'll actually answer me but he never texts me back I think it's so funny I have to message my sister to get her to get him to answer me

02:01:24 - 02:01:26 | Speaker 1:

wow I hate it

02:01:26 - 02:01:27 | Speaker 7:

I drive

02:01:28 - 02:01:29 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, what is that?

02:01:29 - 02:01:43 | Speaker 9:

You're looking at this backwards, okay? It doesn't go father to daughter. It goes daughter to child. You didn't raise him. You didn't feed him. You didn't clothe him. So he doesn't have the same account.

02:01:43 - 02:01:46 | Speaker 1:

But, Scott, one day she might have to. Remember that.

02:01:46 - 02:01:49 | Speaker 7:

What's funny is my dad's name is Scott, too. Is it really?

02:01:50 - 02:01:53 | Speaker 6:

It's a Scott problem. It is a Scott problem.

02:01:53 - 02:01:55 | Speaker 1:

Haley, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning.

02:01:56 - 02:02:05 | Speaker 4:

I am the one that never texts back. My whole family knows it. They will just call my boyfriend or text him or my son whenever they want to try to get a hold of me.

02:02:05 - 02:02:07 | Speaker 1:

Oh, man. So you're the Megan.

02:02:07 - 02:02:11 | Speaker 4:

And it's awful. I mean, I hate it that I'm that way, but I just forget.

02:02:12 - 02:02:12 | Speaker 1:

I just forget.

02:02:13 - 02:02:13 | Speaker 4:

I'm just busy.

02:02:14 - 02:02:21 | Speaker 1:

I like that. But the funny thing is I know that Megan, like, will text back people that she truly cares about. There's people that.

02:02:22 - 02:02:32 | Speaker 2:

Exactly. How many unanswered texts do you have right now, Megan? 56. Oh, my God. Wait, that's it? Yeah. What happened? I found a way. You deleted. No, I found a way you could clear all.

02:02:32 - 02:02:33 | Unknown:

Oh, my God.

02:02:33 - 02:02:39 | Speaker 2:

I was going to say, the last time I asked you, it was like 1,800. Before I cleared it, it was 1,476.

02:02:40 - 02:02:46 | Speaker 1:

This is why these next two people, if I did this in my relationship, Chelsea would kill me. Alex?

02:02:46 - 02:03:18 | Speaker 5:

yeah so my boyfriend i have had to when we're at when he's at an event i've had to call or text someone that i know is at the event with him to get him to respond to me wow and actually last week i got robbed and i text him hey i need your help because i tried calling him and he texts me back with this very old response to work, which is, unfortunately, I'm not available tonight.

02:03:18 - 02:03:19 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God.

02:03:19 - 02:03:26 | Speaker 5:

No. I was like, yeah, okay. And I just didn't talk to him for a couple days.

02:03:26 - 02:03:32 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. That's brutal. And, Morgan, yours is your husband. He doesn't return your text?

02:03:33 - 02:03:44 | Speaker 8:

My husband never responds to my text. or he will go so long in between responding to my text that he only answers one out of the ten I've sent.

02:03:45 - 02:03:49 | Speaker 1:

What's the worst one? Like that last caller got robbed. Isn't that crazy? What was your worst one?

02:03:50 - 02:03:53 | Speaker 8:

I broke down on the side of the highway.

02:03:53 - 02:03:53 | Speaker 1:

Oh, Christ.

02:03:54 - 02:03:59 | Speaker 8:

I think it took him an hour before he finally picked up. Oh, I'd be so mad.

02:03:59 - 02:04:05 | Speaker 1:

Seriously, I mean, I know it's your husband. You're not going to divorce him over that, but would you break up with somebody if they were like that inconsiderate to you?

02:04:05 - 02:04:08 | Speaker 8:

If we were back in the dating stage, probably.

02:04:09 - 02:04:13 | Speaker 1:

Wait, hold on. Megan's dad was going to say something. What were you going to say about the breaking out?

02:04:13 - 02:04:15 | Speaker 9:

You can't break up with your daughter.

02:04:17 - 02:04:18 | Speaker 1:

That's true.

02:04:19 - 02:04:21 | Speaker 9:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

02:04:23 - 02:04:27 | Speaker 1:

All right, it is time now for the Dirty on the 30 here. What do you got?

02:04:27 - 02:05:34 | Speaker 3:

I want to clear this up because I'm seeing it in a few different places and not very legitimate places. A few different tabloids are reporting that Jamie Foxx's family and friends and loved ones are reportedly preparing for the worst. Like, it's not looking good. He is entering week four of hospitalization following that medical complication that he suffered. His family being very, very quiet about what specifically that is. But several of my really good sources says he is in stable condition and doing okay. Beyonce kicked off her highly anticipated Renaissance World Tour last night in Stockholm. And just like Taylor Swift, she put on a three-hour show, which is impressive, kicking off with favorites like Dangerously in Love 2 and I Care. She then performed a bunch of songs off of Renaissance, like Alien Superstar and Cuff It. Greatest hits like Love on Top and Crazy in Love followed before the night closed off with Summer Renaissance. And everybody who was there, I mean, critics say it was an absolutely incredible show. She will be at Ford Field in July.

02:05:34 - 02:05:41 | Speaker 5:

The visuals, the costumes, the dancing. It was amazing. It was so good.

02:05:42 - 02:06:07 | Speaker 3:

We have a name. Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have named their first child after a famous member of the Wu-Tang Clan. Little guy's full name is RZA Athelstan. Athelstan? There we go. Mayers. RZA Athelstan-Mayors. His birth certificate says he was born May 13th at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. And, of course, we're on Baby Watch because Rihanna and ASAP currently expecting another baby.

02:06:07 - 02:06:28 | Speaker 2:

Mike, I want to go back to the whole naming thing. RZA is probably not a good idea. But who is your favorite artist of all time, male artist of all time? Because we're looking for a guy's name for Mike. Yeah, yeah. That's kind of the idea, is maybe pay a little homage to whoever it is that you like so much and name your boy after them.

02:06:29 - 02:06:50 | Speaker 1:

You know what? That's a great idea. That's why RZA wouldn't be good for me, because I did like Wu-Tang Clan, but I always was a Method Man fan, and I feel like Method Man wouldn't be a good one. I think Method Man would be a great name for your son. So Eminem is one of my all-time favorites, so I don't know if I could fit that in there. What about Marshall? I mean, it could. Or it could have the initials, Eminem.

02:06:50 - 02:06:57 | Speaker 2:

That would, honestly, Marshall is one of those names, too, where you don't, I mean, I guess you kind of hear these names coming back, right?

02:06:57 - 02:06:58 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, for sure.

02:06:58 - 02:07:00 | Speaker 2:

Do you think Allie would let you do that?

02:07:00 - 02:07:00 | Speaker 1:

No.

02:07:01 - 02:07:02 | Unknown:

But, all right.

02:07:03 - 02:07:04 | Speaker 2:

I can always ask.

02:07:06 - 02:07:18 | Speaker 3:

Priyanka Topra Jonas was hanging out on the Call Me Daddy podcast, and she was talking about how her now husband slid into her DMs to ask her out.

02:07:18 - 02:07:37 | Speaker 4:

The fact that he had the confidence to slide into my DMs and ask me out, I was like, what? I mean, people slide into my DMs, but no one's ever asked me. Literally, like, his message was, I've been told we should meet. How cocky. So sexy.

02:07:37 - 02:07:41 | Speaker 3:

I love that she did what everybody does, too, after they first started talking. She Googled him.

02:07:42 - 02:07:43 | Speaker 4:

I did Nick Jonas.

02:07:43 - 02:07:45 | Speaker 3:

Close came up, and I was like, sold.

02:07:45 - 02:07:47 | Speaker 4:

I didn't even need to look at any other s***.

02:07:47 - 02:07:52 | Speaker 3:

And by the way, she did not care about half of the stuff that she found on Google.

02:07:52 - 02:08:06 | Speaker 4:

I don't give a f*** who's dated. We're talking about the future. I always say this. I don't read my book backwards. I believe you go forward in your chapters. There's a reason you've left people behind. If they're supposed to come into your life, they will. Don't fight it.

02:08:07 - 02:08:25 | Speaker 3:

And lastly, this is truly one of my worst fears. Former MLB, excuse me, and NFL star Bo Jackson going to undergo a procedure later this week to stop the chronic hiccups he's been experiencing since July. He's had the hiccups since July.

02:08:26 - 02:08:26 | Speaker 2:

Almost a year.

02:08:27 - 02:09:01 | Speaker 3:

During a recent interview, he said he's been very busy sitting at the doctor's office, poking him, shining lights down his throat, probing him every day so they can figure out why he has these hiccups. He said he's missed very, very big events because he couldn't go because he had the hiccups. And doctors have truly been unable to diagnose a clear cause for this condition Saying traditional remedies to end the hiccups have failed And he said, I've done everything I've had people scare me I've hung up upside down I've drank water I've smelled the ass of a porcupine None of it worked I've never heard that one, by the way But I'd be willing to do anything

02:09:01 - 02:09:02 | Speaker 2:

You smelled the ass of a porcupine?

02:09:02 - 02:09:06 | Speaker 3:

That's what he said I'm not making that up Oh Yeah Wow

02:09:06 - 02:09:08 | Speaker 5:

Weird flex, but okay Okay

02:09:08 - 02:09:13 | Speaker 3:

Whatever it takes For all of today's dirty, check out the Dirty page on TheDrivenWinning.com.

02:09:13 - 02:09:49 | Speaker 2:

That would be, by the way, the most nightmarish thing to have happen to you, wouldn't it? Where you're just hiccuping all the time? Yes. Our old producer, Ellen, used to have that happen to her. And I found out later it was any time that I would say something to her that she absolutely was appalled by, she would randomly get hiccups. Has that ever happened to you with her when you guys would talk to her at all? No. She would get like these hiccups And it was usually because she didn't like What I was saying so much And instead of like giving me like a weird look Or you know saying something to me She would just all of a sudden randomly Get like these nervous hiccups It was very awkward

You want to Oh we gotta you

02:10:00 - 02:10:42 | Speaker 1:

I can't believe we went all morning. I didn't even get a chance to talk about this. Jeez, we got kind of off track a little bit because of the War of the Roses and everything. Our OnlyFans Challenge week number three challenge of our petting zoo is coming together. And Lydia just sent in our group text the skunk that is coming tomorrow. So if people want to know exactly what this is all about, let me explain real quick. And then we can talk about some of the animals. We said, what would you call a pet that others would say you're crazy for having? And we wanted to have you come down to the studio and we'll do a petting zoo with it. So we'll all kind of like hang out and have these exotic, weird animals. This skunk, by the way. This lady's got a skunk.

02:10:42 - 02:10:45 | Speaker 2:

And I am freaked out by skunks. It actually looks kind of cute.

02:10:45 - 02:10:49 | Speaker 1:

It does kind of look cute. Can't believe I'm saying that. But it still has its smell.

02:10:49 - 02:10:49 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:10:50 - 02:10:52 | Speaker 1:

I was going to say, that doesn't freak you out just a little. I mean, because at any moment.

02:10:52 - 02:10:53 | Speaker 2:

It's very fluffy.

02:10:54 - 02:11:21 | Speaker 1:

It could spray you. I don't know if I'd want to be around it That's the only thing I don't want to be around The rest of these animals Even the alligator The alligator looks like it's kind of cute That's going to be here The starfish is an interesting one Some people have Really interesting ones Like alpacas, llamas Somebody said that they have a cow I don't know how they Huh?

02:11:21 - 02:11:23 | Speaker 3:

You can't forget the duck

02:11:23 - 02:11:30 | Speaker 1:

The duck. I forgot about the duck. Wasn't the duck supposed to come today, though? Or no? Was it yet? I know yesterday they were saying, but today possibly, right?

02:11:31 - 02:11:32 | Speaker 3:

She didn't get back to me.

02:11:33 - 02:11:47 | Speaker 1:

Uh-oh. Reach out to her again. We really want it. Let's call her in sick tomorrow. On the phone with us was Only Fans Challenge week number two, car wash extraordinaire, misfit, topless, Tara. Tara.

02:11:47 - 02:11:50 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Tara. Hi.

02:11:51 - 02:11:57 | Speaker 1:

Tara, do you want to come by for week number two of hanging out with us on a Friday and come see our petting zoo?

02:11:59 - 02:11:59 | Speaker 3:

Of course.

02:12:00 - 02:12:01 | Speaker 1:

How you doing?

02:12:02 - 02:12:04 | Speaker 3:

I'm doing great. How are you?

02:12:04 - 02:12:07 | Speaker 1:

We're doing good. What do you think? Which animal would you least want to be around?

02:12:10 - 02:12:11 | Speaker 3:

Probably the cow.

02:12:12 - 02:12:15 | Speaker 1:

Wait, a cow? Why a cow? That seems like the tamest of all the animals.

02:12:15 - 02:12:16 | Speaker 3:

We don't have a cow yet.

02:12:16 - 02:12:20 | Speaker 1:

No, I think somebody called with a cow yesterday. Okay. Why a cow?

02:12:21 - 02:12:24 | Speaker 4:

Because somebody might compare our boobies.

02:12:28 - 02:12:41 | Speaker 1:

By the way, you were in that car wash last week. We're amazing. And I was a little bit worried that those boobies were going to be exposed and we were going to get written up by Facebook. They were going to take us down.

02:12:41 - 02:12:56 | Speaker 2:

Tara, when you were asking them to towel dry you, I almost died. I said towel dry me. And the twerking at the end. If you didn't get to the end of the video, you have to watch it all the way to the end. Did you see my dance move? I sure did.

02:12:56 - 02:12:57 | Speaker 3:

I can teach you.

02:12:57 - 02:12:58 | Speaker 1:

It was amazing.

02:12:58 - 02:13:02 | Speaker 2:

I would love that. Tomorrow night. Tomorrow night.

02:13:02 - 02:13:28 | Speaker 1:

So here's the deal. Our Mojo in the Morning show, Petting Zoo, for OnlyFans week number three, it's only for the Mojo in the Morning fans, people that want to become misfits. You can be like Misfit Topless Tara. You got to bring this animal down here. Text 95500 with what kind of animal that you have, and Lydia will get back with you and we'll get you in here. Topless Tara, love you so much. By the way, so many views on that.

02:13:28 - 02:13:28 | Speaker 3:

Love you too, Mojo.

02:13:29 - 02:13:32 | Speaker 1:

Did a lot of friends contact you after that?

02:13:33 - 02:13:35 | Speaker 4:

Yes, I did. I think I'm more popular now than ever.

02:13:36 - 02:13:37 | Speaker 1:

How did your comedy show go?

02:13:38 - 02:13:44 | Speaker 4:

Oh, it was excellent. I was like the funniest person there. Oh, but people might be listening. No shade.

02:13:44 - 02:13:52 | Speaker 1:

I believe it I said to these guys here We need to do a comedy show with you Where we all go one weekend

02:13:52 - 02:13:56 | Speaker 3:

Yes please That would be wonderful

02:13:56 - 02:14:08 | Speaker 1:

We would love it You just being around You're so infectious With just how naturally funny you are Come tomorrow if you get a chance And we will see you hopefully very very soon

02:14:08 - 02:14:10 | Speaker 3:

Okay

02:14:10 - 02:14:14 | Speaker 1:

Gonna hug that beautiful lady Topless Tara next time that we see her

02:14:14 - 02:14:18 | Speaker 3:

Yes, please. Where's Slim? Tell Slim I said hi.

02:14:18 - 02:14:20 | Speaker 1:

He's a good-looking guy, isn't he? A big, tall, Chaldean guy?

02:14:22 - 02:14:22 | Unknown:

Yes.

02:14:23 - 02:14:28 | Speaker 1:

You're too old for him, though. He said he's only dating... Oh, jeez. Are you hitting the buttons with your boobs?

02:14:30 - 02:14:31 | Speaker 2:

Tara.

02:14:31 - 02:14:36 | Speaker 1:

Tara? She knocked herself off with the boobs. She got the boobs too close to the...

02:14:36 - 02:14:43 | Speaker 3:

I'm sorry. Oh, what happened? Yeah, my cheeks hit the mute button. Me too. It's time for more Mojo.

02:14:44 - 02:14:55 | Speaker 1:

That is like the nicest thing ever. I don't know if they meant it in a nice way or they were kind of like doing it as a joke.

02:14:56 - 02:14:58 | Speaker 2:

No, I think it was nice. Was it nice? Very, very nice.

02:14:58 - 02:15:05 | Speaker 1:

A listener just dropped off. A box of Kleenex for me after what happened last hour on the show.

02:15:06 - 02:15:07 | Speaker 2:

Shut up.

02:15:07 - 02:15:08 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, isn't that wild?

02:15:08 - 02:15:13 | Speaker 2:

Here's why it's nice, because we have to use toilet paper here. That honestly? If we have to blow our noses.

02:15:13 - 02:15:47 | Speaker 1:

Even if they were making fun of that, which I did not intend on that to happen. I really did want Chelsea to cry, only because I never can get her to cry. Chelsea is not a crier. She really is not a crier. And if I can get her to cry, it's like a win in my book. And then all of a sudden I start talking about, you know, Chelsea and what she means to me. And then my mom passing and I felt like my mom kind of put Chelsea in my life. I start bawling. You can listen to the podcast to that. But whoever, what was the listener's name? Do we have a name with it at all?

02:15:48 - 02:15:49 | Speaker 3:

No, we don't.

02:15:49 - 02:15:54 | Speaker 1:

They just wait. They just dropped off a box. That's it. They just dropped off a box and they didn't even put their name on it.

02:15:54 - 02:15:57 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, nothing. and they just left the Kleenex boxes at the front desk.

02:15:57 - 02:16:10 | Speaker 1:

Do we know if there's an explosive device there? Because if so, we need to move that. That was very nice of them. Thank you. And Shannon is absolutely right. That is so nice to not have to use this.

02:16:10 - 02:16:12 | Speaker 2:

People always ask.

02:16:14 - 02:16:17 | Speaker 1:

That's what it's like when I'm rubbing my nose right now. You hear that?

02:16:18 - 02:16:24 | Speaker 2:

People ask why we always have rolls of toilet paper in the videos. Why do you guys always have toilet paper in front of you? I'm like, that's our Kleenex.

02:16:25 - 02:16:34 | Speaker 1:

Because we never know when we're going to need to go. So thank you guys so much. KP, what did you see yesterday at the gym when you were working out?

02:16:34 - 02:16:51 | Speaker 3:

So, okay, I went to go run on the treadmill for like 45 minutes. And it was kind of empty. There was nobody around me. And, of course, this dude that walks in has to pick the treadmill that's right next to me. Oh, my God. It's always the case.

02:16:51 - 02:16:58 | Speaker 1:

How many open treadmills were there between you? So there was definitely room for him to go do something else.

02:16:58 - 02:17:01 | Speaker 3:

There was room for him to have his own little... Oh my gosh, the Kleenex.

02:17:01 - 02:17:14 | Speaker 1:

Oh my God. Wait, stop for a second. Wait a second. Stop for one second because I want to hear the story. They didn't bring a box of Kleenex. I thought it was like one box. Guys, they brought a box, like a box that... Like Costco run.

02:17:14 - 02:17:24 | Speaker 2:

I have no idea. Look, it says 20 in the box. I'm not joking when I say this. It's 7,200 sheets of tissue. Oh, perfect.

02:17:24 - 02:17:25 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God.

02:17:25 - 02:17:26 | Speaker 2:

That's got to be J.E.

02:17:27 - 02:17:27 | Speaker 1:

You think so?

02:17:27 - 02:17:28 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:17:28 - 02:17:29 | Speaker 1:

I don't know if it's...

02:17:29 - 02:17:30 | Speaker 2:

Oh, there's a card.

02:17:30 - 02:17:34 | Speaker 1:

I don't know if it was... If it was J.E.

02:17:34 - 02:17:50 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no, there's a card. What does it say? It says... Oh, my God. Okay, it says, Lower Huron Professional Cleaning Supplies. Abe Charour is the VP. Lower Huron Professional Cleaning Supplies. Thank you. Thank you.

02:17:50 - 02:17:54 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. That is so funny. They brought in

02:17:54 - 02:17:58 | Speaker 2:

www.lowerhuron.co Not .com, .co

02:17:58 - 02:18:20 | Speaker 1:

This is great Can I also say this real quick Because I want to talk about the perv That you encountered at the gym That I've been getting text messages too From friends Who were like The most unbelievably beautiful human beings Like Laura Who works at Eddie's

02:18:20 - 02:18:22 | Speaker 2:

In Oak Park

02:18:22 - 02:19:23 | Speaker 1:

And can I just read you hers? I love her. Laura is the greatest human being ever. She's a young mom who was at a Naughty Mom's Night Out, one of our last ones. And she is a server over at Eddie's Gourmet. And I'm going to say this about her. She's one of the kindest hearted people I know. She says, I love you, Mojo. You had me tearing up and crying, getting ready for work today. I, too, lost my mom now eight years. So I know exactly what you're saying and feeling. Mother's Day is always the worst for me, but knowing I have a wonderful guardian angel watching over us and the kids gets me through just a little, and so I thought that that was so sweet because she's always been so sweet to us, and it's wild because I know she knows the blessings of having children, but it's tough for you because you don't have your mom, so now back to the pervy guy at the gym. So, KP, you're at the gym, you're on the treadmill.

02:19:24 - 02:19:31 | Speaker 3:

And normally I'm in the women's only room. Luckily, my gym has a room where it's just females, and I love that. And you could just do your thing.

02:19:31 - 02:19:34 | Speaker 1:

I would feel so left out as a guy walking in there that I don't get a chance.

02:19:34 - 02:19:40 | Speaker 3:

I thought about that, too. They don't have their own room. But then again, they commandeer the whole gym anyway and camp out at the squat rack.

02:19:41 - 02:19:47 | Speaker 1:

Do you think they have a women's only room for the guy that did what he did to you by going right next to you when there's open?

02:19:48 - 02:20:26 | Speaker 3:

You know, I don't mind if someone's using the treadmill next to me, but if there's a whole row of treadmills that aren't being used, then it becomes an issue, especially when you do this. And he was right next to me. to me and i could like kind of feel him just like you know just like his presence there i had headphones in listening to a podcast and i look over because this man is walking backwards on the treadmill on an incline and i'm really not sure how he did that i pray he doesn't get shin splints but also that was really dumb because i just he flew No, he did not.

02:20:26 - 02:20:30 | Speaker 5:

He flew off that treadmill so quickly. Forward, though.

02:20:30 - 02:20:34 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah, because he's going backwards. So he's like, and I'm like.

02:20:35 - 02:20:45 | Speaker 2:

I have always wanted to see, I've seen the TikToks of the guy that looks at the girl walking by and then ends up rolling off of the thing. Oh, my God.

02:20:45 - 02:20:48 | Speaker 3:

How do you recover from that? Like, how?

02:20:49 - 02:20:50 | Speaker 5:

Did he get up and look at you?

02:20:51 - 02:20:53 | Speaker 3:

He walked away. I think he went somewhere else.

02:20:53 - 02:21:00 | Speaker 2:

He went to the women's only room. He was, like, trying to get away as fast as he possibly can. Oh, my God.

02:21:00 - 02:21:05 | Speaker 3:

Oh, man, I felt terrible. How do you, like, what is more embarrassing? Being the person that has it happened to?

02:21:06 - 02:21:06 | Speaker 2:

Honestly?

02:21:06 - 02:21:09 | Speaker 3:

Or are you watching that and having, like, secondhand embarrassment?

02:21:09 - 02:21:21 | Speaker 2:

I would bet that he didn't even know that he was hurt until he was done with the thing. Because I would bet you that he was so, his pride hurt him more than his body hurt him at that particular time.

02:21:21 - 02:21:24 | Speaker 4:

He was looking at you and not paying attention to what he was doing.

02:21:24 - 02:22:24 | Speaker 2:

Bruh. yeah that is so weird i if i'm if i'm in a gym first off i've never really going in a gym let's just pause on that story i go to planet fitness for the free pizza and bagels and all the rest of those things but i actually believe it or not have have the last two weeks i've been to planet fitness twice for the purpose of just sitting in one of the massage chairs just so i I can actually not have to do anything and not have to go home early. So if you're in a gym and you see all these open treadmills and you get to the girl next to you, you have to look like who's the hottest male celebrity right now? Who's the guy that you would absolutely go crazy for? Harry Styles. Chris Hemsworth. Chris Hemsworth. Shannon, she's going to say Wes, her fiance.

02:22:24 - 02:22:32 | Speaker 4:

No, I would say, but you're going to make fun of me, but you know I love him, Jason Bateman. All right, Jason Bateman. Jason Bateman. You would have to be. Stanley Tucci. Yeah.

02:22:33 - 02:22:44 | Speaker 2:

Michael B. Jordan. All right. Michael B. Jordan. You would have to either look or be like one of these people. I'd get the ick. For you to not, like, you couldn't do it. You cannot go to the one next door.

02:22:44 - 02:22:50 | Speaker 3:

It gives me such anxiety. I don't care what you look like. If you're walking backwards on a treadmill, that is the ick. That is the ultimate ick.

02:22:50 - 02:22:53 | Speaker 2:

Well, that definitely, but also if you're the person just going next.

02:22:53 - 02:22:59 | Speaker 4:

It's not even about the walking backwards. I don't care what you're doing on the treadmill, but you are so close to me, and there were ten other options.

02:22:59 - 02:23:06 | Speaker 2:

Are there any women that are listening to the show that have ever had that, where you were in a gym, and somebody was like, just guy creepy?

02:23:06 - 02:23:17 | Speaker 4:

And the worst is, I'm usually scrolling on my phone if I'm walking on the treadmill, and I don't like when I know that I can feel them looking at what I'm looking at on my phone. Exactly.

02:23:17 - 02:23:23 | Speaker 5:

Well, I don't even have the coordination to look at my phone when I'm on the treadmill. I actually think that's so impressive. Megan, you just said it. But I'm not running.

02:23:24 - 02:23:25 | Speaker 4:

I'm walking out of the incline, so I'm slow.

02:23:25 - 02:23:32 | Speaker 5:

So do I. And I try to read books, can't follow the words. You've got to do TikTok. But then you're, oh, okay.

02:23:33 - 02:23:37 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. You're right. You're right. No, that's how I get through 45 minutes of running on the treadmill.

02:23:37 - 02:23:55 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. I'm usually the guy holding the bars that are in front of me. And I know you're not supposed to. I know you're supposed to, like, it's a total cheater thing. But I'm holding them. And the whole time I'm holding them. because I know that for one moment I daydream and all of a sudden it's like, boom, I'm going to be gone off of this thing.

02:23:55 - 02:24:13 | Speaker 5:

Wait, but how, okay, sometimes, okay, so I do that, what is it, the 12, 3.30 or whatever? Yes. Okay, so that's what I do. How do you do that without holding on? I try, I don't like hold on, like hold my body weight up, hold on. But if I don't have like a finger on the thing, I'm falling off. My equilibrium is. If you do that, you're fine.

02:24:13 - 02:24:15 | Speaker 4:

I turn 30. You're just not supposed to put all your weight on it.

02:24:15 - 02:24:24 | Speaker 5:

I can't balance to save my life anymore. I truly don't know what happened to my inner ear, but he's gone. He said not anymore. Clearly, KP's boyfriend can't balance either.

02:24:26 - 02:24:28 | Speaker 2:

Amanda, what's going on? It's Mojo in the Morning. Hi.

02:24:29 - 02:25:00 | Speaker 1:

Hi. I actually have this happen to me all the time at Planet, but most recently I was on the second from last treadmill, and it was empty in there. There were about 20 open ones, and this weird woman started walking over toward me, and I was in my head like, please don't. and she got on the treadmill right next to me instead of all these other ones and then I felt so uncomfortable after about 10 minutes I wiped it down and moved about 12 spots down and then her friend joined her yeah and then made it

02:25:00 - 02:25:11 | Speaker 3:

closer to you yeah she won't know they stayed where they were at but she wanted me to get off that treadmill and move so her friend could have that wow oh i see what she did there that's the

02:25:11 - 02:25:34 | Speaker 2:

thing maybe that is the deal that those were lucky yes well the problem is that when i was at planet and canton a couple of weeks back uh there was a guy that when i got on a treadmill just to kind of take some video with dr darius guy was like looking at me give me to where it looks i'm like why is this guy giving me weird looks? And I thought for sure he hated our show and stuff. That was his treadmill that every single night he goes to, and he wanted it.

02:25:34 - 02:25:35 | Speaker 3:

I mean, that is a thing.

02:25:35 - 02:25:48 | Speaker 1:

I don't mind the treadmills. It's when it happens in the urinals. Like when it happens, you're in a urinal bathroom and there's 8 million urinals there, and they go to the one right next to you, I instantly get stage fright. It's his lucky urinal, Mike.

02:25:49 - 02:26:07 | Speaker 2:

You guys don't know what that's like, though, but honestly, there's nothing really dividing you between you. I get called out by my son, Luke, for doing that. He says that I do that when we walk into a public restroom. I'm like, yeah, because you're my son. And he goes, I still don't want anybody next to me. Like, it's an open bathroom. Why do you have to come, like, right next to me? Hi, Sarah.

02:26:08 - 02:26:09 | Speaker 3:

Hi, how are you?

02:26:10 - 02:26:16 | Speaker 2:

Good. We're talking about the creepy guy that took a little fly. We should see, by the way, if they have security cameras that we can actually.

02:26:16 - 02:26:28 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's a little strange. I just wanted to add my husband was prescribed walking on a treadmill backwards on an incline. as physical therapy for his knee. Oh, okay.

02:26:28 - 02:26:32 | Speaker 2:

He's going to have to get more physical therapy when he flies off. Wait, was it him? You think it was him?

02:26:32 - 02:26:37 | Speaker 3:

No, no. He does his creepy things in the basement of our own house.

02:26:39 - 02:26:44 | Speaker 1:

If laziness were a sport, we'd lose all the games on purpose so we wouldn't have to go to the postseason.

02:26:44 - 02:26:46 | Speaker 3:

This is Mojo in the Morning.

02:26:47 - 02:28:15 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the Morning. Phone number 844-MOJO-LIVE. 844-665-6548. Text is 95500. So if you get a text from, you know, or if we get a text from you, we will call you in many cases because we want to get you on the radio with us. And I know that we're also used to not wanting to talk on the phone, but do us a favor. Don't treat us like our family members do by not actually picking up the phone and responding to us. or I should say like Megan's family members, don't treat us like Megan treats them. Pick up the phone. If you do text, text 95500 with a comment. We want to get you on the phone. So answer the phone if you get a call from a number that you do not recognize. That could be us calling you to say, hey, will you talk to us? It was so rude. It was true though, right? It was. So I wish that I could have brought this up earlier, but I didn't because I didn't want Cecily to be listening in the car when Mike was telling the story. But the reason why I thought maybe this would be a better topic to kind of bring up at that time was because a lot of times there are parents listening that are driving their kids to school. And if you are a parent that drives your kids to school, or hear about this, picking them up even better because that relates more to what Mike didn't do.

02:28:16 - 02:28:16 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

02:28:17 - 02:28:24 | Speaker 2:

Mike, Cecily, talking to you right now? Or I know it's been a couple of days since this happened.

02:28:25 - 02:29:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, this happened the other day when it was raining. I feel so bad. I feel absolutely terrible. Cecily's eight, and I'm the one who picks her up. Like Monday through Thursday, I pick her up. I pick up Milo from daycare, and then I pick up Cecily from school. There's a routine. We got it down pretty much, but she started doing this reading club. which I thought was awesome, and then Allie would pick her up because it would be when she gets out of work, so she'd stay like an hour later after school. And Monday, there's no excuses. I just went to pick up Milo and then went, oh, she's got that reading club again, so I'll just go home. Milo and I will have our little dude time, and then they'll come home. So it gets to be like, I don't know, three, like probably 15 minutes after when she would get out of school and i i text ali because uh i'm like you know what i'm we're not you were usually running around doing stuff i'm like i could pick her up i'll just go pick her up today so i send ali a text and i'm like hey what time does she get out today i can probably go get her milo and i are gonna go to the park i think and she's like what are you talking about and i'm like from reading club she's like she doesn't have reading club it stopped when you got when we went on vacation that was the last week oh no uh-huh And I go, what? And I go, okay. So I race to her school. And luckily, we live like 10 minutes away. So it's not too far. But at that time now, it's been almost a half an hour. And I guess in that time, the school actually did call Allie because that's the first.

02:30:00 - 02:30:44 | Speaker 2:

first number in the list, I guess. And Allie then realized why I text her that. And she's like, they called, you know, you got to go get her. And I show up, you guys, and she's standing there by herself. And she could have gone inside, I found out afterwards, and hung out with, like, teachers and stuff. But she's standing there by herself, no umbrella, soaking wet, and just looking at me, just glaring at me as I pull up. And now she's not angry You would be like, oh, she should be furious at you Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no She is Incredibly sad And upset because she feels like I forgot about her Oh, man

02:30:44 - 02:30:46 | Speaker 1:

It's the worst feeling

02:30:46 - 02:31:10 | Speaker 2:

It's the absolute worst feeling And I'm going to have to pay for some sort of therapy At some point And I can't even make a joke about it It's the worst feeling in the entire world Because I feel like And how long has she been there? 30 minutes? Is that what you said? About 30 minutes And again the school had done everything they could To try to reach out to us She could have gone inside So really she sat outside for no reason But I think she was probably hanging with friends

02:31:10 - 02:31:29 | Speaker 1:

By the way this is the second time you've said that You're basically I believe This is my analysis of your Psychotherapy on this one You're trying to Justify that she would not have been as wet If she would have gone inside But she thought that her dad was going to be Pulling up at any moment

02:31:30 - 02:32:14 | Speaker 2:

No, and you know what it is? I posted this to my story when it happened, and the first messages I got were, how dare that school let her sit outside like that? Oh, okay, you're trying to stick up for the school. Yes. Yeah, it's my fault. There is no other. I feel terrible, and I feel so bad, and it's one of those things that I had. I sat down with her, and I had a conversation. I said, you know, I tried to explain what happened. At the end of the day, I screwed up. I was late, and that will stick with her for a minute Because I picture those old school PSAs where the kids are sitting there waiting for their dads or their parents, and they're the last one there. And I remember my mom forgot me like once. Like once, I think it was. It wasn't even that big of a deal, but it still stuck in my head forever. I still remember it.

02:32:14 - 02:32:17 | Speaker 1:

Oh, yeah. It's a core memory right there.

02:32:17 - 02:32:25 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. I know. And now I'm going to feel absolutely terrible. Well, you should. No, thank you. You are a tremendous amount of help.

02:32:25 - 02:32:37 | Speaker 1:

Thank you. You are such a good dad, normally, until you leave your daughter sitting in the rain.

02:32:38 - 02:32:39 | Speaker 2:

Shivering.

02:32:40 - 02:32:42 | Speaker 1:

Shivering. She was. She was shivering?

02:32:43 - 02:32:46 | Speaker 2:

Was that a tear coming down her cheek, or was it a raindrop?

02:32:49 - 02:33:02 | Speaker 1:

That's so good. You don't care about anyone but yourself. So the entire car ride home, was it the longest car ride, 10-minute car ride home from school that you've ever had? She's so cool.

02:33:02 - 02:33:13 | Speaker 2:

Right. And she's not saying a word. And if you know my daughter, she's very talkative. She's like me. She wants to tell you everything. Everything that happened. Oh, yeah.

02:33:13 - 02:33:14 | Speaker 1:

We've heard it on the air. Yeah.

02:33:16 - 02:33:25 | Speaker 2:

But this time she was quiet. She just sat there. I said, hey, are you okay? Oh, no, you asked that. Yeah. She goes, yeah.

02:33:25 - 02:33:26 | Unknown:

Oh, no.

02:33:27 - 02:33:28 | Speaker 2:

She goes, just a little wet and cold.

02:33:31 - 02:34:23 | Speaker 1:

I said, don't tell mom, okay? Listen, though, anybody that's judging Mike, which a couple people are in text message right now, that's horrible, Mike. You should get your schedules straight. A couple people said that, Mike, I can't believe you did that to Cecily. She'll remember that forever. I want you to call us up because this has happened to most people. Like most people remember either they forgot to do something with their kids, like maybe they were late doing something with their kids, or you were the kid because I remember being at the mall and my dad didn't come and pick me up from the mall when I was at the mall with all my buddies. And all my buddies had left at that time. And I thought that my dad would have been there to pick me up. How did it make you feel? Okay. Yeah. No. How did it make me feel? Mike, I'm still in therapy for it today.

02:34:23 - 02:34:24 | Speaker 2:

You need one of these boxes of Kleenex.

02:34:25 - 02:34:58 | Speaker 1:

Yes. Can you throw me one of those huge boxes of Kleenex at the game? Honestly, that's a fear that I've always had with my kids. And I would always, like when Chelsea would say to me, you're picking up today. Do not be late. Yeah. And I don't live close or work close to my kids' school. Like it's, you know, 45 minutes or so away because of, you know, we're on the other side of town. I would get stuck in traffic And I would just be picturing what it was like At that time I would be picturing poor Sweet little Cecily

02:34:58 - 02:34:59 | Speaker 2:

So I actually have to leave

02:35:00 - 02:35:14 | Speaker 1:

right after the show today. Not right after the show, but I can't stay too long because Lucy has a half day of school. She gets off the bus at 1225, and the last time this happened, I wasn't home in time. Oh, no. And I have yet to hear the end of it. Great.

02:35:15 - 02:35:15 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:35:15 - 02:35:22 | Speaker 1:

So I got to be home for when she gets off the bus. Or else, Mike, I'm going to be right there with you. Yeah.

02:35:25 - 02:35:26 | Speaker 3:

What's up, Lee?

02:35:27 - 02:35:54 | Speaker 6:

Hi. I just want to say, I did that. My daughter was probably, I think she was in fourth grade, and I forgot her. And I forgot they had a half a day, and I was napping. And he's never let me live it down. But there's so many other things that are big, huge, and I think that definitely will forgive him. It's a big deal, but it's forgivable.

02:35:54 - 02:36:03 | Speaker 3:

No, she'll forgive him, but as we've learned from all you women out there, you guys will never let us be forgiven easily.

02:36:04 - 02:36:04 | Speaker 7:

Right?

02:36:05 - 02:36:06 | Speaker 3:

Am I right with that?

02:36:06 - 02:36:08 | Speaker 7:

Unless we do it. Right. Yeah.

02:36:09 - 02:36:14 | Speaker 3:

Kimberly, what's going on? It's Mojo in the morning. Hi, Kimberly.

02:36:15 - 02:36:35 | Speaker 7:

Hi. Hey. I just wanted to tell them, this happened to me just this morning. I almost forgot to make my daughter's lunch for her. Right before the bus came, I was racing around trying to find the peanut butter, realized it was still out in the camper. But when we went camping, like, it was just a hot mess.

02:36:36 - 02:36:43 | Speaker 3:

Forgetting your lunch sometimes is just as traumatizing as forgetting your child because you're the only kid with no food to eat, right?

02:36:44 - 02:36:51 | Speaker 7:

I know. I know. And she hates the school lunches. So I would have felt so bad if we had to endure that.

02:36:52 - 02:37:14 | Speaker 3:

The worst is when you get the message from school, so-and-so didn't have their lunch today, so the teachers gave them some of theirs, you know? Ed is the adult that was the child that was forgotten, like Cecily. What does Mike have to look forward to in his adult life when Cecily brings this up, Mike, or Ed?

02:37:14 - 02:37:25 | Speaker 4:

i mean i still remember to this day i i hold it against my mom all the time anytime she says like oh i never did anything wrong to to the kids i'm like well you left me in front of the school for

02:37:25 - 02:37:35 | Speaker 1:

two and a half hours in the cold what about that still haven't forgotten afterwards yeah so so two

02:37:35 - 02:37:59 | Speaker 4:

and a half hours you had to wait uh yeah about two and a half hours and then like some of the like the high school sports are getting out and the coach is like what are you doing here i'm like i'm waiting for my mom and it was like maybe 40 45 degrees i'm shivering my hair's still a little bit wet starting to freeze over a little bit oh the next day my dad took me and bought me a cell phone he goes anything ever happens you call i was like you got it

02:37:59 - 02:38:08 | Speaker 3:

mike are you feeling even worse now that you're hearing these stories yeah but she and the funny

02:38:08 - 02:38:21 | Speaker 2:

thing is that she keeps telling me about these friends that she has that has cell phones and i'm waiting for that conversation all i'm keep all i keep hearing is that she's going to remember this but also that i'm going to screw her up in another way anyways so this won't be the biggest

02:38:21 - 02:38:26 | Speaker 3:

of deals there will be other ways that she will be going to therapy later in her life that

02:38:26 - 02:38:56 | Speaker 5:

involve her dad madison hi um so i was about 10 years old and i was in disney world with my parents um we were in the hotel getting ready to go to the buses to take us to the park and my parents forgot about me at the hotel no way yeah it was i was traumatized for a little bit but now we make jokes about it so i'm sure she'll get over it you're home alone kevin right there yeah

02:38:56 - 02:39:01 | Speaker 3:

yeah that's that's a struggle but although you're in disney though you know what i mean like you're

02:39:01 - 02:39:02 | Speaker 1:

Even the hotel rooms are fun.

02:39:02 - 02:39:59 | Speaker 3:

I would order room service and watch Disney on television. So there's a few stories that are trending this morning that are getting a lot of buzz online. Shannon talked about one of them earlier this morning. The parents of a four-year-old who blamed McDonald's and the operator of this Florida-specific franchise for causing their daughter to suffer second-degree burns from a dangerously hot chicken McNugget. Philomena Holmes and Humberto Caraballo Estevez say that Olivia suffered burns on her thigh back in 2019 after a 200-degree McNugget fell on her lap from the Happy Meal box. How did they know it was 200 degrees? That was my question, too.

02:39:59 - 02:40:00 | Speaker 1:

It's probably the...

02:40:00 - 02:40:05 | Speaker 3:

What temperature you need for a burn that severe and that short of a time period. I'm sure they did science on it.

02:40:05 - 02:40:24 | Speaker 1:

The family is seeking $15,000 in damages from McDonald's. Interesting thing because obviously they want to provide you with fresh hot food. But doesn't the parent bode any responsibility for giving that child the food box and not checking the food ahead of time?

02:40:25 - 02:40:57 | Speaker 3:

Or how many millions of meals do they serve? not a year a day millions of meals of day and this was served like this is a mistake this was their machines are not supposed to cook the food this long so it gets this hot to serve like somebody messed up and somebody should be held accountable because i think the the business takes on responsibility for like you harmed somebody but i think that when we go to a restaurant we take on no responsibility for being harmed by that restaurant yeah well that's an interesting

02:40:57 - 02:41:03 | Speaker 2:

point because it's not like the child bit into it right and was burned it fell from the happy

02:41:03 - 02:41:13 | Speaker 3:

meal box onto her but here's what i think she probably grabbed it and then it was hot and dropped it onto her own too hot yeah here's what i picture though yeah i picture they threw the box

02:41:13 - 02:41:25 | Speaker 1:

to the back seat where the kid's sitting there the thing came off landed on her her lap i mean i i get i understand it but let's just serve lukewarm mcnuggets so you don't get sued

02:41:25 - 02:41:34 | Speaker 3:

It's ridiculous because how many hot meals have we all had at McDonald's and we never got burnt? I don't know why you're defending McDonald's burning people.

02:41:34 - 02:41:40 | Speaker 1:

Because they're my favorite fast food establishment. And I don't want them charging more for the McNuggets because they got to pay this.

02:41:40 - 02:41:47 | Speaker 3:

If they're hot, they're not as good. And I love McDonald's, but I don't want to get injured by going there.

02:41:47 - 02:41:55 | Speaker 1:

All right. Next story here. If you side, by the way, with these guys in this next story, then I know for a fact that you're just playing with me and you like to take opposite of me all the time.

02:41:55 - 02:42:00 | Speaker 3:

I don't understand why you're like, child got hurt. Screw that child. I love McDonald's.

02:42:00 - 02:42:20 | Speaker 1:

F them babies with McNuggets. Here you go. Here's the next one. A couple went viral, and now they're getting slammed for posting online them licking ice cream out of a container at a grocery store and then putting it back into the freezer.

02:42:20 - 02:42:20 | Speaker 3:

Gross.

02:42:21 - 02:42:29 | Speaker 1:

Why? They opened up. These people are from Virginia. They opened up a Blue Bunny soft vanilla ice cream. Licked the top. Here's the audio of it.

02:42:29 - 02:42:36 | Speaker 2:

Let me taste it.

02:42:37 - 02:42:39 | Speaker 1:

It's Taquan and Asia Hines.

02:42:39 - 02:42:43 | Speaker 2:

Hurry up, put it back. What's the purpose?

02:42:44 - 02:43:27 | Speaker 1:

They run out. Their 19-second video was posted on Twitter and has responded by people with this. so when they're getting locked up i will actually be so happy another one here says what is wrong with these people why is this even a thing it's so disgusting next uh comment in their twitter was 20 years in jail i am so serious and then a final one here to read is just remember this is a felony. Which, by the way, it is. The prank is considered to be a criminal offense, punishable by law, and a felony for doing what they just did because they tainted it with food. So were they just doing

02:43:27 - 02:43:29 | Speaker 2:

it for fun? Was it a dare? Like, what was the purpose

02:43:29 - 02:43:39 | Speaker 1:

of doing it? Well, they just posted it and they just said a little stunt that they were doing. There was being a-holes on this thing. Whatever happened, by the way, wasn't it? Ariana Grande did that. A donut, right?

02:43:39 - 02:43:41 | Speaker 2:

Was it a donut or ice cream? She licked a donut

02:43:41 - 02:43:57 | Speaker 1:

at it. Donut. Yeah, the top of a donut. And the final trending story today comes from Oklahoma, where the Oklahoma police rushed to the rescue of what they believe to be a man screaming for help. But to their surprise...

02:43:57 - 02:44:05 | Speaker 3:

I think that's a person. That's a person.

02:44:05 - 02:44:34 | Speaker 1:

they can hear help help help they're running to go help them body cam footage you're listening to right now by the way that guy is definitely more athletic than I am does it go

02:44:34 - 02:44:46 | Speaker 2:

Okay, I would think it was somebody, too.

02:44:57 - 02:45:00 | Speaker 1:

That's a goat. That is...

02:45:00 - 02:45:09 | Speaker 5:

And I'm standing outside, and Rebecca, I'm like, I hear it. I don't know if it's an animal or a person. But sure enough, we're walking over here.

02:45:09 - 02:45:11 | Speaker 3:

I'm like, oh, my gosh. That's a person.

02:45:12 - 02:45:17 | Speaker 5:

From his long distance, it sounds like health. All right, well, I'll put him up.

02:45:18 - 02:45:26 | Speaker 7:

How crazy is that? Wow. We'll be experiencing that tomorrow when I believe we do have a goat for our petting zoo, right? We have a lot of animals, right?

02:45:26 - 02:45:27 | Speaker 4:

We'll have a goat tomorrow.

02:45:27 - 02:45:52 | Speaker 7:

So we have lots of animals coming to our Mojo in the Morning OnlyFans Petting Zoo. That's actually pretty funny. They're surprised, and by the way, they actually were good sports about that, and the goat did not, or the owner of the goat did not get in trouble for that because obviously it was their mistake. Okay, anything from today that you would suggest that listeners go back and listen to if they haven't already heard it live on the show today?

02:45:52 - 02:46:00 | Speaker 3:
